Chapter 41 Revenge of the Sith
It's been a couple weeks since Sean came back from his vacation and resumed his work of commanding the grand army of the Republic.
Currently he was in his office with his main commanders.
"So far the new command cruisers have passed all inspections. But for now we only have three." Yularen said. (A reminder The command Cruisers are the Star destroyers from the First Order since they were huge!)
"And who is commanding them?" Sean asked.
"Atriox, RAAM and Skorge." Tarkin said. (The first one incase people forget is from Halo wars 2 and the others from gears of war)
"Good. And what about Thanos and his people?" Sean asked.
"Thanos right now is the only one of his people in the Grand army of the Republic since his people aren't yet ready to join a war since it doesn't actually involve them." Tarkin said. (Sora incase you forgot Thanos is good in this. Look at the Halo chapter and see why)
"I see." Sean said.
"Although Thanos did have the Star Forge construct his own cruiser which frankly speaking is very powerful." Thrawn said.
"I don't doubt it. In the meantime." Sean tried to say before an alert came up. "What is it?" Sean asked.
"We have some visitors at the temple who request to see you." Mace said.
"I'll be right there." Sean said.
"Rather sudden that was." Tarkin said.
"Hmm." Sean said before leaving.
Arriving at the temple he went to the meeting room.
"Ok whats going on?" Sean asked entering but was surprised seeing members of the Soul Society. (From Bleach incase people forgot)
"It's been a long time Kruger." Captain Yamato said.
"Hey old man. What are you all doing here?" Sean asked confused by their sudden appearance.
"I called them here. Recently our forces have been encountering strange creatures that have our normal troops at a disadvantage." Mace said.
"What creatures?" Sean asked since he hasn't heard anything about this.
"Hollows." Toshiro said making him narrow his eyes.
"What do you mean hollows? Those are only on Earth." Sean said.
"Not since Aizen got involved with the Separatists." Rukia said making him narrow his eyes.
"Who's Aizen?" Anakin asked.
"A former Soul Reaper. He betrayed everyone for power like a mad dog." Sean said pissed off.
"Sean was the one who caught him red handed years ago after he killed the higher ups for his own gains along with two others." Renji said.
"The other two were killed while Aizen got away. But recent intel suggests Aizen has aligned with Dooku." Kenpachi said.
"And he's using his knowledge to create hollows that can be seen by anyone. Which means the Soul society needs to get involved since we're the only ones who can handle them." Byakuya said.
"Well...Shit. I was hoping not to involve the Soul Society but in this case I don't have a choice now." Sean said.
1 week later
Sean sat in a mediative position in the Jedi temple
After the Soul Society had joined the war effort the war against the hollows had gone in the Republic's favor along with other battles.
However lately the Separatists were launching assaults all over the galaxy spreading their forces rather thin.
Sean however knew there was something behind these offenses since something just felt off.
Thats when he widened his eyes before opening the curtains seeing a large invasion force with two new allies the Separatists had.
"Oh I knew It!" Sean yelled pissed off as Kenobi rushed in.
"The planet is under attack." Kenobi said.
"I can fucking see that! Recall all available forces immediately!" Sean yelled as they rushed off.
Arriving at the labs Sean saw Tarkin, Thrawn and Yularen observing the battles.
"It would seem the Separatists have gained new allies once more." Thrawn said showing them.
"I already know what these things are. The first one are known as Harvesters. Their a war like race that live to conquer and take natural resources from every planet. Azmuth Put a barrier around them to prevent them from invading more worlds. Dooku must have destroyed it and made an alliance with them." Sean said. (The Aliens from Independence day and the resurgence version)
"And the other?" Tarkin asked seeing the image of a green skinned alien with black wings.
"Their called Gordanians. Another war like race that just loves to conquer. Thats it I gotta contact two more of my allies." Sean said sending out a signal.
Outside
Godzilla roared as he breathed a stream of atomic breath at the fighters in the air destroying them quickly.
Zilla and Komodo roared as they fought against the Kaiju Camula summoned before Kong tore off the head of another.
In the hanger Mace was ordering the troops when General Tiin rushed to him.
"Master Windu, Enemy starships both old and new continue to spill out of hyperspace and from Space bridges. Our forces are heavily outnumbered right now." Tiin said.
"Sean's already contacted more of his allies. They said they'll be here soon. Take anything you can and aid our space forces." Windu said.
"Understood." Tiin said before getting in his fighter before taking what space forces he could into space.
Meanwhile
Kenpachi laughed as he slashed through a large number of Droids with ease.
"This is too easy. It thought these dumb droids would at least give me a challenge." Kenpachi said before his adopted daughter Yachiru appeared on his back.
"Don't go bragging just yet. Here comes more." Yachiru said as more came at them.
"Oh thats just great." Ikkaku said annoyed before a large wave of power destroyed them making him blink before they saw Thanos with some golden gauntlet wielding the power stone.
"Thats the power stone." Rukia said surprised.
"Some allies of Asgard helped construct this to wield its power. But never mind that now." Thanos said pulling out a double bladed sword. "The Separatists are moving towards the temple. And thats were the other more concerning relics are. We cannot allow them to get inside." Thanos said.
"Right away general." Renji said as they rushed to the temple.
Meanwhile
General Tiin led what forces he could find for the space battles.
Arriving at the battle he widened his eyes seeing cruisers of many designs numbered in the thousands with the Separatists heavily outnumbering the Republic's forces. (Hey with so many allies you can expect these kind of numbers)
"Oh my." Tiin said.
"Let me guess never seen so many ships over one planet right?" Sean asked on comms.
"Not even close. Where are those allies of yours?" Tiin asked.
"Should be entering our sector right about...Now." Sean said as hundreds of warships arrived.
"This is Commander Sheyara Hal of Thanagar. Ready for orders." Sheyara said.
"Long time no see Sheyara." Sean said making her smile.
"You know me. I love a good fight." Sheyara said. (From JLU of course along with her people)
"This is Reinrassing the third the Highbreed Supreme ready to assist." Reinrassing said. (From Ben 10 alien force)
"You certainly have interesting allies Kruger." Tiin said before his forces aided in the battle.
On the ground
Sean stood before a large number of enemies before pulling out his star saber before swinging it creating a wave of power that wiped them all out in an instant.
Looking up he saw several transports trying to land fresh troops before taking out the staff of Ra and blasted them all down.
"Commander! Our forces are losing ground in sector four!" Rex said before a drop ship approached them before they got on.
"Take us to sector four." Sean said.
"Right away sir." The pilot said before flying in that direction.
In sector four Heavy and his men were trying desperately to keep the Separatists back.
"We need reinforcements in sector four at once! We're about to get overrun!" Heavy yelled on comms before several Separatists started climbing over the baracade before he started using his Smart gun on them before grabbing an assault riffle and blasted them with two guns at once.
"Fall back! Fall back!" Fives yelled before the drop ship arrived before Sean and the others jumped down.
"Hold positions!" Sean yelled before Thanagarians flew down and assisted the troops.
Thats when Sean noticed Hammer of dawn satellite strikes coming down.
"Who's firing the Hammer?" Sean asked on the comms.
"I am. We need to clear them out of certain areas. Don't worry the blasts are low charge. Only powerful enough to take out the enemy through direct contact." Loomis said on the comms.
"Run it by me next time you decide to do that." Sean said.
"Copy that." Loomis said.
Sean's forces were pushing the Separatists back but he felt something off before Mace and several others appeared through space bridges.
"Something isn't right. This feels...Off." Sean said.
"A massive invasion but no attempts to take the Senate. They had made several attempts to take the temple though because of the Relics. Is that what they're after?" Mace asked.
"No...Whats the most important thing the enemy can do when at the base of operations?" Sean asked.
"Take out the leader." Mace said.
"Palpatine." Sean said narrowing his eyes.
"I ordered Shaak Ti and two other Jedi knights to secure him. They should be at the safe house.
"I'm going to check there now just to be sure." Sean said as a Gunship flew over them before Sean jumped on before flying away.
Arriving at the safe house Sean saw Grid escorting Palpatine into a ship before Sean jumped down and glared at him through his helmet.
"Kruger. You saw through our distraction. A logical tactic...AHHH!" Grid yelled as Sean used the force to crush his chest making him cough before the ship left the area and flew away.
"FUCK!" Sean yelled before widening his eyes and ran inside.
