CHAPTER 015 – TROUBLE AT THE USJ PART 1

"Welcome to the Unforeseen Simulation Joint or USJ for short!" announced Anan as she greeted classes 1A and 1B, Midnight, Aizawa and Vlad King in front of the enormous dome shaped building while in her hero costume of a puffed up space suit and her helmet on.

"Oh my gosh, it's Thirteen! I LOVE THIRTEEN!" squealed Ochaco excitedly as she saw her favorite hero. Seeing her reaction made many of her friends and classmates smile and chuckle over it.

"Seems I have a fan," commented Anan with slight amusement and happiness over what she saw.

Ochaco let out a squeak from embarrassment and covered her blushing face within her arms. Her friends laughed a little more while nudging her against her sides with her telling them to stop.

"Alright, settle down you lot," spoke up Aizawa annoyingly and immediately both classes quieted down.

Anan was impressed over Aizawa's control but said nothing. Instead, she decided to continue what she had planned to say. "Anyways, welcome. I have a few things to say before we enter. Maybe five. No six, or seven. Maybe more…Anyways, I built the USJ to help up and coming hero potentials train for various disaster scenarios. Though we have incredible powers and gifts that we use to help, protect and save people, they can also be used for the opposite. You all know about my quirk, Black Hole…"

"Yeah! You use it to suck up debris, rubble and many other things that could be trapping people and allows you to get them out of trouble!" spoke up Ochaco excitedly, unintentionally interrupting her.

"Oh wow, Ochaco, can't believe you interrupted your favorite hero," teased Mina from the side.

Eyes widening and blushing again from her mistake, Ochaco bowed while speaking. "I'm so sorry!"

Many more chuckles and laughter were let out before Vlad told them to quiet down this time. Anan shook her head in amusement. "It's alright. And yes, what you said is true. I do use my quirk to help save people. It's very useful for rescue work especially if there's things in the way as was mentioned," reiterated the rescue hero before continuing on in a more serious tone. "But, my quirk that I use to help people can just as easily be used to hurt and even kill people. I have to be very careful with my quirk to make sure I don't cause that kind of damage. And so do many of you, who probably have very powerful and versatile quirks that can be used to help and protect, but can also be used to hurt and destroy too. And rather easily too."

Her words made both classes reflect on that, with some even looking at their hands. They all knew what they could do so thinking about accidently hurting someone made many of them become suddenly nervous about it. Some of them didn't linger on that so much and focused back onto the pro hero in front of them. And few didn't even reflect on it at all.

"Now that you understand, we'll go ahead and enter. Follow me." Anan turned around and went towards the large entrance gate. Pushing in a set of codes on the keypad, the metal doors swung open inwards. Walking in, she led the students and teachers into the facility. "Take a good look everyone!"

Almost all of the students let out sounds of excitement as they looked around while Thirteen explained the layout. They were at the entrance area that was to the north. It consisted of the large blue gates and the staircase that led into the next area, which was the central plaza. That area had a water fountain in the middle of it along with trees around the perimeter. Several paths from the central plaza connected to the six individual disaster scenario areas located around the enormous facility.

The ruins zone was located in the northeast and consisted of many different buildings in various states of being broken down or disrepair.

The landslide zone was to the east that contained a large open terrain with differently assorted debris all over the place.

The mountain zone was directly south of their location which had a couple mountains with rocky formations, cliffs and a few plateaus all over it.

The conflagration zone was to the southwest and consisted of an urban area that was constantly on fire with heat and smoke being problems with them to deal with.

The flood zone was to the west that composed of a large lake with a ship on it and surprisingly there was a waterslide there too.

And the last area was the downpour zone that was to the northwest that was another urban area but this time it was with constant rain and heavy winds.

After explaining the layout, Anan asked them what they thought. Most of the students replied back that they were amazed and couldn't wait to get started with some remaining quiet. Happy to hear that, Thirteen turned towards her fellow teachers. "Well, with introductions done, I have things set up in the central plaza for us to get started."

"Sounds good. Lead the way," replied Vlad.

"Alright you lot, let's go," ordered Aizawa.

The students followed their teachers as they went down the stairs towards the central plaza. As they made their way, several conversations occurred within the first years while the teachers made their own small talk. Though Aizawa was annoyed that a certain blonde hero wasn't there yet, he knew that he'd be there soon enough. Nezu had informed them all that Toshinori had picked up the Midoriyas and they had just arrived to UA during the last few minutes of their bus ride to the USJ.

Entering the central plaza, they continued towards the fountain area for a bit until Thirteen made a comment. "That's funny…"

"What's funny?" asked Midnight, glancing at her.

"I could've sworn that I left the equipment and items for the rescue training by the fountain."

The moment those words left her mouth, all four teachers froze in their tracks since they suddenly sensed something thanks to their years of experience. Their sudden stopping made the students who were closest to them stop while others bumped into them since they weren't paying attention.

"Quiet!" snapped Aizawa after several of them bickered about what's going on and they went silent.

Immediately afterwards, it happened. Multiple swirling black cloudlike portals appeared all around them. A second later and dozens of people started walking through them with sinister looks on their faces.

"What's going on?"

"Is this part of the rescue training?"

"Wow, they look really lifelike."

"No, they're villains!" shot Vlad as he, Aizawa, Midnight and Thirteen got into fighting stances.

"What?!"

"Aren't there intruder alarms to prevent this kind of thing?"

"How could they enter here?!"

"There should be. They must be jamming them somehow," commented Thirteen while looking around.

"Cell phone service is out too," remarked Midnight as she quickly checked her phone to see if she could contact someone for help.

