THE BLUE SPIRIT
CHAPTER 59 – Righteous Fury
"Incredible…" That was the only thing that Charles Goodshow, the president of the Pokemon League, could say after watching what the challenger just did against five champions. He couldn't believe how his lone pokemon basically took out three champion level pokemon at once. And it was a Pikachu at that! How such a small, normally borderline below average pokemon, be able to take down three naturally powerfully pokemon that were close to the strengths of lower tier legendaries. It was inconceivable. No matter how he looked at it, the president couldn't believe it.
With his eyes glued onto the continuing match, he had forgotten about the food he ordered, which was getting cold that was sitting on the table in front of him. He watched how Dragonite and Garchomp did a team move that tripped up the yellow mouse and dealt major damage. And yet Pikachu still didn't give up, rising back up onto his feet. To Goodshow, it was nothing short of mesmerizing. To see such willpower and spirit. Nothing seemed to be able to take his attention away from the outstanding match as he continued to watch.
Sudden static was heard in the VIP room until a low tone of voice spoke in broken words. If it wasn't for the fact the room was dead silent, no one would've heard it. Snapping his attention to it immediately, Goodshow's eyes widened as his heart hammered. "Natalie…" Hearing the last few words from her, he then heard some static before silence enveloped the room once more. Frozen for a moment, the president couldn't believe what he heard. He thought why she would say such things when Lord Arceus told them personally that nothing was going to happen.
A roar let out by the blue land shark caught his attention and he looked into the field in time to see the Sinnoh champion's pokemon drop to the floor with the referee calling the match in favor of the challenger. Goodshow got off the couch and moved towards the windows as the people cheered at the end of the battle. With his sight first on the gathering champions and guardian in the middle of the field, his eyes then started moving all over the stadium.
Not seeing anything out of the ordinary, he randomly looked upwards. Landing on a sight above the stadium in the air, Goodshow had a shocked expression form on his face. "Oh my Mew…" Not wasting another moment, the president hurried towards a corner of the VIP room where the self serving bar was. Reaching the console on the bar, he began initiating the emergency lockdown procedure for the stadium, thinking it best to defend the stadium against the attacking forces rather than have people running around in a panic. As the large steel doors closed in the stadium, Goodshow could hear the people's frightened screams in the stands. He was about to contact outside help but then the console short circuited all of a sudden. Knowing it was from the invaders, the elderly man cursed under his breath. He was now stuck in the VIP room with no way in or out.
Shaking with both fear and anger filling him, he slowly made his way towards the windows to view the stadium. Gritting his teeth with his shaking clenched fists held by his sides, he would only be able to watch things unfold just like before. A sudden blue glow appeared from the raven haired guardian, catching his attention but then his gaze moved to the suddenly attacking Rocket forces. Watching the chaos unleash in the stadium, the president could only watch in horror of the atrocities being committed in front of him while two thoughts went through his head over and over. One was about a lying god and the other was about the missing master…

Gathered together within the Hall of Origin, all the legendaries, bar the ones who have already partnered up with trainers, stood still over what they were seeing. For in front of them, a large viewing portal was showing the ongoing events of the second Rocket attack at the Spirit Tournament. The amount of carnage they were witnessing had frozen them in their spots, horrified at the level to which the evil doers would go to accomplish their goals.
Many within their group wanted to go and help fight against the Rockets to protect the innocent and assist the guardian who they owed themselves. Yet they were forbidden by their father, Arceus, who was watching it all with them. The Original One told them that they weren't allowed to aid in any shape or form because this was the time when the prophecy would be fulfilled. Though they understood his reasons and intentions, several of the legendaries still couldn't help but feel some anger and frustration over sitting out on the sidelines, unable to help the one who had helped them in the past.
As angry and frustrated they were feeling, it was nothing compared to a certain deity. Giratina was absolutely livid that he had to once again watch the last true aura guardian go up against all odds mounted against him. What's worse was the fact that he couldn't even fight with his full power because they were draining it away from him. It became so bad that right at the point when Rayquaza was taken out, the dragon and ghost deity of antimatter couldn't control himself any longer. His intense emotions causing his power to manifest, Giratina had a glowing outline appear around him of grey colored energy. The glow caused everyone in the Hall of Origin to tear their gaze away from the viewing portal and snap their attention onto him as he spoke with his telepathic powers. "That's it! No more! I will no longer stay here and do nothing!" he bellowed out, the glow around him brightening with flame like aura starting to emerge and flow around him.
"Brother, calm yourself! Stop!" called out the deity of space but he was ignored.
Moving towards his fellow deity to try and calm him, Palkia barely drew closer when he was swiftly pushed out of the way by Giratina's ghostly powers. "Do not attempt to stop me!" he yelled as he made to teleport from there to go to the stadium. But, nothing happened. "What the hell?!" burst out the antimatter pokemon before understanding dawned on him a split second later. Turning to face the white centaur like creature, he let out a snarl. "Damn it, let me go!" he roared, startling the others that he would be brazen enough to act in such a way towards their father.
"I will not," replied the creator of all simply, making the dragon ghost growl. But before his 'son' could say anything else, Arceus spoke again. "Be silent and watch; Mewtwo has arrived."
Those words made Giratina stop and turn his gaze back to the viewing portal in time to see a purple glowing sphere slam into the advancing three headed dragon. Giratina's glow vanished and he stood transfixed, as were they all besides their father, at the sudden arrival. They watched as Mewtwo began his onslaught and then soon afterwards, the rest of the guardian's pokemon arrived. The battle against the Rockets resumed with a vengeance led by the new arrivals. They watched them fighting. They watched the Rockets on the outside of the stadium attempting to break through. They watched as one of them, a woman with blonde hair, after helping the outside forces for a bit, flew back into the stadium and had her pokemon engage many others while using them to cover her movements.
Viewing the battle from many different perspectives with transfixed gazes once more, the inhabitants of the Hall of Origin were still filled to the brim with many different emotions at once. Anytime they saw the innocents become hurt, whether pokemon or human, they felt sadness and anger. But whenever any of the invaders, especially the more powerful mutated ones, were taken down, they barely restrained themselves from cheering out loud. No matter what happened though, the continuing fight was even on both sides for the moment.
That is, until too many losses began to pile up against the trainers even with the support of the guardian's pokemon. They just weren't strong enough to keep up the pressure against the vast number of invaders and as a result, many were defeated. The mutated pokemon they were up against went to join the rest and ganged up against the remaining trainers. Slowly, the once even battle began to sway more towards the Rockets once more as many trainers were taken out of the fight. Even the elites and champions, along with the guardian's group, were starting to become overwhelmed from sheer numbers and had many of their pokemon taken down without mercy.
Watching in horror as everyone in the stadium suffered more defeat and casualties, many were having a difficult time in restraining themselves from letting out sounds of anger. Horrified over the brutality of the attackers, they wondered just how much more the defenders can endure. It came to the point that very few outside of the guardian's pokemon were still able to fight And yet, even his pokemon suffered losses and their numbers dwindled as the fighting continued. Especially when it came to witnessing several of their siblings fall in combat. The legendary birds of Kanto were the first to fall. Even though they had taken down many of their enemies with their respective powers by electrocuting them to a crisp, freezing them solid and just outright burning them into ashes. And yet, even after dispatching dozens of them in the air, there were still so many left to fight that they were having a hard time in continuing with exhaustion taking its toll on them. And because of that, the three elemental titans of the skies were taken down with sheer numbers against them, overcoming their usual constant barriers of their respective elements. Many in the Hall of Origin cried out in shock when they viewed them fall out of the skies and landed somewhere in the middle of the surrounding forests near the stadium.
Roars of rage were let out by them all in that hidden area outside of space time. They weren't even allowed to fully unleash their frustration when they saw more of the guardian's pokemon fall. Blaziken, Haxorus, Umbreon, Froslass, Flygon and many more fell along with several more legendaries. From the trainer named Tobias, who had many of his get taken out, barely having Darkrai and Deoxys left to battle, to the legendary beasts of Johto along with the victory pokemon as they performed a last ditch combo move together. Victini had given Entei, Raikou and Suicune each a energy boost with his own powers before the three each took out a almost a dozen combatants with it before succumbing to unconsciousness.
Watching more of their siblings fall at the hands of the Rockets had made them all shake with anger as they stood in the Hall of Origin. But again, it was only one who let loose his rage physically, his grey colored aura emerging from his body. "That's it! I've had enough!" bellowed Giratina vehemently. Turning around to face Arceus, the antimatter pokemon locked his eyes with his fathers. "Let me go and help! Now!" he demanded, knowing he was being prevented from doing so.
Arceus didn't do or say anything other than lowering his sight towards the floor for a moment as he let out a sigh. Lifting his head back up, he then rose from his golden throne and locked his now glowing white eyes onto Giratina as they narrowed. "I'm growing tired of this. I've told you we cannot help! Now stop this childish tantrum and do not make me subdue you again!" warned the Original One with slight anger in his tone.
Almost everyone there backed away from the annoyed creator at this point, concern and worry plastered on their faces. Except for Giratina, who instead growled in response as the grey glow around him brightened before it began to swirl around him rapidly. "I don't care, damn you! This isn't right! We all know this! You've done enough of forcing things to happen and yet you continue to do so! I will not just sit idly by any longer! And you will let me go or else!" roared the dragon ghost, his aura being so strong that it started causing cracks to form in the pillars around the Hall of Origin. The other legendaries and even his fellow deity brothers moved even further away from him while simultaneously sporting astonished expressions on their faces due to his brazen act.
