Chapter 07 The Fall Formal Part 02:
A Climactic Showdown!
Sunset vs Miko.

"Oh, fuck me sideways." Miko cursed under his breath, staying on guard as Sunset continued to maniacally laugh after her transformation.
The (Hu)Mane Six were on edge at her new form but Twilight and Miko stood firm, their determined glares unwavering.
"Finally! After all these years of waiting, I finally have the magic, power, and the means to become the true ruler of Equestria!" Sunset Shimmer exclaimed, her wings spread wide.
She then turned to the boys working for her and turned them into smaller demons.
"This is gonna be so cool!" Snips said excitedly.
He then turned to Miko and Smirked "Payback time!" He said giddily as he and Snails both charged at Miko.
The girls saw them going for Miko as their eyes widened in horror "Dude, watch out!" Rainbow Dash yelled.
Miko just deadpanned at the duo charging at him before he rolled his eyes. "Oh no, two demonic morons are gunning for me, whatever shall I do?" He said with feigned panic his voice heavy with sarcasm.
Once Snips and Snails were on top of him...well...it was as anticlimactic as you would expect.
Miko gave Snips a haymaker to the face and Snails a roundhouse kick, sending both demons flying and crashing into a nearby tree.
The crowd of students gasped at the sudden display of strength, speed and skills that the Phantom of CHS showed, their eyes wide with shock and disbelief.
Twilight and her friends watched, jaws dropped, as Miko calmly dusted off his hands.
"Seriously, Shimmer is that all?" Miko taunted with a smirk "I didn't even need to use one percent of my powers on dumb and dumber over there." He said point his thumb to the groaning duo still lying on the ground.
Sunset's smile faded to a snarl as she hovered above the crowd "You're gonna get it now, Tsuburaya!" She spat before she raised her hands to the sky, before she brought them down and sent a blast of dark magic, aimed straight for Miko.
Miko smirked, his piercing green eyes glowed blue before he just swatted the magic blast away like a fly. "Is that all you got?" He taunted.
Sunset's eyes grew wide in shock and anger as she saw her attack, not even phasing Miko. "Impossible!" She roared.
Miko shrugged, the smirk never leaving his face "You know what's impossible? Me, being a normal teenager." He said with a smirk as he stepped forward towards the floating figure of Sunset.
Sunset regaining her composure just smirked at his bravado "It doesn't matter if you have some kind of super strength or magic. I am now a creature of power beyond your comprehension!" She exclaimed.
Miko's eyes narrowed. 'Wait a minute, she keeps talking about just my strength, could it be...' he eyes slightly widened before his smirk widened. 'She doesn't know about the rest of my abilities, I could use this to my advantage.' he thought to himself.
The girls watched as Miko approached Sunset, his smirk never faltering. Rainbow Dash and Applejack looked at each other nervously, their eyes wide with concern for Miko as he faced off against the newly empowered Sunset Shimmer.
Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy held onto each other, their teeth chattering slightly as they watched the tension build. Rarity took a deep breath, trying to remain composed, while Twilight held Spike protectively, her eyes never leaving Miko.
Miko's smirk grew as he stepped closer to Sunset, his eyes gleaming with a mix of amusement and challenge. "So, what's the deal with you and power?" He goaded, his tone playfully mocking. "You're like a kid in a candy store, except the candy is the fate of two worlds."
Sunset's eyes flashed with anger, but Miko didn't back down. Instead, he took a page from her own book, channeling his inner sass. "Let me guess, you want to be the queen bee of Equestria and to boss everyone around?" He tapped his chin thoughtfully. "I can see the appeal, but it just ain't my style."
The crowd of students watched in a mix of fear and confusion, not quite sure what to make of the bizarre scene unfolding before them. Sunset's rage grew, and she raised her hand again, ready to unleash another wave of dark magic.
"Miko, be careful!" Twilight called out, her grip on Spike tightening.
Miko gave her a wink, "Don't worry, I got this," before focusing back on Sunset.
The air around them crackled with tension as Sunset's magic grew stronger, but Miko remained unfazed. With a sudden burst of speed that left the others blinking, he shot upward, dodging Sunset's blast with ease.
He appeared in front of her before kicking her left side, sending her spiraling through the air before she could react.
Sunset crashed into the ground with a thud, her wings flapping wildly as she tried to regain her composure. The crowd of students gasped, their eyes glued to the confrontation.
"What...what are you?" She hissed, her voice laced with pain and fury.
"Not really sure." He shrugged before glaring at her, "But if you don't stop this and give the crown up, you'll leave me no choice but to show you just what I'm truly capable of." His voice had a serious tone to it now, one that even made the usually cheery Pinkie Pie swallow hard.
Sunset slowly picked herself up, her eyes narrowed at Miko. "You think you can beat me?" She snarled, her wings spreading out wide.
Miko narrowed his eyes, getting in a fighting stance 'sorry Sunset, I know you became a better person after this and while I know everything worked out in the movie.' He thought to himself.
'But this is reality, meaning I might not be able to predict everything that will happen in the future, so I'm not gonna stand by and watch anymore, I'll fight if I have to!' Miko mentally finished.
Miko took a step forward, his muscles tensed and ready for whatever Sunset threw at him. "I don't think, I know." He replied, his voice calm.
The air around them grew thick with anticipation as Sunset took in Miko's unyielding stance.
She knew he wasn't bluffing, she could see it in his eyes. This was a side of him she had never seen before, and it was clear that he wasn't going to back down.
But due to her own arrogant pride and greed neither will she, "You're going down, Tsuburaya!" She snarled as she took to the skies again.
Miko sighed "why the hell do they always wanna do it the hard way" he muttered to himself before he dodged a barrage of magic blasts from Sunset, weaving through them as if he was playing dodgeball.
His movements were swift, each dodge a blur as he closed the distance between them. His heart was pounding in his chest, but his mind was clear, focusing solely on the task at hand.
"You can't beat me!" Sunset shouted as she unleashed another round of dark magic, the ground around her cracking and smoking with the intensity of her power.
Miko rolled his eyes, "You really need to work on your one-liners." He said before catching her wrist mid-air and using her own momentum to twirl her around.
"Miko!" Twilight shouted as she watched the battle unfold, worried for her friend.
Miko smirked as he spun Sunset around, her eyes wide with surprise. "You know, Sunset, you really should have done more research on me before you picked a fight." He said, his grip tightening on her wrist.
Her eyes narrowed as she struggled to break free, "What are you talking about?" She snarled.
Miko just smirked. "Well you see, I don't just have enhanced strength, I've got speed and agility too!" He revealed in either arrogance or confidence nobody knew.
With that, he spun her around before letting go, sending her into a tailspin through the air. She managed to right herself just in time to see Miko rushing towards her, his eyes glowing blue.
Sunset's heart raced, realizing she had underestimated this human. As she prepared to counterattack, she felt a sudden surge of energy from the crown, and a burst of light erupted from it, knocking Miko back and sending him crashing through the school's side.
The students screamed, and Twilight's eyes went wide with fear. "Miko!" She yelled, her voice echoing through the night. The other girls rushed to his side, their hearts in their throats as they checked for any signs of life.
"I'm good..." Miko groaned, pushing himself up through the rubble, a bit dizzy but otherwise unscathed. His eyes searched for Sunset, who was hovering just outside the gaping hole in the school wall.
Her form flickered between human and demonic, the crown's power fluctuating wildly. "Impossible..." she murmured, a hint of doubt creeping into her voice.
The (Hu)Mane Six helped Miko to his feet, their expressions a mix of relief and determination. Twilight looked at him with admiration and worry, "You can't keep going at her like this, she's too powerful!"
Miko turned to Twilight "Yeah? Well unfortunately I'm very stubborn and I'm not stopping until I get that damn crown off her head."
He took a deep breath and steadied himself, his eyes glowing with a determination that hadn't been seen before.
He looked at his tux in tatters and turned to Rarity "sorry about the tux Rarity" Miko said with a grimace.
