Missing

Eve and Jesse were at the assigned checkpoint waiting for Rachel and Ray to arrive. The first 10 minutes of waiting was fine it was only 10 minutes. The next 10 minutes they got a little worried, but the storm was probably slowing them down. Another 10 minutes they were worried.

"They should be here by now." Eve said, almost panicking.

"I know, but the storm is bad, so let's wait another half hour." Jessie suggested.

Eve closed her eye and took a deep breath, then nodded. The two waited half-an hour, but the twins still did not show. Jessie shook his head.

"I'm heading for the ski lodge." Eve said prepping her horse.

"Alright, I'll head back to Jackson and see if I can round up other on my way."

"Sounds good, I will fire a flare into the air if there is trouble."

Getting on her horse, she rode to the ski lodge. Reaching the lodge, she noticed the doors open and the windows shattered. Looking down she saw trails of feet on the ground.

'Rachel, you must be running from a horde.' She thought to herself as she had her horse following the tracks.

She pulled out her bow and an arrow out in case she encountered an infected. Luckily, she only encountered a couple of runners when she encounters the gate to the Baldwin Estate. Looking around she noticed the bodies of numerous infected.

'Okay, so I doubt you two managed to open a very heavy gate, get in, close it before the infected could get in.' She thought. 'There are other people in there.'

Eve rode up a hill and got off once she got to the top. She put her bow away and pulled out her binoculars and started searching for anyone. Looking in the windows, she says something that made her drop her binoculars.

'Wolves!'

Taking out the flare gun and fires it into the air. 'Hope backup arrives soon.'

She picked up her binoculars and watched as the wolves held her girlfriend and her brother at gun point.

Outside a library, Elle Dina, and Jesse noticed a flare in the sky. "That's Eve!" Jesse said. "Elle come with me, Dinah goes back to town and see if you can get Graham and Maria to form an elimination party."

Dinah nodded and headed off to town while Jesse and Elle rode off towards the Baldwin estate.

With Joel and Tommy, they were about to head back to Jackson when they saw the flare in the air. "Joel." Tommy said.

"Yeah, I saw it." Joel said.

"Looks to be coming from the Baldwin estate." Tommy said.

"You want to take point?" Joel asked.

"Yeah, I will head out while you head back to round up an extermination planet." Tommy told him.

"Alright." Joel said. "Be safe little brother."

"You to big brother." Tommy said as they went their separate ways.

Bak in the stables, Graham was playing a game of chess with a stable hand. The game was practically over. In three moves Graham would win.

Before he won a loud pounding came from the door. The two players stood up and made it to the door. Opening it they saw a guard looking concerned.

"What's going on Bryan?"

"Sir, Dina is on her way back alone."

"Alright, get people and horses together, if someone comes back alone then something happened." Graham ordered.

Bryan nodded and went out to follow his orders. The gate opened and Dinah rode in. She got off her horse and stood in front of Graham.

"Dinah, what happened out there?" He asked her.

"Ray and Rachel didn't show up to the checkpoint they were supposed to meet Jesse and Eve at." She answered.

Graham widened his eyes in worry but kept himself calm. "Where are Jessie, Eve, and Elle?"

"The Baldwin estate, Eve lit a flare."

Nodding at the woman, Graham went on to explain that an extermination team was being formed. The gate opened revealing Joel on his horse.

"Joel where's your brother?" Graham asked, having an idea what he will say.

"We saw a flare in sky from the Baldwin estate, so Tommy went over, so I…"

"Was sent to get extermination team." Graham finished.

Joel was about speak but saw Dina. "You saw it to?"

Dina nodded. "We will head out once the extermination team is formed." Graham said.

"But your leg…" Joel started to say.

"My kids are trouble." Graham interrupted him sternly not allowing Joel to argue.

Joel nodded his head in acceptance.

At the mansion, Jesse and Ellie rode towards an edge of a cliff that overlooked the Baldwin estate. They found Tommy with his rifle out pointed at the windows and Eve standing next to him. Tommy turned his head back.

"Jessie, Elle you two and Eve head down to the gate and wait for back up."

"What's happening?" Elle asked.

"The twins are being held hostage." Tommy told them. "I count 8 hunters."

"Have they done anything nothing yet?" Jesse asked.

Tommy shook his head. "If they do though, I got clear shot on most of them."

"Be careful, there still might be some infected." Eve said after getting on her horse.

"I will, now get and secure the gate." Tommy ordered.

The three rode down to the gate and waited tensely for back up to arrive and staring intensely at the mansion.
