I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here, the survivors are in the midst of enjoying their peaceful moment tonight…even though by tomorrow they are going to be busy as they are preparing to figure out a way to escape this island, return to the mainland and alert the authorities about the threat of the giant insects that may struck the city…

But right now a little bit of continuation of some…INSECT ACTION…to add some more tension for the Danganronpa crew…

Ch. 20: Kakurezato part 5

The scene shifts at the waters within Japanese territory where you can see that the navy ship of the Chinese Communist Party continue to drift, as the passengers and driver are all dead, and as it continues to drift aimlessly another ship is seen approaching, which also appeared to be another navy-type ship, and this one has the flag of Vietnam, as they too entered Japanese territory.

But unlike the Chinese Coast Guard, the Vietnamese Coast Guard were monitoring the Chinese Coast Guard as they suspected that the Chinese military are sending their men to secretly covet any islands and do secret building of military facilities, and there the Vietnamese admiral noticed that the ship continue to sail as if it was nothing, and there he told his men to secretly board the Chinese ship and take pictures of whatever illegal activities the Chinese are doing in Japanese waters so as to expose China for their misdeeds.

"Yes sir!"

Seconds later several Vietnamese Coast Guard members boarded speedboats and went behind the drifting navy ship and easily sneaked aboard, yet they noticed that there are no one manning it, and once on board the Vietnamese Coast Guard members use their flashlights and surveyed the area and moments later they were horrified at the discovery they made upon closer inspection.

Seconds later the Vietnamese admiral receive the call and was notified about the discovery of the bodies of the Chinese Coast Guard members, and another few seconds the Vietnamese Coast Guard members told the admiral that the dead bodies appeared to have been DISEMBOWELED, as they looked like they were EATEN ALIVE, noting the several bite wounds and that they were bitten all over.

"What? Did you say…?"

"Yes, admiral! Every dead Chinese Coast Guard members…all dead!"

"And that each of them…?"

"Yes…it looked like they were EATEN ALIVE!"

"Are you…serious…?"

"Yes sir!"

"How…?"

"That's what we found out…"

As the Vietnamese admiral asked if the coast guard members find any clues as to what caused this, he and the driver were taken by surprise as about five navy ships appeared and surrounded the Vietnamese Coast Guard boat, and the Vietnamese boat driver stared in disbelief as the five ships are displaying the Chinese flag, and moments later the Chinese Coast Guard held the Vietnamese Coast Guard members at gunpoint while surveying the scene, shocked at seeing their fellow Chinese coast guard members dead, and accuses the Vietnamese Coast Guard of FRUSTRATED MURDER, which the Vietnamese Coast Guard members deny the accusations and told the Chinese Coast Guard members that they found the bodies like this and that this probably happened several minutes ago based on the state of the bodies being shown.

Of course, the Chinese Coast Guard members refused to believe this and insisted that the Vietnamese Coast Guard members intentionally murdered the Chinese Coast Guard members.

"…and that's how we found them and…"

"Lies! Blatant lies!"

"You lie!"

"Damn liar!"

"You cannot lie your way out of this!"

"Lousy liar!"

"Your cheap lies won't fool us!"

"We the proud members of the Chinese Communist Party are immune to your lies!"

Suddenly someone came out, which turns out to be a Chinese janitor who managed to survive the onslaught several minutes ago and he was hysterical, crying and nearly losing the nerve, and the Chinese Coast Guard members sternly told the janitor to stop whining like a baby and tell them that the Vietnamese Coast Guard committed the MASS MURDERS and expose the Vietnamese's treachery, as the Chinese Coast Guard would use this as a propaganda to paint the Chinese Communist Party as a victim to the OUTSIDE SUPERPOWERS.

But the surviving Chinese janitor deny the allegations and told them what really happened here, saying that the ship was attacked by several GIANT BEETLES, and the Chinese Coast Guard member slapped the janitor on the face and berated him for perjury as well as accusing him of being influenced by the Taiwanese media for believing something outrageous and tells the janitor that he is going back to China to undergo REHABILITATION to remove any IMPURITIES for watching Taiwanese FORBIDDEN INFLUENCES, yet the janitor refuted the berating and insisted that giant beetles did this to everyone inside the ship.

"You're the fools! I was the sole survivor! I saw what happened! Several giant beetles came and attacked the ship!"

"Lies! Blatant lies!"

"You lie!"

"Damn liar!"

"You cannot lie your way out of this!"

"Lousy liar!"

"Your cheap lies won't fool us!"

