After Issei went back inside his house he took some more rest with the girls. His parents soon came back that very day in the evening. Since Bulma was really rich and smart, she booked them a safe transport with the help of her newly design technology so that Issei's parents could enjoy the ride over the pacific, but they can rely on it for the safety of the baby inside of Miki. After the two had come back from Liechtenstein, the first thing they saw was the physical changes in Issei. He was taller, more handsome than ever, had carbon black hair and black eyes, had a way sharper jawline, and was having a better physique than before. They, even after being tired from their month-long trip, they were excited to share their experience in Liechtenstein, stating how beautiful of a country it was and Gorou, since he was the one who did the most travelling and sightseeing because of Miki's restrictions on excess movements, stated that he was shocked when he saw how rich most of the commoners there were and they also learned some German in Liechtenstein accent. When they asked Issei and others about what happened hen they were not present with them. Issei told them not to worry about it and they should rather take rest after such a long trip. When Isseispoe, his parent also noticed that he had a deeper voice. Rias also shared an unusual experience during the lunch time. She said that Issei ate like he had never eaten any sort of food in all of his lifetime. She knew that he was hungry, but had no Idea that he would single handedly gobble up the food akin to that of 15 or more people. Miki assured her that this was a completely normal occurrence since a Saiyan's diet is unnaturally more than that of a normal human being. Issei then grabbed the closest chair and dragged it forward and put it in front of Miki, facing her and the sat on it. He then asked a in caring manner with a warm smile on his face.

"Mama? How is my little sibling doing in there?"

He spoke as he caressed her swollen belly. As soon as he uttered the word 'Mama', everyone in the room was in disbelief, Miki's eyes had become teary and he became very emotional. With a happy smile she looked up to Gorou, who was standing beside her, who was equally in shock. Miki, with a shaking voice soke to Gorou.

"Dear? You heard that right? My child called me 'Mama'. He is back. Our child is back."

"Then you have to call me 'Papa' like before Issei, or I will not be happy."

Gorou responded to his wife then spoke to Issei and rebuked him playfully. Issei looked up at him with the same smile on his face and spoke.

"I will Papa, I will. I will never do such a thing that would make anyone of you unhappy."

"Your little sibling is completely fine my son. He or sher will be just another beautiful child. Just like you."

Miki then answered Issei's question with the same emotional tone as before.

"He is back? Like before? Can someone tell us what is happening over here?"

Rias asked the question on behalf of every other person in the living room, except the 3 in front of them, who were completely unaware of the situation in front of them.

"Ise used to call us Mama and Papa until last year ago. This is a sudden change but, we both love this change."

After Gorou cleared all the doubts on their minds, they did not know what was Issei thinking by making such a sudden change in front of all of them. But since it does no harm to anything, they decided not to go prying into the matter anymore. The day went by just like that, all of them relaxed and passed the day peacefully. Issei knew that the next day was a weekend.

Next Day – 4:30 am

The sun had not peeked on the people of Japan yet, and just like th most common incident that could have happened, Issei found himself lying on the cold floor when he woke up. It was very for him easy to deduce that Xenovia had pushed him off the bed via her bad sleeping habits. When he got up and turned his gaze towards the bed, all the girls were sleeping peacefully. It was the time to start morning training, but Issei wanted to do otherwise. He, without disturbing them, slowly and silently moved out of the room and quietly opened and closed the door. He made it downstairs and used the common washroom to wash his face. He then used at towel to wipe the water of his face and used the elevator to reach the training floor and when he did, he started training wearing the gray colored shorts and black tank top that he was wearing while sleeping. He trained harder and alone in his Super Saiyan form trying to master it so he would not exhaust himself in case he ran into a fight with someone int the future because it had to be done. After half an hour. He decided to end his training as it was in vain and he was losing his form continuously due to exhaustion. He realized that he could not master Super Saiyan on his own and needed help of someone more experience. He walked into the elevator and used it to go back up. He then walked towards then nearby couch and sat on it, then laid flat on it and drifted into deep sleep. When the girls came down to go to the basement to start their training, they saw him sleeping on the couch. So, without disturbing him, they went to train. An hour later, Issei woke up from his sleep and saw early rays of the saw falling through the windows and other glass panes, lighting up the dark living room. He then got up from the couch and went upstairs to change his tank top to a red colored shirt. He then decided to go down via the elevator to see what the girls were doing. As he made it to the basement, he saw the girls were finishing had all finished their training and were currently taking a break before going back up and getting fresh. Issei stood still with his arms crossed under his chest while looking here and here. Ravel then walked up to him and stood on his right side while holding her hands together in front of here and looking back and forth at Issei and somewhere else, wanting to ask something.