Rarity managed a shaky smile, "Don't worry about it, Miko. Just make sure you come back to us in one piece."
Miko nodded to Rarity, the gravity of the situation weighing on him. He knew this wasn't just about the crown anymore, he had to stop Sunset before she could do any more harm, especially to innocent people.
He took a deep breath and sprinted back through the hole in the school wall, his eyes locked on the unstable figure of Sunset Shimmer.
The girls followed behind him, ready to jump into the fray if needed. Rainbow Dash was the first to speak up, "Miko, what's your plan?"
"The basic of my plan is to kick her ass and get the crown back, but the more specific part of my plan, I have no fucking idea." Miko said grinning sheepishly as he took a moment to gauge Sunset's power.
Twilight looked at Miko in disbelief "Seriously!? That's it!?" She exclaimed.
"I'm improvising!" Miko exclaimed back.
As Sunset hovered over the schoolyard, the crown's light grew more erratic. She was clearly losing control of the power she had stolen.
"No, No! This power is mine! Mine!" She screamed trying and successfully gaining control once again.
She roared as she was shrouded in dark magic once more, her current demon form evolving into something even more monstrous.
Her pale red skin turned into a darker blood red with scales, her blue eyes gained slitted pupils, and her hair whipped around her like raging flames, and she grew a second pair of wings and her pony tail turned into a draconic one, finally she grew a demonic horn in just above her forehead.
Miko and the (Hu)Mane Six eyes grew wide with horror at her new transformation. "Holy fuck..." Rainbow Dash whispered under her breath.
Miko gulped "Oookay, m-maybe I do need a better plan." He murmured to himself nervously while his mind was running a mile a minute in panic. 'This is bad, like really bad! Shit, that new form is a fucking butterfly effect! Dammit!' he mentally cursed as that second transformation never happened in Equestria Girls.
Applejack stepped forward, her face a mask of determination "Miko, you can do this. We're with ya!" She said, giving him a pat on the back.
Before Miko could respond, Sunset Shimmer, now an even more terrifying demonic creature, lunged at him, luckily he was fast enough to push the girls out of the way in time before taking evasive action himself.
Her movements were swift and calculated, a stark contrast to the chaotic blasts of magic she had been using before. Miko dodged and weaved through the air, his enhanced reflexes allowing him to stay just out of reach. He threw a few punches and kicks, but they barely phased her.
"You're going down, Tsuburaya!" She roared, her new form a terrifying sight to behold.
Miko's mind raced as he dodged the monstrous swipes of Sunset's new form. He knew he had to end this fast, or they'd all be in serious trouble. He took a moment to assess her movements, looking for any openings or weaknesses.
Before he saw it coming Sunset gave a hard punch to his stomach sending him flying into another part of the schoolyard. "You think you can beat me?" Sunset taunted as she landed gracefully on her feet.
He struggled to stand up, wheezing as he clutched his midsection luckily his enhanced durability lessened the blow but by no means it didn't hurt.
"You know, you really really need to work on your evil comebacks," he retorted, trying to keep the pain out of his voice.
Twilight watched with a mix of terror and admiration as Miko got back on his feet, not letting Sunset's power intimidate him. She knew they had to find a way to get through to Sunset, to make her realize the error of her ways.
"Sunset! Please, stop this madness!" Twilight shouted, her voice a mix of desperation and anger.
Sunset's demonic form snarled back at her, "Why should I? I finally have what I've always wanted!"
Miko's eyes narrowed, and with a surge of adrenaline, he sprinted back towards her. "Wake up, Sunset, power isn't everything!" he yelled, his fists clenched.
"And what the hell would you know about power!?"She sneered, her voice echoing with malice.
Miko skidded to a halt, his shoes scraping against the asphalt. He took a deep breath, his eyes glowing blue with a fierce determination.
"I know that power without control is just destruction and chaos waiting to happen!" He countered, his voice a roar that seemed to shake the very ground beneath them.
The crowd of students watched in awe as the two beings clashed, one a beacon of light and hope, the other a creature of shadow and greed. The battle was intense, a dance of fists and magic that painted the night sky in a dazzling array of colors.
Miko's movements were a blur, his enhanced speed and reflexes allowing him to keep pace with Sunset's newfound power. Each strike he landed resonated with the power of his convictions, pushing back the tide of darkness that threatened to consume her.
"What you're doing is wrong, Sunset! You can't just take what you want without considering the consequences!" He shouted as he dodged another swipe from her monstrous form.
Her eyes flickered with doubt for a moment, but she immediately squashed her doubts, and she lunged at him with renewed ferocity. "The only consequence I care about is becoming the ruler of Equestria!"
Miko saw the pain in her eyes, the desperation that had twisted into madness. He knew he had to reach her, to show her that there was another way.
He dashed to the side and swung around, catching her off-guard with a powerful kick that sent her crashing into the ground.
"Sunset, please, you don't have to do this!" He pleaded as he approached her, his eyes glowing with a mix of power and compassion.
Her form began to flicker, her human features re-emerging briefly before the demonic one took over again. "You don't understand, Miko. I've been denied what's rightfully mine for too long!" She screamed, her voice a cacophony of rage and despair.
Miko's eyes grew soft as he reached out to her "You're not being denied anything, Sunset. You're just choosing the wrong path to get there."
The crown on her head pulsed with energy, the light casting an eerie glow on her contorted features. "This is the only way! You don't know what it's like to be cast aside, to be nothing!" She shouted back.
A burst of magic sent Miko flying backwards, his body skidding across the ground. He coughed up dust as he pushed himself up to his knees, his eyes never leaving Sunset's monstrous form.
The crown on her head was pulsing erratically, and he knew that if he didn't act fast, things would only get worse.
The (Hu)Mane Six appeared behind Miko, their expressions a mix of fear and resolve. Rainbow Dash took a step forward, "We're not gonna let you do this, Sunset!"
Sunset laughed maniacally, her eyes wild with power. "You think you can stop me? I am all powerful!"
Everything stopped when they heard chuckling, a chuckling that didn't belong to any of them.
They turned to see Miko slowly standing up, brushing off his torn tuxedo. He looked at Sunset, his eyes no longer filled with anger but with a smirk. "You think you're all powerful? Oh dear Sunset you don't know just how wrong you are"
Sunset growled "Oh? Then please enlighten me before I end you." She said as she crossed her arms.
Miko glared. "Sunset no offense, but you are nothing compared to the possible forces outside of our planet. Out there in the universe there are beings that could destroy both our worlds in an instant." He said with narrowed eyes.
The crown on her head glows more brightly, "You think I care about other beings? I only care about Equestria!"
'Good grief she's like a broken record…' Miko thought with a sigh before he continued "You're not listening. Power is not about forcing others to kneel, it's about protecting those you love, and that includes friends." He looked at Twilight, who nodded encouragingly.
Twilight took a step forward "Sunset, please, we can help you. It's not too late to stop this"
Sunset did nothing but scoff "You think I need your help, Twilight? I'm beyond you all!"
She then smirked with malicious intent "Tsuburaya tell me, how much do you care about your friends?"
The girls held determined stances around Miko, each ready to back him up. Rainbow Dash took a deep breath and spoke up "We care about our friends more than anything else!"
Before the others could agree with her Miko got in front of them. "Guys get back." He said calmly, his eyes on Sunset.
Their eyes widened and tried to protest. especially Rainbow Dash. "But Miko!"
"Are ya crazy!? Don't be stupid Sugarcube!?" Applejack exclaimed.
Pinkie Pie agrees with Applejack, "Yeah, what's gotten into you?" She asked, her usual cheerfulness replaced by genuine concern.
"Darling, you don't have to do this alone," Rarity said, reaching out to touch his arm.
Fluttershy looked at Miko with a hint of worry in her eyes, "Miko, please don't do anything reckless."
"Miko we're your friends, we can do this together!" Twilight's voice was firm yet filled with care.