"We the proud members of the Chinese Communist Party are immune to blatant lies! You are doing this because you binge on Taiwanese programs which are forbidden in China! You will be subjected to disciplinary actions!"

The Vietnamese Coast Guard members shoved the Chinese Coast Guard members and berated them for their stupidity, telling them that the survivor was clearly distressed yet making it appear that he is lying and pointed out that the Vietnamese Coast Guard members checked the bodies and said that SOMETHING did this to the passengers in this ship and that they were EATEN ALIVE.

The Chinese Coast Guard members refused to believe this and insisted that the Vietnamese Coast Guard members committed this atrocity and said that they are going to arrest the Vietnamese Coast Guard members and charge them for CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY, which the two sides began arguing and told the Chinese Coast Guard members that they are the fools for ignoring such evidences and never took matters seriously.

"You idiot!"

"You're the idiot!"

"You're the super idiot!"

"You are the super duper idiot!"

"You damn idiot!"

"You're the super damn idiot!"

"You're the super duper damn idiot!"

"You are the super duper times two damn idiot!"

Suddenly the janitor stared wide-eyed and hugged the Vietnamese Coast Guard member and begged him to save him, and as the latter asked why, the other Vietnamese Coast Guard stared wide-eyed as they saw something approaching from the skies, and they were taken by surprise at what they saw, and couldn't believe what they just saw, and realized that they are all in danger.

"Huh?"

"What the…?"

"No way…"

"Is this for real…?"

"Am I seeing things…?"

"I can't believe this…"

"Damn…this is like straight from a horror movie…"

"Oh boy…"

The scene shows that several insects are flying in the air and are approaching the several ships, and as the other Chinese Coast Guard ships aimed their spotlights in the air, it revealed that the approaching flying insects turns out to be giant mayflies, about a dozen of them, and the Chinese Coast Guard members were in denial at what they are seeing and accuses the Vietnamese Coast Guard members of using REMOTE CONTROL DRONES to trick them into showing that giant insects are real, which the Vietnamese Coast Guard members deny the foolish accusations.

"You idiot!"

"You're the idiot!"

"You're the super idiot!"

"You are the super duper idiot!"

"You damn idiot!"

"You're the super damn idiot!"

"You're the super duper damn idiot!"

"You are the super duper times two damn idiot!"

The Chinese Coast Guard members from the several ships foolishly attempted to use water cannons to disperse the giant mayflies as they mentally insists that they are either POORLY-DESIGNED DRONES or just silly SPECIAL EFFECTS from the Japanese Coast Guards, but their foolishness would cost their lives as the giant mayflies landed and began eating away at the Chinese Coast Guard members as they screamed in pain as they are being disemboweled.

"AAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEE!"

The Vietnamese Coast Guard members were horrified at what they are seeing and grabbed their weapons and began shooting at the giant mayflies as the lead member told the others to shoot anything on sight and head back to the Coast Guard ship and escape so as to inform the Japanese authorities of what they just discovered, which they nodded in acknowledgement.

"Yes sir!"

The Chinese janitor then begged the Vietnamese Coast Guard member to take him with them as he is sure that the Chinese government would only ridicule him if he survived and they would verbally abuse him if he were to return to China and tell the truth, and the coast guard member nodded and tells the Chinese janitor to stick with him as escaping the carnage isn't going to be easy.

As the Vietnamese Coast Guard members are about to leave the ship, they were horrified when they saw the giant mayflies attacking the five Chinese ships and that the Chinese Coast Guard members, while managing to hold off the giant mayflies at first, are systematically being overwhelmed and eaten alive by the winged giant insects, and there they saw the Vietnamese Coast Guard ship is also being besieged by the giant mayflies, and there the lead Vietnamese Coast Guard members told his fellow coast guard members that there's no choice but to hide within this ship and wait for the giant mayflies to leave, which the Vietnamese Coast Guard members nodded in acknowledgement.

"Yes sir!"

The remaining Vietnamese Coast Guard members and the Chinese janitor then went towards the interior of the ship and hid there while the other Vietnamese Coast Guard member went towards the driver's room and attempted to get the ship sailing, and managed to get it moving and began to move away from the current area as the giant mayflies continue to attack the five Coast Guard ships from China.

Amid all that is happening, the next scene shifts at the island where the Hope's Peak survivors, Fenrir members and the current inhabitants are staying and hiding, and moments later, the remaining Chinese Coast Guard members told his men to discreetly scout the island and see if there are any people there, and confirm if that island is unmanned, so that they can send information the communist Chinese government and they would start making preparations to create an artificial island here.

