This is a four chapter story that follows "Love is a Choice." Grady and his family are coming to Cabot Cove for Christmas, but Jessica wants to get home to Seth first. Multi-chapter. Seth/Jessica.

This one-shot is based on the idea that after twelve years (or seasons of MSW), Jessica may have been protecting Seth all along by keeping him at arm's length, on the off-chance that she is the common denominator in attracting killers. This started as a one-shot, but morphed in a multi-chapter. The movie "Divorce American Style" gave suzie2000 a story idea that she shared with me to create something for Seth and Jessica. Here is my attempt. I hope she likes it, as well as everyone else. Seth/Jessica.
