The doors were kicked open and I could be a frustrated Todoroki. I guess no one really gave him a run for his money before. I jumped onto another box, but I felt a kick to my right ribs. Todoroki had made a path with his ice to propel him forward making him catch up to me almost instantly. I landed with a thud and I was having a hard time breathing. I pushed myself up with my wings and looked at him. He was standing right Infront of the weapon.

"Just give up, you can't beat me in combat" He said with a very small smirk on his face.

'Oh, he's having fun' I giggled slightly making Todoroki's smirk disappear only to be replaced with a confused look and a tint of pink on his face.

I was holding my right ribs, 'damn that fucking hurts' my breathing was still shaky and raspy. I didn't have a lot of time left and I had to think of something. He was in a fighting stance. I knew he wouldn't attack me first; he's trying to waste time.

'I got it'

I covered myself with my wings and then revealed that I had completely covered my body in ice. Since I can manipulate it at will I was able to move. Right after I covered my wings and charged him. I used my right arm to hit him, but he easily dodged it. Just like I thought I brought my left leg up to distract him and kicked him with my right. That ended up pushing him far enough for me to escape my ice exoskeleton and I hide behind a box. Concentrating as hard as I could I sent the ice running towards him.

He didn't see me escape and he was still fighting it. I quietly and quickly as I could run towards the weapon. 'I'm so close just 10 feet away'. That's when I heard ice shattering. Just how hard did he hit it?

I turned around to see he had kicked it and with his right leg. My exoskeleton blocked the kick with its left arm. Once he realized it was a fake, he looked around the room seeing me so close to the weapon. He made another path of ice coming straight at me and I jumped towards the weapon using my wings.

"TIMES UP" All Might yelled as I touched the weapon.

"Villains win!" he yelled. I slid down still touching the weapon. 'I lost' I thought to myself, I was panting painfully hard and I could feel tears in my eyes. I wiped them away before they could fall.

Todoroki was walking my way. I looked up to see he was offering me his hand. I looked at his hand then at him.

'W-was he always this handsome' I thought to myself, 'what no I just met him yesterday I shouldn't be thinking this way!' I realized then I was staring at this face a little too long. I quickly took his hand and he helped me up. A small amount of heat came towards my face, I knew I was blushing. As I tried to hide it then pain in my ribs snapped me out of it.

I flinched at the pain and grabbed my ribs with my left hand. "Ah!" was the only thing that came out of my mouth. I felt Todoroki grab the middle of my upper arms "are you ok?" he asked softly.

"Y-yea" I breathed out my voice obviously in pain. "Man, you have one hell of a kick," I said cheerfully, I didn't want him to feel bad. I looked at him again and he was looking down with a worried look on his face. I knew I was staring again but how can someone not stare at his face; he was so damn handsome. I knew he had a scar but I didn't think it affected his looks at all. The grip on my upper arms was gentle yet so strong.

"Stop worrying, you did a really good job out there. Congratulations on your win" I told him, and he looked at me in the eyes, his eyes were full of surprise and bewilderment, however, his face was expressionless. I just smiled at him. I touched his ice mask and melted it. His scar really couldn't mess with his beauty.

"That's better," I say. "A mask like that is too intimidating for a hero" I tell him with a big smile. He just stared into my eyes making me a bit uncomfortable. I looked at his scar a little closely, I just kept smiling.

"L/N are you alright enough to fly yourself and Todoroki back to the building" I heard All Might's voice in my ear. I guessed that Todoroki heard it too because he let go of my arms quickly after that.

"Yes sir!" I responded with a nod. "So piggyback or bridal style?" I asked Todoroki.

"Huh?" he looked at me confused.

"Do you want me to carry you on my back or in front, Todoroki?" I asked again. I only saw him blush at the question.

'Wow he sure is a shy one isn't he'

~Time skip to after school~

~Todoroki's point of view~

I walked into the house and called out "I'm home"

"Welcome home Shoto" I heard my sister Fuyumi call out.