"Okay. You know what to do. See if this island if deserted. If there people…don't let them see you. If there are only inhabitants…kill them and bury them somewhere. We must have a suitable island to make a military base so we have basis to claim it as our own. And there we can invade Taiwan easily and make it part of China again. Understand?"

"Yes sir!"

As the other Chinese Coast Guard members searched the place and told their fellow Chinese Coast Guard members that the entire area appeared to be deserted, and said that there doesn't appear to have any tower or any equipment that would call for help, and said that the inhabitants here appeared to have deserted this island and thus it is an ideal chance form the Chinese government to seize this island and convert it to an expansive military base.

"Good! Good! Now we have an ideal chance! This is a good opportunity! We must covet this island as soon as possible! Then we tell the Chinese president about this and he'll give us all a promotion! Are you in agreement?"

"Yes sir!"

What the Chinese Coast Guard members didn't know is that the inhabitants are currently at a hidden village within this island where they are safe, and that the Chinese Coast Guard members are unaware of the impending danger that is about to head their way, and there the Chinese Coast Guard member radioed the admiral in an attempt to tell him of their findings.

However, something unexpected took place as several coast guard members appeared and caught the Chinese Coast Guard members red-handed after seeing the Chinese Communist Party flag being displayed, and the Chinese Coast Guard members were taken aback as the intruders revealed themselves as Coast Guard members of various Asian countries:

- Taiwan

- Vietnam

- South Korea

- Indonesia

There the lead China Coast Guard team leader attempted to use various alibis to get the other warring coast guard teams to leave yet the other coast guard teams rebuked him and said that they have a feeling that China is definitely trying to sneak around and look for islands to make ARTIFICIAL MILITARY BASES, and there the lead Taiwanese Coast Guard member pointed his finger at the various equipment that the Chinese Coast Guard members are displaying and told the Chinese Coast Guard members that they have been exposed and thus the Coast Guard alliance within Southeast Asia have a reason to tell ASEAN to expel China from its ranks.

The lead Chinese Coast Guard member attempted to lie their way out and accuses the Taiwanese Coast Guard members of spreading FAKE NEWS, which the latter deny and the two began arguing in a rather violent verbal fashion.

"You idiot!"

"You're the idiot!"

"You're the super idiot!"

"You are the super duper idiot!"

"You damn idiot!"

"You're the super damn idiot!"

"You're the super duper damn idiot!"

"You are the super duper times two damn idiot!"

Suddenly the radio blared and the Chinese Coast Guard member answered it, where the caller turns out to be the Chinese janitor and there he told the remaining Chinese Coast Guard members to leave the island immediately due to the threat of giant insects, which the lead Chinese Coast Guard member berated the janitor for the blatant lie and accuses him of being influenced by watching horror programs from Taiwan and South Korea and told him he would be subjected to disciplinary actions, causing a tension-filled argument.

"You idiot! You and your stupid delusions! You're just spouting nonsense because you are so lazy! You're saying things and lies because you binge too much on stupid horror shows from Taiwan! It is forbidden! You'll make us all look like fools in front of the all-great Xing Jin-ping-pong-ball!"

"But…I'm not lying .."

"Silence! You must stop watching Taiwanese dramas! You will stop watching useless shows from South Korea! It doesn't befit the great soldiers of the powerful China! Now stop playing with the radio and go to your quarters and stay there until we return to the mainland China !"

"You're the idiot…!"

"How dare you! Get off the radio! That's an order! You must be disciplined!"

"I'm trying to save your FUCKING lives…!"

"No more arguments!"

"You stupid assholes…!"

By then the lead Vietnamese Coast Guard leader took over the radio and spoke to the lead Chinese Coast Guard member and informed him that they have commandeered the ship and inform them that the Chinese janitor is the sole survivor and said that the rest of the Chinese Coast Guard members were killed by giant insects, which the coast guard members of the Southeast Asian alliance were taken by surprise upon hearing this.

"Huh?"

"What the…?"

"No way…"

"Is he telling the truth…?"

"Am I hearing things…? Did he say…giant insects…?"

"I can't believe what I'm hearing…"

"Damn…if he's telling the truth…then this is like a scene coming straight from a horror movie…"

"Oh boy…"

The Chinese Coast Guard members were in a state of disbelief and denial and accuses the Vietnamese Coast Guard member of lying and stealing the ship of the Chinese Coast Guard and threatened to have China launch an attack on Vietnam but the radio signal suddenly got lost, and as the Chinese Coast Guard member began ranting like a spoiled brat, the other coast guard members of the Southeast Asian alliance glanced at each other as this was the first time hearing this and are unsure whether to believe this information.