"This was planned. They probably used the information from yesterday's fiasco to get today's lessons. Everyone, stay together!" ordered Aizawa and his students huddled closer together while keeping an eye on their surroundings. "Kaminari, try to contact someone from outside!"

"O-Oh, right Sensei!" Reaching up to his communicator, he tried turning it on. Sudden static was heard in his ear before it short circuited. He took it off hurriedly and just pocketed it since it became useless. "No use! I can't get through!"

"This isn't good!"

"What do we do?! What do we do?!"

"I don't wanna die just yet!"

"We should run for it!"

"What?! Let's kick their asses!"

"Yeah, I ain't scared of some punk ass villains!"

"No, stay together! Don't do anything rash!" ordered Vlad as he kept looking from one group of villains to the next. They were surrounded on all sides and couldn't even retreat since they were blocking the stairs as well. "Shit, they got us surrounded," he said in a whisper but his peers and the closest students heard him, making many of them became even more scared.

"Just stay calm," whispered Aizawa. "Look for an opening to escape."

"It's no good. They're not leaving any holes for us to exploit," stated Midnight.

"Damn it," cursed Aizawa under his breath. "Looks like we're gonna have to fight our way out. Well, good news is that damn oaf is on the way. Hopefully he doesn't take forever. We just have to survive till then while keeping an eye out for an escape path." His reminder helped them remain focused on protecting their students since the cavalry was on its way. They just hoped he would arrive soon.

"Wait, hold up! Look over there!" said Midnight loudly and they all looked towards the fountain.

A much larger swirling black cloud portal appeared in front of it and the villains there parted to the sides to make room for the new arrivals. A couple seconds later, two persons appeared through it and the moment they saw them, made the teachers became weary of them while the students of UA become filled with fear and dread.

One of them was shorter and much skinnier than the other with multiple disconnected hands grabbing his arms, legs and sides with one directly on his face. The second had a man's body but was so tall and large that it looked like a walking behemoth with its dark purple colored skin that almost looked black along with its bulging muscles. And the worst thing about it was that it had a monster like head with an exposed brain and a large beak for its mouth and nose that contained many razor sharp teeth. Both of them let out such auras of danger that the pro heroes knew instantly that they were the most dangerous.

After they appeared, the portal disappeared and in its stead, a humanoid black mist formed next to the two with glowing yellow eyes. Seeing him made the teachers think that he was probably the warp user that was barely caught on camera some time ago and was probably involved in yesterday's break in as well.

Before anyone could do or say anything, the shortest of the three new arrivals began speaking. "I don't see him," he remarked in a loud but rather raspy tone of voice. "Isn't he supposed to be here? Where the hell is he?!" he asked with his tone becoming noticeably more irritated and angry while scratching his neck.

"Calm yourself Shigaraki. He may be late," advised the mist person.

Calming down and stopping his scratching, the newly named Shigaraki nodded. "You're probably right Kurogiri. Hmm, maybe if we kill some of them, he might show up quicker."

Hearing him say that made most of the students become scared while their teachers became angry. "If you think we'll just let you do that, then you're stupider than you look!" shot Midnight as she readied her whip by letting off a crack that made some of the newly arrived villains and even some of her students wince over it.

Shigaraki narrowed his eyes on Midnight from behind the hand on his face. "I don't like the slut hero." His words were heard by them all and they became angered by it . "Don't even know what's going on in this level but still you say things as if you're important." Shaking his head, he then shrugged. "Doesn't matter since you won't matter soon enough. Did you know that I brought all these playmates for All Might? He was supposed to be here with all of you. Why isn't he here? If you answer me, maybe I'll let some of you go otherwise I'll have them play with you all instead."

"Yeah, right! You really think we'll fall for that?! Why don't you just tell us the real reason why you're here?" countered Vlad.

A nasty smirk spread on Shigaraki's face that they couldn't see because of the hand on his face. "You saw right through me. Well, as much as I like playing games, I guess there's no point for it right now. Even though you're all just NPCs, you think you're the main character. But you're wrong! You're nothing but a bunch of glory hounds and fakes! And so is this fake society that we're living in that I'm gonna tear down! And I'll do it by killing the biggest piece of trash there is; the so called Symbol of Peace, All Might!"

Hearing him declare that he's gonna kill the number one hero made them all become shocked and become filled with multiple different things. Yet some of them believed that he was off his rocker because they believed that no one could kill the Symbol of Peace.

Vlad recovered quicker than the rest and hardened his gaze on the apparent leader. "If that's what you're here to do, I have some bad news for you. All Might cannot be defeated. Especially by the likes of you, you punk ass villain!"

"We'll see about that. But for now, let's play a game. Let's see how many of your precious students you can save while we wait to see if that fake symbol shows up," said Shigaraki. Signaling to the dozens of villains around them, they started closing in on their targets from all sides.

"Everyone, stay together no matter what!" shouted Aizawa as he put on his goggles. "Midnight and Thirteen, protect the students! Vlad and I will handle the frontline fighting!"

Vlad began using his quirk as well, with clubs forming from his blood and he grasped one in each hand. "Remain calm and don't panic!"

"But Sensei, you two can't possibly fight them all on your own!" said Itsuka with obvious fear and concern in her tone of voice.

"Kendo, you will learn that to be a pro hero, you can't be a one trick pony," countered Vlad confidently. "We will do everything we can to protect you all!"

"But even so, we authorize you all to use your quirks to defend yourselves!" added on Aizawa. "Stay together and watch each other's backs! Don't let them separate you!" With his final words, Aizawa launched towards the largest group of villains with Vlad hot on his heels as the two began fighting with them.

"What the hell?!"

"My quirk's not working!"

"What's going on?!"

