This is a telling of Mass Effect from the PoV of my OC. Vex, a hitman from Omega, finds herself swept up in a life-threatening adventure when she meets up with an old friend.

After the death of the Archon, the kett leadership went to Primus. She has taken the kett and many species from the Milky Way for study. After three hundred years of waiting, the kett have returned and new heroes must face them. The new Mass Effect story begins in Andromeda with a hero that must unite two super powers to save them from the coming threat. Trust is the problem.

After waking up in a Cerberus space station, Shepard demands answers and finds out that she had died two years prior with the destruction of the Normandy. With two years of her absence, how will the galaxy react to her returning, and how will she react to what the galaxy has become?

Coming to terms with being reborn? Doable. Finding out you're in the Mass Effect universe? Slightly more difficult. I know I'm no soldier material but I want to do what I can to help save the galaxy. To that goal I will become one of the worst beings in human society. A businessman and politician. A SI/OC-story of a different kind.

Shepard lives out her life on the Citadel, convinced she is going mad as her life disintegrates before her eyes. Her understanding of the universe is upended by a message from someone named "Archangel", who promises her precious answers, if only she can evade the monster hunting her in the shadows. This is a completed work, updating weekly.

With friends and family at her side, Dr Liara T'Soni travels the galaxy, digging up the long-lost trail of the Protheans. Setting aside her life as an active Spectre, Shepard settles into domestic life (of sorts) to accompany Liara on her journey. Finally, a life full of peace, love and happiness becomes reality… and the long-awaited little blues get to make their appearance.

Humans are a bunch of overly paranoid war apes. What happens when you give these war loving apes th keys to the universe? They cause mayhem. This is my take on a more realistic progress path for Humanity, specifically based on modern prediction models. Reviews and criticisms are welcome.

I think we can all agree waking up as a guy in a woman's body would be jarring to say the least. Waking up as an asari? Horrifying. But waking up as what I had the incredible misfortune to be... Let's just say I wouldn't bet on me surviving long enough to see the Reapers make their grand debut. Asari SI, starts just before ME1.
