Chapter 3

In the same woods where he met Tohru, Issei was training with her to develop the abilities of his Boosted Gear. They began to do it just some days ago, but he quickly figured that the gauntlet could boost his physical strength and power various times, depending on the force that the wielder possessed.

For that reason, he was currently doing some push ups to strengthen his body further, with Tohru blushing and cheering for him. "I've had human partners rarely after I got sealed, but you're truly incredible. They were quite lazy compared to you."

"I want to find out all the abilities that we can use and get stronger. Manipulation combined with real power will help me to dominate more than just Kuoh Academy.", said the boy, grinning and sweating.

"Haha, that's the spirit, partner. Now, let's test your force with that tree.", suggested Ddraig, making him look at said target.

Getting ready, Issei prepared his legs fist while the legendary dragon repeated "Boost!" 4 times or more, with the green jewel shining bright. After the last boost, the boy lauched his punch on the tree, breaking it and making him fall.

"That was amazing, Issei!", told him Tohru, going to hug him instantly.

"Yeah, this was awesome. If this is the power that Ddraig gives me, I'm excited about how far I can go.", he said, hugging her back and grinning.

"Speaking of power, you're able to use elemental magic, right, Tohru?", asked the dragon to the girl.

"Yes. Why are you asking me?"

"You could teach my parner how to use it. It makes me proud that he relies on the power I give him, but magic can be useful for him too."

"That's a great idea. Having my lovely Tohru teach me that is the best~.", said the young man, causing her to blush.

"I will help you gladly, my beloved.", she told him, unable to stop smiling at him. Infatuated as she was with him, she would everything he asked her and that made him very happy since he could command her as he wanted.

'And I look forward to do that with other women.', he thought wickedly, tweaking her chin to steal her a hot kiss. She moaned instantly because he went for her tongue, dominating it as he liked.

Despite being inside a gauntlet, the Red Dragon of Domination enjoyed the show anyways, very glad to have him as his partner. He made him remember how he was before getting sealed in the Boosted Gear, as he was used to have his way with various female dragons. That was another reason why he hated God so much in fact.

Though, he encountered different owners that he liked, with Issei being the one that was more similar to him in terms of personality. Counting his cunning side, he was sure that Issei would achieve great things and he was ready to help him at his best.

Once he was done with kissing the dragon maid, the boy let her explain the fundamentals about elemental magic such as fire and lightning, adding that using magic was very for dragons due to their immense abilities. Perhaps it would be difficult for him because he was a normal human being, but she believed in the possibility he could learn to use it.

She also gave him a demonstration by shooting a ray of fire in the sky from her hand, making him whistle. "You sure are strong, Tohru. I feel even luckier to have you by my side."

"Aww, your praises fill me of joy. Being able to use different elements is very helpful in battles, so I will do my best to teach you!", she told him enthusiastically, enveloping him in a hug again.

She suggested him then to imagine what fire feels like, so she watched how he focused with his eyes closed and his right hand forward. He didn't care if he and his parents were normal humans, because by following Ddraig's explanation when they met, it existed already some wizards through the course of history.

Which meant that even he could use magic, so he imagined what the element of fire meant to him. He associated it with inflicting pain and turning things into dust, feeling a very hot sensation on his hand.

Opening his eyes, they widened at seeing a little orange flame on top of his hand, with Tohru smiling brightly. "You did it! You managed to make a little flame!"

"Yeah, and it was thanks to you.", he told her, grinning in amusement and shooting a fire ball at the tree he destroyed earlier. That blast burned the wood into ashes while he watched it with that evil grin.

"That fireball was not very strong, but you could shoot it at first try. Well done, partner."

"Thank you. Tohru, I want to learn more elements. I count on you."

"Leave it to me! As your maid, I will serve you completely hehe!"

So the Red Dragon Emperor and his lover continued the training by focusing on magic and spells, with the twintails girl showing also how to use lightning or wind. The real reason Ddraig wanted him to be able to use it was to make sure that he could fight even without his Boosted Gear, making him more unpredictable for their future enemies.

