(Unknown Location : Outside Konoha)
Thought out the entire room and scream echoed. This scream seemed to belong to a young baby. The baby weighted three kilograms and had spiky red hair and pair of dark blue eyes. Pretty much a carbon copy of his father Minato Namikaze.
"Congratulations Kushina-san, it's a beautiful boy" said the nurse as she handed the new born baby to her mother. The women in the bed could only be described as a red-head beauty. With long smooth crimson red hair going all the way to her waist, blue eyes and a ample D-cup breasts adorned a her well developed body. She embraced her son for the first time.
"Hello sochi." sais kushina
Minato turned to his son who was lying next to his mother and said "Welcome to Namikaze-Uzumaki family Naruto"
"Rest Kushina you will have plenty of time" said a Sarutobhi Biwako as she picked up Naruto for his first bath. She is around 50 years old and is the wife of Sarutobi Hiruzen the sandaime hokage, the previous leader of Konoha.
"How are you feeling Kushina?" asked Minato concerned with her loving wife.
"Just Tired" replied kushina
"Thank you" said minato as he kissed his wife lovingly.
When suddenly a voice unknown to both Minato and Kushina echoed through the room.
"Step away from the jinchuuriki yondaime" the masked man said as he held Naruto hostage with a kunai at his neck. Biwako and the helper medic nin, dead on the floor.
"Ok, just calm down" said Minato frightened. Concern evident in his eyes.
"Speak for yourself yondaime. I am perfectly calm" masked man said as he threw Naruto in the air preparing to stab with the kunai. Suddenly in a yellow flash Minato grabbed Naruto as the masked man made his way towards Kushina.
Buzzing was heard as Minato realizes five explosive tags placed in the blanket around Minato. In a burst of speed Minato removes the blanket and teleports to his safe house.
(Uzumaki Safe House : Outside Konoha)
A explosion occurred as Minato is blasted away with his son in his arms.
"That man is no ordinary shinobi, he managed to separate me from kushina." said Minato wondering just who the masked man is.
Teleporting to the Namikaze Compound Minato places his son on the bed whispering "Rest now Naruto, I am going to save your mother. I will be back".
(Unknown Location : Outside Konoha)
The masked man approached Kushina and warped away to outside the house. Placing his head on her stomach he begins extracting the Kyuubi. In a couple a minutes a figure is seen erupting from her stomach and materializing in the air. There stood the Nine Tailed Demon Fox in all its glory with nine tails swinging. With a glimpse the masked man traps the Kyuubi under its control. The once red slitted eyes of the Kyuubi are now red with 3 black tomoes, the sharingan glowing in all its power.
"Wait" said a weak Kushina realizing what was about to happen.
"Incredible. The Uzumaki Clan is simply incredible. Not even extracting a tailed beast from you is enough to kill you, It's only fitting that the Kyuubi kills its container." said the masked man as he commanded the Kyuubi to kill his former jinchuuriki.
As the Kyuubi is about to crush Kushina a yellow flash is seen. Standing in a tree not far away we see Minato with Kushina in his arms bridal style. "He really lives up to his name Minato Namikaze Konoha's Yellow Flash" says the masked man before warping to the edge of the village.
Minato flashed to the Namikaze Compound laying Kushina near her son as she embraces him.
"Kushina, I am going to stop the Kyuubi. Take care of our most precious thing in the world." he said and in a yellow flash is gone.
Kushina hugged naruto close to her and said "Don't worry sochi, kaa-san won't let any harm come to you at all, I will prepare as well." as she created a clone to seal things that belonged to her, her clan and her husband.
(Northern Part of Konoha)
It was a warm, calm autumn night in the hidden village of the leaf. Lights were seen all around the village as the people followed their lives unaware of what was about to happen.
"Summoning Jutsu" said the masked man, slapping his palm on the ground and his burst of smoke there it stood the Kyuubi ready to unleash its fury upon the unsuspecting village. Suddenly a roar is heard as the Kyuubi starts its destruction. Swinging its tails and using its paws nothing stood in his away.
"Sandaime, the Kyuubi has appeared in the North part of the village" said an Anbu has he bowed to the Sandaime Hokage.
"Yes I heard it. Summon the forces and evacuate the civilians. We must push the Kyuubi out of the village and wait for the fourth" said the Sandaime. 'where are you minato and what happened?' thought sandaime as he prepared himself to fight the kyuubi.
Minato Namikaze is seen standing in the top of the hokage monument ready to go face the Kyuubi when he senses a presence behind him. Quickly ducking and turning around he swings a kunai only to phase through the head of his enemy. Suddenly everything begins to become distorted as the masked man starts to absorb in a ripple like pattern Minato, before its finished Minato disappears. He flashed away to his safe house.
