In Ancient Greece,Hera,Queen of the Gods created the Immortal warrior women from her own blood called the Amazons. They fought against the men who are corrupted by Ares,the God of War. After Ares was defeated,the Gods gave the Amazons an island to live. The Amazon leader,Hippolyta came to Zeus to asks for the Island to be hidden. Zeus will grant her wish if Hippolyta lays with him to which she does. The Island is hidden,Hippolyta is Queen to the Amazons of Themyscira,and she realized that she's pregnant with Zeus. She feared that Hera's Jealously,so she invents a story that she created the child from clay and Zeus brought the child to life.

Centuries Ago,A US Navy SEAL named Steve Trevor is shot down in a dogfight and crash-lands on the island. He was captured by the Amazons and interrogated Trevor with the Lasso of Truth. Knowing that Steve is not the enemy,Hippolyta decides that he needs to return home,but wouldn't allow her Daughter,Diana because she hasn't enough experience in dealing with the dangers of the outside world. Defying her mother,Diana covers her face with a helmet to participate in contests of strength,winning the right to bring Trevor home.

Later,Diana's Aunt,Astarte,seduced by Ares ,kills her Sister,Antiope and releases him. Diana takes Trevor home in her Invisible Jet. While there,They learned a commotion going on in the City. She spent time with Steve until they were interrupted by Harpies,summoned by Ares. Diana puts on her Armor and her Tiara and fights with the Harpies,killing two of them. She interrogated the last remained until she learned about Ares' released.

Ares summons his army to attack the city. Diana and Steve fought the Army with the Amazons help. Hippolyta defeats Astarte while Diana fights with Ares,who reveals that she is a Demi goddess. He asked her to join him,but Diana refuses and overpowers him. She grab the sword and decapitated Ares. Steve rush towards Diana and they share a kiss.

Later,Hippolyta gives her a task to protect the outside world where she is dubbed as "Wonder Woman".

Mid-Credits:
The Police investigates the Crash site of a Spaceship. A Police Man walks far away from it and secretly shifts into a "Green Martian"(Martian Manhunter).

Post-Credits:
In Astarte's Cell,She warns Hippolyta that releasing Ares and the attack of United States was just the beginning.