Entering the safe house Sean growled seeing two dead Jedi before looking up and widened his eyes seeing Shaak Ti hanging above with some wires cutting into her skin and clothes as blood dripped down from her body before Sean cut her down and held her.
"Shaak Ti." Sean said holding her face as he took off his helmet as she opened her eyes.
"I...Failed." Shaak Ti said weekly.
"Shhh. You just rest." Sean said kissing her forehead as she passed out.
Thats when Tsunade and some medics rushed in.
"Don't worry we got her." Tsunade said as Sean put his helmet back on.
"Tarkin. Grid has the Chancellor. I'm going after him." Sean said.
"You'll need backup." Tarkin said.
"I'm in." Turok said on the comms.
"Lets go." Sean said.
Later
A Republic Cruiser flew over the planet before two Jedi Starfighters flew over it before down below seeing the intense battle between the Republic and the Separatists.
"Jesus Christ and this is still called the clone wars?" Turok asked as one Elite class ship fired a laser into a Gordanian battle ship blowing it up.
"Names of Wars don't change under any circumstances. You don't see people calling WW2 the final war do ya?" Sean asked.
"Fair enough. Thrawn which cruiser is the Chancellor on?" Turok asked.
"Should be directly ahead. Be warned though there are a large number of Vulture droids on it." Thrawn said from the Avenger.
"I see them." Sean said before that came after them. "Thundercracker do you copy?" Sean asked.
"I hear ya." Thundercracker said.
"Mark my position form your squad up behind me." Sean said.
"Right behind ya." Thundercracker said as his squad moved right behind him.
"This is where the fun begins." Turok said grinning.
"Ignore them. We got a job to do." Sean said as they moved past the droids while Thundercracker's team took care of them.
"I got one on my tail." Turok said seeing one following him before firing missiles.
"Spin!" Sean yelled getting him to do just that before they collided and blew up.
"Not bad." Turok said before Sean flew in front of a command bridge before flying up as the missiles following him hit the command bridge blowing it up and caused a chain reaction throughout the ship.
"Now that thats out the way." Sean said as the two flew to the command ship.
"Uh the shield." Turok said.
"Right." Sean said shooting it before the shields went out and the blast doors started closing.
"THIS IS GONNA BE CLOSE!" Turok yelled as they made it in before jumping out of their fighters before Turok pulled out his Lime Green lightsaber and attacked the droids inside while Sean pulled out two and slashed them to pieces.
"That was fun." Sean said before R7 got out. "R7 find the Chancellor." Sean said getting him to do just that.
"Right up there at the observation platform. According to this only people we have to worry about are Dooku and Grievous. Grid must be on another cruiser." Turok said looking at the data.
"All right then." Sean said as the two left while R7 stayed.
Using the Elevator the two brothers made it to the observation platform before they saw the Chancellor observing the battle before his chair turned around to see them as they walked to him.
"Chancellor." Turok said.
"Are you all right?" Sean asked.
"Count Dooku." Palpatine said making them turn around seeing him with two Rev-9's.
"We'll take him together." Turok said.
"I was about to say that." Sean said as Dooku jumped down and pulled out his lightsaber.
"Get help. You're no match for him. He's a Sith Lord." Palpatine said.
"We've faced worse than Sith Lords before. Don't forget on Earth there are things far worse than people with the force." Sean said pulling out a lightsaber.
"And besides its only us anyway where would we go?" Turok asked pulling out his.
"Your swords, please boys. Don't need to make a mess in front of the Chancellor." Dooku said approaching them.
"You aren't getting away this time, Dooku." Turok said activating his lightsaber before Sean activated a green one before Dooku activated his.
Thats when both went on the attack trying to best Dooku before Sean kicked him back making him grin.
"I've been looking forward to this old friend." Dooku said.
"My powers are ten times what they used to be the last time we met, Dooku." Sean said twirling his blade around.
"Good, Ten times the pride, ten times the fall." Dooku said before Turok attacked him again before Sean joined in.
Palpatine observed them while narrowing his eyes.
Dooku force pushed Turok away making Sean growl as he attacked his former master going up the stairs.
"I hate when that happens." Turok said before going up and cut the Revs apart before attacking Dooku but he used the force to hold him in the air before kicking Sean back making hm grunt before Dooku threw Turok at the railing knocking him out.
Sean growled before Dooku brought it down on the younger brother.
"AHHH!" Sean roared kicking him back making him land on the ground before Sean jumped down and attacked him with powerful swings of his blade before both were in a deadlock.
"I sense great fear in you, Kruger. You have Hate. You have Anger. But you don't use them enough." Dooku said making Sean roar before head-butting him back as his dragons eyes activated before both attacked each other before both were in front of Palpatine who observed before Sean grabbed both of Dooku's arms and cut them off making him groan before Sean took his lightsaber and activated it before holding them both at his neck.
"Good, Sean. Good." Palpatine said pleased as Sean glared at Dooku. "Kill him." Palpatine said making Dooku look at him. "Kill him now." Palpatine said as Dooku looked at his former apprentice who glared.
"I shouldn't." Sean said still glaring as Dooku breathed shakily.
"Do it." Palpatine said.
Sean growled before cutting his head off killing his former master.
"You did well, Sean. He was too dangerous to be kept alive." Palpatine said as Sean freed him.
"Yeah, but he was unarmed. I honestly shouldn't have done that. It's not how we do things in the military when they can't fight back." Sean said.
"It is only natural. He harmed your brother and attacked your home planet and you wanted revenge. It wasn't the first time. Remember what you told me when Norris attacked Turok's home?" Palpatine asked making him narrow his eyes at that name.
"Fair enough." Sean said before running to his brother and tossed him over his shoulder "Lets get the hell outta here." Sean said.
Minutes later
"How in the hell do we of all people end up captured?" Turok asked as they were escorted to Grievous.
"Just play along." Sean whispered.
"Ah, yes. The Supreme Commander now turned Vice Chancellor. Kruger. We've been waiting for you." Grievous said as a droid gave him their lightsabers. "That wasn't much of a rescue. And Turok Kruger. I was expecting someone with your reputation with nature to be a little...Older." Grievous said making his eyes twitch in annoyance.
"Thats a nice cape...Do they come in men's sizes?" Turok asked making Sean snicker along with several droids and other Separatists making Grievous growl at them shutting them up. (Anyone who's a fan of a certain Green Ogre film series knows exactly where I got this from HAHAHAHA!)
"Indian Scum." Grievous said.
"Oh thats racist." Turok said.
"Don't look at me he said it." Sean said.
"Your lightsabers will make a fine edition to my collection." Grievous said putting them in his cape.
"Yeah I don't think so. R7 now!" Sean yelled as he went crazy using everything before Turok pulled his lightsaber back and freed himself before Sean did the same.
"CRUSH THEM! MAKE THEM SUFFER!" Grievous yelled as two Magna Guards attacked them.
"Man I hate these fucking things!" Sean yelled before grabbing the head and crushed it before slicing it in half.
Turok fought against the one against him before cutting it in half.
Thats when they confronted Grievous who grabbed a staff.
"YOU LOSE KRUGERS!" Grievous yelled thrusting it into the window forcing him out before the blast doors closed on the windows.
All the while Grievous got in through a secret door and got into the escape pod and left with all of them.
"All the escape pods have been launched." Turok said.
"Fuck. Ok. Thrawn we have the Chancellor. We're gonna try to land on the surface." Sean said.
"I don't think thats advisable." Thrawn said.
"No choice. This thing is break apart." Sean said piloting it down.
"You sure you can fly this thing?" Turok asked sitting down.
"You mean whats left of this thing? Don't think we have much choice since by the time Thrawn sends us a ship this thing will tear itself apart. This is our best option." Sean said trying to go down.
Thats when an explosion went off and the ship split in half.
"Uh-Oh." R7 beeped.
"And we lost something." Sean said.
"Well, we're still flying half a ship." Turok said as they entered the atmosphere.
"Ok this is gonna be close." Sean said as they arrived at the spaceport. "SHIT!" Sean yelled.
"What is it?" Palpatine asked.
"We're gonna crash right at the port. We're coming in too fast." Sean said as they came in fast before suddenly they just stopped from crashing down.
"What the hell?" Turok said before they came down gently. "Was that you?" Turok asked.
"How the hell would I do that?" Sean asked before something tapped on the glass. "Huh?" Sean said before looking in front of them. "Oooh." Sean said.
In front of them was a woman with long blond hair white skin and brown eyes wearing a battle suit with red, blue and gold.