"Did you forget the last time you tried to go against me?" asked Arceus rhetorically but all he got was more growling. "So be it. You leave me no choice!" replied Arceus coldly as he activated his powers, creating a protective barrier around all the other legendaries and deities before focusing on his rebellious son.
Girataina however acted quickly and took advantage of his father's momentary vulnerability as he launched a powerful Hyper Beam that struck against the white centaur like being. A massive explosion rocked the Hall of Origin, obliterating several of the hall's pillars and walls while covering the area in smoke. If the other pokemon there weren't protected, they too would've sported serious injuries. Panting some from his attack, Giratina made to fire another one, knowing his father wouldn't be taken down with just one shot. Charging up another attack, he was about to fire again when multiple golden spear-like limbs burst out from within the smoke and slammed into him. Pushing him from his spot with such strength they sent the antimatter pokemon sailing through the air before crashing into the wall. Immediately afterward, the golden limbs struck him again and again so rapidly that Giratina had no chance to counter or even maneuver out of the way at all.
After several more seconds of relentlessly attacking, the golden limbs retracted back to their host now visible with the smoke cleared out and took their original shape around his body. Giratina groaned in anguish, the pain overwhelming and was barely standing. Yet his eyes still held defiant anger and he wouldn't drop his gaze from his attacker who took this moment to speak again. "Do you want to continue this pointless endeavor of yours once more?" No response other than a low growl. Another sigh was let go of the Alpha pokemon. "Damn it, I don't like doing this! You thick headed, stubborn child! You know what must be done! I've explained to you several times and yet you still defy me and act on your own whims at every turn. Enough is enough! I will not tolerate this anymore but I will give you one final chance. Now, swear that you will stop this and I will allow you to stay to continue watching with us." More growls were released from his defiant son and this time, Arceus growled back as his eyes narrowed. "Fine. Have it your way then." His eyes glowing a bright white, Giratina was encased in a white transparent shield, which then rose up into the air, carrying its captive along with it. "Remember, I gave you a chance my child. But you had to make things difficult. You will remember your place and that my word is law. This is your punishment."
Giratina tried to summon his powers but he was weakened severely and it didn't help either that he was being prevented from doing so. Knowing he wasn't going to be able to do anything in order to get free, he did the only thing he could; he glared at his father with an intense gaze. "I will never apologize for trying to help someone! Especially when that someone has helped me and many others without ever asking for something in return! Whatever outcome comes from this, I hope it's to your liking with yoru compulsive need to control everything! Regret is a powerful and nasty thing!" spat Giratina with venom and said no more.
Arceus continued with his actions without any hesitation and Giratina was suddenly engulfed with explosive energy within the shield that was enough to knock him unconscious. With his rebellious son subdued, the Original One then had him teleported to a pocket dimension in a stasis, so as to keep him from acting up again. At least not anytime soon. When finished with that, Arceus repaired the Hall of Origin back to its original spotless look and dismissed the protective barriers around the others. Returning to his golden throne, he then sat down and turned his gaze towards the viewing portal to continue watching.
Acting as if nothing happened because of fear and several other emotions spiraling around within them, the legendaries of the world there and the two other deity pokemon moved to face the viewing portal again. Yet, each one of them was thinking of what just happened and couldn't believe it. As much as they were filled with conflicting emotions and feelings, they dared not act against their father, or even question his methods. Both out of fear because of what they saw their father do and that they believed in the prophecy as well, which was the only thing that gave them hope that all of this would be worth it.

Anger. Confusion. Disappointment. Fear. Sadness. Worry.
Most people wouldn't be able to have even a couple of emotions shown with their eyes, especially at the same time. Yet those were the feelings that were displayed through the brown eyes of the raven haired guardian as he looked into the eyes of the woman he held in his arms who slowly lost consciousness. The last thing that she saw were those emotions, displayed for all to see in his eyes with no shame. The same eyes that had captivated her from the very first moment she looked into them. And though she didn't know herself what was happening, she thought that if this truly was her last moments, then she wouldn't mind it for she would be leaving the world with those brown eyes being the last thing she saw, until darkness enveloped her vision.
At least, that's what Natasha Dobrev, the former executive of Team Rocket, thought as she mysteriously fell into a coma. Right before she lost consciousness, the red head thought she was dying, but instead, found out later that she was in a coma. And how did she learn of this? Because the moment she fell into it, her consciousness awoke in some other place and it didn't take her too long to figure it out. At first, she couldn't see anything around her except for a darkened void. Initially confused and having no idea at all as to where she was or what kind of state she was in, the red head was at a loss over what happened while filling up with many different feelings, the strongest of which were fear and anxiety. Screaming into the void and then running into the void in random directions did nothing to help her. Nothing she did helped her to find out what sort of predicament she was in.
Until she heard voices. Voices that sounded familiar but she could only hear bits and pieces. When that first started, her belief was that she was in some sort of ghostly world, hearing the spirits and souls of the dead around her. That is until the voices became clearer and the words she heard were spoken by several people she knew. And she knew they weren't dead at all. At least not yet and that also assisted her in remembering what had occurred recently.
Her confession to the raven haired guardian about who she really was, what Team Rocket was planning and everything else in between. How she revealed that he showed her a life that she thought couldn't exist and now that she had a taste of it, she never wanted to let it go. And she also remembered how she was about to reveal the big secret of Team Rocket and that's when she started becoming weak and dazed before succumbing to darkness.
Am…Am I really in a coma? She asked to herself in that place. Looking around, she could see nothing and hear nothing. "Damn it!" she burst out saying because of her frustration into the area. And that was another thing that clued her in into her state of being. She was able to talk out loud. It surprised her to the point where her eyes widened and she grabbed her own throat in surprise, subconsciously checking the body part. "I can talk?" she asked to no one in particular yet answered herself immediately afterwards. "I can talk!" she said happily into the void.
Her happiness however quickly dissipated, knowing and remembering that she was all alone with no one to hear her. "Great. I get my voice back, and no one is around. Not even him…" As she said this, the image of the raven haired guardian appeared in front of her, making her let out a cry of shock. "Ash?!" she yelped before quickly running to him to tackle him into a hug. However, she just sailed right through him and crashed onto the floor. Astonished, she quickly looked back and saw his image fade away into nothingness. "No, come back!" she shouted out into the empty area as she extended out a hand towards him but nothing happened. Her eyes immediately filled with water but for some reason, no tears fell. "Ash…" whispered the red head, staring at the spot that he vanished from.
A moment later, she heard his voice and she looked around wildly. "Ash?! ASH! Where are you?!" she yelled into the area. As if to answer her, she could hear his voice more clearly, yet she became worried as she once again heard only bits and pieces. Hearing him say things like being blind, making mistakes, not being worthy and much more was making her heart beat faster. "ASH!" she called out into the void after hearing him speak more words before silence once again filled the area. Again she was met with no response.
Natasha could do nothing except run towards the endless darkness she was in, scream out her feelings and dry sob while cursing out a storm as she was all alone in the area. That continued on for a while until she couldn't do it anymore. Dropping to her hands and knees, she just stayed in that position while breathing erratically, her heart hammering. Slowly getting her breath back, she then leaned backwards and sat down on the darkness's floor. Drawing up her knees to her chest, she wrapped her arms around them and buried her face into the crook of her knees.
Natasha remained in that position for a long, long time. But whenever she heard her savior's voice, she reacted each time. Looking up to see if he was around, she lowered her gaze back down after learning he wasn't there. She did hear other voices from time to time as well, some of which she realized belonged to the kind mother, Delia. However, she didn't react to her at all. Not even when she started hearing some words from the doctor or nurse. Not even the new girl in the room at one point whose voice she wasn't too familiar with but judging from the way she spoke, assumed she knew the raven haired guardian. None of their words or voices could garner a reaction from her. Only the raven haired guardian could do so.
Well, that's the way it was, until she heard another voice. It was one that she disliked and then sometime later, a voice that she absolutely despised. When she heard the first voice speak, she snapped her gaze up before looking around frantically. "John?! How the hell did he know where I am?! What's he doing here?!" she asked herself but as soon as the question was spoken, an answer came to her immediately. "I know…tie up loose ends." She wondered how he was going to do that and some more fear filled her but she couldn't do anything about it. However, when she heard the one person's voice who she definitely didn't want to hear at all, she actually stood up from her position and yelled. "Domino?! No! No, no, no! Fuck you! Stay away from me you god damn bitch!" Hearing Domino's voice say words here and there and remembering what John's voice had said, made her realize a few other things; John was supposed to finish her off after he had his way with her or Domino would complete the job if he didn't or couldn't and that she was going to lead their next attack against the league and her savior.
After hearing and understanding all that, Natasha didn't just wait around idly. Screaming out into the void at first, she then began running down in one direction towards whatever end she could find for a while yet found nothing. When that failed, she dropped to the ground and tried to dig through the floor of darkness. That too produced no result. Growling in frustration, she stood up and began swiping the very space around her, as if trying to hit an invisible adversary. "Damn it! I need to get out of here! I need out! Let me out! Let me out so I can go to the one who saved me so I can save him! Let me out! LET ME OUT! LET ME OUT! LET ME OUT!" she screamed, getting louder and louder, out into the abyss before dropping to her hands and knees once more. "Please…let me go…" she said quietly in a sob as a single tear was able to finally escape and rolled down her cheek.