Rainbow Dash nodded in agreement, "You don't have to face her alone, buddy."
"Now!" Miko said more forcefully than he had ever spoken before.
Spike decided to speak up, his voice firm and clear, "Guys, let him handle this. Miko knows what he's doing."
The (Hu)Mane Six looked at each other, then back at Miko. They knew him well enough to know that hopefully he had something up his sleeve. With a silent nod, they got some distance, creating a clear space between Miko and Sunset.
Without another word Miko sprinted towards Sunset, his eyes focused and intense. His friends watched with bated breath, their hearts racing as they prepared for whatever was about to happen.
Sunset smirked madly before spreading her wings charging towards him. "You think you can take me on?"
"Like I said, I don't think, I know!" He yelled back as he rushed towards her, his body a blur, his right fist raised for a punch with Sunset doing the same.
"RAAGH!"
"SHAAA!"
Their fists collided with a deafening boom that echoed through the schoolyard, sending shockwaves rippling across the ground. The impact was so intense that the air around them crackled with energy, and for a moment, it was impossible to tell who had the upper hand.
Sunset's demonic form faltered slightly, her eyes widening as she felt the true extent of Miko's power. But she was fueled by the crown's magic and sheer will, so she didn't go down easily.
Miko felt the weight of her blow, his knuckles stinging as the magic coursing through her form met with his own resilience. But he didn't back down. Instead, he took a step closer, his fists glowing with a soft blue light that grew brighter with each passing second.
"You're not the only one who knows about power, Sunset," he said, his voice steady despite the tremors running through his body. "But I've learned that power isn't about taking. It's about protecting what's important to you."
The air around Miko's fists grew hot, the blue light pulsing brighter. He could feel a familiar energy building up inside him, the same energy that he at one point thought to be a curse, but now slowly seeing it as his strength.
Specium energy.
The crowd watched in awe as Miko and Sunset's fists remained locked in a struggle of wills, the air around them thick with tension. The crown on Sunset's head pulsed, the light growing more erratic by the second, threatening to consume her completely.
Sunset used her free hand and shot a magic blast at Miko point blank range, the blast hit him dead center in the chest but to everyone's shock especially Sunset's it didn't even knock him back. Miko's eyes grew even more intense as the light from his fists grew brighter.
"Miko, what are you doing!?" Twilight shouted over the sound of the clashing powers.
"Trust me, Twilight," Miko said with a smirk, "I've got this."
With a final burst of strength, Miko pushed forward, his fists igniting with a blast of Specium energy that collided with Sunset's magic. The force of the impact sent both of them flying backward, their bodies leaving trails of light in their wake.
Miko skidded to a halt, his body glowing with the aftermath using Specium energy for the first time. He looked over at Sunset, but she was nowhere to be seen.
Staying on guard Miko looked around frantically for any sign of Sunset, his eyes scanning the destruction around them. He saw a flash of movement in the corner of his eye and turned just in time to see Sunset's monstrous form emerge from the shadows, the crown still on her head.
"Miko watch out!" Twilight tried to warn him but it was too late as Sunset grabbed him by the throat, her monstrous hand squeezing tightly. She hovered in the air, the crown's power pulsating through her veins.
"hehehehe...HAHAHA!" Sunset laughed evilly sending chills down everyone's spine. "Oh poor Tsuburaya, did you really think you could defeat me that easily?"
Miko coughed, his eyes watering from the pressure on his throat. He managed to get out a strained. "Is that all you got?"
Sunset's smirk widened "As a matter of fact..." She said trailing off as she focused more magic into her arm to strengthen her grip.
"Ack! Regret! Regret!" Miko choked out, instantly regretting his cocky remark. [01]
The (Hu)Mane Six gasped at the sight. Applejack and Rainbow Dash rushed forward to help, but Miko raised his hand, signaling them to stay back.
"Miko!" Twilight's voice was filled with alarm, her eyes wide with fear for her friend.
"Ah-ah-ah. Nobody makes a move, unless you want me to kill your little friend here." Sunset's grip tightened, her eyes gleaming with malicious intent.
Twilight froze, her eyes wide with horror as she watched Miko's face contort in pain. His body starts to go limp in Sunset's grasp. Her mind raced, searching for a way to save him without compromising the crown.
Sunset smirked and turned her attention to Miko again. "Now as much as I want to make you suffer a little more, I have a schedule to keep. So, for now I need you out of the way!" She threw Miko into the night sky, his body disappearing into the darkness.
"Aaaaahhh!" Miko screamed as he was sent hurtling to who knows where.
"Miko!" the (Hu)Mane Six shouted in unison as they watched their friend disappear into the night sky. Their hearts raced, and their fear grew tenfold.
But Twilight's eyes were filled with determination as she stared down at Sunset, who was now standing tall with the crown pulsing erratically in her grasp.
Sunset laughed darkly glad that she had rid herself of the nuisance for now. "Now that he's out of the way, where were we?" She said before slowly turning to the students. "Oh that's right. My Coronation!"
"I've had to jump through so many hoops tonight including fighting Tsuburaya of all people for this crown and its power, and it really should have been mine all along." Sunset told every student as she growled fiercely before she evilly smiled. "But let's let bygones be bygones. I am your princess now, and you will be loyal... to me!"
Sunset used her magic to blast a hole in the school entrance causing the students to flee inside to avoid facing her dangerous wrath as her eyes glowed blue and black, deranged out of her mind as she cast hypnotic spells to force their loyalty by placing them under a spell so they act like mindless zombies.
She then turned to her two lackeys Snips and Snails still groaning from their defeat earlier "Get up you pathetic idiots!"
They stumbled to their feet, the fear of their leader evident in their eyes. "You know what to do." She barked.
"Round them up and bring them to the portal." Sunset ordered her lackeys who saluted her before carrying out her order as she floated back outside to face Twilight and her friends.
The (Hu) Mane Six watched in horror as their classmates were turned into mindless drones, their eyes glazed over and their movements jerky. They knew they had to stop her before she could get to the portal.
As Miko was still hurtling in the sky, his thoughts raced, trying to come up with a plan. He knew that if he didn't act soon, Sunset would use the power of the crown to take over Equestria and potentially destroy everything he had ever known. The cold wind slapped him in the face, bringing him back to reality as he felt the ground rapidly approaching.
He gasped as he saw he was headed for a house in a suburban area 'damn it! with how fast I'm going don't know gonna survive this even with my enhanced durability...' he mentally cursed.
'Damn it! If only I was stronger... I'm sorry, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Spike, and you Twilight.' Miko thought to himself as he was about to crash into the house, he closed his eyes as he braced for impact expecting the worst.

But the impact never came, realizing this Miko tentatively opened his eyes to see himself hovering just before the roof of the house. 'How? A-am i...?' He looked down to see he was floating a few feet from the roof, his eyes wide in astonishment.
"Duah! Aah! W-woah" he exclaimed as he tried to balance himself in mid-air. "I-I can fly!?" He realized with a mix of shock and excitement. This was a new power he hadn't experienced before, and it could not have come at a better time.
Miko notices a little boy and girl looking through their bedroom window of the house he nearly crashed into, their jaws dropped and eyes bulging in shock.
Miko placed a finger to his lips, winking at them telling them to keep this to themselves, the two children nodded in awe before they went back to their beds.
Miko as if by instinct flew higher into the sky, his mind racing as he tried to process his newfound ability.
"Whoo-hoo!" He yelled out in excitement, the thrill of flying filling his veins as he soared above.
He turned to the direction of the school to realize Sunset had thrown him a mile away.
Closing his eyes, he took a deep breath before opening them, once again glowing an ethereal blue. "Okay no time to celebrate, gotta get back to CHS!" With newfound determination he flew back to Canterlot High.
Back at CHS Sunset laughed at her victory, finally her plans were slowly coming to fruition.
"Spoiler alert: I was bluffing when I said I was going to destroy the portal. I don't want to rule this pathetic little high school; I want Equestria! And with my own little teenage army behind me, I am going to get it!" She pointed to her zombie-like trance army.