"Say it, Ravel-chan."

Issei broke the silence by telling her to speak without looking at her. It caught her a little off-guard.

"Huh?"

She responded saying so.

"I know you want to ask something from me for a while. Feel free to ask anything Ravel-chan, I am all ears."

Issei looked down at her and answered to her while smiling softly.

"Yes, Issei-sama, I wanted to ask you that an hour ago, we all saw you sleeping on the couch, you did't even come down to train or watch so, umm…."

Ravel looked at him and replied, but couldn't form words to speak in the last part. Before that, Issei spoke to her.

"It's not like I did not train though. I, once again, found myself lying on the cold floor at 4:30 in the dawn so I thought why not train a bit because if I did so, I will grow tired and will be able to sleep again. So, I came down and started working on my Super Saiyan form."

"That's great! Did you manage to grow stronger or something else?"

She got excited and was happy upon hearing it as she wanted nothing else, but welfare of Issei who she loved secretly. She exclaimed and asked with excitement. To that, Issei replied with a frowning expression.

"Negative Ravel-chan. A big ass negative. I ran out of stamina and the form dropped many a times in 30 minutes straight. I guess I will need someone experienced's supervision and help. By that I can only think about Goku and Vegeta."

Ravel's happiness shifted to sadness pretty quickly.

"That's sad."

She spoke with a sad tone.

"Don't worry, Ravel-chan. I thought that it won't end up how I wanted it to, but hey, It was worth the try. At least I will be satisfied that I tried instead of being an escapist."

Because of his optimistic thought. Ravel kind of liked him even more. She very slightly blushed and the turned her gaze straight. Issei found this really cute.

"Ravel-chan, if you give cute reactions like that, I will definitely become hard."

He thought to himself with a slightly lecherous face. Just then, he felt a chill down his spine, as he turned his head at front, he saw Koneko looking at him with narrowed eyes from afar. It didn't take a tad bit of time for him to figure out that she used her ability to read is mind and I clearly didn't like it when his perverted feelings were received by someone, she was constantly in war with to win over Issei. Issei quickly turned his head to the other side. Ravel on the other hand, after she stopped blushing, she smiled at Issei and remarked.

"Yes! You are right, Issei-sama. Only the weak would not put effort and want to be spoon-fed on everything."

Just then, the girls got up from their break. They had noticed Issei talking to Ravel just beforehand, so Akeno tried to lip read their conversation and interpret it to the others. For them, it started out well but when Ravel blushed, it was not going good for them, and definitely not when Issei put out a lecherous expression, they knew they had to act. They walked towards them and stopped in front of them. Xenovia was the first one to apologize after reaching them.

"Sorry for kicking you off the bed, Ise."

Issei didn't know when she came to know that it happened because of het, but he appreciated that she did.

"Don't worry, it happens.'

He reassured her by saying so. Rias then spoke up.

"Hey, Ise? Since we have all finished our training sessions, how about we take a bath all together. It feels quite sweaty after training and I thought you would like it too."

Issei then chuckled a times at the beginning and replied.

"Mhmhmhmhm, of course I would. I would love to. What can I do when you made me an offer I couldn't refuse?"

Issei delvered a ver famous dialogue that seemed familiar to Rias. She asked.

"I don't why, but that seems a bit familiar to me. My father used to say that exact offer thing when he agreed to something good."

"Since you are with me, you'll come to know of it really soon. That aside, let's go and take a bath shall we?"

Issei replied. All of them then moved towards the large bath area and spent some time together. Koneko and Ravel once again ran into a conflict because of the interaction of Issei and Ravel that took place Earliwe. After they finished. They got dressed and went back to their daily life work. While Issei was in his room, Rias came in and asked.

"Ise, you do remeber this evening's victory celebration party, right?"

"Of course I do. Perhaps I am heading out to vali's to make sure he is coming or not. He might be envious after all that happened. But, Envious he might be, he has to come to the part this evening as he had a big part to play in the Regalzeva incident too."

