At Creepy Spooky Terror Land.
A Person was laughing and cheering on the Roller Coaster.
Brenda and Dylan had just gotten there and were going for one of the rides.
"Dylan, Are you sure it's a good idea to go to an Amusement Park after just getting out of the Hospital? I mean,we were kidnapped and man-handled by a really mean Man Crab," Brenda questioned.
"I believe it's Crab-Handled,not Man-Handled, And it was all bogus, Remember? They caught the guy,Creepy Spooky Terror Land is totally safe," Dylan corrected.
"If you are sure," Brenda commented.
"Besides, Attendance is so bad, the tickets are super cheap," Dylan reassured.
"Hey,hey,Ride the Nauseator,no waiting,ever," The Attendant warned.
The two got in and the Man pressed the button by just lifting a finger.
It forced their buckles on.
"Hey, this thing is..." Brenda was about to complain.
The Attendant pressed the other button shooting them up to the sky.
"Oh,my sternum," Brenda complained.
"Look at that view,Bren,you can see all of Crystal Cove from here" Dylan ordered using his hand to show her.
"You're right, from up here, it doesn't look like such a scary place to live, and maybe everything will turn out alright for us," Brenda agreed.
"Oh,Brenda," Dylan whispered.
"Oh,Dylan," Brenda mumbled.
They tried to reach each other's lips to kiss but couldn't.
"Let's table our emotional embrace," Dylan suggested.
"Totes, At least we're together...and safe," Brenda stated.
All of a sudden,they heard growling.
A Manticore came and circled around them.
It landed on the side of the Ride and ripped it off the track.
The two screamed in horror as it started to fly off with them.
"These grounds are now the domain of the Manticore," the Manticore said.
The little piece of the ride went back down with Dylan's Cane.
"Hey,hey,Ride the Nauseator,no waiting,ever," The Attendant repeated.
As the Manticore flew off with them.
Later,on that night.
At Destroido.
It was quiet,ther was smoke coming out of the Factory and green liquid coming out of the Sewers.
A Motorcycle suddenly appeared.
It was Angel,she took off her helmet.
She jumped into the Pipe that lead through the Sewers.
She ran through it.
She was on a Grate on the Ceiling.
She watched as a Security Guard passed by.
She jumped down and ran to the Wall.
She slowly walked against the Wall.
She ran to the right and jumped and flipped through the Generator Room.
When she got passed the Generator Room,there was lasers that appeared in front of her.
She quickly flipped and jumped passed every laser.
She didn't hit a single one.
However,when she was walking by the Black wall.
A While Force Field appeared in front of her.
Ed Machine walked out.
"If I'd known this was all it would take to get your attention,I'd have just rung the bell, I want to see Mr. E,now," Angel commanded.
Angel was keeping a few secrets of her own.
She never told Louis that she was working with Mr. E,or Velma.
Ed turned the Forcefield off.
Angel walked into the Secret Passage.
It closed behind them.
They walked across the Bridge.
Once she finished,there was Mr. E sitting in his chair.
"The Mystery Inc. kids have found a piece of the Planospheric Disk," Angel mentioned.
"So now we know where two of the pieces are,good work,Angel," Mr. E stated.
"Just remember,I'm working with you, not for you,E,I'm worried about those kids," Angel reminded.
"Why?" Mr. E asked.
"Pericles is loose, and that nutso parrot might go after the piece,which puts them in danger,and us,if the former members of our club get wind of it,not to mention,Pericles has been at Shaggy and Scooby's place twice,he seems to be watching that Louis kid," Angel explained as she put her hands on her hips.
"Don't worry,little Angel,the other two won't move a muscle as long as Fred Jones is still alive," Mr. E reassured.
At City Hall.
The Next Day.
Mayor Jones sighed.
He had the Whole Gang in there.
Fred,Daphne,and Velma sat in the Chairs.
Shaggy and Louis sat on the couch.
Scooby was on the couch as well, he was spread out across Louis's lap.
"Look,this isn't easy for me,but I need your help," Mayor Jones warned.
"Our Help? Dad, Are we bonding? Look at me, I'm shaking," Fred responded as he panted heavily and his hands shook.
Scooby wasn't even paying attention to what was being said.
He was asleep in Louis's lap with his head laying on the armrest of the Couch.
"Galloping Gopher Ponies,Fred,don't get all girly on me," Mayor Jones commanded.
"You'll be fine,Fred," Louis said.
"I asked you here, because, this Manticore problem might be my fault," Mayor Jones informed.
Surprisingly,Scooby was listening.
"Your fault," Scooby repeated as he sat up for a minute.
"This should be good," Louis added.
"Yeah,"Scooby agreed as he went nose to nose with Louis to agree with him.
Shaggy stuck out his tongue in disgust by it.
"I was looking around the internet for something that might help the park,when I found Haunted Attractions For Sale.Scare,advertising an ancient Persian Temple Haunted by a Manticore," Mayor Jones explained doing quote unquote.
Daohne giggled at the idea.
"Oh,come on, Who buys a Temple on the internet?" Daphne questioned.
Mayor Jones lowered his glasses and glared at her in offense.
"Sorry,sir," Daphne apologized.
"It was a deal,I paid the Owners of the Temple in leftover Que Horrifico T-Shirts and they shipped the Temple up here,seemed like a good idea at the time to boost tourism,but, now it appears that a Manticore is actually eating tourists, What can I say? Buyer's remorse," Mayor Jones eludicated.
"Wait a second,he actually wants us to get involved,pinch me,I must be dreaming," Louis stated.
Scooby licked Louis's whole face.
"You're awake," Scooby answered.
"That was a figure of speech,now that I'm full of slobber," Louis pointed out.
"Well,you have had my saliva on you before," Scooby reminded as he cradled Louis's face.
"True," Louis agreed as he patted Scooby's head.
Scooby smiled when he did it.
"We'll do it,we'll fix this for you, I can't tell you what it's means to me that you're actually asking for our help,this is gonna be great,Dad," Fred announced.
Louis,Scooby,and Shaggy looked at each other and shook their heads in disapproval.
Louis had almost died on the last Mystery,he didn't want to almost die again.
