At Destroido Corp.
An Employee was leaving work and heading to his car when he got a Phone Call.
"On my way home now, Darling," The Employee warned.
"You did not heed my warning," The Demonic Voice mentioned.
"Honey, What's wrong with your voice? It's so deep, wait a minute,Is this that Nut again?" the Employee wondered before recognizing the call.
"I told you if you did not quit your job at Destroido, and leave forever, something terrible would happen to you," The Voice reminded.
"And I told you, I don't appreciate Prank Calls, My Sister-In-Laws is a Paralegal and if this keeps up,I'm sueing you, Go Suck a Lemon!" The Employee lashed out angrily.
As he hung up and headed into his car.
"Oh Boy! The nerve of some people," The Employee complained.
As he drove away from the Company and headed home.
He stopped at a Street Light where a Cicada landed on his Windshield.
As he looked at his Windshield.
"Ew! One of those Cicada thingies, I hate those bug,blech," The Employee whispered.
As he used his Windshield Wipers to move it.
The Light turned Green and he continued driving.
That was when, two more came, soon enough they started getting inside.
More and more came, covering the Car and getting on him.
"What's going on,hey,go away,come on,shoo,stop,oh,stop," The Employee yelled.
As they got in his mouth and he muffly screamed.
The Car ended up going over the Road with the Man inside.
The Cicadas left the Car and formed into a Cicada Creature.
"I warned you," The Cicada Creature announced as it had them finish him.
The Next Day at School, Dr. Yantz was doing his Class about the Cicada.
"The Cicada, the most perfect Insect, in a decidedly imperfect World," Dr. Yantz explained as he kissed it and put it back on it's Branch.
Louis and Scooby looked at each other and made a disgusted face, disgusted that he kissed it.
As all the girls watched falling for him, even Daphne.
"Did he just kiss a bug?" Fred asked.
"Yeah, Isn't he just the best?" Daphne responded.
Fred was not impressed as a matter of fact, he was jealous.
"The Cicada's Life Cycle is fascinating, as Grubs, they burrow into the Ground where they spend the next 17 Years," Dr. Yantz continued.
Scooby looked behind him where Louis was.
"Want one?" Scooby wondered.
"Sure," Louis agreed as Scooby told him to give him his hand.
Louis gave him his hand.
Scooby grabbed his hands and poured some into his hand, Scooby then, closed Louis's hand and gave it back.
Scooby tapped Velma's Shoulder.
"Want one?" Scooby asked.
"Not from you I don't," Velma replied turning away from him.
"Hm, Can't we just be friends?" Scooby wondered wanting for them to be friends again.
"Ask me in 17 Years," Velma ordered.
"Changes in our Ecosystem, though could wipe off the precious Cicada, which is why we need to keep watch on Companies who Pollute Nature, Isn't that right? Shaggy and Scooby," Dr. Yantz said.
Louis quickly ate his and swallowed them.
Shaggy and Scooby looked at him as he came up them.
"Are you aware Grandma Moonbeam's Nature Slivers are manufactured by Destroido and every bite you take,supports the biggest Polluter in Crystal Cove," Dr. Yantz explained.
"No, but they're good," Shaggy added.
"Want one?" Scooby wondered offering him one.
"I don't even know why I let you take this Class," Dr. Yantz commented.
Louis put his hand on Scooby's Shoulder to support him as he pulled Scooby back.
"He didn't know,Dr. Yantz, neither did Shaggy, they're just naive, that's all, they will throw them away," Louis stated.
As he pulled Scooby back enough to where he could grab his bag, he then, threw it in the trash.
Louis also grabbed Shaggy's and put in the trash.
As the Bell rang, the Student's left the Classroom.
"That guy's a total Nut," Fred insulted storming out.
"I think, Dr. Yantz is amazing," Daphne warned.
"What? What are you talking about?" Fred questioned.
"You threw out my bag," Scooby informed to Louis.
"Don't worry, I always keep spares," Louis notified.
"Where?" Scooby asked.
"In my Backpack," Louis responded.