"If I do help to let you go, what would you do with your new found freedom?"
A new voice, which sounded soft and angelic like yet brimming with power, spoke up from the darkness around her that caused the red head to instantly freeze up with multiple emotions filling her. "Wh-Who said t-that?" she asked back in a whisper, her gaze still down, afraid to look around in case she was going crazy.
Nothing answered for a moment that started making Natasha feel as if she had gone crazy. Until the voice spoke again and she realized she wasn't imagining it. "I repeat, if I do help you go, what would you do?"
"Where are you?" asked Natasha, choosing to not answer before looking up and looked around her to find the source of the voice.
"If you make me repeat the question again, I will not help you, no matter what you say," remarked the voice in an agitated tone.
Natasha's heart skipped a beat, while swallowing the saliva that accumulated in her mouth before attempting to respond. "I will…I…"
"If I were you, I'd hurry up. Certain things are beginning to happen," informed the voice. At that moment, the voice of the pilot that the red head disliked was heard once more but this time no words were heard that she could understand. "Actually, looks like it's started already. You're time is running out. If no answer is made, I will leave in ten seconds and you'll lose this offer forever. Then, you'll have to wait till Arceus knows when you'll come back. That is, if you're still alive that is…"
Scared after hearing that, that fear pushed Natasha to speak. "I…I want to be…f-free…so I can s-save him," she told the voice.
A moment's silence before it spoke again. "Save who?" asked the voice.
"The guardian," answered the red head without hesitation.
"Which guardian?"
"The aura guardian!"
"Which aura guardian?"
"Ash Ketchum!" answered Natasha with frustration in her tone, standing up with her hands clenching into fists at her sides. "You must let me go so I can help him!"
"Help him with what?" asked the voice.
She growled at that in annoyance before answering in a forced calm tone of voice. "Help him overcome the next attack from Team Rocket!"
"Really? Is that why you want to be free? Or is it because you don't want to be violated again before you are to be killed," questioned the voice with no emotion.
Natasha's heart beat a little faster over that and she took a second to control her breathing before answering. "It's true I don't want to be…violated again…" She shook as a shudder went through her because of saying that before she could continue. "But I also don't want him to die. I want to get free so I can go to him and help him. Just like he did for me…" Her voice trailed off as she thought of her savior.
Silence in the dark area for another moment. "I see. And how would you do that? How would you help him?" asked the voice calmly.
That new question made the red head give pause. She hadn't really thought about how she would. Thinking it over for a short while, she then spoke. "I don't know. But I'll do whatever I can to help and protect him," she told the voice with conviction.
"And would he want that from you?" asked the voice, making her target frown in response. "And if he does, would you be able to deliver? You? A broken, impure woman? One who was, until recently, part of the very group trying to take him out? One who believes in none of the seven beliefs of a guardian? What could you possibly do for him that his beloved cannot?" asked the voice.
Hearing those words, the very same ones she had said to herself before, was like someone stabbing her with a jagged knife and twisting it while in her, causing her to look down at her feet, trembling in her spot. Yet she still persevered as his image formed in her mind once more. "I may not fully believe in the seven beliefs of a guardian…but I believe in him. And I'll do anything and everything that he wants and needs of me no matter what. Because…I…I…he deserves it," she answered the voice quietly.
Not responding back immediately, the voice spoke again after a few seconds. "Is there no other reason why you want to do this? And be honest with me."
Beating rapidly, the red head's heart could be heard in the quiet void as the image of the raven haired guardian smiled at her in her mind's eye. "I…I…" Shaking her head a bit, she then took in a breath before speaking once more. "It's also because…I've fallen for him."
Short silence between the woman and the voice before the voice continued speaking. "Is that so?" A nod was given from the red head in reply. "Even if you are judged by others? Even if you will be forced to watch him be happy with his beloved and not with you? Even if you will never be close to him? Even if he will never reciprocate your love in that way? Even if he has a good life in the light while you will probably remain in the shadows for the rest of your life? Even with all those things and possibly others, you would still do anything and everything that he wants and needs from you? No matter what?" asked the voice in a rather condescending tone with clear words and waited for the red head's answer.
Natasha felt a little angry over the tone of voice but she didn't even have to think before she replied back. "Yes, because he's the only one who ever treated me with care and respect. He has shown me another way to live. He did all that without asking anything in return. Because of all of that, no matter what he does, even if he only wants me around for missions or help…though it'll hurt…I will gladly do what he asks of me with no hesitation," she said as she raised her gaze and glared at the darkness in front of her. "Because he's worth it and he deserves to be happy," she added on a second later.
No sound for a short while until Natasha got a reply. "Is that so? Well, one last question…would you die for him?" questioned the voice in a serious tone.
Not expecting that question at all, the red head's eyebrows rose, a reaction due to her surprise. But after a moment's pause, she responded back with complete honesty. "Yes."
"Good. In that case, I will help you get out of here," replied back the voice immediately with a tone of approval.
Natasha was blindsided by the sudden changing of tones for a bit before snapping out of it. "How will you help me?"
"This isn't my doing," said the voice and before the red head could speak, it continued. "Your sudden falling into a coma was done as a necessity that-"
"Necessity? By who? And why?" asked the red head with alarm and confusion.
"Don't ask, it's too long to explain, you don't really need to know and stop interrupting me!" shot the voice with irritation and the red head gulped before going silent at once and remained so. "Good. Now, as I was saying…It was done as a necessity by a certain being but I don't believe it to be so. Let's just say that there was a plan, but that plan has been shot to pieces and barely holds any water right now. Except for one part of it. But that's not important right now. That is why I am here now, to try and salvage the situation. Anyways, a rather long story short, I can send you back but there is something that you must do for me."
"Anything!" snapped Natasha without hesitation.
If the voice's form could be seen, the red head would've seen a large grin from on the being it belonged to. "Good. That's what I wanted to hear. What I want you to do is this; go back, help them fight against the attack, seek forgiveness, do whatever it takes to get back into his and his group's good side. And afterwards, you will help in whatever he does and help him understand and deal with the darkness of the world since you are so experienced with it." Natasha winced over that but couldn't argue. Nodding solemnly, the red head knew she had a point. "And be prepared for many will not take your…appearance well. You will probably be ridiculed, singled out, discriminated against and perhaps much more. I must ask you this again; are you willing to go through all that if and when it arises? Or should I cancel this offer and grant mercy on you by sending you on your way to the afterlife?" questioned the voice in a rather calm manner.
"I don't care," answered Natasha as her expression was that of seriousness, though her heart was beating like mad. "As long as I can help him and be around him, I don't care about anything else."
"Hmph," regarded the voice. "Very well then. Prepare yourself!" said the voice suddenly as the darkness was beginning to fade as a bright light began to shine in the area, startling the red head. "I will send you back now and will grant you a little bit of power to boost your recovery. With that, it'll give you a little extra strength so you can overcome the initial challenges before heading to where your charge will be. I'm counting on you! Now, go and don't fail him!" said the voice. The light became so bright, that Natasha had to shield her eyes with her arms as the light engulfed the area and washed over her while feeling absolutely nothing.

The pilot of Team Rocket was on top of a comatose red haired woman, the one who was the object of his obsession for a very long time. Having his way with her the way he had always dreamed of, John was having the time of his life. He was feeling so ecstatic, so happy and so filled with triumphant feelings that he didn't notice the medical equipment that portrayed their host's vitals change little by little. He was too wrapped up in his own little world, savoring the feeling of having that which he wanted for so long. He was finally with her, making love to the woman of his fantasies after so long. Ah yes, it feels so good to be inside her! I've wondered how it would be to finally have you like this! Even not awake for this, her body still feels so amazing! He kept up his lust filled actions, pumping into the comatose female without any feeling of shame. His hands roaming all over her body while grabbing her breasts and playing with them, he couldn't get enough. Looking at her expressionless face, he lowered his body a little, planning on tasting her lips once more. "I wish you were awake for this Natasha. At least then you could've enjoyed it too." He finished saying that before tasting her lips once more, not noticing the vitals shown still changing.
As he continued his lecherous actions with no hesitation, the red haired woman he was abusing and violating was starting to wake up. In the beginning moments, Natasha was still out of it, her mind working to catch up to what was occurring while also gradually regaining her senses. A short time passed with nothing happening until the red head started to become aware of multiple things all at once. The first thing she realized was that she was lying down on some sort of bed. Next, she felt her body begin to awaken, with her muscles twitching and her mind being assaulted with several sensations. It only took a short while afterwards for her to understand what they were. Some were from the sensors attacked to her to allow the medical equipment to monitor her vitals. But the remaining sensations were what made her heart begin to beat rapidly, putting the pieces together. And as soon as she figured it out, she snapped open her eyes, realizing what was going on before glaring at the perpetrator.
John was barely a couple of inches away from her face as he took a break from kissing her and was about to lower his gaze to her breasts to taste them again when something happened that made him freeze in mid thrust. A chill went running down his spine at what he then saw. Eyes that shouldn't be moving at all had snapped open, with red pupils locked onto his before the eyes narrowed onto him with anger. "N-Natasha?!" squeaked out John before opening his mouth to say more.