The other two were just too afraid as usual.
"We'll go on Team Stakeouts together,We'll build traps together," Fred planned.
"Yeah,I won't be taking part in any of that," Mayor Jones notified.
Fred stood shocked for a minuted before he started up again.
"Understood,But I'll know you'll be there," Fred continued.
"Uh,oh,he has started up again," Louis added.
Scooby nodded in agreement.
"In the Spirit," Fred finished.
At the Amusement Park.
"Let's wrap this one up,neat and fast,Gang, my dad is counting on us," Fred ordered.
"Yeah,if we do it fast enough,maybe I could skip my daily dose of almost dying," Louis suggested.
"We're running a special on our nefarious Nachos," A Voice announced.
"Where?" Shaggy wondered as him and Scooby ran the other way into a girl.
The two fell onto their backs and their feet flew in the air and hard onto the ground.
Louis looked over Scooby's face.
"Gotta be careful where you are going,Scooby," Louis notified.
"You're telling me," Scooby muttered.
Louis grabbed Scooby's arms and helped him up.
"Thank you," Scooby thanked as he patted his paw on Louis's chest and fell back onto the ground disoriented.
Louis winced as he fell.
He grabbed Scooby's arms and put him in his lap until he could get un-disoriented.
Shaggy sat up.
"Sorry,Mister, Which way did he say the Nachos were?" Shaggy asked.
"Not now,Shaggy,we're here to solidify my relationship with my father," Fred reminded.
Louis,Velma, and Daphne glared at him.
"And," Louis said.
"And save the Amusement Park," Fred added.
"I'm afraid Creepy Spooky Terror Land may be beyond saving,oh,I'm the owner,Winslow Fleach, and this is my daughter," Winslow introduced.
Scooby stopped being disoriented and licked Louis's face as a thanks.
Louis hugged Scooby's face to him.
Scooby chuckled at the attention.
He decided to stay in his lap for the time being.
"Hot Dog Water," Velma announced.
"Hello,Velma," Hot Dog Water retorted.
"Uh oh," Louis mumbled.
"Hot Dog Water? Is that some kind of nickname? Honey," Winslow questioned.
"Velma just doesn't like her that is why she calls her that," Louis guessed.
"Yeah,look,sometimes I recycle the water we boil the Hot Dogs in,for bathing,to save money,but,heh," Winslow explained.
"Ew,That's just gross, Daphne could give you money," Louis suggested.
Daphne glared at him.
"I don't think so," Daphne disagreed.
"Never mind," Louis responded.
"It's okay,Dad,we don't need to explain our ways,besides,Velma and I are old friends from the Science Fair Circuit," Hot Dog Water reassured.
"Yeah,sorry about beating you again,this year," Velma added.
"Well,it might be the last Science Fair you compete in,Darling,with the Park going under I'll never be able to pay for College," Winslow warned.
"It's that bad?" Daphne wondered.
"I've constructed a detailed financial model taking into account 300 variables and they all say the same thing," Hot Dog Water eludicated.
"Close the Park,immediately," Winslow finished.
"That sounds pretty smart,Hot Dog Water, I think you might be just as smart as Velma,perhaps even smarter," Louis complemented.
"Thank you,good to know someone cares," Hot Dog Water replied as she patted Louis's head.
Velma was offended and slapped Louis's arm.
"Ow," Louis murmured as he rubbed his arm.
Scooby growled at Velma for slapping him.
"He's fine,Scooby," Velma responded.
Scooby turned back to Louis and licked his arm.
"Hey,that tickles," Louis warned as he giggled.
Scooby continued to lick.
Louis began to squirm from the tickling.
Scooby still kept licking.
Their was too much weight on the Wheelchair.
His Wheelchair tipped over.
It made Scooby and Louis fall backwards.
Scooby ended up standing over Louis.
The two looked at each other shocked.
The two both broke out into laughter.
Scooby stopped licking his hand and started licking his face.
"Stop,stop,hey," Louis ordered in a playful manner.
The others were still in conversation about the Park.
They paid no attention to Scooby and Louis.
"Oh,no,no,wait,please, Can't you just hold off for a little while and give us a chance to investigate?" Fred wondered.
Louis cradled Scooby's face to get him to stop,so he could breathe.
Scooby gave him an extra lick on the nose.
Scooby chuckled at that,Louis just shook his head playfully.
"Well,I suppose I can't get any more broke,alright," Winslow agreed.
Scooby paid attention to that part.
"Can we go investigate the Nachos?" Scooby requested standing over Louis.
"No,we're gonna start where this all started...the Temple," Fred notified.
Scooby sighed in disappointment.
Louis softed Scooby's head to comfort him.
Scooby's frown turned into a smile when Louis started softing him.
In the Temple.
The Gang were walking and looking around for Clues.
"Like, we would have been better off investigating the Nachos,you can learn a lot from artificially flavored cheese sauce," Shaggy pointed out.
Scooby licked his lips.
"Uh huh,Learning is yummy,Right? Louis," Scooby agreed.
"I guess so,the three of us could get some after the Mystery," Louis suggested as he rolled beside Shaggy and Scooby.
"Good Idea," Scooby and Shaggy added in unison.
"Guys,this Temple is our only lead and we shouldn't stop until we've seen every inch of...it," Velma commented.
As they all stopped seeing something in the middle.
It was a Giant Statue with Torches around it.
"You know,even for a place called,Creepy Spooky Terror Land,this is pretty scary," Daphne stated as she put her hand on Fred's chest.
"Look at this shadows up there,that's a perfect place for a trap," Fred said.
Suddenly,they heard a voice.
"Be gone," The Voice said.
It was the Manticore,it flew out from behind the Statue.
"Or a Manticore," Daphne warned.
It flew towards them as they screamed.
The Manticore continued to fly to them.
"I will feast on your bones," The Manticore threatened.
It flew over them as they ducked.
The others ran as the Manticore circled around.
Everyone was running but Fred.
"Awesome,my Dad is going to be so stoked," Fred stated.
Louis rolled back to him.
"Come on,Doofus," Louis ordered.
He grabbed Fred's hand and pulled him away.
