Chapter 1: Christmas Chronicles Ultimate:

Omi's POV:

At the temple, everyone was decorating for Christmas. "Tinsel away," says Raimundo.

"Let's make it a white Christmas," says Kimiko. She used a snow spray. Then Raimundo dropped some tinsel on her, so she attempts to spray him.

"Hey, no snowin' maah 'at," says Clay. He's using his roping skills to get the decorations on.

"Christmas is fantastique," says Ping Pong, "I wish it were every day."

"So does my tummy," says Dojo, "I love Christmas cookies. They complete me."

"The 12 days of Christmas starts now," says Kimiko, as she plugs in the lights.

Everyone was excited... except for me. "Christmas always gives me the reds," I said.

"Don't you mean blues, Chromi," asks Raimundo.

"Red, blue, it's all black to me," I said.

"Now that's sadder than a one-legged roadrunner tryin' t' craws a street," says Clay.

"But how can Christmas be sad," asks Kimiko, "it's the happiest time of the year!"

"Yeah, even more than birthdays," says Raimundo.

"Birthdays, Christmas, they are one in the same to me," I said.

"Omi, your birthday's December 25th," asks Kimiko, "that's doubly great!"

"Most magnifique, Brother Omi," says Ping Pong, "it's like everybody is celebrating your birthday!"

"A birthday I picked for myself," I said.

Omi's POV - Flashback:

I was training when Master Fung came in, wearing a most ugly sweater. "Have you decided what day you want to be your birthday, Young One," asks Master Fung.

"What about today, Master Fung," I asked.

"But today is Christmas," says Master Fung, "have you not noticed all the other apprentices have gone home for the holidays?"

"I only noticed my lotus fist is pulling one inch to the left," I said.

"More like a fifth of an inch to me, ShortStuff," says Dojo.

"Today seems as good as any day, Master Fung," I said.

"But no one will be here to celebrate if you pick today," says Master Fung.

"The same as every year," I said, "they will celebrate when I become the greatest Xiaolin dragon to ever live!"

"Then December 25th shall be your birthday forever more," says Master Fung.

Omi's Present:

"Wow, that's really bad that no one ever celebrated Christmas or your birthday with you when you were young, Omi," says Kimiko.

"Yeah, sorry, mini partner, we didn't know," says Clay.

"Christmas is colorless to me," I said.

"Hey Guys, I just learned that they don't celebrate Christmas in the Boiling Isles," says Luz, "I guess I should've known that a religious holiday wouldn't be common in the Demon Realm, but still, can you believe someone who doesn't celebrate Christmas?" We all look at her. "What'd I miss?"

Jack's POV:

"Hello Santa," I said as I punched a cardboard of Santa. "I hate Christmas! Did you know that I never ever got a present ever? I always wanted to deck halls and plumb sugars. I even waited all night for Santa Claus..."

Jack's POV - Flashback:

... but all I ever got was a collect call from my parents telling me my gifts were lost in the mail! "No presies," I asked and yes, that's how I pronounced presents back them!

Jack's POV - Present: And not one from Santa

"I've never actually seen your parents," says Wuya, "I was starting to think you just grew from the underside of a trashcan like mold or fungus!"

"If only I can make Santa pay," I said, "if I ran Christmas, it'd be naughty gets presents, nice gets the boot! And I'd outlaw ho-ho-hoing! And I'd completely wipe Santa off the face of the map!"

"You know, my boy, there is a way," says Wuya, "I know of a secret ancient wu!"

...

"The Lunar Orb," I asked, "you've been holding out on me again, Wuya?"

Dojo's POV:

The Lunar Orb: If you hold the orb over the day of the calendar you want to go while an incantation is being recited, you can enter that day and make it any way you want.

Jack's POV:

"Jack wants to command and control Christmas," I said.

"Merry Jackmas, my dear boy," says Wuya.

"Jackmas," I asked, "I like the sound of that! Jackbots, Operation: Fatman!" My bots came.

"Eenie Beanie, times a weenie," says Wuya, "choose a day and make it teenie! Eenie Beanie Tortalini, time to cease the day!"

"Santa," I said, "I have a big presie for you! Ho-Ho-Ho!"

To Be Continued

It takes place after Xiaolin Chronicles Ultimate's First Hanukkah. In the next chapter, the Xiaolin Dragons learn that Christmas has been replaced.
