After Izuku had collapsed unconscious, overtaken by exhaustion from overusing his Quirks. The Principal ordered an immediate ambulance for Vlad king, Aizawa, and Izuku, which took them to Musutafu General Hospital, leaving students stunned by what they had witnessed.
With Shoto, seeing Izuku's true power, "that was crazy; he's way stronger than I ever thought," he told himself, impressed and frightened, he had defeated three Nomu's who could fight and kill All Might, and Izuku fought on even ground, knowing he had a long way to go.
Katsuki was livid even more than before, "How does a loser like him get to be this strong, and those things could kill All Might and Deku destroyed them? Does that mean Deku's as strong or stronger than All Might? NO! I refuse to believe that I'm the one meant to surpass All Might; I'm the best. He's nothing!" he fumed inwardly.
The four: Momo, Itsuka, Setsuna, and Yui, were worried about their crush; his injuries looked severe.
At the Hospital, Recovery had arrived to see her three patients; she checked over Izuku first. Since he had the worst, she did a rundown of his injuries. All Might came in with a worried frown.
"What's the damage?" All Might asked.
"Aizawa: has two broken arms, a hairline fracture under his right eye, which will leave a scar," R.G explained. "Vlad: has three broken ribs and an arm pulled out of its socket," she said. "Izuku got the worst: most bones have broken in multiple pieces, ribs broke in three pieces, legs are fractured in four pieces, his arms broke in three, ripped and torn muscle tissue, signs he somehow forcefully enlarged them three times their usual size, lacerations covering his body I put gauze and wrapping over them, dozens of bruises and cuts covering most of his body, but he'll live," she listed.
"Will he walk again?" Yagi wondered.
"Most bones are broken, they look like broken pretzel logs, and most muscles have ripped and torn; it may take several weeks for him to heal, even with my Quirk," R.G replied. "I'll say this. He has a warrior's heart: Never say die," she smirked softly.
Yagi Toshinori saw something strange. "What bruises and cuts?" he frowned. R.G looked at saw mostly healed skin, with lacerations remaining.
"That's odd, a few minutes earlier. His body was covered in them; now they're gone?" R.G frowned puzzledly. "Usually, it takes a week for cuts and bruises to heal, and his are gone in a few minutes," she added.
Just then, Izuku's eyes snapped open. "Heal the Sensei," he told them as he exhaled slowly.
"Are you sure? You'll be out for a while," Yagi pondered worriedly.
"Yes, I just need sleep," Izuku stated.
"Alright, but if I detect a single hint of discomfort, I'm butting in, understand?" R.G replied sternly.
"Crystal," Izuku closed his eyes and exhaled, slowly drifting to sleep.
Next Day
Yagi was in his office worried about his Successor's wellbeing; the mad at the part he wasn't there to save his students and was afraid Izuku was forced to fight three Nomu's who could fight and kill him but was proud he's Successor protected everyone and defeated them. He looked over the powers of the Nomu's.
"So, your still out there. All for One," Yagi glared. Then his phone rang, he saw it was Aizawa and answered.
"What's wrong, you never call me?" he spoke.
"R.G contacted me. It's Midoriya!" Aizawa responded. Yagi rushed to the hospital and met up with Aizawa, and they raced to Midoriya's room.
They met up with a baffled Recovery Girl muttering, "that's not possible. I'm seeing things, can't be recovered this fast," under her breath.
"What's wrong?" Yagi asked.
"The doctors called me back here, they seemed hysterical about something, so I scuttled over here," R.G explained. "When I arrived, they informed me it was Midoriya; I feared the worst. It's easier to look," she informed. Aizawa and Yagi walked in, to their shock.
Izuku was sitting on the side of his bed, only wearing hospital pants and no shirt, much alive and completely healed. Toshinori gently laid a hand on his shoulder, giving it a light squeeze, but no reaction.
"Midoriya injuries are gone in only one day," R.G informed, and no Quirk was involved.
"But you said it would be several weeks," Yagi reminded.
"I guess I was wrong; he just needed rest," she replied.
"How do you feel?" Yagi asked.
"Still alive," Izuku replied. 'GRRAGGGORWWRLR GURRRGLLE!' echoed as his stomach growled loudly. "And hungry," he informed.
"Let's get some breakfast," Yagi agreed.
"How about you and Aizawa head off? I need to speak with All Might," R.G chimed. Izuku and Aizawa left.
Minutes later, Aizawa and Izuku headed back; Aizawa/Eraserhead looked shocked as he looked at his student; the two had eaten at two different restaurants; Izuku had eaten five times more than an average person.
"What's on your mind?" Izuku asked, sensing Aizawa wanted to say something.
"How the Hell can you eat that much food?" Aizawa replied.