The Manticore landed on the place where Fred was.
"Hey,wait,Where are you going?" Fred asked as they ran.
The Gang made a sharp turn in a Rocky Hallway as the Manticore used the Walls and jumped after them.
"Faster," Daphne warned as she ran ahead of everyone.
Fred ran past the others to beside Daphne.
Louis was now the one at the back.
"Like,if we had gone to investigate the Nachos,none of this would have happened," Shaggy pointed out.
"Through here," Velma commanded as she ran ahead of the others and showed them another direction.
The Gang quickly followed.
Louis was really close to the Manticore,it was right behind him.
It opened it's Talons to grab him.
He hadn't made the turn the rest of the Gang had made yet.
Scooby was panting in the safe hall.
He was out of breath.
He felt like something was missing.
The first person he checked for was Louis.
He looked around and didn't see him.
"Where's Louis?" Scooby wondered.
"I thought he was right behind us," Velma mentioned.
Scooby went into his protective Bodyguard Mode.
He ran back out to see,Louis just then making the turn to the Hall close to the safe one.
Scooby saw how close Louis was to the Manticore.
Scooby ran towards Louis.
He grabbed Louis and jumped out into the Safe Hall,shielding Louis from the Floor.
Louis saw that he was safe and sound on Scooby's chest.
He kissed Scooby's nose.
"Thanks Scooby," Louis thanked.
Scooby giggled when he said thanks and kissed his nose.
The Manticore passed right by them.
"Okay,get up,Lovebirds," Velma ordered to them.
They turned to Velma and stuck their tongues out at her.
She rolled her eyes in annoyance.
Scooby put Louis on his back while Daphne checked to see if it was gone.
It was.
"We lost it," Daphne mentioned gladly.
"Guys, What are you doing? Let's get back out there and catch that thing,what we need is bait," Fred complained.
"Great," Louis commented.
"Who here has the most delicious bones?" Fred wondered.
"Freddy," Daphne replied.
"Louis," Scooby announced.
Louis hit Louis on the head.
"Really?" Louis responded.
"It's true," Scooby stated.
"And how do you know this?" Louis questioned.
"When you had that Compound Fracture doing one of our Mysteries,I had to force it back in your leg with my Mouth," Scooby explained.
"Oh,I forgot about that,it was an awful experience," Louis mumbled.
"Hey,Gang,look at this," Velma requested.
"Sure,Velm,What is it?" Louis asked.
Scooby followed Velma,he was like right behind her.
"Space," Velma commanded.
"Sorry," Scooby apologized as he backed up.
"They turned this Temple into an Amusement Park Ride,Remember? All we have to do is ride the ride and get off at the exit," Velma reminded.
"Like,already on it,hop in everybody," Shaggy ordered.
"So are Me and Scooby," Louis informed.
The others got in.
"Scooby-Doo,hit the power," Shaggy commanded.
Scooby put Louis in Shaggy's lap.
"You got it," Scooby agreed as he got out.
"Zoinks,this feels off,How does Scooby do it?" Shaggy wondered.
"I have no idea, I,honestly,don't know how he puts up with me,and manages to save my life all the time," Louis replied.
Scooby hopped back in as it started to move.
"And I do it cause I love you,my friend," Scooby complemented.
"Aw,Scooby," Louis answered as he hugged Scooby's face.
"How do you do that?" Shaggy questioned.
"I guess I am just small enough," Louis responded.
"Man,like, I wish I was as small as you to do that," Shaggy warned.
"Give it a try," Louis requested as he stopped hugging it and held Scooby's face to Shaggy.
"Sure," Shaggy replied.
He hugged his face.
Scooby didn't really like it as much.
It felt off.
"This feels off," Scooby added.
"Yeah,it feels all wrong,I think that is just you two's thing," Shaggy informed.
Scooby moved his face back to Louis.
"Go ahead and keep doing it,if you want," Scooby suggested.
Louis smiled as he hugged Scooby's face to him.
Scooby giggled at the attention.
The Ride was going smooth.
"Ahh,this is,like,the only way to get away from Monsters," Shaggy mentioned as he put his arms behind his neck.
Scooby and Louis saw and copied his pose.
That was when the Manticore appeared in front of them.
The Gang ducked.
It went to circle around.
"On Second thought,there is probably a better way," Shaggy rephrased.
"Louis,keep your head down," Scooby ordered.
He put Louis's head onto his lap to keep it there and where he could be near him.
It circled around and rammed the Roller Coaster to a nearby hole.
It was so hard that Scooby and Louis almost fell out if Shaggy wouldn't have caught Scooby's arm.
Louis was about to fall when Scooby grabbed Louis's hand.
Shaggy pulled them both up.
The Manticore tried to hit it's tail at Shaggy.
Shaggy dodged as he finished pulling them up.
The Manticore tried again as Scooby,Louis,and Shaggy moved.
It got stuck in the Seat.
Velma screamed cause of how close it was to her leg.
It flew to the other side to try that way.
Velma gasped as she saw something.
"Everybody,get ready," Velma shouted.
When the next car came.
"Jump," Velma commanded.
Everyone but Louis jumped.
"Louis,jump," Scooby yelled.
"I can't,I will fall," Louis notified.
"You won't cause I won't let you," Scooby reassured.
"Scooby,I don't have legs that work,remember,I will immediately fall," Louis reminded.
"You won't if I catch you,just trust me," Scooby informed.
Louis sighed in and out.
"Hurry,it's leaving," Velma announced.
He knew to trust him.
Scooby had never let him perish not once,he never let him down.
He out his trust in him and he jumped off the Car.
Louis started falling.
Louis screamed and closed his eyes expecting a bump.
Suddenly,he felt pain his legs.
He opened his eyes to see Scooby there,holding onto Louis's ankles.
Louis winced at the pain.
Scooby tugged on Louis's ankles as he pulled him into the car and making them be nose to nose.
Louis was breathing heavily.
Scooby held him to comfort him.
"I almost died,I almost died," Louis repeated as his eyes began to water out of a lot of fear.
"But you didn't,you didn't,I got you," Scooby whispered to him as he softed Louis's head.