He never got the chance. A right handed punch landed solidly against his chin, causing his head to turn roughly to the side as he yelped out in pain. Another punch landed against his cheek next, this time from the left. "Ah!" he cried out as a bloody tooth flew out while he turned his head to the opposite side this time. He leaned backwards, creating distance to avoid another possible punch but also filled up with anger at the same time. "Stop it!" he screamed angrily as he moved his gaze towards the now conscious female while raising his right fist to strike back.
His command was not listened to and he reacted too slowly however as all of a sudden, the sole of the woman's right foot connected squarely against his face. He howled in pain and was forced to move backwards off of her and the bed, causing him to disconnect from the lying red head. Stabilizing himself, the man held his broken nose that was gushing blood with both hands, his eyes watering. "Damn it! You've b-broken my nose you damn bitch!" He coughed out some blood while attempting to gather himself. "How?! How are you a-awake?! How are you e-even able to m-move around so easily after d-days in bed?!" He lowered his bloodied hands a bit and looked forward in time to see a right hook thrown his way. Smashing against his face, his head jerked to the side roughly, making his body follow after him. Stumbling to the side, he then crashed into the nearby wall. Letting out a grunt of pain, he used the wall to stand up straight, still bleeding from his nose and turned his gaze back to his once victim now attacker. He opened his mouth but then closed it right after due to an uppercut to his chin forcing his head backwards, which then bounced off the wall. Disoriented, he wasn't able to prepare at all for the most excruciating pain he's ever felt in his life that coursed throughout his body as a sharp kick was thrown right to his scrotum.
Letting out a shrill scream from it, his screaming was stopped suddenly when a pair of hands clasped around his throat and applied pressure. Weakened by the ruthless assault, the man was unable to do much against the strangling, his body losing strength quickly. "S-Stop…y-you c-can't…" He raised his trembling hands, doing his best to ignore all the pain he was feeling, and was barely able to grasp his choker's wrists. He tried to pry them off but was unsuccessful. Even when he kept trying, he made no progress. "P-Please…s-stop…I l-love y-you…T-Tasha…"
Hearing him say those words along with that hated nickname he used for her and still reeling over the fact that he was violating her while she was unconscious, made Natasha absolutely livid. She began choking John with all the strength she could muster, her fingernails digging into the skin that drew blood. She didn't care at all that she was still in the nude, that some of the sensors were still attached to her or that they were in a hospital room and somebody could walk in to this. All she cared about at that moment was ending the pitiful life of the garbage with legs in front of her. Relishing in her vengeance, she heard him making choking sounds with his eyes turning bloodshot while his hands trembled. How dare you! Even knowing what I went through, you still went through with violating me when I was comatose! You say you love me… She shuddered at even thinking that yet kept her hold on him. …yet you use me and plan to kill me! You really are a vile, disgusting piece of shit! And helping Team Rocket go after the man who I have come to cherish above all else! Damn you! Damn you to hell! You don't deserve to live! You will die, right here and now by my hands! You will never again have an opportunity to hurt me or hurt him ever again! She could feel the pulse slowing within her hands as she kept choking him, feeling his throat getting crushed within her hands. Rot and burn in hell for the rest of time! DIE! That final word she screamed hatefully towards him within her mind.
During the last moments of his life as darkness began to creep into his sight, he thought of how he couldn't believe what just happened. But he realized something near the end and that made him widen his reddening eyes slightly.
His desire had come true.
The wish or fantasy he had that he told the very same red head who it concerned and who was now seconds away from killing him. As long as you do it with your bare hands, I'll die happily. Maybe give me a night of pure bliss before that and I would gladly welcome it with open arms. Remembering those words he spoke on that day, his heart beating rapidly in defiance of oncoming death, he struggled a bit against her grip but was unsuccessful. Even when he used most of his remaining energy to strike her in the lower abdomen, it did nothing to stop her. How?! Why?! No answer was given or found as darkness completely filled his eyes before they rolled into the back of his head with a few last sputtering breaths escaping him.
Natasha held on for a few more seconds before letting go but didn't stop there. Right after letting go of his throat, she grabbed his head with both hands and then snapped his neck for added insurance that he was completely gone. The lifeless body dropped to the floor in a heap. Glaring at the corpse, she felt no remorse over her action at all. Turning away from the eyesore, Natasha looked around the room, trying to see what she could use. It was then she realized that she was still connected to some of the medical equipment, the sensors still on her. Disconnecting them and removing them off of her, she then glanced around for some clothing apparel. Finding the dead man's clothes on a nearby chair, she frowned. I'd rather stay in the nude than wear that pig's clothes. Moving quickly around in her room, she found a hospital gown and wore it. Better than nothing, I guess. Once dressed with the gown, she rummaged in the storage cupboards and found nothing that could be useful. Afterwards, Natasha headed to her room door.
Opening the door cautiously and slightly, it was still enough for her to hear faint sounds of blasts, yelling and more, helping her learn what was going on. She remembered some more words said by the voice then. Some things are already happening. Heart beating faster, Natasha understood now that the Rocket attack had commenced and that was why she woke up to John violating her. He was probably supposed to kill her but wanted to have some fun before doing so. She shuddered in her place over remembering what he just did to her. It took her a few times of taking in a deep breath and exhaling it to calm herself, forcing her mind to land onto the person who matters most to her. An image of a raven haired young man appeared in her mind, allowing her to collect herself. Doesn't matter what happened now. It's over and done with and that piece of shit is gone forever. What I need to focus on now is getting to Ash. I just need to be careful but I also can't hesitate. Opening the door completely, she took in one more breath and began her mission.
Moving through the area, Natasha kept close to the wall as she drew closer to the area where the sounds were coming from. She caught some words such as 'monster', 'guardian' and several other words. Are Ash's pokemon here too? That question popped in her head and the moment it did, she felt her heart beat quicker and emotion fill her as she realized something. Even with him finding out who she really was, he was still protecting her. Ash... A sudden muffled blast was heard as the building shook, making her refocus as she stabilized herself so she wouldn't fall. Shit, what was that?! Screams and shouts were heard and she cautiously hurried along. Rounding a corner, she stopped after taking a few steps at what she saw occurring in the lobby of the hospital.
Several pokemon were fighting together against a blue ninja frog while a round pink pokemon was protecting a nurse along with several people by covering them all with a protective barrier. I knew it; he did leave his pokemon here! Natasha moved to a stretcher that had fallen on its side and crouched behind it to conceal herself. Looking over the fighting, she quickly took in the situation. The pokemon fighting against Greninja and bombarding Blissey's shield were mutated, since she could see they were larger than average and could see their darkened red spots. Several unconscious bodies of mutated pokemon were lying all over the ruined lobby along with several normal looking pokemon. Glancing around again, Natasha then noticed that there wasn't anyone else around except for those within the barrier. Some of them were unconscious while others were injured, sporting cuts and bruises. Natasha assumed that Blissey must've gathered them there to protect them all.
"Damn it! What are you doing?! Take that damn frog down now!" yelled one of the Team Rocket persons, who was wearing a white version of the uniform.
Natasha moved her sight towards him and saw one of her old fellow executives, Petral, ordering the rest. Fuck! That shit's here! Keeping watch for the moment, she saw the remaining Rockets were getting their pokemon in line to fire off attacks together. Oh shit! Her eyes landing onto the pokemon she had grown to like, Natasha realized he was exhausted, hunched over and bleeding from multiple injuries. I need to do something! But what? Thinking furiously, Natasha tried to come up with a plan but wasn't able to think of anything before their attacks launched. NO! Screaming that in her mind, the red head could only watch as Greninja just stood there waiting to receive the attacks.
At the last second however, the ninja frog disappeared from sight and reappeared behind the mutated pokemon and let loose a point blank Hydro Pump at them. Pressurized torrent of water collided against the mutated pokemon and sent them flying into the walls, blasting them through several layers and causing more destruction. "Useless! All of you fucks! I'll handle this!" shouted Petral as he pushed aside a couple of the grunts with him, taking out his gun and aimed at the water type. Greninja split into a dozen copies and though the executive fired at each one, the bullets only went through copies. Running out of bullets in the clip right when only a single blue frog was left, he yelled in frustration. "Ah! Damn you, you piece of shit! You won't get the best of me!" Lost in anger, Petral took out an electrified baton and jumped at the water type with the baton held over his head. But he was never able to swing it down as a webbed foot connected against his side and the Rocket executive was thrown from the force towards the side wall. Crashing against it, he slid down unconscious and didn't move.
As Greninja dodged a sudden attack from one of the mutated pokemon and continued fighting even in his exhausted state, Natasha looked at the downed Rocket near her. Some blood was trickling out from his head and she didn't know if he was just knocked out or dead. Either way, she didn't care about that for she knew she would have to most likely kill them when she fought them in order to get to her goal. Checking over the Rocket, she found a few items that she could use herself and reached for them.
