Chapter 2

Disclaimer: Rough words and talking. rated M!

Today will be the first challenge. Chris thought about what to start with, he wanted to start off slow and work his way up to extreme challenges. So for today the challenge will be easy. At least for most competitors.

Chris woke up early at just 6 AM. He got out his megaphone and started screaming trough it to the campers. ''EVERYONE! WAKE UP! LET'S START TODAYS CHALLENGE!'' He screamed. ''Awwh, already?'' Chris could hear Lindsay say. It took them about 5 minutes to get out of the tents. Many campers still got their pjs on. Lindsay's still got her sleeping mask on. ''Where am I?'' She asked playfully. Tyler threw she sleeping mask off of her. ''Oh! There I am!''

''Okay, y'all gotta go shower and dress up. After meet me at the main cabin!'' Chris said. The campers nodded and did what Chris said. ''Did you guys sleep well last night?'' Duncan asked all of the campers while showering. ''No! Geoff was singing all night long!'' Sierra complained. ''Right! If he does that tonight too, I will KILL him!'' ''Crazy much'', many campers complained. Geoff definitely wasn't so popular anymore now, now that all of the campers had bags under their eyes. And they weren't designer bags.

Lindsay then took HOURS to tidy herself up in the mirror. She had to hide the bags under her eyes. ''Are you coming, Linds? It's time for the next challenge.'' Tyler explained to Lindsay. ''Yeah, I know, but I look horrible! It looks like I've never seen skincare before or something!'' She muttered. Tyler rolled his eyes and sighed.

After 10 minutes the campers gathered at the bonfire, so that Chis can explain the challenge of the day.

''Okay, campers! The first challenge will be a puzzling challenge!'' Chris explained. The campers gave each other confused looks. ''Each of you will have to find a puzzle piece. Once all of them are found, it will form a word. The first duo to tell me what word it is, will win immunity!''

''Does it matter who finds which piece?'' Geoff asked. ''No. As long as you just find one piece, you could help your duo to find theirs. It doesn't matter who finds what piece,'' Chris answered.

''Everyone, get ready, and we will start in 3, 2, 1… GO!'' Chris screamed through his megaphone. Everyone ran in different places. It was a total chaos.

Sierra ran to the place where the dodgeball place originally was. It now is fully empty. She looked around the corners. ''Nothing…'' she silently said to herself. Then she decided too look for Cody, which she couldn't find. ''Cody!'' She screamed all around the island. ''Cody! Where are you? I will find you!'' Cody heard Sierra's screaming and decided to hide for her. Not only did he now have a puzzle piece to find, but also a crazy Sierra around him.

Lindsay and Tyler teamed up and looked around the dock area. ''I think I found one!'' Lindsay squealed in excitement. ''You did? Show me!'' Tyler said. Lindsay showed a seashell she found. ''But we need to find puzzle pieces not shells!'' He said annoyed. Lindsay stared at him with her puppy eyes. ''Sorry Linds, go ahead and find shells if you want to,'' he sighed. ''Yay!'' Lindsay clapped her hands happily and started looking for shells.

Meanwhile at Geoff and Bridgette not much progress has been made. They have just been making out on the beach chairs the whole time, that's all.

Harold and Beth were looking on some tents for a puzzle piece. ''Harold, should I look in the black tent?'' Beth asked. ''Okay, then I will look in our red tent,'' Harold said.

Beth walked to the black tent and opened it. It was Duncan and Courtneys's tent. It was a mess inside. ''Hmm… how can I look for a tiny puzzle piece in such a messy tent?'' She asked herself. She looked trough their bags, trash, and clothes. But then Beth saw something. Shockingly she looked at it. She gasped. ''What IS this?!'' She said. She immediately ran out of the tent. ''Gross!'' ''What is it?'' Harold asked as he heard what was going on. ''I- saw something…'' She muttered. ''What did you see?'' he asked. ''Uh… go and look yourself… but don't tell Duncan or Courtney I looked in their tent!'' She said fast. ''Okay…'' Harold was confused and looked in Duncney's tent. ''I don't see anything?'' he said. ''Oh, well it's for the better then I guess. Come on, let's keep looking!''

Katie and Sadie were doing good. Katie has already found her piece, and helped Sadie find hers. ''What do you think the puzzle pieces will make?'' Katie asked. ''A word,'' Sadie answered. ''I know, but what word?'' ''I don't know!''

