Chapter 46 Old friends and enemies
Its been a month since Eternia joined the Legion which not only added more troops to its ranks but highly skilled warriors in both magic and science fields which once more gave them an edge against the Empire.
Right now Adam was talking with Sean about trying to get the one person who was even stronger than both of them.
"I'm just saying. If we got Kratos to join us we could this war easily if he's that powerful." Adam said. (A reminder. Every Character from He Man is from the 2002 series and not the original nor the remakes)
"It's not that I don't think he could help us but I'm not gonna asked Kratos for help unless we're neck deep in trouble. Besides he's been through enough as it is." Sean said meeting up with Duncan and Teela seeing them talking with Ivy Valentine before Adam took her appearance for her beauty. "DUDE!" Sean yelled snapping him out of it. "Don't stare at her. She's already taken." Sean said.
"As HE-MAN you have more decency." Teela said glaring.
"HEY! Do you not see what she's wearing? How can someone not stare at that?" Adam asked.
"Point made but don't do it. You especially don't want to do that with Mileena around or she'll chew your face off." Sean said making him shudder.
"How do you fall for someone like that?" Adam asked.
"Easy. I use my magic to make her mouth look normal when she's off duty." Sean said.
"Oh." Adam said seeing the logic in that.
"HELP!" Orko yelled flying to them and hid behind Sean.
"Orko, what did you do now?" Sean asked.
"Come back here." Little Yachiru yelled appearing.
"I didn't do anything this time. But she's torturing me." Orko said.
"Yachiru. I told you before not to go messing around here." Sean said.
"Aww. But I was having fun." Yachiru said.
"Theres a time and place. Have you seen Kenpachi by the way?" Sean asked.
"I think he's in the Barracks." Yachiru said.
"Find him." Sean said as she ran off.
"What even lead to that Orko?" Teela asked amused.
"She just asked me to play with her then she started dressing me up like a doll. I can't do stuff like that. I'm the court wizard. It makes me look like a fool." Orko said.
"Oh yeah sure. Like you weren't one before when you screwed up before hand. Although that one where you tried to give Ikkaku some hair and instead gave him a furious Skunk on his head was funny. We all remember how that ended." Sean laughed as did the others.
This was true. Orko wanted to help Ikkaku get some hair on his head and casted a spell thinking it would make him happy. It looked like it worked for a few seconds till it was revealed his HAIR was actually a royally pissed off skunk. And Ikkaku's screaming only made it worse and it smeared it's natural defense on him and made everyone bolt away from him. To this day no one could hold back a laugh on him for what happened which pissed him off. (Thats the kind of think you should expect from Orko. I remember he turned Adam into a plant in the 2002 series)
"Now then. I have an inspection to view of one of our new fighters." Sean said as they walked off.
Arriving at the hanger seeing a newly improved fighter Jet before it fired missiles at a Droid tank before it turned to ice and broke apart in seconds.
"Not bad. These are the new fighters?" Duncan asked.
"It's called an X-Wing. Still in the prototype phase but it does hold potential." Sean said as it fired at some more dummies before landing.
"Who's the Pilot anyway?" Teela asked.
"Oh thats easy." Sean said seeing a woman with white skin dark red hair and brown eyes get out. "Hello, Roxy." Sean said making her grin before jumping down.
"Hey babe. Long time no see." Roxy said kissing him. (Roxy Rocket from Batman the animated series)
"Care to introduce us?" Teela asked .
"Her name is Roxy Rocket as we call her but her real name is Roxanne Sutton. She's a test pilot the USNC has hired to test out these new designs since she's a pretty good pilot and not afraid to take the risk." Sean said.
"I usually like the thrills of knowing something dangerous can happen." Roxy said grinning.
"Our life style is not about thrills."
"Oh boy." Sean said looking behind Adam and the others seeing a woman with whit skin in a red battle suit with black hair with a white streak in it and blue eyes and on her right shoulder was a red paw print.
"Hey Red." Roxy said grinning.
