It was a late night in Crystal Cove, a Limo was driving into a neighborhood and stopped at a specific house.
A teenage boy walked out of the house with flowers and so did his parents, as the mother took more pictures.
"No more, Mom, come on,come on, I mean, that is like your third memory card," the boy named Randy stated.
"Sorry, it's just that I remember my prom, so much joy, so much passion, the best night of our lives, remember dear?" The mom answered cradling her son's face explaining.
"You didn't go with me," The dad replied.
"Oh, right," the mom responded sighing happily.
"Okay, I'm late now, I gotta go," Randy warned as he got in the car, gave the mysterious girl flowers, and closed the door.
As the Limo drove off.
During the drive the girl next to him began to speak.
"Thanks for coming with me, Randy, Can I make a little confession? This isn't my first prom," The girl whispered.
"What do you mean? Were you held back?" Randy asked.
"No, at my other schools, I went to prom with other boys," Alice explained as she put her legs and feet on the chair and cradled his face.
"Look, I just wanna party, hardy, get my swerve on, you know," Randy informed.
She giggled and put her hand in his suit for a minute.
She then cradled his face again and continued.
"I just want you to know that I think you are the one. Are you Randy? Are you the one?" Alice eludicated as she moved her finger across his cheek and whispered in his ear.
After that, She took a mask off revealing her true face.
"What?" Randy questioned moving away from her.
"Be my Boyfriend, Randy, forever, and ever and ever," Alice commanded getting closer and closer to him.
As Randy screamed the car drove away.
At Shaggy, Scooby, and Louis's house they were watching a Vincent Van Ghoul Movie.
The Woman Vampire screamed as she fell to the ground.
Vincent Van Ghoul stood victoriously with the stake in hand.
"Suck on that, Suckers," Vincent Van Ghoul said as he laughed.
The End came out of his mouth as it went to the End Credits.
"Don't forget, This Weekend, is our Annual Van Ghoulithon, 405 Vincent Van Ghoul Classics without commercials," Vincent Van Ghoul stated on Television.
As Louis,Shaggy,Scooby, and Velma sat there watching it, Shaggy and Scooby shaking in fear
"Oh Boy, oh boy, Scoob, like, this year's Van Ghoulithon sounds great," Shaggy mentioned.
"Yeah, just Eating and Van Ghoul, Eating and Van Ghoul," Scooby mumbled.
"For a Whole Week, Yippee," Scooby and Shaggy cheered intertwining their fingers.
"Yeah, yippee," Velma repeated nonchalantly.
"Yeah, I never get these movies, he literally said a pun, at the end of the movie, that wasn't scary at all," Louis complained.
"It's supposed to have puns, and it is supposed to be scary, I thought it was creepy," Scooby replied putting his arm and some of the blanket around Louis.
"Yeah, agree to disagree," Louis answered.
"Oh, Like, hey Scoob, all this Marathon Talk is getting me kind of hungry," Shaggy warned.
"I'm on it, Scooby-Dooby-Doo,Adios Amigo," Scooby responded as he winked at Louis saying adios to him.
Louis smiled hearing that.
As him and Shaggy chuckled before Scooby left.
"Like, what gives Velm? You love the Marathon," Shaggy wondered.
"That was last year," Velma replied moving Louis to her spot as she took his.
"This year the Marathon falls on our One-Month Anniversary and the prom, fortunately, I think I have the perfect solution," Velma stated as she scooted over to him and put her hands and head on his chest.
Shaggy gulped nervously.
"Like, Am I gonna like it?" Shaggy asked.
"Probably not, I still don't think hiding this from Scooby is the best idea, let alone, right," Louis mentioned.
"Sh, We'll have our Official coming out as a couple at the prom them celebrate by watching the Marathon, alone, just us" Velma eludicated shushing Louis,as she cradled Shaggy's face while explaining, when she was done she put his arm around her.
"And Me and Scooby, Right?" Louis asked.
"Nope," Velma answered.
Louis rolled his eyes and moved from the couch back onto his wheelchair.
"Well, I'm turning in for the night,Good night Scooby
"Oh boy, Shaggy muttered.
