First of all thank you for your patience. I have been very busy so the 3rd chapter took a lot of time. I was thinking of abandon Fanfiction writing.
About the history, as well as other crossover I wrote, several things of the canon of both series have been changed to allow a realistic crossing, and the inclusion of the current state of the real world required more changes.
One of them was mentioned in the comments. The special operation of the Russian Federation in Ukraine. Mostly the question was why Russia, or any other Stargate universe country, would even need of taking territory of another country on Earth, if they had access to entire planets. It doesn't make any sense. And you're right. But... that's not the reason of why Russia invaded Ukraine. Western propaganda has flooded the media with this idea of Putin being a conqueror trying to restore Mother Russia to the former glory of the USSR and the Russian Tsardom. So they could compare him to Hitler, who had the same goal, or Mussolini, both dreaming of expanding their countries to former territories and beyond. That's is something interesting, considering they do not compare him to Stalin, who was also a conqueror, but with different motivations. Also, according to international law, many countries in the world have territorial claims from it's neighbours. In fact, more than half of the contiguous US are under legitimate claim of several states, like Mexico. The real goal of the Russian intervention is to rescue ethnic russians from hostile governments. That's why we have military invasion of Georgia and Ukraine, but not the Baltic countries, even when the Baltics are an easier target, (even being NATO members) and have a great strategic value to control the Baltic Sea, access the Kaliningrad exclave and protect Saint Petersbourg among other things. Armenia was not even considered, or Azerbaijan, and Georgia after being defeated was left alone, except for Northern Ossetia and Abjasia, recognized but never incorporated to the Russian Federation. It's a war for people, not for territory...from the Russian point of view. The Western allies and partners of Ukraine, they do are fighting for territory and Ukrainian resources, but mostly, to defeat Russia and reduce it to a balkanized region. They are not comfortable with Russia's existence, military power, natural resources, etc and they are not happy with the christian and conservative values of the Federation, which the Western leaders are so driven to erase from the western hemisphere first, and then the rest of the world.
Now, back to the story.
Tal'song waited in front of the Cha'ppai, flanked by a dozen of Jaffa armed with staffs and Zat'nic'els. The gate activated and four humans, males, entered in c, escorted by four Jaffa with E100 rifles. after they went down the steps, Tal'song stepped forward to meet the prisoners. The first and tallest of them, look down to him, with a mix of pride and anger in his face. Wearing a light brown leather jacket and beige trousers, with black long hair, and shaved but scarred face.
-Your former captors told us you are well versed in Tau'ri weaponry...

He moved to a side, revealing a great golden table with several human-made weapons, including P90s, M4s, MP5s and AK74s. The man was released from his strains, and after sobing his wrists, he moved to the table and picked an MP5, move to a dummy with Jaffa armor, and shoot at it several times.

-Just as I expected. I had a work for you and your men. I want you to visit some planets, with human population, using this weapons, and...do whatever you want. Only hit and run, not establishing some Lucian scum feudus.

Teal'c and Bra'tac took their seats in the Council. As soon as everyone was seated, the reunion started. After several reports about the economy and social and development programs in several Jaffa worlds, the Intelligence report came.
-The first topic I would like to speak to the Council is the current situation in the Tau'ri Homeworld, Earth.
Teal'c raised his right eyebrow, Bra'tac opened his eyes in full concern.
- The war between the Russian Federation and the Ukraine Republic, supported by the United states of America and their Allies of Europe and the Atlantic Alliance have reached a new level.
-In my humble opinion, the situation of our dear allies has hit a new low. The decisión of the Americans of pospone the Disclosure agreement and the end of the cooperation accords with the other Tau'ri nations, was the first step in the decline of Tau'ri's power and unity. We must be wise, and keep our vigilance upon them. Their technology and fleet, their weapons and potential manpower are too powerful to stay unchecked. Their instability are a risk for the entire galaxy, and for themselves.
-What are you impliying, Sho'rac?-spit Bra'tac
-Master Bra'tac, I am saying we should be ready in the event of the colapse of Tau'ri goverment. It won't be the first time a rogue faction from their homeworld bring chaos to the rest of the galaxt, nor the first time a Tau'ri goverment decides to just give the backs to everyone, even their closest allies.
Saying this, the rest if the council started to talk between them, many supporting the opinion of Sho'rac, others just concerned about the situation.
-This is the current situation of the Protected Planets Treaty. So far 8 planets were attacked by humans with Tau'ri weapons. Mostly P90s and AK74s. 5 of them asked for our protection, after having no response from the Tau'ri
Teal'c raised an eyebrow, and asked:
-The Tau'ri do not pretect those planets?
-They do, Teal'c, just not all of them. Lack of resources most likely.
-Impossible. Just the United States has more than 2 million regulars soldiers.
-Then is lack of interest, my friend. I know you fought and bleed with them, Teal'c, but that was many years ago, and most of your brothers on arms are not longer in charge. You know humans age more quickly than Jaffa...
After such a meeting, Bra'tac and Teal'c went to a more private room outside the main complex. Several Jaffa guards, all of them from Master Bra'tac personal guard, covered the area to avoid being listened.
-This is a set up. They are planning this for some time, and the rest are just following, all because their damn pride! They want to be on the top of the pyramid, and they don't even care the Tau'ri where the ones who defeated the system lords and give us hope, when most of us were serving them!
-They are still thinking as , just not for a goa'uld, but for themselves.
-Give them a goau'ld, and some would follow him. we need to warn them, teal'c. Master Go'yac of Cerador is in charge of the Legions now, and he is loyal to the Tau'ri, he will give you all the data. The SGC will made a plan, as allways.
-That's not enough. we need our own forces. Master, if the Jaffa and the Tau'ri start a war, the Tau'ri will not stop until all Jaffa are neutralized.
-I know, Tea'lc, you're right. But if we do so, we will be labeled as traitors to the Jaffa Nation. Are you willing to endure that, Tea'lc?