She watched in horror to see Flash in a zombie-like trance just like the other students before she glared at Sunset "No, you're not!" Twilight confidently responded she won't let her as Sunset flies over to her.
"Oh, please! What exactly do you think you're going to do to stop me? I have magic, and Tsuburaya is probably dead in a crater somewhere, face it you have nothing!" Sunset scoffed as she malevolently smiled.
"Even without Miko she still has us!" Rainbow Dash confidently replied as her friends all joined her side, to which Twilight appreciated greatly to which Sunset growled in response before laughing it off.
"Gee, the gang really is all back together again. But unfortunately that won't be enough to save you, so why don't you just give up and face the truth?" Sunset's smugness was palpable as she hovered over the group, the crown on her head pulsing with power.
Before a voice spoke behind her "Well, I believe in truth."
Sunset whipped around to see Miko floating in the air, his eyes gleaming with a newfound power. The sight of him alive and well, not to mention flying, shocked everyone who was not a zombie, especially her.

The (Hu) Mane Six watched in amazement at their friend flying, their fear turning into hope. Applejack cracked a smile "Well, I'll be darned, he's flyin'!"
Pinkie Pie bounced up and down, her eyes wide with excitement. "Miko's flying! Now he really is like Superman!" she squealed.
"Aw, Yeah! Now we're talkin'!" Rainbow Dash exclaimed, pumping her fist in the air as she watched Miko's dramatic re-entrance.
Rarity couldn't help but gasp at the sight of Miko flying, her eyes sparkling with admiration. "He truly is... extraordinary," she whispered to herself
"Amazing..." Fluttershy whispered, her eyes wide in awe as she watched Miko hover in the air.
Spike had starry eyes seeing him flying "Awesome!" He shouted, unable to contain his amazement.
As for Twilight, she felt a wave of relief wash over her, followed by a surge of hope. "Miko!" she shouted, her voice filled with joy.
Miko flew down in front of them getting a tight hug from Rainbow Dash catching him by surprise. "Whoa, hey!" He exclaimed before chuckling. "Missed me?"
"I'm so glad you're okay..." Rainbow Dash whispered happily that Miko was alright, her grip tight around him.
Miko smiled and patted Rainbow Dash's back, gently disentangling himself from her embrace. "Don't worry, I'm fine Dash."
"Are ya' okay Sugarcube?" Applejack asked, her eyes filled with concern.
"I'm good, thanks to the new power." Miko grinned assuring his friends.
Twilight looked at Miko with a mix of shock and admiration. "What happened to you? How can you...fly?"
Miko shrugged helplessly. "Unfortunately I don't know myself." He said, giving a nervous grin.
Before gaining a serious expression "But that doesn't matter right now, Sunset's down but not out, we need to end this now." He looked at Sunset who was slowly getting up from the distance she was punched.
"But how?" Twilight asked, looking at Miko with a hint of desperation. "Her power is too great for us to handle."
He smiled at Twilight encouraging her "You represent the Element of Magic, its power doesn't just come from a little crown, remember what i said to you the Magic of Friendship doesn't just exist in Equestria but everywhere in the universe."
He said placing a hand on her shoulder, "you got this, for you are not alone." He repeated the very same words the Giant of Light told him at the very beginning of all this.
With newfound resolve Twilight nodded, she took a deep breath. "Right."
Miko nodded back, "I'll try to keep Sunset busy while you get a feel of your magic, and Twilight, remember the spirits of the Elements of Harmony are still with you." He said, looking at the rest of the (Hu)Mane Six.
While the others were confused on what they were talking about, Twilight's eyes widened realizing what he meant before nodding with determination.
Miko grinned nodding back, before turning his attention to Sunset with a calm determined glare.
Sunset, who had recovered from the shock of Miko's reappearance, was now glaring at him with renewed fury. "I've had just about enough of you, Tsuburaya!," she growled.
"Let's end this." Miko's voice was calm and determined, his eyes never leaving Sunset's. With that, he shot towards her, ready to continue the fight.

Sunset snarled, her eyes flashing with a dangerous light. She threw a barrage of magic blasts at Miko, but he weaved through them with ease, his newfound agility allowing him to dodge her attacks more than ever.
He knew he had to keep her busy, to give Twilight and the others time to call upon the Elements of Harmony.
The battle raged on, Miko's fists clenched hard as he threw punch after punch, kick after kick at Sunset. Each blow was met with a spell, and the clashes of power echoed through the night sky like thunder.
"What is this power?" Sunset roared, her form flickering with the crown's unstable magic.
Miko's heart raced as he dodged and weaved through Sunset's fiery blasts. He felt more of his power coursing through him, fueling his strength. "You think you're the only one who can harness power?" he taunted, a hint of a smile playing on his lips. "Let me show you what I can really do!"
With a roar, Miko's fists ignited with Specium energy once again, each punch leaving a trail of light as he struck Sunset. Her monstrous form took the blows, but the crown on her head was beginning to crackle and fizz with each hit.
"J-just...what the hell are you?" Sunset gasped, her confidence wavering for the first time.
Miko looked her in the eyes "to be honest, I'm not really sure myself, but all I know is I'm gonna stop you." He said with determination.
Sunset gritted her teeth and shot a blast of dark energy at Miko, who narrowly dodged it by a hair's breadth. "Your power is no match for mine!" she screamed.
But Miko was not one to back down. "We'll see about that," he said, his voice filled with the same confidence coursing through him. He knew he had to push himself further if he wanted to save everyone.
With a burst of speed, Miko closed the distance between them and delivered a barrage of punches and kicks, each one imbued with a surge of Specium energy that cracked the ground beneath them.
The students, still under Sunset's spell, stumbled away, their eyes unfocused but their bodies reacting instinctively to the tremors of the battle.
"You... you can't beat me!" Sunset bellowed, her voice a mix of fury and desperation. She swung her arms in wide arcs, sending waves of dark magic crashing into Miko like a storm.
He took the brunt of the assault, his body flipping through the air before landing with a bone-jarring thud.
Meanwhile Twilight tried to focus on what Miko said about the Elements of Harmony, "Miko's right, we have to stop Sunset...and I think I know how."
Rainbow Dash turned to her and asked. "Really? How?" With the others looking at Twilight expecting her to have a plan.
Twilight took a deep breath, her eyes gleaming with determination. "The Elements of Harmony. If what Miko said is true, we can call upon them and end all of this."
"But Twilight, i thought ya said that the other elements are back in Equestria." Applejack said with the others nodding in agreement as they were told about the Elements of Harmony earlier today.
Twilight nodded. "Yes, but the spirits of the Elements of Harmony are right here."
This confused the group. "What do you mean, Twilight?" Pinkie asked, her eyes wide with curiosity.
Twilight explained further. "Like my friends back home, all five of you each represent all five of the Elements. If we can find a way to tap into them, we can stop Sunset together."
"But h-how are w-we going to do that?" Fluttershy stuttered, her eyes darting between the fiery battle above and her friends.
Twilight's voice was calm and steady. "By igniting...the Spark of our friendship we can call upon the sixth element, the Element of Magic!"
The rest of the (Hu)Mane Six had some doubts, until Rainbow Dash spoke up. "I say we do it." At this they turned to her in surprise as she held a look of determination instead of her usual cocky smirk.
"Look My best friend is the only one fighting right now, I can't just stand here and do nothing." She said seriously her Loyalty to her friends, showing more than ever. "And I'll be damned before I let him die fighting alone." Rainbow Dash exclaimed, her voice echoing with passion.
One by one the girls looked at each other, then nodded in silent agreement.
Twilight nodded back as she looked at each and every one of them before she held out her hands.
With determined smiles one by one they held each other's hands and closed their eyes with thoughts about the bond they shared with not just each other but their loved ones, until a soft glow began to emanate from Twilight's forehead.
And soon each of them felt the spark within them ignite, filling their bodies with warmth and strength, until a soft magenta aura covered them.