The Next day after the school bell rang.
Everyone came out of class and headed to finish their studies.
Daphne and Fred passed by seeing the sign.
"Gee, look at that, I guess prom is coming up, any plans?" Daphne said.
"I'll probably do the same thing I do every year, monitor my Police Scanner and patrol the sewers, you gonna go?" Fred replied.
" I don't know, I guess if someone asks me," Daphne responded flirting.
"Gotcha, well, good luck with that," Fred answered walking to his locker.
"Huh,oh" Daphne complained.
"Oh,Buttercups, come on, open," the girl next to his complained.
"Let me try, these are Series S Kaiser Tumblers, sometimes they stick," Fred suggested walking over to her locker helping her.
He twisted it twice and got it open.
"Wow, that's amazing, thank you so much, my name's Alice, Alice May, I'm new," Alice introduced.
Daphne looked at them both noticing it and crossing her arms.
"I'm Fred Jones, this is uh," Fred tried to introduce.
"New,huh, well, good luck, come on, Fred, let's go," Daphne interrupted flipping her hair and starting to walk away.
"You know this School can be like a Maze, I've actually made several models of it, in my spare time to chart my Class Route," Fred stated.
"Oh,how sweet, thanks, Fred, wow I think I'm gonna like it here," Alice said looking at him flirtatiously.
As he just looked at her happily, Daphne gasped getting what she meant.
She growled getting angry at him and her.
Later during announcements in school almost the whole gang sat next to one another except Fred who was late.
"Just a few nights away, don't forget to call the Limo Guy," Velma mumbled to Shaggy.
"Yeah, you got it,Velm,oh,like help," Shaggy responded chuckling and mumbling to himself.
"I wish I could," Louis mumbled.
"Where's Fred, he said he would be here,oh no he didn't," Daphne wondered and complained.
"Hey Gang, this is Alice, she's new, I've been kind of showing her around," Fred introduced.
"Wow, another member that was fast," Louis muttered.
"Fred's like my White Knight," Alice complemented.
"What a sweetie," Daphne commented.
"Now if you could all quiet down, Sheriff Stone has a few words,Sheriff," Mayor Jones informed.
"Thank you,Mayor, thank you, thank you," Sheriff Stone whispered.
"Oh,great, now we're doomed," Louis mumbled to Scooby.
Scooby jumped onto the seat where Louis was, as he ended up on Louis's lap.
"Oh sorry," Scooby apologized.
"It's okay, you don't have to move, if you don't want to," Louis warned.
"Great,"I'll stay, just trying to make sure it was okay," Scooby answered
"Prom, yes, obviously, we want a safe, enjoyable evening,as some of you might be aware, there have been several recent reports of a Phantom Limousine with a Ghost Girl inside stealing young men away into the night, probably as part of some Arcane Ritual, because of this, we are advising all students not to get into Phantom Limousine's on Prom Night if at all possible," Sheriff Stone announced.
Scooby and Shaggy gulped hearing about the part about the Ritual.
"Scooby, you might wanna stop moving so I can see," Louis requested.
"Okay," Scooby responded.
"That's all I've got," Sheriff Stone muttered.
"Jinkies, talk about a bad date," Velma added.
"I'll say,Gang, I think we have a new Mystery on our hands," Fred said.
As everyone got up and the bell rang.
"Well, I better get going, still a lot of unpacking to do at my house," Alice notified.
Scooby got off and put Louis on his back, as usual.
"Need a lift," Fred offered.
"That's okay, I like walking, it was nice meeting all of you,oh, and Louis if you have issues hanging out with Scooby just pretend to have issues with your locker," Alice answered as she whispered her suggestion in Louis's ear.
"Bye, Velma responded.
"Nice meeting you too," Shaggy and Louis said.
"Hey Daphne, Are you coming?" Fred wondered.
"I'm gonna walk too, besides, I wanna do some more research on those kids who disapppeared in the Crystal Cove Caves, the ones Mr. E warned us about, I hate going home, clueless," Daphne explained hmphing him and turning away as she left the room.
Fred turned looking at her happily.
As they left the Auditorium, Louis headed to his locker and pretended to have issues.