I sat down to take off my shoes and put on my house slippers. I walked over to my sister who was in the living room watching her soap operas. 'I should just ask her, she's the only one I told about the dreams' I said trying to convince myself.

"Hey, is anyone else home?" I asked before I could really sit and talk to her.

"No just me. Dad said he won't be home until early morning or so" she said while turning her head to look over at me.

"Is it ok if we talk? I need advice on something and I'm not sure who to ask." I tell her monotone.

"O-of course Shoto" she finally answered.

"I saw the girl from my dreams" I admitted to her.

She gasps "Shoto you finally met a girl you like? It's only the second day she must be gorgeous to catch the eye of my romantic less little brother!" she squealed.

"No, no Fuyumi no. Remember the girl I kept dreaming about. I told you about her a long time ago" I explained.

"Yeah, I remember that. You told me about her when you were a second year in Junior High. Back then you said you dreamed about her almost every night for 6 months" she said.

"Yes, the thing is I still dream about that same girl every night or so"

"Really?! Why didn't you tell me?!"

"I didn't think it was important. It was just dreams" I admitted.

"You said you saw her. You mean you dreamt about her last night or while sleeping in school? Is that what you wanted to talk about?" Fuyumi asked

"No, no I SAW her Fuyumi. I was walking to school yesterday and she tapped my shoulder. I have a class with her. She's real Fuyumi, she exists. I had a mock battle with her that I saw in my dream. She said everything to the letter just like in my dream." I rambled off, 'geez this is so annoying'.

"I don't know what to do..." I told her.

"You're telling me. This girl that you've been dreaming about for almost 3 years is real?"

I didn't say anything, I just nodded. I was sitting on the couch with her. At this point, I take off my slippers and bring my knees to my chest while looking at her. I could tell she was processing what I was saying, and I stayed quiet just watching her put everything I said together.

"So what advice are you looking for Shoto?" she finally asks me.

"I'm not sure," I answered honestly.

"Well do you talk to her? Does she talk to you?" she asks

"Uh well, yea we sit next to each other. I even offered her to copy my notes. She sits all the way in the back because she doesn't want her wings to block other people's views. Still, she's so short she can't see the board well." I explained.

"Oh, Shoto that's it! Invite her over!"

"Huh?"

"Invite her over to study! She's most likely going to struggle in class because of that and if you invite her over it'll give her a chance to get to know you better and for you to see how she is" She explained.

"I can't. I don't want dad finding out about her" I said.

"Oh, well I can always tell you when to bring her over. Dad always lets me know if he's going to be late" she says.

'I don't want him to find out because she has a similar quirk than me, Fuyumi. If he finds out he might try and make a quirk marriage out of us. I don't want that.'

"I'll think about it," I tell her.

"If it really makes you uncomfortable you can offer to go to a cafe to study or suggest studying at her house. Although for that one it would be best if she suggests that not you" she says.

"That's a good idea. Also, Fuyumi" I called out to her.

"Yeah Shoto?"

"I think I may be getting sick. I noticed my heartbeat speeds up at times and my stomach feels weird" I tell her honestly.

"Let me guess you also feel your face burn up?"

"Uh, yea do you know what it is?" I ask

"Does this usually happen about near said dream girl" I looked at her confused. I thought about it before answering her.

"Yes it does actually" I tell her.

"Oh, my dear little brother. That means you like her" she patted my head.

"Liking someone makes you sick?"

"No it means you have a crush on her," she said

"I... I don't want to crush her" I say utterly confused.

"oh brother..."

~Time Skip to next day~

~Y/N POV~

I was walking to school with Todoroki when I saw a bunch of reporters at the front. It's too early to deal with this. I looked up at Todoroki and he had a small scowl on his face.

"AAAAAA" I heard a scream and looked over to see the security system had been activated and UA was locked from all entrances.

"That's just perfect," I said. Todoroki remained expressionless. "I'm flying us over there. I don't feel like dealing with them" I said and gave my bag to Todoroki. "You prefer to be on my back, right?"

"Uh I thought that was a one-time thing" He responded

"Do you want to deal with the reporters? Besides we're already going to be late" I complain.