Twilight opened her eyes filled with resolve, she gained a confident and hopeful smile.
It was Now or Never.
Back to the fight Miko winced as he hit the ground, his body aching from the sheer force of Sunset's magic. He pushed himself up, his clothes torn and dirty from the battle.
His eyes never left Sunset, his determination unwavering. He knew he had to push his new abilities to their limits if he wanted to win.
He smirked. "I can do this all day…" [03] Miko said as he dug deep into his power, Specium energy in his fists. With a battle cry that echoed through the night, he shot forward again, his fists blazing like stars as they connected with Sunset's chest.
The impact sent a shockwave through the schoolyard, knocking over trees and sending debris flying. Sunset stumbled back, her grip on the crown weakening. "Impossible! How can you still keep fighting?" she screeched.
Miko's smile grew wider as he hovered in mid-air, his fists still aglow. "Because I've got something you don't have," he said, his voice filled with a quiet power. "Friends."
That word "Friends" infuriated Sunset to no end. "Friends? Hah! Friends are just a hindrance, a weakness!" She spat back as she felt the crown slipping from her grasp.
Miko hovered closer, his fists blazing brighter with every word she said. "You're wrong, Sunset," he said calmly, his eyes filled with a gentle resolve that was in stark contrast to the battle raging around them. "Friends are the greatest power there is. They're what keeps me standing. They're what gives me the strength to fight for what's right."
"Will you just shut the fuck up!" Sunset screamed as she charged at Miko with everything she got, the crown pulsing with an intensity that could be felt by everyone present.
She managed to give Miko a powerful punch to the stomach, sending him hurtling to the ground again.
He grunted, but his smile never faded. "Is that all you got?" he challenged, his eyes gleaming.
"Grrr, THAT'S IT I'M ENDING THIS NOW!" Sunset roared as she raised her arm to conjure a huge ball of Dark Magic.
Miko's eyes narrowed knowing he wasn't gonna be able to dodge this, not with the school and the mind controlled students and faculty behind him. 'Oh boy, now what?' he thought to himself.
After a minute of thinking he gasped looking at his hands still glowing with specium energy. "That's it..." He whispered.
"DIE!" Sunset screamed as she threw the dark orb of energy towards Miko.
But just as it was about to hit him, his eyes flashed blue as he immediately put his hands together and a blue saw blade-like energy disk took form in between them before he threw it vertically. "Hah!"
Moving at breakneck speed, the disk shot at the oncoming dark orb. Despite its small size it cut the orb clean in half like a hot knife through butter, the dark magic immediately dissipating in the night air.

"What!?" Sunset's screech was filled with shock and rage as she watched her powerful attack dissipate before it even reached Miko. Her mind raced as she tried to understand what had just happened. She hadn't seen that kind of power from him before.
"Huh. Neat." [04] Miko murmured to himself, watching as the dark magic vanished into the night. "Can't believe it worked."
Hearing his words Sunset looked at Miko in disbelief. "What? Hold on, are you saying you used an attack not knowing if it would fucking work!?" She questioned her left eye twitching.
Miko chuckled, "Well, I'm a bit of a wing it kind of guy." He said with a shrug.
Despite herself she slapped her forehead in exasperation, she couldn't believe she was up against someone so careless yet so powerful. "You're insane!" she shouted at Miko.
"Hey! I'm perfectly sane, the voice in my head and my therapist said so." Miko retorted, his sarcasm cutting through the tension.
Just then Miko noticed a glowing magenta light just behind Sunset and smirked "Hey Sunset, as much as I want to continue our fight, you might want to turn around," he said.
Sunset confused turned around and saw Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, and Fluttershy, who were hand in hand with a calm magenta aura around them, her eyes widened in shock "What!?"
Miko laughed as he got up "Oh Sunset you're so screwed now!" He moved to the side giving his friends space to act, "Girls! She's all yours."
Twilight smiled in determination knowing what to do. "The magic contained in my Element was able to unite with those that helped create it!"
A beam of the magenta energy lances out from the tiara's jewel on Sunset Shimmer's forehead. It descends to the seven, having grown so intense that it has partially gone white, and lifts them off the grass. One by one, they each started to transform.
Starting with Applejack, her head rising as a pair of pony ears materializing under the brim of her hat. Her blond hair also lengthens nearly to the ground and forms a long tail-like braid.
"Honesty!"
Fluttershy was next as the emergence of her own new ears catches her off guard, followed by a pair of wings sprouting from her back and a tied-off extra length of hair.
"Kindness!"
Now it was Pinkie's turn to get her ears and tail-like hair extension. She has a bit of fun by bending over to stare at its trailing end through her legs, then does a quick cartwheel to come up as a magenta silhouette.
"Laughter!"
Next was Rarity as she glances warmly back over her shoulder, her hair extending and acquiring a jeweled band on the extra length, and twirls it around herself as a purple silhouette.
"Generosity!"
Rainbow Dash then earns her ears, wings, and extended hair. Her dark blue silhouette executes a spin kick and comes up into a half-crouch as light bursts forth amid a shower of cloud/lightning-bolts.
"Loyalty!"
Finally, rising slowly through her own nimbus of light and with her own new pair of ears, wings, and added hair, Twilight comes into view.
"Magic!"
Seeing all of their new transformations, all the demonic Sunset Shimmer could do is recoil in fear.
Miko watched in awe as he was seeing something he had seen on TV or his phone many times happen in real life.
"Together with a crown, they create a power beyond anything you could imagine, but it is a power you don't have the ability to control!" Twilight told Sunset as she struggled with the element's power.
"The crown may be upon your head, Sunset Shimmer, but you cannot wield it, because you do not possess the most powerful magic of all: The Magic of Friendship!" She said, Before Twilight and Girls joined hands to form a heart, the spark at Twilight's forehead winking out, and a double helix of rainbow beams shot upward from them toward the heavens.
Which meld into a ball of blinding white light, from which a complete rainbow thunders down toward Sunset Shimmer.
"No! What is Happening!?" She screamed in fear as the rainbow light swirled around her and engulfed her.
Miko had to shield his eyes as the light around the girls got brighter and brighter.
"Here and in Equestria, it is the only magic that can truly unite us all!" Twilight said as their magic proceeds to free everyone from Sunset's dark spell and restore balance to this world while transforming Snips and Snails back into their original forms with Sunset.
After that everything went white.

After a few moments Miko slowly opened his eyes to see the light had died down. 'Did...did it work?' he thought to himself.
Once he fully opened his eyes he soon saw a deep crater in the middle of the courtyard 'yeah, it's over...' Miko breathed a sigh of relief.
After waking up from Sunset's mind control some of the students walked over to him.
"Miko? What happened?" Flash Sentry asked, his voice filled with confusion as he looked around the damaged courtyard.
Trixie nodded in agreement. "Trixie would like to know as well"
Miko shrugged. "Ah, nothing special, just kicked the ass of our school's biggest bully then brought balance back to two worlds." He said as if trying to explain the weather.
"What?" Flash and Trixie said at the same time, confused by Miko's nonchalant response.
Before they noticed his current state. "Dude, what the hell happened to you!?" Flash asked, his voice filled with concern as he pointed at Miko's torn clothes and bruised body.
"Look I'll explain more later right now I need to check if my friends are okay." He said walking over to where the (Hu)Mane Six were lying on the ground semi-unconscious.
As Miko went over to the girls as the other students noticed his current state and they couldn't help but feel concerned, he made it over to the (Hu)Mane Six who were getting up while still in their Pony-Up forms.
"Hey, you guys okay?" Miko asked as he helped Twilight to her feet, before picking up the crown that was near the crater.
Twilight nodded. "I think so." She said before she and the girls noticed Miko's bruises and torn clothes.
"Miko, are you okay?" Rainbow Dash asked, her voice filled with concern as she looked at her best friend.