"Oh, dang, come on, you stupid locker," Louis complained taking Alice's advice.
"Don't worry, I'll help you," Scooby responded.
Scooby opened it for him.
"Thanks Scooby," Louis replied.
"No problem," Scooby answered
Later that night Daphne looked in one of the books as she saw it missing the pages, she looked at the map and saw a part missing, and when she looked in the newspaper she saw it missing.
"Weird, it's like someone has erased everything about the missing kids," Daphne mentioned to herself.
Daphne opened the locket she had, and said to it,"Who doesn't want you found?"
As all of a sudden the lights went out.
Daphne tried turning it on again but couldn't.
"Hello, Is someone there? I'm still working," Daphne shouted.
Daphne used her phone, turned on the flashlight, and took a look around.
She looked behind one of the book cases and saw a shadow.
"Who are you?" Daphne wondered.
"It's just me,Daph," Louis whispered.
"Louis, what are you doing here at this hour?" Daphne questioned.
" I could ask you the same thing," Louis interrogated.
"Doing research," Daphne reponded.
"Oh, of course," Louis agreed.
"Did you turn out the lights?" Daphne asked.
"No,let's check it out together," Louis suggested.
Daphne and Louis went to one of the light switches as they flipped them, but they didn't work.
Suddenly someone ran past.
Daphne and Louis screamed as Daphne dropped her phone.
"Who's there?" Daphne yelled.
"Show yourself," Louis demanded.
"Velma,Fred" Daphne called out.
They looked and saw a shadow.
They both gasped and saw the shadow run as they gave chase.
They looked behind another book case as someone tried to push it on them.
Daphne gasped, grabbed Louis,and moved.
"Aw man, another wheel chair, bummer," Louis complained.
Daphne grabbed the spare she kept and gave it to him.
They both ran through the school halls looking for the person.
As the Girl's Locker Room door creaked, they went to it.
Daphne opened it and said again,"Hello."
As drops from the shower dripped onto the tile floor.
"Maybe it's just our imagination," Daphne guessed.
"Maybe," Louis repeated.
As Daphne moved to the sink and splashed water on her face.
When they looked in the mirror they saw a ragged shadow and turned around.
"Daphne,Louis, it's just me," Alice warned.
"I,what are you doing in here?" Daphne questioned.
"I was using the showers, they haven't turned the water on at my house yet, I didn't think anyone was still at school, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you two," Alice eludicated.
"No, We're sorry, we thought we were alone, too,you must think we're silly," Daphne answered.
"What's silly abut being scared?" Alice asked in a confident voice and an evil smile.
Daphne and Louis looked at her weirdly.
"Well, it's getting late, we should be getting home, coming?" Daphne wondered grabbing Louis's hand and leading him away.
"No,thanks, still got some cleaning up to do," Alice warned.
Daphne and Louis left the bathroom.
"We're not really leaving, Are we?" Louis questioned.
Daphne shook her head and hid them both around the corner.
As they both peeked from behind the wall.
Alice came out, looked around, and unlocked the basement, and went in.
As Daphne and Louis continued looking suspiciously.
The next day at K-Ghouls.
"I'm telling you, she's up to something, and Louis saw it too," Daphne stated.
"Well, she could have forgotten something in there, besides she gave me excellent advice and it worked," Louis responded.
"What advice?" Scooby wondered.
"Uh,nothing," Louis answered chuckling sheepishly.
"Come on,Daph, so Alice was using the shower and hanging out in the School Basement late at night,Haven't we all?" Fred wondered.
"What if Alice is the Ghost Girl, the Sheriff mentioned, you could be in danger,Fred, Daphne warned.
"Don't you think, I'd know if she were a Ghost Girl," Fred mentioned.
"I'd be willing to bet,no," Velma added.
"Yeah,me too," Scooby agreed.
"Yeah,me three," Louis also agreed.
"Like, what do we really know about Alice?" Shaggy asked.
"Besides the fact, that she's super nice and her hair smells like peaches, and sometimes I get lost in her eyes, and," Fred complemented.
"Now I'm definitely saying, no," Louis repeated.