Stunned over their quirks not working all of a sudden, Aizawa and Vlad used their momentary lack of attention to their advantage. Immediately they took them down while using particular strikes on certain areas of their bodies to knock them out as quickly and efficiently as they could. Not wasting any time, the two continued working together in taking down villain after villain.

"Idiots, work together! That's Eraserhead! He can stop your quirk as long as he looks at you!" said one of the villains.

"That didn't last long," commented Vlad as he dodged an attack.

"Damn media," grumbled Aizawa under his breath as he delivered another straight punch to one of the villain's stomach. "Stay on your toes!"

"You too!" shot back Vlad as the two continued working in tandem against their many foes.

While the two did that, both class 1A and 1B stayed together in a large group and protected one another whenever a villain got too close. It was rough since they kept trying different formations between them all to find the best way to combat their opponents. They couldn't help but watch their homeroom teachers fighting and they were impressed and awed over their teamwork. Though some of them were itching to get into the actual fighting themselves or wanted to get out of the group so they could unleash their quirks better who were Shoto, Katsuki, Eijiro, Tetsutetsu, Itsuka, Jurota and Togaru.

Midnight and Thirteen kept the rest of the villains from getting too close to the students with their respective quirks. Unable to utilize her quirk since it could affect her side as well, the R-rated hero had to rely on her whip and rather impressive acrobatics to combat them. However, the space hero was having some difficulty since she didn't have much combat experience as she used her quirk in short bursts to counter some attacks as well as deter the villains from coming closer. She didn't want to gravely hurt or kill any of them but she wouldn't give up no matter what.

As they all continued fighting and protecting one another, Shigaraki kept watch. Observing how they fought, what quirks they used and how things were going, he noticed it all. Bursts of explosions, electricity, sound waves and icy strikes were used to attack from long distances. Others increased their durability and became living shields for others. Some were excellent martial artists and used their mutation quirks. Several others cooperated with one another and used their quirks together to attack and defend. He also noticed how some of them didn't do much and he wondered if it was because they couldn't use their quirk in such a situation.

After watching for a little while longer, he let out an annoyed grunt after noticing a rather concerning problem for him. "Pro heroes really do live up to their reputation. Eraserhead. Vlad King. Midnight. Even Thirteen. Hell, the students are doing better than we thought. Even with all this cannon fodder, they really can't do much against them and they're being taken down with ease and we hardly put a dent in their defensive line. Damn it. They must be at high levels."

"Shigaraki, just release Nomu and be done with it."

Thinking for a moment, Shigaraki shook his head. "No, not yet. Sensei did say to learn from everything and anything. And I have a better idea. You saw what kind of quirks they used right? And you remember the info I took about the layout of this area and what it holds?"

"Yes, I have and I do remember."

"Good. Get away from here so he can't erase your quirk but be ready to separate the eggs and send them to hell. And make sure their experience will be personal."

"Understood." Kurogiri maneuvered behind the hulking Nomu. Since he was out of Eraserhead's line of sight, he felt his quirk return a moment later. Immediately he warped away the moment he could.

Shigaraki noticed his ally leave and he smirked under the hand on his face once more before he called out to them all. "Everyone stop!" His enormous group of assembled minions that were conscious and still fighting, halted their actions and backed away while keeping their gazes on their targets.

Seeing this happen, Vlad turned towards the leader of this invasion. "Calling off your attack dogs? Are you starting to regret your actions seeing that you can't win after we knocked out some of your crew? If you give up now, we'll be lenient on you!"

"No, you arrogant dirty blood sucker," replied Shigaraki, making Vlad snarl in retort. "I just have a question for you so called pro heroes."

"Oh? And what's that?" asked Midnight with narrowed eyes.

"How does it feel to be the ones responsible for the deaths of your students?"

The second he finished speaking, portals appeared underneath the students' feet. Falling through them, many of them screamed in fright or yelled in anger over what happened to them before they were suddenly cut off. One of the teachers tried to save the ones closest to her but ended up falling through the portal herself as well. Only a handful remained thanks to the quick thinking of the other pros that were closest to their students.

But seeing how they failed in protecting most of them, they became both angered and worried. "No! What'd you do to them?!" roared Aizawa as he turned his entire body back towards the ringleader with a furious gaze. "Break them back right now!"

"Oh, don't worry Eraserhead," replied Shigaraki in a condescending tone. "They won't be alone."

At first they were confused over his words until Shigaraki gestured to their sides. Looking around them, the remaining students and teachers noticed how more than half of the villains were also gone but there still remained a great deal of them. Realization dawned on them and they became filled with multiple different feelings. "No!"

"Yes!" exclaimed Shigaraki with malicious glee after Thirteen's scream. "Whether All Might is coming now or later, we'll leave some gifts for him! Let's see how the so called Symbol of Peace acts when he realizes that it was his fault that they all suffered and died when it was supposed to be him!" Shigarki's chuckling morphed into sinister loud laughing after a few seconds.

Absolutely livid over his words and yet somehow controlling themselves, Aizawa, Vlad and Thirteen glanced at one another before looking at the remaining students as they regrouped. Ochaco, Setsuna, Mezo, Kosei, Tenya and Juzo were the ones left that they were able to save.

Looking at them, Aizawa thought quickly to come up with something. When his gaze landed onto Tenya and Juzo once more, a sudden plan formed in his mind. Moving closer to the two while keeping his gaze towards Shigaraki, he began whispering. "Honenuki and Iida; I'm gonna need you two to do something."

"Us?" repeated Juzo.

"But Sensei, what can we do?" asked Tenya.

"Can you go through the ground at will?"

"Ah, yea."

"And can you take other people with you?"

"Yea but just one person otherwise I won't be able to move quickly."