"Hey honey."
"Hello Carol." Sean said waving lightly.
"Another one?" Palpatine asked.
"Try the most powerful of all of them." Turok snickered.
"Carol Danvers one of the top three most powerful enhanced in science. We call her captain Marvel." Sean said as she broke the glass before walking in. (Yes Carol Danvers from Marvels Captain Marvel)
"Chancellor." Carol said politely.
"Thank you for the save my dear." Palpatine said as Turok led him out before Carol took off Sean's helmet and kissed him.
"You have no idea how much I waited to see you." Carol said making him smirk.
"Sorry. Got busy. You look good." Sean said making her grin. "Your not gonna hurt me are ya?" Sean asked.
"Mmm no. I think you've had enough of that for a while." Carol said making him sigh in relief.
Later
After rescuing the Chancellor the Separatists pulled out of the system since they lost their supreme leader leaving the Separatists in some chaos as now Grievous would be in charge of the Separatists.
Right now Sean and Turok were escorting Palpatine back to the senate before they landed and he got off as he was greeted by the senate.
"You coming?" Sean asked his brother.
"Oh, no. I don't do politics. Thats your job now." Turok said shaking his head.
"Come on." Sean said.
"No way. Besides, I gotta meet with Makarov about damage control. You have fun Vice Chancellor." Turok said.
"That title is only temporary." Sean said as Turok left. "Shithead." Sean said before approaching the group.
"Chancellor Palpatine, Are you all right?" Mace asked.
"Yes, Thanks to the Kruger brothers. Sean has now killed Count Dooku, but General Grievous has escaped once again.
"General Grievous will run and hide, as he always does. He's a coward." Mace said.
"But with Count Dooku dead, he is the leader of the Separatist army. And I assure you, the Senate will vote to continue the war as long as Grievous and the other high ranking generals are still alive." Palpatine said.
"Then the Military council will make finding Grievous and the others our highest priority." Mace said as Palpatine moved on with the others of the Senate.
"You've come a long way since joining the Republic." Irons said to Sean.
"Just doing my job. It's the Politics I can't stand." Sean said making him chuckle.
"Hence the reason theres so few of them on Earth and more action." Irons said.
"Still the fighting will continue as long as Grievous and the others lending their armies are involved." Sean said.
"I'm certain things will end soon enough." Irons said.
"If you'll excuse me." Sean said as Sean walked away before seeing Revy, Ahsoka and Sabine before the first pulled him into a kiss.
"You had us worried sick when we heard the ship split in two." Revy said.
"Don't worry I'm fine really. Carol, came in at the last second and got us down safely." Sean said making her snort in amusement.
"Of course she did." Revy said as he held her before he noticed something.
"Hey you ok? You're shaking here." Sean said making her smile lightly.
"You remember our vacation?" Revy asked making him smirk.
"Very difficult to forget." Sean said.
"Well...It had some unexpected results." Revy said.
"What is it?" Sean asked before all three held him.
"It turns out all three of us are pregnant." Revy said making him widen his eyes.
"Wait...Are you serious? All three of you?" Sean asked.
"Thats not bad is it?" Sabine asked making him smile.
"Far from it. Thats probably the best thing I've heard all day." Sean said making them smile.
"Told you." Ahsoka said to Sabine who smirked.
Meanwhile
Grievous entered a command room before the Image of Darth Sidious appeared.
"Yes, Lord Sidious?" Grievous said bowing.
"General Grievous. I suggest you move the Separatists leaders to Mustafar." Sidious said.
"It will be done, my lord." Grievous said.
"The end of the war is near, General." Sidious said.
"But the loss of Count Dooku." Grievous tried to say.
"His death was a necessary loss. Soon I will have a new apprentice. One far younger and far more powerful than Even I could ever imagine." Sidious said.
Meanwhile
Sean watched as Revy in a white nightgown looked at the city as they were at his penthouse.
"Just imagine. Once the war is over our kid is gonna be living the life back on Earth with everything he could ever want." Revy said.
"What makes you think you're having a boy?" Sean asked.
"Call it a mother's instincts." Revy said making him chuckle before he held her close. "What is it?" Revy asked.
"You remember how we first met?" Sean asked making her snort getting out of his arms.
"I try not to remember." Revy said.
"Well I do." Sean said moving to grab her.
"AH DON'T YOU DARE!" Revy yelled before they fell on the couch and laughed before he kissed her making her smile. "I wouldn't change that day for anything." Revy said as Ahsoka and Sabine made themselves known.
"You never did tell us how you met in the first place." Ahsoka said.
"Ah. Story for another time." Sean saiid as he held all three.
Later that night Sean held his pregnant lovers as they slept.
Thats when Sean had a vision which turned to a nightmare hearing them all screaming out in pain.
Opening his eyes his breathing increased before sitting up seeing them all perfectly fine making him sigh in relief before holding his face and went down stairs to think.
What he didn't know was that Revy heard him seeing him go down stairs.
Sitting on a chair he held his face before the lights came on making him sigh.
"I didn't wake ya did I?" Sean asked.
"Kinda. Whats going on with you?" Revy asked.
"It's...Nothing." Sean said quickly.
"Babe I know when you're lying. Whats wrong?" Revy asked making him sigh.
"I think I had a vision. Not the good kind. It involved the three of you during childbirth. Something goes wrong." Sean said.
"And the babies?" Revy asked.
"I don't know. Anakin told me he had a vision similar with his mother shortly before the war. But I've never experienced one till now. I just...Don't know what to make of it." Sean said.
"I'm sure it was nothing babe. Your just stressed out from all these battles. Everything is gonna be ok." Revy said holding him close making him sigh.
Next morning
Sean had a meeting with Yoda about his vision leaving out who it was about though for obvious reasons since he wanted this to be a secret for a while .
So right now he was heading for the meeting room where the highest ranking members of the military were meeting.
"Your late." Kenobi said.
"I had a meeting with Master Yoda. Whats the status?" Sean asked.
"Good news actually. Zinyak has been killed by General Atriox and his forces leaving the Separatists even more disorganized." Tarkin said
"Good. And what about RAAM's assault?" Sean asked.
"From the looks of things his invasion will succeed granting another swift victory." Thrawn said
"The more Separatists generals we kill the sooner we can end this war." Sean said.
"I think thats more than enough for now." Mace said about to end the meeting.
"Wait a second. Aren't you gonna tell them?" Anko asked Sean confusing him.
"Tell them what?" Sean asked confused.
"What you're not gonna tell them you're gonna be a dad?" Anko asked making him widen his eyes while shocking the others.
"ANKO YOU FUCKING MORON!" Sean yelled shaking her like crazy.
"WHA!" Anko yelled in fear.
"That was supposed to be a secret!" Sean yelled dropping her as she looked dizzy.
"Whoops...My bad." Anko said.
"Wait are you serious right now?" Reznov asked grinning making him groan before smiling.
"Yes." Sean making them cheer.
"I suppose a congratulations are in order." Kenobi said smiling.
"Yeah add to the fact he knocked up three." Anko said.
"Will you shut up. I didn't plan this." Sean said annoyed at her bluntness.
"Wait three? Ok who did you get pregnant? I can clearly guess one of them is Revy or Korra." Reznov said.
"Revy yes but not Korra." Sean said.
"And the other two?" Anakin said making him clear his throat.
"Ahsoka." Sean said shocking him.
"You and..." Anakin tried to say.
"Oh come on! Just because everyone was blind about your relationship with Padme doesn't mean no one else saw mine with Ahsoka." Sean said.
"He's got a point." Mason said.
"Whatever who's the other?" Anakin said.
"Sabine." Sean said.
"Uh oh." Kenobi said.
"What?" Sean asked.
"Well...I hope you plan to make her mother happy since if theres one thing I know from my past time on Mandalore is no Mandalorian mother like the idea of a young pregnant daughter so early." Kenobi joked.
"I can handle that. Lets just keep this information to ourselves since I don't need to remind people about the three idiots. No one tells until after the war not even the Chancellor." Sean said.
Soon enough everyone left.
"Theres something else before you leave." Tarkin said approaching Sean.
"What is it?" Sean asked.
"The Senate is expected to vote more executive powers to the Chancellor today." Tarkin said.
"Again? How much power in the Senate does he need? No Chancellor in history has ever gotten this much." Sean said in disbelief.