Issei replied and also told his next plans to her. Rias wanted to say something but was not able to say it and turned around and said as her face grew a little red.

"Alright, the breakfast's ready. Before you go out, come down and eat it first. And… after the party begins, just remind me that I wanted to say something to you, okay?'

"Got it, Rias, and I am coming down after a few minutes then."

Issei replied as he made sure that he will do as she said. After that, she left the room. After a while Issei came down too. The entire family sat for breakfast and after finishing it. Issei headed out for Vali's.

Scene change - In Vali's place

In the late morning, at Vali's place, his full team was present. The chatter among them was going on because in the midst of all these months, his and Issei's team were fated to fight eac other in the Azazel cup finals. The next moment, echoes footsteps of someone coming throughout the hallway could be heard. Their attention was turned at that direction. There was a staircase that led to the upper floor. A figure was ascending up. After a while, it was clear to them that it was none other than Issei. After he stepped past he final step. He stood there for a few seconds and looked around and saw everybody in his team stopped talking with each other and all of them were looking at him straight. It was quite clear to them that they were surprised by his appearance and also, they did not want to discuss their palns and strategies to the head opposition team Issei waved hi to all of them and started walking to the direction were Bikou was leaning his back against the wall, beside a closed door. He walked forward and stood in front of the door when Bikou turned his head towards him and asked.

"Hey Red Dragon, looking fancy today. What brings hyou here?'

"Just business with my buddy Vali. I hope that you al are coming to this evening's arrangement."

Issei, with a smart smirk to, replied to him.

"Sure we are. I know it will be fun. We are not gonnas miss that."

Bikou replied with an affirmative.

"Great. Now if you may excuse me."

Saying so. He extended his right and forward and grabbed the door knob and twisted it and that opened it. He then entered then room and closed the door behind him. Upon entering the room, he saw Vali Sitting on a chair, leaning forward above a small table. With an ash tray placed on it. Yes. For some reason he started smoking. He was having a cigarette in his right hand which looked pretty intact. Issei observed that the room did not have the odor of the smoke of a cigarette. The ashtray, a glass made square shaped with a few engraved designs on all four sides of it, was placed on the table. By the transparency of it and no sign of smoky discoloration, Issei deduced that he picked up on this bad habit just that very day and the cigarette that he was holding in his hand was the first one of his life. Vali then turned his gaze at Issei, dressed in a dark grey colored suit (blazer and pants) with a white shirt inside, a diagonally white and deep blue striped tie, a pair of lace less formal black shoes, and a dark grey colored hat with a black band on around it. He did not know why he was dressed so well for just wanting to meet him. Therefore, his first words to him were.

"You look like some kind of gangster or mafia boss in that attire Issei Hyoudou."

Normal people would be pissed upon hearing those words. But, that was not the case with Issei. Issei, going out of the ordinary and put out a smirk of satisfaction while looking towards the floor. Vali was surprised by his twisted attitude It seemed like he wanted to be called that. Valli then once again spoke to him.

"What brings you here today?"

Issei the walked towards Vali with his hands placed behind the back and grabbed the nearby chair with arm rests on the either side, placed it I front of vali, took off his hat and placed it one of the other chairs and then unbuttoned the two buttons of his blazer and and took of his blazer and hung it on the tope rail of it, evenly and in a disciplined manner and the came in front of the chain and sat on it. He then lifted his right leg and crossed it over the left one and rested his back on the chair and placed both his arms on the arm rests. Without his blazer, he had a grey, y-shaped suspender over his shirt, tucked with his trousers. He sitting down. He looked at Vali and spoke as they started conversating.

"Just here to remind you that there is a party this evening just in case you may be envious of me and decide not to come."

Issei replied with a slight bit of mockery in his word that Vali found a little displeasing. Vali wanted him to speak straight instead of twisting his words around and presenting it to hi as he spoke

"Just say that that you're here to mock me on my defeat against Regalzeva and even dying during it."

"No at all. That was just a joke. Sorry, if I offended you."

Issei replied calmly and also apologized as he guessed that Vali might be a bit frustrated already. The cigarette in his hand was a sign of it. He clearly was not happy with his defeat and death and Issei guessed that it was embarrassing for him. Vali then took a puff. When he did that. Issei was sure that Vali was new to smoking as He had seen many people smoking and they way Vali took a puff, it was how amateurs do it. Vali then asked.