With a huff he said "no", and I bent down in front of him. He moved both legs on my sides and I positioned my wings over his legs. I felt him put both out bags against my wings which caused a small tickle. I ignored it.

Once I felt his hands on my shoulders I held onto his thighs and lifted off using my wings. 'His legs are so muscular. STOP IT! NOT THE TIME OR PLACE!' I yelled at myself. I flew us over the barrier and landed softly in front of the doors to UA. "That was a better landing than last time" he mentioned, I blushed remembering how I crash-landed us the day before and he landed on top of me.

"Yeah well yesterday was the first time I gave someone a ride on my back," I said looking away to hide my blushing face.

We went to class and apologized for being late. "It's fine I saw that the reporter triggered the alarm system. Just hurry up and sit down" Aizawa said.

"Our first task of the day will decide how the rest of the school year goes," Aizawa said. Everyone physically tensed up and I was no exception to those words. "You all need to pick a class representative" I let out a breath and looked over at Todoroki. He wasn't even paying attention; instead, he was staring out the window his head resting on his right hand.

Immediately the class was thrown into chaos.

"Me guys I wanna be class rep" yelled Kirishma with his arm raised.

"I'll take it," said Kaminari. Jirou raised her arm as well. One after another they all started nominating themselves for the part.

I slammed my hands on my desk "Everyone be quiet! Clearly, this position is important, and we should just put it up for a vote" I roared

"But we only met a few days ago," said Tsu

"It's true, but this would show how much potential that person who gets it truly has. Not just that the class representative should be a good leader. Meaning a vote would make it easy to see who here may have the best chance to lead the class without any issues" I explained "is that alright with you Aizawa sensei?"

"Do what you want just decide before my nap is over," he says as he zips up the yellow sleeping bag and falls to the side.

"Ok everyone pull a piece of paper and vote for your person," I say

"I will write the results on the board," said Iida.

I looked around the class and questioned who I should vote for. I noticed Iida and Uraraka looking at Midoriya. That was all I needed; I voted Midoriya.

The results ended with Midoriya getting 4 votes and Yaoyorozu and I tying with 2 votes each. "Who voted for me?" I asked out loud. No one answered, I looked over at Todoroki but again he seemed uninterested.

"Well since it's a tie shouldn't we vote again and whoever wins this time should be deputy," said Ojirou.

"I ain't voting for either of them" spit out Bakugou who was clearly fuming from losing.

"Then don't vote. No one has to vote if they don't want to" I said

With another vote it ended up with Yaoyorozu with 3 votes and me with 5. "Wait really? Me?" I asked. "This isn't a mistake?" Midoriya said next to me, shaking.

'Well at least I'm not as much of a mess as he is'

"Hey this might not be so bad," said Tsu

"I can get behind Midoriya," said Kirishima.

"Yea and L/N took control when the class exploded into chaos, and she nearly beat Todoroki during our training. He beat Ojiro and Hagakure in like 3 minutes flat," said Sero. I kind of just stood there listening to their praise while stretching my neck.

The school day went on and it was lunchtime. I reached into my bag only to realize I left my lunch at home, meaning I had to go to the cafeteria. Man, it was so crowded. I had gotten my food and was looking around for a place to sit. That's when Uraraka waved at me to sit with them.

What a relief, I started walking towards them when the school alarm system went off. It said to evacuate. All the students started running out and soon I was swept away with the crown. I was pushed onto the glass when I saw that it was the reporters outside.

'Damn reporters'

"Touch my hand! Make me float above everyone!" I heard Iida yell. He was reaching out his hand to Uraraka, but they were too far away. I flicked my wings and created us on his shoes and made him float. He looked surprised once he made eye contact with me, I gave him a thumbs-up, right after I was pushed towards the window again.

"Everyone please calm down! It's just the reporters outside trying to talk to All Might. No one is in danger so calm down! We are UA students and we need to prove that we're the best of the best!" Iida yelled. I wondered how Shinso was. He ate outside last time, so I hope he was safe from this stampede.