"My thoughts exactly. Nevertheless he's given you some of that power as well. You now have authority to build bases in all Republic Territory without the approval of the senate." Tarkin said.
"Well...That makes things easier. Tell Skynet to proceed with the plans we had after the war. Those bases are to be built now." Sean said.
"I already did. Also he wishes to speak with you." Tarkin said.
"About what?" Sean asked.
"He wouldn't say." Tarkin said as Sean left.
Later
"I hope you trust me, Kruger." Palpatine said.
"Of course." Sean said.
"I need your help, son." Palpatine said.
"With what?" Sean asked.
"I'm depending on you." Palpatine said.
"For what? I don't understand." Sean said confused.
'To be the eyes, ears and voice of the Republic. Sean. I'm appointing you to be my personal representative on the Jedi council." Palpatine said surprising him.
"Me? Doesn't that have to be up to them on who they make a master?" Sean asked.
"Oh but you've earned it. With all your allies and victories it only makes sense you would deserve the position." Palpatine said.
"We'll see." Sean said.
Later
Sean stood before the council to inform them of the Chancellor's rather bold move.
"Allow this appointment lightly the council does not. Disturbing is this move by Chancellor Palpatine." Yoda said.
"I understand." Sean said.
"You are on this council, but we do not grant you the rank of master. Not yet." Mace said.
"Yeah I kinda figured as much." Sean said taking his seat next to Shaak Ti who was fully recovered. "Now on our search for Grievous?" Sean asked.
"We have surveyed all systems in the Republic, but have found no sign of General Grievous. However Admiral Trench was killed last night by Admiral Thrawn's fleet. Damaging the command structure further within the Separatist army." Mundi said.
"The more leaders we kill or capture the sooner we can end this war." Sean said.
"I agree." Mace said.
"I suggest we search the outlying systems." Kota said.
"I agree." Yoda said.
"Our forces are at an even greater number since the Thanagarians and Highbreeds joined our forces. But it's where to send them is the problem since the galaxy is large." Kenobi said.
"Patience is a virtue. We will find them." Sean said.
"What about the Droid attack on the wookies?" Mundi asked.
"It is critical we send an attack group there immediately. " Mace said.
"He's right. It's a system we cannot afford to lose." Kenobi said.
"Aye. Atriox and his brutes will go along with members of Task Force 141. The brutes and Wookies have great relations since joining the Republic." Sean said.
"Go I will as well. Good relations with the Wookies I have." Yoda said.
"Agreed." Mace said.
Minutes later
"What kind of nonsense was that? Put you on the council and not make you a master? Thats insulting." Turok said to Sean.
"Oh please. You know I couldn't care less about rank. It's just a dumb title. It's experience and wisdom that matters." Sean said.
"I guess." Turok said.
"Sean." Kenobi said approaching him. "May I have a word?"
"Sure." Sean said as Turok walked away.
"I'm surprised you took not being promoted so well." Kenobi said.
"Like I just said to Turok Rank is just a name. It's experience that matters most." Sean said.
"I agree. Still the council doesn't like it when the Chancellor interferes with Jedi affairs." Kenobi said.
"I didn't ask for the seat on the council. I got more important things to do." Sean said.
"The main reason the Council approved the appointment is because the Chancellor trusts you." Kenobi said.
"What do you mean by that?" Sean asked.
"The council wants you to report on all the Chancellor's dealings. They want to know what he's up to." Kenobi said making him raise an eyebrow.
"Why now?" Sean asked.
"It's...Complicated. Can you do this?" Kenobi asked.
"Obi-Wan your talking to the guy who spied on Dooku for three years and didn't get caught." Sean said making him grin.
"True." Kenobi said.
Later
Kenobi, Mace and Yoda were on a Gunship heading for a cruiser.
"Sean didn't seem surprised about our suspicions about the Chancellor." Obi-Wan said.
"He always plans everything 10 steps ahead of everyone else. It's what makes him a powerful ally and a dangerous enemy. He must have his own suspicions as well." Mace said.
"We all once thought Anakin was the chosen one. Could it be him instead?" Kenobi asked.
"Perhaps." Mace said.
Soon they landed before members of Task force 141 were seen along with a wookie before getting on a cruiser.
Later
Sean ran into the same building where Zatanna performed months ago.
Arriving at one of the stands he approached the Chancellor.
"You wished to see me, Chancellor." Sean said.
"Yes, Sean. Come closer. I have good news." Palpatine said as Sean kneeled. "Our intelligence units have discovered the location of General Grievous. He's hiding in the Utapau system." Palpatine said.
"In a neutral system no wonder we couldn't find him. Finally. We'll be able to capture that monster and end this war. Without him the others will go to war with one another and destroy themselves making our job easier." Sean said.
"I would worry about the collective wisdom of the council if they didn't select you for this assignment. You're the best choice, by far." Palpatine said. "Hmm. Sit down. Leave us." Palpatine said to those who were with him before Sean sat down. "Sean, You know I'm not able to rely on the Jedi council. If they haven't included you in their plot, they soon will." Palpatine said.
"I'm not sure I understand." Sean said.
"You must sense what I have come to suspect. The Jedi council want to control the Republic. They're planning to betray me." Palpatine said.
"I don't think..." Sean tried to say.
"Sean. Don't forget Arana was once a Jedi as was Dooku. And look how they turned out. Where one begins other will follow." Palpatine said.
"Hmm. I can't argue with some of that. I know some don't trust you." Sean said.
"Or the senate. Or the Republic, or Democracy, for that matter." Palpatine said.
"That last part I don't either. On my planet there is no debates just action. Very few politics involved." Sean said.
"And it works. Your father with his power united the entire world. But the difference between him and many others is this. All who gain power are afraid to lose it. Even Jedi." Palpatine said.
"But the Jedi use their powers similar to my clan during the golden years." Sean said.
"In a way yes. The Sith and Jedi are similar in almost every way, Including their quest for greeter power." Palpatine said.
"Hmm. Well...I suppose that is true in a way. But both sides use that power for different reasons." Sean said.
"Did you ever hear of the tragedy of Darth Plagueis the Wise?" Palpatine asked.
"No...I don't Dooku ever brought that name up." Sean said.
"I thought as much. It's not a story thats well known or the Jedi would tell you. It's a Sith Legend. Darth Plagueis was a dark lord of the Sith so powerful and so wise, he could use the force to influence the Midi-Cholrians to create...Life. He had such a knowledge of the dark side, he could even keep the ones he cared about from dying." Palpatine said making him narrow his eyes before facing him.
"He could actually...Save people from Death?" Sean asked.
"I think you'll agree the dark side of the force is a pathway to many abilities some would consider unnatural." Palpatine said.
"So...What happened to him?" Sean asked.
"He became so powerful, the only thing he was afraid of was losing his power. Which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he taught his apprentice everything he knew. Then his apprentice killed him in his sleep. It's ironic. He could save others from death, but not himself." Palpatine said as Sean frowned in thought.
"Is it...Possible to learn this power?" Sean asked curious as he faced him.
"Not from a Jedi." Palpatine said.
Next day
On the Wookie home-world thousands of Troops were getting ready for the battle against the Separatists.
"MOVE! MOVE!" Fives yelled.
"Get those Snippers up in position!" Echo yelled.
"MOVE IT!" Price yelled.
As this was going on Yoda was meeting with the council.
"Palpatine thinks General Grievous is on Utapau?" Mundi asked.
"A partial message from the Chairman of Utapau was intercepted in a diplomatic packet." Sean said.
"Act on this we must." Yoda said.
"Last night the Glorft's leader killed by Megatron and his forces. Along with the Leaders of the Regents and Chitarui. We're getting closer to ending this war." Sean said.
"Meaning Grievous is one of the last few. The Red scorpions won't lead the Separatists since they have no interests in leading them completely. They're issues are with you." Kota said.
"Quickly and decisively we should proceed." Yoda said.
"The Chancellor has requested I lead this campaign but I'd rather stay here incase the Red Scorpions attack when they realize their allies are falling apart." Sean said.
"I agree." Mace said.
"I concur. I suggest sending Master Kenobi." Mundi said.
"Aye." Sean said.
"Very well Council adjourned." Mace said ending transmission.
Yoda walked over to Loomis who observed before kneeling.
"The Separatists have powered up their main power generators." Loomis said.
"Then now the time is colonel." Yoda said.
"Yes, General." Loomis said.
Up on the front lines the Wookie leader roared getting the others to do the same as the enemy charged right at them.
