Chapter 51: Beach Party!

The next morning, Dan woke up early. "Time to do a bit of shinobi training."

It cuts to the backyard as he got a shinai ready and trained on some moves. And then, the sliding door opened and Kappei appeared. "I see I'm not the only one who has a plan for morning training."

"Interesting. Come and join me and we can work out together in the way of the shinobi." Dan welcomed him in as they 2 boys trained together. They worked on their swordplay moves and practiced martial arts.

Some time later, they had a duel with their shinais and after that, they took a break.

"Slept well Dan?"

"Yeah. You Kappei?"

"Good." Kappei then smiled about it. "Heh. You had a good dream, do you?" Dan asked.

"It was hot." He then told him the dream. "In my dream, Emma and I snuck into the school swimming one summer night and we had a night swim. In the midst of it, we stripped down and made out in the pool and we can't resist each other."

"Whoa, that's hot indeed! Then I'll tell you mine." Dan is next as he told it to him. "In my dream, I was taking a shower when May snuck it and started scrubbing me, I felt comfy while feeling her milk jugs rub my back and the next I knew it, I can't resist her so we made out while the shower cleans us."

"Is it natural for us, bys to dream all these juicy things?" Kappei asked.

"Sort of. Especially when you're in a relationship or feeling a crush." Dan answered as they chuckled together. And then, they smell something nice. "BREAKFAST!" They cheered in excitement as they went inside.

In the dining room...

Everyone just gathered for breakfast as on the table, there are sunny-side eggs, sausages, bacon, corned beef with chopped onions and diced potatoes, baked beans, buttered toast and pancakes with butter and maple syrup.

"Yummy!" Van cheered as all began helping themselves. "So you guys have any plans today?" Max asked as he ate sausage.

"All of us planned to hang out at the beach." said Emma.

"Yeah. We're gonna have a party together." said Tyler as he ate a sunny-side egg.

"That's nice. If you need anything for the party, our fridge has everything you need." Van's mom told the teens and she just finished her pancakes. They spent the next few minutes mingling during breakast until, "Alright. I have a day off with some friends of mine. Have fun, stay out of trouble and keep the beach house in good condition."

"You heard her. Now if you excuse, I got WNA duties to do." Max told the teens as he ate up his corned beef with Van watching his parents leave the dining room.

So with that, they have the whole beach house to themselves as, "Alright guys! Let's get ready for our beach party!" Van told the group as they all cheered. Keith opened the fridge and, "Nice! Plenty of meat for the grilling."

"We're gonna need to set up our own spot for the party." said Tyler.

"There's a cellar door that leads to the basement outside the beach house. It's there we can get the stuff for the party." said Van as everyone left the dining room to get ready.

At the beach...

It's 10:30am and the boys have arrived to set up their place. Tyler and Cluv unfolded the folding tables and set up the beach umbrellas, Keith and Kappei brought out the grill, Van brought a lot of soda in an ice box, Alec brought the tools for the BBQ, Billy and Heart got the meat and other foods for the grilling and Dan and Damien brought out the beach items like the beach volleyball net, beachball, water guns and a couple more.

The boys then commenced the set up. "Wait, where are the girls?" Alec asked.

"Changing into their swimwear. Good thing we're already in our swim trunks." said Van as he admired his one which is orange in colour with a red line on both sides each. For the other boys, Kappei wore blue swim trunks with a black line on both sides each, Keith wore white swim trunks, Dan wore dark purple swim trunks, Tyler wore dark green swim trunks, Alec wore dark grey swim trunks, Damien wore light brown swim trunks with a yellow line on both sides each, Cluv wore a black speedo, Billy wore olive green swim trunks and Heart wore violet swim trunks.

As the boys continued the setup, "Hi guys!" Hongfa, Elena and Dia are the first to arrive and they look stunning. Hongfa wore a deep blue string bikini with the thin straps on her shoulders, Elena wore a floral bandeau bikini with a halter strap around her neck and Dia wore a plaid, string bikini with a purple trim and the colours, pink and white for the plaid pattern.

"Whoa...you sure look elegant." Damien told his girlfriend as she giggled at his compliment.

"Alec!" Hongfa called for him and he noticed her.

"Whoa...you look stunning!" He exclaimed.

"Hee! Hee! Do you mind if you sketch me?"

"Okay Hongfa!"

Alec already brought his sketchbook as he sat on the beach towel and got his pencil ready as Hongfa lay on the sand and posed before him.