Greninja jumped away backwards to avoid a sudden slashing attack from one of the mutated pokemon and landed harshly on his feet. Wincing over it and panting heavily, he wondered how much longer he could keep this up. He had tried to contact his trainer but had no luck. Even attempting to communicate with the psychic feline, he wasn't able to. It stunned him, making him fill up with worry yet continued his duty of protecting the red head and all the other innocents here. He had help of course from the few trainers and people who were there in the hospital but unfortunately, they weren't able to do much. Their pokemon weren't able to combat the mutated pokemon and were quickly taken cared of after barely being able to knock out a couple of their opponents. If it wasn't for his comrade in arms Blissey, Greninja would've been overwhelmed a long time ago. The pink pokemon's healing abilities and long range support moves were a big help in balancing out the odds somewhat. But even so, both of them were well beyond their limits. Having looked at her for a split second before returning his sight back onto the vile group, Greninja knew that it was only a matter of time until both of them were done in and then, who knew what would happen to everyone at the hospital.
"Hahahaha," laughed one of the Rockets, who was a young woman with short dark hair, making Greninja lock his eyes onto her. "It's over. I can tell that you're on your last legs." Grimacing at that, the water type didn't move or make a sound as the mutated pokemon drew closer to their prey. Blissey could only whimper while still inside the shield. "I have to admit, you're one powerful pokemon. The Boss would've liked to have you but I think you won't be worth the trouble." Greninja smirked a little at that and the Rocket smirked back. "Knew it. And with Petral down, I will take credit for your defeat and I'll be promoted to an executive! Thanks for that! Now time to die!" she called out and the mutated pokemon advanced together as one.
Greninja tensed up and only had some seconds to do something. He began focusing his energy as he decided that if they were going to beat him, then he would take them down with him. He just had to survive for a little bit longer but didn't know if he would be able to do so.
Right before the Kalos starter was about to be attacked, a sudden gunshot rang through the area and hit one of the Rockets, causing the head to snap back while blood, bone and brain matter spurt out the back with the rocket dropping dead onto the ground. Everyone there, including the Rockets, pokemon and civilians, moved their sight to where the sound came from and saw the red headed woman with a pistol drawn and aimed at the vile group with a furious look on her face.
Natasha had searched Petral while he was unconscious near her and found the pistol and took it, several magazines and the baton that was still held in his grasp. Greninja's eyes widened at seeing the redhead up and about since last he saw she was in a coma but quickly got over it and focused back to his opponents. The Rockets growled after coming out of their own shock, having heard she was in a coma but looks like no more. Though they were angry at seeing her, they also filled up with fear, remembering her abilities that allowed her to climb so high up in the organization, But before they could even react, Natasha fired several more times without hesitation at the group, each shot landing home against their intended targets. While she did that, Greninja had a sudden surge of adrenaline fill him all of a sudden thanks to his Torrent ability and quickly launched a Hyper Beam infused with his extra energy at the remaining mutated pokemon. Engulfed in the supercharged beam of intense energy, only their roars of pain were heard from them before silence filled the area. When the beam dissipated, everyone saw that the Rocket personnel and pokemon were out for the count.
Seeing that he had achieved victory for the moment and there was no one else left to fight, Greninja allowed himself to drop to the ground face first. Groaning in agony from exhaustion and all the injuries he had sustained, it was by sheer will that he kept himself conscious. He felt two beings draw close to him but felt no worry for he could tell who they are from his acute senses even in such a state. Blissey, though tired as well, was readying herself to heal her comrade. The other knelt down beside the ninja frog and locked eyes with the water type. Natasha felt sullen in seeing Greninja so vulnerable and hurt.
But before she could do or say anything, the Kalos starter gave her a slight nod of the head, which she understood the meaning behind it and returned the nod with one of her own. Then, Blissey caught her attention and when Natasha looked at her, the pink healer took the egg from the pouch on her large round belly and handed it out to her. Tilting her head at first, Natasha then remembered what it was and what it could do. Her eyes widening in understanding, she mouthed out the word 'Okay' and took the egg.
Standing up, she moved to the downed Rockets and found the body of the female. Stripping off her clothes, she then dressed quickly, not caring that there were others in the vicinity. Now wearing pants, shoes, an undershirt and a white shirt, she then searched all the bodies of the Rockets there and took whatever she could use. As she did that, Blissey continued her healing of her comrade while Greninja did all he could to stay awake. Since both pokemon had gone past their limits, there wasn't much the pink healer could do for the blue frog as she began the healing, other than keep him away from death's door himself since he was injured heavily.
But that wasn't the only thing happening. While they did that, the people who were being protected by Blissey hadn't moved for a bit until Natasha started rummaging through the Rockets' belongings. One of them, the nurse Adrine Johansen, shook her head and got back into focus. Helping the people around her at first, she then went up to the two pokemon and caught their attention. "I just wanted to say thank you for everything," she told them with gratitude. Both nodded with one showing a slight smile and the nurse smiled back a bit before turning her attention to the red head getting ready. Moving towards her, she stopped a short distance away and called out to her. "Hey, Natasha, right?" she asked the red head.
Natasha stopped and looked back at the one who called her name as she drew her pistol. Seeing the nurse's uniform on the person who had an expression of fear on her face form due to the weapon, she understood that she was part of the hospital staff before remembering that she was one of the two who had run the tests on her during her first visit. Nodding at the nurse, Natasha lowered the gun and faced forward again as she continued getting ready, knowing the nurse wasn't a threat to her at all. Adrine let out a breath of relief before speaking. "Still can't talk huh?" asked the nurse but didn't wait for a reply as she kept speaking. "I don't know how you got out of your coma but I'm glad you're feeling better. Also, I want to say thank you for helping us." Natasha finished gathering what she needed and stood up before she turned around and looked at Adrine for a moment once more. Unable to say anything, she just nodded. Adrine smiled a bit. "I think I know where you're going. Just be careful. We've been watching the extended battles of the tournament and saw that Team Rocket had attacked the stadium. Before these invaders showed up, from what we know, Ash, the Aura Guardian who brought you here, he's under attack and he can't let out his Aura. So, if you're going there-" She couldn't finish as Natasha's eyes widened, taking in a sharp breath before she sprinted out of the building with her gathered items and equipment. Adrine was left standing with her mouth slightly open before shaking her head at what she just saw. "Be careful," she whispered before looking at the people nearby and at the two pokemon. Let's get to work, she thought as she moved to begin treating everyone's wounds while calling for help.
The moment she heard the nurse say those words about Ash, Natasha reacted and moved as quickly as she could. Running outside, she kept going a bit until she found a few black SUVs parked nearby the hospital along the forest. Her eyes narrowed a bit as she moved to them and found their doors open. Getting inside one, she placed the egg gently onto the passenger seat before she quickly checked around until she found the keys in the passenger's sun visor. Typical Rockets but I'm not complaining this time. Thank you for being predictable. Inserting the key into the ignition, she turned the key and the engine turned on. Placing the car into gear, she stepped on the gas and the car lurched forward. Speeding down the road, Natasha had her right hand on top of the egg, keeping it from moving around and accidently breaking while her mind was racing. Please be alright Ash. I'm coming to help. Please be alright.
Driving like a mad person, Natasha's mind was racing with many thoughts going through her head as she drove down the road towards the stadium. It took her a while to draw closer to her destination and once close enough she could already hear sounds of battle off in the distance. Almost there! Speeding down the road, she rounded a corner, nearly drifting the SUV as she did so before coming to an abrupt stop as she slammed on the brakes. She jerked forward while keeping her hand on the egg, preventing it from sailing forward and breaking. Shaking her head, she gathered her senses and her eyes grew wide at what she saw.
For the stadium was in view but with holes in the walls along with small fires visible here and there. Screams and shouts were heard. Flashes of light and energy beams were seen all over place. Natasha couldn't believe what she was seeing and her heart hammered. Ash…
Opening the vehicle's door, Natasha grabbed the egg and carried it with her left hand against her stomach while readying her pistol with her right hand. Getting out of the vehicle she hurriedly but cautiously made her way towards the stadium entrance. When she reached the entrance, she noticed the blast marks and the metal doors broken down, knowing that it was Team Rocket's doing and her pace quickened. Each step she took made the sounds of battle and the screaming of many louder and louder. Several times she heard familiar words but couldn't distinguish them fully due to all the noise.
Still, she continued through, heading towards the field instead of the stands, thinking that her savior would most probably be in the thick of it all. Rounding another turn, Natasha saw the tunnel's exit to the field and made her way through as many thoughts went through her head along with more shouts and screams were heard. They were louder this time and she could distinguish the voices and words better now due to her closer proximity. But they only made her become even more worried since they were coated with grief and anger. A sudden incredible explosion was heard before she was almost thrown off her feet from the tremors rocking the area due to the pressure of the blast being felt even in the tunnel. Kneeling down and hunching over the egg, she stayed in that position until the tremors stopped and that overwhelming pressure was gone. What the hell was that?! Standing back up, she cautiously moved forward with her heart beating like mad while hoping that her savior was alright.
All of a sudden, roars made out by many pokemon were heard along with bright lights that shot into the tunnel caused by many pokemon attacks, momentarily blinding her before the chaotic sounds of battling met her ears immediately afterwards. What the fuck is going on?! Fear filling her from the multiple abrupt changes in the area, she stayed in her position for a short while to compose herself and also to wait for her vision to return. When Natasha was able to see again without issue, she gathered her resolve and made her way to the end of the tunnel and looked into the field with her weapon readied in front of her.