Meanwhile
Sean and Obi-Wan walked to a cruiser.
"The war is coming to a close." Sean said.
"Once Grievous is captured or killed it certainly will be. What do you plan to do when it ends?" Kenobi asked.
"Head back to Earth and go back to what I do best in making weapons and new technology. Spend time with my kids when they're born. How bout you when are you and Satine gonna have kids?" Sean teased making him frown making Sean chuckle. "Oh come on! You can't seriously tell me the thought hasn't crossed your mind?" Sean joked laughing.
"I'll consider that." Kenobi said before getting on his cruiser and left
"Fortunately, most of the cities are concentrated on this small continent here. On the Far Side." Cody said showing the planet.
"I'll keep them distracted until you get there. Just don't take too long." Kenobi said.
"Come on. When have I ever let you down?" Cody joked making him chuckle.
"Very well. The Burden is on me not to destroy all their forces until you arrive." Kenobi said getting in his fighter before taking off before equipping a Hyperspace ring and went off.
Later
Obi-Wan exited hyperspace before coming to the planet and went to one of the cities.
Landing on a landing platform he was greeted by a native.
"Greetings, young Jedi. What brings you to our remote sanctuary?"
"Unfortunately, the war." Kenobi said.
"There's no war here. Unless you brought it with you."
"With your kind permission, I should like some fuel and to use your city as a base as I search nearby systems for general Grievous." Kenobi said as the Native instructed his workers to fuel his ship before he got closer.
"He is here. We are being held hostage. They are watching us."
"I understand."
"Tenth level...Tens of thousands of soldiers of every category."
"Tell your people to take shelter. If you have warriors, now is the time." Kenobi said before returning to his fighter before looking at his droid. "Take the fighter back to the ship. Tell Cody I've made contact." Kenobi said getting the droid to beep before flying away.
Minutes later
Kenobi had purchased one of the local creatures before heading to the top where Grievous was at.
When he got inside he spotted Grievous talking with the remaining Separatist leaders.
"It won't be long before the armies of the Republic Track us here. I am sending you to the Mustafar system in the outer rim. It is a volcanic planet. You will be safe there." Grievous said.
"SAFE!" Gunray yelled. "Chancellor Palpatine managed to escape your grip, general. Dooku and our best generals are now dead including Ventress who was just killed by the Thanagarian commander Hours ago. Our best generals are dying leaving only you, Arachnid and Lockdown." Gunray said.
"Be Thankful. Viceroy, you have no four yourself in my grip. Your ship awaits." Grievous said as they left.
Kenobi frowned before taking off his cloak before jumping down.
"Hello there." Kenobi said gaining everyone's attention.
"General Kenobi. You are a bold one. Kill him." Grievous said as four Magna Guards approached him before Kenobi brought down a generator crushing them before the troops aimed their weapons at him.
"Back away! I will deal with this Jedi slime myself." Grievous said.
"Your move." Kenobi said.
"You fool. I have killed countless Jedi due to the training of Count Dooku." Grievous said taking off his cape before holding four lightsabers. "Attack Kenobi." Grievous said before two of his hands started spinning cutting the floor as he neared him.
Kenobi blocked his attacked having enough experience with his tactics before hand.
Cutting off the first hand making Grievous growl in anger before another was cut off. (Seriously why didn't they keep him like his cartoon version since this is just sad)
Thats when Kenobi's forces came in and started attacking.
"Army or not. You must realize...You are doomed." Grievous said.
"Oh I don't think so." Kenobi said using the force to push him into a generator making him lose his lightsabers making him growl before getting into his tank and retreated. "Not this time." Kenobi said calling his animal before getting on and followed him but lost his lightsaber.
It landed right in front of Kenpachi who raised an eyebrow looking up.
"I thought Jedi weren't supposed to lose these." Yachiro said.
"No one's perfect." Kenpachi said.
Meanwhile
Sean was instructing orders to go out with the others in the command center at the Jedi temple with Yoda, Mundi and Aayla in hologram form before Kenpachi appeared.
"A moment? General Kenobi has made contact with General Grievous. And we have begun our assault as well." Kenpachi said before Yachiro appeared.
"And theres more. Kenobi sent us the location of the Separatist leaders." Yachior said.
"Where?" Sean asked.
"Some system called Mustafar." Kenpachi said.
"I see. Excellent work." Mace said as they ended their transmission.
"Send Sub-Zero and his clan to secure Gunray and the others. With them captured we can end this war even sooner without Grievous." Sean said.
"Understood. Deliver this report to the Chancellor. His reaction will give us a clue to his intentions." Mace said.
"With pleasure." Sean said leaving before Mace frowned before looking at the others.
"I sense a plot to destroy the Jedi. The Darkside of the force surrounds the Chancellor." Mace said as Tarkin and Thrawn looked at one another but said nothing not saying anything about the chips that were destroyed months ago.
"If he does not give up his emergency powers after the destruction of Grievous, then he should be removed from office." Mundi said.
"Sean would be next in line to take control then allowing us to secure a peaceful transition. If he doesn't already have some plans that could benefit the Republic when he takes charge." Mace said.
"He does. He always has something planned." Aayla said.
Later
Sean walked into Palpatine's office seeing him looking at something before it vanished as he faced him.
"Something you'd like to report?" Palpatine asked.
"We've just received a report from Kenobi. He has engaged general Grievous and sent a transmission about the location of the remaining Separatist leaders." Sean said.
"Then this war could finally be over. We can only have General Kenobi is up to the Challenge." Palpatine said.
"He is. He's faced him plenty of times." Sean said having faith in his abilities.
"I'm rather disturbed though that the council did not send you." Palpatine said.
"That was uh...My call incase the Red Scorpions tried to pull anything. With their allies now dying off they'll eventually cut off all ties with them. And some may act out of anger or fear." Sean said.
"You always do think these things through no matter what." Palpatine said impressed. "And yet the Jedi didn't make you a master." Palpatine said.
"I'm not one for titles or ranks. It's experience and wisdom that counts in my view. I just get the job done and do it right." Sean said making him chuckle.
"So you do. But I fear the Jedi council will try to hold you back. They know the amount of power you're capable of. You must break through the lies of the Jedi have created around you." Palpatine said leading him away. "Let me help you to know the subtleties of the force." Palpatine said surprising him.
"How do you know the ways of the force?" Sean asked.
"My mentor taught me everything about the force. Even the nature of the dark side." Palpatine said as Sean got in front of him.
"You know the dark side?" Sean asked.
"Sean, If one is to understand the great mystery, One must study all its aspects, not just the narrow view of the Jedi. If you wish to become a complete and wise leader, you must embrace a larger view of the force." Palpatine said as they started circling each other. "Be careful of the Jedi, Sean. Only through me can you achieve a power greater than Any Jedi or any member of your clan. Learn to know the dark side of the force, and you will be able to save Revy, Ahsoka, Sabine and your unborn children from certain death." Palpatine said shocking him.
"What did you just say?" Sean asked.
"Use my knowledge, I beg you." Palpatine said.
"YOU!" Sean yelled pulling out the blades of Chaos. "You're the Sith Lord. Well color me impressed. Who would have even considered the enemy you've been looking for since the war was in charge of the government you worked for." Sean said narrowing his eyes on him.
"I know what's been troubling you. Listen to me. Don't continue to be a pawn of the Jedi council. Ever since we met face to face I saw something every one dreams to find. A perfect successor. You have the requirements to lead this galaxy into an age far greater then even you father, Grandfather and Great Grandmother ever could." Palpatine said before turning around. "Are you going to kill me?" Palpatine asked.
"Don't tempt me." Sean said.
"I know you would. I can feel your anger. It gives you focus, Makes you stronger. Thats what Makarov and the others taught you. To use your feelings in the right moment." Palpatine said making him glare before putting his blades away.
"I'm gonna turn you over to the Jedi Council." Sean said.
"Of course. You should. But you're not sure of their intentions, are you?" Palpatine asked.
"Doesn't matter." Sean said.
"You have great wisdom, Sean. Know the power of the Dark side. The power to save your family." Palpatine said making him frown before leaving.
Meanwhile
Kenobi continued to chase Grievous as the raced through the streets.
Grievous pulled out an Electrostaff before trying to strike him but just pulled him over as they moved up to the landing platform.
Arriving at the platform both jumped off the tank as it hit the only ship making both fall over making Grievous roar before Kenobi attacked him.