"Alright." Sweeping his gaze at the remaining villains, Aizawa kept whispering to them. "I need you two to escape from here and go get help."

"What?!"

"That's not something a hero in training should do!"

"Enough! This isn't up for debate! Now listen!" hissed Aizawa that made the two go quiet and listen. "All Might should be coming here soon. But I don't know when. So we can't wait for that. The gate's closed and by the time we try to open that thing up, they'll be on us quicker than we can act. Plus, they're still blocking the path. Honenuki, you go and take Iida with you. I want at least two of you together in case there's something going on outside. Two messengers are better than one. We're gonna draw their attention and that's when you go. Got it?"

"But Sensei…"

"Got it?!"

Both Juzo and Tenya glanced at each other before looking at everyone else who were giving them serious looks. Though their classmates were doing their best to keep their emotional states from being visible. Finally the two relented since there was no other option.

"Alright."

"Got it."

"Good. Get ready and no matter what happens, you go get help." Stretching his neck before he took up a fighting stance, Aizawa readied himself. "On three. One…two…three!" Shouting the final word, he shot forward with Vlad moving towards a different group this time while Thirteen remained behind with the students. The two teachers caused as much chaos as they could to draw attention to themselves.

It worked and the moment they got their chance, Juzo went partway into the ground before turning towards Tenya. "Hold your breath!" Grabbing hold of Tenya without waiting for a reply, he dragged him into the ground and they both disappeared from sight.

"I hope they find help soon," said Kosei as he stood back to back with Mezo.

"Yeah, same here," chimed in Setsuna as she and Ochaco stayed near Thirteen.

As the fighting continued for a little while longer, it was getting to the point that they were starting to become desperate. The teachers wanted to finish things quickly and find their students. They hoped and prayed within their minds that they were all okay and that help would come soon. Though their enemies weren't overtly strong, there was just too many of them. Both Aizawa and Vlad were starting to become tired. Their reactions were slowing down that allowed them to get injured. Their strikes didn't carry their full strength either. Their students too were dealing with their own issues, having sustained some injuries but still able to stand. Yet they were barely holding on.

Seeing all this going on made the space hero become angrier with each passing second. Thirteen didn't have as much combat experience as the rest but she still was a pro. And though she hated causing injuries to others, even villains, she came to the decision that she had no other choice.

With resolution of what actions she had to take set in her mind, Thirteen waited for her chance and the moment it presented itself, she took it. Jumping forward towards the ringleader, she opened her right hand's glove finger tips and her quirk began working. "Black Hole!" she shouted.

Sudden strong gravitational forces began pulling Shigaraki, Nomu and Kurogiri towards the space hero that caught them off guard even though she was still a fair distance away from them. "What the fuck?!" yelled Shigaraki as he was starting to get pulled due to the quirk's powerful suction and he could feel his skin start to break apart. But right before he suffered actual damage, Nomu maneuvered in front of him and slammed a foot into the ground to anchor himself. Protected by the Nomu who was barely being affected by the vortex for some reason, Shigaraki growled in anger. "That bitch! Kurogiri, get rid of her!" Using his warp gates, Kurogiri opened a portal in front of himself that drew in the suctioning power while opening another one directly behind the space hero.

"Aaaaaaahhh!" screamed Thirteen from the pain she felt as her own quirk was used against her. Stopping her quirk, she fell face first onto the floor with the back of her spacesuit torn open while groaning in pain. Blood was seen coming out from the wounds on her back.

"NO! THIRTEEN!" screamed Ochaco while letting out tears as she ran to her favorite hero and dropped to the ground beside her. Her hands shook as they hovered over her body, not knowing what to do.

"That's it. I've had enough of this," said Shigaraki with a malicious tone. "Nomu, kill them."

Hearing the command, the hulking beast shot forward with blinding speed. Instantly he was in front of Aizawa and Vlad who could only widen their eyes for a split second before each of them felt a monstrous hand grab them and then felt the cold hard ground against their backs. They could only let out soundless gasps with their eyes bulging from their sockets from the impact.

"Sensei!" shot Kosei in worry.

"No! Stop it!" cried Setsuna with watery eyes.

"Quit your whining. You'll join them soon enough," commented Shigaraki before a sinister smile formed on his face. "You know what, on second thought, you'll go first. Nomu, stop." Letting go of the two teachers that were unable to move from their positions thanks to Nomu yet somehow still conscious, the beast then waited for his next command. "Go play with the students for a bit. Make sure that their suffering is seen by their teachers. And when they finally die, then you can kill the teachers." Letting out a screech in response, the behemoth moved towards the students who were frozen in fear at seeing the monster come after them.

*BOOM*

*CRASH*

But before Nomu could reach them, a sudden very loud boom echoed across the USJ as the front gate doors were blown off their hinges that caught everyone's attention in the central plaza. The dust that shot up into the air due to the thick metal doors falling to the ground slowly settled back down as heavy footsteps were heard.

And then, the voice that they all knew was heard but it was coated with barely restrained fury. "It's fine now. Because I am here!"

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Two people were traveling down the road in a small vehicle as they headed towards the large dome building in the distance. One of them was filled with both excitement and anxiousness. He couldn't wait to meet his fellow first years and start doing some rescue training. Hopefully he would make some good friends too and end up training together. Maybe they could even hang out together and talk about quirks and heroes!

Noticing how his protégé was feeling, the older of the two who was driving glanced at the young male who was dressed in his hero costume while holding his helmet in his lap. "Calm down, young Midoriya. I thought I've seen you excited before but you're beyond pumped for this! I can practically feel you vibrating in your seat!" teased Toshinori.