Miko nodded, a wry smile playing on his lips. "Yeah, I'm fine. Just a few bruises," he said, brushing off their worry. "But we need to check on Sunset."
Rarity nodded. "Right, so did we do it?"
"Yeah, I think we did." Miko said, a hint of pride in his voice, "Look." He pointed to the massive crater in the courtyard.
Miko took a couple of steps closer and looked down inside it to see Sunset Shimmer who had reverted back to normal and was hunched over on the ground. Her hair was a complete mess and her clothes were torn in a few places.
"Well, looks like the Magic of Friendship was able to change her back to normal." He said with a sigh of relief.
Flash blinked in surprise as he and Trixie walked over to them. "Wait, Magic?"
"Yeeaah..." Miko rubbed the back of his head as he gave a nervous smile. "Magic kinda exists."
This shocked everyone else who heard it. "Hold on, magic!? As in, real magic!?" Flash Sentry blurted out, his eyes wide with astonishment.
Miko couldn't help but chuckle at Flash's reaction, "Yeah, it's a bit much to take in, I know." Before he turned his attention to Twilight, "Now Twilight i think there is someone you should address."
She nodded with a smile before with a stern expression she turned her attention inside the crater where the defeated Sunset who is on her knees in the true princess's mercy and the warrior of hope.
"Sunset Shimmer you will never rule in Equestria, any power you may have had in this world is gone. Tonight, you've shown everyone who you really are. You've shown them what is in your heart." Twilight then told her as everyone had gathered the crater leaving Sunset tearing up in remorse.
"I-I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. I didn't know there was another way." She sobbed, her shoulders shaking as the weight of her actions finally hit her.
"The magic of friendship doesn't just exist in Equestria. It's everywhere." Miko continued for Twilight as he turned to the (Hu)Mane Six who got together for a group hug. "You can seek it out, or you can forever be alone. The choice is yours."
Sunset crawled out of the hole.
"But... But all I've ever done since being here is drive everyone apart. I don't know the first thing about friendship." Sunset tearfully said in regret and remorse.
Miko held out his hand with a gentle smile. "Then I'll help you." He said as everyone looked at him eyes wide in disbelief.
"I can help you become a better person and to understand friendship better and also to know what it means to have friends." Miko offered, his voice filled with sincerity and hope.
Sunset looked at his outstretched hand before looking at Miko with a mix of shock and hope. "You... You would do that for me?" she asked, her voice trembling.
He nodded solemnly. "We all make mistakes, Sunset. But it's never too late to make amends."
Twilight, her heart swelling with hope, took a tentative step forward. "Miko's right," she said softly, placing her hand on his shoulder. "We can help you."
The (Hu) Mane Six exchanged glances, some of them still wary, but all of them feeling the pull of compassion. Rainbow Dash broke the silence with a firm nod. "We're in this together," she said, extending her hand to Sunset as well.
One by one, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, and Fluttershy followed suit, each offering their friendship to the once-power-hungry girl. Sunset looked at each of them, her eyes filled with disbelief and gratitude. She reached out and took Miko's hand, allowing him to help her up.
Miko gave a kind smile, knowing that Sunset's journey was just beginning. "Sunset, Someone once told me no matter how many mistakes you make or how many times you screw up, don't let them define who you are, because everybody deserves a second chance, even you." He said to her,
"And I know a certain group of girls who might just be willing to give you a second chance. Right girls?" He asked the (Hu)Mane Six.
Twilight nodded. "Miko's right, we're willing to teach you what having friends is like so that you won't be alone anymore."
"Yeah! We'll be sure to teach you some of the important aspects of friendship, like Loyalty." Rainbow Dash said with a grin.
"Honesty." Applejack nodded with a tip of her hat.
"Laughter!" Pinkie Pie chimed in, her voice bubbling with enthusiasm.
"Kindness." Fluttershy whispered gently, her eyes filled with empathy for Sunset.
"Generosity." Rarity added, her voice warm and welcoming.
"And Hope." Miko added with a gentle smile as he looked into Sunset's eyes.
"B-But... but why? Why are you all willing to help me? I've done so many horrible things to you all." Sunset's voice was shaky, her eyes glossy with unshed tears.
Rainbow Dash shrugged with a smile. "Well, to be fair, it wasn't entirely your fault that our friendship ended, we didn't talk it out with each other and we let our own pride and ego blind us from the truth also, if Miko here is willing to give you another chance then so are we. We'll help you out as well." She said as she gave Miko a nudge.
Miko gave her a sheepish grin as Sunset straightened herself out.
"Those are my friends! Woo-hoo!" Spike cheered for them, shocking everyone.
"Did that dog just talk? Whoa. Weird." Brawly Beats a boy with light blue hair said in surprise.
"Seriously? The talking dog is a weird thing about all this?" Spike asked him completely deadpanning compared to dealing with Sunset in her monstrous form.
"I, for one, think you're adorable." Rarity replied as she picked him up and scratched his ear.
"Oh, yeah." Spike said as he is finally enjoying the scratch his human counterpart's crush is giving him as Twilight and Miko smiled in amusement.
Before they noticed Principal Celestia and Vice Principal Luna coming to them.
Principal Celestia turned to Miko, gesturing for the crown.
Miko, understanding what she meant, immediately walked up to her and gave her the crown.
She nodded in thanks before she turned her attention to Twilight.
"I believe this belongs to you." Principal Celestia spoke to Twilight as she held up her crown. Twilight bowed before her as Celestia placed the crown on her head. "A true princess in any world leads not by forcing others to bow before her, but by inspiring others to stand with her."
Miko smiled at Twilight as she was rewarded with her crown.
"We have all seen that you are capable of just that. I hope you see it too, Princess Twilight." She added as she kneeled down to her eye level and placed her hand on her chin.
"I do." Twilight replied as the crowd cheered for her as they stood up.
"Now, there is one last thing we need to adress, Miko." Upon hearing his name Miko stiffened knowing what was coming as Principal Celestia and Vice Principal Luna turned their attention to him. "Is there something you want to explain?"
Miko gulped, knowing that the jig was up. "Well, it's a bit of a long story, but the short version is that I've had these powers for a while," he began, his heart racing.
Twilight, Spike, The (Hu)Mane Six including Sunset looked on in concern as Principal Celestia and Vice Principal Luna focused their gaze on Miko. The crowd of students had gathered around them, curious about the sudden turn of events and the mysterious powers Miko had displayed.
"I take it that this is the reason you became so reclusive after freshman year?" Principal Celestia's voice was calm but firm as she studied Miko.
Miko slowly nodded "y-yes Principal Celestia my powers showed up some time during the last month of freshman year, but i couldn't exactly control them at the time so i thought it was best to keep to myself" He said nervously as he looked down at his shoes.
Vice Principal Luna frowned, her gaze filled with concern. "Why did you not come to us for guidance, Miko?" she asked gently.
"What was I supposed to say? Vice Principal Luna no offense to you or Principal Celestia but you or the other teachers aren't exactly experts on Super powered beings or masters of Magic." Miko replied with a bit of sarcasm in his voice but it was clear he was nervous.
Principal Celestia looked at him with concern. "I assume this is also the reason why you and Miss Dash had that argument and fight."
Miko nodded again "Yes, back then I thought it would've been best to end our friendship, for her own sake."
Vice Principal Luna's eyes narrowed slightly at Miko's admission. "And what exactly do you mean by 'for her own sake'?" she questioned, her tone a mix of curiosity and slight accusation.
Miko sighed "back when first I got these powers, I couldn't control my own strength, I felt like I lived in a world made of cardboard...always taking constant care not to break something, to break someone. Never allowing myself to lose control, even for a moment, or someone could die." Miko looked her in the eye. [05] "That's what I mean."
Everyone but The (Hu)Mane Six and Spike was left in a stunned silence. Even Sunset looked surprised at Miko's revelation.