The Manticore roared from behind them,it was still trying to get it's tail unstuck.
"Infernal Contraption,Release Me," The Manticore complained.
"That was like,way too close," Shaggy pointed out.
"For some more than others," Velma added as she looked at Louis in worry.
"Tell me about it," Daphne agreed.
Scooby was still nose to nose with Louis.
Both their eyes were closed as Scooby softed Louis's cheek,to calm him down.
"We're gonna have to get closer if we're gonna solve this Mystery," Fred commented.
Louis sighed as Scooby sat him up in his lap.
Louis didn't really want to continue but these were his friends,he would do anything for them.
"So, What's first?" Louis asked.
"Louis,you don't have to do this anymore," Scooby requested
"No,it's okay,I want to," Louis agreed.
"First,we need to find out more about this temple my Dad bought," Fred answered.
The Next Day at K Ghouls.
"A Mana-What?" Angel questioned.
"A Manticore,it's got the body of a lion,dragon wings,Scorpion Tail, and a terrifying Man Face,my dad bought it with some T-shirts online," Fred explained.
"Outsourcing Monsters,sounds like the Mayor," Angel added.
"What was the name of that site?" Velma wondered.
Scooby and Louis sat next to her.
Louis sitting in a brand new Wheelchair.
"Haunted Attractions For Sale.Scare," Louis answered.
"Here it is," Velma announced.
"Hmm,looks like the Temple was the last thing they had to sell,it says, they're closed," Daphne stated as she moved Louis away to behind her as she went and looked.
"It says a lot more than that,this website is a fake," Velma mentioned.
"Like, How can you tell?" Shaggy asked.
"All these Photos of so-called Haunted Attractions, Don't they look familiar?" Velma eludicated.
Fred bent down next to her on her other side.
"Hey,that's not a life sized Possessed Tribal Idol,it's the Statue of Liberty," Fred pointed out.
"Someone went through a lot of trouble to put this Site together,someone with serious Computer Expertise," Velma warned.
"I'm starting to think we might not be dealing with a real Manticore here," Daphne commented.
"Just now,I think it was pretty obvious,nothing we deal with is actually real," Louis reminded.
"I think you two are right,You and Velm and I better go back to my Dad's Office and ask some more questions,Shaggy,you,Louis, and Scooby head over to Creepy Spooky Terror Land,there may be more clues there," Fred ordered.
"Great," Shaggy and Scooby said in unison.
"Okay," Louis agreed.
"And don't start with the Nachos," Daphne reminded.
"Aww," Shaggy and Scooby mumbled.
"Shoot," Scooby murmured as his ears hanged down in disappointment.
Fred and Daphne followed them out.
Louis and Velma were going to follow.
"Hang back for a second,you two," Angel commanded.
The Door closed.
"You tell the rest of the Gang about our little secret?" Angel wondered.
"You mean,that your real name is Cassidy Williams and you're an original member of Mystery Incorporated? And that Louis has been hiding it,No,I haven't, because you said,you were going to do it," Velma answered.
"Soon as things are safe,baby,which reminds me, You still have that weird piece of the disc you found in the old Darrow Mansion?" Angel questioned.
"Fred has it," Velma stated.
"He hid it somewhere," Louis responded.
"Good,as long as it's safe," Angel responded.
"Safe from whom?" Velma and Louis asked in unison.
"Children,it's best right now if you don't know the answer to that," Angel notified.
Velma walked out.
Louis didn't follow.
"It's Pericles,Isn't it?" Louis guessed.
She nodded.
"How did you know?" She interrogated.
"I have seen him recently,in my dreams," Louis answered.
"What are these dreams like?" Angel questioned.
"It's the best you don't know the answer to that," Louis added.
He began to walk out when he whispered," And other places."
At City Hall.
Mayor Jones was using a Magnifying Glass to look at a Scroll.
All of a sudden,Fred opened the door.
Mayor Jones saw and put the Scroll away.
"Dad, What are you doing?" Fred wondered.
"Oh,oh,just,uh,just studying plans for my Mayoral Library that will be built after the terms are over," Mayor Jones lied.
"Um,only Presidents get libraries when their terms end,sir," Velma informed.
"Yes,that's why I am voting,no,on the Library,so, Have you solved my Manticore problem?" Mayor Jones responded.
Daphne walked up to Mayor Jones as she asked a question.
"Mayor Jones, We were wondering, Did Someone tell you about the Website you used to buy the Temple?"Daphne asked.
"No, I just typed Haunted Attractions into the Search Engine," Mayor Jones replied.
"And you didn't notice anything unusual about the website?" Velma questioned.
"Ummmm,No," Mayor Jones answered.
"Well,if you think of anything you'll call me,Right? Dad," Fred wondered.
"Sure,you or Velma,Probably Velma, Just keep working on this Manticore thing,Alright?" Mayor Jones responded as he stood up and pointed at them making it clear he was demanding it.
"You got it,Dad," Fred agreed.
The three walked out of Mayor Jones's Office.
When Fred closed the Door,Mayor Jones re-opened the compartment.
Back at Creepy Spooky Terror Land.
Shaggy and Scooby were eating Cotton Candy from the Same one.
Louis sat in his Wheelchair and watched.
When they finished,Shaggy licked his lips.
"Well,I guess there's no clues in the Cotton Candy," Shaggy mentioned.
"Nope, just sugary goodness," Scooby replied.
Scooby happened to look at Louis.
He saw how lonely he looked.
"Hey," Scooby said.
"Hey," Louis answered.
"You good?" Scooby wondered.
While Scooby was asking that.
Louis was seeing something else and even hearing something else.
"I hate you, you kept this from me,Our Friendship was a mistake," Scooby shouted.
He was thinking about if Scooby had figured out everything.
Louis snapped out of it when Scooby started calling his name
"Louis,Louis, Are you okay?" Scooby asked.
"Yeah,yeah,I'm fine," Louis lied.
"You want to join us?" Scooby suggested.
"Sure," Louis responded.
He wanted to spend as much time as he could before their friendship ended.
"What other snacks can we investigate that aren't,like,Nachos," Shaggy mentioned.
Scooby looked around until he found something.
