(Riley's Guest Room)
Rosa walked into her twin sister's guest room to discover a cozy space with a large, plush bed and colorful artwork adorning the walls. The room had a welcoming atmosphere, with soft lighting and a vase of fresh flowers on the bedside table. Rosa noticed a small desk in the corner, perfect for catching up on work or writing in a journal. The room also had a big bay window that overlooked a peaceful garden of wineries, adding to the overall tranquility of the space.
As Rosa moved over to the sofa, she noticed a stack of books neatly arranged on a nearby shelf, offering a variety of reading options for relaxation. The room exuded a sense of comfort and serenity, making it the perfect retreat for any guest while staying at the winery.
She peered down at the coffee table to see Riley's art pad and journal. Rose remembers that her twin sister loved to sketch and regularly kept a journal. Rose felt a pang of nostalgia as she remembered the times she and her sister spent together. Riley creates drawings and writes them in a journal at a moment in time, as well as writing down her feelings. The room at Riley reminded her of those cherished memories, making her feel both comforted and melancholic.
Rose sat down on the sofa, reached down, picked up the Riley art pad, and turned to the front page. She saw that picture of Christian, Mason, Eddie, Vasilissa, and herself smiling together, capturing a moment of happiness frozen in time at one of St. Vladimir's Academy Holloween's parties. Rose traced her finger over the faces in the drawing, feeling a mix of emotions as she remembered that special night. The journal held not just memories but a piece of her heart that she would always cherish.
As she flipped through the pages, memories of past adventures and laughter flooded her mind, reminding him of the bond he shared with his friends and family. Rose felt a sense of peace wash over her, grateful for the moments captured on Riley's art pad. Each sketch brought back a wave of nostalgia, with each page telling a story of friendship and love. Rosa knew that no matter what challenges lay ahead, she could always turn to her sister's art pad for comfort and solace.
The vibrant colors and intricate details in each drawing reflected the joy and creativity that Riley brought into her life. Rose knew that her sister's art would always be a source of inspiration and strength for her, no matter where life took them. As she flipped through the pages, Rosa felt a deep connection to Riley's artistic expression, a reminder of the bond they shared as sisters. The art pad was not just a collection of drawings, but a reflection of their shared experiences and memories that would always hold a special place in Rosa's heart.
Until Rose flipped the next page to notice that the pictures started becoming dark. Rose noticed a shift in Riley's artwork, a departure from the usual vibrant colors and cheerful scenes. The sudden change in tone made Rose wonder what had been going on in her sister's life that led to this shift in artistic expression. Was Riley going through a difficult time that she hadn't shared with Rose? As Rose continued to flip through the pages, she realized that each drawing told a story of pain and struggle that Riley had been keeping hidden for years.
Rose turned the page, and her heart fell when she saw a drawing of a person with tears running down their faces and surrounded by darkness. It was clear that Riley had been silently battling her own demons, and Rose knew she needed to have a conversation with her sister about what she was going through. Rose felt a surge of guilt for not noticing Riley's inner turmoil sooner.
Rosa didn't notice Mason, Vasilissa, and Christian standing behind the sofa and taking a picture on Riley's art pad. They had been silently observing Riley's artwork and the emotions it conveyed, realizing the depth of her pain. As they looked at each other with concern, they knew they needed to come together to support Riley through her struggles.
Vasilissa reached down and touched Rose's shoulder, making Rose turn around and face the group of concerned friends. "We're here for you at a different time." Vasilissa said softly as Mason and Christian nodded in agreement. Rose felt a wave of relief, knowing she wasn't alone in helping her sister through this difficult time.
Vasilissa walked around the sofa and sat down next to Rose, placing a comforting arm around her arm. "We'll get through this together," she reassured her, as the group of friends gathered around in solidarity. Rose felt a sense of gratitude for the support surrounding her during this challenging moment.
Rosa turned back to Riley's art pad and turned the page. Until she reaches a picture of Riley sitting in her cell at Royl Court, a pang of sadness and worry creeps into Rosa, Vasilissa, Mason, and Christian's hearts when she realizes this is the saddest time of her life, feeling that she has been forgotten.