Izuku just brushed off the teasing remark since he was too excited. "I can't help it All Might! I'm finally gonna start! This is it! One of my dreams is a reality now! I'm gonna be learning and training with future pros and oh man, they probably have so many amazing quirks! I should've brought my notebook! Maybe we'll become friends too and then I could ask them to tell me about their quirks so I could write them down and then maybe we could train together and help each other and…"

As Izuku slowly had his words evolve into another one of his muttering storms, Toshinori couldn't help but start laughing. He understood him though and couldn't hold it against him either. He let him go on for a bit and was about to say something when he noticed something in the distance. "What's that?" he asked out loud.

Toshinori's question brought Izuku out of his muttering and he glanced at him. "Huh?" Seeing his mentor looking ahead, Izuku did the same. A second later and his eyes widened over what he saw while Toshinori's eyes narrowed.

Someone or something was coming towards them at such a high speed, that it was drawing up a dust cloud behind them.

Toshinori buffed up into his hero form. "Stay here young Midoriya. And put on your helmet just in case," he said as he stopped the vehicle and stepped out of it while Izuku did as he said. Moving to be in front of the vehicle, the number one hero stopped and waited with his fists planted against either side of him.

About thirty seconds later, as the dust cloud grew larger the closer it came, Toshinori recognized who was causing it. Before he could say anything, he heard the two of them yell out to him. "ALL MIGHT!"

Seeing the panic and fear filled expressions on their faces as well as in their tone of voices, Toshinori became concerned. "Iida? Honenuki? What's wrong? What happened? Why aren't you at the USJ doing the rescue training with everyone else?" he asked them as they skidded to a stop and dropped to their hands and knees.

"All Might! We've…been attacked!"

"Villains…at the…USJ!"

"What?! What do you mean?!" asked All Might with obvious concern and worry.

"It's true! They…cut off…communications and…"

"Surrounded us! Then that…warp user…"

"That…thing…took away our classmates!"

"So many villains! And…and they have…a-a monster with them!"

"The others…helped us escape…"

"…to get help and…"

Both Tenya and Juzo tried to explain everything while panting heavily. Unable to go into full details, they were able to give enough information for the number one hero to understand what's going on.

Moving closer to them, Toshinori grasped both students' shoulders firmly and helped them stand straight. "It's alright now. You've done well. Take a moment to catch your breath." I can't believe I forgot my phone at the office. But wait… "I take it neither of you have your phones with you, right?" The two students shook their heads as they slowly composed themselves. "What about you?" he asked Izuku after facing him.

"No, I left it in the locker room."

Toshinori nodded before facing the two students again who seemed to have caught their breath. "Don't worry. I know what's going on now and leave it to me. For now, continue towards the main campus and go directly to Principal Nezu and tell him what you told me. Now go!"

"Yes Sensei!" said both Tenya and Juzo. Glancing at each other, the two then shot forward towards the main campus. One was practically swimming through the land while barely keeping up with the second who was running as fast as he could towards the main campus.

Seeing them go, Toshinori moved his gaze towards his successor. "Young Midoriya…"

"I'm coming too." Seeing the serious look on his face, Izuku lifted his visor and continued. "This is what heroes do and it's what I'm gonna do in the future too."

"Yes, in the future. Now is not your time."

"I can't wait for my time otherwise I can't call myself a hero. It's what made you pick me to be your successor after all," countered Izuku.

"It could be dangerous. We don't know what exactly is happening there."

"I know but I've already been through dangerous stuff. And I've been training with you and the others for a while now. I'm not trying to sound brave or anything but I just want to help. And I want to help my classmates. I know I haven't met them yet but I can't just stand around and do nothing when I can do something." The two stared at each other for a few seconds while trying to convince the other with their expression. "I won't get too involved. I'll just help out and get everyone out to a safer place. Plus, there's safety in numbers so I'll be better off with you and my classmates. Please, All Might."

All Might scoffed at that. "Yeah, right." His reaction and words made Izuku redden slightly but he remained silent. Letting out a sigh, the number one hero nodded. "Alright, fine. You can come with me and I authorize you to use your quirk if need be. But you're just gonna help out your classmates and get them to safety. You're not gonna throw yourself into fights unless absolutely necessary. Your mother will skin me alive if I just let you do whatever. Understand?"

Smiling at All Might, Izuku lowered his visor back down. "Understood and thanks."

"Don't thank me just yet. Alright, let's go. We've wasted enough time already and since we don't know what's going, I'll head in first so I'm not gonna wait for you. Catch up when you can." With his final orders, All Might practically vanished from sight as he shot towards the USJ while Izuku powered up to his current maximum of five percent of his power and did his best to follow as quickly as he could.

"It's fine now! Because I am here!"

Stepping through the dust cloud, the Symbol of Peace made himself visible as he stood at the top of the stairs that led down towards the central plaza. He glared down towards the villains while a heavy frown was visible on his face even from such a distance.

"It's All Might!"

"He's bigger than I thought he'd be!"

"He looks pissed!"

"Hey, don't get scared! There's more of us than him!"

"Yeah, we'll beat him up! Just sti-ouf!"

All Might moved so quickly from his position that only one was able to follow his movements. Blitzing through over two dozen villains as he knocked them out with a single strike each within a couple seconds, he came to a stop in front of the small group of teachers and students. Seeing the frightened expressions on the first years' faces, he also noticed the injuries they received. Turning his gaze to the two homeroom teachers, he noticed that they were still conscious but unable to move much thanks to their wounds. And Thirteen was completely taken out of the fight with one of his students by her side. His blood began boiling but he controlled his anger for the moment. "I'm sorry I'm late everyone."

"All…Might…" said Vlad through gritted teeth as he slowly moved to a half sitting position.