A few minutes later, "Kappei! I've arrived!" He looked to see Emma approaching him and Naomi is tagging along. "My girlfriend is a shining beauty..." Kappei thought with a dreamy smile. Now Emma wore a checkered bandeau bikini with the colours, green and yellow with a small pink knot at the front and at the middle of her top. And just like in their beach date, her hair is down. For Naomi, she wore a frilled light pink bikini top and a frilled light pink bikini skirt as she felt shy about wearing something exotic.

As they met up, Kappei's eyes shifted onto his girlfriend's bikini. For he can see half of her chest exposed out as he started to feel a bit strange...down there.

"Tell me something Kappei, how would you rate my bikini?" Emma asked as she posed before him.

"20 stars." He answered as she rewarded him with a kiss. And then, "Whoa Naomi! You look gorgeous in that swimsuit!" Keith finally noticed her as he walked to her. "Where did you buy it? The design is simple but cute and attractive for you!"

She gasped at his compliment. "Um...just at some store in the mall."

"Cute. You're really a ravishing angel." He complimented as, "Oh! I better check on the grill. Catch you later!" As he headed back, "Emma was right about what she told me yesterday..." Naomi thought with a smile. "And I do look cute in this swimsuit..."

And then, "What's up guys!" Van and Dan looked from where the voice came from and they cringed.

Lucy wore a hot pink micro bikini in which her top is very small with the string tied behind her neck and her bottom is a piece of thong which is also very small. Plus, she wore flower hair rings instead of her spiked ones and it really makes her look smoking hot. Tropical style. May on the other hand wore a black sling bikini in which the lines are thin and she's exposing a lot of her skin. Furthermore, both girls had their butt cheeks exposed out. She also a has a flower hair pin on her hair.

"Oh man! Lucy is too hot for me to bear!" Van thought while sweating.

"Why would May wear something so exotic and outrageous?! I really can't help it..." Dan also thought while sweating and he's losing focus over his beautiful girlfriend as she noticed his reaction.

"Check it out Lucy, our boys have pitched their tents."

"I think they love our swimsuits though they're too shy to say it before us." Lucy replied to May as they giggled together. And then, they walked to their respective boyfriends as Lucy got close to Van. "Do I look cute and sexy?" She asked as she posed before him.

"Uh, yeah!" Van replied.

"Then, would you like some...'milk'?" Lucy had Van gaze at her chest and his faced reddened realizing something from her words. "Just kidding!" She laughed loudly and hugged him.

He was relived as, "Let's build a sandcastle together!" Lucy suggested.

"Okay! Let's go!" They went to find a spot but before that, they need to get the tools for building sandcastles.

At the same time, "May, I worry that many of the other boys might be attracted to you because of that exotic swimsuit." Dan spoke to her.

"No worries Dandelion. I bought this to marvel you." May then jiggled her melons a bit making Dan's face red. And then, "Dan! May! Wanna play beach volleyball?" Damien called out to them as he and Elena are setting up the net.

"Sure thing! We'll take you on!" May called out as they went to help them.

At the BBQ, Keith began the grilling as on the grill, there are beef burger patties, sausages, hot dogs, chicken in various pieces, steak, corn and pieces of meat and vegetables like onions and bell peppers on skewers. "I like the smell of grilled, marinated meat." He described as he flipped the burgers over.

On one of the tables, Dia is preparing potato salad while Heart is slicing tomatoes and Billy is organizing the burger buns and hot dog buns.

On the sands, Emma is working on her tan with Kappei applying sunscreen on her back. She enjoyed feeling his hands as beside them, Naomi played her biwa with Gumchi listening to her music. "Soundee! Soundee!"

"Yes? You want to see me use my powers through it?" Naomi asked the gum alien and he nodded with a grin. She looked at the waves splashing on the shore and once ready, she strummed her biwa once and a soundwave was generated as it pushed aside the sand and splashed aside some of the water.

"Whoa...Ryotarou was right about your power." Kappei exclaimed as he spanked Emma's butt. "Oh! You cute, naughty boy."

"Yes I am your cute and naughty boyfriend." Kappei lay beside her as they relaxed under the shade with Emma using her phone to play some music. The song, "I'm Yours." by Jason Mraz is being played as they relaxed together.

Meanwhile, Alec finished the sketch and is now colouring it with Hongfa practicing her martial arts and beside them, Dan and May began the game of beach volleyball with Damien and Elena as the volleyball is being tossed and smashed from both sides and finally, Van and Lucy have began building their sandcastle. And Gumchi went over there to give them a hand.

Meanwhile, Tyler and Cluv are training on the sand by doing shadow boxing with each other while Keith continues the grilling. "The smell of grilled meat is delightful to my nose. It also means they're nearly done." He described as he started grilling the burger buns. Behind him, Dia, Billy and Heart finished prepping the other food as they had a can of soda together for it sure is a hot day.