Vasilissa could believe that Royle Court had put Riley in prison for the murder of the Queen. When they knew that Queen wasn't dead, Vasilissa's blood boiled at the injustice of it all, knowing Riley was innocent. With determination in her heart, she vowed to do everything in her power to prove Riley's innocence and bring her friend back home, where she belonged.
Mason said, "We need to be strong for Riley and show our support during this difficult time." Christian nodded in agreement, knowing that they needed to band together as friends to help Riley through this ordeal and location.
When there was a knock on the door, Christian moved to Riley's guest room door, opened it, and discovered Eddie drag Adrian drunk ass threw the door. Eddie said, "Sorry, we were late." Vasilissa said, "It's alright, Eddie." Adrian said, "Why are we here?" Mason said, "I found out what happened to Riley." Adrian said, "We already know what happened, my sweet Riley."
"I can feel Riley is alive," Mason declared. Looking at each other, Rosa and Vislissa realized that Mason felt Riley in the same way that Rose felt Vaslissa. Rosa and Vislissa exchanged a knowing glance, understanding the deep connection Mason had with Riley.
Christian was taken aback when Eddie and Adrian unexpectedly appeared and wondered why they were there. He hurried them inside in the hopes that they would provide Riley with the much-needed distraction she needed at this difficult moment. Christian was glad to see people he knew and hoped Riley would feel better in their company. Christian thanked Eddie and Adrian quietly as they got settled in for their surprise visit.
Mason helped Eddie put Adrian in one of the side chairs. Christian walked into the kitchen area and started making Adrian some coffee. As the coffee brewed, Christian couldn't help but feel grateful for Eddie and Adrian's presence. He knew they would bring comfort to Riley during this tough time. Christian hoped that their unexpected visit would help lift Riley's spirits and provide her with the support she needed.
Adrian asked, "Some stronger?" Mason reached down and grabbed Adrian and said, "No! We came here for a reason, and drinking your problems away is helping us locate Riley." Everyone noticed that Mason was becoming furious at Adrian with a drop of hat. Vasilissa said, "Mason, stop!" "You are experiencing Riley's anger and her darkness." Rose jumped up from the sofa and moved forward to help Eddie deal with Mason. Christian noticed Adrian was nervous about what Mason might do.
Vasilissa tried to calm Mason down by explaining, "Riley's anger and darkness are affecting you." Mason took a deep breath and slowly released Adrian, realizing the impact of his emotions. Mason said, "I'm sorry!" Rose moved Mason away from Adrian and said, "I understand it, like having to deal with darkness from the spirit." Mason looked at Rose with gratitude and relief, feeling understood and supported in his struggle to control Riley's influence. Rose smiled reassuringly at Mason, offering her help in managing the darkness within him.
After approaching the sofa, Christian picked up Riley's drawing pad and sat down. Christian flipped through the pages of the drawing pad, admiring Riley's talent and creativity. Christian found himself captivated by the way Riley's emotions seemed to leap off the page, reminding him of the depth of her spirit. As he continued to flip through the art pad, he felt a renewed sense of determination to bring her back to the vibrant person she once was.
Until he reached the second last page, he saw the crypt in a graveyard. Christian was trying to understand why Riley would sketch such a morbid scene, but then he noticed the small inscription at the bottom that read, "Not the end; it was the beginning to seek what was lost in its last rest place." As he read those words out loud, he realized that Riley's sketch was not about death but about the possibility of new beginnings and the hope of finding what was lost.
Vaslissa asked, "What does this mean?" Adrian replied, "It means that even in the darkest moments, there is always a chance for renewal and discovery." Christian said, "No! I believe that Riley might be looking for something." Adrian nodded in agreement, adding, "Perhaps Riley's sketch is a reflection of her search for something meaningful or important to her." Vaslissa and Christian exchanged intrigued glances, pondering the deeper meaning behind the cryptic inscription.