"Fred Jones, Do you like this girl?" Daphne interrogated.
"Wow, look at the time," Fred excused pointing to his empty wrist.
"You're not wearing a watch,Freddy," Daphne stated.
"Oh,snap," Louis instigated.
As they glared at him.
Louis just blushed and hid his face in Scooby's chest.
"Oh, well, I better go find one, then," Fred said as he left.
Daphne stood there shocked for a sec, she couldn't believe she just let him go.
"You guys should take a look at this, that boy your Ghost Girl grabbed a couple of towns over, baby,he wasn't the first, Angel notified.
"Ew,Harem," Louis commented.
"These attacks go back to the turn of the century," Velma added.
"Looks like your Ghost Girl is building herself a Man Posse,"Angel warned.
"Zoinks, like, what if Fred's her latest possum," Shaggy said.
"Not on my watch," Daphne replied.
As they all got in the Mystery Machine and drove to their next destination.
"Exactly, How did you get Alice May's address again?" Velma questioned.
"I found it in her locker, I noticed the combination lock when Fred was helping her, lucky, huh Daphne explained.
"I think luck has nothing to do with it, although I kinda feel bad doing this without Fred, it feels kind of weird without him," Louis commented.
"Don't worry, we're saving him," Daphne said.
"Uh huh," Louis whispered.
When they arrived they noticed something familiar.
"Like, tell me she moved," Shaggy begged.
"What about Freddy?" Scooby wondered.
"I left him a message, every minute we wait, he could be in danger,we should split up cover more ground," Daphne ordered.
"I don't think that's such a," Velma tried to warn.
"I'll go with Scooby and Louis, Velma you go with Shaggy, Daphne commanded.
"Sounds good to me," Velma responded as her and Shaggy walked off together.
Scooby and Louis smiled at each other and followed Daphne.
While Shaggy and Velma were looking for clues some things crossed Velma's mind.
"So how is it going with the prom tickets?" Velma mentioned.
"Oh,like, yeah,um,I gotta do that," Shaggy answered.
"What about the limo? And my corsage, your tux," Velma interrogated.
Shaggy blinked trying to think of an excuse.
"Do you not wanna go to the prom with me? If you don't wanna go just tell me, I'll understand," Velma stated.
"Oh, what a relief because I don't," Shaggy cheered.
"What, Why? I don't believe this, I knew it,I knew it, I knew it," Velma complained kicking Gravestones around.
"Velma, stop breaking the Cemetery, I was just kidding,of course I wanna go," Shaggy explained stopping her and lying to her.
"You do? Oh, Shaggy, we're gonna have such a wonderful evening," Velma cheered putting her arms around his neck and spinning him.
As someone ran past them.
Meanwhile Daphne,Louis, and Scooby were still looking around.
"Keep your eyes peeled for anything suspicious,Scooby and Louis," Daphne ordered.
"Okay," They replied.
"So you excited for the Vincent Van Ghoulithon?" Scooby asked.
"Yeah, mostly because I'll be spending it with you," Louis answered.
"Aw, that's so sweet, I love us being Aquaintances," Scooby stated.
"Oh,right,of course," Louis muttered sadly.
"Oh, you gotta a piece of dirt on your cheek," Scooby warned.
As Scooby lifted a finger and wiped it across Louis's cheek to get it off.
"Thanks," Louis responded.
As a hand came out of the ground.
"Did you hear something?" Daphne wondered.
As they shook their head no.
Scooby giggled and then heard something.
"That time I heard it," Scooby mentioned.
"Me too, but I wish I didn't" Louis complained.
They turned around and saw nothing.
But when they turned back to the front they saw the Ghost Girl.
The three screamed seeing her and ran.
"That scream sounded like Scooby-Doo," Shaggy said.
"And Daphne and Louis, come on," Velma ordered.
"Daphne, what, why did you scream?" Velma questioned.
"You'll find out in am minute," Louis stated on Scooby's back.
"That's why," Daphne answered.
As The Ghost Girl jumped onto the other side of the hill laughing evilly.
As Scooby,Louis, and Daphne bumped into Shaggy and Velma, they rolled onto two grave stones and rolled down the hill with the Ghost Girl following close behind cackling.
