"Dismissed."

"Thank god." Naruto left before either of the remaining ninja could blink leaving Tsunade alone with Sasuke.

"Sooo, what exactly did she do to cause such a smell?" She asked causing him to smirk and chuckle.

"Well, you see she had this bright idea to-"

Chapter 15: Long Day

"Damn Sauske and his big mouth." She muttered as she made her way to the bathroom tearing her nasty smelling clothes off as she went. Her sandals got shucked off her feet by the door as soon as she breached the doorway. She cursed as one of the buckles on her jacket caught in her hair from the tangled mess it had become. "Fuck it all!" Grabbing her hair in one hand and her jacket in the other she yanked them apart. She tossed her jacket on the floor and her hair back over her shoulder, ignoring the split and damaged ends she made in favor of shoving the door closed with a backward bump of her hip. Reaching for the knobs she turned first the hot then the cold on before reaching for the snaps of her button fly. Growling in frustration she just yanked them also, quickly shoving them down her thighs along with her panties, while doing a little jig to pull her feet out. Naruto tested the water with her fingertips and deciding the temperature was good yanked on the thing that made the shower work.

Grabbing the hem of her shirt that flew across the bathroom to hit the wall and slide to the floor as she grabbed the bindings around her breasts pulling the Velcro apart she sighed in relief. Best feeling ever.

Naruto stepped into the water and yanked the curtain closed. Standing under the steady flow of water on her back she felt her muscles begin to relax. Getting that cat drained her more than she let on, she hoped Sasuke didn't notice or he'd be mad at her again. She didn't want to keep worrying everyone, and she desperately wanted to do something. She was tired of being cooped up inside the village, she loved the village it was her home, but she was a ninja for fucks sake. Even if lately all she felt was useless.

Tsunade's words played through her mind as she grabbed the shampoo from the shelf squirting some of it into her hand then lathered it into her hair she had to admit that Tsunade may have a good point about keeping her on lower missions if a damn cat could cause her to become tired. She was just tired of taking everything so slow damnit, it had been months already and Kurama was no help at all besides some words of encouragement every time he thought something was funny. Like "Hey do that again, I forgot my popcorn." He thought he was so funny. Even if it did push her to try just a bit harder.

Rinsing the shampoo from her hair she grabbed the bar of soap next and began to work a lather between her hands to wash herself.

"Naruto?" The sound of Sasuke calling for her through the house caused her to jump and drop her soap.

"Fuck!" It hit her foot before bouncing around the tub and sliding towards the drain. She jerked her foot up and slipped onto her ass with a loud thud and banging her elbow on the side of the tub with a resounding bang, she grabbed onto the curtain on her way down and the pole smacked into her head.

"Naruto?!" Sasuke burst through the bathroom door, he took one look at her sprawled out in the tub before chuckling even as his face turned red. Sure the curtain covered her, mostly, but that didn't change the fact that she was still naked. He reached over and shut the water off before grabbing a towel from the closet.

"Are you ok?"

"I could be worse." She muttered as she took the towel from him and he turned around to give her some privacy.

He laughed, shaking his head. "How so?"

She glared up at him as she made her way out of the tub and wrapped the towel around herself. "I could still smell like fish."

He laughed again, turning around when she tapped his shoulder, "You're right that would be worse wouldn't it?"

Naruto could feel as her face began to heat up, realizing that she was technically in the bathroom naked with Sasuke standing in front of her. "Um, yeah, uh I-I'm good now." Clearing her throat she began to usher him out the door so she could get changed. "No need to stay any longer."

Smirking he turned his head to look over his shoulder at her. "Sure? You might need help getting dressed. Maybe you hit your head." He laughed more as she shoved him out the door harder and slammed the door behind him.

Shaking his head in amusement he headed towards the kitchen to make some food, knowing that if he was hungry she was going to be as well, if not more so.

Still flustered from what just happened Naruto sat on the toilet trying to calm herself down and settle her thoughts enough to get dressed without putting her clothes on wrong. She must have made quite the sight sprawled out on her ass in the tub. There was no way he was going to let her live this down. Not a chance in hell. She could only hope he didn't go telling Karin and the others about it. Slapping her hands to her face she shook her head in shame. They were going to pick on her so bad now.

Like Suigetsu's comments on a regular basis weren't bad enough after the no pants incident a while back. He was SO bummed out because he never go to see her panties, Karin knocked him in the head a few times and Jugo knocked him out once, Sasuke just let it be since he knew he was only teasing and let the others deal with him.

Smiling softly she reached over to the counter for her clothes, only for her fingertips to touch the cool surface of the counter instead. Surprised she looked up to find the counter empty of any clothes and her jaw dropped as she realized in her haste to get clean she completely forgot to grab any clothes from her dresser. Burying her face back into her hands she groaned. She could not believe she forgot them.

Standing up she hoped that she would be able to get to the room without being seen and that Sasuke wasn't in the room. Turning the knob and opening the door she decided to just make a run for it and half way down the hall she crashed into someone.

