My writing is not 100% perfect so please understand. Here's a quickly recap from the Epilogue of Adventure in Mewni 2. If you haven't read both Adventure in Mewni and Adventure in Mewni 2 please do so. At the end of Adventure in Mewni 2 we found out that Skywynne Butterfly, the Queen of Hours, is somehow ALIVE (no cloning involved this time) and discovered by Vanilla and Cream the rabbit in West Side Island while Team Chaotix got hired by a mysterious client named Glossaryck by radio to locate Skywynne. With that out of the way, let's travel back centuries into Mewni's past to find out how Skywynne ended up on Mobius in the Future in this Prologue of...

Prologue - Queen of Hours

Butterfly Castle, centuries ago during the reign of Solaria Butterfly, Mewni

Centuries ago, on the planet Mewni, the planet is thrown into chaos. The current queen of Mewni, the warrior queen Solaria Butterfly and her fellow mewmans declared war on all monsters and the warrior queen has created an army of magic powered super soldiers called the 'Solarian Warriors' to even the battlegrounds against the horde of monsters that have taken much of the lands of the Butterfly kingdom.

However, rumors began to spread that Solaria is working on an even more powerful spell that could changes the tide of war to the mewman's favor. The former 27th queen of mewni and Solaria's mother Skywynne Butterfly confronted Solaria just before the warrior queen march with her warriors to help the Pony Heads retake their kingdom from the monsters. The Queen of Hours was most concern about the rumored 'Doomsday Spell' which ended in a huge argument between the Queen of Hours and the Monster Carver.

As Solaria and her Solarian Warriors march towards the Pony Head Kingdom, we turn our attention towards Skywynne in her secret private workshop somewhere in Butterfly Castle. The former queen is working on something with an angered look on her face when a little blue man in a yellow tunic hovered into the workshop to check on Skywynne after her argument with her daughter Solaria.

"My Queen," began Glossaryck of Terms, "I heard you have a fight with you daughter... are you alright by any chance?"

"No Glossaryck my old friend, I'm not ok." spoke Skywynne in a British like accent with a hint of anger in her voice as she tightens a screw on a strange, grey device that resembles to her wand next to a glowing blue gemstone which Glossaryck noticed as he hovers beside the Queen of Hours. He knows that Skywynne is working on something, but he didn't expect Skywynne to build her own wand which made him impress a little.

"So, this is your pet project? A wand? I wasn't expecting that but knowing you my queen I wouldn't be surprised. After all you did run a kingdom and learn magic on your own without my help."

Skywynne smile a little, forgetting her fight with Solaria. Glossaryck was right about that, ever since her disaster of a wand/coronation ceremony that destroyed both the former wooden Butterfly Castle and the original Book of Spells, Skywynne with knowledge of her past experiences and determination to be a better queen then her mother. Skywynne learned to run a kingdom and learn about magic on her own without Glossaryck who disappeared when the original Book of Spells was destroyed who only reappeared in the new Book of Spells years later in her reign. But since Solaria step up as queen, starting a war, and that her own daughter is trying to make a 'Doomsday Spell' that could possibly destroy Mewni. Skywynne began to question herself, but she hopes that her pet project could end the terrible war and possibly save Mewni... if her new wand works.

"So, if you don't mind me asking... What's this wand for?" asked Glossaryck who is curious about Skywynne's new wand she built.

"Well..." Hesitated Skywynne unsure if she should tell him, but Glosaryck is one of her most trusted friends. So, she decided to explain that last month she found this mysterious gemstone in the castle gardens and can sense it magic from within it, a self-reliant magic that is NOT from the Mewni's Realm of Magic, and so she secretly built a wand to hold the gemstone in so she can tap into the gem's power.

"It was originally meant foe peaceful intentions. But I believe my new wand could end this madness of a war before anymore unnecessary mewman and monster deaths could happen. I fear if Solaria managed to complete her 'Total Annihilation Spell', I fear that spell will get everyone killed and maybe destroy all of Mewni in the process. I know that there are some good monsters out there, and those monsters don't deserve to die an unnecessary death. Right now, whatever strange magic lies within this gemstone, it could save our planet from an even greater disaster."

"Oh, I agree my queen. Something with the words 'total annihilation' usually means destroying all life as we know it and even if Solaria never succeed in creating that spell, this war is truly unnecessary and will have severe consequences in the future." agreed Glossaryck. Then Skywynne put the gemstone into the head of her new wand and already know a perfect spell to test the gem's magic power. It's a spell that can open a window to see into the future. She never got a chance to use it before and she think is a perfect time to use it.

"Ok, here it goes... Crystal Oracle Foresight!"

Then the blue gemstone in the wand's clock shaped head began to glow as the clock arms began turning quickly as Skywynne concentrate her energy into the gem, totally unaware that the gem's energy is turning her thoughts into power. Then a small gleam of blue light shot out of the wand and formed a blue crystal ball like sphere in midair just a few feet from Skywynne and Glossaryck. Skywynne was overjoyed to see her spell worked.

"OH MY SWEET BABY CORN IT ACTUALLY WORKS!" then Skywynne quickly calm down and then spoke to the energy sphere. "Crystal Oracle... show me Mewni's future."