What she saw made her freeze, her eyes widening while taking in a sharp breath as her heart thumped rapidly with loud thumps. For inside the stadium, especially in the arena, she witnessed absolute chaos in the form of savage fighting everywhere. And what was making her frozen in her spot for the moment with her heart beating like a jackhammer was that several of the pokemon fighting were doing so with such savage intensity while covered in blue glowing auras. She had never seen such a thing and with each passing second, her fear and worry grew until she felt like she was going to burst. It seemed like she was stuck in that trance for a while until the sounds of fighting suddenly stopped followed by a chorus of triumphed roars let out by several pokemon. It's over? Wanting to find out if the fighting was truly done or not, Natasha slowly made her way fully out of the tunnel and into the arena grounds while keeping close to the walls…

Ash was feeling so many different things as he was about to watch his mother get killed right in front of him. His desire to protect her, to save her no matter the cost, had awoken something inside of him once more. Just like when he was attacked by the disgusting criminal back when he was trying to save Leaf from his clutches, the same feeling stirred inside of him now as it did then. A surge of energy flowed through him that he used immediately. With a burst of speed and power out of nowhere, Ash shot through the area, moving faster than any eye could see. Yet it was barely enough to maneuver himself to be between the mutated pokemon and his mother as he brought up an aura shield around them, thinking he was able to protect her and that she was safe. Though he had succeeded in protecting his parent, he failed in something else, as a flash of blue light escaped from him, causing all to look towards the area where the flash of blue light came from. And what they saw caused everyone to freeze with sudden silence enveloping the stadium.
The thing that made the area be suddenly silent…The thing that made everyone stop what they were doing…The thing that made a certain group of girls to have their hearts leap to their throat…The thing that made the downed single parent of the aura guardian have her stomach churn as if poisoned…it was something that nobody would have ever guessed to happen.
And that thing was the raven haired young man standing in front of his injured mother in the stands with his hands raised up as if holding up a shield. But that wasn't all. A very large blue dragon with red wings and darkened red spots all over him was in front of the young man. His right claw was thrust forward, up against the man's chest with two of his talons poking out through his back.
The raven haired guardian's sudden burst of energy was only enough to get him there. It wasn't enough to completely stop the attack, which shattered his shield that caused the blue flash of light that escaped from him. His previous thoughts of believing he was able to protect her were replaced by disbelief and overwhelming pain.
Delia witnessed the one thing she feared more than anything else in the world. And it was all thanks to her foolish and reckless actions. The blur of blue she saw previously wasn't just the monster of a dragon but her son rushing to her aid. The darkness she saw wasn't life leaving her but her son's raven colored hair. The hot and sticky life fluid she felt on her wasn't her own but her son's that shot out from his back onto her due to the dragon's claws poking out through his body. Delia's realization over what she caused to happen made her heart beat so rapidly, her breathing to occur in short quick bursts that she didn't know what to do. And neither did anyone else for those few moments where it seemed everything and everyone was frozen in time.
The mutated mega Salamence raised its skewered victim into the air while its rider sported a malicious grin on her face. Sounds of agonizing pain were let out from the raven haired guardian while choking out blood as he was lifted, the talons boring through his body some more as gravity took hold on him. Blood trickled out from his wounds, trailing down the dragon's limb while holding up the guardian in the air. I didn't think it'd be this easy to take him out. But now, I will be known throughout the world as the greatest at what I do! Hunter J's evil smile spread even more. "Time to end this. Finish him!" Her pokemon tossed the unmoving man towards one part of the stadium that was surprisingly empty as Ash let out sounds of pain before he crashed against the field barrier. Sliding down into a broken heap against the stone wall, he was still conscious, though barely, due to the adrenaline flowing throughout his body at the moment. He could only take sputtering wheezing breaths as he coughed out blood, his wounds now bleeding profusely with no more obstruction. It caused him such pain that it didn't allow him to faint, even with him starting to feel coldness creep into his body. Powering up a Hyper Beam, Salamence was getting ready to fire the finishing blow onto their target.
Even though they saw their beloved in such a critical state, not one of the girls was able to act, frozen in their spots. It wasn't just them either as no one else moved, too lost in what they were seeing happen in front of them. Worse still, none of the guardian's pokemon responded. It was as if some strange hold had taken over them, preventing them from reacting at all. Before any one of them could do or say anything at all, the mutated Mega Salamence launched his attack.
The Hyper Beam raced through the air with all eyes on it, unable to do anything but watch. Watch as the dragon fired the beam. Watch as it shot through the air. Watch as it slammed into the fatally hurt aura guardian. Watch as it pushed the young man into the stadium wall before a massive explosion occurred that rocked the area and brought forth a large dust cloud. Watch as the dust cloud slowly dispersed. Watch as they saw the young man sprawled out on the ground unmoving, his body covered in burns, bruises and cuts with his eyes half closed and bleeding nonstop. Watch as the partially destroyed stadium near him began to crack and break apart even more. Watch as that section of the stadium collapse. Watch as large pieces of the arena, which consisted of broken benches, concrete slabs of the walls, light posts from above and more fell on top of the severely injured unconscious man who could do nothing as he was buried alive tons of debris. Watch as the one who meant so much to so many was taken away from them without any one of them even trying to do or able to do anything, to stop it.
And so, everyone watched the infamous Hunter J and her mutated mega Salamence do what the Rocket executive Domino had stated that they would do…had done what they were supposed to do if given the chance…which was to kill the aura guardian Ash Ketchum.
Sudden multiple blasts were heard throughout the stadium as it shook from the force behind them then. The Rocket ground forces began pouring into the stadium immediately afterwards, having finally broken past the stadium's metal doors. And as they entered the stadium, each one of them brought out more mutated pokemon who were ready to fight. But then they all stopped moving after getting inside as they noticed something. The stadium was filled with an eerie silence with everyone's gaze towards a certain part of the stadium that had piled up rubble. Each and every person of the Rocket ground forces wondered what happened as they too looked in that direction.
Except for three people who entered the stadium with the Rockets; Shamus, Paul and Damian used this unexpected opportunity to slowly back away from the criminals who didn't notice their movements, too lost in their wonderings of what was going on. Glancing at one another after maneuvering a short distance away from the people dressed in black, they nodded slightly in silent agreement before they then turned and sprinted away from them, running out of the stadium with no one realizing that they had fled until much later.
One of the Rockets from the ground forces was about to ask what happened, when he and everyone else got their answer from the goggled woman hovering in the air with her abnormally large and colored dragon. "I've done it. I've killed the aura guardian! I'm the greatest hunter in the world!" She declared triumphantly before laughing sadistically while having no clue that her words brought the newly arriving Rockets up to speed.
It was at that precise moment after Hunter J's words that many things happened at once as if the powers that be allowed the ones at the stadium who witnessed her actions to finally react to what just occurred.
Screams, shouts and shrieks filled with such anguish were let out by every single one of the raven haired guardian's girlfriends while many different feelings swirled around inside them as rapid tears flowed down their cheeks. They couldn't believe what just happened, unable to clear the image of the one they loved above all else being impaled, blasted and then buried. So lost in their misery and despair, they were unable to do anything else.
As they were lost in that, Delia couldn't even move, frozen in her spot amongst the benches. Heavy and fast tears flowed down her cheeks while just constantly repeating the word 'no' in a whisper over and over as her heart rate had shot through the roof. All while her mind just kept replaying the events that happened within a few short moments of each other.
The group of friends that Ash had brought together was also dumbstruck initially, not believing that their friend, the one who was the glue between them all, was gone. None of them was able to move until the sounds of the girls' anguish brought them out of their shocked states and they moved. Some went to them to protect them from the still many threats surrounding them. A few others had gone to Delia to console and shield her as well from the vile criminals. The rest however began fighting back with anger in their hearts, yelling out cries of fury.
As they did that, the guardian's pokemon who were still in the fight were momentarily shocked, petrified in their positions from what they just witnessed. It was nothing like the previous stadium attack since they were able to move or react. But this time, for some reason, they just couldn't move, couldn't believe it and it didn't register to them. Until the girls' screams also brought them out of their unmoving state, their brains finally processing what just occurred. And when that was complete, each and every single one of the guardian's pokemon still conscious had something snap within them.
Blue glowing outlines appeared around them as newfound energy surged out from within. Having seen the one who they saw as not just their trainer but as family and friend get struck down made them become consumed with rage. Rage at the one who killed him. Rage at themselves for not being able to do anything. Rage at Arceus for lying to them all once more. Rage at the fact that many of their comrades in arms had been taken out by the Rockets. Pure, unyielding rage filled their entire bodies so that it was all they were feeling at that moment. It was because of those overwhelming feelings that allowed this new energy to flow out while amplified to even greater levels due to their aura bonds. It allowed them to bring out a fearsome, furious power which caused them to have their glow around them brighten and grow so much that they looked like blazing balls of blue fire with their eyes glowing bright blue. So much energy was being brought out that their aura traveled upwards into sky, turning into blue pillars of light all around the stadium, drawing attention from both the innocents and the Rockets, causing many to shout in concern and fear. But that wasn't all. Several of them began changing as well.
The black and blue canine grew taller with his muscles expanding, growing larger while his ears grew longer and the metal spikes on him became a little longer as they sharpened greatly.
The white and green fairy had a puffy dress appear around her as her body grew slightly in height as her petite body's muscles toned up while her arms were covered in protective white sleeves.
The green and blue sauropod's quadruped body became stockier while his bloomed flower on his back increased in size with another layer of brightly colored petals appearing on it.
