With the Akatsuki completely dead since Zetsu died in the battle the world was at peace.

As for Naruko she was named the Sixth Hokage after Tsunade stepped down.

And Tenten and Naruko had 15 other children over the last 20 years since Tenten wanted a big family for herself and loved every single one of them.

Thats when the doors opened revealing her wife who was almost 9 months pregnant showing a 17th child was on the way.