Combining that with his manipulative personality, it would make him a fearsome opponent for various supernatural beings, even those more powerful than him. Power is not everything in a battle and the legendary dragon saw it with different previous owners. But Issei was something else.

The training was held during evening, so the couple continued for two hours, after which they decided to call it a day to go home. Tohru wanted to use her dragon form to carry her beloved to home, but he prohibited her to do that because he didn't want to attract the attention of some mystical creature.

He added that riding his bike together was something that lovely couples always did, so she blushed and hugged his back happily once they both hopped on. The soft sensation of her prominent chest was truly beautiful for him, wondering how much she would squirm if he played with it.

'I look forward to that moment, but getting stronger comes first.', he thought, smiling with his eyes closed. There wasn't any hurry to take her innocence right away, so he could focus on making her fall continuously in love with him.

The two of them went then back to his house, just in time to avoid that Miki got too worried about their whereabouts. Being a doting mother, she cared very much for her son and Tohru, never forgetting to give him hugs during breakfast or dinner.

Gorou could worry too much as well, still he knew that Issei could take care of himself even if he and his wife were on holiday. After all, he was able to cook for himself.

Once they arrived, the Red Dragon Emperor suggested to take a bath together like couples did, causing her to blush more. "What's up? Don't you want to take a bath together, my Tohru~?", he whispered in her ear, making her moan.

Being called like that made her heat beat like crazy, so she smiled blissfully and nodded without hesitation, following him inside the bathroom. They filled the bathtub with hot water and soap, taking off their clothes simultaneously.

Wearing now just a towel to hide his private part, he told her to wash his back and she obeyed him immediately, feeling like a wife doing it for her husband. "Your help to teach me magic was great."

"I want to do everything I can to help you, but not only because you're the Red Dragon Emperor. I love you so much that betraying your trust is something I will never do."

"Your loyalty towards my partner is fantastic. Watch over me, young dragon."

"Of course, Ddraig-sama!", she exclaimed before yelping because Issei took her in his arms in bridal style and entered in the bathtub together.

"You really know how to make me adore you more~.", he whispered in her ear again, nibbling it and loving her moan.

She was overjoyed that he did such ecchi things to her, hoping one day that he would take her virginity in the future. She was his personal maid and his lover, so her life belonged to him and she wanted to make him always happy. And she wouldn't hesitate to burn into cinders who disrespected him; no one had to insult her beloved.

So they bathed together lovingly like that for some minutes before wearing some pajamas and going to his room. There was another bedroom in the house, but she wanted to always cuddle with him, so they always slept together.

Besides, snuggling into his chest and smelling him made her giggle happily. "You were great in teaching me, Tohru. You're the best."

"I want to do everything I can to help you to develop your powers. I love you, Issei."

"I love you as well. Sleep well, my cute maid.", he said, grinning because she tightened her hug and closed her eyes in bliss.

'I was tempted to enjoy her body earlier, but that can wait. After one year of training, I wonder how strong I will be. And I look forward to have control on more maidens.', he thought, grinning wickedly. As he had told Ddraig, he gave no fucks about deities or similar beings.

He wanted to stand above other beings and order the women in love with him as he liked, showing also his power to his future enemies. After all, full domination on lots of things aside from Kuoh Academy was now his main objective.

In the following morning, the couple woke up and went to have breakfast with his parents in the living room, where he sweatdropped because Miki greeted with a hug once again. "Mom, I'm not a kid anymore."

"A mother can hug her child even when he's a young man.", she retorted, smiling at him while Tohru giggled.

He freed himself of her arms and sat down to eat some rice and tamagoyaki, letting himself get fed by his girlfriend as usual. After that, he took his bag and greeted everyone before using his bike to reach the school.

Along the way, he waved his hand to most of his neighbors, arriving to Kuoh Academy pretty fast. Various female students got flushed at seeing him, getting redder when he greeted them and smiled at them.

"You sure are popular as always, Hyoudou-kun."

