I am going to take a small break from writing however as my arthiritus are acting up and shooting pain in my hands lol. I enjoyed writing the gym battle and tyring something new and mix things up instead of just writing or typing out how Leaf got her Gym badge off screen, so I went with this route instead and it was quite fun and enjoyable to write out.
All the while the transition at the end the chapter to set up the next chapter. All the while leading it into the next arc of this story. So hope you enjoy the ending of the chapter and get ready to learn about May's disapperance. So without further Adieu, hope you all have fun and enjoy!

Chapter 7: A Double battle for the gym badge!
After getting situated and eating their breakfast, the trio went ahead and headed out into Pewter city. The sun was shining brightly today with a few clouds here and there, with a comfortable spring breeze blowing throughout the city. After adjusting to the sunlight and stretching out their limbs, the trio went ahead and started walking around the Pokemon center and headed north. Nurse Joy told Robert, Leaf and Daisy that the gym they're looking for is right behind the Pokemon center and will only take them about four minutes to get there.
Leaf was the first to speak up as she let out another groan and connected her hands together and stretched them forward. "aahh…So, how should we go about this? I know Brock is a Rock/Ground type user, so using Vulpix and Snivy will probably make things go a lot faster and quickly. Especially, if we don't want to spend or waste time doing these gym fights." She asked Robert while turning her head at him, who crossed one arm under his right elbow and rubbed a finger against his chin.
"Well yeah, since Rock/Ground type Pokemon are weak to Ice and Grass type Pokemon." But then moved his hand away from his chin. "But, we aren't exactly sure how Brock will fight back. We don't know if he has prepared to fight against opposing types because his Pokemon are weak too."
Daisy then interjects and leans her upper body between the two. "Also don't forget Blue interfered as well. Calling the Pokemon official committee and offering about the whole double-battle deal for the both of you. Brock, probably wouldn't know that the two of you are fresh trainers." In which Leaf and Robert looked at Daisy and tilt their heads in fashion of why is that? "Well," she then paused and stopped walking while the two in front of her did the same thing and rested their arms down to their sides. "Well because of your age. Leaf, Robert, you're both 17 years old and just now began your Pokemon journey. Usually, ten to eleven year olds are the ones who start their Pokemon journey."
Daisy then softened her gaze and rested one hand to her right breast. "And because of that Nidorino incident that happened when you were nine years old and were about to have your birthday. You were left in the hospital for most of your time sick and injured from the Poison sting." She then looks down, while Leaf didn't dare to look at any of the two faces as she silently balled her hands and had them trembling while silently biting her lower lip daring not to cut them or have them start bleeding.
"You been hospitalized for nearly a year, then after you came home. Your immune system got worse over the course of the years. That is when you finally were able to regain your strength and even get your strength back to start your journey by the time you were fifteen years old." Daisy then growled and grit her teeth. "Only for my stupid father to come to you and your mother, forcing you to take that one year world cruise to visit any regions you wanted, right as you turned sixteen years old. You then finally begin your journey at seventeen years old…and if Brock somehow were to know of that and you are already traveling."
"Ah…yeah," Robert falters and hunch his shoulders down and body as everything starts to make sense. "Yeah, Brock will probably think Leaf and I HAD been traveling for years and are now just starting to take on the Pokemon league." He grumbled lightly while rubbing the back of his neck and turned towards Leaf.
Who sighed and rubbed the side of her hair, "yeah, yeah I know…because of our promise and the other girls' promises. We would all start our Pokemon journey as soon as you were able to get your starter Pokemon. And because of that, we've been mostly spending time at home or enjoying different places and events while you are gone." Leaf then kicked a pebble and watched it clatter and clank along the road and slope leading down to a small riverbank. "And I have been going to other cities with my mom too- so…if I tried to say I have no field experience. Brock will probably pick up the lie and will believe the official's words over our own."
Daisy nodded and then said while hanging her head down, "which is why I had to lash out in anger at Blue for what he did. He literally thought because of your lineage with Miss Arma and Leaf with her mother, my idiotic brother BELIEVED that the two of you would easily take on the Gym league without any hassle." She said and huffed and crossed her arms under her breasts and puffed her cheeks. "Doesn't help that when the two of you fought that Samurai and were really working in sync with each other. Despite it being your first Trainer battle," she then sighed and smiled softly. "You two definitely showed amazing teamwork back there while saving my life and Snivy…and I will never forget it."
Leaf blew some raspberries and even Robert waved her off and shook his head as Leaf said, "Please enough of the gratitude, we understand how much you appreciate us helping you back there." Leaf grinned cutely while placing her hands behind her lower back, bouncing on her tiptoes. "That's what friends and lovers do after all! They look out for each and help each other anyway they can!" She laughed and had Daisy blushing tomato red and almost felt a little dizzy wondering if Leaf knew what she did to Robert last night, then had smoke puffing out from her ears as she flinched and watched Leaf lean closed and wiggling her brows. "After all…you did give your hero quite the reward last night didn't you?" She whispered in her ears and had Daisy squealing out like a tea-kettle and you could probably hear the steam going off as well with how much smoke was coming out from her ears.
"Leaf stop teasing Daisy, we won't be able to go anywhere if she suddenly passes out on us." Robert chuckled nervously watching Leaf shrugging her shoulders and steps away from Daisy and whispering out how she's just that easy. Making Robert roll his green eyes and then resting a hand on Daisy's shoulder, "hey you alright? You know Leaf is just teasing ya." He chuckled out and saw Daisy quickly shaking her head and regaining her composure, she then nodded her head and looked forward after Robert let go of her shoulder and resumed walking again.
"But back to the matter of using Snivy and Vulpix. AND, if Brock does think we're experienced trainers then no doubt he will be using two of his strongest Pokemon for us and is waiting for our challenge." Robert then hummed and turned his body sideways to look at Daisy, while Leaf hummed and cocked her head ever slightly over her shoulders. "Actually Daisy, since the Pokedex basically registers and details everything out of the carrier's activities. Shouldn't it also inform Brock and the other gym leaders about us, not once having any sorts of battles or experience exploring the world?"
"Oh, wait your right!" Daisy exclaimed with a gasp, almost forgetting about how her grandfather had upgraded the Pokedex so much over the eight years. That it now perfectly tracks and details everything of that person's activities! Including also allowing them to have remote access to the Pokemon storage devices within the Pokedex. Without the need of using a computer now to have access to the Pokemon storage. "I forgot that my grandfather has updated the Pokedex a lot, so…if anything and if the Gym leaders were to look up information about the two of you? They would see that you both are beginners, just starting your journey very late."
Leaf then smiled, "So we still have the upper hand then! He won't be seeing us owning an Alolan Vulpix or Snivy at all and use his weaker Pokemon to battle us." But paused. "Let me rephrase that, don't want to sound cocky." She laughed and playfully bopped her head. "He won't be using his MOST experienced Pokemon on us, but ones that those who don't have Gym badges can still fight and have a hard time facing off against."