As Scooby hopped into his Backpack and began eating.
Louis groaned as he went in.
"How does all of you even fit in there?" Louis wondered.
"I don't know," Scooby answered.
"Well, for one thing, he's intelligent," Daphne complemented.
"And cute," Velma finished.
"And gross," Louis commented.
Fred chuckled at that.
"And Yeah, well, I wonder, how cute he would look in one of my traps, a real mean one," Fred lashed out angrily to them.
"Like,Are you okay Freddie?" Shaggy asked.
"Of Course, I'm okay, Why wouldn't I be okay? Fred replied.
"You just seem a little, um, How do I put this?" Louis continued.
"Jealous," Scooby finished Louis's sentence sticking his head out of Louis's Backpack.
"What? What are you talking about? Jealous, I'm not jealous," Fred answered.
"Okay, Whatever you,mm," Shaggy was going to say before noticing a Paper.
As he pulled it out.
"Is that a paper in your Spare Bag of Nature Slivers?" Louis wondered.
"It's a Note from Mr. E, must have been in the bag of Nature Slivers,he says, there's a Mystery waiting for us at the Hospital, there's been some sort of weird accident," Shaggy notified.
"What kind of accident?" Fred questioned.
As Fred regurgitated another one.
"He says, We'll find out when we get there," Shaggy replied.
At The Hospital,later, the Gang had just arrived.
They walked across the Street to the Hospital Entrance.
"Looks like Mr. E's right,something's up, that's Sheriff Stone's Car," Velma mentioned.
"Like,maybe we can stop by the Cafeteria when we're done,and get some of that delicious Hospital Gelatin," Shaggy suggested.
"Yeah, with Saltines, and Applesauce," Scooby added.
As they all began to follow inside except for Louis and Fred.
"Scooby,wait," Louis called out.
"Yes,Louis, What do you need?" Scooby wondered.
"I need to talk to you for a little bit,alone," Louis warned.
Scooby stayed behind and sat next to Louis.
"Oh,um,Hey Daphne," Fred announced.
Daphne turned around to face him.
"Yes?" She asked.
"Um,right, uh well, I was just kind of wondering,maybe, you know,you'd like to uh, go on a d- da-d-da," Fred tried to finish.
"A Date? A real Date,a Date Date" Daphne guessed.
"Yeah, You and Me, there's a new Trap Exhibit at the Museum," Fred continued.
"Traps, Gee,Fred, when you said you wanted to take me on a date, for a minute, I thought you meant it," Daphne complained.
"I do mean it, you love Traps," Fred retorted.
"No Fred, you love Traps," Daphne yelled storming off.
Fred stood there shocked before he went inside.
"So What is it? Is everything alright? Do you not want to be friends anymore? I knew it, it was me," Scooby asked.
"No,no, I still want to be friends," Louis confirmed.
As Scooby let out a sigh of relief.
"So, What is it?" Scooby wondered.
" Do you ever think that trusting Mr. E could be a mistake?" Louis mentioned.
"Kind of, but we don't have any proof, we need proof before we can just assume," Scooby explained.
"I'm just kind of worried about it, that's all," Louis continued.
"I know what this is about," Scooby stated.
"You do?" Louis questioned.
"Yeah, you're thinking that Mr. E,Shaggy, and Mysteries could screw up our friendship," Scooby assumed.
"Yep, that is totally it, I can't hide anything from you," Louis lied.
Scooby cradled Louis's face.
"Louis, I will always be friends with you,no matter what, I don't care if I have both you and Shaggy, cause you are the #1 most important thing to me in the whole wide world, and I will never leave you," Scooby eludicated.
Louis smiled.
"Thanks Scooby," Louis thanked.
"No problem," Scooby responded.
Scooby rubbed his nose against Louis's as him and Louis did an Eskimo Kiss.
"Now, come on, we better catch up with the others," Scooby informed.
As they went inside.
In the Surgery Room.
The Nurse grabbed some Tweezers to get the Cicada out of the Victim's Nose.
"Steady now," The Nurse ordered.
As she pulled it out with the Tweezers.