Aizawa forced himself onto kneeling on one knee. "About…damn time…" he growled.

Kosei, Setsuna, Mezo and Ochaco all felt relief fill them when All Might arrived. Though they still felt worried and scared for their classmates since they didn't know where they were warped to or what they were going through. Yet they believed that with the Symbol of Peace here, things would turn out alright.

"All Might." Hearing his name made the number one hero turn towards the one who spoke. What looked to be a young man with multiple disconnected hands grabbing his body while a lone hand covered his face was the culprit. "You trash of society. How good of the Boss of this level to finally show up. And I thought I would have to sacrifice some worthless NPCs to get you to spawn."

Eyes narrowing, All Might clenched his hands into fists as he got ready to fight. "You no good villains! Who are you?! What do you want?! Where's everyone else?! Tell me now!"

"Tomura Shigaraki and I came here with all my friends so we can kill you! But don't worry about your precious students. They're still here inside this level. Somewhere." Lips spreading into an ugly smile that was hidden underneath the hand on his face, he continued speaking in a rather creepy tone. "Then again, they weren't alone. Perhaps they failed their levels and their deaths did make you spawn! Hehe…hehehe…hahahahaha!"

All Might's frown deepened before he shot forward with his arms crossed over his chest while readying an attack. "CAROLINA SMASH!"

No one could track his movements as he moved. Except for one. At the last second, right before All Might released his crossing strike against Shigaraki, the hulking beast moved in front of it to intercept the hit. An incredible gust of wind shot through the area that blew away many of the unconscious villains that were near his target as All Might landed his strike against Nomu instead.

Realizing that his hit was tanked made All Might widen his eyes in surprise. "What the…" He couldn't continue because he dodged a grab before jumping backwards to get some distance from it.

"You like my Nomu, All Might?" asked Shigaraki, drawing attention from the rest to him as the beast pursued the hero. "He's the bio engineered Anti-Symbol of Peace! He was specifically created with the single goal of taking you on!"

"I'm flattered!" replied All Might as he dodged another strike from the Nomu. Finding an opening, he delivered a strong straight punch right into its abdomen. But other than muscles rippling on the beast's body, the Nomu acted as if nothing happened and continued going after him. "How?!"

Shigaraki kept the ugly smile on his face that no one could see as he decided to explain. "Nomu is as strong and fast as you are. But he's also got Shock Absorption! You'll never be able to defeat him like this since blunt force attacks are just shrugged off!"

"Well then, I guess I'll just have to find another way passed his Shock Absorption!"

"Maybe. But can you come up with something while also protecting the rest?" countered Shigaraki smugly.

Realizing that there were still other villains active and that he should've gotten them out of the fight sooner all too late, All Might quickly made his move as soon as he could. He broke away from Nomu and immediately went to take care of them before they could reach the students and teachers. But the hulking beast caught up and intercepted him again. "Out of my way!" yelled All Might angrily as he delivered a thunderous punch straight to the side of the beast's head.

The force behind the strike would've easily destroyed a building but Nomu just took it and it barely moved its head to the side a little. Recovering almost instantly, the monster just screeched loudly at him and continued his assault against the hero.

All Might was forced to evade and as a result, was maneuvered away from those he wanted to help. From the corner of his eye, he saw how the remaining conscious villains, almost a dozen of them, had closed in on the group. With his anger rising and after dodging another strike, he shot towards his new targets. "Leave them alone!" yelled All Might, catching their attention.

The advancing villains went rigid in their tracks as they saw All Might glaring at them from a distance before vanishing from sight. Even when Nomu saved them from the hero's wrath as it intercepted the hero by slamming into him and sending him flying through several trees that fell to the floor in broken pieces, they still stood unmoving.

"ALL MIGHT!" shouted the students in worry and fright while their teachers couldn't even say anything but stare in shock at what happened.

"That's it! Don't let up! Get him Nomu!" screamed Shigaraki happily.

Nomu followed his orders and followed after All Might. Catching up to him, the hulking bio-weapon brought its massive fists down onto the number one hero as he made to stand back up. Sent crashing back into the ground, All Might felt extreme pain but he quickly rolled out of the way from a stomping attack. Getting to his feet, he then jumped to the side to avoid a grabbing motion but moved too late. Nomu caught him with both hands and prevented him from fleeing.

"Aaargh!" yelled All Might as the bio-weapon tightened its grip against his sides and he felt immense pain from it.

"NO!" screamed several from the group fearfully.

"YES!" shouted Shigaraki with unrestrained glee. "Nomu, make sure it hurts! But before finishing him off, make sure the Symbol of Peace gets front row tickets of his students dying from his failure!" Nomu obeyed and moved his captured target around so he could see.

All Might struggled to get free but he couldn't wrench open the monster's grip on his body. He even felt his old wound starting to act up. He slammed his elbows onto the creature's arms but it did nothing to lessen its hold on him. He was starting to become frustrated and worried over his predicament. But those feelings he felt…all of that paled to seeing his students and fellow pro heroes being targeted by the wretches of society with mixed expressions of fear, hopelessness and worry plastered all over their faces. NO! I have to get free! I have to do something! I can't just…

"SMAAASSSHH!"

A loud battle cry was heard by everyone before a green blur rocketed towards the group of villains and delivered a devastating front punch towards the one in the front. The hit whipped up such strong winds that the initial target along with his entire group, were sent flying back before they collided into the nearby trees and walls. They dropped to the floor in unconscious heaps.

