One day while visting Japan, Dick Grayson and his wife Barbara Gordon also known as the Gotham City vigilantes Nightwing and Batgirl meet a little boy named Izuku Midoriya who just lost his parents, and knowing how the young boy felt Dick and Barbara adopted him and then returned to their home, Gotham City. Everyone knows about the first heroes, Batman and Robin. Starting out as vigilantes, they were the ones who defined the profession as hero and carved a place in the world for people with Quirks. So, it is only to be expected when Robin himself somehow winds up in the future, that chaos shall ensue.

Batman uncovers a secret plot by Hugo Strange, who made an alliance with Gotham's most dangerous villains to transport themselves to an alternate universe where 80% of the population holds some form of superpower and sought to recreate and manifest quirks. The two are transported to this new universe and have to stop Strange and the rest of their villains.

It starts with a dead boy, again. (Warning for suicide.)

A quirkless man named Alan Knight, who witnessed his parents death as a child by a common thug with a gun. Motivated himself to fight dangerous criminals in the night by dressing up as a bat to instill fear at the heart of criminals by calling himself, The Batman. OC Batman.

The joker goes to japan out of the simple disgust of the low quality of villains there. They don't know how to instil fear, they are pretenders, demeaning the quality of real villains like himself. The heroes too. They have no what real villanry is. Especially the children, oh the little children who want to play being heroes. Well... I guess the joker will just have to teach them

I don't like to assume the worst out of people, believe it or not. But to ensure the safety of Earth and its people, these contingencies must be made.