"Nowhere left to run Grievous." Kenobi said as Grievous tried to blast him.
"Then I shall kill you here and now." Grievous said grabbing him before Kenobi opened his chest making him gasp before roaring as he smacked him away before he nearly fell over as he grabbed the ledge.
Grievous went for the staff and was about to attack him but Kenobi using the force pulled the blaster over to him and shot him in the chest a few times before Grievous blew up ending his life for good as Kenobi crawled back up.
"So uncivilized." Kenobi said throwing the blaster away.
Meanwhile
"Mace. We need to talk." Sean said rushing to him.
"Sean, We just received word word that Obi-Wan had destroyed General Grievous. We're on our way to make sure the Chancellor returns emergency power back to the senate." Mace said before Sean stopped him.
"He's not gonna give up those powers. I just learned a terrible truth about him. He's the Sith Lord we've been hunting." Sean said shocking him.
"A Sith Lord?" Mace asked.
"Sidious. It's him." Sean said.
"How do you know?" Mace asked.
"He fucking admitted it to my face trying to turn me over." Sean said making him sigh.
"Then our worst fears have been realized. We must move quickly if the Jedi order is to Survive and the Republic." Mace said moving to a gunship.
"I'm coming with." Sean said.
"No. Clearly theres some conflict in you. You will stay here until we come back." Mace said making him sigh.
"Fine." Sean said as Mace and the others left.
Meanwhile
Revy and the others were at the penthouse celebrating the near end of the war before she looked to the Jedi temple narrowing her eyes.
Sean stood in the Council chambers with a conflicted look on his face before looking at his home.
He wanted more than anything to save Revy, Ahsoka and Sabine from the fate of his vision.
But Palpatine's words were clouding his normal decisions.
Could he save them as he was?
Or was the other path the only way to save them.
He let a shuddering breath before he sensed someone behind him.
"Not now. I just wanna be left alone." Sean said.
"But you called me here."
Sean widened his eyes before turning to face the very last person he ever expected to see.
His own father.
Draco Kruger.
"Dad?" Sean asked in complete shock as his father smiled at him. He had white skin long grey hair and yellow eyes wearing grey robes.
"Hello son." Draco said.
"How..." Sean tried to say.
"Oh...I'm the strangest thing you've seen all your life?" Draco asked. "For people like me Death is only the beginning." Draco said.
"I see." Sean said before sitting down.
"Your troubled." Draco said making him sigh.
"I don't know what to do. I had a vision that..." Sean tried to say.
"Was fake." Draco said shocking him.
"What?" Sean asked.
"The vision you received was fake. A trick by Sidious. Why else do you think he would reveal himself to you now? He knows you would do anything to save that of which you love. And he's counting on that to turn him." Draco said making him frown.
"And I almost fell for it." Sean said.
"There is no shame in feeling vulnerable when it comes to those we love. It's the most human part of us all. It makes us make mistakes. Some small and some life changing. I made some myself in my years long before I met your mother." Draco said.
"Somehow I doubt you're just here to tell me about that vision being fake." Sean said.
"No...Listen closely." Draco said.
Minutes later
Sean rushed to the hanger before getting in his fighter before flying back to the Senate building.
Once he arrived he rushed to Palpatine's office before seeing three Jedi Masters dead on the floor. (Not The ones from the Council Just regular Jedi Masters so no one thinks Fisto and Tiin are dead along with whoever the other one was)
Sean rushed in before seeing Sidious on the ground with Mace aiming his lightsaber at him.
"You are under Arrest, my lord." Mace said as Sean approached them.
"Sean, I told you it would come to this. I was right. The Jedi are taking over." Sidious said.
"The oppression of the Sith will never return. You have lost." Mace said.
"No. No. No. You will die!" Sidious yelled using force lightning on him but he blocked it as did Sean with his Star saber. "He's a traitor!"
"He is the traitor!" Mace yelled.
"I have the power to save the ones you love. You must choose!" Sidious yelled.
"Don't listen to him, Sean." Mace said.
"Ok thats enough." Sean said grabbing a pressure point on Sidious's neck knocking him out.
"Now." Mace said about to strike.
"Don't even think about it. Your actions will have a negative consequence." Sean said confusing him.
"What are you talking about?" Mace asked.
"To the Senate this will look like exactly what he's saying that we're trying to take over. They don't understand the differences between the Sith and the Jedi save for a small few. So killing him would only prove him right and cause problems. Maybe even start a civil war." Sean said making him frown as he thought that over before putting his lightsaber away.
"What are you suggesting?" Mace asked.
"He Stands Trial." Sean said.
"He has control of the Senate and the courts." Mace said.
"In Republic Space. But not Sera." Sean said.
"The home of the Gears and the locust." Mace said.
"Technically Sera isn't really part of the Republic just three different armies. The system itself however is not part of the Republic since they didn't want their planet to be targeted after 79 years of war. There are loopholes in neutrality. Certain loopholes allow planets to send their armies when it's ruled by more than one government and since there are three that gives it special privileges. " Sean said.
"Hmm. And your saying...We can hold him for trial there?" Mace asked.
"I am. But we need to do something first to show the Galaxy what he's been plotting. I know what his plan was. We discovered it months ago but kept it secret to a small few for a reason." Sean said.
"And whats that?" Mace asked.
"First let's call back all available fleets. I'm not taking chances with him." Sean said.
"Agreed." Mace said as Sean swung Sidious over his shoulder as they left.
However both failed to notice a blinking Red light on Sidious desk.
Meanwhile
Kenobi rushed through the city before he met up with Cody and Kenpachi.
"Commander, Contact your troops. Tell them to move to the higher levels."
"Right away." Cody said.
"Need this?" Yachiru asked holding his lightsaber making him chuckle before taking it.
"Thank you Yachiru now lets..." Kenobi tried to say before multiple space bridges opened up as the Separatists left completely.
"What the?" Cody said confused before an alert came up. "General we just got new orders from the Supreme Commander. He's ordering all available troops to Sera." Cody said.
"Sera is a neutral system though." Kenobi said.
"Those are his orders." Cody said making him frown.
"Leave about 5% of ours troops here incase they come back." Kenobi said.
"Right away, sir." Cody said rushing off.
"What are you up to Sean?" Kenobi asked.
Meanwhile
Mundi led his troops against the Separatists.
"Come on!" Mundi yelled as they were about the charge when multiple space bridges opened up and the Separatists left.
"What the hell?" Alex Mercer said confused.
"The hell just happened?" Tsukuri asked.
"I don't know." Mundi said.
"General. Commander Kruger is ordering all available forces with withdraw and head to Sera." Forge said.
"But thats neutral space." Mundi said.
"Those are his orders." Forge said making him frown.
"Leave behind a small number of our forces." Mundi said.
"Roger that." Forge said.
"What is he up to?" Alex asked.
Meanwhile
Aayla led her forces against the Separatists.
"Lets get this..." Aayla tried to say before the same thing happened here as well.
"Hey what the hell?" Korra asked confused and annoyed.
"The fuck just happened?" Hudson asked.
"I have no idea." Aayla said.
"General. Commander Kruger is ordering all available troops to Sera at once. What happened here is also happening all over the galaxy." Bly said making her frown.
"Leave a small amount of troops behind incase they come back." Aayla said.
"Right away." Bly said rushing off.
"The hell is going on?" Hudson asked.
Later
"What do you mean this is happening all over the battlefield?" Sean asked Tarkin.
"As I said the enemy has pulled out of every battlefield. It's...Strange." Tarkin said not liking this at all.
"Bah! It doesn't matter. We finally have the true means to end this war. To think my own boss was the guy we were after all this damn time. I'm impressed." Sean said.
"As am I. It was a sound strategy. Hiding in plain sight and no one knew." Thrawn said.
"Hmm. Now we have to tell the others about the Chips." Sean said.
Currently they were on Infinity with about 95% of their forces heading to Sera where Chairman Prescott was preparing for their arrival. Along the way were members of the Senate of both the Separatists and the Republic to show exactly what Sidious was up to.
Thats when Mace and the others walked in.
"Good everyone is here." Sean said.
"You said you knew what Sidious's plan was. How did you know?" Kenobi asked.
"Well...Actually we have Tup to thank for that." Sean said.
"I'm not following." Mundi said.
"Do you all remember when Tup turned on my brother when his chip malfunctioned?" Sean asked.
"Of course. We were all rather shocked by that incident." Fisto said.