"Who's she?" Teela asked.
"Her code name is the Red Claw. She's the head of the Assassination division. Most of us just call her Red." Sean said. (Red Claw from Batman the animated series. Wish they used her more)
"What makes her so special for that position?" Adam asked before a blade flew right past him cutting his cheek before it bounced off the wall back into her hand.
"Does that answer your question?" Sean asked.
"Nice." Teela said impressed making her grin.
"I see why she has the position." Duncan said impressed.
"Well, I suppose you should be introduced to them. The blonde one is Adam. Prince of Eternia and HE-MAN when he calls for his power with that Sword. The other is Teela, One of the best fighters there you'll ever find." Sean said making her grin at the praise. "The third one is Duncan her Father and the flying one is the jester of Eternia." Sean said.
"Hey! I am the Court Wizard not a Jester." Orko said insulted.
"Hey is that Yachiro?" Sean asked making him scream hiding behind Teela before seeing she was nowhere in sight making them laugh. "Gotcha." Sean said.
"Even in your position you still find a way to be you." Turok said walking in with Sofia. (A reminder she's a former Red Scorpion introduced in Red Scorpions strike Chapter)
"You know this Skelator guy kinda sounds like a pushover." Sofia said.
"He is in most ways. It's Aizen you gotta worry about." Sean said.
"Your telling me. That guy when you look into his eyes is like looking into a bottomless abyss." Adam said shivering.
"Who is he anyway?" Teela asked.
"Aizen was a former Captain in the Soul Society long before I was ever born. But he got greedy with power. Wanting to achieve power greater than Godhood. Power that actually surpassed creation itself if you will." Sean said.
"Unlikely. That kind of power is not meant for those who are naturally born. If it ever fell into the hands of the empire it would mean the end of everything we know in days if not minutes." Duncan said.
"That depends on the person in question that has it. Aizen will never get it since even with the power he has to make more Arancars as their known he'll never achieve that kind of power. Only person has something close is Doctor Manhatten but even he would never use that kind of power. And only one type of being holds it in general. Azmuth told me about them long ago." Sean said.
"You mean someone does have that much power?" Teela asked alarmed.
"I wouldn't worry since these beings are not what you call your average beings. Yes they have that power but it doesn't mean they can use it so freely. And it's safe away from the empire." Sean said.
"Well, better these people than someone like Grievous." Turok said.
"True. By the way how's it feel knowing you got his old fighter?" Sean asked making him smirk.
After the war was over clones picked up his old ship and brought it back incase it had some vital intel on it. And now it was Turok's personal fighter.
"I gotta say he may have been a monster but he had nice taste." Turok said.
"Without this Grievous guy I'll bet the empire will be in less control of its forces for a while." Adam joked.
"Don't be so sure. If theres one thing certain about the Sith is that they always surprise you. After all originally there was the rule of two which weakened them drastically. Now that rule is long gone since Dooku knows it won't be enough to defeat us at all. Hence why he's gathering those who are force sensitive around the galaxy. And so are we." Sean said.
"I thought the Jedi only took in kids for training." Teela said.
"Originally yes but Kota and few others were the exception so I made changes to that rule about younglings only. Anyone can learn the ways of the Jedi at any age as long as they are committed to the position. And not all of them have to be force sensitive for that matter either." Sean said.
Meanwhile
"AHHH! ARGH!" Skelator roared blasting the walls of his area. "I WAS THIS CLOSE TO CONTROLLING ETERNIA! BUT YOU FOOLS MESSED IT UP!" Skelator yelled.
"How is it our fault? Kruger showed up out of nowhere and caused our failure." Triclops said before getting blasted.
"SILENCE! Because of you..." Skelator tried to say.
"Enough." Aizen said stepping in making him grow. Ever since he joined the empire he hated Aizen as much as Sean did but for different reasons. "Kruger is not what you call someone who's easy to defeat. No Kruger is that easily. They've existed for 200,000 years since the Human race restarted because of these...Halo Rings that only the Dragons were immune from." Aizen said.
