Dr. Ivo Robotnik aka Dr.Eggman had always considered himself an opportunity-taker
Whenever he discovered something he always (Attempted) to take advantage of it
Discovered Shadow the Hedgehog? (Attempted) to manipulate him.
Discovered the time eater? Took control of it.
Discovered the phantom ruby? Used it.
But now he has run out of opportunities to take advantage of.
"Father? Are you alright?" Sage (His wonderful daughter) asked "You seemed bothered."
"It's nothing much Sage." Dr.Eggman said, "It's just that there's nothing new for me to use to help the growth of the Eggman empire."
"What about alternate dimensions?" Sage suggested
"I already tried that with the sol dimension." Dr.Eggman said, "It was a failure."
"The reason for your failure was because there were still mobians there." Sage said, "What if you went to a dimension without them?"
The mad doctor pondered that thought
It was that Blasted hedgehog who always ruined his plans
But if he went to a dimension where mobians don't exist nor can access with normal means...
Even if Sonic were to appear he would be hunted down!
"Yes, sage! It's brilliant!" Dr.Eggman exclaimed, "With the data I have gathered with the phantom ruby and the chaos emeralds as a power source I can easily access these new alternate dimensions!"
"But sir wouldn't Sonic notice the emeralds disappearing?" Orbot asked
"Yeah. They'll be bound to notice!" Cubot said
"I have thought about that and came up with a solution." Sage said, "I have spent time rebuilding the death egg and upgraded it with a cloaking shield that masks even the presence of chaos emeralds."
"That's my girl!" Dr.Eggman said
"It also means if we so choose to conquer in a different way we can appear anywhere on the planet," Sage said blushing at the praise
"yes, it would be nice to not have to fight." Orbot said
"Yeah, it could be like a vacation!" Cubot said
"And if things were to go wrong we could always return home." Sage said
Yes, it was perfect.
"Then it's settled." Dr.Eggman said, "Sage go pack your bag and have Metal pack his too, as well as have him retrieve the chaos emeralds stealthy."
"Yes, father." Sage said
after Sage left Orbot and Cubot immediately went to pack their bags
"This should be interesting." Dr.Eggman said
Sage entered Metal Sonic's room
it was an odd place
despite being an Eggman robot Metal Sonic only had one thing that showed any hate towards the blue hedgehog he was based off of
he had a dart board with Sonic's face on it on the wall
The rest of the stuff in his room was... well...
You could call it a Hatsune Miku dimension with how much merch was in there
in fact Sage could see her brother dancing to one of her songs
"Brother." Sage said startling the robotic hedgehog who let out a series of beeps
Sage let out a small chuckle
"Father needs you to pack a bag and gather the chaos emeralds stealthily." Sage said
metal sonic nodded before getting to work packing
Sage left her brother's room before going into her own
Sage began to pack some of her rubber duckies (No she didn't have a problem. Shut up metal.)
Soon once she was packed she saw Metal speed by her room with a bag in hand presumably going to gather the chaos emeralds
She smiled slightly
Her father was going to be so happy!
It was actually surprisingly easy for Metal Sonic to gather the chaos emeralds
as it turns out there was a huge party going on and everyone was most likely expecting his father to crash it
he actually stopped by (but didn't go in) the building to leave a note
"Metal Sonic?!" A female voice said
he turned around and saw his other sister, Belle the Tinkerer
Instead of attacking he simply let out a beep and handed her the note
Belle quickly read the note
"You're going on a vacation?" Belle asked to which Metal Sonic nodded "And why should I trust you?"
metal simply let out a beep and left
"I have a bad feeling about this." Belle said to herself
Soon metal arrived at the base
"Ah, metal you arrived!" Dr.Eggman said, "Do you have your bag packed?"
Metal went into his room and grabbed his suitcase
"Wonderful!" Dr.Eggman said, "Sage are you packed?"
"Yes, father." Sage said holding her bag
"We're packed too!" Orbot said as Cubot held their luggage
"Wonderful!" Dr.Eggman said, "To the death egg!"
In an instant, they were warped into the death egg
"Now then we should figure out where to go." Dr. Eggman said as Sage pulled up some of the worlds she found
A grassy area on a star-shaped planet
"Too cutesy." Dr. Eggman said before Sage moved to the next image
A world with a moon with a face
"Too creepy." Dr. Eggman said
A world with lots of mushrooms and pipes
"I have a bad feeling about this one." Dr. Eggman said
A world with creatures with elemental creatures
"Ah perfect!" Dr. Eggman said
Suddenly a divine light appeared above them
"Don't even think about it." A divine voice said before the light vanished
"...I'm going with the god on this one." Cubot said
"Same." Orbot said
Sage changed to the next world
A world with bustling cities and constant battles between good and evil
"Wonderful!" Dr. Eggman said "I can easily take advantage of this constant battling! I bet with my numerous machines I could be a corporate superpower!"
"You could take over this world easily." Sage said
"Observation: This is a great opportunity for slaughter." Metal sonic said
"And metal has a point should cooperate power not work I could easily overpower everyone with my machines!" Dr. Eggman said, "Sage set a course!"