"Those Churros look suspicious," Scooby stated.
"Good Spotting,Scooby-Doo,let's interrogate them in our bellies," Shaggy requested.
Shaggy and Scooby ran over to the Churros.
Louis rolled after them.
They smelled them.
Suddenly,they smelled something else.
"Ewww,You smell that? Scoob," Shaggy asked.
"P U,I just lost my appetite," Scooby warned.
"Blech,something really does stink," Louis agreed.
"Louis,cover your nose before it makes you lose your appetite," Scooby ordered as he rushed to him and put his paw on his nose to cover it.
"How many plushy Char Gar Gothacon Dolls do we still have to get rid of?" Winslow wondered as him and his Daughter walked by.
"About 5,000," Hot Dog Water answered as she looked at her notepad.
He sighed in disappointment.
He walked over to the Churro Cart.
Scooby,Shaggy, and Louis watched in confusion.
"We'll give away five with every Churro purchased," Winslow suggested.
"Good plan,Dad,"especially since Velma and her friends haven't been able to solve our Manticore problem, Hot Dog Water added.
As she glared at the three of them.
"Hey,Hot Dog Water," Louis announced.
She completely ignored him and moved along.
"Hot Dog Water's right,we need to focus," Shaggy answered.
"Finally, we need to concentrate," Louis commented.
"Yeah,let's find some clues," Scooby requested.
The two started looking around.
Louis followed Scooby as he sniffed.
"Anything? Scooby," Louis wondered.
"Not Yet," Scooby responded.
Scooby let out a tired sigh.
"Everything Okay? Scooby," Louis asked.
"Yeah,it's just hard work," Scooby replied as he rested his head on Louis's knee.
"Yeah,I agree with Scooby,this is,like Hard Work, How about a break? Scoob," Shaggy suggested.
"Okay,Whoo hoo,Roller Coaster," Scooby cheered.
"But we barely did anything," Louis warned.
The two completely ignored him.
Louis groaned.
"Never mind,oh,I'll never ignore you,Louis,says the Talking Dog,and,yet,he has done so," Louis muttered.
Louis rolled after them.
When the three were on it,the Roller Coaster moved.
While it went up,Shaggy said something.
"Actually,this is,like,as good place as to search for clues as anywhere else," Shaggy mentioned.
"Good point,Shaggy," Scooby agreed.
"Not really, if the Roller Coaster is going too fast,you can't see a thing," Louis notified from the seat behind them.
"Oh,Louis,you worry too much,it'll be fine," Scooby stated as he patted Louis's head.
Louis frowned.
"Nobody listens to the Eight Year Old," Louis muttered.
"I mean,Who's to say? That up here,we won't find some sign of," Shaggy said.
While Shaggy was talking,the Manticore flew to the side of the Roller Coaster.
"Uh,Shaggy," Louis informed.
"Quiet,Louis,I am,like, talking," Shaggy commanded
The Manticore went and swooped up Louis.
"Louis," Scooby called looking behind them noticing he was no longer there.
The Manticore came and grabbed the other two.
It flew back up to the Sky.
However,it couldn't hold all three of them.
It ended up dropping Louis.
"Uh oh," Louis murmured.
"Scooby," Louis called out as he began to fall.
"Hang on,Louis," Scooby answered.
Louis fell onto the ground.
"Ow," He whispered.
He saw, he was just inches from his Wheelchair.
He began to crawl using only his arms.
"Hang on,guys," Louis said.
"Manticore," Scooby and Shaggy shouted.
Louis crawled back into his Wheelchair and rolled after the Manticore.
It laughed.
"Farewell Mortals," The Manticore stated as it let go of them.
They screamed as they landed on the Merry Go Round.
They ran on it.
"I'm coming,guys," Louis announced.
It flew back and grabbed them.
"Louis," Scooby yelled.
"Scooby," Louis responded.
The Manticore held them high above the ground.
"Once again,to your doom," The Manticore commented.
"Scoob,this isn't good," Shaggy mentioned.
"No,not good," Scooby repeated.
"Shaggy,Scooby,stay calm," Louis requested.
"We're about to die and you want us to stay calm," Shaggy questioned.
"I will catch you," Louis replied.
The Manticore flew higher and dropped them.
They screamed as they fell.
Louis rolled towards where they were falling.
They landed in the Bouncy Castle.
Shaggy bounced from the inside to the edge of the outside.
Scooby bounced from the inside of the Castle towards Louis.
"Look out," Scooby shouted.
"Oh,crap," Louis whispered.
Scooby landed on him hard flipping Louis's Wheelchair over with Louis in it.
They both rolled onto the floor with Scooby on top of Louis.
"Ouch," Scooby complained in a low voice.
"Told you I would catch you," Louis added.
"Thank you,I never had a doubt," Scooby answered.
Scooby was so happy he kissed Louis's nose and began to lick Louis's face repeatedly.
"Ah,don't do that,right now,I ache,man,that hurt," Louis ordered.
Scooby didn't even listen,he continued on licking.
"Oh,thank goodness,you're alive,by the way,you owe me for those three rides," Winslow stated.
The three looked at each other,indicating that it probably wasn't the most pressing matter.
Fred,Daphne,Hot Dog Water, and Velma ran to them.
They gasped out of fear.
Velma glared at Hot Dog Water.
"What happened you guys?" Fred asked.
As he picked Scooby up off of Louis.
"It was,like,the Manticore," Shaggy replied in a high-pitched voice.
Louis chuckled when he heard it.
"Yeah,he grabbed us," Scooby agreed.
Louis began to laugh really hard.
Louis stopped realizing his voice was the same way.
Louis covered his mouth.
Scooby laughed at him in the high pitched voice.
Louis stuck his tongue at him.
Scooby retaliated and stuck his tongue out at him.
"What's with the voices? You three, You sound like you've been sucking on Helium Balloons," Velma questioned.
Daphne looked down at Louis.
"Hey,don't look at me,I have no idea," Louis informed in his high pitched voice.
"Maybe this is what happens when you inhale too much Manticore," Shaggy guessed.
"Hmm," Velma did quietly.
"That's it,I am closing this park right this very second," Winslow yelled.