Robert nodded and raised a finger as imagery of the Gym badges began showing as they walk towards the Gym. "Right, if what I remember in some of the league rulings and details for Gym leaders is that they must use Pokemon that equally scales off from the trainers that challenge them. In which if a trainer has zero badges, they must only use two Pokemon to test their might. While the challenger is allowed to use either two or three Pokemon. But if the challenger has one to two badges, then the challenger must only use three Pokemon in a three vs. three match. All the while the gym leader can then scale the trainer's experience by the number of badges they have and use their stronger Pokemon against them." Robert relayed the Floating gym badges that were in the background as they walked along the road and slope flew off in different directions as Daisy nodded her head.
"Yup that is right, so you two shouldn't have to worry too much about Brock using a more experienced Pokemon in his lineup then." But then raises a point. "However, Gym leaders are officials too- so they do kind of have free will to change their gym rules to how they like or suit their style of battling too. So what could be a three vs. three match, can or could possibly turn into a six vs. six match." She then closed her eyes and sighed. "And those six vs. six matches can last quite a long time, or really swiftly depending on the Pokemon experience."
This had Leaf humming while pursing her lips to the side and looking down in thought. "And considering Robert and I's situation. We will probably be facing six Pokemon once we reach whatever third Gym we face off against." She groaned lightly. "I am not looking forward to that, considering usually those who go after their third Gym badge. Usually end up being Lt Surge of Vermillion city, the war hungry veteran who won't shut up about the Pokemon war." She said while raising an open palm as they got closer to Brock's gym building.
They stopped at the doors as Robert chuckled and replied, "Who knows, we will be lucky and he will just use four Pokemon. If…he isn't the battle hungry type." The blue-haired teenager said while he then approached the door and they opened up horizontally allowing them passage as the trio stepped into the gym and let out a few whistles and whoas, as Robert says. "Well will you look at that? I know Gym is themed, but I didn't know it was also the battlefield that gets themed."
The battle arena had boulders and rocks placed here and there in random locations, with sand and dirt spreading all over the center of the arena. As the arena itself stretches out about possibly the size of a school cafeteria room or PE classroom. They even saw what look to be rafters and stairs leading up to the stands, where spectators of said traveling group who aren't competing to go up there and watch the battle in a safe distance. With two different Pokemon statues placed at the front of the arena to the left and right side of them. To which they see a man wearing what looked to be the Pokemon league official clothing and suit, hummed and turned his head- upon closer inspection however they could see it wasn't an official league uniform, but a…tropical looking shirt and pants with the man with the curly brown hair and slightly tanned but still see his white skin tone. Adjusted his sunglasses and let out a happy welcoming.
"AH! Welcome to Pewter city gym, champs in the making." He began saying with quite a suave and almost laid back surfer-like tone as he approached the trio and extended his hand out towards Robert and Leaf, who chuckled and let out low ohs and smiled back to him while shaking his hands. "You two must be the new challengers that were sadly forced to par-take the Pokemon league competition. If I presume correctly." He laughed and let go of the teens hands, while laughing softly at the annoyed expressions and nods of their heads. "Yeah, Blue can be like that sometime and it annoys the hell out of everyone."
Daisy scoffed and crossed her arms while looking to the side. "Can say that again…" Then faced the man. "By the way, what's your name? I…never seen you before, and your get up is…not usually one you will see a Pokemon official wearing?" Daisy asked. Robert and Leaf look to her and then towards the man. Who just smiled and nodded his head as he adjusted his glasses.
"Ah my prospective friend of mine, that is because I ain't exactly a League official. But more of the eyes and ears of official business if you catch my drift" He said while lifting his sunglasses and winks to Daisy. Who blinked her eyes and then caught on what he meant, while winking back to him. "PRobably heard of me, but probably not- but my name as I almost forgot to introduce myself. I am Scott!" He said as Daisy's eyes widened even farther and smiled wider as she knew who he was.
This had Robert humming and saw Daisy's expression getting brighter. "You know this guy Daisy?" He asked and faced forward, as Scott chuckled and nodded his head and crossed his arms.
"Yuppers, you probably hadn't heard yet but I am the caretaker and founder of the widely known battle facility in the Hoenn Region and Kanto Region known as, the Battle Frontier." He informed and this got Leaf gasping loudly and leaning forward, having him get a kick out of the girls expression while nearly busting a gut how her sudden shouting of.
"THAT SCOTT?! THE ONE WHO HAS GATHERED WHAT COULD BE THE WORLD'S MOST STRONGEST POKEMON TRAINER EVER CONCEIVE, WHO COULD EASILY RIVAL THAT OF ALL TYPES OF REGION ELITE FOUR AND CHAMPIONS?!"That Scott!" Leaf exclaimed and then grabbed his hands and literally threw them up and down shaking the man who was having his laughter come out as stutters. "Oh my gosh I can't believe it, I read all- oh sorry." Leaf suddenly said and let go of the man's hands as she blushed and folded her hands behind her back. "I read all of your articles and news magazines about how you built the Frontier and gathered the seven Frontier brainers- who you hand out picked personally to form said Battle frontier. With two of the women there being my all time idols!" She sighed out and closed her eyes, as Robert who is listening to all of this is just lost and confused of what is going on?
"Um.." Robert then raised a finger and watched Leaf's eyes twitch and become enraged when he then asked. "Is…Scott really that big? I haven't heard of him at all, let alone anything about this Battle frontier." Robert then yelped and began screaming out as Leaf grabbed his shirt collar and began violently shaking him about, leaving Daisy to panic and figure out how to stop it. But saw Scott shaking his head and snicker softly, telling her to let the two have their moment. Having her nod and then look at him and clearing her throat.
"Anyway Scott, what brings you here in Kanto? As well being in Brock's gym?" She asked and folded her hands in front of her waistline, still hearing Leaf giving Robert an earful about the Battle frontier and who were in it. She even saw Leaf grabbing her duffle-bag and pulled three sets of copies of Hoenn battle digest from her bag and began going through the pages and showing Robert what they have to offer.
Scott smiled and replied back, "I wanted to help out and witness things that are unfolding. Especially after hearing something about the Pokemon league, making an exception for these two to do double-battles with the Kanto gym leaders." Then he smiled. "And your brother's interfering per-usual. So, I volunteered to be hmm.." Then rests a hand under his chin. "What do they call them again…" then snaps his finger. "Ah right, I offered to take the role of "Champ to be guy" as most new trainers like calling them. Since they love calling them champs in the making." He told Daisy who smiled and nodded in understanding.
"Um, Scott, so you know despite their age and all." Daisy began saying while turning towards Robert and Leaf. With Leaf putting the magazine away and smiling towards her and Scott. While Robert looks like he is a bit dizzy and trying to process the information overload he just got from Leaf. "These two are actually beginners and just recently started their adventure three days ago." She informed him, while then leaning close and whispering into his ear. Having the curly-haired man to hum and nod once in a while while then letting out a.
"Ah gotcha, so that's the situation." He said and saw Daisy leaning back and then says.