Sage activated the transporter and the entire death egg was transported to the new world's space conveniently hiding behind the moon
"Now then let's go down there!" Dr. Eggman said
"Father I have hacked the government and created an identity for you." Sage said as she handed him an ID
The mad doctor took the ID
"Quirk? What's that?" Dr. Eggman asked "And why don't I have one?"
"A quirk is a naturally occurring power that 80% of the population has." Sage explained, "Since we are not from this world I figured it would be best if you weren't registered with one."
"oh well, what's the worst that can happen?" Dr. Eggman asked before activating a teleporter
They were transported into an alleyway
"Besides it's not like people hate people who have no powers." The mad doctor continued
Dr. Eggman then noticed an ad on the wall for a "Stone Robotics"
Dr.Eggman smiled
"Perfect." Dr. Eggman said, "You four will easily nail me this job!"
Metal gave a thumbs-up
"Yes, father." Sage said
At Stone Robotics the founder, Aban Stone had a problem
Well... Besides being quirkless
It was clear most of his employees didn't respect him because of that fact
"Listen if we don't come up with something The HPSC will take away our funding one way or another." Stone said
His company's funding was provided by an old friend of his, a hero named KABOOM while not high up in the ranks he was still decent
"Well, there's nothing we can think of!" One of his more stubborn employees said
Just then a man walked in with 3 robots and a girl who appeared to be floating
"I'm here for the job interview." The man said handing Stone his id
He looked at it and he saw the quirkless on it
(He's quirkless but his machines look impressive. Especially that blue one.) stone thought to himself "It's a pleasure to meet you doctor Robotnik I'm Aban Stone."
"The pleasure is mine." Dr. Eggman said
"Alright, then what do you bring to the table?" One of his employees who did respect Stone asked
"Sage if you would." Dr. Eggman said
"Yes, father." Sage said before pulling up a design for an infinite energy generator
"By god..." Another employee said
"It's marvellous doctor." Stone said, "You're hired."
"Wonderful!" Dr. Eggman said
"Stone you can't be serious!" An employee with a spikey head said "Surely someone who could do better will show up."
"Are you questioning me?" Stone asked, "These designs are far beyond anything we have ever seen."
"It's preposterous sure someone with a quirk could-" the man began
"You work for someone who hates quirkless people." Sage said to the spike-headed man "Your sole purpose here is to bring down this company."
The spike head man was shocked
"Takshi is this true?" One of the employees who respected Stone asked
"Yeah! These quirkless people are a waste of space!" Takshi said
"He's right!" A different employee said
a few others chimed in too
Soon there were only 3 employees on Stone's side
"Stone may I show you my finest machine?" Dr. Eggman asked
"Of course doctor." Stone said hiding his fury
"Metal Sonic you know what to do." Dr. Eggman said
"Ha! This Quirkles Waste of space thinks his machine can-HRGH." A man made of obsidian said before getting spin dashed out the window
"Defiant statement there is nothing you can do to me. Do your worst." Metal sonic said
A man with knuckles of Iron tried punching him but it did nothing
"Revolting." Metal Sonic said before knocking him out with a kick
one tried to grab Sage only for her to phase through him
"I am an AI. I do not have a physical form." Sage said "Big brother."
Metal hit the guy over the head with a chair
Within a few seconds, all of the quirkist people were unconscious
"Good glad we have the trash taken out." Stone said, "Doctor I believe this is the start of a wonderful partnership."
"I believe so too stone." Doctor Eggman said shaking Stone's hand
stone then turned to his employees
"Call pro hero Kaboom and tell him about this incident. We need to figure out who's behind this." Stone said
"Yes sir." The employees said before leaving
"Now then doctor tell me about your creations." Stone said as he sat down
"Orbot and Cubot are my assistants they get me my coffee and help with papers." Dr. Eggman said
"He likes a latte with steamed Austrian goat milk." Orbot said
"Sage originally was a simple Ai who evolved to the point of being essentially alive." Dr. Eggman said, "Thus she is my daughter."
"And what about him?" Stone asked referring to metal sonic
"Metal Sonic is my greatest creation he's like a son to me." Dr. Eggman said, "He can copy an action he's seen regardless of any physical restriction."
"Incredible." Stone said, "I take it you're going to apply him to UA High in order to show the power of your machines?"
"Of course." Dr. Eggman said despite not knowing what UA is
"Now then we need a way to make more money easily." Stone said "Any ideas?"
"I have a few." Dr. Eggman said, "Sage if you could."
Sage then pulled up an Eggman land design
"A theme park?" Stone asked
"Since I can easily build robots to take the place of workers we won't have to worry about paying them." Dr. Eggman said
"But what about the land?" Stone asked
"Let me worry about that." Dr. Eggman said
"Any other ideas?" Stone asked
Sage did a quick information search
"UA uses robots for their entrance exam and sports festival Taking over as the main manufacturer would be most optimal." Sage said
"While they do have a pro hero, powerloader I believe you can make something that will blow Nezu away." Stone said
"You're absolutely correct." Dr. Eggman said, "I'll get to work right away."
The death battle was peak and thus this was created