The alarm sounded while the Defense teams covered the Gate room. As soon as the desintegration wave got back ti the event horizon, the Iris closed.

The conference room of the SGC was full to listen to it's former Jaffa member. The civilian Director of Offworld Operations, Dr. Daniel Jackson, Brigadier General Samantha Carter, Consultor Vala Mal Doran and Colonel Sheppard, as well as Specialist Ronon Dex were seated too.
-The reason of my visit is this. I came to warn you, the Jaffa council is very concerned about the current state of affairs of Earth, and they are considering a military intervention on this planet.
-What?!
-Are you serious?
-What are the justifications for such an act of war?
-Your current state of war in Israel and Ukraine, and the polarization of the Earth nations in two sides because of this conflicts. The is a faction, headed by Tal'song and Sho'rac who believe Earth its going to collapse into a full scale internal war, and not be able to intervene in the galactic affairs again. It's just an excuse to exploit the current situation an acquire your technology.
-Exactly what I was thinking-said Vala, and everyone assented.
-Do you have any idea of the forces the Free Jaffa Nation would mobilize against us?-asked Carter.
-I have here the current list of units being separated for this eventuality-he answered, putting a crystal data over the table- Roughly, about 300,000 warriors and 30 Havoc Ha'taks plus it's Al'kesh and Death gliders squadrons.
-Great, they are going to use the very weapons we give to them against us-remarked Sheppard with distaste.

-Their targets would be the SGC, the Area 51, and the main bases and cities in this continent. They expect the rest of the Tauri nations to stay out of this as soon the most powerful country of the planet is neutralized. Your current proxy war with Russia will assure their neutrality, as well the chinese.
-Well, it's a gamble. The Jaffa council is relatively well informed about the current political situation, but they are clearly mistaken with those calculations. The main countries will never accept an alien invasion, not offense Teal'c

-In the worst scenario, they will allow the destruction of our military power but they will not allow you to get your hands in our technology. The russians and chinese will nuke Colorado and Nevada to oblivion before allow this to happen. Probably they will not send troops to help us, but surely they will in Mexico, and give them and the South Americans enough weapons to at least keep your forces inside the US. In fact they are already doing it since Naquadah was found south of our border...

-We could ask help from the Tollans and Langarans, but honestly I don't think it will be enough. We should consider hit and run strikes once their fleet is orbiting Earth until their numbers are small enough to a full battle in acceptable terms.
-There is a huge problem we had to handle during the Apophis invasion. In that time we use Naquadah enhanced nukes to take them out, thousand Megaton each, we couldn't pierce their shield but the EMP ruined several satellites. If we have a full battle with nukes in our low orbit, we could be back to the Stone Age as collateral damage.

Countries like Paraguay and Uruguay were being in a third place because the idea was to provide the bigger countries first. The meeting, after such revelations, became a free-for-all screaming contest. The british protesting the deliver of the J-302 to the Argentinians, the Frech protesting the same but against Brazil. The BRICS nations protesting not having their own squadrons, as well most of NATO members and the South East Asia because of the chinese threat. The arabs protesting also the Deadalus class ships not being used to rescue people from the Israeli offensive in Gaza, and the Israelis demanding it's use to recover the remaining hostages. The houthis refusing to stop their blockade in the Red Sea, as well the warring factions in Sudan refusing an armistice.
One of the members of the American delegation was completely absorb with his iPhone. Several others were in the exact same attitude. A canadian, a french, an Indian and a Japanese, in total about 40 people were doing it. Messaging about all the things being sayed. and all of them in the same Whatsapp-like group.