Scooby,Louis, and Velma on one and Shaggy and Daphne on the other, as they stopped at the bottom they saw a place to hide.
"In there," Velma commanded.
As they all ran in and closed the door.
"Like, if that was Alice May, she needs some serious moisturizer," Shaggy commented.
"And a new eyeball," Louis added.
Scooby sniffed around and walked to the grave.
"Where are we going? Scoob," Louis questioned.
"To a clue," Scooby responded
"Where are we?" Daphne wondered.
As Velma shined her flashlight on the grave.
"Carlswell," Velma read.
"Carlswell, that's the Creeper," Shaggy notified.
"The Creeper," Scooby shouted.
As he put Louis in Shaggy's arms as he jumped in his arms afterwards.
"Deacon Carlswell,Alias, The Creeper, I remember him, he was robbing banks disguised as a Phantom but in reality he was actually the Bank Manager," Daphne eludicated as the flashback stared.
"Hold on, Isn't Carlswell still in jail? alive," Velma asked.
As her and Velma opened the lid and Shaggy shined the flashlight on it as they all looked in it.
"This is part of the Creeper's old costume, and look at this a transfer slip from Crystal Cove High," Daphne explained.
As they all heard pounding on the door.
"Zoinks, she's back, we're doomed," Shaggy complained.
As Fred opened the door.
"Unless Fred is the Ghost Girl I think we're safe," Louis commented.
"Hey Gang, what are you doing in here?" Fred wondered.
"Fred," They all shouted.
"Wow, this is a neat Mausoleum," Fred complemented.
"Fred, you're safe, I'm not sure how to say this but Alice May is a Ghost, she wants to put you in her Man Posse," Daphne warned.
"What are you talking about?" Fred questioned.
"Gang, tell him, why aren't you saying anything?" Daphne commanded noticing their silence and asking them.
"Um,like,it's hard to say who attacked us,it could have been Alice May's really sundry Great Grand Mother," Shaggy said.
"Velma,Louis,Scooby," Daphne mentioned.
"I'm sorry, Daph, I'm just not sure," Velma replied.
"Me neither," Louis and Scooby muttered.
"I think I know what this is about," Fred stated.
"You do?" Daphne wondered.
"You found out Alice has asked me to the Prom and you think it's gonna affect our friendship," Fred explained.
"You, you're going to the Prom with Alice," Daphne whispered.
Scooby moaned and shook his head and Shaggy and Velma looked at each other.
When they were about to leave Louis whispered to Daphne.
"I do believe you but you know, I have a reputation to uphold," Louis mumbled in Daphne's ear.
She just shook her head.
It was now the night of the Prom and Velma was in her dress looking in the mirror.
Her parents came in,took a picture, and smiled at each other.
When they looked again they saw her put on her sweater and frowned.
Fred put on a tie and already had his tux on and left.
Or tried to he fell into one of his traps and ended upside down.
Scooby grabbed sandwiches out of the fridge closed it, and he put a thumbs up and smiled at the Vincent Van Ghoul picture,Louis just shook his head.
Shaggy watched from outside, put it in his suitcase, and hid it in the bushes.
Daphne was at home crying and looking at her picture of Fred.
"This was supposed to be the greatest night of our lives," Daphne cried.
As Daphne's room door and her sister,Delilah came in.
"Hey,baby sis, something got you down?" Delilah wondered.
"Hey Delilah, it's okay,I'm fine," Daphne reassured.
"No,no, I can tell, the same way I can tell when I look into the eyes of the enemy and see their cold gray heart, no, it's either me or them," Delilah answered.
"Okay," Daphne muttered.
"Ah, boy trouble, I've been fierce bunk mate before, let me tell you a story, there was a beach enemy dug in along the shore, they picked us off one by one,but I knew I had to get my men through, understand," Delilah explained.
"No,"Daphne responded.
"Alright, here's another story," Delilah said.
"Delilah, really, don't worry, I'm gonna figure this out," Daphne reassured.
"I hear you, call if you need me,ha," Delilah replied as she marched out.