"But then during sophomore year I met people who helped me learn and gain control. After months of hard work and rigorous training I finally did thanks to them. I had hope again." He smiled before he sighed. "But I chose to keep my distance because I was afraid if the wrong people learned about what I was capable of they might try to hurt those I cared about in order to get to me, that's why I kept it hidden."
The group nodded understandingly, Applejack spoke up "We're sorry we weren't there for ya Sugarcube."
"It's okay, I didn't want you guys to get hurt because of me." Miko replied, his voice tinged with regret.
Principal Celestia's gaze softened at Miko's words. "I see, but what changed?" She asked, her eyes searching his.
Miko gave a wry grin. "Well three days before the Fall Formal a certain princess and her talking dog came around, that's when I knew I couldn't stay in the shadows for long" he said looking at Twilight and Spike "My gut was telling me that they would need a little help."
Twilight looked at Miko with gratitude. "Thank you for everything Miko, we really couldn't have done it without you."
Miko grinned before he raised his hand for a high-five, which Twilight met with a laugh. The crowd of students watched in amazement, whispering among themselves about the incredible night they had just witnessed.
Soon Flash walked up to Miko and Twilight. "Um, Twilight, would…um…now be a completely awkward time to ask you for that dance?"
Miko just smirked while he nudged Twilight with his elbow. "I think it's your cue, Twilight." He winked.
After taking a few seconds to look at the moon to see if she had more time, and as luck or fate would have it she did.
Twilight looked up at Flash, blushing slightly. "I-I'd love to dance with you, Flash." She said before taking his hand.
"Alright everyone, let's resume with the Fall Formal." Principal Celestia announced which led to everyone heading back inside.
"Well at least the gymnasium is still intact." Miko muttered as he walked next to Rainbow Dash and Applejack as they followed the crowd back inside.
Rainbow Dash smacked Miko's shoulder lightly. "Dude, you're a hero! You can't just ignore that!" she exclaimed.
Applejack nodded in agreement. "Yeah, ya done good, Miko. Real good," she said with a proud smile.
"Thanks guys, now come on, let's party!" Miko exclaimed as they entered the gym.

They all danced back inside the gymnasium with Rarity leading a conga dance with Pinkie on the tail end of the line. Fluttershy is currently chatting with two other girls, while Applejack and Big Mac dance together.
The Cutie Mark Crusaders all danced together when Rainbow Dash swoops in and hoists up Scootaloo in the air and onto her back as she flies around the gym now that she has wings and super speed.

Twilight then made things interesting by doing a weird pony-like dance of sorts which confused Flash Sentry at first before he eventually smiled and joined her.
Miko couldn't help but smirk in amusement at the both of them, before Rainbow Dash after taking Scootaloo for a short flight, pulled him to the dance floor with a sly grin on her face causing him to blush a bit.

Eventually, Photo Finish asked Miko and the (Hu)Mane 6 to gather together for a group photo to which they did.
Miko stood between Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash and behind Twilight while holding two peace signs up high before the photo was taken.

Finally, the Fall Formal came to a close as Miko, the (Hu)Mane Six, and Spike were outside while near the Wondercolts statue.
The girls had brought Twilight into a big group hug as a way of saying good-bye to her due to her having to go back to her dimension now that her crown was back in her possession.
Miko stood next to Spike with a smile on their faces.
while Sunset peers from inside the school in fear and shame to even face them after all she has done along with fixing the damage she, Snips and Snails had done.
"You'll look out for her, won't you?" Twilight seriously asked the girls to watch over Sunset as she stays behind so she can begin her road to redemption who is currently and fearfully watching them from afar.
"Of course we will." Rarity reassured her they will and added while crossing her arms that forgiveness won't come easy to her.. "Although I do expect some sort of apology for last spring's debacle."
"Oh, I have a feeling she'll be handing out a lot of apologies." Twilight added to them as Vice Principal Luna appears beside her to hand her shovel while Snips and Snails wheel over a wagon of bricks and cement so they can start answering for their mistakes by fixing up the mess they made starting by repairing the destroyed walls to the school.
"We better get going." Spike told Twilight as she nodded in agreement.
"I know we've only been friends for a short time, but I'm gonna miss all of you so much." Twilight told her friends as she started to tear up a little before quickly wiping it away before she turned to the one who helped her since the very beginning of all this.
Miko smiled walking up to her. "Guess this is it."
Twilight nodded, trying to hold back her own tears. "Yeah, I guess it is."
"I know we've only known each other for only three days, but I'm really gonna miss you Pen Pal..." He said as he gave her a gentle nudge.
Twilight couldn't help but laugh at Miko's term of endearment, despite the sadness in her heart. "And I'll miss you too, Miko." She whispered as she leaned into his side, feeling the warmth of his friendship one last time before she had to go back to Equestria.
He wrapped his arms around her in a hug that was filled with more emotion than words could express. "Take care of yourself, okay?" He whispered into her ear.
"I will," she promised, her voice muffled against his shoulder. "And you take care of everyone here."
Miko nodded as they broke the hug. "I will..." He whispered, his voice cracking slightly.
"Miko, Thank you...for everything." Twilight whispered, her voice filled with emotion.
Miko shook his head smiling, "No Twilight...I should be the one thanking you because of you I probably would still be wallowing in regret for my bad choices, it's because of you I have my best friend back," he said smiling at Rainbow Dash before turning back to Twilight.
"And I probably would still be the Phantom of CHS if you and Spike never showed up so I thank you." Miko said to Twilight with a gentle smile.
Twilight couldn't help but chuckle at the thought of it. "You're welcome, I guess." She said as she looked at the group of friends around her.
Miko stood back with the (Hu) Mane Five. "Twilight this isn't goodbye, I have a feeling we'll see each other again." He told her with a wink.
Twilight nodded with a teary smile before wiping them away and turned to Spike. "Ready to go?"
Spike nodded with a salute. "Always, Twilight."
With one last goodbye they head towards the portal.
"That crown really does suit you, Princess Twilight." Spike told her with a wink.
"You know what, Spike? I am starting to feel a little more comfortable wearing it," Twilight said, looking up at her crown.
"And the wings?" Spike asked with a smirk.
Twilight giggles in amusement. "I've been walking on two legs and picking things up with these. Wings? I'm thrilled that's all I'll be dealing with back in Equestria!" Twilight told Spike as the duo walked through the portal.
As the full moon brightens up on the lawn, Miko sees the (Hu)Mane Five lose their Pony-Up ears, tails, and wings.
The change catches Rainbow Dash flat-footed, as she was hovering at the time and would have fallen on the grass if Miko hadn't caught her in time. "You okay Dash?"
Rainbow nodded blushing a little since Miko caught her in a bridal carry. "I-i fine, can you put me down now?"
Miko chuckled as he gently set her down "You sure? I can carry you all night if you want." He teased her which earned a swat on his shoulder from her.
Pinkie runs toward the portal, hits it face first, and only succeeds in knocking herself back to the sidewalk. She lifts her head woozily as the other five gather around.
"Ohh! Bummer!" Pinkie groaned.
Miko crossed his arms, "huh, I guess your transformations were linked to Twilight's crown which was the Element of Magic. Now that the portal's closed, you guys are back to normal." He speculated even though he already knew that would happen beforehand.
"Aww! Double bummer!" Pinkie exclaimed as she climbed to her feet.
Miko turned to the others "well since the Fall Formal is over, i think it's time to head home."
The girls nodded "Yep. I gotta rest up cause me and my family are apple harvestin' tomorrow." Applejack said with a yawn.
Rainbow stretches a bit. "I'm gonna watch a soccer game tomorrow."
"I'm gonna rest a little bit and maybe do some baking." Pinkie added with a yawn as well.
"I plan on designing some new ensembles tomorrow." Rarity said, already thinking of how to incorporate her new experiences into her fashion line.
"I'm planning on volunteering at the animal shelter tomorrow." Fluttershy spoke up with a gentle smile, her eyes already glazed with the thought of spending time with the creatures she loves so much.