"Good Idea,Dad,I can't stand seeing you like this and we don't want anyone else to get hurt," Hot Dog Water agreed.
"Not a chance,we can do this," Louis answered still on the ground.
"Yeah,we're not letting you shut down Creepy Spooky Terror Land," Fred also agreed.
"Huh?" The others besides Louis and Fred responded.
"My Father wants this Park to succeed and he's counting on me and my friends to help make sure that,that happens,and I am not going to let him down,especially now that we've become so close," Fred explained.
"We could have done without the Speech," Louis commented.
"It sounds like you've got a Plan,Freddy," Daphne mentioned.
"I do,I know just what we need to trap this Manticore," Fred answered.
"Um,could someone help me off the ground,I have been laying here for quite awhile," Louis requested.
Scooby put Louis's Wheelchair back up.
He, then picked Louis up and put him back in it.
"Better?" Scooby asked.
"You bet," Louis answered.
As they smiled at each other.
At Fred's House.
"Okay,while Daphne,Shaggy,Louis, and Scooby are prepping the Manticore bait,we just need to grab a few things," Fred said.
"Like?" Velma wondered.
"Rope,a Stapler,Tennis Rackets, and four pounds of Halibut,uh,the Halibut's in my room for emergency reasons,Velma,you get that, and I'll get the rest," Fred listed.
She opened the Door to his room.
She saw someone familiar in Fred's Room in his Clothes Drawers.
"Mayor Jones," She called.
He turned around noticing he had been caught.
"Oh, Ah ha,ah,Velma,I was just,um,looking for my receipt for that Crazy Temple," Mayor Jones lied.
"In Fred's Drawers?" Velma questioned.
She did not believe him.
"Yes,well,it's always the last place you look,Isn't that what they say?But,unfortunately,it's not here,excuse me," Mayor Jones explained as he did quote un quote and left.
Velma grabbed the bags of Halibut.
"Got em,good,let's go," Fred ordered.
"Fred,just curious, You know that Disc Piece we found? What did you do with it?" Velma wondered.
"Huh? Oh,I-I gave it to Louis and Scooby," Fred answered.
"You what?" Velma asked worried about who he just gave the most important artifact to.
"Well,they're the last people anyone would suspect of having anything important,Right?" Fred eludicated.
"Wow,that's actually kind of genius,sometimes,you astound me,Frederick Jones," Velma complemented.
"You know,because,Scooby is a dog,and Louis is a kid,people think dogs and kids aren't very important," Fred continued.
"Fred,I get it," Velma warned.
"Sorry," Fred apologized.
"So Louis lied about it," Velma whispered.
Back at Creepy Spooky Terror Land.
Louis,Scooby,Shaggy, and Daphne were prepping the bait.
"I can't take much more of this," Shaggy stated.
"Me neither," Scooby agreed.
Louis was putting Nacho Cheese on Scooby while Daphne was putting it on Shaggy.
"This is the last of the Nacho Cheese,Shaggy,you can't eat this coating," Daphne notified.
While,Daphne was demanding Shaggy not to eat it,Louis and Scooby were talking while Louis did it.
"So, What's been up as of late?" Louis mentioned.
"What do you mean?" Scooby wondered.
"Well,when we're in bed,you don't sleep as close as you used to," Louis replied.
"I guess,after I have been having these dreams, I kind of have gotten distant," Scooby warned.
"What dreams?" Louis questioned.
"In my dreams,you are hiding stuff from me,important stuff,and I get really mad,and we never see each other again" Scooby explained.
"Oh,those are some strange dreams,that's just ridiculous," Louis responded getting nervous.
"Would you?" Scooby asked.
Louis got even more nervous.
"What? Ha,ha,I would never," Louis lied.
Louis didn't want to tell him yet,it was too early for him,he wasn't ready.
"Why are you so nervous?" Scooby wondered noticing how nervous he was and putting his Paws on Louis's Shoulders.
Louis gave him a nervous smile as he looked at him.
Scooby gave him a confused look.
Louis gulped.
"I'm fine," He lied.
"Thanks again for saving me," Scooby thanked.
"Your Welcome,Scooby,I would rescue you any day," Louis replied.
Scooby went and licked Louis's face profusely again.
Louis chuckled at it.
"Sorry," Scooby apologized for the licking,he remembered Louis telling him to stop.
"You have nothing to apologize for,I like it when you lick me,earlier,I was just kind of in pain,but now lick away," Louis answered.
Scooby smiled.
"Now you can't eat this last batch,alright," Louis warned.
Scooby whimpered in disappointment.
Louis felt bad,he softed his head and hugged his neck.
"Uh,I don't think it's a good idea to hug me,I have,oh,never mind" Scooby tried to inform but Louis already grabbed him and hugged him tightly.
Louis stopped and noticed that he was covered in the Nacho Cheese Sauce too.
The two stayed silent for a minute.
After that one minute,the two burst out into laughter.
As they laughed,Scooby patted Louis on the back.
Fred and Velma arrived there.
The two quickly stopped laughing and got serious.
Shaggy and Scooby walked over to Fred and Velma as they groaned.
"You guys look perfect," Fred mentioned.
Shaggy groaned in agony again.
"Why are we,like, doing this again?" Shaggy questioned.
Scooby still looked disappointed.
"Hey,you can lick it off me later,if you want," Louis whispered to Scooby.
Scooby licked his lips in excitement.
"Well,as everyone knows,Manticores have a legendary fondness for Human Flesh, The Halibut and Spicy Cheese Sauce? It's kinda my own special touch," Fred explained.
Velma had it already on Shaggy and was putting it on Scooby.
Velma put the Halibut in between his Collar and neck and put some on his back.
Scooby shook trying to fight it.
"Must not lick self,must be...s-strong," Scooby muttered as he looked away from the Fish and shook.
"You can do this,Scooby," Louis cheered.
"Louis is right,I can," Scooby agreed.
"Okay,you guys will walk back and forth in front of the Temple,luring the Manticore out,then,we'll bash it with these Tennis Rackets and Staple it's wings to the ground, Sound Good?" Fred eludicated.