"What does that have to do with this?" Anakin asked.
"As it turns out the clones were Sidious's plan. The chip inside Tup did malfunction yes but it didn't create random orders like I said. I lied about that for a reason. The real truth is he was following the orders the chip instructed him to do." Sean said.
"Wait what are you talking about?" Aayla asked confused.
"The Chip had a secret order installed called order 66. It was to execute the Jedi order under the order of treason against the Republic." Thrawn said shocking them.
"Wait what? Thats gotta be a mistake." Anakin said.
"It isn't. Every clone had these chips inside and when a certain point of the war was reached Sidious would activate them and they would turn on the Jedi." Sean said shocking them further.
"Wait...You said had the chips not have." Kota said.
"Very observant. When we learned about this Thrawn made the suggestion of using a non-lethal version of the Virus I used on the Zin on the clone troopers. Then they were injected with not only a cure but a small amount of nanomites that would destroy the chips from the inside out." Sean said.
"Foiling his plans. Clever." Mundi said.
"But you should have told us about this sooner." Mace said.
"Compartmentalizing information like that is something Nick always told me as a Kid. There are certain times you can share this kind of information and times you shouldn't. The clones are not the enemy since their loyalty was completely true. The Chips are what would have caused them to turn on us. Something I plan to show." Sean said.
"What exactly are you gonna do?" Anakin asked.
"Show the Republic and the Separatists the real aim of this war which was a smoke screen. The way we see it Dooku started the war while also creating the clone army under Sidious's orders. When the war reached a point like now Sidious would activate the chips and come up with some BS story to turn the Republic against them and have the Separatist systems be enslaved while reorganizing the Republic into an empire." Sean said.
"Thats the Sith's MO." Kenobi said.
"But once we present all the evidence to both senates the war will finally end and both sides will rejoin once more." Tarkin said.
"And end this war." Sean said.
"What about Lockdown and Arachnid? Those are the last two top generals of the Separatists." Aayla said.
"I doubt they'll be a threat since Lockdown is more interested in getting paid. Without Dooku and with the remaining Separatist leadership now captured he'll have no source of income." Sean said.
"I agree." Mace said.
"And once we end this war he'll be on the run and will most likely either A surrender himself along with her or B launch one final desperate attack and be destroyed. Either one works." Sean said.
Soon enough the majority of the Republic's army exited hyper space numbering within the thousands.
"Home sweet home." Dom said.
"Lets get this over with." Baird said as thousands of Gun ships soon flew off every cruiser before approaching the capital of Sera where Chairman Prescott was waiting before one drop ship landed in front of him before Sean and the others got off.
"Kruger. It's been a long time old friend." Prescott said shaking his hand.
"Likewise." Sean said before Sidious in chains and special restraints to deactivate his connection to the force was escorted inside by several Jedi knights.
"So this is Sidious? I can't believe he was leading the Republic the whole time." Prescott said.
"We were just as shocked. Have the courts ready in an hour. It's time we end this war today." Sean said.
Sidious glared at the clones who guarded his cell with hatred before grinning as Cody and Rex stood guard.
"Trooper." Sidious said.
"What do you want old man?" Rex asked.
"Execute order 66." Sidious said making them look at each other.
"Yes, my lord." Cody said unlocking his cell making him grin before crying out in pain as Cody used the butt of his gun on him.
"Yeah nice try." Rex laughed.
"WHAT!" Sidious yelled in shock.
"Those chips you had implanted in us are long gone after Tup turned on Colonel Turok months ago. We learned everything about your plans." Rex said shocking him that his plans were ruined.
Thats when Rey walked in.
"Sean's sending extra security to insure he doesn't escape." Rey said.
"Good. No way are we letting this old bastard go." Rex said before Rey looked at Sidious.
"Give a moment." Rey said as they left. "You know I actually looked up to you at one point. Now look at you. Everything you worked for has fallen apart." Rey said about to leave when he started laughing which confused her.
"Not everything. I still have one last legacy. You. My sweet grandchild." Sidious said shocking her. "Surely you must have sensed something between us. Where do you think your power comes from? Your connection to the force. A little known fact the Jedi have long tried to hide during the days of the old Republic. But many children of force wielders were much stronger than those who had a more natural connection to the force." Sidious said.
"Your...You're lying." Rey said.
'I'm not. You are my blood. And eventually in time...You will continue my work and so will your children and theres." Sidious said laughing before she ran away.
Rushing outside she leaned against a wall breathing heavily.
"He's wrong by the way." Sean said making his presence known as she faced him.
"What are you..." Rey tried to say.
"You may be his blood but that doesn't mean you are anything like him." Sean said confusing her.
"You knew?" Rey asked.
"That you were Sidious's granddaughter? I had my suspicions when I started training you. Your power was...Similar to his. I may not have met him face to face as a Sith lord back in the day when I trained with Dooku. But I could still sense his power. And I sensed the same thing within you." Sean said making her look down.
"So I'm cursed." Rey said making him scoff.
"Rey Abigor is my uncle." Sean said shocking her. "And yet I choose to be who I am today since thats my choice. Who I want to be. Who do you want to be?" Sean asked making her look away.
"I...Just wanna be me." Rey said.
"And thats your choice." Sean said before touching her cheek. "Rey, we all have a choice in this world. To be who we want to be. Sidious chose his path. I chose mine. And your path is clear. To be who you are. The person I trained who will do great things in years to come." Sean said making her smile.
"Thank you I..." Rey tried to say before she took a deep breath before kissing him as he held her face before she pulled back and smiled. "You have no idea how long I wanted to do that." Rey said making him chuckle before they went inside.
Later
The senate of both the Republic and the Separatists were assembled.
"What is this nonsense! Why are these animals here!" A republic senator yelled getting an uproar.
"SILENCE!" Sean roared shutting everyone up. "You both are under the assumption that the other started this war and you're in the right. You're both wrong. This war has been nothing more than a smoke screen caused by Darth Sidious better known as Chancellor Palpatine." Sean said shocking both sides.
"But for what purpose?" A separatist senator asked.
"LIES!"
Sean growled as he faced the three idiots and Jinn.
"What are you idiots doing!" Sean yelled.
"Stopping you from taking power like the hungry dog you are." Connolly said.
"GET THEM OUT OF MY SIGHT!" Sean yelled as Gears moved to push them out.
"Don't listen to this monster! Everything he says are lies!" Laurel yelled.
"GET THEM OUT OF HERE!" Sean yelled.
"He's only trying to gain more power for himself!" Peter yelled.
"I have undeniable proof Palpatine is the Sith lord and show only he gains from this war. And you idiots are getting in the way of ending this war because your fools! NOW GET THEM OUT!" Sean yelled as the troops moved to secure them.
"DON'T LISTEN TO HIM! HE'S..." Jinn tried to say before Sean stabbed her in the chest with his lightsaber shocking her as she groaned in pain before dying.
"Unless you wanna be next I suggest you leave." Sean said deadly serious that sent shivers down their spines. "OUT!" Sean roared getting the troops to rush them out. "Idiots!" Sean said annoyed
"How you put up with them so much is beyond me." Tarkin said.
"Bah." Sean said.
Tarkin and Thrawn presented every piece of evidence that they had gathered over the last 2 years while both Senates listened.
All the while Sidious was chained and held down as he looked at Sean in anger.
"We're so close to finally ending this war." Sean said.
"What will you do now that you'll be in command of the Republic after this?" Mace asked.
"I...Have some plans and since the Separatists will no doubt rejoin us everyone will benefit from this. I was originally gonna go back to Earth for a few years and actually relax. But now I don't have much choice." Sean said.
"Chairman Prescott will now deliver the Verdict."
Sean and the others watched waiting for the results.
"Both the Republic and The Separatists have listened to the evidence that Commander Kruger and his trusted commanders have gathered over the last 2 years. The evidence and theories are too much to ignore to see that Chancellor Palpatine Also known as Darth Sidious started the clone wars for his own gains to eradicate the Jedi order and destroy the Republic from within. Both governments find him Guilty of multiple crimes and sentence him...TO DEATH." Prescott said banging the gavel getting an applause while Sidious frowned before Koth and the others moved to secure him.
"Move." Koth said pushing him forward before Sidious stopped and glared at him. "What?" Koth asked as he smirked.
"Execute order 837." Sidious said making his eyes widen.
