A Slaves Entertainment

Vikki's sleep was one of most uncomforting sleeps she had in a long time. She had awakened only to fall asleep again. If it wasn't for the snarling and growling of the sub-humans that woke her from outside the tent then perhaps it the hope that when she would wake she would find herself out the chains that held her and it was all a horrible dream but reality every time she woke it was clear that she could be trapped in this place forever. If she was still out in the jungle and far from the sub-humans and Roleil then she had some kind of life. She knew how to survive and managed to hide and evade and even fight some of the worst predators that the world threw at her.

But even that was nothing compared to the life she lived in the other world. Having took it and her family for granted all simply because she did something reckless that made a good father worried and her boyfriend was only looking out for her safety. It haunted her each day she was in this world. Everything horrid that happened up to this point could be traced back to Vikki's poor decisions and acting rebellious.

The Woman could not go back to sleep now after so many try's when the sun finally came up over the horizon. She only kept her eyes shut to make it seem as she was asleep recalling what Teegra told her. She was doing her a favor to try and let her have a better position to rest. Vikki had to keep an act to make sure the princess would not get into any trouble. She was kind and after hearing the tale of her capture and how she was not just a slave but a hostage as well it made it clear that while, Roleil had her then the King of Fire Keep could not amount a rescue not without putting his daughter at great risk.

There would be no help from the outside and Vikki understood that if anyone was going to be help the only reliable person here would be Teegra, but she was scared and without hope. Vikki could not hold it against her given too long she has been there and what little time she knew her it made sense why she would not risk another escape attempt but that was only by herself, and it was clear she lacked the training and the teachings of survival. Vikki had to help her out of here and save herself too but that would require a plan, but she still needed time to think about it. Then the sound of footsteps could be heard, and she knew it had to be the one person she despised as much as she did her foe in the other world.

"Would someone like explain why she is on the floor!?" Shouted Roleil, who came to fetch Vikki. She was in great need this day and had a lot in mind but when she woke and fetched the guards to come and retrieve her only to find her laying on the floor and find the chains have been loosened to let her lay down.

The Sub-Humans at her side grunted in confusion and Teegra tried not to look obvious glad to see that Vikki was resting. But Roleil slapped the faces of the Sub-humans who looked at their mistress with fear.

"Insolence!" She scoffed before looking at Teegra. "What say you girl? Did you do anything more the other night?"

"No! No, Mistress. I only fed her as you ordered. I did nothing more than that. I swear it!" Teegra replied quickly keeping her eyes set on her captor. If she showed any sign that she was lying it could be bad for her and, Vikki as well. She already was enduring so much cruelty she didn't deserve anymore than what she was getting.

"I see." Hummed Roleil reaching over to the young woman touched the side of her face. Teegra shuddered at her cold touch. Her hands were as cold as her heart. This woman was vile and cruel. Even she knew that before she betrayed her people. Roleil traced a hand down her side touching her neck before she reaches her veiled chest covering her top then yanked it off with a swift pull getting, Teegra to gasp.

"I may believe but I think today we can have you in a little less. If you don't mind?" Chuckled the witch reaching down further grabbing the veil from, Teegra's bottoms and pulled them off as well leaving her with only what barely little she had on. The Veils never shielded much but to have Roleil take them off so harshly was only just another way of showing of her control. Teegra dared not to protest though her cheeks flushed.

"Now get her up and fed! I am in need of some morning entertainment. You can tell her! Move girl!" Roleil put a hand on Teegra's back and shoved her forward falling to the floor collapsing over, Vikki both of them yelping from the impact and, Roleil laughed at the scene watching the two getting slightly tangled from the extended chains.

"Good morning Vikki. I do hope your rather unsavory position allowed you some rest." Chuckled the Witch and Vikki after helping, Teegra off of her looked up at her.

"It…was. And Thank you, my lady." Vikki thanked though saying that made her lips tingle like venom spilling onto them having to speak to her captor in such a manner.

"Glad to see its taught you some manners. Do get up and have something to eat. I have need of you soon." Roleil snapped her fingers, and a sub-human had a small tray with an apple and tiny piece of jerky placing it down next to the women on the floor. Roleil turned and walked away tossing the key to, Vikki's shackles letting it fall away from them leaving, Teegra to crawl over to retrieve it.

Once Roleil and other sub-humans were out of sight Teegra crawled back over and one at a time unlocked Vikki's shackles.

"Are you okay? I am sorry about that." Apologized Teegra unlocking the last shackle as it opened up with a click. Vikki rubbed her sore hands but smiled at the girl.

"It wasn't your fault. But thanks for last night." She whispered the last part to her and, Teegra returned the smile.

"You're welcome. Eat fast I believe Roleil wants both to do something this morning." Teegra insisted grabbing and holding up the plate to Vikki.

Vikki shook her head. Like that was breakfast. A Very tiny piece of jerky and an apple? She may have had worse things like that maggoty bread she was forced to eat when she was first captured. Better than nothing but she didn't like what Teegra said but reluctantly ate. She needed all the energy that she could get.