(Uzumaki Safe House : After Minato escaped the masked man)
"That technique" – Minato said pondering what he just experienced. "It's a space-time technique more advanced than my own. It happens it doesn't require seals or I would have seen them with my sharingan. It is best if hide my eternal mangekyo sharingan under a genjutsu. I don't know who he is but his chakra signature seems familiar."

Suddenly a figure starts to appear just a few meters away from Minato. There it stood the masked man preparing to face the legendary Yellow Flash. Both man stared at each other each one daring to make the first move.
"Who are you?" asked Minato as he wondered who could possibly have the power to not only unleash but also control de Kyuubi.
"My name is long forgotten and despised in the history of this village. I was once known as Madara Uchiha but you can call me Tobi" he replied chuckling at the irony of asking a masked man who he is.
"No. I now for a fact that you are not Uchiha Madara. Although your chakra seems familiar but you are not him." Minato said trying to find out the masked man identity.
The masked man simply stood there wondering how in the world could the yondaime know that he isn't Madara. "Something isn't right here, how the hell he knows madara's chakra signature?" Tobi thought.
Both warriors dashed at each other in a battle for speed. The fastest would win. Minato simply throws his hiraishin kunai at Tobi as its phase through his head. Getting closer to each other, preparing for the face off, Minato charges a rasengan in his right hand preparing to slam it into Tobi.
Tobi is about to touch Minato preparing to absorb him "Victory is mine" says tobi
but suddenly Minato disappears from his sight only to appear behind is back using the kunai he previously threw. Minato twists his body slamming the rasengan into Tobi vaporizing the area and marking Tobi with Hirashin's Seal.
"I underestimated him" Tobi says when suddenly Minato appears in front of him stabbing him with a kunai and applying a contract remove seal to free the kyuubi. Tobi seeing that he lost this battle says "I will be back and I will have kyuubi and get my revenge on the leaf village, there are many ways to go about it." as he warps away.
"Something tells me he wasn't joking, but he was an uchiha. I wonder who is he?" thought Minato as he gets up getting ready to stop the Kyuubi flashing to the battlefield.
(Northern Part Konoha)
In the battlefield stood the Sandaime leading the forces trying his best to push the Kyuubi away from the village when suddenly he hears.
"Summoning Jutsu" as he drops on top with Kyuubi with his summon Gamabunta the toad boss pinning the Kyuubi into the ground.
"Try and hold him down as long as you can. Teleporting something this big requires preparation" said minato to the toad boss as he prepares to teleport the Kyuubi away from the village.
"Are you crazy I am not some miracle worket. Hurry!!" said gamabunta, moments later both Minato and Kyuubi disappear.
(Uzumaki Safe House)
Arriving near the safe house with the Kyuubi on its toll Minato is panting from the massive chakra usage he just pulled to teleport the Kyuubi.
"YONDAIME, quick you must seal me, I refusee to be controlled by uchiha again" says the Kyuubi much to Minato's surprise.
"He wants me to seal him?" thought minato as he created a clone to bring kushina and naruto here and second later the clone reappeared with kushina who had a large scroll in her hand and naruto in his arms.
"What's with the scroll kushina?" asked minato as he was huffing trying get his breathing under control
"I don't trust villagers with our knowledge, so I sealed entire compound in here except furniture and compound itself" said kushina while coughing as she spoke
"I always knew between us you're the brain of our family. Kushina I need your help to restrain him with your adamantine sealing chains. He's still being pushed by the masked uchiha's genjutsu." said minato as Kushina nodded and gathers the remains of her chakra to form uzumaki adamantine chains to snare the Kyuubi to the ground.
Minato starts performing a long chain of seals and at the end he shouts "Reaper Death Seal" and a visage of reaper or shinigami appeared behind him.
"Kushina, Minato get out of the way" yelled kyuubi as the genjutsu still pushing him to kill his next container as kushina's chains weakend as she coughed up some blood.
As kyuubi attenpted to kill naruto, both Minato and Kushina jump in front of his claw protecting their son. "Kushina (cough) we don't have much time. Any last words?" he asks Kushina as he knew he was never good with his words.
"Naruto" she starts "I want you to grow into a nice young man and a strong shinobi. Remember to bathe everyday and go to bed early you need your sleep. Also I want you to make friends, you don't need that many only a few as long as they are true friends. Also no drinking until you are twenty and stay away from Jiraya. I am sorry Minato I took your time"
"Don't worry" he starts as they looked at kyuubi "Kyuubi can you look out for our son? I know he will have a hard life." he asks as kushina continued "I knew I was not a good host to you but please take care of him and make sure to guide him when my little naru get this scroll out from the time seal that will trigger on his sixth birthday." said kushina
Kushina went through some handsigns and a sealing array appeared on the scroll and naruto, "Fuinjutsu : TimeLapse Seal - Fuin" said kushina and scroll disappeared into toung naruto's right arm.
