"Mm, this tastes amazing," said Kiken as she and Raven sat in the castleteria. She had used the magic ring Raven had given her to change her hair and eyes to purple while also changing her facial features slightly. Her sweatshirt had also turned purple and the skirt black and silver.
"Well you can have food this good from now on," said Raven who was smiling while watching her eat.
"Hey Raven, who is the little girl?" asked Apple who walked over with Briar and Ashlynn.
"This is my cousin, Meylene," said Raven.
"Her parents died in an accident and I'm the only one who could take her in so she will be staying here at the school with me," said Raven.
"That's horrible," said a saddened Ashlynn.
"But will Headmaster Grimm allow this?" asked Briar.
"He's already given his permission, Meylene's even allowed to come to my classes so that I can keep an eye on her," said Raven.
"Wow, that's amazing," said Apple.
"But are you sure you can stand studying high school level subjects?" she asked.
"I was doing college level subjects while being homeschooled before coming here," said Meylene after swallowing the food she had taken a bite of.
"None of the lessons here will probably be a challenge for me," she said before going back to eating her lunch.
"College level subjects at five?!" asked Apple, Briar, and Ashlynn while looking at her with shocked expressions.
"She's a super genius after all," said Raven while hugging Meylene and messing with the younger girl's hair at the same time.
"Raven, stop," said Meylene as she laughed.
"You two really get along don't you?" asked Briar.
"We have always been more like sisters than cousins, but it's been a while since we last saw each other," said Meylene with a cheerful smile.
"Great to hear it," said Apple, who couldn't help but smile as well.