Gwen and Trent were the first duo to find both of their pieces! They found them at the beach under some poles. ''Let's go return them!'' Gwen screamed while running to Chris. ''Let's go!'' Trent answered. Once they arrived at Chris they showed their puzzle pieces to him. ''Here! We found them at the beach,'' Gwen said. ''Aha… you guys can put your puzzle pieces on the table and wait for the other duo's to finish. Once the other duo's put their puzzle pieces on the table, you can start guessing the word,'' Chris explained. Gwen and Trent nodded and put their puzzle pieces on the table. ''Hmm… what word could It be?'' Trent asked. ''I don't know… our puzzle pieces say a M and a T. It looks like there's still plenty of letters to go.''

Then Katie and Sadie came running to the table. ''We found some letters!'' They said excitedly. ''Okay, put the where you think they have to go.'' Katie and Sadie looked over the puzzle. "Hmm… I think it goes… here! Yes! It matches up perfectly!'' Katie celebrated. Then Sadie looked. ''I don't think it fits anywhere, so I will have to wait for the others to come.''

20 minutes passed and finally another duo came. It was Beth and Harold. ''We're here!'' Still out of breath they tried to fit in in the puzzle. ''Yes! Mine fits!" Beth said. Harold's puzzle piece fit in nicely too. The letters M, T, I, and U could be seen. ''Hmm… I have got no clue what the word could be. We need more letters.'' Sadie said.

Another 10 minutes passed and then came running Sierra, with Cody in her arms, as well as 2 puzzle pieces. ''I'm here!'' She screamed happily. She put Cody down as put her 2 puzzle pieces in it. For now the word spelled IMUNIT. It had to be clear now, Chris thought. But surprisingly, no one got it!

That was until Lindsay came running out of the beach area. She was holding two puzzle pieces. ''Lindsay, you are supposed to only have one puzzle piece per person!'' Gwen told her. ''One is for me, and the other one is for Tyler!'' Lindsay explained. ''But then where is Tyler?'' Gwen asked. ''I don't know. I was collecting sea shells with him until he disappeared. I then looked everywhere for him, but couldn't find him. So I went back to here.'' Lindsay explained.

She then put her and Tyler's puzzle pieces in it. It has almost formed the full word now. ''I know it!'' Lindsay said and ran to Chris. ''Chris! I know the word!'' Lindsay said excitedly. The others had by now also figured out the word, and waited for Lindsay to say what she thinks the word is. ''Go ahead,'' Chris said, ''The word must be immunity!'' She said. ''Your right!'', Chris started as Lindsay cheered happily. ''But you don't win. Where's Tyler? You must tell it to me as a duo.''

Lindsay's smile disappeared. ''I- I… I don't know…'' She said. Then Gwen and Trent looked at each other. So did Katie and Sadie. Both duo's ran to Chris, screaming the word ''immunity''. But Chris was smarter: he heard which duo said it first. It was quiet for a while. ''Congrats Katie and Sadie! You win immunity!'' Chris said. ''Yay!'' The girls cheered. Gwen and Trent were sad they lost but happy for the besties to win for once.

But then they heard a loud cry. It was Lindsay. ''What's wrong?'' Trent comforted her. ''I- I think Tyler died!'' She said. ''What do you mean?'' A big group had gathered around Lindsay. ''He is laying on the ground!'' Lindsay explained. ''Where?'' Katie asked. ''In my tent!'' The campers then walked to Lindsay and Tyler's tent. And indeed, they did see Tyler laying there. ''See? He's died!'' Lindsay said nervously. Trent tapped Tyler on his back and shoulders. ''Hey! Wake up man!'' He said to Tyler. Tyler then opened his eyes. ''What is happening? What are you all doing here?'' Tyler asked confused. ''He woke up from the death!'' Lindsay said happily. ''What? No I didn't! I was just sleeping!"' Tyler said and slapped his hand on his forehead. ''Oh…'' Lindsay said embarrassed. ''A little dumb, ain't it?'' Duncan said as he walked by, he heard everything happen. Lindsay's face turned red. Not from embarrassment, but from anger. Tyler saw it happening. ''Hey!'' he said enraged. ''Shut up, Duncan. Your just a heartless guy. Fuck off.'' He snapped at Duncan. ''Ayy, our jock has got something to say! I've never heard your voice, bro. Nice to meet you,'' Duncan joked. ''Why are you acting like this? It's not Lindsay's fault she's only got half a brain cell!'' Tyler joked back. This hurt Lindsay, even though it was just a silly joke. ''Yall are so mean,'' She said as she ran away hysterically crying. ''Look at what you've done!'' Tyler said, and then started saying things he probably didn't mean to say. He was just mad and couldn't control himself anymore. ''Go fuck yourself, Duncan. And never talk to me ever again.'' He said. ''Ayo, the only thing I said is that she was a little dumb! And now your over here acting like I killed her or something?!'' Get away.'' Duncan said as he walked towards the main cabin.