Back in class, I stood in the front with Midoriya "ok time to start Class Rep" I told him.

"W-wait there's something I need to say," Midoriya starts out, "I think Tenya Iida should be class rep. He managed to calm everyone down during the security breach and put us back in line. I think he should lead the class from now on" he finished off. I smiled and looked at Iida, who was genuinely shocked at the announcement.

'This is why you would make a great Class Rep. You do the work no one else will without expecting a reward.'

"If Midoriya vouches for him then I'm on board. Besides he's right he was a big help. He manned up and took charge" said Kirishima. I know I didn't like Iida at first, but he always had the best intentions.

"He and L/N would make a great team. During all of that, she noticed he wanted to get people's attention and made him float with her ice. She's going to be a great Deputy" said Uraraka.

I blushed at the compliment. No one showed so much confidence in me besides my parents. "Thank you Uraraka I will do my best to support our class rep and everyone else in this class" I bowed deeply to show my gratitude. Mainly it was to cover my eyes that were tearing up. 'I'm actually making friends; this school is truly the best'

"If Midoriya is truly ok with this. I humbly accept I vow to carry out the class rep responsibilities to the best of my ability" Iida said as he raised his hand.

"This is a waste of time, just hurry up and pick one already," a very grouchy Aizawa said.

~Next Day~

"Alright time for your next training. We're going to be doing rescue training at an off-campus facility, so we'll be taking the bus to get there. It will be another pro hero, myself, and All Might for this training. Also, your hero suits, keep in mind you're free to wear what you like but you're not used to your suits so keep that in mind. Alright, that's all ready and outside in 20 minutes" he says I wait to see if the students are going to be using their suits and it looked like the whole class was going to use them.

I reached for mine when I noticed Midoriya didn't get his briefcase. "Hey, why aren't you taking your case?" I asked him curiously. We were walking down the hall towards the changing rooms.

"Oh, after combat training it was trashed so I'll just wear my P.E. clothes," he said, and I just nodded in understanding.

We were all outside waiting for the bus, I sat next to Todoroki on the bench. I noticed he didn't have his ice mask on. He looked good without it. From afar I heard Uraraka ask Midoriya the same question I did, but I heard her call him Deku.

"Hey Uraraka, you shouldn't call him that. Blondie over there used that name to tease him" I said to them.

"Oh n-n-no it's f-fine, I told her s-he could c-call me that '' he responded.

"You sure you're ok with that?" I double-checked.

"Y-yea, you can call me that too, it's shorter than Midoriya," he said.

"Alright, Deku"

"EVERYONE FORM 2 LINES AND IN ORDER OF YOUR NUMBER TO BOARD THE BUS EFFICIENTLY" I heard Iida call out. I stood up and said, "Sir, yes sir!"

Once in the bus, the open layout of it made Iida's boarding strategy useless. I was last onboard. It seemed most of the seats had been taken and no one was sitting next to Todoroki. "mind if I sit with you?" I asked him. He opened his eyes "yeah" he responded scooting closer to the window. I sat down making my right-wing a little more closed so it wouldn't bother him.

"Hey, Midoriya, isn't your power a lot like All Might's?" Tsu asked

"uh, what? you think so? I never really thought about it" Deku started rambling off. That's when Kirishima pointed out that All Might's power didn't hurt him as Deku's did.

'Man hearing this only makes me believe that he really is All Might's secret kid'. They started talking about how their quirks could make them famous hero's.

"Well if any of our classmates have pro quirks, it's Todoroki and Bakugou," said Kirishima. I looked over at Todoroki, he was just leaning back with his eyes closed.

"Sure, but Bakugou is always angry so he'll never be that popular" Tsu said casually. I saw Deku flinch at her comment and I had to stop myself from giggling.

On cue, the blond said "WHAT DID YOU SAY I'LL KICK YOUR ASS"

"You see?" Tsu pointed out with a smile saying, "you just proved my point"

"You know we just met, and we already know your personality is trash," Kaminari said. I covered my mouth trying hard not to laugh.