It flew off the Tweezers and out of the room,onto Sheriff Stone's Tie.
"Oh,ew,it's on me,get it off,get it off,get off,get off,oh,ew,oh,uh," Sheriff Stone complained using his hat to blow air on it and moving around freaking out.
"Calm down, it's just a Bug," Mayor Jones Commanded.
"Help,help,ew,ew,ew," Sheriff Stone shouted.
As Mayor Jones hit it as it flew away.
"Uh, Thank you,Ick," Sheriff Stone thanked still shaking.
As the Gang walked in.
"Dad!" Fred called out.
"Oh no," Mayor Jones whispered as he ordered for Sheriff Stone to close the Door.
"Can we help you with anything?" Fred asked.
"No,no,go away," Mayor Jones demanded.
"Yeah,that's not gonna happen," Louis commented
"Who's the Patient?" Velma wondered.
"An Employee at Destroido, go away," Mayor Jones replied.
"Like, What happened to him?" Shaggy also asked walking towards the room with Scooby and Louis by his side.
Mayor Jones got in the way.
"It's Classified,go away," Mayor Jones continued.
"It was this awful Creature made of Thousands and Thousands of Cicada Bugs, they got in his hair,his nose,oh, Ew,Ew,Ew,Ew,Gross,Oh,Ick," Sheriff Stone lashed out in fear and disgust.
"What are you? Three Years old,alright,fine,yes, a Bug Creature, okay, and I'm not going to let a Golden Opportunity like this go to waste, I already talked with the City Council, We're gonna have a Cicada Bug Creature Festival, this Weekend, the Crowds will be huge, and if you have any Human Decency left in your Hearts, you will not get involved," Mayor Jones explained walking towards the room.
As Sheriff Stone opened the door, Mayor Jones went inside the room.
Sheriff Stone instigated by pointing at them and then went in too.
"Don't we still have a lot?" Louis added.
"Yeah, a lot," Scooby agreed.
"Sorry,Dad, but we can't do that," Fred whispered.
As the Cicada bug flew on the Window.
That night, at Destroido Corp, an Employee was taking a Shower, when he got a Phone Call.
He hummed as he grabbed his towel, turned off the water, and walked to the Phone.
"Hello," The Employee said.
"You did not heed my warning," The Demonic Voice stated.
"You again? I'm taking a Shower, stop calling me," The Employee demanded.
"I told you if you did not quit your job at Destroido, and leave forever, something terrible would happen to you," The Voice reminded.
"Blah,blah,blah,leave me alone," The Employee lashed out angrily.
As he hung up and went into the Shower.
He took off his towel and turned on the water.
Only it didn't turn on, he hit it and it still didn't work.
He stood on his tippy-toes and looked in the Shower Head.
A Cicada came out of the drain and landed on his foot.
The Employee reacted and moved his foot, as it landed on the ground.
"What is that? A Bug," The Employee whispered as he picked it up.
Suddenly a million came out of the Drain.
He Screamed and tried to open the Door but couldn't.
The Cicadas covered him before he could get out.
The Next Day at the Hospital Waiting Room.
The TV was on and playing the Nature Slivers commercial.
"From Fields and Rivers comes Nature Slivers, Fish Oil, Flax, and Wheat, Grandma Moonbeam cooks in her kitchen to give you food things to eat,Nature Sliverrrrrrs, When you want Fish Oil,Flax, and Wheat in one Crunchy Bite, bite Nature Slivers, a Division of Destroido," The Announcer said.
"Oh, I want to bite some Nature Slivers,I'm starving," Scooby mentioned groaning and laying down.
"Sorry,Scooby, but you ate all the snacks,yesterday," Louis apologized.
"Like,me too," Shaggy agreed.
"Okay Gang, I got it, Room 24B," Fred announced.
In Room 24B.
"There,there,you poor dear, such an ordeal," Grandma Moonbeam comforted.
"Mr. Deter.D, mind if we ask you a few questions," Daphne wondered.
"We heard about your bug attack,last night," Velma added.
"Come on in, I'm not going anywhere," He responded.