"Wait a second, was she trying to tell me that Alice May is the enemy and Fred is pinned down on the beach and that I can't give up until he's safe, or is Fred the beach and I'm the one pinned down, or are we both the beach, it doesn't matter because I understand, I think," Daphne guessed.
At Fred's house he was exiting with a bouquet of flowers.
He smelled them and was about to head out until Daphne running.
"Fred,Fred," Daphne called out as she ran into him.
"What are you?" Fred tried to ask.
"You can't go to the Prom with Alice May," Daphne informed.
"It's too late,I've already plotted our route," Fred responded.
"Listen to me,I've dreamt of this night my whole life, and every time I've had that dream, you're in it," Daphne explained.
As Fred saw the head lights and the limo drove into the driveway.
"Fred, all set," Alice asked opening the door.
"Uh," Fred tried to answer.
"Please, Fred, this is your last chance," Daphne begged cradling Fred's face.
"Ah, what the heck, go to the prom with a friend will be more fun than a date anyway, right?" Fred replied.
Daphne sighed and said,"I'll take what I can get," Daphne whispered.
Fred rubbed his wrist into her arm playfully and walked to the car to explain.
"Hey,Alice, I hope you don't mind, but I can't go to the prom with you, it's nothing personal but Daphne and I," Fred explained.
As the door closed and the limo drove away.
"Okay then, thanks for understanding," Fred shouted.
"Oh, I understand and you will too, soon enough," Alice muttered in the limo as it drove away.
Back at Shaggy,Scooby, and Louis's house, they were watching the Vincent Van Ghoulithon.
"Time to slice up some fresh bacon," Vincen Van Ghoul said as he turned on the chainsaw.
He waved it back and forth at the pig as it squealed.
Scooby and Shaggy were covering their eyes.
Louis watched in disgust at it.
Scooby started giggling.
"This is great, what's wrong? Not hungry?" Scooby interrogated.
"Gee,not right now Scoob,uh, what am I saying? I'm starved,oh look, we're out of Sardines,I'll just run to the store and get some," Shaggy excused.
Louis facepalmed knowing he could have come up with a better excuse,Scooby lifted an eyebrow in confusion as he lifted the sardines.
"Shaggy wait," Scooby warned.
"Wait up," Louis ordered.
Scooby smiled, picked Louis up, put him on his back and took him outside.
"Shaggy, is that you?" Velma asked.
"Yep,let's go, I'm in my pants," Shaggy commanded grabbing her hand.
"Whoo," She shouted.
As they got in the limo and drove off.
Scooby ran out and skidded to a stop.
"Oh no, the Ghost Girl, she's got Shaggy,Shaggy," Scooby stated as he ran after them.
"Jinkies, there's no parking, driver, try around back," Velma ordered.
The limo drove off to the back.
Scooby and Louis arrived and Scooby skidded to a stop as the next limo came and the Ghost Girl came out of it.
"Shaggy," Scooby called out looking in there and seeing nobody.
"Scooby, there is something I gotta tell you," Louis informed.
While in the Prom everyone was dancing.
"Hey, Daph, what's with your face? You okay? You look like you're gonna hork," Fred questioned.
"This is exactly like my dream, us dancing, then after we take a walk in the moonlight and you whisper in my ear," Daphne explained.
"Scooby,Louis," Fred shouted.
"Yeah, What? Now," Daphne answered.
"Ghost Girl," They yelled as Scooby pushed past people and stopped.
"Ghost Girl?" Fred asked.
As the lights went out.
They all screamed seeing Alice come on stage.
"I hope you saved a dance for me ,Fred," Alice said.
The Ghost girl jumped towards them as they moved she cackled evilly.
Shaggy and Velma walked in smiling and holding hands until they saw what was going on.
"Let's get outta here," Fred demanded.
As the Ghost Girl followed the crowd.
The crowd came running to the doors as Shaggy and Velma moved, the crowd ran out.
"Like, wow, I didn't know this year's Prom Theme was Terror and Pandemonium," Shaggy added.
"What's going on?" Velma wondered.
"Somebody's Mom is trying to kill, Fred," Ethan warned.