"What would I get from the party, eh? It would be just for the celebration of your win'

"That's not it Vali. The first thing, is that I did not win in the first place. I could not even defeat the piece of shit. Goku and Vegeta had to come to save me. It is far off from a win. I am disappointed in myself in the first place. The second thing, it is not at all like wat you think. Rather, we would like to thank you for your contribution against Regalzeva. You tried your best dude. It happens all the time bro. You can't win every time against everything. At a point, you'll have to lose sometime and that will help in realizing and correcting them by learning from them. Thirdly, your entire team is going too. What would you even do by sitting all alone?'

He replied and then asked. To that, Vali said while being and little angered.

"What would I do is none of your concern. And stop being humble. You received praise because of fighting till the very end, and I got humiliation of dying. Also, I had to take power from you to stand up against him. What form of did you receive, huh?!"

The last part was yelled out by him with quite the venom in his voice. Issei simply put up a sad smile on his face, looked at Vali, then turned his head down and stared at the floor for a short while and let out a small chuckle. He then turned his head towards Vali again and spoke with a few pauses while speaking.

"I… heard Regalzeva… teasing Sirzechs. My mistress, Rias, who is also y future bride, got threatened of rape, Vali"

When he finished speaking, Vali knew that he messed up and hurt him emotionally. His face turned from a frustrated one to a guilty one and he quickly apologize.

"I am really sorry Issei. I didn't mean to sound like that.'

"It's fine, Vali. Mistakes do happen. No pun intended. And I have learned to have a thick skin to these comments. I have seen enough of the world and harsh comments do not penetrate my skin. And stop being negative Vali. View the world in a positive way. Negativity just brings nothing but destruction to oneself."

Issei reassured that he will not be moved by these comments and also advised him to kill his negative point of view.

"Yeah. I'll try that, I guess. I guess I'll come too. You are unexpectedly a tough guy, you know? Even after He beat you really bad but you held up really well. I really felt back when I could not help you when he was torturing you."

Vali partly confirmed that he would go to the party and also accepted how he felt bad when Issei was suffering. Issei put up a mischievous smile a without any hesitation,

"I knew it! I knew that you look at me with those kinds of thoughts, you tsundere fuck!"

"SHUT UP! I knew that it was a bad idea to even admit it. Uhh! I really regret it now."

He yelled at, being irritated of his joke.

"I am just kidding dude. Chill out man. I am sorry for pulling your leg that hard."

Issei apologized because of his joke while smiling. Vali then gave a sudden apology to him that caught Issei by surprise and his eyes where locked on Vali for a short while after hearing it as he did not expect it from Vali.

"Hey, Issei. I know because of my intentions and my desire to fight. I have done deeds that that have hurt many of you because of my selfish goals and caused trouble to you. I don't even know why did I do that. Just wanting to be strong and experienced enough to get revenge from my shitstain of a grandfather. I left a negative first impression after that. Even so, you let me finish him. Even after he hurt the ones you loved, kidnapped them and tried to show them that you are a monster, you let me take my revenge. Your family even forgave me and welcomed me as their friend even after I threatened to kill your parent. As you know *sniff*, I did it all for my family. My poor and miserable mother *sob*. I am sorry for all the trouble that I have caused to you. But believe me Issei, I am innocent."

Vali got a little emotional as he sobbed a bit while nearing the end of his apology. Vali then took his trembling hand with the cigarette in it towards his mouth. He then took another puff, but this time, he inhaled too much and started coughing and choking on the smoke. Issei leaned forward and consoled him.

"Take it easy bro. As I said, mistakes do happen. I know you were being kind of a douche playing the bad guy there, but I understand it, and your revenge is totally justifiable since your mother is still alive. And you are always welcomed with open arms to our family."

"Thank you, Issei."

Vali thanked him for being kind and generous towards him. But then, Issei continued.

"I am also training for enhancing my sense, you know. Like smell, sixth and I will increase my eye skills to the level that it can be called that it is out of this world."

Issei stated that aside from physical training, he was enhancing other important skills. To that, Vali questioned.

"Great, but why are you telling me all this?"