"Even though they had great chemistry battling back in Viridian forest. It was against their favor and they had to fight a man who is or was obsessed with having Pokemon battles. That he had five Spinarak and an Ariados planting webbing everywhere and potentially using Pokemon from the wild, or even those from other trainers to force them to battle him." She then shuddered and shook lightly. "Especially using me as bait too."
"No worries, I completely understand." Scott said while patting the girls back, "anyway how about you go on up on the bleachers. I will go ahead and introduce Robert and Leaf to the Gym leader, as well inform Brock of their situation." He told Daisy who nodded and began heading on up towards the bleachers to go and watch the gym battle that is about to commence. Once Daisy got seated and comfortable, she hummed and turned towards her right and saw a lot of different kids and teenagers of different ages and heights all looking excited and happy to see how the battle would go. In which the family turned to Daisy and smiled and said their hellos to Daisy. Who beamed and waved back also saying hello.
"Brock's family I am guessing?" Daisy asked and had them nodding and saying yes to her.
"Yup," one of the younger kids asked and then looked over to where Robert and Leaf were, who were talking and discussing things with Scott. "Are those two your friends?" The young girl asked while pointing towards the two teenagers. Having Daisy smile and giggling about while saying.
"Yup! I know you will be rooting for your brother, but don't be fooled by these two appearances." She said and looked back at them and finished saying. "They are quite skilled despite them being beginners- despite their upbringing." The girl said and then snicker when the family let out interests of oohs and ahs.
With one of the eldest ones humming in agreement as he crossed his arms. "I can tell just from looking here. That these two are going to give our brother quite the show and hard time." He then grinned. "Much as we enjoy watching Brock win and such, we do sometimes get bored whenever he does win EVERY time he challenges someone." The boy then grinned as all of the siblings almost had the same hairstyle as Brock, as he pumped his arms. "A underdog story is always the best to witness and watch happen." He smiled and got his siblings nodding and kicking their legs in excitement as they were waiting for things to begin and saw that the lights began flickering on and focusing in the center of the arena now. "Oh it's starting!"
Scott went ahead and walked over towards the referee stand and faced out towards the arena grounds, as Leaf and Robert stood next to one another and got their Pokeballs ready to fight Brock. Who then had a light shine upon himself sitting in a zen-like position as his brown hair could be seen, followed by his darkish orange shirt and gray long-sleeve jeans. He lifted his head and look across the field and saw the two challengers. "Everyone, may I introduce to you Borck, the Pewter city Gym leader." Scott called out and then threw his arm towards Brock.
"Brock these two are Robert Arma and Leaf Greens, they will be your challengers for today." Scott continued and then laughed with a smile. "Now Brock, I am sure you have already been informed of these two 'special cases' right? Is Blue interfering with their travels?"
Brock grinned and began standing up and faced the two as his eyes stared at the two. "Yup, and hearing your last names here. I can see why Blue would interfere," though gave them a sympathetic expression. "I do apologize for his behavior, on behalf of the Gym leaders of Kanto. We don't generally get trainers involved in their quest or forcing them to compete in the Pokemon league." He then rubbed the back of his neck. "So again, sorry for the inconvenience there…" Then clapped his hands and chuckled. "But hey, it can be a good experience and you are always FREE to quit midway if this isn't you guys thing."
Robert and Leaf smiled and looked at each other and gave a firm nod, as Robert then rubbed the back of his neck. "Thanks for the gesture Brock, but sadly we have no other choice. Considering our family's reputation…we practically have no choice. And wouldn't do any good if rumors start spreading." He said and saw Brock nodding while sighing and breathing exhaustingly.
"Yeah, been there before," Brock joked and shook his head and spread his arms. "Well then shall we begin?" He chuckled and had Leaf and Robert smiling. "So, since I know your situation and that the two of you don't have any gym badges. I will use my lowest experience Pokemon to scale off based on the number of badges you don't or do have." He informed and walked over to a wall as an apartment opened up and scrolled out a couple of Pokeballs for Brock to grab and use while then facing towards the two and walking back to his end of the arena. "We will use one Pokemon each. Two from me and one Pokemon each from you two- so this way, we won't have to stall out how long the fight goes for our double battle okay?"
"Sounds good to us!" Leaf grinned and got her Pokeball ready. "So, any rules we need to know beforehand?" She asked and giggled when Brock smiled brightly and just happily said.
"All I ask for you two is to have fun, enjoy the battle and give it your all! Now, come on out! Geodude and Onix!" Brock called out and sent out his Pokemon by throwing the Pokeballs into the air as they burst open and white blinding light shot out releasing a Geodude onto the battlefield as it pumped its arms, as it punched its fists together and then let out a battlecry. While the giant rock-snake Pokemon bursts free from the Pokeball and literally thrusts forward letting out a powerful roar and begins wiggling about on the sandy battlefield.
"Go Vulpix!"
"Go Snivy!" Robert and Leaf called out while throwing the Pokeballs and releasing the female Pokemon, who broke out of the balls and spun around for a bit in the air, as leaf and ice swirled and spun around them as they landed onto the ground and in a kneeling position to then jumping onto their feet with exciting smiles on their faces. Ready to battle and test out their might against the two rock Pokemon in front of them.
"Alright, this is a double battle knockout round. The rules are simple, whoever Pokemon has fallen complete from battle will end the match. I will make calls in case I deem the Pokemon is unable to continue anymore, regardless if they are standing or not. I will have them forfeit if they can't push their bodies any further." Scott said, having Robert and Leaf look at him and then towards their Pokemon who look back towards them with smiles. "Trust me, I've seen trainer's Pokemon try pushing beyond their limits in order to make their trainers happy and proud of them. To almost a point that their injuries get terrible and prevent them from being able to fight for a couple of days."
He then look towards Snivy and Vulpix as they were wagging their tails staring back to him, then facing back at the two Pokemon in front of them. "And I believe these two will do just that and try pushing their bodies beyond their limits and do anything they can for you." He said and had the two teens humming and smiling and then surprised Scott as he raised his brows.
"Then if that's what they want," Leaf said and smiled brightly while tilting her hat downwards.
"Then we will let them, who are we to deny their choice of doing battles or not? If they want to try and push beyond their limits, we won't hold them back from doing so." Robert continued on and adjusted his hat and nod. "Sure we don't want them to get badly hurt, but if that is their wish and want to show how serious they are about battling. Then who are we to deny them?" Robert said and had Scott shaking his head and shaking his shoulders while laughing.
"Great answers, I believe the two of you will become great trainers." Brock said and then got into a stance. "Then enough talk, let's get the show on the road! Onix, kick things off by using Rock tomb towards Snivy, Geodude use Rock throw towards Vulpix!" Brock commanded as the two Pokemon let battle cries as Onix raised its snake-like body towards the air and summoned four different boulders that magically appeared above Snivy and shadowed the spot she;s standing on.
