"Today, Warlord Vorn gave a public announcement broadcast across the entire Terminus Systems, declaring the formation of the Grand Terminus Empire. Responses from other terminus groups are currently unknown, but a large reorganization effort has already begun within the territory of now Emperor Vorn. Many of his loyal troops and supporters have been given official titles and granted large amounts of land and capital within conquered regions, while the newly christened Imperial Army and Navy have unveiled new official and rather generous pay systems for their personnel."
