The genin will surely miss this in the upcoming month of his mission.

*At the Gate*

Sasuke, Sakura and Tazuna could be seen standing at the gate within their bags on their shoulders. Sakura was impatiently tapping a foot in the ground with her arms crossed and a scowl on her face. Sasuke merely leaned against one of the open gates with his eyes closed. Tazuna was a few feet away watching the angry pinky warily and no sake in sight.

"Grr! Where are they?!" Sakura rages when 10 minutes passed the time they were set to leave. Sasuke grunted with an inward sigh. Then, there was a cloud of smoke and the last two members of their team emerged. Kakashi lifted a hand with an eye smile.

"Yo!" Katsuro shook his head in amusement for the casual greeting.

"You and the baka are late! We should've been gone already!" The Haruno shouted. Sasuke opened his eyes with a light frown when the other two males appeared.

"Maa, sorry. I was taking a nice nap and it took a lot of persuasion to get myself back up," the jōnin excused.

'Yea. A whole lot of persuasion.' Was the dirty thought when a flash of him and his harem brothers servicing the young man next to him and being covered in cum due to their efforts. A drop of blood from his nose started leaking and he had to subtly wipe underneath his mask as his team and client went on their way.

"Yea whatever, Kakashi-sensei," the only female of the group grumbled. They got into formation with Sasuke on point, Sakura and Katsuro flanking Tazuna, and Kakashi at the rear.

The group made good time seeing as they were going at civilian speed and Tazuna was questioned about the Land or Waves. He explained the beauty of his village and that he was building the bridge to help with the economy and build relations with the mainland.

While they walked, Kakashi and Katsuro noticed a puddle in the middle of the road. Katsuro threw a look back at the older man who imperceptibly nodded but continued as if nothing changed while his face was still planted in his book.

The group walked around the puddle but as soon as Kakashi stepped in it, chains surged from the water to wrap around him. Due to the noise of splashing water and metal clanging, his genin whipped their attention back behind them only to witness Kakashi being ripped to shreds.

Sakura screamed while Sasuke and Katsuro jumped to defend the terrified Tazuna with kunai drawn.

"One down." One of the two emerging bodies said as he and his partner advanced onto the last four.

The partner charged with a clawed gauntlet. Sasuke met him head on and the two clashed. The Uchiha noticed a chain connecting the two men but didn't have time to move before the other one jumped over their heads with his gauntlet aimed at the raven's head.

Well, that was until Katsuro intercepted the attack and kicked the other man away while simultaneously cutting the chain with a wind-infused kunai. Sasuke took the moment of surprise from his opponent to push him back and land a punch to his face.

When both men were down, Katsuro summoned his shadow tendrils to restrain them.

"Damn you! Let us go!" The one Katsuro dispatched shouted as he and his partner struggle to get out.

"I don't think so. You did just attack our sensei and tried to kill us, too. Why would you think we'd just let you go?" The raven-blond blankly drawled.

"That's what I would like to know as well," a familiar voice piped up from behind Tazuna, scaring the old man to near death.

"Kakashi-sensei! But you...?" Sakura exclaimed with confusion.

"I substituted the moment they wrapped me in the chains. But that's beside the point. What are the Demon Brothers, originating from Kirigakure, doing here?" He stepped up to them. Meizo (or is it Gozu?) scoffed.

"We're not telling you shit."

Katsuro tightened his vines causing the two to groan in pain.

"If you don't want to be squeezed to death, I'd suggest you answer his question." He demonstrated by painfully tightening the tendrils more.

"Ngh! Do your worst. We're not saving anything!" The other Mist nukenin egged on. Katsuro gave Kakashi a questioning look. The man nodded. The teen smiled darkly. More shadow tendrils came out and formed very pointy spears. The two nukenin started sweating when they got closer.

"AAAAAAAAHH!" One spear stabbed into one of the chūnin. The other began breathing heavily as he witnessed his brother having more pain afflicted upon him before crying out himself when another tendril stabbed into his arm.