"Up till now, the level to which my eyes can analyze people just by looking into them. When Azazel-sensei came over last evening to my house. Till now, I have missed this feeling, but when I looked into his eyes, I saw a deep, oppressed sadness behind his face that he had been trying to hidefor this long. I wondered why? Then I recalled him saying that He raised you and considered you a son. I realized that you've emotionally hurt him with your actions, by betraying him. Same goes for Odin, that is your step-father, and his sons, that is your step brothers."

Upon hearing his statement Vali got a little bit serious and asked him.

"What are you getting at?"

"I just wanted to say, that whatever you want to do, do it.I have no problem with all that. Only don't tell me you're innocent. Because it insults my intelligence. And it makes me very angry."

Upon hearing those cold lines, Vali wanted to retaliate but when he looked into Issei's eyes, he stopped. His words came out through his eyes, and upon witnessing the sheer dominance shown by his eyes, Vali decided not to even make a sound, let alone form a word. After that, Issei turned his face from a serious one to his normal self and then stood up ad turned around as he picked his blazer up and wore it back and this time, did not fasten his button. He spoke to Vali with his back facing towards him.

"Alright then, see you at the party. I will be taking my leave now. Take care."

Vali said nothing but nodded at him and then proceeded to take another puff from his cigarette. Issei then picked his hat back up and wore it back and started walking towards the door. He then opened the door and walked out of the room.

Time skip – In the Evening- Inside the party room.

The party was very wholesome. Every person of high status, lo status, old higher ups, newbies, all were present. Commoners were also present to see their idols that evening. Most of them were, of course, from Issei's fan base, which had increase even more than ever after he once again saved the Underworld from danger. Many people, mostly children, did not want to accept the fact that Issei was not the one to finish the battle and took it as a hoax. Many of the young and older devils were awarded for their contribution against Regalzeva. A few of them like Vali w were promoted to a new rank called Semi-Super Devil. The largest promotion in the history of all Devil, even all Demons, was Issei's. It was also the largest promotion in the shortest span of time. Issei received a heroic cross for the biggest contribution in the battle for his bravery and a platinum colored star. . He was promoted to something promoted to the new rank of Universal Devil. The moment he stepped on the stage for that, the common crowd started roaring like crazy. He wore a complete black suit with a plain white shirt and a black tie with thin, horizontal red stripes. They were delighted just upon seeing his face. After all the process was done. The moment, he stepped down from the stage, the crowd came rushing at him, mostly the young ones. The small children and teenagers younger than him surrounded him to take his autograph. He was also surrounded by many young women who wanted to talk to him. Even if he loved women more than anything in existence, he felt really awkward between all of those women whom he had not even met before. Plus, he had something his mind from the very beginning, so, he did not have time for all that drama. He politely excused himself from them and started walking to a certain direction. He walked up to Rias who was wearing an extremely beautiful red dress that was different from the last time. It was longer than the last time and she hand to lift it with either of its sides with her hands to move as it touched the floor. It was a one-piece dress {that is it. Don't ask me about anymore of it's description. I am a guy and I have no idea.}. Issei, upon seeing her, looked at her with widened eyes. He was so amazed by her beauty that he was speechless. His mind lacked words that were required to comprehend it. He just kept moving his feet forward. Rias then turned towards him a showed a delightful smile, as if she was relieved upon seeing him. He then stood in front of her, but still could not form a single word. Rias then spoke as she playfully pouted, wanting to tease him.

"Took you long enough."

"Y-y-yeah. T-t-the awards."

He stammered at least thrice before replying. He spoke like a telegram massage. The least number of words that would mean something related to her words. Rias then spoke and after that she spun around holding her dress with er hands, and continued after that.

"I know silly, I was just teasing you. So, how do I look?"

"Absolutely gorgeous, Rias. I don't to how many words are getting intertwined in my brain that are related to beauty."

He replied as he stated his state of inability to compliment her beauty the way he shoud.

"Thank you. But still, maybe I don't look as good as those women who surrounded you earlier, do I?'

She intentionally put up a sad expression, wanting to get the stupid face of his that she liked, but was received by a way more mature pickup line-thing that she did not expect at all.

"Rias, stop trying to compare them to yourself. No matter how bright the stars in the night sky shine and try to look beautiful, the moon always steals the show with its beauty."