"Yeah, thanks Mystery Geeks for wrecking our Prom," Gary complained as they all ran away.
Scooby put Louis in Shaggy's arms.
"Shaggy, you're alright," Scooby cheered jumping in Shaggy's arms too shaking in terror.
"Sorry, I tried to hold him off, he was really persistent," Louis whispered to Shaggy.
"What are you wearing?" Scooby questioned.
"Like,um," Shaggy tried to excuse.
Suddenly the Ghost Girl cackled again.
"Explain later, run," Velma ordered.
Shaggy put Scooby and Louis down on the ground and ran.
Scooby opened his mouth, bit hard on Louis's shirt and ran with Louis in his mouth.
Alice scratched on the lockers coming after them.
"Like, they're all locked," Shaggy complained.
"Hold on, I got an idea," Daphne notified.
"Hey, isn't that Alice's locker?" Fred wondered.
Daphne went into it and grabbed the basement key.
"Yep, and this is the key to the Basement," Daphne agreed.
Daphne unlocked the door and they all ran in.
Scooby looked through the lock hole and saw her pass by growling.
Scooby put his arm across his fore head and whispered,"She's gone.
As they all sighed in relief.
"Hey guys, look at this," Velma announced.
"That's the same back pack from the Carlswell Crypt," Daphne mentioned.
"Those are Alice's clothes," Fred added.
"Along with Carlswell's Creeper costume," Velma finished.
"Like, man, I don't get it, why would a Ghost Girl need to change clothes," Shaggy said.
"She wouldn't unless she's not a real Ghost," Daphne stated.
"Gang, I think we're getting close to solving this mystery, only one thing left to do," Fred replied.
At the Gym/Ballroom the Ghost Girl burst in.
Suddenly the disco ball light turned on and Alice screamed.
The spotlight landed on most of the gang as Scooby played the drums,Shaggy played the bass,Daphne played the guitar and Velma played the Saxophone.
"What is this?" Alice questioned.
"What you wanted, me, one last dance," Fred answered.
"I'll destroy you all," Alice warned as she charged him.
As Louis tugged on a rope that made the light drop and tie her hands up, as the rest of the gang pulled on it making her go up.
"Let me go," Alice demaded.
"Hazy,Fantasi,Fred, didn't you hear me? When I said, if you see a Ghost Girl do not go to the Prom with her," Mayor Jones asked.
"Don't worry, dad, she may look like a Ghost Girl but in reality, she's Alice May or she's also known as," Fred explained.
"Alice Carlswell," They all shouted.
"Carlswell, as in Deacon Carlswell, the Creeper," Sheriff Stone guessed.
"That's right, he was my father, when Daddy was imprisoned, I vowed revenge on those who put him in there, I used his old costume to construct my own, when I found the Legend Of The Ghost Girl online, I was ready to spring my trap, I grabbed that fool,Randy, to throw you all off the track and I kept him hidden and fed in my Father's Crypt until I could let him go, after that it was just a matter of time getting rid of your precious leader,Fred,I wanted to destroy your gang the way you destroyed my father and I would have succeeded too, if it weren't for you meddling schoolmates of mine, Alice eludicated.
Fred stood there with his mouth open as Daphne comforted him.
As Sheriff Stone's car drove away with Alice May in it.
"Oh, Scooby-Doo, you gotta believe me, I wanted to watch the Marathon with you but like," Shaggy tried to explain.
"Nuh,uh, don't touch me," Scooby demanded walking towards the van.
"Remind me again, Why anyone would wanna go to the Prom?" Velma wondered walking towards the van.
"Gee, it wasn't all bad, right Fred?" Daphne mentioned.
"Are you kidding, it was awesome," Fred stated.
"Really?" Daphne asked.
"Yeah, I mean, I came up with that trap on the fly, did you see how well it worked? " Fred warned.
Daphne looked at the ground and saw Alice's bag.
"Oh no, the Sheriff forgot to take Alice's backpack for evidence,Sheriff." Daphne informed shouting to the Sheriff to warn him.
As one of the Crystal Cove Yearbooks fell out.
"This is one of the old Crystal Cove Yearbooks," Daphne notified.