"I should go, feel better,Dear," Grandma Moonbeam warned.
As she got up and turned around.
"Grandma Moonbeam," Scooby and Shaggy called out in unison.
Shaggy chuckled as he shook her hand profusely.
"We're,like, your biggest fans," Shaggy informed.
"Nature Slivers,yummy," Scooby complemented.
"Well,now, Isn't that nice? After I sold my Company to Destroido, you here, have been so instrumental in making them popular among young people," Grandma Moonbeam explained.
"You work at Destroido too?" Fred questioned.
As he nodded.
"Just like the other Victim," Velma mentioned.
"Well, I'll leave you all to talk," Grandma Moonbeam notified as she left.
"Mr. Deter. D, Do you have any idea why you were attacked?" Fred asked.
"Not really, I got a call about a couple Weeks ago, some deep-voiced creepy guy said, If I didn't quit my job at Destroido, something terrible would happen to me, I never thought it would be," Mr. Deter. D replied.
As his heart rate spiked.
"Disgusting Bugs,Bugs,bugs,bugs, all over me,bugs,buzzing bugs,all over my,aah,bugs," He lashed out in fear going into shock.
As he screamed and he flatlined.
"Uh, Thanks again,Mr. Deter. D," Daphne thanked.
As the Gang left the room with a smile on their face excpept Louis, who had a shocked and disturbed face.
"Code Blue,Crash Cart in Room 613," The Announcer warned.
"Good Question and Answer Session,eh,Gang," Fred stated.
"Not really," Louis disagreed.
As another Doctor went to the room.
As they went into the Elevator, the Button Pad sparked.
"Hit Lobby, Will Ya? Shag," Fred ordered.
As Shaggy pushed it, they went down.
But the Cicadas had already toyed with it.
Scooby smiled at Velma but she just turned away.
As Scooby frowned, Louis put his hand on Scooby's Shoulder.
Scooby smiled at Louis, and Louis smiled back.
When the Doors opened, Mystery Incorporated noticed something wrong.
"Nice on,Dog Boy, you pressed the wrong button, this is the Basement," Velma commented.
"No, I didn't,like,see Lobby," Shaggy disagreed.
Louis rolled over there and pressed it.
He pressed it again and again, and then, he banged on the Button Pad.
"Great," Louis murmured.
"Please work, Button Pad," Louis pleaded,
"Hmm, must be broken," Scooby stated.
As the Gang walked out.
Fred turned on the lights revealing everything but there were Cicadas there too.
The Lights sparked and the Elevator closed shut.
Shaggy turned back to it and tried to push it open.
"What's that sound?" Louis asked hearing a strange sound.
Velma stepped in front and looked aroung.
They heard noises in the pipes as they screamed lowly.
The Air Conditioning opened and Cicadas came out.
As Fred and Daphne huddled together, Velma covered her face and so did Shaggy.
Scooby shielded Louis covering him with his body.
As the Cicada Creature approached them.
"Cease your useless Investigations or something terrible will happen to you,tomorrow night,heed my warning,heed it,Heeeed," The Cicada Creature commanded as it stepped back and went back into pieces.
As it left back into the Vents.
That was when the Elevator Door opened.
As they all looked at each other in worry.
Later in the Van.
"There has to be some reason that all the Victims work for Destroido," Velma mentioned.
As Scooby spit out a Cicada.
"Ew," Louis muttered.
Daphne saw it flying out and screamed lowly.
"Like,maybe, whoever's behind it doesn't like the Company," Shaggy guessed.
"That part is obvious,Shag, but the questions is why," Louis stated.
"Exactly, Who can train Thousands of Bugs to attack like that?" Daphne wondered.
As Fred stopped the Van suddenly.
"The same person who kisses them," Fred mentioned.
"What?" Daphne asked.
"Dr. Yantz, it all fits, remember what he said, in Class about Destroido being one of the biggest Polluters in Crystal Cove,he hates that Company," Fred eludicated.
"It's not Dr. Yantz," Daphne stated.