"It will be honour to do it but seal me quick yondaime" said kyuubi as he was wondering just how the hell this night could have happened as effects of genjutsu disappeared from his mind.
As the trio talked shinigami himself looked at naruto with interest as his sister kami told him about naruto, 'I will leave him some gifts myself' thought shinigami and his hand grabbed kyuubi and minato went through another set of handseals and yelled "Eight Trigrams Seal" and in a blinding light kyuubi disappeared into the seal while minato and kushina fell beside naruto not noticing the glowing sun and moon mark as well shinigami's own essence inside their son and took their last breath.
As the barrier formed by kushina went down, third hokage appeared in the clearing with his two of his anbu's. He picked up young naruto and signaled two of his anbu to pick up bodies of fourth hokage and his wife.
(Some time later in council room)
Already in the chambers were the members of all three of the councils; shinobi, civilian and his advisors, the elders; Homura, Koharu and Danzo. From the civilian side, well he honestly couldn't be bothered remembering their names, they would just waste his time…
From the shinobi council where: Shibi Aburame, Fugaku Uchiha, Shikaku Nara, Inoichi Yamanaka, Chouza Akimichi, Murakumo Kurama, and vacant spots for the Senju and Uzumaki clans. He sighed, as he placed Naruto into the crib, he figured this would be a long evening.
"Sandaime-sama, what happened to Yondaime-sama?" Inoichi questioned, looking around for fourth hokage
"Well Inoichi, seeing as he's not here I'm assuming something troublesome has happened to him, isn't why you've called us here, Sandaime-sama." stated Shikaku as he focused his attention from Inoichi to Hiruzen.
"Hmm... Nothing ever gets past you, does it Shikaku? Hai you're right something has happened to Minato." Hiruzen answered.
As soon as he said that, as he predicted there were shout's coming from all of the directions of the council chambers, Hiruzen just rubbed his temples in irritation and sighed. He was right this was going to be a long night.
"SILENCE!" he ordered and then spoke calmly. "If you would just allow me a moment to tell you what has happened, we can deal with any issues at hand and get back to our homes and families quicker."
"As I'm sure all of you know by now the Kyūbi has attacked the village, there have been numerous casualties. It just appeared out of nowhere." He paused to take a breath. "Anyway, once the Kyūbi arrived near the village numerous shinobi held the beast off until Minato arrived for battle. When he arrived the Kyūbi was about to release a bijuudama, luckily Minato hiraishined himself, the beast and its attack outside the walls of the village."
"After that he proceeded to grab a orphan that was just born tonight in order to seal the Kyūbi into him, the fuinjutsu he used cost him his life, it is called the Shiki Fujin. The reason it cost him his life is because the jutsu summons the Shinigami. Using this seal He sealed the kyūbi into this child here, Uzumaki Naruto" he declared as he held the red-haired boy up to them, after that he gently placed him back after a moment.
Just as he predicted the chambers exploded in uproar mainly from the civilian side, there were many calls of "Kill the Demon!" or "Finish what Yondaime-sama started!"
"SHUTUP IF YOU EVER SPEAK ABOUT YOUNG NARUTO BEING JINCHURIKI DEMON OR ANYOTHER NAME, I WILL EXECUTE YOU. LET ME MAKE IT VERY CLEAR THIS IS AN S RANK SECRET, IF IT GETS OUT I WILL HAVE KILL THE ONE WHO CAUSED IT"
"ANBU!" called third hokage and several masked shinobi appeared in the room "Take civilians out right now, I have an urgent matter with shinobi council" said hokage and anbu dragged civilian council out much to their dismay.
"Hiruzen give this child to me, I will make him a perfect weapon for us." asked danzo
"Listen well Danzo, I will only say this once if I see you or your so called root around this child. I will kill you myself, is that clear?" said sandaime hokage leaking a bit of KI.
Danzo kept his face neutral and didn't gave anything away but inside he was seething.
'I will have my weapon wether you like it or not' thought danzo
"How does it happen?" asked shibi aburame, head of aburame clan
"Full details of what happened today is only known to deceased yondaime, his wife, this child and kyuubi who's sealed in him" said third hokage
"Are you sure the beast won't go out?" asked fugaku uchiha, uchiha clan head.
"No, from what I know about the seal minato used, the kyuubi is sealed by shinigami-sama himself and his power is what keep the seal in place, so no human can break it or change it or place any other seal on the boy, death god won't allow it" said hokage
"So the kid by extension kyuubi is protected by shinigami-sama?" asked chouza akimichi
"Indeed it is." said hiruzen
"You are making a mistake here hiruzen, this is our chance to create a weapon and show our superiority above other villages." said homura
"With kyuubi being the strongest we can surely work something out." finished koharu
"My decision is final, he will not be a weapon" said hokage
"What about resources left by fourth hokage and his wife? They could be useful to village" said danzo as he secretly wanted his hands on knowledge of Uzumaki's and Minato's jutsu's.