"BAH! If we found another we could modify it to wipe the Legion out." Triclops said.
"Don't even think about it." Dooku said walking in with his personal guard. "Sean and I both agree the rings are not to be trifled with. One mistake and a fraction of the galaxy will be wiped clean of life...As it did before long before the Jedi and Sith existed." Dooku said. "And only the bloodlines of the original Legion council can access those rings and we only know the bloodlines of four of the 20." Dooku said.
"Who are the four we do know?" Skelator asked.
"Kruger of course. Along with Skywalker, Thanos and Sean's former Mentor Zakaeve. These are the only four we know. And if the Hierarchs resurface...We will need to put aside our differences since they are a threat to both of us." Dooku said.
"They will not side with us?" Skelator asked surprised.
"No...They consider all of us as vermin to be eradicated while thinking themselves perfect and immune from the Halo's power. Arrogance." Dooku said.
"Hmph! In that case I can understand." Skelator said.
"Now then I have something for Triclops and our best scientists to work on to further our advantage in our war against the Legion." Dooku said as something was pulled in in some pod.
"And what is that?" Triclops asked before it opened up revealing something that none expected to see.
The Dead body of Grievous.
"Reviving one of our best generals of course...With some upgrades he will clearly need to combat the Legion. Since my Senate is long gone...We no longer have to hold anything back." Dooku said grinning.
"You realize this isn't gonna be easy...And he most likely might not be the same as he was before." Triclops said stating true facts.
"I'm aware but I'm confident you can achieve this task." Dooku said. "You will have everything you need to fully repair him and give him much needed upgrades." Dooku said.
"As you wish Dooku." Triclops said.
Meanwhile
"WATCH IT!" Turok yelled as Adam was trying to learn how to fly these new fighters.
"Hey! I'm just getting used to these new controls." Adam said.
"Turn into HE-MAN I'll bet he could handle this easier than you could." Turok said.
"I am HE-MAN." Adam said annoyed.
"Oh brother." Sean said as they landed.
"You Suck." Turok said as they got out.
"Oh give me a break. Did you do so good on your first try?" Adam asked.
"He's got a quicker learning speed than you."
"Uh oh." Sean said alarmed.
"What?" Sofia asked before someone dropped down in front of her.
She had the upper half of a human and the lower half was all spider.
She had white skin lavender hair and six red eyes chuckling at her.
"Well, aren't you a rare sight. A former Red Scorpion."
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Sofia screamed in fright.
"STOP SCREAMING!" Sean yelled covering her mouth. "Rachnera I swear to god." Sean said making her giggle before her lower half became human.
"I was just kidding." Rachnera said. (Rachnera from Monster Musume)
"Whoa. What was that?" Teela asked amazed.
"This is Rachnera and before you ask yes that is her original name. She's a special enhanced like Silk but her mutation took a more physical toll on her. Able to transform from human form to that...But still has the six eyes." Sean said.
"I hate both of you so much. I almost wish I was still with the Red Scorpions." Sofia said annoyed.
"Oh ha ha ha." Sean said before hearing a whistle making him look seeing a woman with pink hair with some hair on letting it out in two holes on her head. Green eyes and white skin grinning at him. "Hello Fubuki." Sean said as she had some ice form around her.
"Been a long time honey." Fubuki said. (Fubuki from Naruto. I almost thought for certain she was related to Sakura cause they look alike)
Thats when an explosion occurred next to them.
"Now what?" Sean asked annoyed before Anakin and Buzz-Off fought each other.
"Oh no." Adam said rubbing his head.
"Comparing me to those Bugs on Geonosis or the Hutts was insulting to my kind!" Buzz-Off yelled. "You make it sound like we're as vile as they are!"
"Thats not what I meant!" Anakin yelled.
"ENOUGH!" Sean yelled stopping them.
"Oh boy." Anakin said alarmed.
"The hell has gotten into you both?" Sean asked.