Rose said, "Maybe it was part of Riley's vision and the search for something important." "It could be the location that she is seeking." As Christian turned to the last page, he noticed the sketch showed Dimitri standing behind Riley. He quickly realized that the answer may have been right in front of them all along. Christian saw Dimitri's eyes, which were red and glowing with an intensity that he had never seen before. Vasilissa asked, What does this mean?" Rose looked down and knew the answer to Vaslissa's question.
Rose realized what the drawing meant and said, "Dimitri is strigoi. He's been turned into one of them." Adrian replied, "Craddle robber is strigoi now, and Riley is with him." Dimitri is aware that Riley has gift sight, and he is utilizing it against us, Christian stated. "Riley never hurt us," Rose remarked. "Unless Riley has been complacent and the Craddle Robber is in control of her," Adrian remarked.
When Eddie turned to face Mason, she saw that his eyes had gone gold and that he had frozen like stone. "Mason!" said Eddie. Everyone turned to Mason, noticing he was frozen like stone. While his eyes are golden. Rosa asked, "Mason, are you seeing what Riley is seeing?" Adrian said, "This has happened before, when we left Riley home in San Francisco. On the side of the road heading to the mountains."
Christian said, "When Riley had her vision that she passed out from." Adrian said, "Yes! Mason could only feel her vision." Eddie said, "Maybe Riley is sleeping now, and he sees her vision now." Vasilisaa asked, "What are you seeing?"
Mason said, "Standing in front of the old crypt, she is peering around at the graveyard and old church." Vasilissa said, "Stay with her." Christian realized it must have been a vision. He flipped back to the picture of the old crypt on Riley's art pad. Mason said, Riley looking at Graving above the door of the crypt and said, (Владимир). Everyone looked puzzled.
Yeva, Miss Ozera, and Tatiana are standing in front of the door. Yeva said, "Vladimir!" Christian said, "Riley is having a vision, and she is standing in front of Vladimir's crypt." Mason said, The doors are opening, and a beautiful young woman is stepping out." Christian's heart raced as he realized the significance of Riley's vision. He knew they had to act quickly to uncover the mystery behind Vladimir's crypt and the woman emerging from it.
Tatiana peered at Adrian, showing her disappointment on her face to see Adrian was drunk again. Miss Ozera peered at Tatiana, understanding that her disappointment was justified. Tatiana was worried about Gurdian and understood why Adrian would drink so much. Because it was in love with Riley. Tatiana knew they needed to address Adrian's drinking problem before it spiraled out of control. She made a mental note to have a serious conversation with him about seeking help for his addiction.
Mason began to speak in different languages. Everyone peered at Mason and tried to understand him. Yeva realized that Mason was speaking Russian. Yeva, listen to every word, and soon translate from Russian to English. Mason closed his eyes, passed out, and stated that he was falling to the floor. Rose and Eddie dashed to Mason to keep from hitting the floor.
Tatiana asked, "Yeva, please translate." Yeva said, "Riley must travel behind enemy lines, into the depths of the earth, to seek what is lost in its finely resting place." She must feed herself this day to peer behind the veil." "The clues that she seeks lie within Anne's books, for she guides her to the truth of my true self." Riley must travel to the land of Rossiya to the estate of Galina to discover the hidden book." "The book holds the key to unlocking my destiny and understanding my purpose in this world."
Yeva's words hung in the air as Tatiana and Miss Ozera exchanged a knowing glance. With determination in their eyes, they knew that Riley's journey ahead would be filled with challenges, but she was ready to embark on this quest for truth and self-discovery. Adrian said, What the hell does that mean?" Christian said, "Riley knew her path and was determined to follow it, no matter the obstacles in her way." With a reassuring smile, Tatiana added, "She will find the answers she seeks and come out stronger on the other side."
Adrian raised an eyebrow, clearly skeptical, while Christian nodded in agreement. Miss Ozera simply nodded, her faith in Riley unwavering. Tatiana's words lingered in the room, filling everyone with a sense of hope and determination for what lay ahead on Riley's journey.