"Wait a minute,Daphne, Fred might be onto something, Dr. Yantz is an expert on Cicadas, he could have trained them to," Velma explained.
"It's not Dr. Yantz," Daphne disagreed.
"I'm with the others,Daph," Louis warned.
"It isn't him," Daphne retorted.
"How do you know?" Fred questioned.
"Because,because,because," Daphne tried to excuse.
"Because he's cute, I see the way you look at him, Did he give you his Phone Number? You probably already texted him," Fred lashed out angrily.
"Not this crap again," Louis muttered as he grabbed Scooby's Front Paws and put them on his ears.
"What if I did? And what if we made plans to go to the Trap Exhibit? Without you," Daphne continued.
As Fred gasped.
"What? I mean,guh,we're gonna settle this right now," Fred ordered.
As Fred drove the Mystery Machine to the High School.
At Crystal Cove High School.
Fred opened the door seeing him in there.
"Is he in there?" Scooby asked sticking his head in the Classroom.
"Yeah," Fred replied as he pushed Scooby's head out.
Fred closed the door.
Scooby began fixing his muzzle.
Louis rolled over to assist him.
"Here let me help," Louis stated.
As he grabbed Scooby's Face, Cradled it, and moved it.
"Thank you,Louis,you're the best friend ever," Scooby thanked muffledly.
"Let's go," Fred demanded.
"You're making a big mistake,Fred," Daphne whispered.
"Big Mistakes is what I do," Fred retorted.
As they crawled in he began to sing a song.
"Oh, winged friends, what will you do when the ground you call your home is filled with po-olution," He sang.
"The Jig is up,Dr. Yantz,watch out for his weapon, Gang,no doubt, he's got the Cicadas under some sort of brain control," Fred announced.
"I was putting them to sleep, it's their bed time," Dr. Yantz corrected.
Louis realizing he made a mistake, rolled away but notice Scooby on the Floor.
"That's a good one, Right? Scooby-Doo,huh," Shaggy answered as he noticed Scooby in Louis's lap asleep.
"What is going on here?" Dr. Yantz questioned.
"You know,exactly what's going on here,Girlfriend Stealer," Fred shouted.
As Daphne listened,she gasped.
"Girlfriend,Really?" She whispered.
"You've been using Cicada Bugs to attack Employees at Destroido," Velma accused.
"I don't think it's him guys," Louis said.
"Are you insane? I'm calling the Police," Dr. Yantz warned.
When the Sheriff was there along with the Mayor, everyone was talking at once, except Louis who was against the wall waiting for them to be done.
"Quiet! One at a time," Mayor Jones demanded.
"Dr. Yantz is the Cicada Creature,Dad," Fred announced.
"You are? Ew," Sheriff Stone replied as he moved away from him.
Louis chuckled when he heard Sheriff Stone say,Ew.
"Let's not jump to Conclusions," Mayor Jones said.
"But if you are the Cicada Creature, Would you mind showing up at the Cicada Festival Tomorrow? It's be a big help," Mayor Jones requested.
"I am not the Cicada Creature," Dr. Yantz yelled.
"Yeah,guys listen to him," Louis commanded.
"Thank you," Dr. Yantz thanked.
"Of course you're not," Mayor Jones commented.
As Louis did a facepalm.
"Show up around Six, I'll have a Photographer there," Mayor Jones mumbled.
"If you don't get these kids out of here,right now,I'm pressing charges,except the kid over there,he can stay as long as he wants," Dr. Yantz stated.
"I better go,too, my Grandmother is expecting me home," Louis informed.
When they all left, he slammed the door.
"But Dad we have to find out who the Cicada Creature is and fast," Fred explained.
"Why so you can ruin everything?" Mayor Jones asked.
"No,because it said it's going to attack us tomorrow night," Daphne notified.
"I don't wanna get eaten by Cicadas," Louis added.
Scooby patted his head.
"Tomorrow night,That's wonderful," Mayor Jones cheered.
"What?" They wondered.
"I mean,terrible,awful, fortunately, I know what to do, come to the Cicada Festival tomorrow night, so we can protect you, 6:00, Mayor Jones corrected.