"Snivy, use Vine whip on the boulder to your right and slingshot yourself towards Onix and fire off a Leaf tornado!" Robeert said and threw his arm forward, as Snivy let out a cry and quickly and swiftly threw vines out from her neck and straight towards one of the nearby boulders and pulled herself towards it- causing her to flap about when the Rock tomb barely missed her and blowing her body around in the air as her breasts jiggled and clapped against one another rapidly as she clenches and tightens her ass cheeks, as she spun around the boulder for one loop and then flew into the air as she threw her hands above her head and started flapping her leaf tail up and down as thick and razor sharp leaves, began gathering around her tail as she then quickly threw herself sideways and began doing a corkscrew spinning motion in the air and throwing the Leaf tornado at Onix!
"Vulpix use Quick Attack and then fire an Icy wind towards the Leaf tornado powering it up!" Leaf shouted, throwing her arm into the air and felt her skirt flapping wildly as Vulpix quickly knelt down and pressed her fists against the sandy ground, then darting forward kicking sand everywhere as white energy trailed behind her! She leaps to the left dodging the first Rock throw attack, then jumping to the left dodging the third Rock throw attack and then quickly slides and bends her head back dodging the final rock throw attack as her breasts jiggle and having her nipples gently graze across the last Rock throw. After that she quickly threw herself upwards and flipped forward and opened her mouth, firing icy cold winds towards the Leaf tornado, having it glisten and glitter from the icy snowflakes and having a mixture of white and green energy swirling around the attack as it got close to Onix.
"Whoa, we see what you mean, miss! These two are really creative!" One of Brock's siblings said as they hear Brock telling Onix to slam his tail down into the ground and cause oe of the boulders to fly up and then swiftly spun in place and whacking its tail against that boulder and sending it forward and having it explode and stop the icy wind powered up Leaf tornado in its place sending snow particles everywhere as the battlefield was giving a glittering starlight show.
"Heh told ya, even though they were beginners they studied a lot about Pokemon battles. All the while even having practice battles with their parents Pokemon." Daisy said and heard the family rooting and cheering for both sides as they saw Geodude grabbing the sandy ground and began throwing it upwards and towards Vulpix who was the closest, to hampered the ice fox's accuracy. "These two studied very hard even when Robert was in the hospital for most of his years."
"Vulpix watch out!" Leaf shouted as she saw the sand was heading for her partner, who look and turned towards the large wave of sands heading right for her. But then saw Razor Leaf crashed and erupted right in front of Vulpix, who shielded herself and felt her fur blowing from the sharp winds and tail wagging as well. When she unshielded her eyes and let out a happy chirp when she saw Snivy, who used Razor leaf to protect her accuracy from being lowered. Saw the Grass snake hands grabbing and being squeezed by Geodudes, as they were in an intense hand lock with one another.
"Great job Snivy!" Robert shouted and then felt Leaf punching his arm in regards.
"Thanks, Vulpix, Ice shard not towards Geodude but Onix!" Leaf shouted and then she heard Robert calling out.
"Snivy, Vine whip and throw Geodude towards Onix!" He commanded as both Pokemon eyes glistened as Vulpix swiftly turns around and lean her back against Snivy's feeling their ass cheeks pressing and rubbing against one another, as Vulpix opened her mouth and began forming sharp looking ice crystals in front of her mouth and began firing off four of them towards Onix!
"Onix use Rock throw to protect yourself from the ice shards!" Brock shouted and threw his arms side-to-side as Onix roared and charged forward at rapid speed. Summoning boulders in front of him whenever each ice shard was heading for it and his body, the first going for its forehead as Onix summoned a rock there and erupted in white dust when the Ice shard made contact and as Onix began moving towards the side in a serpentine fashion, continued summoning three more rocks to evade the last three ice shards. "Onix now uses Bind!" Brock called out but winced when he took note of Robert's plan.
Snivy whipped out her vines swiftly as she sensed Onix coming closer and felt Vulpix quickly going down o all fours as Snivy's vines wrapped around Geodudes wrists. Causing the Pokemon to widen its eyes and then began yelling out in fright as Snivy lifted the Pokemon and began spinning in place throwing the rock Pokemon in the air like a rag doll and proceeds to smash the Pokemon right into Onix head as the two Pokemon growled out in pain and flew across to the right side of the arena as Onix tumbled down and crushed and break some of the boulders in its way. While Geodude continued flying and hit the floor hard and then smacking into a boulder with a 'dude' and levitated ever slightly from the floor.
"Vulpix quick while they're down and not wanting to take chances, use Baby doll eyes!" Leaf commanded as her and Vulpix eyes reflect off from one another and then Vulpix raising her head and then lowering it, before then getting a extremely cute puppy eye look on her face as pink energy radiated off from her eyes and landed on Onix and Geodude, who felt their strengths suddenly weakening and lowered.
"You too Snivy, use Growl on the two Pokemon and lower their attacks further!" Robert commanded and had Snivy giving him a thumbs up and bend herself backwards and threw herself forward as she purposely threw her tail up to show her bare ass towards Robert, even though she knows he wouldn't pay attention and let out a cute growl from her throat and watch the sound wave hitting the two Rock Pokemon, who eyes closed and flinched from feeling their strength weakening even further!
This confused the family greatly as one of them openly asked. "I don't get it, they had the chance to defeat Brock there and then? Why use moves to lower his Pokemon attacks?" One of the girls asked and everyone looked down to Scott, who was just ear to ear smiling and crossing his arms as he replied.
"It's because the two of them know that their Pokemon are too far away to land their attacks. By the time they order them to use a move to hurt Brock's team. Onix and Geodude could easily counter by having Onix use Rock tomb to surround itself and its partner Geodude, to shield them and use the smokescreen for Geodude to start using Rock throw to the unexpected Pokemon." Scott laughed. "MEaning that they knew Brock's battle plan. Though everyone then felt sweat drops on their foreheads, while laughing and giggling when they comedically collapsed onto the bleachers and floor, as the trio who were battling blink their eyes and they all sheepishly grinned and said altogether.
"That's not what we were thinking at all." Robert, Leaf and Brock said at once and shook their heads to get back into the battle. With Brock throwing his right arm into the air. "Alright, Onix! Use screech, Geodude, use Rollout on Snivy!" Brock commanded and watched Onix who raised it's body upwards, threw its outstretched body forward and let out a powerful screech attack! Causing Snivy and Vulpix, to even their trainers to cover their ears as the ear piercing screech echoed loudly in the gym. Geodude then pumped its arms and then slammed onto the ground while spinning in-midplace, as rocks gathered around the roc Pokemon and began tire screeching straight towards Snivy, who opened her eyes and then widened them before letting out a cry of pain and flying towards the air!
"Snivy!" Robert called out and saw how badly bruised the grass snake was as Screech did it's job by lowering the female Pokemon's defensive properties. "Snivy, recover and try counter attacking with Razor Leaf!" Robert commanded as he saw Snivy opening her eyes and gritting her teeth while quickly spinning around and stretching out her limbs as she began gathering leafs around her body, but Onix quickly appeared right behind her, ready to slam its tail on the female Pokemon!