'Oh, how the mighty are falling' I thought to myself.

"Hey L/N what's going on with your wing," Ashido asks. I look up to my wing and see that it was twitching bad. "Oh, it's cramping up a bit. I closed it more than usual so I wouldn't bother Todoroki with it. Would you guys mind if I stretch it across the bus a bit?" with a lot of 'of course and sure's I moved to face the aisle and stretched out my wing a bit, not all the way just enough to get some feeling back.

"Wow L/N I didn't realize your wings were so big," said Iida.

"It's so pretty too," said Uraraka.

"They look really well kept too" mentioned Satou.

"Aww, thanks guys," I say covering my face to hide the blush.

"You don't have to do that. Close your wing to not bother me" said Todoroki.

"Well I kind of have to or else it'll be all over your face. It was either that or put it around you" I say

He leaned forward slightly and looked at me as he was expecting something. "well put it around I don't mind" he said.

"Are you sure?" I asked, he just nodded.

I slowly lifted my wing and wrapped it around him. Once it was comfortable, he leaned back again, his back touching my wings. Almost instantly my feathers began puffing up. No one ever touched my wings so the feeling although it was nice, it was still foreign. I was looking in the other direction trying to distract myself. The rest of the bus was still loud with the sound of teenagers.

That's when I felt a hand graze my feathers lightly. I instantly flinched and turned to see Todoroki was playing with one of my feathers with his right hand. He slowly raised his other hand. I assumed to touch more feathers.

I grabbed his left wrist and squeezed it, he turned to look at me. "P-please don't d-do that. Th-they're sensitive" I whispered to him trying to avoid attention from the rest of the class. I could feel my face was on fire, but not just my face my whole body was begging to burn up. He seemed to understand and let go of the feather in his right hand.

"That's enough" yelled Aizawa, flinching at the sudden voice I looked ahead. "We're here"

We were greeted by the Pro Hero 13. She welcomed us inside and we could see so many different disaster areas.

"A shipwreck, a landslide, a fire, a windstorm, I built this facility for you to train in multiple disasters! I call it the Unforeseen Simulation Joint" she explained. I was standing in the front with Todoroki close behind.

I saw a fountain in the middle and I wanted to get a better look at it. 13 was explaining how quirks could easily kill and how our previous training taught us how easily we could hurt the people we use it against.

"Hey, shouldn't All Might be here already?" I heard Aizawa ask 13.

13 started whispering but I managed to hear "too much hero work and used up too much power... resting in the teacher's lounge"

'used too much power?' What are they talking about? I moved back next to Todoroki not wanting to hear more. 'Will not get involved with personal hero stuff. That will only get me in trouble' I remind myself.

My feathers puffed up so quickly that it got the attention of everyone. Not only were they puffed and ruffled, my wings were shivering, not by the cold but in a warning that something was wrong.

"Trying to show off L/N?" Aizawa said.

"Totally not manly L/N" added Kirishima.

"Somethings wrong! We need to leave!" I yell out to Aizawa and 13. They looked at each other and then me.

"Nothing is wrong. Now please sto..." he didn't get to finish as the lights went out in the whole building. That's when the fountain became distorted.

"Aizawa sensei behind you!" yelled Midoriya.

He turned around to see a hand starting to come out of a purple mist.

"Stay together and don't move!" Aizawa instructed. "13 protect the students' at the word protect Todoroki moved in front of me shielding me from what was going on.

"What is that thing?" Kirishima asked, pointing at the figure that came out of the mist. With one came many. More and more figures were coming out of the mist. "Wait, the training started? I thought we were rescuing people?" Kirishima asked. I saw Deku take a step forward.

"STAY BACK!" yelled Aizawa. With that, I used my left wing to push Todoroki back a bit. He looked at me, but I didn't bother to look at him. I was fixed on the scene in front of the fountain.

I looked over at Aizawa and he had already put on his yellow goggles. "This is real. Those are villains," he said. Everyone visibly tensed. Then the last to walk out of the mist was a giant villain with its brain exposed and on its face a beak.