She, with wide eyes and a slight blush, looked at him. She could not help, but fall in love with him even more. No matter he has a stock of words that easily have a way with the ladies. Issei responded by nodding at her gesturing 'Yes, that is true. And you are the moon.' Rias turned her face away, being a little embarrassed upon hearing his compliment about her. She then thanked him for it.

"Thank you. That was sweet"

She, after she stopped blushing, turned her face at him and complimented his appearance.

"Perhaps my boyfriend, Ise, is looking very handsome too. Just like a gentleman."

"Thank you, I guess"

Issei responded. Rias then stepped forward and with her hand, compared her and his heights bey the heads of each other. She then asked.

"I haven't asked you before but, how taller are you compared to me?"

"A couple of inches or so."

He replied.

"Congratulations with the promotion Ise. I can't express how proud I am being of you right now."

She congratulated him for his newly acquired achievement.

"Thank you, Rias. That is exactly what I live for. To make you proud and happy. Because I am incapable of paying you back in any other way than this. I owe you a lot, and I don't know and may never come up with something that can pay you back for all that you've done for me."

Issei replied, thanking her and making him look low by being a little too much humble in front of her, which she clearly did not like as she complained.

"Ise. Don't say things like that, you've done enough for me. You promised me that you would strive to become the strongest pawn and you have kept your word. There is literally no other king Devil or the Devil Kings themselves that can beat you at this stage, let alone a pawn. Don't be like that."

Issei did not say anything back but his eyes conveyed the massage that he understood. The two of them did not brush over that topic anymore There was a short silence as both of them looked at something entertaining happening at the stage. While keeping his eyes at the stage, Issei broke the silence as he called out her name.

"Rias?"

"What is it, Ise?"

She asked as she turned her head at him and responded.

"You told me to remind you of something you wanted to say to me this morning during the party. So, how 'bout now?"

He reminded her of what she wanted to say to him in the morning. As soon as he did, she grew a bit nervous about it. Issei found though that if she had trouble saying it the he should tell her to postpone it.

"What happened, Rias? If you are feeling uncomfortable to talk about it, then we can just talk later."

"No! No. Now's fine, but not here. Outside this entire building, a few hundred metres away is a park. I think I can freely talk about it there. Here it is too noisy, and people that I don't want to hear our conversation are also here. SO, if you don't mind, can we take this outside."

She put down her problem about discussing things she did not want anyone else to hear, but Issei.

"Yeah! I have no problem at all. I am ready to go along with anything you want us to."

Issei stated that he had no problem with it as a reply. Rias then asked.

"Then. Shall we leave?"

"Sure. Lead the way.'

Replied Issei positively. After that, both of them quietly left the building remaining unnoticed to most of the individuals except a few who knew the what the entire thing was about.

"So, she is really going to do it?"

Asked Asia.

"Yes. I just hope everything goes fine and in a cool way."

Replied Akeno, hoping for a positive outcome.

"Yeah! A skirmish between them can pose will affect our entire team spirit."

'Yes."

Kiba and Koneko agreed with Akeno.

Scene Change – With Issei and Rias in the park.

After a short walk, they had arrived in the park that Rias was talking about. Currently, they were sitting together on a clean bench. Rias was still a little nervous and was sitting knees a little bent towards Issei's side and her body was also leaning a bit towards him. Her hands on her lap and was looking towards the ground. Issei, who had taken off and kept his blazer on the top railing of the bench and had his tie a bit, had his knees straight and had his fefl arm on the top rail of the bench. His right arm went over her back and his lower arm fell over her shoulder. He was currently looking around the park, observing it. While he did so, he complimented it.

"Damn. This park is so well maintained. The benches are clean, the grass looks good and there are no bugs at all on the ground, except the noise of of some crickets in the forest. It is really peaceful here. The moon is looking good too."

As soon as he finished speaking, he looked beside him at Rias. She did not respond back to him and still had a nervous llok on her face and was still looking at the ground. Issei's eyes were carried towards her chest. Although the drss covered it completely, he saw her cleavage. He made a perverted face and kept looking at it. He then tilted his head, wanting to take a sneak peak through thee gap at her boobs. Just then, Rias stood up while tightly holding the either side of her dress with both of her hands and called his name out.

"Ise."

Oops! He thought that she noticed that he was perving out on her during she was thinking something serious. He quickly apologized for his inappropriate behavior.