"FUTURE." said a female voice from within the sphere. It grew bigger and began showing a glimpse of the events from the future as a whispering voice can be heard from within the sphere itself. What Skywynne and Glossaryck saw both confused and terrified them. They watch as a sphere show giant suits of armor marching around and destroying everything as Mina Loveberry's deranged laugh can be heard. Both a woman and a giant monster in a crystallize prison and another giant monster shooting out green lasers from her eyes and attacking Butterfly Castle. the whispers grew louder, and louder as more future images are showed. Loud enough for Skywynne to realize that those whispers were a chant of a spell, a spell that she knows that can be use if she has to destroy her royal family's magic wand.

"Break the bond, tear the fabric, cleave the stone, stop the magic." chanted the unfamiliar voices within the sphere as the sphere show its last future image of the destruction of the Realm of Magic.

"The Whispering Spell?" said Skywynne in shock. But before she or Glossaryck could say everything, they heard cracking noises coming from the sphere. They turn to see the sphere is forming cracks all over the as the Whispering Spell chant continues, the sphere shaking violently.

"Um... is that supposed to happen?" ask Glossaryck a bit worried, but before Skywynne could answer the chanting suddenly stopped and the Crystal Oracle Sphere imploded into a large, blue, swelling temporal vortex portal, pulling in anything that is not nailed down like a black hole somewhere in space. Both Skywynne and Glossaryck hold on to the nailed down table avoiding of being pulled into the vortex. Skywynne raise her wand at the portal to use magic to close it, but that's when disaster struck. As Skywynne was about to use her magic, a metal wrench the was flying towards the portal, struck Skywynne on the back of her head hard enough for her lost her grip on both her wand and the table and then both Skywynne and the gem powered wand was pulled into the vortex.

"SKYWYNNE?!" shouted Glossaryck and begore he could do anything, the temporal vortex suddenly and without warning closed in front of Glossaryck and completely vanished with Skywynne within the vortex. Glossaryck stare where the portal was, speechless as he realized that he failed to save Skywynne, but knowing that it's a temporal vortex, he can believe that Skywynne could be lost in time somewhere in the distant future.

Inside the temporal vortex

Skywynne find herself trapped within the temporal vortex, heading towards who knows exactly where and when. She managed to grab her wand, but when she tries to cast a spell, a sudden small flash of light appears from her wand for a few seconds. When she opened the wand's clock head, the blue gemstone that was there when she places it in earlier has vanished without a trance.

She was too terrified to speak and as she floats around the vortex, she can hear mostly unfamiliar voices echoing throughout the portal while she tries to figure out that's going on and how to get out of the vortex.

"Shadow... MARIA!?" "I'm a magical princess from another dimension." "DOCTOR'S ORDERS?!" "...the greatest scientific genius in the world...whatever you say, Eggman!" "The servers are the seven Chaos. Chaos is power...Tikal...power enriched by the heart." "All you ungrateful humans, who took everything away from me will feel my loss and despair!" "Star!" "The controller is the one that unifies the Chaos...Negative forces aren't the only way to empower the Chaos Emeralds. Our positive feelings towards each other makes them work." "Shadow promise me...I beg of you...do it for me...for a better future..." "Mega Narwhal Blast... Spider with A Top hat Blast!?" "THIS...IS...JUSTICE?!" "That Earth Turd means that much to you?" "Meteora." I cast a Spell which has no Name...My mother's gift with which she reigned." CHAOS CONTROL?!" "Sonic...What you see is what you get...the Master Emerald...I'm just a guy who loves adventure...I AM NOT WEAK...I'm Sonic the Hedgehog!" "Star Butterfly." "Break the bond...tear the fabric... cleave the stone...cleave...now that's a funny word...stop the magic." "You can cleave something apart...because with or without magic...or you can cleave something together...we belong together." "Hey...Hi."

It felt like an eternity for her, but Skywynne spotted a portal opening in front of her and flew right into it, the next thing she know is that she appears in the sky and falling towards an ocean. She screams at the top of her lungs as she tries to use magic but can't because to her panic state. Then Skywynne crash into the ocean and blackout.

Skywynne suddenly woke up on the couch after having a strange dream of her memories from months ago, a bit frightens from reliving her accidental time travel which somehow have her ended up on an alien planet called "Mobius" far from Mewni. Then a robot voice greeted her.

"Oh Miss Butterfly, I see you're awake." Skywynne turned to see a small black humanoid robot with yellow accents placing a small cup of water on the table next to her. The robot's named is Gemerl an robot built by Dr. Eggman years ago but now reformed and living with Vanilla and Cream the Rabbit in Floral Forest Village, they are the ones who found Skywynne at West Side Island and took her into their home out of the kindness of their hearts since Skywynne has nowhere to go despite trying to open a portal to Mewni which for some reason she couldn't.

"You must have quite of dream, you were tossing and turning like crazy, you're lucky you didn't fall off the couch Miss Butterfly."

"Yes...you could say that Gemerl, and please just call me Skywynne, there is no need for formalities."

"Well, Skywynne, Vanilla and Cream went to the village marketplace while you were taking your nap, they'll be back within a few hours...you're still working on your wand?" asked Gemerl noticing Skywynne's wand which she made a few changes since her arrive on Mobius. Vanilla, Cream and Gemerl are aware that Skywynne can use magic since meeting her on West Side Island.

"Yes, and I think I finally got all the bugs figured out and make some few improvements. I think my wand can handle the power of a Chaos Emerald now Gemerl."

However those questions will have to wait as the evil Dr. Eggman is getting ready for his next evil plan and Star and Marco visit Angel Island for the first time.