"Master Koth?" Kota asked before his hands started twitching before pulling out his lightsaber and cut Sidious's restraints shocking the Jedi.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING!" Sean roared as Sidious laughed before taking Koth's lightsaber and used force lightning on them all before cutting a hole into the ground and escaped.
The Gears tackled Koth to the ground as he resisted.
"The hell just happened!" Marcus asked.
"I think when he was held captive Dooku must have done something to him. Probably the same kind of Chip in his brain like the clones." Turok said.
"I'm going after him." Sean said before explosions went off. "Now what!" Sean yelled.
"We got Separatist forces. Lockdown is leading them!" Jetfire said.
"How many?" Kenobi asked.
"It looks like all of them. That must be why they pulled all their forces out." Starscream said.
"He's gonna try to escape. Anakin you're with me. The rest of you head outside and stop them. We're ending this war today." Sean said as the two went down.
Sidious pulled out a holodisk before Lockdown was seen.
"Lord Sidious." Lockdown said.
"Lockdown. I request an extraction. I will send my..." Sidious tried to say before the disk was crushed with the force making him growl as he faced the two.
"It's over Sidious. Even Lockdown can't save you now." Sean said aiming his star saber at him.
"You were meant for so much more. You could have been my successor my equal. But I now see you will never change from who you are now." Sidious said.
"Enough nonsense." Sean said before they heard mechanical breathing making Anakin narrow his eyes.
Looking up above a tall individual in black armor and clothing wearing a black helmet was seen making Anakin widen his eyes.
"What the hell is that?" Sean asked.
"Thats what I saw in the swamp." Anakin said before the person jumped down.
"Lord Vader." Sidious said grinning as his back was turned.
"You have failed to uphold your end of the bargain Sidious." Vader said pulling out a red lightsaber.
"With my death...The Sith Empire returns." Sidious said before Vader slashed him in half.
"Ok this might be a problem." Sean said.
"Like him?" Abigor said above them making them glare.
"This is why you took Anakin. Turned his former darkness and gave it form." Sean said as Abigor took out his Dark Star Saber.
"Yup. And now...I'm going to end you both." Abigor said before jumping down at his nephew who blocked his attack with his Star Saber.
Above ground the Republic was fighting off not only Lockdown's forces but also Abigor's undead army.
"ON THE RIGHT!" Mason yelled shooting several droids before shooting undead warriors.
"LEFT SIDE!" Gaz yelled firing a rocket at a droid tank.
"This isn't going well." Reznov said shooting everything in sight.
Sean and Abigor fought with everything they had while Anakin fought his darkness.
Both Star sabers clashed as sparks flew off.
"You've put a big dent in my plans. I was counting on Order 66 to kill the Jedi but you ruined it." Abigor said annoyed.
"Like I was gonna let that happen." Sean said as the two continued to clash blades before Abigor pulled out a dagger and stabbed him making Sean groan as he fell to his knee feeling weak.
"It's a nasty poison. Only lasts a minute but thats all I need to end this once and for all." Abigor said going for the kill to blast him in the chest when something else took the blast and hit Sean back making him skid a couple feet before the poison wore off.
Sean groaned before looking at what blocked the kill shot before widening his eyes in horror.
"Master Yoda!" Sean yelled seeing his dead body.
"What a waste of flesh!" Abigor yelled enraged as Sean narrow his eyes.
"After 20 years of living in this world I finally understand." Sean said.
"And whats that?" Abigor asked approaching him before trying to slash him but Sean caught it with his bare hand.
"This universe...No matter how vast. Will never be at peace as long as people like you Exist." Sean said blasting him upwards to the surface.
Abigor groaned as he landed before Sean jumped up covered in gold flames.
"Lets make this interesting." Abigor said as he turned into his monster form. (Monster X from Godzilla Final Wars incase people forgot)
"My turn." Sean said before his body began to change before his dragon form was twice the size of Abigor. His second Dragon form was a golden Dragon with large wings and a blue gem on his forehead before roaring at him. (The Winged Dragon of Ra from Yugioh)
"Oh wow!" Korra yelled amazed.
Sean roared at Abigor before blasting him with golden flames making him roar in agonizing pain before flying to the ground in human form as Sean reverted back to his human form before taking out his Star Saber and merged it with the Staff of Ra before Abigor tried to slash him but Sean slashed his sword breaking it apart into a million pieces much to his shock before Sean's saber glowed before stabbing him in the chest making him roar in pain.
Abigor roared as he tried to push the blade out before it and he started glowing before a wave of power hit the planet.
Anakin no longer fighting his dark self was fighting against an undead warrior before it groaned before the skin crumbled apart revealing someone he never expected to see.
"Mom?" Anakin asked in shock seeing his mother Shimi Skywalker.
"Ani?" Shimi asked before he rushed to her as she fell into his arms.
Kenobi fought against another undead warrior before the skin crumbled apart as well.
"Master Qui-Gon?" Kenobi asked in shock.
"Obi-Wan?" Qui-Gon asked.
All over the planet Abigor's undead army was revived into the people they used to be.
"Nahdar?" Fisto said seeing his former Padawan.
"Master?" Nahadar asked surprised.
Even Dooku and the Separatist generals were brought back from Death.
"Dooku?" Lockdown said.
"Order a retreat!" Dooku yelled.
"Yes Count." Lockdown said before Space bridges opened up and everyone in the Separatist alliance left.
Sean groaned as he glared at Abigor who looked weak.
"You will pay for this boy. Be certain of that." Abigor said before vanishing along with Vader.
Sean groaned as he collapsed before Forge and the others rushed to him.
"MEDIC!" Forge yelled getting some to rush over as Sean passed out.
Later
"How do you feel?" Mace asked Sean who held his head down.
"Not good. I can barley lift my fucking head." Sean said as Tsunade examined him.
"I'm not surprised. With all that power you but into the Star Saber when you nearly killed Abigor it clearly drained you. It will take some time before your powers return." Kota said.
"Everyone who's died in this war and before hand have been brought back to life. Minus the Zin empire since I doubt Even Abigor could control that many undead warriors at once." Tarkin said.
"Indeed." Kota said.
"But Master Yoda." Aayla said sadly as they held their heads down.
"He saved my life at the cost of his own. That sacrifice will not be forgotten. What of the Separatist senate?" Sean asked.
"They've agreed to come back to the Republic which means the war is pointless now and Dooku's plans are foiled. They've got nothing left. The war is pointless now." Irons said.
"Which means it's finally over." Sean said.
Later (Insert Qui-Gon's funeral music)
Everyone was in a treasure chamber on Earth as Yoda's body was presented to Smaug who breathed fire on the body to let his ashes scatter.
Rey sat next to Sean who held Revy, Ahsoka and Sabine.
"What happens to me now?" Rey asked.
"Mace and the council agreed to keep your family history on a need to know basis. You are who you want to be Rey." Sean said as they watched Yoda's body burn.
"So this means...The war is over?" Nahdar asked his master.
"So it would seem. Without the Senate Dooku has no control over any systems anymore since they now see he used them." Fisto said.
"Than why does Kruger look so concerned?" Nahdar asked seeing the look on Sean's face.
(End song here)
Later
"So what now? Do you plan to run the Republic?" Kenobi asked.
"Nope. I plan to tear down the Republic and build something new. The way things work doesn't get the right results. I'm thinking of something better that works. Senators won't run the government anymore. I'm thinking of taking some concepts of the Sith Empire and using them for good like Governors and such to run more than one simple system." Sean said.
"I agree." Tarkin said.
"So you're making a new government?" Mace asked.
"More like rebuilding one. Azmuth said Amara Kruger named her government something that gave people hope. She called it...The Legion." Sean said.
"Catchy." Anakin said.
"It does sound promising." Qui-Gon said.
"I'm glad you think so. And I plan to change where the main base of this government is. Not just to one planet but many. Earth will be where our military operations and training are carried out. Alderaan will handle the politics and democracy. Other planets will have important roles as well...And each planet a Jedi temple will be built to further expand the order." Sean said.
"These ideas have great benefits." Kenobi said.
"Indeed they do. Now...We have a lot of work to do." Sean said.
Authors Note: And with that the Clone wars come to an end. But we're far from finished with this story. Now Tomorrow I'm gonna publish my New stories the Avatars of Old and focus solely on that like the avatar's Protector. Then I'm gonna work on The Rider of the League and finish that then this and then King of the Monsters and so on. I will from now on focus on one story at a time and finish them.
