I was in the Dragon Ball mood after restarting the series all over watching reruns. Wrote this snippet awhile back but too quick for doing adjustings and improving, but who cares.

Spring of Drowned Monkey-Tail Girl (Female Saiyan)

"Here we are, sirs, Jusenkyo Spring Training Ground. Many martial arts trainees came in spring to train." Jusenkyo Guide said, presenting the father and son that they arrived.

"Are you prepared for this, Ranma?" Genma asked.

"Yeah. This place ain't half bad as i thought it be." Ranma confidently replied.

"Sirs, you are strange ones. This place very dangerous, nobody uses now. More than one hundred springs here and each one have own tragedy there!" Jusenkyo Guide said.

"Let's go Ranma!"

"Okay!"

Both father and son jumped high and landed on top of bamboo poles.

"Waah! Good sirs, what you doing?! I no finish my tragic tales!" Jusenkyo Guide exclaimed in panic.

Genma and Ranma didn't listen and they started sparring. Ranma kicks his father as he falls to the spring below, after a few moments he emerges as a panda.

"What is this?!" Ranma asked in shock.

"This is Shonmaonīchuan, or Spring of Drowned Panda." The Guide replied holding a sign. "Tragic tale of panda who drowned 2000 years ago. Whoever fall to spring takes body of panda."

"This is the first time we've heard of it!" Ranma exclaimed before he turned back to see his father in front before the man-turned-panda punched him to the side as he fell to one of the springs.

He came out of the spring, only he is now a she.

"Ah, now you fell in Nyannīchuan, also known Spring of Drowned Girl." The guide said to pull a new sign. "Very tragic tale of a girl who drowned in spring 1500 years ago. Now whoever fall in spring takes body of young girl."

Ranma checks her new body, even her chest, she gasps in terror.

"See, now you girl."

Ranma was standing there in terror, she was in complete shock to learn that she has turned into a girl, severely wounding her male pride. After one minute has passed, Ranma regains her senses, she turns her attention to the one person, one idiotic person, who came down off the bamboo pole. Her stare turns to glare in anger.

"You stupid old man!" Ranma shouted as she jumped out of the spring, on land she walked hastily towards the panda though the Guide eyed on something on Ranma.

"Ah, sir you have a tail!"

"Eh?/Ror?" Both the transformed father and son turn to the Guide in confusion, before the boy-turned-girl looks behind her and notices... a brown monkey tail!

"Wha! I have a tail?!" Ranma exclaimed in both shock and confusion.

"Oh, my mistake. Dear sir did not fall in Nyannīchuan, but (Chinese version name)." The Guide brought a new sign. "Also known as Spring of Drowned Monkey-tail Girl. Tragic tale of a mysterious girl with a monkey tail drowned in spring 372 years ago. Now whoever falls in spring takes body of young girl with monkey tail. It similar to Nyannīchuan but one difference is monkey tail."

"Serioulsy?" Ranma asked with a 'are you serious' face.

"Serious, sir." The Guide replied.

The three men stay silent for a moment, letting the info to seek in.

"Great. Not only did I turn into a girl but I have a tail. A freaking tail." Ranma complained, and she turned to Genma. "You stupid... OLD PANDA!"

Ranma throws an uppercut to the man-turned-panda and sends him high, very high. The panda flies away far to the point it passes one mountain. Ranma is a skilled martial artist, with a particular set of skills and lots of training, but the feat she did was abnormally high and she never sent someone that far, but she was too angry to notice it including what her Jusenkyo curse will bring her.

"YOU'RE NOT GETTING AWAY, OLD MAN!" Shouted the now female Ranma, as he... rather she chases Genma now a panda.

It's been only a few hours since the Father-Son Saotome transformed into their new Jusenkyo curse forms. The Guide gives more details of Jusenkyo, each springs contains their own unique curse based on what first drowned in them and whoever falls in one of them are cursed with bodies of those beings. As soon as Genma came back after that express, Ranma demands why he brought them here if it is dangerous, the only response he gets is a Jusenkyo Guidebook and the panda points at the page, Genma explains (even as a panda) that he had no idea since the instructions are in Chinese. That's where the Jusenkyo Guide points out.

"Sir, if you not know Chinese, then why not read the Japanese translated pages in the book."