The blue turtle's bipedal form became bulkier as the two cannons on his back retracted back into his shell as one larger cannon emerged from the middle of his shell as did two other smaller but no less lethal cannons emerged, one on each forearm.
The green lizard had his tail lengthen with the second half of it with sharp spikes looking like a tree along with a dark green 'x' shaped chest guard form on him.
The blue and red land shark's body got taller as well while his body toned up, with his claws and arm's appendage merging together to create sharp scythes for arms.
The greenish mountain pokemon swelled in size, his already large body became much more massive, with his chest plate expanding outwards with spikes at the end while the spikes on his back grew larger.
The brown and white falcon pokemon wings lengthened with her body becoming larger while leaning out as the plumage on her head also lengthened along with the claws on her feet growing even sharper and longer.
The reddish orange dragon's wings stretched longer while his body grew taller while becoming very aerodynamic with sharp appendages growing out from his elbows and another horn growing out of the top of his head in the middle.
These pokemon were amongst the ones still conscious but with the vast amount of aura energy that filled them from their rage, along with their aura bonds with the fallen guardian, had allowed them to bypass the requirement of a mega stone to mega evolve. With their strength and energy renewed along with their desire for vengeance, these pokemon let out ferocious roars before they led the furious counterattack against the Rockets. Absolutely livid over what they just witnessed, these pokemon became wrath incarnate as they completely and overwhelmingly obliterated their enemies even while greatly outnumbered due to the newly arrived ground forces of the villainous organization.
Gardevoir used her boosted psychic powers to create a miniature black hole above her after pushing away the innocents so they wouldn't be sucked into the floating gravitational ball of death. Never in her life had she been so angry. The one who saved her from the clutches of those horrible humans who abused her for sport. The one who brought her into a loving and caring family. The one who helped her become strong and confident. The one was basically responsible in her finding her mate. But now he was gone. And that sparked such anger and hatred within her, that it manifested her hidden powers, bringing forth her ultimate attack. Grabbing hold of any and all enemies around her with her telekinetic abilities, they were first assaulted in their minds with her psychic powers, making them feel intense anguish before being thrown towards the black hole with no hesitation which then crushed their bodies into nothingness.
Lucario was using his increased strength and speed along with his fighting technique to literally beat his opponents to death by breaking their bones and turn their bodies into mush with his strikes. His ruthless actions caused many near him to let out sounds of horror but he didn't care. Not anymore. The one who saved him so many times. The one who helped his fellow kin. The one who respected him so much. The one who he taught the Lore of Aura and the Lore of Guardians to. The one who he called Master, even though he was his student. The black and blue canine was filled with fury in losing him as he continued to utterly decimate his enemies, not caring if he ended up outright killing them or not. And whenever he was close enough, he would throw some of his still conscious enemies towards the black hole with no remorse as they were instantly sucked into it and crushed by the sheer gravitational force inside of it.
Garchomp used his scythes to cut down all those around him as he barreled through them, not caring at all whether limbs or heads were cut off or bodies split in half. His draconic instincts had pushed his fury even more, wanting nothing more than to dismember his soon to be victims to cause them utter agony. It was the only thing he could think of to do to avenge the one who was his trainer. Who was his friend. Who was his family. The one who helped him overcome his shortcomings, bad habits and become the strongest amongst his kind. His constant roars of rage were feared by all as he cut through the Rockets.
Nearby the slashing dragon, the green bipedal lizard was doing the same with his arms' sharp appendages. But Sceptile was also using his tail to skewer his enemies while cutting them apart. The grass starter was furious to the point that he didn't even care that a couple of the yellow bulbs on his back had cracked from his relentless assault. He only cared about making his foes experience hell as much as possible for taking away the one who helped him grow. Who saw his potential and helped him unleash it. It was the only thing he could do at the moment.
And so, the two slashers Sceptile and Garchomp quickly shredded their enemies into pieces. Working in tandem, the speedster duo kept hacking away at the Rockets, whether human or pokemon, not slowing down at all even as they sustained damage.
Dozens of vines were let loose from Venusaur that latched onto their targets, wrapping around them as they squeezed their victims to death while constantly torn into from razor sharp leaves sent flying from his unmoving position. Remembering all that the guardian had done for him, Venusaur could only snarl with rage while torturing his captured enemies to death. When he showed him that there are kind humans when he was just a Bulbasaur. When he showed him that he didn't care that he didn't want to evolve yet during the festival and stood by his side against the others of his kind. All that and more reminded him of what he and many others just lost. And that was fueling his need for vengeance.
Any who attempted to get to close to Venusaur were blasted with highly pressurized torrents of water that literally shot through its targets, toughened hide or not, from Blastoise as he maintained their perimeter. The blue turtle was not letting any get through towards his old friend, no matter who or what. As he continued to literally shoot holes through his targets with his cannons, the water starter remembered what he was given from the one who was taken from him. He was saved before given understanding and acceptance back when he was a mischievous Squirtle. He was given a new chance at a better life. He was given a family that he grew to love. He was given a new dream as he made his goal his own as well. He was given so much and the only thing he was asked for in return was to do his best. Because of all that, it made him want to give so much back but now he wouldn't be able to. And now, he wanted to take from the Rockets everything in response to what they just took from him and the rest.
Heavy yet impossibly quick footsteps accompanied the massive mountain pokemon as Tyranitar went after his enemies relentlessly, crushing them with his brute strength with whatever means he could think of. Claws, feet, tail or whatever part of his body he could use to end his enemies, nothing was off the table so to speak. He was filled with such fury because of his pain of loss that he wanted his foes to feel it as much as possible. The one who protected him when he was younger and vulnerable against despicable poachers. The one who was patient with him and believed in him. The one who promised him that he would be strong one day and delivered on that promise. The rock and dark type continued to cause as much havoc against the invaders with no remorse.
Those who attempted to flee from him were rounded up by Pidgeot as she used her aerial abilities to blow them back to the towering behemoth of death. Or if they were too far away, would rip into them were her sharp talons, carry them up into the air and then just let them go to plummet to their death. She was so angry with what they had done to the young guardian. The one who helped her evolve into a mighty predator of the skies. The one who allowed her to stay with her flock so she can protect them. The one who kept his promise and came back for her. The one who trusted in her so much that he agreed with her to let her continue to battle, watch over him when he trained and didn't doubt her words when she informed him of the Skull Brothers first appearance. On and on went the falcon, not once slowing down with her aerial dominance over the stadium in her attacks.
Charizard went after Salamence and Hunter J, chasing after them through the air all around the stadium, shooting blasts of fire at them whenever he could as they flew around the stadium. The fire starter wanted with all his being to catch the mutated dragon and its trainer so he could tear them apart before burning their remains into dust as memories flowed through his mind. From when he was found and rescued, to when he helped him become the strongest of his kind. Each memory made his rage grow even more, pushing him far beyond his limits. But every time he would get close, some other Rocket pokemon would unfortunately get in his way and he would have to spend precious couple of seconds each time to get rid of them. But each time, he would have to regain the distance between him and his fleeing enemy.
So lost in their rage and need for vengeance, that none of them noticed what had happened right before they went on a rampage. Agent double oh nine had used the convenient opportunity where everyone went postal to catch the electric rodent that her beloved boss wanted. Pikachu, who was too exhausted as well as too in shock to even attempt to resist capture, didn't even know what had happened until he was ensnared in metallic bindings that completely restricted his movements. Before he could even make a sound or even let out sparks from his checks, an Abra with a metallic headband on its head appeared beside him before both of them quickly vanished right afterwards. Domino grinned in her achievement before making her way to a better, more safer spot away from the late guardian's maddened pokemon.
While Lucario and the others led the fury filled assault against the attackers on the ground, in the air the purple legendary feline was lost in his anger as he prepared to unleash his vast powers while being covered by his comrades Lugia and Ho-Oh, the only other remaining ones in the air who were just as furious as the feline. The two legendary flyers were firing off Aero Blasts and Sacred Fires against everyone and everything with no remorse as they wanted revenge for what they did while simultaneously covering the psychic as he prepared. Even with sustaining multiple injuries, the two didn't stop for they were consumed in their fury.
If Lugia and Ho-Oh were lost in their fury, Mewtwo was beyond that. No mere words could explain what he was feeling at the moment. The legendary psychic was consumed to the point that he was shaking violently as he focused his powers over what he saw happen and his mind just kept replaying it over and over. He saw Delia get targeted. He saw Ash move to protect his mother. He saw what Salamence and Hunter J did to him. He saw his comrades become consumed with wrath. He saw them literally tearing through the opposition even as they sustained injuries.
He saw all of it again and again. And the worst part was that he was unable to do anything about it. For since the start of this fight, things were never on his side because of many things. His teleportation was somehow disabled. He was blocked with many in his path who were mutated and many were part dark type before their sinister augmentations, making them even more resistant against him. Though he used Miracle Eye whenever he could, it consistently drained his energy, and so wasn't able to constantly use it. What's worse was he was still being affected by some sort of anti psychic tampering equipment. And after the initial skirmish with the Rocket forces, they began to lose allies as time went by. Soon enough, most of his aerial allies had been taken out from the mutated pokemon the Rockets possessed besides Pidgeot, Charizard, Lugia and Ho-Oh.
