"Emma, I can't shoot ice from my fingers, no matter how much I look like Elsa!" Auntie Amelie told Emma. "But you have the braid and everything!"

Emma and Amelie had spent the morning watching Frozen, then dressing up as the characters. As much as Emma loved the movie, her parents would always be her heroes. "Well, even if I cannot create magic," Amelie said, wiggling her fingers, "That doesn't mean we can't create our own! How about

we make some Christmas decorations for the windows!"

"Yes, please!" Emma jumped off the bed, clapping. She loved arts and crafts, just like Mama! "I want to make paper snowflakes!" "I'll set down some newspapers to keep the table clean, and then we can hop to it, my little elf!"

Emma's tongue poked out of the side of her mouth as she worked along the side of her snowflake, squealing with delight as a perfect snowflake opened up. "Here, add some glitter for some extra sparkle!" Aunt Amelie handed her the sliver and white sparkles and Emma carefully sprinkled the colors onto the paper flake.

"Do you think I'm going to be just like Mama when I grow up?" Emma paused, munching on her cheese and crackers. Her aunt's voice was soft. "You mean being Ladybug?" Emma nodded. "Emma, that's only part of who you are, and your you! If you decide to follow in your mother's footsteps, fine, but the choice is up to you."

"I heard Daddy say he didn't like being a model, but he loves being Cat Noir." "There were complications, yes, but I'd say he loves being your daddy more then anything else."

Emma nodded. The doorbell rang and she sprang up, running for the door. Sure, there was holiday magic and the magic of the Miraculous.

But Emma didn't need any magic to tell her she was loved. She had the best parents in the world, magic or magic. Emma didn't have to figure out who'd she be today, knowing she was loved

was all the magic she needed.