The Guide's statement was an absolute shock. Two, even. Not only did it reveal that that Genma had no understanding of Chinese, at the same time it also revealed that there was a page of Japanese translation which he had missed. Genma's stupidity has caused both of them to be cursed, and Ranma was angry. Transforming into a girl is a heavy toll on his masculinity pride, to add insult; he has a tail! A girl with a monkey tail, the biggest humiliation ever. Thus, why he... she was chasing Genma, she wanted to beat him up so bad to blow off steam but the panda slipped away.

Genma has been running away from his raging son now a girl who's after his hide, the upper he received seems abnormally strong, stronger than he remembered and he knows his son. He had a feeling that something else has changed his son other than his body, he can't put out what it is but he does know that if he gets caught by Ranma, it won't end well.

"STOP RUNNING AND TAKE YOUR BEATING LIKE A MAN!" Shouted Ranma before she jumps and extends her foot aiming at Genma.

The Panda jumps out to invade the kick, but as soon as the foot touches the ground...

BOOOM!

A large dust cloud appeared, Genma was on the ground flat on the front, he coughs before looking behind to see the dust cleared out revealing a large crater, as if a meteor has crashed. His eyes widened in shock and sweats begin to pour, he sees his son on the center of the crater. The boy-to-girl looks straight at the man-to-panda, still with a glare, it seems she doesn't notice the feat she just did, she was too angry and ambitious to beat up Genma to even see it.

One thing Genma was sure, his hunch was right; his son suddenly got stronger.

BANG! BANG!

The poacher fires at Ranma with his rifle, the bullets hit the boy-turned-girl as he falls to the ground.

It all happens when Genma manages to slip Ranma and hides, but he had another worst luck when he encountered poachers who are after pandas, and he is a panda right now. Genma tried to tell them but he couldn't speak human language as a panda. Just in time, Ranma appears and sees the poachers, he tells them off but when they saw his female body they told her they'll leave the panda go if she comes with them, it pissed off Ranma and she angrily tells them off. She punches one poacher and sends him far, the others were shocked that they changed their minds and one of them points his gun and fires.

Now Ranma lays on the ground with Genma's eyes widened in shock after witnessing his son being shot. However, the cursed martial artist doesn't stay 'dead' for too long as he sits upright and holds his forehead.

"OWWW! That freaken' hurts! Damn it!" She rattled while rubbing off the pain where she was shot.

The sudden action causes the poachers and Genma to gaped in shock. She's supposed to be dead, that's what all they thought.

Ranma jumped and landed on her feet. "You guys ask for it!" She quickly swift towards the poachers, she gives a kick to the stomach sending the poacher and throws a punch to the other poacher's face. Both illegal hunters fell to the ground, knocked down.

"That takes care of it." Ranma said.

Genma quickly approaches his son, he growling at her. "Roar, roar roooaaor! Roar roar! Rooar!"

"Wha?" Ranma asked, but she couldn't understand what the panda was saying.

Just then, Genma pulls out a wooden sign out of nowhere and it says; Boy, how are you still alive!

"Eh?" Ranma blinked, soon realized before looking at the rifles on the ground. She rubs at her forehead.

"Did they use rubber bullets? I feel like they bounced off." Even if she wondered that, she felt the hard steel of the bullets.

Genma went to check on one of the rifles, picked it up and unloaded it. He found that the bullets were made of steel and showed them to his son.

"Say, Pops... is it possible for martial artists to train their bodies to be hard as steel that not even bullets could penetrate?" Ranma asked, looking at her father.

Genma simply shook his head.

It has been almost two weeks since the two have been cursed, and Ranma finally calms down but still mad, they continue to train and go on. Night time came and the father-son and guide were camping with a campfire to heat up water. The Guide has explained to them that hot water reversed the curse, making them normal but they will transform again if they are splash by cold water, the two gets splashed with cold water a couple of times and vice versa, and right now they've transformed again and are waiting for the hot water before call it a night.

"You know that was a dirty trick, old man!" Ranma rattled at her panda father.

Genma pulls a sign that said; Quit whining. It was just a spar.

"Does grabbing my tail count as sparring?! You know I lost all strength when my tail was grabbed!" Ranma retorted. He discovered a weakness that his cursed body has, if his tail is being grabbed he suddenly loses all strength, not even to stand on his feet. He considered it as a pain since if his opponents find out they'll exploit it.

Other than his tail being his weakness, he discovered among things about his cursed body; he suddenly gained increased physical strength as he tested it out numerous times, not only that he felt that his Ki has increased as well, both excited him. As for the other thing; he gains an increase of appetite, meaning he has to eat more than what he usually eats, and it is another weakness since if he's hungry more than one hour or more, he gets weakened. Needless to say, the cursed body has both good and bad advantages.