Meanwhile, Sasuke, Sakura and Tazuna cringed and shrank away at the blatant torture. Sakura and Tazuna grew nauseated as the screams and sobs continued while Sasuke pursed his lips and stared blankly at the scene.

Blood was pooling underneath the two chūnin as they gasped for breath from the excruciating pain they endured.

"Would you gentlemen like to talk now?" The raven-blond inquired. The two glared at him in defiance. This had the tall genin sighing in mock sadness, "I guess I'm left with no choice."

Two sharpened vines came to a pause above their crotches. This definitely made the two's eyes widened in fear as the spikes drew closer.

"Now. I'm sure that you want to tell us what we want to know. After all, you wouldn't want to lose more than just blood, now do you?" He sweetly asked. The feral look on Katsuro's face made the men pale even worse than they already were, and when the genin lifted his hand up, drew it back with the two spikes mimicking his movements, they cracked.

"Okay! Okay! We'll tell you!"

"Please don't take my dick!"

Katsuro and Kakashi laughed though all men, sans Katsuro, inwardly gulped at the threat to someone's manhood. Though Kakashi was also slightly turned on by the casual dominance his lover displayed.

So the nukenin came clean that the reason they attacked was because they were hired to assassinate Wave's bridge builder by Gato. After they admitted that, Kakashi knocked them out and turned to their contractor.

"Gato. Explain." There was no nonsense in his stern tone causing Tazuna to feel guilty and start explaining the real reason for his hiring ninja to protect him as he built his bridge.

The old man told them that Gato had taken over their country in that the tyrant was bleeding them dry and killed anyone who tried to go against him. Gato would send his goons into the village to terrorize everyone and keep the people from rioting. That was the reason why he asked for protection as he built the bridge since the completion of it would allow Wave to trade with other merchants and build relations with the Fire Country; therefore, destroying the control Gato has of his country.

Tazuna's sob story did not move three of Team Seven's members. Kakashi sighed.

"To be completely honest, we cannot continue on with this mission. As you know, we are only getting paid for a C-rank, which this is not. At the very least this mission is B-ranked with the possibility of turning A-ranked if even more ninja are involved. Especially if they are more powerful than the Demon Brothers," he pointed out. Tazuna dropped his upper body into a deep bow.

"Please! Wave- no, I will be forever grateful and in your debt if you could stick with me through this!" The old man pleaded with tears falling from his bearded face.

Sasuke stepped forward.

"Let's continue with the mission." The others were surprised.

"Sasuke-kun? Why do you want to keep going? Kakashi-sensei just said that the mission rank just increased! I don't know if we—" Sakura tried to reason but the Uchiha just ignored her.

"You were the one who said that if we abandoned the mission, we would be seen as scum. Besides, we need to get stronger and if helping this guy is going to face me against strong opponents then why not?" The arrogant rookie explained.

Katsuro gave Kakashi a reassuring look, "I don't really mind continuing the mission. This could be a great experience and I could use the workout." Sasuke glared at his teammate but looked back at his sensei with determination. Sakura turned her head back and forth between the two young men before closing her eyes and inhaling to steel herself and brought forth her own determination.

Kakashi observed his students before making a decision.

"Well, Tazuna-san, thanks to my cute genin, we will be sticking with you for the duration of this mission. Don't make me regret this," he warned. Tazuna cried his thanks and the group continued on their way after Kakashi ties up the Demon Brothers and sent a messenger dog to Konoha to inform the Hokage about the situation.

Soon night fell and the group set up camp near a small body of water. Katsuro was made to get any fresh catch, if he could, Sasuke was to set up the tents with Kakashi (Tazuna set up his own), and Sakura was to find firewood.

As Kakashi was setting up his own and Sakura's, he noticed that her tent was missing pieces.

"Sakura!" Kakashi called to her when she arrived back to camp.

"Yes, Kakashi-sensei?"

"Your tent doesn't have all its pieces," he informed her. Sakura played innocent and tilted her head.