"Uh huh," Louis commented not so convinced.
"Let's hire another Photographer,this is perfect," Mayor Jones whispered to Sheriff Stone.
"I really don't like Fred's Father sometimes," Louis muttered to Scooby.
"Me neither," Scooby agreed.
"Well now, Who wants to go out for Cheesecake?" Mayor Jones wondered.
As they all thought for a minute.
The Next Day.
At the Golf Course.
Ed Machine's friend was in his Golfcart getting ready to leave.
"Ed,come on, let's go back to the Clubhouse,it's getting dark," His friend commanded.
"Forget it, I'm having the best game of my life," Ed replied knelt down on his knees looking at how close he was.
Ed continued the game like that guy wasn't even there.
The Guy drove off.
That as when Ed Machine got a Phone Call.
When he picked up, he got the Demonic Voice.
"You did not heed my warning, I told you...," The Cicada Creature mentioned.
"Yeah,yeah, quit my job at Destroido something terrible would happen to me,listen you, I'm the CEO of the Company and I am not going anywhere,now get lost," Ed lashed out angrily.
As he hung up, he resumed his game.
When he hit the ball, it went in the hole.
"That's the Way to do it, Ed said.
But something unusual happened, it came right out and so did the flag.
"What?" Ed questioned.
When he looked over it, a million Cicadas came out, they covered him, as the Cicada Creature appeared and attacked him.
At K-Ghouls.
The Gang was there, Louis and Scooby chased each other around the room,Daphne was on her phone, Fred was just sitting, and Velma was reading the newspaper, when she came across a story about the Cicada Creature.
"Looks like that Cicada thing struck again last night," Velma warned as everyone but Fred looked.
"And, like, we're next tonight," Shaggy reminded.
"Hey, don't worry, I've got it all figured out, I was up all night building a trap and believe me we'll catch it," Fred reaasured.
"Hopefully,before it catches us," Louis added.
"Yeah, or we'll die trying," Scooby commented.
At The Cicada Bug Creature Festival.
The Gang just arrived and set the trap.
Fred closed the back doors to the Mystery Machine.
"Okay,remember, we need to lure the Creature to the Mystery Machine here, where the trap is," Fred reminded.
"How do we do that?" Scooby asked.
As Louis petted Scooby's head.
"That's easy, we're the Bait," Velma replied.
"I was afraid you'd say that," Shaggy stated.
In the Festival everyone was either doing something fun or eating.
Fred and Daphne walked through the place.
"Did you really mean it? About me being your girlfriend," Daphne wondered.
"Oh,um,you heard that,well,uh,uh,ooh,look, Whomp a Gopher," Fred stuttered then changing the subject.
"Wanna Whomp a Gopher? I wanna Whomp a Gopher," Fred said.
As he gave the guy money, and the guy gave Fred the Hammer.
As Fred started whacking them.
Meanwhile, Louis and Scooby were in the Ferris Wheel.
"So, our friendship has been going well," Louis mentioned.
"Yeah, I actually kind of love us being friends," Scooby agreed.
"You still wanna be friends? Right?" Louis wondered.
"Of course, Why wouldn't I want to?" Scooby asked.
Louis and Scooby turned away from each other, as they gave each other the silent treatment.
The two soon came to the same conclusion, admitting what was really going on.
"Look, I think we both need to admit something," Louis warned.
"Yeah, I agree," Scooby said.
"I think we're both scared that, the other one is going to un-friend us, and we'll go back to being acquaintances," Louis explained.
"Yeah, I think we were acquaintances for so long that we're worried that it'll happen again," Scooby continued.
"Well,Scooby, you are one of the most important people in my life,and I'm never going to un-friend you," Louis eludicated.
"Same," Scooby replied.
Scooby pulled Louis close to him, and hugged him.
Louis hugged Scooby tighter than he ever had.
"Hey, I'm not going anywhere," Scooby stated.
"Just in case we don't make it," Louis lied.
The real reason was, he didn't know what Mr. E was planning and if he would ever see Scooby again.
