๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฒ๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ ๐๐ ๐จ, a woman was cursed for being raped. She didn't ask for it to happen, she didn't want it to happen; and yet after it happened, she was the one punished. Medusa was born a wonderful baby girl, she grew up innocent and kind. She loved more than anyone in world, serving the gods had been an honor back then, and she was happy to do so as well.
That was until the night of her eighteenth birthday.
She was chosen to serve the goddess Athena, but when she got there it wasn't the goddess waiting for her. Instead it was a god, the sea god Poseidon; when she tried to leave, he grabbed her and held her down.
She lost everything that night, her morals and her virtue. Athena blamed her for what happened, and cursed it to never know love; to never know the touch of another man. She cursed her with snakes for hair and eyes full of stones.
For years, many had come to slay her but all had failed; after a while everyone forgot about her. That was the only peace she had been left with, until he came along. He called himself God, not a god; just God. He was arrogant and wanted to prove his power and position, another male that only wanted to take from her. He did take something from her, but he also gave her something in return. The first time she has ever been given something for her pain.
He carved runes into her body so she could live freely without fear of death. He told her that she could still kill people if she chose too, but the reason he carved the runes was to watch his story play out. He wouldn't tell her about this story, just that she was a main part of it.
Medusa and God had left the abandoned temple she was left in; parting ways with his promise to meet again upon his lips.
Medusa was free at last, but everything comes with a cost.
Now, a few centuries have past and Medusa; newly named Maeve is living her life.
A life that is about to be erupted dramatically with the arrival of the Winchester brothers.
This is their story.
The story of Medusa and Dean Winchester.
Everything is about to change.
