I giggled to myself for a bit when I realized what direction Deku had run off to.

"Wait Deku! That's the wrong way!" I yelled after him making my way down the hall where I knew he would be. He stopped running just enough for me to catch up to him. My feathers ruffled up a bit making me worry and run faster toward him.

I had stopped behind Deku who was still blushing like a tomato.

"L/N y-you-" Deku started to say before I cut him off.

"Deku you're going the wro-" I was cut off my feathers suddenly puffing up again. Deku had seen my feathers puff up right before the League of Villians attacked USJ, so he must have thought we were in danger. However, my wings weren't quivering like before. They had just puffed up letting me know a strong presence was approaching.

Deku quickly started looking around and we came face to face with the number 2 hero making Deku jump a foot in the air.

"Endeavor?!" Deku questioned as the hero took notice of us.

"Oh there you are," he said when his eyes landed on Deku. "Oh I see you're here too" he stated when he saw me with his voice filled with uninterest.

"W-what are you doing here?" Deku asked in his usual shaky voice when he meets new heroes. Endeavour pointed at Deku and said "I watched you fight, and you have a wonderful quirk. You managed to create a great deal of wind pressure by just flicking your fingers. If we're talking about power alone…. We Could even compare you to All Might" at this point Deku's shaking had stopped and taken on a more serious look. His face showed surprise.

"What are you talking about" Deku avoided Endeavour's gaze.

"We should get going his match will be starting in a few minutes," I said as I dragged Deku along. It was clear he was starting to become uncomfortable. I had let go of Deku and looked over at him and it was clear he was in his head thinking. As we kept walking I heard Endeavor speak again.

"It's my Shoto's duty to surpass All Might" he began. Both Deku and I stopped dead in our tracks. I composed my face to seem expressionless again as I turned around to look at him.

"It's Shoto's Duty to follow his path. One he chooses himself. Not one th-" I was cut off.

"I am not All Might," Deku said.

"That's obvi-".

"That's obvious, right" Deku continued. "Todoroki isn't you either" he finished off while turning to look at Endeavour. It was clear from Endeavour's face was that he was not expecting any backlash from his statement. Deku was still holding his head slightly lowered. I stood up straighter and excused us as we walked away.

Once Endeavor was out of sight I spoke "Don't let what he said to affect your fight. You responded perfectly"

"Thank you L/N. There are still a few minutes before the match. You should head back"

"Yeah, you're right. Good luck Deku!"

Walking down the hall I saw Iida heading back as well.

"Hey, Iida heading back to watch the next match?" I asked him.

"Yes, I am. Mine is next. I can't wait. I know my brother is probably watching at his agency" he said with a proud smile on his face. I giggled internally seeing how proud he was of his older brother.

'I wonder if Yue will ever talk about me like that?'

"Oh! Speaking of your big brother, Do you know counselor Cece?" I asked him. Curious about why she suddenly stopped berating me about getting the other Iida's phone number.

"Ah yes, I do. I am amazed that UA would allow her to work here!" he responded with his usual chopping motions.

"I go to see her every once in a while. She consistently asked for your brothers' number. I think she finally gave up though" I told him.

"She would ask you to give it to her?" he asked while still looking ahead.

"She did, but I don't have your brother's number. I don't know why she thought I would" I tried to reassure him.

"She got his number off my phone when I dropped it. That's why she stopped asking"

"Oh wow. Your brother was probably very confused about why she was calling"

"I would have thought the same! But somehow those two are now going out on dates!" he said in a very annoyed voice.

"Well, that's nice….. I think"

"IT PREPOSTEROUS" he starts yelling while flailing his arms in chopping motions. "DATING ONE OF HER STUDENT'S RELATIVES MUST BREAK SOME RULE!"

"I do agree with you there but you know her. She even has alcohol in her office and Nezu allows it." I told him.

"I Should speak to Nezu about her behavior!" Iida said with determination. From what Ms. counselor had told me even if Iida did talk to Nezu about her behavior, nothing would change since apparently, he had a lot of secrets.

We had finally reached the rest of the class right before the match started. I looked at the screen where they were displaying the next match-ups. I looked up and saw that I was up against Tokoyami.

Looking back at the seats I saw Shinso sitting by himself again, with a small sigh, I went over and sat next to Shinso.

Once we got seated Ochako came back with swollen eyes.

"Uraraka are you ok? Is this from the fight? You should go see recovery girl!" Iida started to slightly yell. Ochako didn't say much and sat down next to Iida. I stared at the arena waiting for the next match. A good friend and my training partner were about to go toe to toe.

"Thanks for waiting, everyone!" I heard Present Mic's over the speaker system. "The first match of the second round is going to be a big one! The man who won a huge victory in the first round and literally left the audience frozen- From the hero course, it's Shoto Todoroki! On the other hand, this guy barely made it past the first round! What kind of fight will he show us this time? From the hero course, it's Izuku Midoriya!"

Both of them came onto the stage prepared for a fight and it was clear just by the way they were standing there staring at each other. Even from the stands, I could feel the tension their eyes were portraying. There was no way for me to choose sides. Midoriya and I met before we even started UA. Meanwhile, Todoroki and I became close while sparring with each other.

"You're unsure of who to cheer for aren't you?" Shinso asked me suddenly.