Miko nodded. "Well I have no plans tomorrow, but on Saturday I'm gonna be training. New stuff to work on, especially my flying and...my flying." He said with a smirk.
"Lucky..." Rainbow grumbled, rolling her eyes at Miko's cheeky remark.
"Jealous?" Miko teased his smirk widening as he hovered slightly above the ground before landing back down.
Rainbow gave him a playful shove. "You wish."
Miko chuckled. "Come on ladies, I'll give you a ride home in my car." He said walking to the parking lot, the others followed behind with Rainbow claiming "Shotgun!"
Back in Equestria the five pony girls, and the three princesses were there waiting anxiously for Twilight, and Spike to come home as Rainbow Dash was pacing around like Twilight would do.
Then the mirror portal sparkled up as Twilight came back as she wobbled on two legs before falling back on four legs.
"Twilight!" Fluttershy happily said in relief she made it back in time.
"Ah, you're back!" Rainbow Dash quickly flew over to them, very happy to see her.
"You've got your crown!" Rarity joined them in the same tone to see Twilight's crown.
"I knew you could do it!" Pinkie added as she hugged Twilight.
"Oh, we were so worried." Applejack just as happily said as she cried tears of relief.
"Sunset Shimmer, is she alright?" Celestia asked Twilight in concern, still wondering about her former student's well-being.
"I think she's gonna be fine." Twilight reassured her that she is still alive and now on the road to redemption. "I left her in good hands."
"What are hands?" Rainbow asked, sharing a look of confusion with everypony.
That's when Spike came back, now a dragon, but he accidently bumped into Twilight. Of course, she stood still when she noticed him studying his close to make sure nothing else happened. The alicorn gave him smiles as he smiled back at them.
Twilight and Spike decided to head to their room for some rest, but their friends wanted to know the details of their trip.
"Where did you stay?" Fluttershy asked.
"What did they wear?" Rarity asked.
"Did ya have fun?" Pinkie asked.
"What'd ya eat?" Applejack asked.
"Would ya say she's just as awesome as me?" Rainbow asked with her ego inflated a little as Twilight sighs in exhaustion.
"I wanna tell you all everything, I do, but I'm just so exhausted from all that has happened." Twilight replied as they made their way down the hallway. "If it wasn't for Miko things would've been a lot harder..." she trailed off, her voice filled with exhaustion.
"Miko!?" All the girls asked in surprise wondering who that was.
Twilight nodded wearily. " Um, Miko is..." However before she could say more Pinkie continued for her.
"He's guy you met after you and Spike fell through the portal, he decided to help you and taught you everything you needed to learn about that world, but he was all doom and gloom because he has super awesome powers that he was afraid of using because his friends might get hurt because of him and he has a big destiny involving a giant of light, but thanks to him you got your crown back and he decided to use his powers for good and protect his friends and the other world from evil meanies." Pinkie ranted.
Twilight and Spike fall into hopeless confusion as Twilight tries vainly to figure out how Pinkie could possibly be dead right in two worlds.
The energetic pink mare finally stops to pull in a huge drum of air. "Right?" Pinkie Pie beamed, as if her rambling had made perfect sense.
Twilight could only blink in surprise at her friend's uncanny insight.
Twilight tilted her head in confusion. "How did you know that?"
"Just a hunch." Pinkie gave a big squeaky grin before bouncing off, leaving Twilight and Spike looking bewildered.
The others just looked at each other in confusion and exasperation at Pinkie's antics.
While Twilight and Spike looked at each other in disbelief before She just rolled her eyes and pulled Spike into a side hug while thinking about her dimensional Pen Pal. 'until next time Miko Tsuburaya...' She thought.
Back in the human world it was late at night as a lone figure was walking towards Canterlot High.
The school was completely empty. Sunset Shimmer had gone home hours ago including Snips and Snails decided that they would continue their community service tomorrow.
"There is no way they can fix this in time." A male voice muttered revealing the lone figure to be Miko who had a couple of bandages and patches on himself from the battle earlier.
He scoured the damage done to the school during his fight against Sunset.
Miko frowned as he stood in front of the crater in the middle of the courtyard 'this isn't good there is far more damage to the school than it had in Canon.' he thought to himself.
There was more damage done to the school then he than what he originally expected. It was only the front entrance and the crater in the courtyard remained from the battle like in the first Equestria Girls Movie but it seems that was not the case.
He sighed as he cupped his chin. "This isn't good, from what I remember the events of the second Equestria Girls Movie, Rainbow Rocks is going to happen in six months and Sunset Shimmer, Snips and Snails were able to fix the front entrance and close up the crater during that time span." He muttered to himself.
"But there's more damage to the school than it did in Canon..." Miko murmured, his mind racing with the implications. He knew the events of "Rainbow Rocks" were only six months away, and with the extensive damage to Canterlot High, he wasn't sure if the school would be ready in time for the next big event.
Miko bit his thumb at the thought of the three Sirens known as the Dazzlings the future antagonist of Rainbow Rocks, with with that thought he sighed as he scratched the back of his head before he smirked 'looks like I'm going to give Sunset a little hand...whether she wants it or not.'
And so without hesitation Miko using his enhanced speed and strength he fixed every damaged part of the school within an hour, soon all but the front entrance was back in perfect condition, he decided to leave fixing the entrance to Sunset, Snips and Snails, it was their mess to fix after all.
Miko patted his hands clean of dust and took a step back to admire his work. The school was almost as good as new, and the sight of it brought a sense of pride to his chest.
Then suddenly Miko remembered as looked at his open left hand, 'that attack...' Miko thought as gained a small frown as his mind flashbacked to when he threw that energy disk at Sunset's attack.
He closed his hand into a fist. 'it can't be a coincidence...' he thought to himself.
Then Miko notices something in the sky, the same star he saw two nights ago shining brightly as before, if not more so.
Miko tilted his head, staring at the star as if it was speaking to him. He knew that star was special, it was… shaking away the thoughts. He took a deep breath and smiled 'I guess I really am one of them...' then he started walking away from the school.
"But... I'm not sure if I'm ready to take up the name just yet." He whispered to the night sky as if the star was listening.
The star seemed to pulse brighter for a moment before returning to its usual shine. Miko took it as a sign of understanding. "I know, I'll figure it out eventually." He said with a nod and turned away from the school.
"Well it's time to head home." He said as he turned to leave, and with a leap he took off into the night sky.
After getting home, he took a shower and went to bed. As he lay down on his bed he heard a voice "you did well Miko..." the Giant of Light whispered from within his mind making him smile "Thanks...aibou." he whispered back before immediately falling asleep.
The next morning in Canterlot High every student and teacher alike were shocked to see the school almost completely repaired.
"What in tarnation? How the heck did this happen?" Applejack said, her eyes wide as she looked around the schoolyard with the others.
Rainbow Dash looked over at Miko, who was trying his best to look innocent, but the twinkle in his eye gave him away. "You did this, didn't you?"
"I have now idea what you're talking about Dash." He replied with a wink as the others chuckled at Rainbow's accusation.
Miko glanced at Sunset who was as Shocked as everyone else. Feeling his eyes on her she turned to him and he just gave her a knowing smile and a small nod.
her eyes widened slightly before she just smiled in appreciation and walked to the entrance of the school before going inside.
Soon everybody followed suit and entered the school with Miko being the last one to go.
However before he entered the School he took one last look at the Wondercolts Statue and smiled thinking of his dimensional Pen Pal 'see you soon Twilight Sparkle...'
With that he entered the School ready to face the day ahead of him.

Bet you guys didn't expect Sunset's second form did you? It kinda came to me while I was brainstorming how the fight would go.

Now I know some of you were probably expecting My OC to transform in this chapter, sorry but no.
To be honest I was planning to, but then i realized that would be Fucking Stupid, i mean if he went full on Giant Ultra…yeah no offense but he would've just swatted Sunset like a fly…as funny as that would be, so i decided he will be transforming…no gonna give any spoilers so you'll just have to wait and see, because I have a lot of plans for this.