"Hey, look there is a page marked," Fred announced as him,Shaggy,Scooby, and Louis walked and rolled out.
"It's them, the kids who disappeared," Daphne said.
As Daphne opened the locket and the music played again.
"Maybe we should go home," Louis suggested trying to get them to leave it alone since he had promised Cassidy, he wouldn't allow them to figure it out.
"Check out the caption,Brad Chiles,Ricky Owens,Cassidy Williams,Judy Reeves, and mascot Professor Pericles, Crystal Cove High's Mystery Solvers Club, Mystery Incorporated," Velma read.
"Wow, I like that name," Fred added.
"Like, these kids were just like us," Shaggy mentioned.
"The question is," Daphne said.
"Why did they disappear?" Louis finished.
As they all thought about it.
The Gang just shook it off and headed into the van.
Shaggy motioned for Scooby to come in the van, Scooby just turned away from him and saw Louis still where the rest of the gang were previously at.
"You okay?" Scooby asked.
"What? Yeah, I'm fine, just thinking that what she explained was a cover story, it just doesn't sound right, for some odd reason," Louis replied.
"Don't worry, she's gone, the Mystery is over," Scooby reassured.
"Strangely, I'm not so sure," Louis muttered.
Scooby put his paw on his shoulder to comfort him as Scooby motioned for him to get into the van.
Louis smiled at him and nodded in agreement.
Scooby pushed Louis's wheelchair into the Mystery Machine as they took off.
At the Sheriff's office, Alice waited patiently for someone.
All of a sudden the cell door opened.
"Took you long enough," Alice commented.
"Is it taken care of?" the man questioned.
"They bought the story, it'll be a couple of days before they realize Deacon Carlswell never had a daughter," Alice answered.
"By then, you'll be long gone, and the yearbook?" Ed wondered.
"In the backpack, just like you said, oh, there was that brat still with them, wasn't he supposed to be taken care of?" Alice responded.
"Oh, he will, we're just waiting for the right moment, his days are numbered," Ed replied.
As the two walked outside, Alice began talking again.
"Someone went through a lot of trouble to hide that Yearbook before I found it in the Basement, you ever gonna tell me why you cooked up this whole Alice May scheme just so I could then hand it over to a bunch of kids and their dog?" Alice explained.
"You were paid for a job by my employer, Mr. E, and that job is over, you don't need to know his motives, let's just say, he needed them to start looking into the real Mystery hiding beneath Crystal Cove, a Mystery that led to the disappearance of four youths, a Mystery's time has come to be solved," Ed Machine eludicated.
As she nodded, sat down in the limo, and it drove off.
Ed Machine watched as it drove away.
Later that night, Louis rolled to Deacon Carlswell's cell and stopped.\
"Deacon Carlswell," Louis called out.
"Yes, whom am I talking to? you look familiar," Deacon Carlswell questioned.
"The name's, Louis, I heard someone claiming that she was your daughter," Louis notified.
"Well, I,I never had one," Deacon Carlswell responded.
"I knew it, don't worry, this talk is between you and me no one else will know about it," Louis said.
"Ah, now I remember, you are with those Mystery Brats, who put me in this place, so, let me ask you this, Having issues befriending the dog?" Deacon Carlswell stated.
"What? How did you?" Louis interrogated.
"I'm a criminal and you, my friend, are easy to read, you look like the person who is trying to have a friend but can't because the dog is too blind, your heart must ache, constantly waking up to that thing and always getting rejected," Deacon Carlswell elaborated.
"Shut up!!!!" Louis commanded.
"Tell me, Does it hurt? Do you still wanna be on this interesting team? Are you trying so hard to befriend him you don't notice what is going on around you? What stings the most? Louis, tell me, The Rejection, the Secrets, or is it deep down you know you'll never be friends?" Deacon Carlswell yelled.
"Enough!!! Louis demanded grabbing Deacon Carlswell's uniform and hitting him against the bars.
"I have nothing more to say to you," Deacon Carlswell mumbled to him.
Louis dropped him and rolled out of there.
Louis thought about what he said and the more he thought about it the more it hurt.
Louis rolled home, as some one followed from a distance.