Scooby then, also hugged tighter just in case.
"Louis, we will make it out of this, and if we don't, if I don't, well, what I'm trying to say is, if it comes down to me and you, I will shield you from those things, it will be me, I'll protect you with my life, I won't let anything happen to you," Scooby said as he cradled Louis's face.
Louis smiled at that, he was happy to know that Scooby really cared.
Back to Fred and Daphne.
"It's okay,Freddie, I know you have problems expressing your feelings," Daphne replied.
"What makes you say that?" Fred asked.
As Daphne put her hand on the Hammer and grabbed Fred by the Ascot.
"I'd like you to be my boyfriend,too, and I'd be honored to go to the Trap Exhibit with you," Daphne explained as she puckered her lips preparing for a kiss.
Fred didn't even lean into it, he just stood there.
"Dad!" Fred called out walking away from Daphne.
As Daphne noticed and saw where he went.
"Where have you been? that thing could've attacked you and we wouldn't have had any pictures," Mayor Jones complained.
"Oh,gosh,Dad,you really do care,oh,thanks," Fred thanked hugging him.
"Don't worry, we're just walking around so the Creature knows we're here," Fred reassured.
"Oh,good idea, yeah, and if that thing attacks, run back here, so we can get Pictures," Mayor Jones responded.
Shaggy,then noticed Dr. Yantz heading into the House Of Spooky Things.
"Like,dudes, I just saw Dr. Yantz going into the House Of Spooky Things," Shaggy notified.
"Just the break we need, let's follow him," Fred ordered.
"You don't still think it's him?" Daphne questioned.
"There's only one way to find out," Fred answered.
As him and the Gang walked in.
When they opened a Curtain a cardboard jumped out at them, as they screamed.
Louis hid behind Scooby.
Before they realized, it was just a fake.
As they continued,Shaggy played with the arm.
"That's not very spooky," Shaggy commented.
"Not spooky,Louis you can look now," Scooby agreed.
"Oh, that is lame,oops," Louis responded.
They continued walking when a Clown Head came out of the Ceiling.
"Nope,not spooky," Shaggy added.
Scooby and Louis looked at it.
"Not spooky at all," They repeated as they moved on.
"There, like, this isn't definitely not spooky," Shaggy said.
As all of a sudden they got cut off from both directions.
"Now this is spooky," Shaggy whispered.
"Oh no," Louis shouted.
"What's that noise?" Velma asked.
As the Cicada Creature appeared behind her.
They all saw it and screamed.
Scooby got Louis out of his Wheel Chair and stood over him, protecting him.
"Scooby,no," Louis shouted.
"You will pay the price," The Cicada Creature yelled.
Fred immediately reacted, he hit the Cardboard walls breaking them a way out.
Scooby picked up Louis and put him on his back.
Dr. Yantz saw Fred and the others come out as he looked at them shocked.
When Shaggy and Velma came out, Shaggy mentioned, Like, I don't think it's Dr. Yantz."
"Really? You think?" Velma retorted pushing him out.
The Cicada Creature burst out, Dr. Yantz sat in shock dropping his Hot Dog.
As it ran after them.
While they ran, Fred shouted.
"Lead it back to the Mystery Machine," Fred commanded.
As they ran to the Van, it roared and followed, they screamed.
The Cicadas covered Fred but Fred pushed the button opening the van.
It turned on the Hose, the Hose began sucking all the Cicadas.
Fred sat on the ground,Louis buried his face in Scooby's neck,Velma,Daphne, and Shaggy stood there.
Scooby grabbed it and got closer, sucking more and more.
"Let me help,old buddy," Louis requested.
As he grabbed it and got it closer to it.
It tried to run away but Scooby and Louis got closer as it sucked them all and the person fell to the ground.
"Now get him," Fred demanded.
Louis dropped the Hose as Scooby ran and caught the person.
Scooby pulled of the mask with his mouth.
"Grandma Moonbeam," They announced.
Mayor Jones,Sheriff Stone,and the Photographer ran to them.