"Vulpix use Disable! Then follow up with Powder snow!" Leaf quickly threw her arm forward and watched Vulpix's demeanor get quite scary as her eyes glowed brightly pinkish-blue and right before Onix could even move or swing its tail at Snivy- it felt something weird happening to its body and began blinking its eyes. Suddenly not remembering what it was about to do?
"Uh-oh, forgot about that move." Brock said with a sheepish chuckle, but saw Geodude turning around with it's Roll out attack as more rocks gathered around it. "Good, Geodude is coming around for a second strike- the rocks will shield it from the razor leaf. Vulpix will take a great amount of damage too." Brock thought to himself and saw Onix letting out cry of pain as thick powder snow began clashing and hitting against the rock snake Pokemon, even showing bit of ice starting to form around its chest area. Having Brock click his tongue, then saw Snivy firing off her Razor leaf attack till Robert said.
"Aim it right next to Vulpix!" Robert shouted and had Brock widening his expression.
"What?!" He then saw Snivy quickly hunch her body inwards and aimed the dozen of Razor Leaf straight down towards and next to LEaf's Vulpix right as soon as Geodude was about to hit Vulpix. Only for the eruption and small explosion from the razor leaf caused Geodude to fly over Vulpix head and miss her entirely, forcing the rock Pokemon to spin and roll close to one of the boulders and cancel out its roll out attack. Looking shocked and surprised at what just happened!
"Snivy, I know you're starting to get tired, but use Vine whip and begin spinning in place and extend them as far out as you can!" Robert commanded having everyone there and even Daisy tilting her head of what Robert has in mind? Making one of the children speak openly in concern.
"But if Snivy does that she will be attacking Vulpix at the same time, all the while destroying some of the boulders around her. He will be hurting her won't he?" The girl asked and heard Scott hum and rub his chin.
"I think that's the idea." He said having Brock's family look down on him. "Leaf can easily have Vulpix crouch down and evade the extended Vine whip attack. Considering how close Onix is as well as Geodude? Snivy out stretched vines will easily reach them no problem…but as for the battlefield?" He hummed and looked towards the tiring Pokemon as Vulpix's ears twitched and heard Leaf giving the command and watched her quickly laying flat on the sandy and rocky battlefield. As Snivy went ahead and stood on her one foot and toe and began spinning in place rapidly while extending and stretching out her vines far they could or could go! Destroying and breaking the nearby boulders surrounding them.
"What is he up to?" Scott smiled and rubbed his chin as he watched the two teens focusing heavily on the battle, Watching as Geodude raised its fists up and began blocking the attacks while using Defense curl to raise its defensive capabilities and lessen the physical properties of the Vine whip attack. All the while Onix slithered and quickly moved backwards and using the boulders to protect itsef from being harmed, as each boulder that were around everyone was being destroyed and turned into rubble, that is when one of the kids let out a loud gasp and couldn't help but shout to her brother!
"BIG BROTHER, HE'S DESTROYING THE ARENA SO THERE WILL BE NO WAY FOR ONIX OR GEODUDE TO PROTECT THEMSELVES!" She shouted and had Brock whip his attention towards his sister. "Their not attacking randomly, they're purposely lowering your chances of deflecting their attacks!" She continued and had Brock face forward and let out a sharp gasp of surprised as he saw his arena after Snivy stopped spinning, while teetering and tottering about but laugh and giggled when Vulpix quickly got up and grabbed her shoulders and shook her lightly to get her out of her dazed state as the two smiled together and then faced towards Onix and Geodude.
"Holy Arceus…so that's what they've been doing! Constantly having Vulpix use Icy wind or Ice shard around the arena." Brock began thinking to himself replaying how the two teenagers were battling and originally thought they were just openly and haphazardly wasting their moves to get injured and get hits in on Onix and Geodude to make a quick win. "They were terraforming the battlefield so it will work for their Pokemon favors, rather than my own. Who can easily grab or hide behind the boulders and use them as shields or ways to block their oncoming attacks. So that first attack with LEaf tornado wasn't just to try and hurt Onix, but was planned from the beginning for Leaf and Vulpix to follow up with Icy wind to start spreading the snow everywhere and coat the arena with some of the ice and water as it melts. Softening…"
He laughed and smiled brightly as he saw Leaf and Robert smiling back and then eyes smiling as he said. "Well, well I am impressed I didn't catch on at all from what you two were planning- but you both definitely showed amazing tactician skills there." He said and took the time to look over his arena and laugh. "Terraforming my battle arena with your Pokemon ranger attacks from far distance and such, destroying and breaking the boulders. Weakening them with Vulpix's ice type moves, while Snivy's Razor Leaf and Vine whips are able to crack and destroy the rest of them." He laughed and pointed towards the Pokemon who were panting and breathing. "I can sense that Snivy hasn't exactly been on your team for a long while. But somehow you managed to bond with her in such a short period of time and even get her to work well with your friend's Pokemon, as no doubt this is Snivy's possible second time working together with Leaf's Pokemon?" He asked and crossed his arms, seeing the Grass Pokemon laughing and rubbing the back of her neck sheepishly, answering Brock's question.
"But the games are not over yet!" Brock shouted and then raised both arms into the air and threw them forward. "Onix, Geodude let's go and finish this fight! Use Roll out Geodude, Onix use Rock tomb corner their Pokemon!" Brock commanded as Geodude immediately levitated forward and summoned rocks all around its body once more and began rolling forward, revving itself in place throwing sand behind it as it darted forwards towards Snuvy and Vulpix. With Onix right behind the Geodude, roaring up into the air and began summoning rocks in different parts of the battle arena, in order to trap and corner the teenager's Pokemon!
"Looks like they mean business Snivy, go and rush towards Onix and use vine whip on the appearing Rock tomb!" Robert called out while throwing his arm forward as Snivy nodded her head and started running forward and towards the rolling Geodude as she saw one of the bhoulders appearing above the two of them and quickly thrusted one vine towards it and slingshot and pulled herself into the air!
"Vulpix,use Snow powder and form a ramp in front of you!" Leaf commanded next, getting the siblings and Daisy to stand on their feet as they were watching everything playing out, as Vulpix took in a lot of air and then blew her breath forward and started rapidly forming a snow like lamp as Geodude is getting closer and closer towards her in about two minutes it will collide into her, Leaf then happily swung her body forward with bit of pizazz as she snapped her fingers commanding Vulpix again, "Now Icy breath and freeze the snow!" She called out and saw Vulpix stopping the Snow powder attack, while then back stepping away and thrusted both hands forward and began using Icy breath on the manmade ramp she formed out of her previous attack and solidify it and watched Geodude yelping out as it made contact with the ramp and went flying upwards! "Robert!" Leaf looked towards him, while he nodded his head.
"On it, Snivy, time to resend Geodude to the sender!" He then grinned widely and saw Snivy high above the air now, still having her vines outstretched and free floating above Onix's head. "Throw Geodude into Onix, then finish things off with Leaf Tornado!" Robert commanded, as Snivy nodded and quickly turned her body sideways while her vines went flying towards Geodude who had canceled out its Roll out attack. letting out a yelp and eyes going wide as it felt Snivy's vines coiling around him, to then get a ragged doll around in the air!