"All I said was his kind looked similar to the Geonosians and thats it. I wasn't being insulting or anything or comparing them by nature." Anakin said.
"Buzz-off I swear to god. You can't take everything so offensively." Sean said.
"Well, it sounded insulting to me." Buzz-Off said.
"Did he he say it like that or was he just stating his simple opinion?" Sean asked making him look away. "I swear that fucking pride. I'm gonna let this slide once. I do not want to see this again! Clear?" Sean asked.
"Right." Buzz-Off said flying away.
"What is his problem?" Anakin asked.
"Pride of his kind. Easy to annoy and provoke. And he'll admit that when he's in a better mood. Try to watch what you say in front of him and his kind. They can easily get Offended like Looma's people." Sean said.
"I hope you don't have other allies like that." Anakin said.
"Nope. But I got some that are still very unique in appearances." Sean said.
Meanwhile
Dooku was on his throne looking at various reports of battles across the stars.
Thats when he sensed an unknown presence and swore he heard hissing.
"It's not easy to sneak into my throne. But getting in her undetected impresses me. Show yourself." Dooku said before what looked like some snake man appeared.
"It is a pleasure. Emperor of the Sith."
"You wouldn't happen to be from a clan of Earth now would you? If I recall the General known as Reptile has a clan who have reptilian like appearances." Dooku said.
"I am from Eternia. Our worlds have many similarities. I am Cobra Kahn. And I am here to offer you some new additions to the empire. What if I told you of an army that almost brought Eternia to its knees." Cobra Kahn said gaining his attention.
"Go on." Dooku said.
"About 3 years ago shortly before your attempt to gain the Hutts to your side...Kruger along with one of the most powerful warriors of Eternia known as Zodak prevented my people from escaping their prison in Snake mountain. Only I managed to escape. I Believe however though that King Hiss and the Snake army will willingly join you in your war against Kruger and his legion." Cobra Kahn said.
"If that is so...I shall talk directly to him." Dooku said standing up. "Fortunately the Legion has not yet fully barricaded the planet to stop Space Bridge technology in every corner of Eternia." Dooku said.
Meanwhile
"Ugh." Sean said working on final adjustments to the new fighter.
"So the X-Wing has a few bugs. All new fighters need time to be ready." Duncan said helping with the adjustments.
"Yeah on free time. In war though you need to speed these things up when they could be very useful." Sean said.
"You never rush anything."
"Oh hell." Sean said seeing four women.
The first had Red spike hair with a club white skin and purple eyes.
The second had white hair white skin and green eyes in some black suit.
The third however had green hair white skin and brown greenish eyes with a cowgirl's outfit on.
The last one had white skin brown hair and light brown eyes.
"Risty, Felicia, Bisca and Masane." Sean said. (Risty from Queen's blade, Black Cat from Marvel, Bisca from Fairy Tail and Masane from Witchblade)
"Let me guess? Powered or skilled individuals?" Duncan asked.
"More than you realize." Sean said as Ishizu and others walked in.
"I'm getting rather concerned by how quiet Dooku has been lately." Tarkin said.
"You ain't the only one." Sean said before Ishizu's eyes glowed receiving a vision. "What is it?" Sean asked concerned.
"Dooku...He plans to return to Snake Mountain. There is someone there I have not seen. He looked more snake than man." Ishizu said making Sean and Duncan frown.
"Cobra Kahn." Duncan said.
"An enemy of yours?" Tarkin asked.
"He tried to unleash the Snake Man army 3 years ago when Sean arrived. Thanks to him and Zodak however we were able to stop them." Duncan said.
"And now he's planning to bring them back. To join his empire." Sean said.
"If he does that the balance of power between the two will shift dramatically. They almost conquered all of Eternia if it wasn't for Zodak and the council of elders." Duncan said.
"Where is this Zodak now? I haven't seen him yet." Tarkin asked.
"He's not here but I know where he is." Sean said.
Later
Zodak was floating in the air meditating.