Suddenly tension filled the area as dozens of giant insects appeared, and these insects turn out to be giant earwigs, and the Chinese Coast Guard members shrieked like effeminate cowards as they shivered in fear as they couldn't believe what they are seeing and refused to believe that the Chinese janitor was telling the truth after all.

The Vietnamese Coast Guard members were taken aback at this, and before they could react another group of giant earwigs appeared from behind and ambushed the Vietnamese contingent and began biting them on the preys' abdomens and they screamed out in pain, much to the horror of the other coast guard members upon witnessing the gruesome scenes.

"AAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEE!"

The remaining Chinese Coast Guard members were panicking and chose to run away instead of attempting to fight their way out, and there the Indonesian Coast Guard members aimed their weapons as the lead member told his men to fire at will and keep an eye out as these giant insects appeared to be nocturnal as they show up from other dark areas, which the coast guard members nodded in acknowledgement.

"Yes sir!"

The South Korea Coast Guard members did the same as they began shooting at the giant earwigs, and while they managed to shoot down at least two of them, the coast guard members slowly realized that they are outmatched due to the gigantic sizes of the earwigs and the sheer numbers, yet the coast guard members stood their ground and maintain their current shooting position.

As the Taiwanese Coast Guard members are also fighting off the giant earwigs, the lead member told one of his men to board the ship and head to mainland Japan and inform the military and government about this discovery, which the coast guard member nodded and immediately leaves the scene whilst the rest of the Taiwanese Coast Guard members continue fighting off the giant earwigs.

At the hidden village, you can see that Aoi is visibly worried as the time now is 22:20, in which Enoshima and Yuta haven't come back yet, and she is starting to get worried given the fact that there are giant insects lurking around and she began to get worried as she assume that both Enoshima and Yuta may have gotten attacked by the giant insects.

Makoto and Maizono came, and after hearing Aoi's worries, the two classmates told her that it is unlikely given that they are within the hidden village and that if a giant insect made its way here there would have been a scene of panic, and even said that maybe Enoshima and Yuta took a stroll and perhaps talking about something, which Makoto and Maizono assured that Enoshima and Yuta will be back by now.

"So that's what I believe…so don't worry, Asahina."

"Naegi is right. I'm sure that your baby brother and Enoshima are okay."

"Really…?"

"Yes. And since we're inside the hidden village…I'm sure that Enoshima and Yuta wouldn't go out…"

"He's right…so relax, Asahina."

"O-okay…"

"Believe me. Enoshima and Yuta will be back."

"That's right."

"…"

Hagakure came and overheard the discussion and said that he is sure that Enoshima and Yuta are fine as they know that they cannot leave the hidden village without asking permission, which Makoto and Maizono nodded in agreement, and Aoi started to feel relieved that her little brother is safe within the confines of the hidden village.

However, the SHSL Fortune Teller made a blunder by insinuating that Enoshima may have taken Yuta somewhere and HAVE SEX, which unbeknownst to the Hope's Peak Academy survivors, Enoshima and Yuta ALREADY HAD SEX for the past hour, and hearing this caused Aoi to go ballistic and became a nervous wreck and grabbed Hagakure by his collar and shook him violently and berated him for making those kind of insinuations without basis, not realizing that Hagakure's guess was right all along.

"RRRRRRRAAAAAAGGGGHHHH!"

"GGGGGGHHHHHAAAAAKKKKHHHH!"

"YUTA IS NOT A HENTAI, YOU HEAR?!"

"GGGGGGHHHHHAAAAAKKKKHHHH!"

"MY BABY BROTHER IS NOT A NYMPHOMANIAC! AND HE IS NOT A CERTIFIED SEX ADDICT!"

"GGGGGGHHHHHAAAAAKKKKHHHH!"

"SAY SOMETHING LIKE THAT AGAIN AND I'M GOING TO KILL YOU! YOU HEAR ME?!"

"GGGGGGHHHHHAAAAAKKKKHHHH!"

Makoto and Maizono stared wide-eyed at seeing this and tried to pry Aoi away from Hagakure, urging her to calm down and not take Hagakure's insinuations seriously, saying that it's unlikely that Enoshima and Yuta would DO THAT at a time like this, unaware that Enoshima and Yuta already DID THAT an hour ago at the restaurant within the hidden village courtesy of the female restaurant cashier who offered them free dinner in exchange of watching them have sex.

"Asahina!"