"Uh,there might be one problem with that Fred," Louis pointed out.
"What is it?" Fred wondered.
Louis pointed to Shaggy and Scooby.
Scooby had the last Fish in his mouth with just the Bone and Shaggy licked the last of the Nacho Cheese off.
They both still had it around their mouths however
"Oh,like,oops," Shaggy responded.
As Scooby sucked the Fish Bones in his mouth,Louis hit his hand on his face.
Scooby,then went over to Louis and began licking it off of him.
"Hey,that tickles,hey," Louis warned in between laughs.
"Now,What are we going? You guys smell that?" Velma asked as she was about to chew them out until she smelled something familiar.
"Yeah,it smells like..." Louis was about to finish saying.
"Manticore," Daphne announced pointing to it as it flew to them.
"No,wait,I got it," Velma was about to finish.
"Move," Daphne yelled as she pushed her out of the way.
It circled around.
"Leave them alone," Louis commanded.
It flew to him and grabbed him.
"Louis," Scooby called out.
"Not again," Louis complained.
"Drop him," Daphne demanded as she hit it with a rock.
It circled and grabbed her too.
The two screamed as it flew away with them.
"Daphne," Fred shouted as he ran after it.
"Louis," Scooby yelled as he followed after Fred.
Fred and Scooby climbed the Gate.
Fred climbed onto the Roller Coaster Ride.
Scooby gulped seeing how high it was.
That was when he heard Louis screaming.
"Help," Louis announced.
Scooby got serious and climbed too.
It flew across the Roller Coaster Ride with them in hand and Scooby and Fred behind them.
"Hang on,Louis," Daphne ordered.
"I'm hanging on," Louis replied.
Fred jumped as he grabbed Daphne's Shoe and grabbed the Rail of the Roller Coaster.
Scooby grabbed Louis's hand and pulled with his Paw hanging onto the Rail.
The Manticore knew it couldn't hold them both.
It dropped Louis.
"Uh oh," Louis mumbled as he started to fall.
Scooby had his hand so he quickly stopped falling.
Scooby was trying to pull him up but it was hard.
Shaggy and Velma got up there.
Fred started to slip.
"Gotcha," Velma said grabbing Fred's hand just in time.
Velma slipped and Shaggy grabbed her.
"I got you," Shaggy yelled.
The Manticore flapped harder and harder.
Shaggy had his feet holding onto the Rail but he was slipping.
"Well,like,Who's got me?" Shaggy wondered.
"Scooby,let go of Louis,we need your help," Velma shouted.
"No way,he needs me too," Scooby disagreed.
"But we need you more," Velma retorted.
"It's okay,Scooby,go get them,I'll be okay," Louis reassured.
"No you won't, that's a long fall," Scooby warned.
"It's okay,you need to help them,it'll be fine,just let go," Louis said.
Scooby gulped.
He didn't like what he was about to do but he knew he needed to help the others.
The Roller Coaster came coming so Shaggy had to let go.
They screamed as it flew off with them.
Scooby closed his eyes as tears began to fill them.
He let go and Louis started to fall.
Scooby opened his eyes to watch him fall.
His eyes were still full of tears.
Louis screamed as he fell hard onto the ground and got knocked out.
Scooby wiped his tears away as he jumped off the Roller Coaster onto the Merry Go Round Roof.
"I'll save you,Shaggy," Scooby announced.
When the Manticore came flying by,he jumped on it's back,making Fred,Daphne,Shaggy, and Velma fall onto the Merry Go Round Roof.
"Yeah, Ride em,Scooby-Doo", Shaggy cheered.
"Thanks,I'm trying," Scooby responded.
It flew around in circles trying to shake him.
"You are doomed flea-covered on,Doomed," The Manticore stated.
It flew down to the Temple and then back up almost successfully bucking him off.
Scooby grabbed back onto it before it could.
"This is what you get for hurting Louis," Scooby said as he covered the Manticore's eyes with his arms.
"No,fool,no," The Manticore yelled.
It flew through the Cotton Candy and Pretzel stands.
It then flew around a loop into the Fortune Teller Booth.
The Manticore deflated.
Scooby coughed.
He gasped.
"Louis," Scooby announced as he ran to him.
He held Louis in his arms while he was unconscious.
"Louis,Louis,speak to me,Louis," Scooby pleaded.
Louis opened his eyes.
"Is it over?" Louis asked in a low voice.
"Yeah,it's over,the Manticore is down," Scooby answered.
"Good to hear," Louis responded.
"Are you alright?" Scooby wondered.
"Yeah,just aching,quite a bit," Louis replied.
"Good,Good," Scooby stated.
"Did I earn a lick?" Louis questioned.
"Yeah,yeah,you earned a lick," Scooby agreed.
He licked Louis's face.
"That was a close one,Huh? A near death experience," Louis commented.
Scooby chuckled and smiled at that as he hugged Louis.
After getting Louis, back in his Wheelchair and the Gang getting down from the Merry Go Round.
The Gang surrounded the Manticore.
"Look at that, Our Manticore is double-jointed," Daphne commented.
"This is no Manticore,Daphne,this is.." Velma pointed out.
"Hot Dog Water," They announced in unison.
"She's a Psychopath,she almost killed me,twice," Louis lashed out angrily.
"Just as I suspected,it totally makes sense when you put the Clues together," Velma added.
"It does?" Louis questioned.
"Yes it does,Someone with Computer skills had to make that fake Website and Hot Dog Water has those skills,and remember? Just before the Manticore Attacked,I smelled something familiar," Velma explained.
"It was Hot Dog Water,that is obvious," Louis said.
"Yep,Briny,Greasy,Hot Dog Water,but,what I don't know,is,Why Shaggy,Scooby, and Louis had such High Voices after you attacked them before? or, Why you'd want this Amusement Park to go so badly?" Velma commented.
"How could you know? Your intellect is so far inferior to mine," Hot Dog Water insulted.
"Well,I can answer the high pitched voices,Helium," Louis stated.
"Hey,I was gonna say that,now,maybe,I'll get a chance to explain,it all started on a boring Friday Night when I didn't have a date," Hot Dog Water started to explain.