Back at the volleyball game, Dan smashed the ball over as Elena intercepted it. She then tossed it to Damien and he smashed it back but May countered and, "Uh-oh! It's gonna smash onto the sandcastle that Van and Lucy are building together!" Dan exclaimed.

"Not on my watch!" And for the first time, Damien's awakened power is used as a rock wall was formed and it blocked the ball as it landed on the sand. "Rock Manipulation. I can create and control rocks and anything made out of stone." He told Dan and May.

"Now check this out!" Elena's hand melted into lava and she hurled some of it onto the rock wall as it blackened and melted down. "Lavakinesis. I can create and control lava." She told them.

"Awesome!" May exclaimed as Elena's lava hand became normal and the girls hi-5 each other. "I felt a bit of heat from your hand Elena."

"Tends to remain a bit heated after my usage of my power." She replied to her as they resumed their volleyball game.

A while later...

"Lunch time!" Keith called out as all stopped what they're doing and gathered at the area. On the folding tables, all the BBQ is plated along with other dishes. "Oh man I'm starving!" Van and Kappei then began plating their food and trying to beat each other while stuffing their faces.

Emma and Lucy shook their heads over their boyfriends as they helped themselves. The rest did the same as the whole gang enjoyed their lunch time together. Even Gumchi piled his plate.

"Keith, the food is incredible!" Dan told him as he chewed on his steak. "How do you know how to cook all these?"

"Been reading cookbooks in my free time during summer break before we met at the WNA Resort." Keith told him as he ate some chicken. "I tried practicing on the art of culinary in my kitchen when I got the chance."

"Nevertheless, the food is succulent! You nailed on the marinating and grilling!" said Hongfa as she ate some potato salad.

"How's your sandcastle doing?" Kappei asked Van as he ate a grilled corn.

"It's completed! Lucy and I worked carefully to make it fantastic. We even had a picture together with it." Van replied as Lucy fed him a piece of meat. Gumchi then helped himself to a burger, a chicken drumstick and a hot dog on a bun as he devoured them all one by one. For the drumstick, he spat it out and it hit Cluv on the arm. "Sorree..."

Just then, "Hey look! An ice cream truck!" Heart noticed it stopping by as, "Dessert!" Alec cheered and all went to buy ice cream with Gumchi watching over the food. Minutes later, all returned with ice cream cones containing at least 2 scoops of ice cream.

"Here you go Gumchi." Kappei handed him a cone with 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream. "Icee! Creamee!" Gumchi cheered and devoured the whole thing and burped. All laughed together as, "Gumchi sure changed a lot." May.

"He's currently our class mascot." Emma revealed.

"So he's co-existing with your friends and classmates, is it?" Naomi asked as Kappei told everyone the story.

"Oh my gosh. All the girls love the little guy and to think he wants to understand what it's like to attend high school." said Dia.

"He even assisted our form teacher." Emma added as Gumchi nodded. "Schoolee! Funee!" Fun it is as everyone continued eating and drinking together.

After lunch and some rest time, the gang continued their beach fun with most of them going for a swim. Dan, May, Van, Lucy, Billy and Heart played with a beach ball as they swam and tossed the ball around, Naomi is seen on an inner tube soaking up the sun while floating in the water and on the sand, Hongfa, Alec, Damien, Emma and Elena tried out a new game involving a watermelon and a shinai. Gumchi is with them as he chugged on a can of soda while Hongfa tied a blindfold on Alec. "Now try to find the melon and strike it with the shinai."

"Okay..." Alec walked around a bit carefully and then, walked straight and, "KSH!"

"OW!" Alec tripped over the watermelon and fell on the sand as they laughed at him. "Very funny..." He exclaimed as he removed the blindfold and passed it to Elena. "I think I'll go for a swim." Emma thought to herself as she walked to the ocean and waded into the water. "Come to think of it, where's Kappei?"

It cuts to him relaxing underwater and being one with his elemental power. "The ocean gives off a tranquil feeling and a scenic view of the aquatic life." Kappei thought as he looked up. He can see his peers swimming and having a good time until he noticed something. "I know what to do..."

In the water, Emma is enjoying herself when, "EEK!" She was pulled underwater by none other than her boyfriend as they gazed at each other and shared a deep kiss in the deep ocean with their eyes closed as they embraced each other and treasured their moment. A school of fish then swam around them and another school of fish formed a heart shape before them.

Seconds later, they resurfaced and laughed together. "Having fun Emma?"