"Dare I ask what she plans on doing?" Asked Vikki having ate the jerky within two bites and ate at the apple trying to chew and swallow fast.

"From what she was explaining earlier we are going to be entertaining her." Replied Teegra.

"As if we weren't entertainment enough?" Groaned Vikki smacking her lips having ate half the apple but noticed, Teegra's veils were missing. "And what more she could have done to you! I'm sorry you're putting up with all of this."

"Even after all this time I can't say I am used to it. But know that Roleil does anything she wants." Sighed Teegra shamefully. Roleil had robbed her of everything but her life by now. She only stayed alive due to her use as a hostage against her father. But it could easily be changed should she anger her too much.

It was horrible! Vikki had been a hostage herself but least she was treated carefully and never used or advanced on as, Teegra has been, so it seemed. They had to escape somehow but first they had to get by this day and learn more. Maybe there could be an opening in the guards patrols. Or they could hide long enough for an opening to present itself later but right now they were expected and the coming of a sub-human snarling at them pointing towards the back indicated that they have been on the floor too long now and, Vikki only managed to eat the last of the apple.

"Alright! We're coming!" Vikki groaned not wanting to deal with any of this, but she had no choice. Teegra got to her feet and helped, Vikki to hers and they moved with haste to where they were expected to be. The Sub-human followed behind them stomping his feet getting them to move faster.

Once they got to Roleil's throne she was waiting for them by the entrance to the tent instead of sitting on her throne where she usually would be.

"Yes, Mistress?" Teegra greeted her and slightly bowed to her, and she indicated Vikki to do the same thing. Vikki reluctantly did but the disdain on her face was clear to, Roleil's amusement. The Green haired woman certainly had a fire in her that was not so easily snuffed but it would be a grander delight when that fire is finally put out and eventually she will say where she is from and whatever village or kingdom it would be would soon fall in her hands.

"I figured we could start this lovely day with you two getting some exercise. I am certain Vikki would want to stretch her legs after such a long night though I would have preferred to find her on her feet than on the floor!" She shot her sub-humans a nasty look. They were good soldiers and great in strength but their feeble minds at times were quite intolerable. But controlled without fault they were far better than the normal rabble that dared to deny her the rightful place where she should have been years ago.

"What would you like, Mistress?" Asked Teegra but knew it would be something she would hate along with Vikki. Roleil clapped her hands together two times and three sub-humans with flutes and a pair of tiny drums came near the throne and sat and stood up.

"Music! And I think what follows with music you two have an understanding?" Pointed out Roleil in a teasing voice and both the slaves eyes went wide. They understood what she meant but could not believe she would dare demand them of this. Teegra waited for the music to begin striking a pose while Vikki stood with her arms folded. This was not the way she wanted this day to start. Putting on a show like she is some cheap performer in an outfit such as hers along with, Teegra's own? This was very repulsive, and her discomfort showed.

Roleil came next to Vikki putting a hand over her shoulders. "Come now. Let's put those pretty legs of yours to work along with that lovely body of yours. Id hate to scar it up next but then if you're not concerned over yourself. Maybe your new friend may have that next. I could simply be rid of her and keep you as my one and only. How does that sound?" She asked.

Vikki gasped in shock. She couldn't! She wouldn't? How could she even think of threatening her like that? She was no threat to anyone. Vikki could not let Teegra be harmed on her behalf or anything else. "I'll do what you want. Just don't hurt her. Please!" Begged Vikki.

"Please?" Roleil insisted as she wanted to hear the appropriate term to finish off Vikki's pleading.

"Please…mistress!" Finished Vikki again feeling her lips tingle. To address someone like that was insulting as it was degrading.

"Very well." Grinned Roleil taking a few steps back and nodded to the little band nearby. The Sub-human with the drums started a beat banging softly on the drums and the two others blew in their flutes playing out a soft rhythm that was easy for the two slaves to begin a dance. Teegra danced bucking her hips and softly waving her arms over and around herself with a soft twirl while, Vikki wasn't one to always dance only having been at company balls in the other world and only ever slow danced with some of her closest.

Following Teegra's movements though rather poorly and with a look of disgust on her face Vikki danced though her style was not as graceful as Teegra's. They followed the rhythm of the music and waved their arms, bucked their hips and circled around trying to stay to the rhythm of the bands beating drums and the mellow blowing of the flutes.

Roleil was easily impressed by Teegra. Her performance was exciting. Many of the sub-humans on guard duty or performing a task all had their eyes on her. They stayed their lust for unless their mistress allowed other wise they could not touch anymore than what they were allowed. Vikki's dance was more amusing than it was enticing. She dance for she had to not due to her desire to. She was dancing for the sake of her fellow slave, but her eyes showed how much she hated it. This was what Roleil wanted from her. She could hate it all she wants but that only meant she would be breaking more on the inside. She will learn to love it and appreciate her status and now knowing she had grown attached to Teegra it would not be too difficult to keep her in line now. Everything was going according to how she had seen it to be. Eventually the world would be hers and all will kneel to her greatness and her enemies would beg for mercy as she changes them into what they deserved to be for making her an outcast among her people and denying her everything she deserved.