That new voice caught his attention and made him turn around to see a girl with short black hair and glasses accompanied by another one with longer hair of the same color and with glasses too. Another noticeable difference was their bust sizes.

"Good morning, Kaichou, Tsubaki-san. I'm just friendly with everyone as usual.", he said to Sona Shitori and her colleague, members of the Student Council.

"And that's good in fact. You never got in troubles like the perverted duo in your class, so I'm proud of you. Also, thank you for the help you gave us.", told him Sona, smiling kindly like Tsubaki did.

"I'm glad to hear that. I will come later to greet everyone, so see you there."

After waving his hand, he proceeded to enter in the building, joining Katase and Murayama to reach their classroom together. Once there, they saw Motohama and Matsuda reading dirty magazines ans grinning pervertedly while other girls looked at them with disgust.

But when they saw the brown haired guy, they smiled and went to greet him in total joy. "Damn him. Getting all the attention for himself…", mumbled Matsuda.

"This is nor fair at all! Stop keeping their attention, Hyoudou!"

"I simply like getting along with them. If they hate you for being perverts, that's not my fault.", he told them with his eyes closed.

"That's right! Don't bother him!"

"You're just envious!"

"Issei-kun is lovely compared to you!",

The angry sentences from the girls made the duo shut up, with the young sadist enjoying the show. Since he already made them get beat up, watching them get scolded was satisfying enough.

His entertainment ended when the homeroom teacher arrived as well, with him and everyone taking place at their desks. Following the lesson was easy with Murayama and Katase helping him, adoring how they eaily blushed by smiling at them.

Though, during lunch time, he told them that he had to go somewhere by himself, which made them pout along the others. "Come on, don't make those faces . Tomorrow I will have lunch with you all~.", he said, hugging Murayama and making her blush profusely while the rest gasped.

After doing that, he directed himself towards the Student Council's room, opening the door and stepping inside. The girls that were inside looked at him and they got flushed instantly, except for Tsubaki and Sona that just smiled.

"It's Issei!", exclaimed a blue haired girl, going to him like the others.

"You should come to help us more, Issei-kun.", said another one with reddish hair.

"I'm happy to see you, Issei-kun.", told him a silver haired girl with blue eyes instead.

"Yo, everyone. I'm to glad to see you all and fine too, but since I help other people, it's nor easy to come here often.", he said, patting some of them and making them giggle.

"Is it fine if I eat my lunch here, Kaichou?"

"It's ok. I was about to eat too."

Thanking her, he sat down on a sofa and had lunch while having the female members of the council sitting next to him. Due to having helped the council sometimes in the past with some tasks, he managed to make all its members like him in the same way his classmates did.

Counting also the fact that he wasn't a troublemaker, it was like he had the Student Council perfectly under his control, and it was such an amazing sensation. Still, another person entered inside the room and it happened to be a guy with light brown hair and black eyes.

"Hello, ev-Why is Hyoudou here?", he asked, gasping at seeing him.

"Saji, don't be rude. Issei-kun came to visit us.", scolded him the silver haired girl with a frown.

"S-sorry, Momo-san."

"Yo, Saji. Like she said, I just wanted to say hello to my friends.", told him the young sadist, caressing Momo's head and making her smile in bliss. It was like she was the most affectionate to him.That action of his made the other guy frown, disliking how all his colleagues were over the heels for him.

He was thankful that Sona wasn't the same as them, since she was the woman he was in love with. In fact, he joined the council to be close to her essentially. Unfortunately for him, Issei was aware of that and thought of a little prank.

"Aren't you going to hug Kaichou?", he asked him, making him blush.

"W-what?!"

"Well, I know that you always smile when you see her. You even keep a photo of her in swimsuit."

That sentence made Saji gasp again, especially because his colleagues looked at him with frowns of dejection. "Is that true, Saji?", asked the president, fixing her glasses and glaring at him

"A-actually, yes. I'm sorry.", said the boy, gulping and embarassed while the Red Dragon Emperor chuckled in his mind.