He and everyone else was outnumbered. He was thinking furiously of how to overcome the odds while still staying in the fight until he saw what happened to Ash. At that moment, the psychic feline was in such shock and disbelief over that, along with what felt like a strange hold on him, that he couldn't react. Until all of a sudden, reality came rushing in as his brain caught up to what happened after hearing the girls' screams. It was then that he dropped any and all restraint, not caring anymore about staying conscious till the end. Instead, his mission was now only this; revenge for the murder of his first true friend.
Concentrating his energy as a purple defensive barrier appeared around him, Mewtwo was getting ready to let loose his power. It glowed brighter and brighter as his energy spiked. Seeing him do that, the still many Rockets had their pokemon all launch Hyper Beams at the feline. Lugia and Ho-Oh quickly intervened, taking up defensive positions in front of Mewtwo with protective barriers around them. Yet it was too much and the combined might of the mutated pokemons' energy beams broke their shields and overwhelmed the two as they screeched in pain before falling out of the skies and landing in the forests. They then began relentlessly attacking the psychic's shield immediately afterwards.
Seeing the last of his comrades fall as they protected him, only drove his already immeasurable rage to even higher levels of furiousness within his barrier. Snarling at the Rockets around him, Mewtwo was somehow able to keep focus on his objective as his aura swirled around him with intense speed with his arms crossed over his chest in a defensive position. "You will pay! All of you will pay! I swear if it's the last thing I do, I will end your pitiful lives for what you've done!" roared the psychic feline with his telepathy, his glowing blue eyes shining so brightly that they almost looked white.
When he finally gathered all the energy he possibly could, the psychic feline snarled before unleashing his attack. "RRRRAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Throwing out his arms to the sides as he let out an incredible roar, the brother of Mew let loose a colossal purple colored energy explosion from himself that expanded so suddenly and powerfully that none of the Rockets, human or pokemon, were able to escape from its blast radius. Split second screams of fear and overwhelming pain was all that they could do and feel respectively before being silenced and wiped from existence right afterwards due to the rapidly expanding energy sphere of destruction.
The ones on the ground saw, heard and felt the explosion above them all, making most look up to see an enormous sphere of purple energy expanding with such force that gusts of wind were shot through the stadium and the surrounding areas. Almost everyone had to hold onto something to prevent them from being blown away as the stadium had cracks form all over it from the intense pressure it was releasing. The company of family and friends huddled together in several groups, holding on to one another and the stadium benches to prevent themselves from being blown away as many others did similarly.
With what seemed like an eternity, a short time passed by until the sphere of energy began to dissipate. When it finally faded away, all it left behind was a lone figure high up in the sky along with the Rocket satellite some distance above it. Mewtwo slumped over while hovering in the air, barely conscious after using up practically all of his energy. His unrestrained attack did its job and disintegrated his foes in the air. Not a single Rocket was able to escape. After his successful maneuver, Mewtwo was unable to do anything else except stay floating high up above the ones in the stadium while his comrades on the ground continued to take care of things there after his blast. His eyelids slowly closed even though he tried to stay awake but it was no use. Before he fully lost consciousness, a single thought went through his mind; I'm sorry…Ash...my first true friend... Lucario, I leave the rest to you. Show them no mercy. The legendary psychic feline succumbed to his battle wounds and exhaustion, losing consciousness but remained where he was in the air.
Witnessing the last resort attack from Mewtwo, the rest of his comrades, his family, continued their assault with little resistance. Though the Rockets were able to take down some more of the late guardian's pokemon, it wasn't long before the remaining pokemon, who coincidently were the mega evolved ones, took down all of the remaining Rockets that they saw.
Unfortunately, they weren't able to take out all of the disgusting criminals in the area since some were still alive. Oakley and Annie were still in their hidden positions in the stadium. Domino and a handful of grunts with her had taken refuge within one of the trainer tunnels of the stadium with no one knowing of it. Hunter J was nowhere to be seen, having used the incredible blast from the psychic feline as her distraction to finally escape the fire starter and the area with one of her psychic pokemon that had a metal headband on it, causing Charizard to let out a roar of frustration after realizing his prey had given him the slip before unleashing his new found rage on the remaining Rockets as he tore them apart and burned their remains to ashes.
When they finished dispatching the last of the remaining Rockets, Gardevoir, Lucario, Venusaur, Blastoise, Garchomp, Sceptile, Pidgeot and Charizard straightened out their bodies, raised their heads up high and let out roars after vanquishing their foes that were filled with so many different things in them. Their roars had tones of triumph, rage, vengeance, sadness and much more coated on them of such caliber that it made everyone else there in the stadium to shudder from it as if it was a warning to everyone of what will come to them if they were crossed. Finishing with their roars, the handful of pokemon left regrouped together and took note of each other's state as they barely contained their grief for the moment.
While they did that, the group of family and friends went to one another to do the same. The girls, along with Sabrina and Anabel who have finally recovered somewhat after Mewtwo's explosion for some reason, went to their late beloved's mother, who was once again in her earlier state of disbelief after seeing her son get killed. Gathering around her, it took the girls a moment to get the mother's attention. Locking their gazes onto one another, Delia and the girls had their eyes overfill with water, letting out tears. Helping her up to her feet, the girls then hugged her, who broke into sobs. Unable to help themselves, the girls to began to sob themselves. Their family and friends moved towards them and futilely tried to console them even as they too cried over everything.
In the middle of the stadium, on the ruined field, Diantha turned to her fellow champion while holding her leg on the ground. "I-Is it finally over?" she asked him.
Lance turned to look at her after checking on the elites and seeing some were still conscious but all of them alive, even with injuries. Blood had covered a part of his face due to the top of his head bleeding from shrapnel that hit him earlier on. "I hope."
"Even so," started Alder, making his way to them after checking on Steven who was still unconscious but alright while holding his stomach, bleeding from several cuts though thankfully weren't too deep. "…we lost too many. And Ash…Ash was…" He couldn't continue and both Lance and Diantha grew sullen and silent as they looked towards the Sinnoh Champion.
Cynthia was an absolute mess. She was bawling her eyes out with heavy and fast tears falling down her cheeks while kept in an embrace by Bertha as the two were kneeling on the ground. Her elite had prevented her from running towards the area where the young raven haired guardian had been unceremoniously buried when the fighting resumed. And even after it all ended, Bertha still refused to let her go. Even when her surrogate daughter began struggling against her, hitting her a few times as well, Bertha didn't let go. Until Cynthia shouted at her to let her go and asked why she wouldn't let her go. It was only with a heavy heart that the elite trainer replied back with the only thing that would make her realize the truth. "It's too late." When her surrogate mother told her that while looking into her eyes, Cynthia felt her heart break and she just let go. Falling to her knees with Bertha copying her action, the blonde woman couldn't do anything but cry her heart out as she buried her face into her elderly woman's chest. "I'm sorry…I'm so sorry…I'm so sorry you lost him…Nobody c-could've seen this happen…"
"W-Why?!" cried out Cynthia after sobbing for a bit. "Why?! Ash…no…no no no no no…ASH!" She shouted out his name before going back to just crying.
Standing all by herself, Natasha didn't know what to do as she stood like a statue against the arena wall with her eyes wide, her breathing ragged and her heart beating loudly in her ears. She heard what was said by the champions and put it together; the one who had saved her and shown her a life she never thought possible, was killed. Falling to her knees while letting go of the egg in her hand that fell and broke upon contact with the ground, Natasha couldn't believe it. No…Ash…killed…no! It can't be! AAASSSSSSHHHHHHHHH! Yelling his name within her mind, the red head's eyes filled with water. Natasha was about to start crying herself when a sudden massive earthquake occurred that shook the stadium, making many shout out in fear. When it finally ended, Natasha and everyone else looked around in bewilderment. What the hell was that?!
Her question, which was the same as everyone else's, was soon answered. For the silhouette of a gigantic, behemoth of a monster, was visible in the distance that towered over the stadium's highest point. Each step it took towards them caused a tremor to rock through the area, making many stumble about and have fear engulf them once more. But the guardian's pokemon did not, moving forward together as they took up positions near the top of the stadium to engage this new threat. Even though they were tired, even though they were injured, they would not give up. They would not give in. It was the least they could do, in honor of the fallen guardian. And not to mention that their fury was not yet sated, still wanting to unleash their grief filled wrath. "Stand firm comrades! We aren't done yet!" encouraged Lucario, taking command as they waited for the creature to reach them.
As the monstrosity closed in on them, every single person in the stadium was scared beyond measure. The champions, elites, family, friends, the girls, along with their beloved's mother that they were still in an embrace with and many others in the stadium thought the same thing; when will this nightmare end?

In a mountainous region in a remote part of the world, a certain being that called that place its home was in a meditative trance. Until all of a sudden, its senses picked up an overwhelming energy signature that caused it to snap out of its meditation. What was that? Focusing on it, it could make out that it was concentrated psychic energy. But at levels that should be impossible coming from another being. For as far as this particular one knows, it's the only one could possibly pull of something of this caliber. And yet, someone or something else, had done it. This energy…it's so powerful. It's similar, and its reminding me of something. But I've never felt something like this before. So why now? This doesn't make sense. Unless it's…but it couldn't be. Could it? Could…could it be…the other? Thinking for a moment, this being decided that it would go and see what caused this. For this kind of incredible power had never been sensed before and an answer needed to be found to its question. Eyelids slowly opened to reveal pink colored eyes before they began glowing a bright blue…