"Did we miss it? Where are the bugs?" Mayor Jones asked.
"You're the Cicada Creature,but, Why?" Fred stated.
"Isn't it obvious? I wanted to shut down Destroido, I found out they added a Secret Ingredient to make Nature Slivers more tasty,Landfill waste,"Grandma Moonbeam began to explain.
"Ew," Louis muttered.
As she continued.
"I demanded that they returned to my Original Healthy Recipe but they refused and because they owned it, there was nothing I could do, I vowed to get even, I saw a Norwegian Documentary about a Researcher using Sound Waves to control Penguins Movements, I decided to adapt the idea for my revenge, since I don't have any Penguins, I used Cicadas, and I would have succeeded too, if it hadn't been for you meddling young people," Grandma Moonbeam finished.
"Well, now it's the Big House for you Grandma,let's go," Sheriff Stone commanded.
"Uh, Why can't anything in this town turn out to be real?" Mayor Jones complained walking away.
"Glad we could help,Dad," Fred replied.
"Well, another Mystery successfully solved," Velma announced.
"I'll say, Who's up for a trip to the Clam Cabin? It's All You Can Eat Krill Night," Shaggy wondered.
"Krill, yummy, Louis," Scooby agreed licking his lips and asking Louis.
"Sorry,Gang, but Fred and I are going to have to pass, we've got a date," Daphne warned.
At The Trap Exhibit.
"Thanks again,Daph, for agreeing to come here," Fred thanked.
"Oh,Freddie, I wanted to for you, so, How long do you think we'll be stuck in this trap?" Daphne answered.
"Well, the Cleaning Crew usually gets in around Nine so it should only be 12 Hours or so,hey, Can I have a Sip of your Soda, my throats starting to close up from the blood rushing to my head," Fred responded.
As Daphne swinged from the net to Fred and gave it to him.
But when he tried to drink it, it fell as some landed on his face, he licked it off.
"Oh,Freddie," Daphne whispered.
At the Clam Cabin.
Shaggy and Velma were at one table while Scooby and Louis were at the other.
"Thanks for shielding me back at the Fun House," Louis thanked.
"No problem, I will always protect you, no matter what," Scooby informed as he messed up Louis's hair.
Louis put his hand on the table.
"You know, you really are the best dog and friend in the world," Louis complemented.
"I know," Scooby stated.
As Scooby put his hand on Louis's.
"And if you ever need to tell me anything, I'm always here," Scooby notified.
Louis was about to warn him about Mr. E but something stopped him.
He thought about his Grandmother, he figures something out, the real reason, Why Mr. E would stop threatening him.
Mr. E knew that Tanya would never let anything happen to her Grandson, so Mr. E would try to get rid of her before she could.
And since he was out of the house, and it would be when they least would expect it, this would be the perfect time to get rid of her.
"Oh no, Scooby, my Grandmother's in trouble," Louis notified.
"What? What's wrong?" Scooby wondered.
"My Grandmother is in trouble, we have to help her," Louis repeated.
"Okay, let's go," Scooby agreed.
"What about the others?" Louis asked.
"No time, if she's in trouble we have to get there right away, I'm not letting my best friend lose his family," Scooby responded.
As he put Louis in the Front seat and buckled him in, and then he got in, on the other side.
Scooby started the Mystery Machine and slammed his paw down on the Accelerator.
"Hang on," Scooby warned.
"Oh, I am," Louis answered.
As they drove off.
Shaggy and Velma saw them drive off.
"What's wrong with them?" Velma asked.
"Probably forgot something and went to go get it, no big deal," Shaggy replied
At Louis's Grandmother's House.
She was reading a Magazine when the Doorbell rang.
She walked up to the door and opened it.
It was a complete stranger.
"Who are you?" Tanya asked.
As the Stranger raised a Gun to her head.
"I'm the Bounty Hunter who has been watching you for weeks, Mr. E wants you removed from the Picture, so he can get his chance to get rid of the kid himself, and I'm here to do so,Goodbye Tanya," the Bounty Hunter explained.
As she prepared to fire.