Adrian said, "Sorry, Yeva, that grandson got turned into a strigoi." Yeva's eyes widened in shock, her hand flying to her mouth in disbelief. She whispered, "How could this happen?" Adrian hesitated before responding, "I believe it was part of Riley's last vision." Christian turned to the last page of Riley's artpad and showed Yeva the picture that Riley had drawn. Dimitri had red eyes and fangs, a clear indication that he had turned into a strigoi. Yeva gasped, her heart sinking at the sight of the ominous drawing. She knew that Riley's vision was not to be taken lightly, and the reality of Dimitri's transformation hit her hard.
(Mossbrae Hotel)
In a small hotel room in the Mossbrae Hotel in a small town on Dunsmuir, California. Dimitri was sitting in a chair at the table next to the window on the second floor, reading Anna's third book in the set. Meanwhile, Riley was sleeping on the bed across the room. The room is filled with the soft hum of the air conditioner, providing a soothing background noise for Dimitri's reading.
Outside, the sun is rising into the morning sky over the herring, casting a warm glow through the window. Soon as the beam of light hit Dimitri's hand, it started burning him. Dimitri jerked his hand away from the light and realized it was sun-rise. He quickly moved to adjust the blinds to block out the intense sunlight, making a mental note to close them before sun-raising from now on.
As he settled back into his chair, picking up Anna's third book, he couldn't help but appreciate the peaceful start to the day in this picturesque location. Dimitri peered over at Riley, who was still slumbering on the bed, and felt grateful for the quiet moment of solitude before the day began.
Riley was mumbling in her sleep until she sat up in bed, opening her eyes and showing they were white. Dimitri realized that Riley was having a vision. In an instant, Dimitri laid Anna's book on the table and moved across the room in seconds. He sat down next to Riley on the side of her bed, taking her hands into his, and asked, "Now, tell master, what is vision about?"
When Riley started speaking, she said, "I must travel behind enemy lines, into the depths of the earth, to seek what is lost in its finely resting place." "I must feed myself this day to peer behind the veil." "The clues that I seek lie within Anne's books, for she guides me to the truth of my true self." "I must travel to the land of Rossiya to the estate of Galina to discover the hidden book." "The book holds the key to unlocking my destiny and understanding my purpose in this world."
As he listened intently, Dimitri nodded in understanding and whispered, "I will accompany you on this perilous journey, for your vision is my purpose." With a determined look in his eyes, he vowed to protect Riley as they embarked on their quest together.
Dimitri watched Riley drift back to sleep as her eyes closed and she lay back on the bed. He was thinking over the words, coming to realize that his pet was something special. He knew that Riley's quest was not just about physical travel but also about self-discovery and unlocking hidden truths. As he gently stroked her hair, Dimitri thought over Riley's words to uncover the secrets hidden within Anne's books and her visions. Riley belongs to him alone as he covers her back with shit and kisses her lips.
As he moved back across the room, Dimitri remembered notebooks that Riley had already translated into English. He reached over Riley's bag and pulled out the other two notebooks, which she had translated to make them easy to understand. Dimitri knew that decoding the messages within those notebooks would be crucial to their success. With a renewed sense of purpose, he delved into the translations, determined to unlock the mysteries they held.
As the hours passed, Dimitri noticed each word in the notebook was intricately woven together, forming a complex web of information. He realized that Riley's translations were not just straightforward interpretations but rather a puzzle waiting to be solved. With each page he deciphered, Dimitri felt closer to unraveling the secrets hidden within the notebooks, propelling him forward with a sense of urgency and excitement.
He noticed three notebooks that he had never seen before. As he opens it and notices that Riley has already started writing down clues from each of the notebooks, Dimitri couldn't help but anticipate that his pet has seen the clues before while translating text from a different languages into English, which brings a smile to his lips.
The familiar handwriting and meticulous notes left by Riley indicated that his pet had been diligently working on cracking the code long before Dimitri even knew of its existence. The realization she was working cryptic message filled Dimitri with a renewed sense of determination and camaraderie. Together, they would unravel the mysteries hidden within the notebooks and uncover the secrets that lay ahead. With Riley by his side, Dimitri felt confident that they would be able to solve the puzzle and unlock whatever awaited them at the end of their journey.