'Hahaha, I like this guy even more!', thought Ddraig, enjoying the spectacle too. His partner really knew how to put people in shame and he was happier for meeting him.

Though, the legendary dragon could perceive that the people inside the room except for his wielder weren't normal people, and he could sense the presence of similar beings inside the school building. He had that feeling two days ago too, but now that he and Issei were so close to them, it became a confirmation.

Meanwhile, the poor Saji had to spill the beans about having a photo of Sona inside his locket, which Issei saw once when their classes had a swimming lesson together. Despite he wasn't annoying, he likes pranking him sadistically like that sometimes. So he was never a victim of what happened to the perverted duo instead.

When lunch time ended, the council's girls tried to ask Issei to stay longer, but Sona told them to let him go because the afternoon lessons were about to begin. So he greeted them all before walking back to his class, finding Akeno in the corridor.

"Good morning, Issei-kun.", she told him with her typical smile.

"I must be lucky to meet my dear senpai today too~.", he said on the other hand, closing the distance between them.

"Fufu, you're sweet~. Rias and I wanted to ask you if you could consider joining our club, since we search for new members. She, but me too, would be happy to have you. Even Koneko-chan."

Such request plus knowing that his kouhai was part of that club surprised him, even if he kinda had the feeling that Rias wanted him in her club. Smirking, he tweaked her chin and looked deeply into her amethyst eyes, catching her off guard. It shocked also the nearby students.

"I will think about it. Though, if you continue to be like this with me, I may do something naughty to you~."

That sentence along his lips very close to hers made her blush a storm, especially when he kissed her cheek and waved his hand to her. Akeno couldn't help but watch him in awe, smiling while touching her face.

'I didn't know he was so brave~. I want to hug him so bad now~.', she thought, licking her lips. Maybe she didn't convince him to join the occult club, but getting closer to him felt like a success in any case.

Little she knew that he just wanted to make her flustered for his enjoyment, in the same way he did with Shiori and some classmates by hugging them once getting back to his classroom. Perhaps some rumors about his kiss would spread instantly, but it was fine; after all, it was clear that Akeno was interested him after she clung on his arm some days ago.

That would make Katase and the others jealous, but he could just assure them that he got along with her and nothing else. Even if in reality, he had so much fun with teasing her, looking forward to admire her flustered expression again. And of course, Rias was another woman he loved making blush like her hair.

'I didn't expect Koneko-chan to be a member of that club, since I don't see her as someone interested in ghosts or stuff like that. I won't join it, but passing there to tease that redhead sounds great.', he thought, smirking.

"What's up, Issei?", asked him Murayama.

"Nothing, just wondering how you'd react if I asked you out~."

"Ehhh?!", was her reaction, accompanied by a scarlet red face.

"What?! No! Date me, Issei-kun!"

"No, me!", said Katase and the rest of the maidens, clinging on him. He chuckled because of what happened, especially because he noticed the aura of defeat that surrounded the idiotic duo.

The way he could make them fall like that for him was fantastic for the red dragon, feeling very proud to be his partner. He was sure that he was going to become the best Sekiryuutei that ever existed at that rhythm, so Ddraig couldn't wait to admire his growth.

Once even the afternoon lessons ended, the young man took his bike outside and decided to hit Kuoh's center to park the bike there and walk around a bit. He also went to a coffeehouse to drink some cold cola, keeping to smile confidently like he did at school.

At a certain point, he saw a cute girl inside the cafè too: she had blonde hair styled in two little drills on the sides and blue eyes, wearing a purple dress that looked of high class and drinkinga a cup of tea. As far as he remembered, he never saw that type of girls around his city, guessing that she was foreign. And hot too.

He observed how she drank her tea diligently with a little smile on her face, which changed into a frown of disgust when an annoying guy tried to hit on her. "Come on, let's go somewhere together. We will have fun."

"Leave me alone, you stupid brute!"

"Can't you see she's disgusted, idiot?" said Issei with a grin, making them look at him.

"Huh?! What did you just call me?!"