"It's that obvious huh?"

"Well, you and Todoroki would train with each other alone at first. Then for some reason decided to train on campus. A lot of students saw that you and your class would spar"

"Really? I guess that can't be surprising since it was an open area. We trained mainly with Kirishima, everyone else wouldn't approach us" I responded honestly.

"Not surprising. Todoroki is intimidating. Also, you don't have to cheer. You can do what you did for me and Midoriya. Just hope for the best" With those words being said the match started.

Immediately Todoroki sent ice for Izuku and he blew it away with the flick of his finger. The force of the flick of his finger sent freezing wind toward the audience. That's one finger down. Once the debris cleared out I could see Todoroki had made ice behind him to keep him in the ring. I kept a close eye on Todoroki's reaction, it seemed like he just wanted to see what kind of counterattack he would do. I'm assuming he wanted to test out if he would use his fingers even though he would get hurt.

Another blast of ice, another blast of air getting rid of the ice instantly. Two fingers down. Izuku looked strained, probably from the pain. I was at the edge of my seat trying to figure out what he was thinking. 'Izuku has a lot of notes of everyone's quirks so there's no doubt he would have some of Todoroki as well….. Wait…. No one has seen Todoroki fight in a long spar. He usually finishes a fight in one move so he may not have a lot of information on him. HE'S LOOKING FOR AN OPENING'

Third blast, and three fingers down. I could hear Bakugou talking about how quirks have their limits just like how if we run we run out of stamina and breath. He wasn't wrong. Todoroki can overuse his quirk. But because he finishes everything so quickly no one figured that one out. This was an endurance match, and Izuku knew.

Todoroki bent slightly forward and sent another blast of ice 'He's getting ready to finish the match and Izuku hasn't found an opening. It's not looking good for him' Izuku blasted the ice back like before. All four fingers on his right hand were down. Without warning, Todoroki leaped towards Izuku on top of a wave of ice. Izuku is forced to quickly use another one of his fingers in an attempt to blast Todoroki away, but he has jumped from above, smashing his right fist into the ground creating more ice. Izuku was forced to jump out of the way and Todoroki sent ice his way 'This is it. He got his foot'

Or so I thought. Izuku threw an entire punch to blast everything away, even Todoroki who was almost flying. However, he was able to catch himself by putting ice around him which resulted in him landing on top of it. Izuku's arms were essentially mangled. The difference between the two was almost impossible not to see. Todoroki was overshadowing Izuku with how much more skilled he was in combat.

There was so much praise all over the stands for Todoroki. I wasn't sure if the people in the stand were even looking at what was going on at this point, but Izuku and Todoroki were now just standing there talking. I couldn't hear it since I was too far away and the crowd was so loud. Then suddenly Todoroki attacked again, sending another wave of ice toward Izuku. Another punch from Izuku blasted the ice away again and it was so strong that it almost threw Todoroki off the ring. Even though he had made walls of ice, Izuku was able to push him to the other edge of the stage. Izuku had rebroken one of his fingers again.

At one point Izuku yelled something I could faintly hear "Come at me with everything you got!" and for some reason, it rilled up Todoroki and he started charging at him. I noticed it immediately. Todoroki had slowed down. His movements were not slow. They were easy to track and thanks to that Izuku was able to land a solid punch at him using his quirk. What was more amazing was that he didn't even break his hand. I was gripping my seat while watching this. I had never seen Todoroki slow down so much.

They were still giving it their all even though both had slowed down but I was getting really worried for Izuku his hands must be smashed up to bits.

'Izuku you're hurting yourself too much just stop'

The teachers must be thinking about stopping the fight. They have to stop the fight.

Both of them just kept fighting each other, and finally, after another standstill of them talking, Izuku started charging at Todoroki and head-butted him. They just stared at each other again, Izuku yelling something at him. Then again he landed another clean punch to the gut. Finally, they stopped and Izuku started yelling.

I could barely make out what he was saying but he was telling him to use his full strength. Whatever Izuku was telling him made Todoroki use his fire and it engulfed the side of the arena he was standing in. I knew my face was showing the shock I was in.

TODOROKI WAS USING HIS FIRE

My joy of him finally being able to use that side was short-lived by yelling coming from the stands.

"SHOOOOTOOOOOOOOO! Have you finally accepted yourself?! That's it! Good! It all starts from here for you! With my blood, you will surpass me. You will fulfill my desire!" shouted Endeavor from the stands. I visibly cringed in my seat.

'This guy is so creepily obsessed with his son. Does no one else see how much of a creep those words make him'

Now suddenly Todoroki was using both of his sides and Izuku was rearing up for another attack. This was going to get messy fast.

Todoroki sent another wave of ice toward Izuku and Izuku was flying over the ice. Melting the ice around him Todoroki prepared another wave of ice to be sent toward Izuku. Right before the attacks could be launched Cementos and Midnight had sprung into action and stopped them. Causing a giant explosion. The shockwave was so fast and strong that everyone had to hold on to their seats and Mineta would have flown off if Shouji hadn't grabbed his leg. I used my arms to cover my face from the air that was covered with debris.

The smoke had cleared out and everyone was trying to see who had won after all of that. Even I was worried.

Izuku was out of bounds and Todoroki was still standing in the ring.

Todoroki won the match.