"Onix quick block Geodude with your tail!" Brock tried to command as fast he could but it was too slow. Snivy threw Geodude overhead and slammed the rock Pokemon right on top of Onix's head, causing the two Pokemon to groan out in pain and start collapsing to the floor! "Oh no!" Brock shouted and then saw thick green energy like tornado began coiling and swirling around Snivy's leaf like tail as razor sharp leaves began forming and swirling around Snivy's tail as she began flipping forward, descending upon the two rock Pokemon as the raging thick green leaves and winds began following in an overarching fashion, to then Snivy throwing and flicking her tail hard downwards!
Sending the energy tornado straight towards the two rock/ground type Pokemon! As they groaned and then widened their eyes at the sight of the tornado coming right for them and immediately erupted into a giant tornado when it made contact with the two Pokemon! Cutting and damaging them badly as they were being pummeled and battered by the attack! Causing everyone in the stands including Scott to lean forward and wait in anticipation for the attack to end and if it will be enough to knock out the two Pokemon.
Robert, Leaf and Brock waited in silence as they watched the tornado finally settling down and disappearing altogether. They saw Onix and Geodudes eyes were closed and flinching heavily from their injuries- followed by groaning and the first one to go down was Geodude who had swirls in its eyes. Followed by Onix being next as it began falling sideways and shaking the entire gym! The two hard rock Pokemon laid there in a heap as swirls appeared on their eyes, indicating they had fallen and fainted from the intense battle. Scott approaches the two Pokemon and looks them over just to be sure, and gives out a smile as he stands straight up and declares.
"Geodude and Onix are unable to battle," He then threw his left arm towards Leaf and Robert who blinked their eyes and smiled. "I declare that the victors of the match to Vulpix and Snivy, the challengers being victorious!" He announced that Snivy and Vulpiux who were covered in bruises and really exhausted let out happy yips and chirps, before quickly turning towards their trainers and went running towards them with the two ready to give them congratulatory hugs and pats on the head. With Robert letting out a yelp as Sniy tackled him and knocked him to the floor, snuggling and happily nuzzling her head affectionately towards his chest while grinding and rubbing up against him.
Leaf giggled and scooped Vulpix from the underarms and twirled her about causing her hat to get knocked off in the process as the two were grinning ear-to-ear like fools. Brock's siblings were cheering and rooting towards the victors and their brother as they've never seen such an amazing battle before with freshly new trainers starting out their journey! Even Daisy was laughing and giggling at the sight of Robert and Leaf's excited expressions as they congratulated their Pokemon
Brock recalled his Pokemon to their pokeballs and smiled at them. "Way to go guys, you both did an excellent job." Brock said with a happy smile and pocketed the two Pokeballs and began walking across the arena. "And you four did an excellent job in that battle!" He exclaimed and watch Snivy and Vulpix stepping away from their trainers, with Vulpix happily grabbing Leaf's hat and handing it to her, while Snivy used a vine to help Robert up onto his feet and dusted him off. "Despite the situation you two are currently in, you went into that battle with stride and commitment! Not backing down from the challenge and seeing things go through without any fear or hesitation!" He continued saying and stopped in front of them, as Scott went ahead and headed towards where Brock stood during the entire battle and began grabbing two badges from an open case.
"The two of you should really be proud and even more, be proud for your Pokemon working so well as a team." Brock continued and crossed his arms with a smile. Seeing the two female Pokemon groaning and mewing lightly as their assets began growing before them and gaining a pretty good amount of experience. "Never have I seen such coordinated companions before and honestly, I am surprised how well you both handled your Pokemon timings." He then turns to Scott and happily takes the badges from the cases. "So as per Pokemon official league rules. I present to the two of you these Boulder Badges," He then smiled wider. "Go on take em, you both earned it and I will be highly curious and intrigued by what the two of you will bring to the tables as you move forward, becoming stronger, getting closer and forming a closer and deeper bond with your companions and Pokemon in your travels!" He finished and handed the two the Gym badges, as they smiled and eyes smiled towards each other and then towards Brock.
"Thanks Brock, we will be sure to keep improving!" They both said and laughed as their Pokemon pressed against their sides and happily cooed to their trainers as everyone continued clapping and congratulating the victors of this outcome! As Leaf and Robert look to heir gym badges, the two flip them upwards and press their backs against one another catching the Gym badges in midair shouting.
"We got the boulder badge!" They cheered and had everyone laughing and smiling wider at the funny antics, as Robert and Leaf began snorting and laughing with sheepish smiles and blushes on their face and with that everyone settled down and began heading out. Leaving Brock and Scott alone in the gym as Brock's siblings wanted to head back home and get lunch ready for everyone as the two men stood there. Brock's smile suddenly faded and sighs softly, getting Scott to hum in silent agreement.
"You're worried about them aren't you?" Scott silently asked and looked at the gym leader. "And before you ask, yeah my secret network has confirmed that strange and odd things are currently happening around the Kanto region." HE informed Brock who bit his lip softly. "And if what they say is true too…'he' has returned. And seemingly having quite dangerous and well talented members among his ranks."
"I wouldn't expect that man to make a return. Not after the events that happened in Johto, where a Celebi had taken a trainer to a time period and had that trainer fight that 'boss' of theirs and then disappeared after the fight." Brock mentioned to Scott and rested his arms down to his sides. "Do you…think you could keep an eye on them Scott?" Brock suddenly asked and looked towards the young man. "Something tells me they're going to be involved or get themselves involved into a crisis that they're possibly not or aren't ready for." He continued and face the man. "I…can't see another trainer getting mixed up into Pokemon League officials business…not again, not like eight years ago, along with the incident in Johto with the Radio tower and Lake of Rage."
Scott nodded his head and bows slightly, "I will keep an eye on them. But I can't keep any promises that these kids will get themselves involved." Scott chuckled and had Brock softly laughing. "They have a strong sense of justice in them…just by looking into their eyes I know they will do anything and everything to help either Pokemon or People from any troubles they fall into."
"Indeed." Brock and Scott face back towards the entrance of the gym and Brock then says, "We should also try and keep their personal life away from the Pokemon officials as well." He suddenly said and this had Scott burrowing his eyebrows and getting his teeth. "They've been on edge ever since those incidents happened. If they see a strong or powerful trainer suddenly making rounds in Kanto…"
"Yeah…" Then Scott began walking forward and heading out of the gym. "They'll paint them as a threat to the entire region." Is what Scott said before opening the door and then leaving the gym. Causing the door shutting to echo throughout the gym and just leaving Brock there to sigh and nodding his head before facing away the door and heading back home to go and help his siblings.

"No way that is so cool you guys! UGH, I am so jealous right now I can't believe the two of you managed to not defeat a Gym leader. But also getting your first gym badge as well!" An exciting female voice through one of the video phones in the Pokemon center. As we see Leaf, Robert and Daisy chatting and talking to Robert's childhood friends from the other regions. The voice belongs to May, who is happily adjusting and fixing her hair bow on her hair. "Man, the battle sounds really exciting gosh, wish there was a way to live stream these fights and see you two in action!" Giggled the twin pigtail girl, who's blue eyes were shining in excitement.