"It is sealed." said hiruzen
"This is troublesome, let's just start our rebuilding and use jiraiya and his spy network to trick our enemies mainly iwagakure and kumogakure who no doubt will want to test our borders after hearing about this attack." said shikaku
"I also suggest we recall all our ninja's back to village and get anbu to borders." suggested inoichi
"That's the order I will be passing, if there isn't anything the meeting is adjourned" said sandaime and disappeared with young naruto.
(With Hokage, Three days later)
Three days had passed since Konoha had been attacked. And for the newly reinstated Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, it had been three days of Hell. Strangely enough while most of his woes would have thought to have been caused by the fifty foot tall fox that decimated the village, you would have only been half right.
A small baby born just moments before the attack, an innocent child that had never done anything to harm anyone. He wasn't even capable of supporting his own head let alone causing harm to anyone. But it was unfortunately this exact fear that was causing all of Hiruzen Sarutobi's troubles. For the child was not an ordinary three day old boy. This was a jinchuuriki, the host to the very same fifty foot fox demon that had just devastated the village.
"Hello Sarutobi sensei, you look like you have seen better day's" came a voice from a nearby window from where the Sandaime Hokage was sitting.
"Jiraiya-kun, you are a sight for sore eye's, it has been hell around here. I am missing being retired already" Hiruzen said.
"So he did it after all, I was hoping the stories I heard were false information. Why did he have to use the Shiki Fuin, there were other ways to seal a Bijuu" Jiraiya said sadly.
"Is that why you returned, just to see if the rumors of Minato's demise were accurate?" Hiruzen asked.
"Well yes and no. Minato's son, Naruto where is he?" Jiraiya questioned.
"Ah the boy, he is safe and healthy, he seems to be a happy most of the time, just like his mother. But he looks so much like his father already well except his hair." Hiruzen said.
"I guess I have to take up my role as Godfather and stay here with him now, or I could take him with me, either way is fine" Jiraiya said solemnly.
"What! Why not?" Jiraiya demanded.
"Several reasons, for one I need you to look after your spy network, we need it more than ever at the moment. Secondly if Iwa found out you were looking after a child they would know who it was straight away, why do you think they gave him Kushina's last name, Uzumaki. Don't worry about the boy Jiraiya-kun, I will make sure he is safe" the Hokage said with a smile.
"Can I at least see him once before I have to go?" Jiraiya asked.
"Of course you can, strange I didn't quite picture you as the fatherly type Jiriaya-kun, just goes to show just how much there is I still don't know" Hiruzen said with a smile.
Hiruzen left the comfort of his desk and signaled Jiraiya to follow him. They walked until they came to a room with the door slightly ajar.
"He's in here" Hiruzen said quietly.
They quietly entered the room so as not to wake the boy, but he was already awake.
"Three line's on each cheek that look like whiskers, is this the sign that he is a jinchuuriki? Kushina never had them, but then again her seal was different wasn't it" Jiraiya said.
"No from what we can gather, those marks were there before the sealing. So they are only birthmark's if I was to have a guess I would say it was because his mother held the Kyuubi when he was born" Hiruzen said.
It was at that moment Naruto yawned and gazed up into Jiraiya's eyes.
"Would you look at that, same eyes and I think his hair is already becoming spiky like Minato's" Jiraiya said looking down at the boy. "I bet you're going to be a great ninja one day kid, I will be back when you're about to start the academy to train you so don't go getting too strong without me" Jiraiya said, a small smile crossed his face and he went into his pocket and withdrew a small green wallet that looked like a toad, and placed it in the crib next to the tiny blond.
"A wallet? Interesting present to give to a baby" the Hokage laughed.
"Maybe, but I wanted to give him something that he could use later on in life as well. Anyway, have they rebuilt the bath houses yet" Jiraiya asked changing his tone from serious to that of a super pervert.
"No not yet sorry Jiraiya-kun, you are going to have to wait to do your research I am afraid. It is a shame too because that book you brought out was brilliant what did you call it? Icha, Icha? You could make a killing if you turned it into a series" Hiruzen said.
"Maybe you are right, my last book didn't really sell many but this one is selling like nothing else" Jiraiya said.
"Is there anything else you would like while you are still in the village?" Hiruzen asked.
"No, I should be on my way, if I have to leave I better just get it out of the way now. Keep the kid safe sensei, I do not want to have to face Kushina when I die if Naruto gets there before me. Oh and I am sorry to hear about your wife" Jiraiya said and just like that he was gone.
"Let's get you around a walk since you'll be tired resting entire time in this crib" said third hokage and picked baby naruto into his arms and started to walk around his office.