Vikki and Teegra continued to dance as the music played. The Melody was pleasant, and Vikki had to silently admit that there was at least one good thing the sub-humans could do but that was just a ruse in itself. Every one of them were practically undead slaves to the witch having turned them into such vile savages with primitive minds. Roleil was just as cruel if not more than the tyrants Vikki's own faced in the years past. She needed to find a way out of this place and escape back to her world but the longer she remained stuck here the more she was coming to believe that she could never find a way back. Even before she was captured by the sub-humans there was no sign of a portal anywhere. Maybe Bridgette was right! She destroyed the last the portal and she was trapped her forever? Vikki shook her head as she danced getting that horrible thought out of her head. She could not give up on what little hope she had left. If she did then there was no way to keep going. She had to both for the sake of seeing her loved ones again. To get Teegra back to her home safely and to honor the death of the first real friend she made in this world.

A Tear nearly formed in her eye recalling how dear Bathsheba was to her. In what little time she knew her Bathsheba was a friend and sister in arms. She looked out for her to the very end and it pained Vikki that she died before she could see her son again. Vikki vowed to herself she would ensure her son was safe and well whenever she would escape and find Fire Keep. She owed her that much and carried on with her dancing along with Teegra with, Roleil watching with pure delight none of them realizing that the lioness's demise was not as true as they believed.

Bathsheba got as far as she could the previous night before she had to make camp. She stayed up in the tree's to avoid the dangers and stay out of sight before as soon as the sun began to rise she climbed down them.

Her ankle finally was healing up and she no longer needed to use a long stick to balance herself, but she still could not fully run yet but as long as she didn't need any more assistance to walk that was fine with her. She set on finding Vikki. The Sub-Human group took her quite farther than she expected. If they were at an outpost certainly she would have found her by now, but they took Vikki further which meant they were taking her to their overlord.

Even thinking of the name of the witch that brought ruin to so many lives made the lioness growl. Now she has taken her friend. She would not have her as she has taken much of her tribe and friends. Never again. The Spirits had blessed her to keep her from falling to her death to give her the chance as she believed by now it was not a coincidence she only fell so far, and she only ended up with a minor injury that was nearly gone.

The Jungle combined with all that she was carrying on her back with her injured ankle was difficult, but Bathsheba kept going. She would find Vikki and save her before that witch could do anything to her. By now the group had to have taken her where their mistress was which meant that, Roleil had Vikki. Perhaps once she finds her she could take her vengeance and kill that woman to avenge her losses but for now she had to find, Vikki.

Finally, after what seemed to be an endless trek through the jungle it was finally starting to clear up. Bathsheba noticed there was a great plain off the jungles edge. It seemed wherever Vikki was being held it would be in the plains. Which narrowed her search, but it also would be more difficult. There was not much cover out in the plains besides a few tree's and tall grass. She would be spotted easily should she go out there. Being by herself it was best to remain in the best cover which was in the jungle and stayed close to its edge as she moved west sometimes wincing at the ache in her ankle.

Whatever pain she was enduring Bathsheba swore to herself she would repay it a thousand-fold to the one responsible for it. But then a scent caught her nostrils. The Smell of a sub-human. Bathsheba growled lowly sensing that it was one and it was close by. Putting down the bow and quiver of arrows behind a tree and got on her stomach and crawled through some bushes going very slowly not to make a sound as she shimmered across the ground and soon saw where she was picking up that fowl scent. There was a sub-human alone and without a group nearby as she only could smell just one of them.

He was busy relieving himself a short distance from her. She shook her head in disgust. Though they were once normal humans what they are now were monstrosities that had to be killed. She slowly crept out from the bushes and came up behind him with her arms out.

The Sub-human was about to turn around until it heard the snap of a twig but then it was too late as two massive arms came over its neck and face. Snarling Bathsheba tightened her grip and pulled the sub-human back.

With her arms over its face all she could hear from it was pained mumbles. She growled and pulled harder lifting it up off its face before the pressure from all her pulling and squeezing caused the sub-humans neck to snap. The Body went limp in an instant and the lioness dropped it to the ground hissing over its corpse.

Every death was a life avenged and these creatures under Roleil killed plenty. But to her fortune she saw sitting against a tree was a wooden spear. It had to be the sub-humans weapon. Smiling at the good fortune she retrieved the spear but just as she had it gripped in her hands did she hear a rustle behind her. She turned around fast to see two sub-humans wielding a small club and an axe waving them at her growling and howling at her.

"Wretched murderous kidnapping vermin!" Snarled the Lioness gripping the spear tight in her pawed hands. "Come on! You won't have me this time and I will take back my friend when I find them after I deal with you!"

The Sub-Humans growled and were unimpressed by Bathsheba's threat and rushed her. The Lioness was more than ready for them as they came upon her. Her ankle still was sore, but she would bare through the pain as she dealt with two more of, Roleil's forces and would find where Vikki was and retrieve her before the worst could happen.