(Few Hours later)
Riley woke up. She found Dimitri deep in thought, with Anna's books, third notebook, and translated notebooks strewn in front of him on the table. Riley sensed that they were going to share an amazing discovery because she could see the resolution in his eyes. She was eager to see what would be presented and was overcome with enthusiasm.
Riley said, "Master, are you hungry?" Dimitri peered up from his work, a small smile playing on his lips. To notice Riley was putting on her boots while sitting on the bed. That she was just laying sleep. "Yes, my pet!" Dimitri replied. Riley, with a nod, quickly left the room to fetch Dimitri fresh blood, her coffee, and muffins for breakfast.
Riley returned to the hotel room a few hours later to find himself still poring over the transcript. Riley responded, "Master, we need to leave; this hotel is full up with guardians." "I overheard them speaking about doing a swap of the whole building, looking for strigoi." Dimitri peered up from his work, a small smile playing on his lips. Dimitri closed the transcript, his expression serious. "Pack our things," he instructed Riley. "We need to move quickly before they discover us." With a sense of urgency, Riley began gathering their belongings, knowing that time was of the essence in avoiding detection by the guardians searching for strigoi.
As Riley hastily packed, Dimitri explained to Riley the importance of staying one step ahead of the guardians, who were relentless in their pursuit of strigoi. With their bags packed and Riley's heart racing, they slipped out of the hotel unnoticed, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead. Riley had a packed car close by the hotel in the shadows. So that her master wouldn't burn in the sun. Strigoi and the sun weren't good things.
Dimitri climbed in the backseat to find a young, knocked out woman sleeping on the floor board. He peered down and gave an evil smile as he licked his lips. Riley sat down in the driver seat and said, "Master, can you wait until we leave the fucking parklot first?" "Before playing with your new toy or feeding on her?" Dimitri had an evil smile and said, "No!" Riley said, Just make sure you stay out of sight so we don't get caught. Dimitri laugh.
Riley exited the parking lot and proceeded eastward on the highway. Riley looked into the mirror and saw her master biting and playing with the blood bag, making the young woman weep from the pain. Riley felt a pang of guilt, knowing she was aiding in this gruesome act. She reminded herself that she had no choice but to serve her master, no matter how much it sickened her. Riley's heart raced as she thought about the dangers that lay ahead, but she took comfort in the fact that Dimitri was by her side. She knew that together they could face whatever challenges came their way.
(Three hours later)
Dimitri peered in the front seat to check on Riley, his eyes filled with concern. "Are you okay?" Riley said, "No, master, I am so thirty." Dimitri said, "Do you need water or blood?" Riley pulled to the side of the road, turned around, showed her fangs, and said, Blood!"
Dimitri quickly handed her a water bottle and said, "Drink this first, then we'll find you some fresh blood." Riley said, "Good, beside, I don't like slippy second." Dimitri smile and love his pet snappy come backs. It remind him of Roza. Riley gratefully took the water and drank it down, feeling a bit more refreshed. With Dimitri's support, she knew they could handle anything that came their way. Riley said, "Thank you, master." "Tomorrow, we have a plane to catch to head to Russia."
Dimitri smiled and returned the young woman to the backseat. The young woman was crying and begging for him to stop hurting her. Dimitri gave an evil smile and said, "No one can save you now." The young woman's heart sank as she realized the extent of her danger. She closed her eyes, trying to find strength within herself to fight back against Dimitri's sinister intentions. But deep down, she knew that escaping from his clutches would be a nearly impossible task.
As the car, pulled back on the highway and continued to speed down the dark road, the young woman's mind raced with fear and desperation. She vowed to herself that she would not give up without a fight, no matter how hopeless the situation seemed. The young woman's hands trembled as she searched for a way out, her heart pounding in her chest. She knew that her only chance of survival was to stay strong and find a way to outsmart Dimitri before it was too late.
Dimitri could hear her heart race in fear. He smiled to himself, knowing that she was no match for him. Riley smiled and continued to keep her emotions hidden, determined to not let Dimitri see how terrified she truly was. She had trained for this moment her entire life, and she refused to let fear overtake her now. With a deep breath, Riley squared her shoulders and met Dimitri's gaze head-on, ready to face whatever challenge he threw her way.