"Don't, Asahina!"

"GGGGGGHHHHHAAAAAKKKKHHHH"

"RRRRRRRAAAAAAGGGGHHHH!"

"Don't mind what Hagakure said!"

"Naegi-kun's right! I'm sure your younger brother is safe and sound!"

"GGGGGGHHHHHAAAAAKKKKHHHH"

"RRRRRRRAAAAAAGGGGHHHH!"

Meanwhile, the scene shifts elsewhere within the mainland where the next scene shows that the surviving members of Class 80 and Class 77 are inside the hospital lobby area after being brought there by the ambulances after finding out that the survivors were the Hope's Peak Academy students who went missing and resurfaced after four days.

There the students shown are members of Class 77, which they are identified as:

- Chiaki Nanami - SHSL Gamer

- Hiyoko Saiyonji - SHSL Dancer

- Mikan Tsumiki - SHSL Nurse

- Teruteru Hanamura - SHSL Cook

- Nekomaru Midai - SHSL Coach

- Gundam Tanaka - SHSL Breeder

- Peko Pekoyama - SHSL Swordswoman

- Nagito Komaeda - - SHSL Luckster

- Byakuya Togami II - SHSL Heir

- Ibuki Mioda - SHSL Guitarist

- Mahiru Koizumi - SHSL Photographer

- Akane Owari - SHSL Gymnast

- Sonia Nevermind - SHSL Princess

- Fuyuhiko Kuzuryuu - SHSL Gangster

- Kazuichi Soda - SHSL Mechanic

And with them are the surviving reserve course students of Hope's Peak Academy, which are:

And sharing the same area are the surviving members of Class 80, and the students are identified as:

- Suichi Saihara - SHSL Detective

- Kokichi Oma - SHSL President

- Tsumugi Shirogane - SHSL Cosplayer

- Miu Iruma - SHSL Inventor

- Anji Yonaga - SHSL Art Club Member

- Maki Harukawa - SHSL Nursery Teacher

- Himiko Yumeno - SHSL Magician

- Kirumi Tojo - SHSL Maid

As the two sections are waiting, the scene shows that Fuyuhiko was given a spare smartphone that Iruma invented, and managing to smuggle a sim card, the SHSL Gangster managed to contact the Kuzuryuu manor, and he stared wide-eyed while the rest of the students noticed his reaction, sensing that something is not right here.

After ending the call, the rest asked Fuyuhiko what is the matter, and there he told his fellow survivors that there were no announcement from TV news about the fact that Class 77 and Class 80 have returned here, and that everyone within the Kuzuryuu manor are surprised to hear that Fuyuhiko himself just called them and that no one from the police or the media inform them about the latest development, which Saihara agreed as he pointed out that they have been waiting here for over an hour and not a single nurse came to check on them.

Fuyuhiko and Saihara then told everyone to be ready as they have a bad feeling that something sinister is at work here and suspected that someone is preventing the media from reporting the fact that the surviving Hope's Peak Academy students have returned here, and the surviving students nodded in agreement as they all brace themselves for any eventuality should their suspicions about a possible cover-up turn out to be true.

"Okay."

Hope you liked this chapter, as I decided to insert some more INSECT ACTION by having giant mayflies and earwigs take center stage…but because the Hope's Peak Academy survivors, along with the Fenrir members are at the hidden village, the aforementioned giant flying insects won't have anything to go after, and there I decided to expand the Chinese Coast Guard as foils and at the same time brought up coast guards from other neighboring Southeast Asian countries to mirror the real-time events, such as China TRYING TO STEAL neighboring islands and the such…

The characters from Danganronpa 2 and V3 resurfaced…and this time they are facing a situation as Fuyuhiko discovered that no one from the police or the media informed the students' families about the students returning to the mainland and suspected a cover-up, hence the two sections (Class 77 and 80) are getting ready in case someone wants to SILENCE THEM…

And whoa…again a rather long chapter I made…18 pages. This is because I decided to wrap up the subplot about the Chinese Coast Guard attempting to covet an island within Japanese territory…and here they are…as the remaining ones are soon to be devoured.

Along with some appearances from Naegi and the rest…and a brief appearances from the Danganronpa 2 and V3 crew…yup, I'm going to go forward with the story.

The current story arc is underway as the survivors are trying to calm a pissed off Aoi down as she suspected that Enoshima took Yuta somewhere seduced him, unaware that it was the case…

And then they started to make plans on how to get everyone out of the island whilst evading the giant insects… unaware of the carnage that is happening outside the hidden village…