Everyone there was flabbergasted as to what just happened. Moving their gazes away from the knocked out villains, it landed onto the new arrival. A young man was standing in a protective stance in front of the group of students and teachers. He was wearing a green suit with white stripes going down his sides, arms and legs. White padded gloves were on his hands along with his right arm having a red metallic gauntlet covering. His legs had white shin guards with red metallic binds around his ankles. A white cape fluttered behind him. And a green helmet that had its visor down with two protrusions on top of it that looked like bunny ears with a beaming smile painted on the bottom was worn over his head with the visor down.

"Who the fuck are you and where the hell did you come from?!" shot Shigaraki angrily after a moment of silence.

Glancing at him, Izuku then looked towards All Might and the hulking beast as he ignored him, which made Shigaraki growl over the dismissal. If he can't get free, than that means this monster must be as strong as him. How can I free him if…oh! Maybe that! I hope this works! "All Might!" Shooting forward, he readied a right handed smash while simultaneously reaching into one of his pouches with his left.

All Might's eyes widened over his actions. What are you doing, Young Midoriya?! His wondering was cut short when Izuku got close enough to land a strike on the beast's back while yelling out 'smash' again. Even with gusts of wind picking up around them, the hit did absolutely nothing to it. Nomu turned its head towards Izuku and let out a loud screech at him that made All Might become even more worried about his successor.

But then Izuku carried out the rest of his plan at that moment. Throwing what was concealed within his left hand, Izuku hoped it would be enough for his mentor to escape.

The small orbs he tossed towards the Nomu's head exploded on contact and covered the beast's face within a dark reddish, brown liquid. Not even a second later, the Nomu screeched in agony as it let go of its captured target before practically clawing at its face and eyes in a vain attempt to get rid of the burning sensations on and around them.

"Thanks but what was that?!" asked All Might as the two quickly moved away from the Nomu while he held his left side.

"Extremely concentrated pepper bombs that explode on impact," answered Izuku. When All Might turned to look at him with a questioning gaze, he continued explaining. "I read the suit's manual earlier today. It said that was in one of the pouches and to be careful with it since it could possibly blind someone temporarily if used directly on their face or eyes because of how potent they are and shouldn't be used carelessly. Don't know why the Shields thought something like that should be in my suit, but I'm gonna thank them for that one day. That should buy us some time." No sooner had Izuku finished saying that, did the Nomu stop clawing at its face and moved its gaze towards them with its beady eyes looking as if nothing happened to it. "What?! Damn it!"

Shigaraki took this opportunity to cut in. "Even your cheap tricks won't let you win against my Nomu! Not only does he have the same strengths as All Might and Shock Absorption but he also has Super Regeneration!"

That declaration from the ringleader of the villains made them all become shocked. "He's got another quirk?!" asked All Might in horror that made him think of the one person who he absolutely despised with his entire being.

"I never said he had only one! But I did tell you that Nomu has been created with the sole purpose of defeating you, All Might! He's the bio-engineered Anti-Symbol of Peace! There's no way you can beat my secret weapon!" Moving his gaze towards the new arrival, Shigaraki growled out his next words. "And you! What are you, a follower of All Might with your 'smashes'?! It doesn't matter cause I'm gonna kill you too! You think you're some hero getting rid of those useless NPCs? You dropping in on this level is only delaying the inevitable!"

All Might moved to stand in front of Izuku as he got back into a fighting stance. "You'll have to go through me first, villain! Now that I know what your monster is capable of and the rest of your posse is taken care of, you won't catch me off guard again!" Izuku made to join him but All Might held his hand out to the side. "No, I got this. Check on them and protect them while taking them to the entrance. I'll handle the three and make sure they don't block your path." Knowing Izuku was about to say something, All Might turned to look at him before giving him a reassuring smile and a thumb's up.

Understanding him, Izuku nodded. "Alright. Just be careful All Might." Izuku kept his gaze on his favorite hero who nodded back at him before the pro hero blitzed once more towards the hulking Nomu who also advanced.

After watching their fight for a few seconds that consisted of exchanging ground shattering blows between one another that also kicked up high gusts of wind around them, Izuku turned towards the group and went up to them. He stopped in front of the two pros that were helped onto their feet and supported by their students. They were staring at Izuku and he couldn't help but redden slightly because of it. Luckily for him, it wasn't visible thanks to his helmet. "All Might said to escort you all towards the entrance. Do you need help getting there?" he asked them.

"We heard and we're okay," groaned out Vlad as he leaned against his two students. "You should check on Thirteen though."

Aizawa grumbled a bit before speaking. "We'll move together once she's stabilized." Moving his gaze towards the fighting, the underground hero continued speaking while also supported by his student. "I'll keep my eyes on that misty villain. He's the most troublesome one since he can open up warp gates anywhere."

"Understood, sir."

Moving away from them, Izuku moved to be on the other side of Thirteen and ended up in front of the sullen brunette while missing the looks he was getting from his peers. Lowering himself onto one knee, he looked at the girl's face and his eyes widened suddenly. It's the nice girl from the entrance exam! Shaking his head slightly, he refocused on what was going on and what he needed to do. "Hey, you alright?" he asked her.

"Thir-Thirteen…" said the brunette in a low and sullen tone while tears flowed down her cheeks.

Feeling horrible over seeing her so distraught, Izuku wanted to do something so he could help her. Knowing that the best thing for her is to get some direction from someone, he quickly decided on what needed to be done. Reaching into one of his pouches, he pulled out several pieces of gauze along with some medical tape. "Hey, help me help Thirteen."

"W-What?" she asked as she finally looked up towards him with a teary gaze.

"Hold the gauze on her back firmly so I can put the medical tape on," he told her with clear and precise directions in order to help her get back into control.

"O-Oh, o-okay."

The two went to work and though Thirteen groaned in pain that caused the girl to cry a little over it, Izuku kept working while keeping her focused on the job at hand. When they finally finished, he put away his remaining supplies back into his pouches. He then faced the girl and caught her attention once more before he spoke. "Hey, you did well but we need to go. You ready?" he asked her.