Chris acted as if nothing had happened and told the campers to come to the campfire tonight.

That night was one whole drama. Lindsay was gone, and no one could find her. Geoff and Bridgette didn't even compete in the challenge, just like Duncan and Courtney. Chris saw this and had to talk to the competitors about it.

''Now, everyone, pay attention. Some of you guys didn't even compete today! This is ridiculous. If you want to win 1 million dollars, you gotta do something for it!'' He said. ''Anyways, today's marshmallows go to…'' Everyone looked at each other, wondering who will be voted off first.

''Katie and Sadie!'' Chris started. The girls were happy even though they already knew they were safe. ''And… Gwen and Trent!'' Chris threw the marshmallows and Gwen and Trent smiled. ''Cody and Sierra!'' ''EEEEEE!'' ''Beth and Harold!'' ''And then… our last 3 couples…'' Chris said nervously. ''For some reason, Geoff and Bridgette! And now… we have only got Tyler without Lindsay and Duncan and Courtney left…'' Tyler looked nervously while Duncan looked confident. ''The last marshmallow goes to… Tyler.'' ''WHAT?! But me and Courtney deserved it!'' Duncan screamed. ''What?! I'm not going home! Lindsay isn't even here! How is this fair?!'' Courtney said. She was enraged. ''Okay, time to go home guys,'' Chris said calmly to try and calm Courtney down. '"NO! I'M NOT GOING! I first want to speak to that jerk Lindsay!'' She said. ''Nope. It's time to go home, now!'' Chris said strictly. Then Chris got Duncan and Courtney's arms and held them tight. He walked to the dock of shame and threw them on the boat. ''Bye-bye!'' He said. ''Your going to hear from my lawyer! You bet!'' She screamed as the boat sailed away.

That night everyone was looking for Lindsay. Where was she? Not eaten by the bears, right? They hoped for the best. After 2 hours of searching for Lindsay Katie came running to Tyler. ''I saw Lindsay on the roof!" ''WHAT ROOF?!'' ''She main cabin roof!'' Tyler ran to the main cabin and hoped Lindsay didn't do anything. And there she was, sobbing on the edge of the roof. Luckily it was only one story tall. ''Come down from there!'' Tyler said. ''No…'' Lindsay said sobbing and crying. ''Why not? How did you even come up there?'' Tyler said as he was walking around the building. Then he saw a ladder that lead up to the roof. ''What's wrong?'' he said as he climbed up the ladder and sat next to Lindsay, on the edge of the roof. He put his hand on her back. ''What's wrong?'' He whispered. Lindsay shrugged her shoulders. ''Everyone thinks I'm dumb.'' She said. ''Your not, your just… not the smartest, and that's okay,'' he said. ''I was sleeping, I wasn't dead,'' he calmy told her. ''It's okay. It's not your fault… have you ever thought… maybe… that there's a reason for it…'' He stuttered. '"A reason for what?'' ''For… well maybe there's something in your brain that makes you think a little different than the rest does,'' he explained. ''Maybe we should let a doctor check,'' he assured her. ''No. I mean, yes. Maybe we should. But what if I'm gonna die? Maybe it's a virus!'' She said, scared. ''No, it won't be a virus. If that was the case you would have already known. It could be prosopagonie. That really fits the symptoms you have, like forgetting names, people, and being scared so fast. Trust me, your gonna be alright!'' He said, cheering her up. ''Okay… will do. I'm going to sleep now,'' She said and walked off of the roof using the ladder. Tyler let out a happy sigh.

That night went smoothy. Everyone got at least 10 hours of shut eye. Safe to say today was a success! ;)