"Ever since my Quirks were awoken, specifically Supernatural Force since the Quirk is an Energy Emitter type, my body needs fuel to keep my health and condition to the maximum level. My Quirks also demanded a strong vessel to avoid backlash," Izuku explained.
Aizawa thought of something. "Midoriya, what age did you start physical training?" he asked.
"I started martial arts when I was four years old, and physical training when I was five. I organized a training schedule," Izuku stated. "A young close friend of my Great-grandparents, I would call him, and he would take me to a new spot in desperate need of manual labor, at times varied in size and amount of work." He explained.
"For six years, I combined manual physical labor and martial arts training; it had an impressive impact on my body," Izuku stated.
"When I turned 10. I stepped up my martial arts training and the manual workload until I was 15." He continued to speak.
"Then, for five months, I cleaned up Dagobah Municipal Beach. Then, I cleaned up Toshi Recycling for four months, and last month, I planned last-minute training. I noticed I was at the top peak of human condition," Izuku finished.
"Hmm, I want to see if that's true," Aizawa pondered. The two made it to the Hospital; they walked to Yagi and R.G, who were finished talking.
"Yagi-Sensei, I think I can help with your injury and return your health to you," Izuku spoke.
Small Might gave the offer some thought; it would be nice to breathe normally. "Are you sure about this?" he asked.
"I read a lot about anatomy; I also studied the functions of the human body and how they are built," Izuku explained. "But it's your call," he assured.
"I trust you," Yagi nodded.
"Have nothing distract me till I complete the task," Izuku stated sternly. His hands glowed with four different types of energy: Guardian, Assist, Augmenter, and amplifier.
Izuku faced set in a determined, focused, deep concentration and placed his hands on his stomach. Began the task, the young man repaired the older man's damaged lungs, his missing stomach, damaged vessels, and muscle tissue; the dark red surgical scar tissue started fading.
Five minutes Later
Izuku had completely healed the injuries. Taking his hands off Yagi's front and exhaling, he placed his hands over Aizawa's eyes.
Three minutes later, Izuku took his hands off his eyes and wiped the sweat off his forehead from the effort.
"Hey, my eyes don't hurt, and I can see better," Aizawa stated, awed.
"I can breathe without pain or coughing blood," Yagi said, amazed.
"As insurance, I fixed your eyes and your mental capabilities, so you're not sleep-deprived," Izuku stated.
"Sensei-Toshinori, I may have restored your damaged parts, but you'll have to bring them back to full capacity. FYI Aizawa-Sensei, sleep for longer hours so you don't wreck your health again," He instructed softly but firmly.
Just then, Yagi's new rebuilt, repaired stomach rumbled loudly. "I'm…Hungry," he said.
"Let's get some grub; I'm hungry too," R.G agreed.
Yagi led them to a nice restaurant, which he always wanted to try but couldn't, Yoshi Fine Eatery- Plus.
R.G and Yagi ate their fill; Izuku ordered three bowls of Muso and butter Ramen, plus a full course meal, for dessert, three plates of Dango's, to the three watchers' awe and disbelief.
"How can you be hungrier than a man who only ate light meals for five years?" Yagi whispered.
"Heightened metabolism," Izuku replied.
"I wanted to test his Physical Capabilities again when we got back," Aizawa said. "Bakugo claimed Midoriya was on steroids," he stated, making Izuku snort.
"Yeah, okay," Izuku scoffed. "Like he knows anything about the benefits of hard work," he stated.
Later they arrived at Gym Gamma.
Izuku was dressed in blue gym shorts and a black tank top; wires and sensors were attached to his arms and legs, linked to machines. Bunch of weights, a 500-pound barbell set up, two three-door commercial refrigerators, strapped tightly together, weighing 1232 pounds laying on the ground, a Toyota Corolla which weighed 3000 pounds.
An 18, 65 and a 100-pound medicine ball. It also had an indoor track inside the Gym.
"No offense, but I feel like a lab rat," Izuku stated.
"I know it's strange. I wanted to see your full physical capabilities; these sensors will record the results," Aizawa replied dully.
"Alright, but you'll be shocked," Izuku warned.
"Let's start with Strength," Yagi started turning on the machine.
Izuku grabbed the 500-pound barbell with his hands and picked it up with relative ease; with a hand, he tossed it up high to the ceiling, caught it with one hand, tossed it up again, and caught it in the other hand, then set it down. He headed to the refrigerator, grabbed two bars between them, and picked them up, did some curls with them before throwing them up and catching them over his head; he stood the two large refrigerators tall ways, then started punching and kicking them hard and fast, with each blow getting faster and landing harder.
Dents formed, which got deeper, bigger, and pieces that broke off didn't stop till they were just crumpled hunks of metal. Izuku headed to the Corolla, kneeling on a knee grasping its bumper, then with a grunt lifted it tall ways as he stood; he laid on the floor bench-pressing the car placing his feet under the car with a grunt, he shoved it up with his arms and legs, the popping up stepping under heaving it over his head, did a dozen squats.