"Hard to imagine," Velma added.
"I decided to run some experiments on the steel used to build the Park's rides,I found that, if you melted that steel and combined it with Chronium,Stalagnite, and Mercury Phosphate,it created a kind of Super Helium,Shaggy,Louis, and Scooby must have inhaled some Helium Gas from the Manticore's Posterior Relief Hole,that's why their voices were so high,I figured if I could get the Park to close,I could take all the Steel, melt it down, and sell the Super Helium to the Australian Zeppelin Fleet,I'd have made a Fortune and shown you up in the process,Velma," Hot Dog Water eludicated.
A Police Department Car came up and a Deputy came out.
"Wait, so it was all for money,you didn't want to be friends?" Louis questioned.
"I don't need friends," Hot Dog Water retorted.
Louis sighed feeling hurt.
Another one turned out to hurt him.
The Deputy came and took Hot Dog Water to jail.
"Another Mystery solved," Daphne announced.
"It still seems like something's missing," Fred stated.
When Hot Dog Water was being put into the Police Car.
A Fortune came out of the Fortune Teller's Booth.
"Meddling Kids and their Dog will foil your plan," Hot Dog Water read as she looked at them.
"Yep,that would be it," Fred agreed.
Hot Dog Water screamed to the top of her lungs in irritation.
The Police Car drove away.
"We did it,Louis," Scooby announced as he put his paw and arm around Louis's shoulder.
At Mr. E's Secret Headquarters.
"I know who has the Planospheric Disc Piece,but,not where," Angel mentioned.
"Speak," Mr. E ordered.
"I put a bug on Velma when I saw her earlier,she didn't suspect a thing,later,I heard Fred tell her,that Louis and Scooby have the piece,but,he didn't say anything more than that," Angel explained.
"He told Velma and us enough,everything will work out just fine,you see,Scooby is a far more trusting companion than Pericles was to me," Mr. E said.
Angel nodded.
"As for the Child,it appears the Time Table for his death,has been accelerated,that kid is not to be trusted with a Planospheric Disc Piece,we don't need him getting more,besides,he has gotten close enough with the dog,a little too close," Mr. E finished.
At Shaggy,Scooby, and Louis's Place.
Louis sat on the Balcony.
He looked outside.
Scooby walked onto the Balcony as well.
"Hey," Scooby shouted out of nowhere.
"Hey," Louis replied in a sad tone.
Scooby's expression softened.
"What's wrong?" Scooby asked.
"Well,it's just,I lost another possible friend,everytime I think I get a new one,they betray me,or they lie to me,or they try to kill me," Louis warned.
"Louis,you don't need those jerks,all you need is me," Scooby reassured.
"Really?" Louis wondered.
"Yeah,you don't need to find another one,all you need is me and the Gang,we're your friends," Scooby said.
"You're right," Louis agreed.
"On that note,Friends have to be honest,and,I have something to admit to you," Scooby notified.
Louis got nervous.
"Okay,shoot," Louis requested.
"I read your journal," Scooby admitted.
"You,you read my Journal,Scooby,that is my personal privacy, How much have you read," Louis responded.
"Only the First Few Entries,about our first few Mysteries together,and parts of your Secrets part,I know,I shouldn't have done it,and I stopped awhile back,I'm sorry" Scooby informed.
"You know?" Louis questioned.
"That you have secrets,yeah,and I am okay with that,I won't force you to open up to me," Scooby answered.
Louis let out a sigh of relief.
"It's okay,you're forgiven,you can read my Journal Entries whenever you want," Louis warned.
"Really? Thanks," Scooby thanked.
"You're welcome," Louis replied.
"Let's head to bed," Scooby suggested.
"Alright," Louis agreed as he started to roll of the Balcony.
A shot was fired and it almost hit him.
Louis stopped and looked back,he saw the Bounty Hunter.
He gulped.
"You coming?" Scooby wondered.
"Yeah," Louis announced.
While in bed they both laid on their sides,Scooby was reading the next Journal Entry.
"Ah,Reading My Journal Entry about the Ghost Rig, Huh?" Louis asked.
"Yep," Scooby responded.
Louis sat up for a minute,to see the Bounty Hunter on the Balcony aiming at him.
Louis laid back down,and moved extremely close to Scooby's chest.
"Hey,What's with being so close to my chest? It's not ever going to go away," Scooby questioned
"Yeah,that's it,I am worried it won't be this Furry and Soft anymore," Louis lied.
"Well,I will assure you,it'll stay this Furry and Soft forever," Scooby stated as he moved Louis away.
Louis immediately scooted right back to the spot.
"Nope,I am good here," Louis whispered.
"Alright,you can stay this close tonight,but not every night,Alright?" Scooby agreed.
"Sounds good," Louis also agreed.
Louis closed his eyes feeling safe.
He knew Mr. E wouldn't take the shot if Scooby was in range,he knew Mr. E needed him.
Scooby put one arm around Louis and went to sleep turning onto his back to sleep.
Louis put Louis back onto his side.
"Why do you want me sleeping specifically like this?" Scooby questioned.
"I just want to feel safe, Is that okay?" Louis wondered.
Scooby sighed.
"Alright,I'll try to stay on this side all night," Scooby agreed.
As they both went to sleep.
Outside on the Balcony.
"Sir,The Dog is in the way,I can't get a clear shot,Should I take them both out?" The Bounty Hunter asked.
"Negative,I need the Dog,Fall back,we'll have to wait for a later time," Mr. E ordered.
"Yes sir," The Bounty Hunter agreed.
When the Bounty Hunter was about to leave.
Pericles squawked and attacked the Bounty Hunter making the Hunter lose his footing and fall off the Balcony.
Pericles went down to the ground and finished attacking him.
He needed Louis,so he had to protect him for now.
Mr. E didn't know what was going on, all he could hear was the Hunter's screams.
"Good luck,killing him,E,when I am around," Pericles muttered into the Comm.
"Pericles," Mr. E mumbled.
"Auf Wiedersehen," Pericles said as he flew off.
"Well played,kid,I will just have to have them get you when you aren't with the dog," Mr. E explained as he smiled wickedly.