Thats when a space bridge opened up before someone stepped out making him open his eyes.
"It has been a long time my friend." Zodak said facing Sean.
"Hello, Zodak. I need your help." Sean said.
"I can easily tell what it is. You wouldn't come here unless it involved the Snakemen." Zodak said.
"Correct. Cobra Kahn plans to have Dooku free King Hiss and his army to join his empire. If he does that it will shift the balance of power between the two." Sean said before Zodak had his staff come to him.
"That I will not allow." Zodak said.
Meanwhile
Dooku and his generals arrived at Snake Mountain before arriving at the void.
"I don't see why we need these freaks if they were so easily defeated by so few." Ventress said making Cobra Kahn hiss at her.
"Need I remind you that that the council of Elders are power! And Zodak is just as powerful as HE-Man!" Cobra Kahn said.
"Forgive my apprentice. She tends to speak before thinking." Dooku said glaring at her making her frown. "Now then." Dooku said using the force to unlock the void as it opened up.
Thats when several Snake men appeared and hissed before high ranking Generals also appeared.
"Cobra." Rattlor said.
"Rattlor. So good to see you all again." Cobra Kahn said before King Hiss came out and snarled.
"Ah, King Hiss. A pleasure." Dooku said.
"And you are?" King Hiss asked.
"A friend who has a common enemy we share. Kruger." Dooku said making him growl in anger at that name. "I have freed you to propose an alliance. Once we defeat the Legion...The empire will control not only the galaxy...But the entire universe in years to come with your support." Dooku said making him narrow his eyes.
"Your offer does intrigue me...Dooku. But what do you get out of it?" King Hiss asked.
"Ridding the galaxy of the Jedi and Kruger. Believe it or not but my master and I had the perfect plan to destroy the Jedi and the Republic which was succeeded by Kruger's Legion. We started a war in which the Republic bought clones that in the beginning were unaware of inhibitor chips in them that would turn on them when order 66 was given. However Kruger somehow discovered our plans and ruined them by secretly destroying the chips." Dooku said.
"Ah...So it's revenge you want." King Hiss said before a space bridge opened up before Zodak walked through as did Sean and several others. "KRUGER!" Hiss yelled enraged.
"Hello Hiss. Dooku." Sean said glaring at him.
"I'm surprised you discovered us so quickly." Dooku said pulling out his lightsaber.
"Lets just say we got a warning about your intentions." Sean said pullout out his own before both clashed with each other while Zodak went after King Hiss.
Turok went after Ventress before turning into a lion and pounced her making her yell.
"GET OFF!" Ventress yelled before kicking him away.
Zodak fought against King Hiss before he turned into his true form.
"You cannot stop us this time. Serving with this empire will be beneficial to my people." King Hiss said before a Cap's shield smacked into him groan in pain before it flew back to him.
Sean and Dooku continued to fight before Chase Young joined in with his more monstrous form.
"You cannot defeat us all Kruger." Chase said.
"Oh like hell I can't." Sean said before breathing white fire which shocked them seeing several of their troops burned to ash.
"Dooku! You need to order a retreat! I've seen this ability before. Not to be taken lightly." Chase said.
"Pull back! We have what we came for." Dooku said as they all vanished.
Later
"I should have known Cobra would strike a bargain with Dooku when Skelator made his alliance with him." Sean said.
"And now the balance of power between the two has shifted again." Duncan said.
"I will help the Legion in this war." Zodak said.
"I figured as much." Sean said as most left.
"Considering asking him for help?" Raiden asked.
"Hmm. The more the balance shifts the more convinced I am we should ask Kratos for help. But at the same time..." Sean said.
"You want him to be left in peace." Raiden said.
"Mmm." Sean said. "If the balance of power shifts again...Yes." Sean said.
Authors Note: Things are getting more and more intense each chapter. Now Dooku has the snake army at his side. Will Sean go and ask Kratos for help to turn the tide of the war in the Legion's favor?