Izuku then set the car down gently. Grabbing the 65-pound and 100-pound ball then pushing the 18-pound ball with his foot, then walked to the far end of the gym.
"You might want to open that window," Izuku cautioned. Yagi pressed a button to open the large window in front of Izuku.
Izuku winded up, hurling the 18-pound medicine ball with an incredible speed out the window, sending it 200 yards away from the gym, with the 65-pound ball following crashing into a tree trunk, and breaking off a chunk out from the force before the 100-pound medicine ball came rocketing past, traveling 400 yards and knocking a whole tree over.
The young man looked at the examiners. Then busted out push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, dead-lifting a 1000-pound barbell for two hours straight, with no signs of exhaustion or strain. "Want to see more?" Izuku smirked proudly.
"We've seen enough strength. Let's do speed," Aizawa stated. Izuku got into a sprinting position on starting blocks, then hearing a buzzer sound took off.
Izuku's propelling force snapped the springs on the starting blocks, racing around the track in one minute. Then he ran outside, dashed around the perimeter of the woods on one side, appeared on the other 3 minutes later, returned to run around the indoor track, and ran outside for an hour; each pass, his speed increased to 42.2 mph.
Izuku wasn't breathing hard or sweating; Yagi brought out four different levels of IQ tests; in 8 minutes, he completed them, brought out strategy games, and tested his mental capabilities.
"Also, we were not alone the whole time," Izuku said. "I heard the door behind you open; I heard what sounded like high heels, I saw out of peripheral vision, a glimpse of a gold belt buckle, a think I saw a flogger in the ladies hand," Izuku listed. "The air I felt around the person told me it was a woman and lusty scent from her, I could smell her arousal from here; I also saw that small camera the size of a quarter in that corner," he pointed with a thumb.
"Your senses are heightened and more acute, many times from ours," Yagi nodded.
"Judging from your expressions, you have never seen a first year at this level?" Izuku spoke.
"A 1st-year? we've never seen 3rd years this level without the aid of a Quirk," Aizawa explained, stunned by the results. "During the fight with the Nomu, I saw you were moving even faster and take a hit," he added.
"Let me answer your question with an answer," Izuku said. "What happens when an average human gets an adrenaline rush? They're temporarily boasted to the maximum level of human potential," he stated.
"Your IQ is over 180, almost 230; your intelligence is above even Nezu's," R.G stated. "You also knew the parts, the construction of body parts and insides," she listed. "You're a Master Strategist, with a big M S," she added.
"Your Stamina and endurance have near no limits, your ability to heal in just 3 minutes till one day," Yagi counted. "Also, the bad case of munchies," he added.
"It appears training and manual work was beneficial. The tests show you have Peak Human Condition," Aizawa concluded.
"This brings part of my answer: "What happens when a person with Peak Human Condition gets an adrenaline rush?" Izuku asked.
"An adrenaline rush combined with Peak Human Levels, they're temporarily boosted to Enhanced Condition," R.G said.
"That's what Sensei-Aizawa saw during my battle with Nomu," Izuku nodded. "Although there is a trade-off for Peak Human Condition, I also have an increased metabolism, which means I burn calories three times as fast as a normal human and three times the amount of food intake," he explained. "Need my Health at Peak Level too," he finished.
"My metabolism at times can be a pain in the ass; when I need to heal, I need five times the food to balance out my Health," Izuku added.
"Everything has a trade-off, like those superpowered modes you unleashed," Aizawa noted.
"Those modes are powerful, but Supernatural Force is tied to my Endurance and Stamina. I can use it as long as my stamina remains strong," Izuku explained. "I could use Supernatural Force for two weeks straight. "However, the trade-off of using those modes is they chew through my stamina fast as a tree branch going through a wood chipper; of course, I went overboard and went past my limit. Which I had no choice at that moment," he stated.
"Good thing you can heal quickly, also smart to know your limits," Aizawa nodded.
"I'm still breaking my limits. I still have a ways to go," Izuku smirked with pride.
"You'll get there; the question remains sooner or later," Yagi smiled.
"Let's get cleaned up and head to class," Aizawa stated. Most everyone in Class 1A was concerned about their classmates' state. Aizawa walked in with a bandage around his head and gauze under his right eye.
"Sensei, with all respect, shouldn't you get some rest?" Iida asked.
"My state doesn't concern you," Aizawa bluntly said.
"How's Izuku?" Momo immediately asked.
"Ask him yourself," Aizawa looked at the door as it opened and walked in a fully recovered Izuku Midoriya.
"Hello everyone, missed me?" Izuku smirked.