Genma pulls another sign; Have you forgotten an important rule of the Anything Goes School of Martial Arts?

"Yeah yeah, do whatever you can to achieve victory." Ranma waved off.

"If I make suggestion; why not cut tail off?" The Guide suggested.

"Are you nuts?!" Ranma gaped.

"Well, based on the list Jusenkyo Springs Information guide; it said those who fall in Spring of Drowned Monkey-tail Girl are required to cut off the tail." Guide explained.

"What, why?" Ranma asked.

"There is a warning in the page." The Guide replied.

Both Ranma and Genma are waiting for further explanation, though he seems not gonna say it. The boy-to-girl asked. "Well?"

"I do not know. Rest of the warning was smush." The Guide replied nonchalantly.

BAM!

Both Ranma and Genma facefault to the ground.

"Well, whatever it is, nothing bad has happened. Aside from the accidental brute grips from when I didn't know my own increased strength, but nothing worse has come." Ranma confidently said.

"Hmmm... you right. Nothing bad happened those two weeks. But sir, you must be too too careful."

"Yeah yeah." Ranma lazily lay down to the ground, resting her head with her hands behind.

She looks at the night sky, she then looks at the full moon. She stares at the sky nonchalantly, for like 10 seconds...

BA-BUMP!

Ranma's eyes suddenly wide and turned pinkish red, not only that she looks like her mind is somewhere. But then her chest bounds, bounding with each heartbeat, and its pace increases each second.

Both Genma and the Guide hear the sudden heartbeat as they turn to look at Ranma and her bounding chest.

"Oh, sir, are you alright?" The Guide asked in concern.

Ranma didn't hear, more like she couldn't hear, as her heartbeat and chest pulsing increased. Suddenly, the muscles begin to grow, growing and growing that her gi suddenly becomes too small to hold the increasing muscles as it starts to tear in a few corners. Other than that, she starts to fangs on her teeth, and a growl coming out from her throat.

"Sir, y-you sure a-a-alright?" The Guide asked, but began to get scared.

Genma begins to sweat in fright, hair rises.

Then Ranma begins to growl in feral, as her body suddenly begins to grow increasingly to the point that her gi tors apart, including the undershirt, but then hair begins to grow on her skin. Both Genma and the Guide pull back in fright as they witness the horror scene as Ranma's face begins to change, starting to grow longer and pointy ears. Ranma grows increasingly as the remains of her clothes tear apart and her body covered in fur, her feets changed into that of monkey-like and her face has completely changed into a monkey-like with eyes completely red. Genma and the Jusenkyo Guide gaped in horror and shocked right before their eyes as Ranma grew taller and bigger.

Soon enough, Ranma has completely changed into a giant gorilla-like with a baboon-like face, the tail stays the same. Ranma loudly roars that could be heard from miles away.

"ROOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAR!"

"AAAAAAAAAAAHHH! Sir has turned into a too too scary monster!" The Guide exclaimed and screamed in terror.

This night marks the revelation of how dangerous Ranma's curse is.

The idea was what if a Saiyan drowned in Jusenkyo and now whoever falls in the spring takes body of a Saiyan. Of course, the person falls in spring won't possessess the drowned Saiyan's current Power Level, it will depend on the person, to put it simple; the Saiyan body will amplify the person's strength.

Ranma may be already strong and skillful in the beginning, but with Saiyan body his physical and energy strength increased but he won't be that OP. Of course, I had to make the Saiyan body as female because, it wouldn't be Ranma 1/2 if Ranma doesn't turned into a girl.

Oh, and I had a hard time trying to translated Spring of Drowned Monkey-tail Girl to Chinese, when I did though it was missing the 'chuan' part like with the other Jusenkyo springs, so anyone out there who can translated the name please don't hold grudge towards me.

I may planned on doing part 2 of Ranma's female Saiyan form on how it changes in the Ranma 1/2 serie. Question is when.

I would also like to take the opportunity to spread a work of a fan manga, although I'm sure many of you hate the idea of fanfics being use for publicity but I am doing it because I like his project and I want to support him; those who are fans of Gine, Goku's mother, there is a project that retells the whole Dragon Ball story, known as Dragon Ball Reboot by GineReboot on Deviantart, a what if Gine goes to Earth with Goku. I'm sure you'll all loved it and hope you'll support the project.