Hilda and Iris were next to speak, as they were wearing their pajamas and looking about ready to go to bed, considering how late it is getting in the Unova and Alola region. Iris being the first to speak, "not only that but Robert also catching a Snivy in the woods who was abandoned by their trainer. Which is quite awful I must admit," But then threw her arms into the air nearly shouting Hilda's ear off who flinched and quickly covered her left ear. "BUT holy Arceus, that battle sounds so damn awesome. The way," Iris then got close to the screen having Robert and Leaf chuckling softly at the abundance of energy she has. "How you two work together and even timing your attack and such, all the while having your Pokemon showing-" but gets cut off and yelps when Hilda reaches a hand over Iris face and gently shoves her away from the screen and interrupts whatever she was about to say.
"Easy girl, they are in a public space- don't want to sound inconsiderate let alone make things awkward for them." Scolded the older girl, watching Iris getting up and laughing sheepishly while silently apologizing to everyone. Hilda then looks at the screen, "but it is impressive to hear how the two of you were able to have Snivy and Vulpix work together in such short notice." Giggled the older girl while crossing her arms and grinned. "We want to hear all the details."
Having the other girls nod and wanting to know too, as Lana looked to be cleaning and tidying up her room on one of the window screens, as she called out. "Yeah, how did the battle went down and were there any moments where the two of you got nervous?" She asked across the room while lifting her up to the video phone, then laughed as Popplio happily bounces up and down barking at Leaf and Robert as it is trying to get their attention.
"Can definitely say we were a nervous wreck while battling Brock. But, we managed to keep calm and stay calm." Robert began saying while Leaf just happily nodded her head. "Honestly, while we were traveling to the gym. We began brainstorming on how to even beat Brock, knowing full well he has no doubt have ways to counter Ice and Grass type Pokemon." He said as Serena nodded as she was brushing her hair with her head leaning down sideways.
"I have no doubt he does, you both were practically going in blind sort of. But not only that, if Brock Pokemon knew any ground type moves. Vulpix would've been in a lot of trouble, hell even Snivy will probably have a hard time maneuvering the fields if they even had Stone edge."
Daisy spoke up this time, "Indeed- I even warn them about that just in case Brock may use his battlefield for an home advantage." She then giggled. "But once I said that, these two." Daisy then affectionately places two hands on each teen's shoulder. "Eyes lit up from the word 'Field advantage' and decided to use that for their own advantage, once we entered the gym. Robert and Leaf immediately knew what to do and how to handle Brock's Pokemon in their own home turf."
This had May and Iris cooing in curiosity and amazement of how the two were able to figure out a plan right away once they entered the gym. "So, you guys went and used Brock's battlefield for your own advantage? How so?" May asked and tilted her head as the other girls finished up what they were doing and began listening to everything the two did in their battle alongside what they're Pokemon were doing in order to give themselves a field advantage. The discussion was pretty lively and upbeat as Robert and Leaf went over and detailed out everything they could recall during the fight.
Despite being fresh in their minds the two were mentally exhausted from keeping themselves calm and collective in the fight. Without missing a single beat or getting their timings wrongs with their Pokemon attacks and such. It was all fascinating for the girls, as they were smiling and laughing at some of the movements and motions Leaf is giving out during her explanation, while chuckling at Robert- who too like Leaf, doing motions as well but also adding little bit of sounds here and there to even, moving and gesturing his hands in ways or give the girls a mental image of what the gym and battlefield look like.
However May's eyes began going blurry and her vision suddenly getting dark spots in the corner of her eyes. She felt something shooting throughout her body and felt herself going into a slight dazed as she stared openly at the computer screen, mouth hanging slightly ajar as she just sat there motionless and feeling her arms going limp and hanging beside her sides. "Ugh…what's, what's going on?" She mentally said and then suddenly felt pain going through her body as she gasps and hisses to herschel. "Ow…ow! What the heck, why…why does it feel like my body is heating up?" She groaned out and felt herself starting to teeter lightly in her seat as strange red markings began appearing and disappearing on her exposed arms and legs, with a strange symbol flashing and disappearing a couple of times on her forehead and beginning to fully form on her forehead.
"Come to me…Come to me…Come to me…"A voice echoed in her head as May's eyes began drooping and slowly closing halfway as if responding to the hypnotic sounding voice. "The time is nigh, come to me…come to me…come to me and rebuild our clan once again." The voice called out in her mind as May felt her will slowly fading away and succumbing to whatever this soothing voice was coming from.
"Rebuild…our clan…rebuild…our family…" May softly thought to herself and felt herself beginning to move and ready to get up. "Must find…mas-" But then quickly widening her eyes and began shaking her head rapidly as she heard what sounded like everyone were calling her name as Robert broke through it and had the girl letting out a sharp gasps, getting everyone on the video to suddenly widen their eyes and looked a little worried when it looked like she couldn't figure out where she was, or even responding towards them when they began calling out her name.
"May you…alright?" Robert asked slowly and saw the girl whip her attention towards the screen and saw everyone looking, and having concern expressions on their faces. "You…were acting a little strangely just a few seconds ago, muttering something under your breath?" Robert continued and saw the girl stared and looked down to the computer desk and then winced as she felt a sharp pain going through her head.
"Uh..y…yeah, I…just have a headache." May chuckled lightly hoping to ease everyone's worries. "Um, I guess there is just too much excitement for me today. As," she then laughed. "As you all know I am about ready and preparing to start my journey soon. Considering Robert and Leaf had begun their own." May continued and closed her eyes, then winced again and had to place a hand on her forehead. Having everyone humming and getting a little worried, "actually I should probably head off if you guys don't mind?" She asked and saw everyone nodding.
"Of course," Iris spoke for everyone as she leaned away from the computer and closed her eyes in concern. "Try sleeping and relaxing May, those are really good for headaches. Also try and find something to lessen the pain too." The brown skinned teen said while lifting a hand. "Oh and have some orange juice or lemonade, Drayden always gives me them whenever I don't feel well or having bad head pains." She suggested and saw May smiling softly as she reached forward on the video phone app on her computer.
"Will do…thanks Iris." May said and then heard everyone saying their goodbyes to her, but also saying hope she feels better and then turned off the app and called. The girl stared at her reflection of her black wallpaper on her desktop computer screen and then let out a low sigh as she lower her eyelids halfway pondering what that was all about? May then just gets up from the computer chair and future to go and wash her face first, before she goes and takes Iris advice about the juices. As she exited her bedroom and headed down the upstairs hallway towards the restroom and entered. Everything began spinning all around her, her legs becoming jelly and nearly losing her footing and tripping over her own feet as she yelps and gasps, to then suddenly falling forward- but quickly grabbing onto the bathroom sink. "Gaaah….ahhh it hurts, it hurts!" She suddenly shouted and wrapped an entire arm over the sink and pushed against it.