"Really? I didn't know. I guess I'll have to share with Sasuke-kun!"she said a little too happily. Said Uchiha whipped his head around in horror.

"Sakura, that's inappropriate for a young lady to sleep with a man that they're not in a relationship with, a teammate at that. You'll just have to take my tent and I'll sleep with Katsuro." Sakura deadpanned. Sasuke let out a sigh of relief.

"But isn't that also inappropriate?" She drawled but Kakashi waved her off.

"He wouldn't mind. Oh! Here he comes now." True to his word, the dual-haired teen appeared with a hefty catch.

"Hm? What's up?" The last member of Team Seven asked as he laid out 5 fish and three skinned rabbits.

"Nothing much just that we have to share a tent because Sakura's is defective," the silver-haired man informed joyfully. Katsuro chuckled and sat to skewer their food to put on the fire after adding some seasoning he had in his pack.

"That's fine with me."

The group say around chatting, mostly Tazuna and Sakura, as they waited for their food to finish. Kakashi said that he'll take first watch then switch with Katsuro after a few hours then Sasuke since he wants an early start on the rest of their journey seeing as Wave is about half a day away.

When the food finished, everyone grabbed their canteens of water and portion of food. Sasuke and Sakura didn't want to admit it but Katsuro's culinary skills despite limited supplies was amazing.

'Hn. Acceptable.' Was Sasuke's thought as he took another bite of the fish.

'I bet Sasuke-kun can do a way better job than this baka.' Sakura chewed in thought. Tazuna and Kakashi, on the other hand, sung their praises.

"Great cook and an even greater lover." Kakashi whispered seductively into his younger lover's ear. Katsuro gave him a smoldering look and leaned in to whisper back.

"Don't start something you can't finish, puppy." His voice rumbled. The tone sent a jolt of arousal through Kakashi's body.

Dinner finished soon after and was cleaned up. Everyone sans Kakashi went to bed in the quiet night. When it was time go Katsuro to wake for watch, Kakashi entered their shared tent while pulling down his mask and crawling up next to the sleeping man and gave him a kiss. He let out a quiet yelp when he was suddenly pulled closer and the kiss deepened. Kakashi moaned at the skilled tongue and firm squeeze of his waist.

The two parted, one with a blush and the other with a smirk.

"Good morning to you, too, Kashi," Katsuro's sleep roughened voice greeted. Kakashi hummed and nuzzled his cheek.

"It's time for your watch." Katsuro sat up with his silver-haired lover in his lap and politely covered his mouth when he yawned. He rubbed his thumb on Kakashi's hip and gave him one last quick peck before Kakashi let the ponytailed man up. Kakashi took off his weapons pouch and vest to slip underneath the warm blanket while Katsuro got suited up.

"Good night, sensei," he waved as he opened the tent's flap.

"Night. I'll make sure to keep the covers warm for you." He replied cheekily. Katsuro quietly laughed and zipped the tent back up when he stepped outside to start his shift.

Sometime during, he heard one of the tents. He kept his eyes closed lounging up in a tree but could sense that it was his female teammate.

Sakura quietly stepped out of her (Kakashi's) tent and looked around as best she could in the dark but noticed Katsuro "sleeping" in a tree and smirked at the perfect opportunity.

As silently as possible, she snuck to Sasuke's tent and was reaching down to unzip it when she froze at the presence and voice behind her.

"What do you think you're doing?" He icy tone questioned. Sakura turned around and crossed her arms.

"None of your business!" She harshly whispered. Katsuro pierced her with his stare and she could've sworn that his eyes were glowing before she blinked, believing she was seeing things when the blue eyes remained the same.

"It is if you're going to disturb Sasuke when his shift is next. Go to bed, Sakura." He commanded. The pinky pouted and stomped her way back to her tent.

Katsuro shook his head slowly, "That girl…" and leapt back to his place in the tree.

The rest of his shift and the night went by swiftly.