"Wow, you're deaf too?"

Angrier, the guy tried to punch him in the face, but Issei sucker punched him in the gut instead, taking the air out of him and surprising the girl.

"Harassing girls in daylight is despicable, but idiots are idiots.", he said, not amazed that the guy lost consciousness.

"I apologize for this, everyone. I will pay for my cola and leave.", he said to the place's staff, leaving some yens on the table and exiting.

"Wait!"

Turning around, he saw that the blondie followed him. "T-thank you for helping me, but I didn't need your help.", she told him, twirling her hair and blushing.

"I just felt like doing it. You must be new here, young lady. My name's Issei Hyoudou and I'm pleased to meet you.", he said instead, smiling kindly at her.

That gentle smile of his made her blush deeper, keeping her noble demeanor anyways. "My name's Ravel Phenex. Yes, I came from another country, but I wanted to visit Japan and this city to see how it was."

"So I was right in thinking you were a foreign. Well, what do you think if I guide you around, Ravel-chan?"

"W-what? Wait, you don't have bad intentions, right?", she asked him, glaring at him.

To her shock, he took her hand and kissed it, causing her to get way redder. "I just like being nice, especially with beautiful ladies like you~."

His gesture along the compliment caught her off guard, as he was too handsome to her eyes. She ended up accepting his invitation, making him grin and start showing the best places of Kuoh in his opinion.

He took her to a crepe shop, to visit a clothes one and then to the public park, never stopping to smile at her. At first she kept being serious, but her face changed into a smile while the minutes passed.

"You're smiling, huh? I like it.", he told her, caressing her head nonchalantly.

"W-what are you doing?"

"I found you so cute that I wanted to pat you."

Hearing that made her heart beat faster, ending up to enjoy the headpat. In comparison to the ugly bastard tat harassed her, Issei was totally another thing. Spending time with him made it look like a date, which made her blush way more.

While he caressed her, Ddraig told him telepathically that she was a devil, as he remembered that the Phenex was a famous household in the otherworld because of their powers taking origins from the legendary fire bird. So basically, he was seducing a high profile devil.

'How interesting~.', thought the young man maliciously, taking Ravel's hand and making her yelp.

"Come with me. I will show you something of fantastic!"

Seeing him wink at her striked her heart another time, so she didn't complain about holding hand like she didn't for how he called her and followed him. They reached a point in the park from which it was possible to admire the sunshine and that made her eyes widen.

Such sight felt pretty romantic for her, as her heart began to beat rapidly another time, in particular when he said that it was a place he held very dear. To seduce her further, he added that he would treasure their meeting, hoping to see her again in the future.

That did is effect and crushed the last of her guard, losing what remained of the little mistrust she had towards him. He already understood that she was a tsundere, but since he made others like her fall at her feet, he knew his way to their weak points.

In fact, he enveloped her in a hug by making her face lean on his chest, enjoying how much she blushed. "Consider this a lucky warm to meet us again, Ravel-chan~.", he whispered sweetly in her ear, making her moan as result.

"I hope to m-meet you another time too, Issei-san."

Those words made him chuckle wickedly in his mind; he was able to make a devil girl of a high class family fall for him, which would come handy for the future. The plan of his partner made also the Dragon of Domination laugh darkly, interested in what he wanted to do with Ravel if they were to meet again.

With how he made that flirtatious devil flustered earlier, he was sure that the women that he was going to corrupt would be countless. After all, he was following the path of domination since long time and would continue to do so eternally.

And the third chapter is here, everyone! Thank you again for the interest you took for this fic, it makes me very glad. As you can read, Issei began to learn magic in order to fight even without the Boosted Gear, so he can be deadly and surprising for his opponents.

Having helped the Student Council, he'a friends with them and likes putting Saji in shame, since he's not vexing like Matsuda and Motohama. Meanwhile, he continues to be a lady killer, making Tohru fall more for him and stealing the heart of Ravel . The fact they met and she likes him will be helpful in the future…very helpful fufu.