"Y-Yeah."

"Good. Let's go." Without waiting for a reply, Izuku picked up Thirteen into his arms, who groaned some more from the pain she was feeling while doing his best to not cause any unnecessary discomfort. Walking with the brunette who decided to walk with them with her attention on her favorite hero, they joined the others. "You guys ready to go?" he asked them.

"Yes but before we do, I need to know something," replied Aizawa without looking away from the ongoing fight and the other two villains. "If we were all weightless, could you get us to the entrance faster without losing much energy?" His question made them all become surprised before they looked at the green suited male.

Izuku didn't even think as he replied back while glancing towards the entrance. "Yeah. I can do that no problem."

"Good. Uraraka, do it once everyone gets a hand on him."

Knowing what her homeroom teacher was saying, Ochaco used her quirk on everyone there after they grabbed onto either his shoulders or arms. After making them all weightless, she then used the quirk on herself. The six of them began floating but didn't rise into the air because of holding onto the green suited male. The two girls would've noticed at how firm his muscles felt if they weren't in a life and death situation right now and their thoughts weren't all over the place.

After checking that they were all holding on to him, Izuku faced the stairs. "Alright, hold on tight!" he warned them before sprinting towards the stairs. Surprised yelps were let out in the beginning but went quiet as he reached the stairs. Within seconds, he climbed them and reached the top before coming to a stop near the now open entrance. "We're here."

"Release!" Pressing her fingertips together while saying that, Ochaco released her quirk's affects and they all dropped back down onto their feet.

"Good job you two," praised Aizawa.

"Thanks but we're not out of the words yet," remarked Izuku as he lowered Thirteen to the floor and Ochaco knelt down beside her.

"You're right. But first, did you run into two students outside the USJ?" asked Aizawa.

"Yes, sir. They told me and All Might everything while we were on our way here. All Might told them to get to Nezu and tell him what's going on. He then told me to catch up as soon as I could after I was able to convince him to let me come help out in some way."

His answer made Aizawa and Vlad understand and it just hit them who this young man is. They were impressed by his bravery and his commitment to help no matter what. And so were the others. "I see." Thinking quickly, the underground hero came to decision. "I hate to ask this of you, but can you do something else for us?" asked Aizawa.

Izuku didn't even hesitate as he replied back; "Of course."

"Find everyone else who've been scattered around the USJ. Find them, help them if needed and bring them here," said Aizawa.

"Wait, are you sure about this?" asked Vlad. "He might seem capable but…"

"Can you do it?" interrupted Aizawa as he looked at his peer. "I can barely function enough to use my quirk for a little while longer and I know that mist bastard will try something sooner or later. And you can barely stand on your own two feet. But we need to find our students and get them to safety as soon as possible."

"I know but still, we can't risk him too! Plus I'll be good to go in a few minutes!"

"Even if that was true, we can't waste any more time. If that oaf let him come here, as much as I don't agree with him most of the time, then that means he should be somewhat capable at the very least." Turning back towards the one he was speaking to at first, Aizawa continued. "Are you capable or am I just crazy here and making an unnecessary, potentially stupid decision?" he asked him.

Izuku lifted the visor on his helmet so he could look at the pro hero directly. "I am capable, sir," replied back Izuku seriously and confidently.

Aizawa locked his eyes with the young man for a couple seconds, trying to find some hint of him just acting brave. Unable to find anything, he nodded his head curtly. "Alright. There should be thirty three more students and one of our colleagues, Midnight. Just find them and bring them here if you can. Don't get into any unnecessary danger if you can help it. There's six different areas here that each of them have their own disaster scenario. It might even help or hinder you."

Izuku felt worry and concern fill him over hearing that many of his peers and even one of his training mentors was in trouble. Lowering his visor back down, Izuku then nodded. "Understood, sir." Moving towards the start of the stairs, he looked over the area and found the six different disaster zones. Thinking for a few seconds, he decided to go in a clockwise direction throughout the facility.

Okay, let's do this! I just hope everyone's okay and that I find them fast! Activating his quirk, red glowing veins appeared all over his body before they faded away only to be replaced with lightly colored greenish blue electricity arcing around him every few seconds. Soon afterwards, he became a blur as he sped away in the direction of one of the disaster zones closest to them.

After he left, most of them glanced at one another before facing the central plaza while thinking many different things. They thought about the others and whether they were still alive and alright. They thought about All Might and how he was fighting against a very dangerous bio-weapon with two more potentially also dangerous villains just nearby. And they also thought about this young man in the green suit. Though the teachers knew who he is now after the information they were given since it made sense, their students didn't. Yet they were all impressed by his actions and behavior.

However, one from their group was lost in her thoughts and whirlwind of emotions. When she saw the red glowing veins and the greenish blue electricity arcing around him, Ochaco's eyes grew wide as she let out a quiet gasp that no one noticed before becoming frozen from shock. Because the moment she saw that, she knew exactly who he is. The one who saved her during the entrance exam and had helped out several of her friends, had once again made it just in time from God knows where to save her once more as well as the rest of her current group.

Her many thoughts slowly became less and less while her erratic feelings died down as another began to surface. At the end of it, Ochaco was left feeling something that she had an idea of what it was but didn't want to focus on it just yet because it wasn't the right time. Instead, she decided to focus on what was happening around her at the moment since she needed to be aware. But every now and then, as she and the rest of her group waited for All Might to triumph over their invaders and for the young man to bring back everyone who was transported away, her mind kept wandering towards him. She couldn't help but think about him…about Izuku Midoriya…
