Well hello! This is Young Prince's Adventure II-story's new chapter. See ya next chapter.
Adrien drank water from the river, standing next to Scarlet on the riverbank.
Splash! Water splashed onto Adrien from his right side, and he looked at Scarlet, whose right front leg was a little wet, and water was falling to the ground.
"What did you do that for?" Adrien asked, a little surprised.
"Well, you've seemed a little sad lately, so I tried to cheer you up," Scarlet said.
"Thank you," Adrien said, and splashed some water on Scarlet, smiling happily now.
Fireflies flew above the river, illuminating the forest at night with their glow.
There were dark clouds in the sky, with a full moon and many stars behind them.
"What are you thinking about, Adrien?" Scarlet asked.
"My mother. I would have wanted her to see me when I became the new The Great Prince of the Forest. I was thinking recently about how my mother wouldn't see that, or her future grandchild," Adrien cried a little. Adrien felt surprisingly good when he was able to talk about his worries to Scarlet, and he was grateful to Scarlet for listening to him.
"Adrien, your mother would have been proud of you. I'm sure of it," Scarlet said, smiling encouragingly.
"I see. It's probably time to go home," Adrien said as he walked with Scarlet towards Adrien's cave. "Thank you for listening to me."
"Please," Scarlet said, settling down next to Adrien on the cave floor.
Adrien, and Scarlet finally fell asleep.
Dark clouds filled the sky, and finally it started to rain, causing all the animals living in the forest to return to their homes to shelter from the rain.