Her sock feet slipped and slid against the restroom tiles as the numbness and jello-like feeling kept building up and traveling throughout her body. Time to rebuild our clan…to flourish our clan once more." Echoed the voice in her head but louder and booming threatingly in her head. The girl lifted her head and face towards the mirror. Her eyes widened in fear all the whil noticing something she did not seen before. She felt her forehead burning up even more and quickly grabbed the bow and threw it to the floor, as she then slid her hand up against her forehead and moved her bangs. Only to gasp and nearly screamed in fright as she saw a strange glowing red symbol flashing and appearing on her forehead. "What the f…" then clench her eyes shut and fell onto her back as she begins writing and flinching badly in pain. "AAAAAAAAAH!"
"MAY!?" Came her mothers voice screaming from downstairs and May could hear her mother beginning to run and stomp through the house. The girl kept writhing, tossing and turning on the restroom floor- her feet kicking against the door and having it close hard and fast followed by some utensils tipping over and beginning to block the door and preventing it from being opened on the other side.
"Ahh, gaah!" May shouted and screamed drool flying out from her mouth as she arched her back and eyes going bugeye and wide, as the symbol completely formed on her forehead and began tracing red lines down her forehead and onto her face. Moving and shaping into many patterns and practically drawing on the girl. She began hyperventilating as she felt a strange energy coursing throughout her entire being and her eyes losing their irises as they were slowly turning and changing into complete sapphire color eyes. The red lines began trailing down her neck and spreading throughout her body, as they tattooed her shoulders and forearms. May was having trouble breathing, her voice couldn't come out no matter how hard she tried. Her legs kept kicking and curling up into her as her sock feet slid and slipped against the floor.
"Come to me, come to me, it is time to rebuild our clan, to bring them back and make them flourish once again into this world." Continued the booming voice in May's head as her vision began darling ever slowly, as all she has right now is tunnel vision and the bright light of the restroom shining down on her as her thrashing and writhing body began to slowly calm down and come to a stop. "It's time…May, my child." Said the voice one last time as everything turned dark for May and all she sees is darkness. To then that weird red symbol she saw on her forehead flashed within her mind, pulsating blood red like aura all around her and spreading it's light over against her will and spirit as two menacing eyes opened up. With the girl frantically breathing and hyperventilating even harder as she faced away from the eyes and felt her body being submerged into water, as she desperately tried to swim away from the looming force before her.
"You belong to me and only me, you will fulfill your destiny, as my mark has been branded on to you when you were only but a child." The voice continued and echoed in May's mind as the looming force started towering over her and a gaping maw opened up and began sucking May into it. "DESTINY AWAITS YOU!" Then the maws shut hard and fast onto May, completely consuming her and sealing her will and soul to them as May let out one final scream, as her mother frantically tackled the restroom door and even stepped back and began kicking the door.
Caroline's eyes widened when she heard what sounded like the restroom window getting destroyed and glass shattering within, causing the mother to panic even more and quickly runs down the hall and enter her room. Moving rapidly towards her drawer and began opening the middle shelf- when she pulled on it she saw a couple Pokeballs rolling to the front as she went and grabbed the one on the right as she then ran back to the hallway and towards the restroom door- "Delcatty!" Caroline shouted and threw the ball forward and released the beautiful anthro feline Pokemon from the ball, and saw the cat getting very serious and didn't need any commands to know what's happening. Considering she can sense her trainers' concerns and worries from the Pokeball alone. "Delcatty use Headbutt!"
"Del-catty!" Cried the feline Pokemon as she gathered energy around her forehead and threw her head backwards and then thrusted forward! Hitting the door and causing it to erupt into splinters and get completely destroyed! Leaving the way into the restroom to which Delcatty immediately ran inside and began frantically looking around the room- with Caroline approaching the door and grabbing onto the hinges so she wouldn't accidentally run past she swing around the hinges and stepped inside she let out frantic scream of, "MAY!" and rushes over towards the broken window and sees how it was completely broken and glass shattered everywhere- a bit of blood dripped from some of the broken pieces, making her feel like she is having a panic attack.
Caroline then heard Delcatty meowing weakly and approached the mother, holding onto May's bow in her hands and handed it to Caroline, who grabbed it and started breathing even faster- then looked back towards the broken window and the road leading towards the ocean of Route 104. Having her look back to the bow and then towards Delcatty and tighten her grip on the red bow. "Not again…not this again, not now…not what happened eight years ago…" Caroline said and began hiccuping and began walking out of the restroom with Delcatty walking right behind her.
She then entered May's bedroom and approached the girl's drawer, knowing fully well that May has been secretly catching Pokemon and hiding it from her father and Caroline's father Norman. Right before she opened the drawer, she closed her eyes and rested May's bow against her chest. "Please be there, please be there, please be there…" she repeated and then thrust the top drawer open and her eyes completely turned into saucers as she saw they were gone! Indicating that May might have already clipped them to her fanny pack and ready to go and train her Pokemon. "No…no…" Caroline then felt herself getting dizzy as Delcatty quickly approached her and rested a hand on the mother's shoulders and stomach, meowing and whining softly to her.
Caroline gently touched Delcatty's hand and then shook her head, while then turning her eyes serious. "No…Not this time," she growled out and looked at Delcatty. "I am not losing May again! I don't know what's going on or what's happening to her." Then turned her head in the direction of where the Town map was, making Delcatty look as well and swishing her tail. "But whatever is going on in Route 104, is the source of May's disappearance." She then looks back at Delcatty who hardens her gaze and steps away from her trainer. "Let's take action. I am going to call in some favors to help us look for May, but I also want to try and get a hold on Robert." She then began heading out of the bedroom, with Delcatty smiling and wagging her tail as she followed her out.
"Delcatty, go around town and ask any neighboring Pokemon if they have seen May and figure out why she keeps going there. Or if she's behaving strangely around them." Caroline said as the two began running down the steps and began approaching one of the tabletops that had a photo of May, sliding it out from the picture frame and handing it to Delcatty. Who tentatively held onto it and then nods when she hears Caroline saying, "use this photo for the Pokemon. And if you do find something out please hurry back home and let me know!"
"DEL!" Delcatty saluted and gently pockets the photo between her massive breasts and cleavage and began running out of the house and opening the front door. LEaving Caroline behind as she soften her gaze and stares down at the bow in her hand while softly saying.
"May…"

Caroline then lowered her hand and saw her Ten year old daughter happily hopping and skipping down the stairs carefully and approached her mother, through Carolines point of view as the twin brown-haired girl grinned brightly and closed her eyes asking. "Do you need something from me mom?" As Caroline flashes to the memory of when her daughter's disappearance began, hoping to relive that moment and figure out what exactly happened on that day.
Leading all the way up to when she even began catching Pokemon in secret and helping out Professor Birch's field research. What is this mysterious voice that is beckoning to May and why is it calling her their daughter? What clan does it want to thrive again…the symbol appearing on May's forehead holds some hidden meanings and has seemingly begun controlling her- as we look to the past to connect the dots, as May's journey of her disappearing begins…