Landing on her ass again, she was glad that the towel didn't come loose and that it came past her knees. Looking up to see who she ran into, she wanted to die.

Suigetsu.

The smug smart assed bastard stood there looking like he just caught the canary.

"Um."

Suigetsu chuckled and placed his hands in his pockets while looking down at her. "Well, look what I found." He took his hand out of his pocket and held it out to her. "Want some help?"

She looked at him and knew he had a new round of comments for her now. "No, I can do it myself." No need to add fuel to the already smoldering fire of embarrassment, who knew what he'd say if she actually let him help her up.

"Suigetsu, what's taking you so long? Did you-" Karin came around the corner and stopped at seeing him offering a hand out to Naruto who was still sprawled out on the floor. "What'd you do? push her on the floor Suigetsu? That's low even for you." She chuckled as she came closer and Naruto picked herself up off the floor feeling even more awkward. "I mean I know she's small and weak right now but to pick on her-"

"Hey, I didn't push her. She fell."

"If you say so." Suigestu turned to face Karin and gave her all of his attention, and Karin flicked her hand in Naruto's direction telling her to go. Naruto mouthed a thank you to her.

Naruto was glad that Karin was willing to be a distraction while she hurried to her and Sasuke's room. Who knows how long Suigetsu would have held her there coming up with new ways to pick on her before someone came along. She really wanted to put some clothes on now. She could still feel the heat in her cheeks as she reached her door and opened it letting herself in.

Not bothering to look around believing that since the guys were here that Sasuke would be out there with them and that the room would be empty she threw the towel on the bed before going over to her dresser that was beside Sasuke's.

"Not that I'm complaining, but why are you still naked Naruto?"

She screamed and nearly jumped out of her skin, clutching her chest with one hand and the other immediately covering her lower area she half turned to fine Sasuke standing next to the bed with the drawer to his night stand open. He had a kunai pouch in his hand that usually sat in the drawer.

She turned back around quickly to the dresser and snagged a shirt out of the second drawer down and pulled it on. It went half way down her thighs.

It wasn't her shirt.

"I believe that's mine." Oh he sounded so smug over there. Was this day ever going to end?

Groaning she trudged over to her dresser and nabbed a pair of her sleep shorts and a pair of panties from the top drawer. "I'm keeping it." He'd seen enough of her, she wasn't giving anyone another look. She was so done with the day. She really wanted to crawl into bed and hide under the covers for a week at this point.

"That's fine, it looks good on you, almost as good as without from what I've seen." She could her the amusement in his voice and twirled around to face him, panties and shorts in one hand, she used the other to point at him.

"You." she could feel her face getting hotter. She pointed at the door. "Out!"

Laughing quietly he made his way to the door. "Sure?"

"Yes!"

He opened the door and made his way out as she made her way into the half bath attached to their room to change making sure she had privacy.

This day really had been too long.

Sasuke couldn't get the image of a naked Naruto out of his mind as he made his way back into the kitched where Juge sat at the table and Karin walked in with Suigetsu. He almost laughed out loud remembering the look on her face when she turned aroun dto see him standing there. He was almost as shocked as she was when she walked in there and threw that towel off. He'd never seen anything as beautiful or stunning in his life. Her wet hair trailed down her back to her ass and his eyes couldn't help but travel over the curves that hid beneath her clothes.

Walking over to Jugo he tossed him the kunai pouch. "Here."

"Thanks."

"No, thank you. I mean it." If Jugo hadn't asked if he had a spare he could have since his wore out earlier in the week Sasuke wouldn't have been in the room when she went in there. He wouldn't have gotten to see her like that, sure she was naked in the bathroom but the curtain covered her as she was tangled up in it.

"Sure, whatever man."

"Sasuke, Suigetsu ran into Naruto in the hall. Like literally ran into her. You should have seen-"

Sasuke looked over at the other male knowing that if Naruto came into the room with a towel on that he must have ran into her in the same state. The urge to hit him was a strong one that he fought down. He knew Suigetsu wouldn't ever dream of making a move on her.

Seeing the look in Sasuke's eye Suigetsu put his hands up in surrender as he cut Karin off. "I swear it was an accident, she ran into me as i was heading for the bathroom. I had no idea she was even down that way."

Footsteps sounded in the hall before Naruto came into the kitchen as well, wearing Sasuke's shirt and her shorts that were almost completely covered by his shirt.

"Come on Naruto tell him it was an accident." Suigetsu pleaded with his hands clasped in front of him , dropping to his knees in a begging fashion.

She looked at Sasuke and back to Suigetsu. "Whatever you say Suigetsu." She stepped around him and went to sit by Jugo who was taking his Kunai out of his old beat up pouch and into the one Sasuke gave him. She could hear Karin laugh and Suigetsu trying to talk his way out of something as she lay her head down on the table.

She felt more than saw Sasuke come up behind her and pace a hand on her shoulder before bending down to her ear. "You ok?"

"Yeah, it's just been a long day."

He chuckled softly, "Yeah it has."
