28 days had passed after the meeting took place. Issei went through a lot of training under different powerful dragons and kept taking suggestions from Ddraig from time to time. But the wait was over. Issei was going to train with Goku and Vegeta. He was sone with his final training, and he grew very strong in his Dragon Deification form. He was currently sitting with Rias and having a final chat before he left.

"I don't know for how many days I haven't got a chance to sit and talk with you properly Ise. It feels very good this way. Last year was very hectic you know. All time training and not getting a proper minute to spend with you. It was very hard for me. Living under the same roof still being far away. But now, I am very happy. "

Rias said to Issei with an affectionate tone.

"Same here. After defeating Hades. I thought we all had more time to spend with each other and now after training, I again have to go to train. Just when I thought we... could... do it you know." Issei replied but in the end, he had sounded a bit said.

Rias, after Issei finished saying, made a mischievous face and then pinned Issei and the kissed him and got on top of him and said with a seductive tone.

"We still have time to do it if you want to."

"Want to? 'That a question? I am ready whenever and wherever without any hesitation." Thought an overjoyed Issei.

"It wasn't a question, but I take it as a yes." Said Rias while taking off he jacket. The only thing that was left was her bra. Just when the situation was getting more intense.

Someone was there to interrupt their fun time. Rias puffed her cheeks with annoyance and Issei went completely blank. He fell from sky to land.

"Sorry Ise, maybe next time." Apologized Rias.

"730." Said Issei with a low voice while looking down.

"What?" Asked Rias

"More than 730 'next time' moments." Issei answered while tearing up.

"I am veeery sorry Ise. Next time, I promise we are going to do it in a more secluded place." Said Rias while assuring Issei. Rias the putting her jacket back on and asked.

"Who is it?"

[It's me.] A heavy voice came from the other side.

"Oh, come in." Said Rias.

As soon as the door opened, a 192cm tall figure came in. He had Red hair and had blood red eyes ( like the Ketsuryugan ).

He wore a plain black jeans and a green buttoned t-shirt with a black jacket on top of the t-shirt along with black boots. He was a very well built man. He wasn't like one of those bulky bodybuilders but was ripped.

"Lon time no see Ddrag." Greeted Issei.

[You bet. I've been busy. So Gremory, can I have Issei?] Replied and then asked Ddraig.

"Is it important?" Asked Rias. Ddraig then answered with a nod.

"Sure then." Said Rias. Issei then left the room with Ddraig.

"So? Feeling comfortable in your human form?" Asked Issei.

[I have gotten used to it now.] Replied Ddraig.

"So, what is it you want to talk about?" Questioned Issei.

[Yeah. I heated than Regalzeva will arrive here by a month.and I've also heared that you're going to train with Goku and Vegeta in a different space and there is a final slot for a person who can train there. So, I've decided that I will go with you and advance my skills a bit.] Ddraig replied.

"Alright, you can come with me." Issei said.

[Where are your parents, though? I can't see them anywhere in the house.] Asked Ddraig.

"In Liechtenstein. We didn't want them to stay in the danger zone." Issei replied. Ddraig made an 'understood' gesture. He also said that he informed Goku and Vegeta that he was going come with then. Just then Goku and Vegeta came inside.

"Come Issei, let's go." Goku said.

"Wait a minute. I need to inform all of the girls first." Said Issei. A couple minutes later, the four were ready to leave the house.

Everyone bid byes to Issei.

"Take care Issei." They all said.

"Same to you." After Issei bid bye to all of them.

On Beerus's planet

"Hey Lord Beerus, we have brought the boy we talk about." Goku said to Beerus while pointing at Issei.

"So, you're Issei Hyoudou huh?" Asked Beerus. Issei answered with a nod. "Well, train hard and beat that bastard because the Earth is mine. And if you fail, first I shall break that Regalzeva guy and they I will make you suffer." Saud Beerus in a serious tone. His voice was enough to send shivers down Issei's spine.

"YES SIR!" Issei replied while looking at the sky in a frightened manner.

"Whis, take them to the space." Beerus ordered Whis.

"Yes my lord." Said Whis who then took them to the place. They were in front of a door. It looked like the RoSaT (Room of Spirit and Time), but it wasn't. Whis also reminded that they had just two days worth of time. They responded with a nod. Whis teleported away and the four entered the room. After enter the room, all Issei mnew that the room was very vast. So vast that it didn't have any limits.

"You both are welcome here. This place doesn't have a proper name but we call it the 'Bizarre Space'. This place has a pull of 1000 times normal gravity. 1 day in real world is a decade in this room. But the bizarre thing about it is that you2r power ŵill grow bit you won't. You will grow by just a single day but will not grow old." Explained Vegeta.

[Well partner, I will be on my own then.] Said Ddraig. Issei nodded. Ddraig went far away resisting the extreme gravity.

"So, let's begin our training shall we?" Goku said.

"Yeah. Let's do this." Issei replied.

Issei slent a lot of time training with Goku and Vegeta. He learned the basics such as flight, ki usage and control, attacking with ki. He also improved his hand to hand combat skills. He also also learned a few moves like the Kamehameha, Gallick gun, Death ray, Ki blasts, multi-ki blasts, Vegeta's technique ( the meme one ), one handed spirit bomb and a few more. Goku also taught him the Kaioken. 5his passed by and Issei went from 5'7" to 5'10". He had more muscles and looked ripped like 3/4th to that of Vegeta . His eyes had narrow and his jawline had improved. His face looked like a mix of a dragon ball character and a DxD character, and he looked way more hot and handsome, slightly more handsome than Kiba. He had also cut his the two short locks behind his head, falling on his neck and now had a little less awkward haircut.

In the Underworld

Regalzeva and his mechanical soldiers with his special sub-ordinates, Haz Illyus, Rugatimu, Gvardora, Bebeve Su and Durmado had arrived in the Underworld in seatch of Issei Hyoudou.

On Earth. Sakhalin Oblast, Russia.

"We were supposed to wait here, right?" Rias asked Sona.

"Yes, that's what we were told?" Sona replied when a communication vcircle appeared on both Sona's and Rias's ear.They were terrified. When the others asked what happened. Both of the conveyed the news to their respective peerages. All the others were shocked. Both the peerages formed a transport circle underneath them. Sona' peerage left.

"Ise, please come as soon as possible. It will not be easy without you." Thought Rias while her peerage too transported away.