"It's awesome Kappei. Having fun at the beach with our friends is a blast!"

"Indeed! Let's get a soda together." Kappei suggested as they swam back to the shore to get a refreshing drink.

Meanwhile, Naomi continued to relax when, "EEP! What was that?" She felt something beneath her as she squirmed and she felt it again. "Ah...something must have..." The third time she felt it, she ended up falling off the inner tube. "SPLASH!"

Underwater, Naomi struggled to swim up to surface but whatever she's feeling is making her squirm some more and she's feeling the drowning effect around her. "Help me...somebody help me...somebody save me!" She can only sink deeper as she struggled on but too late, she's losing conscious as her eyes can only see something splash down...

Time passes by as, "Is she gonna wake up?"

"She nearly drowned for some reason but what's the cost?"

"Hey look! She's waking up!"

Feeling a bit blurry, Naomi soon gained conscious and woke up. "Wh...Where am I? Wh-What just happened?"

"You were drowning in the ocean. Keith was the first to see this and dove right in to save you." May revealed and she gasped at the mention of his name and, "How are you feeling?" Keith bent down while asking her.

"You...You saved me?"

"I saw you fall off into the water and without hesitation, I have to dive in to save you." He told her and she can only gaze at his eyes when, "Ahhhh..."

"She's squirming again!" Emma exclaimed and Lucy looked down, flipped her skirt over and noticed it. "Oh my gosh! There's something wriggling in her bikini skirt!"

Indeed as all noticed it and it looks like a fish tail as, "I got this." Hongfa swiftly removed it and it turns out to be a tiny fish!

"It most likely wriggled itself into Naomi's swimsuit by accident. That is why she's squirming." said Damien as Hongfa threw the tiny fish back into the ocean. As for Naomi, she looked at Keith again and, "Th-Thank you."

"You're welcome. Do you need to rest?" Keith asked.

"I guess so. For a while." She replied as Gumchi appeared holding her biwa. "Why thank you. Perhaps I can go for another round of practice."

"Well that's a relief. Let's continue." said May as all resumed their activities. "Surf's up!" All looked to see Kappei and Emma running to the waves with surfboards.

"What the...since when did they learn how to surf and where did they get those surfboards?!" Damien asked as the couple got into the water and surfed on the waves!

"Whoa! They're killing on the surf moves! It's radical!" Billy described as all watched them ride the waves with skill and balance.

"I have a feeling they watched some videos on surfing..." Alec thought as everyone cheered for them and after that, continued on with their beach activities with Gumchi being chased by a crab.

Around 5pm...

"Alright. I had my beach fun already. Let's head back into the house, freshen up and enjoy ourselves with some indoor activities of our own." Van told the group.

"Let's also gather the leftovers and put them in the dining room. For dinner tonight, we can feast on them again." said Keith.

All agreed as they began packing up when, "Wait...has anyone seen Lucy?" Van asked.

"She's still swimming." Dia pointed and she's in the water but also feeling embarrassed. "Lucy! Why are you still swimming?" Van called out to her when Kappei noticed something on the sand. "Is that Lucy's micro bikini?"

Everyone gasped and Van turned red. "The way I see it, Lucy's swimsuit went loose unexpectedly and now, she's stuck in the water skinny dipping." said May and she laughed about it as Gumchi took the wet fabrics and handed them to Van. "Um...you want me to..."

He nodded as, "Better make it fast. Get ready!" Tyler took action and grabbed Van. "What are you doing Tyler?"

"A shortcut to get to your girlfriend!" Tyler then hurled him up as all watched him land in the water beside Lucy.

"Nice move." said Cluv and noticed something. "But how come you have Van's swim trunks?" All are stunned especially Tyler. "Oops."

In the water, Van splashed in beside his girl as, "Hey Lucy. I got your-wait, where are my swim trunks?!" He began to panic as Lucy suddenly dove underwater and, "Wait a minute! What are you doing?!"

She resurfaced again with a cheeky smile. "I never knew you got a big katana." She told him as she licked her lips. And then, his swim trunks landed right in front of them as Van handed Lucy her micro bikini and grabbed his swim trunks as they wore them while swimming.

Minutes later, they waded back to the shore meeting up with the others as, "You both had fun being together in the ocean without your bathing suits right?" Elena teased.

"Did you see Van's hot rod? How big is it?" May asked Lucy when, "Okay enough already. We better pack up and head back inside. I wanna play some video games." Dan spoke up and with that, the gang spent the next half an hour packing up and they headed back to the beach house. It sure was a blast! And Gumchi is now being chased by 3 crabs.

That night...

After dinner, the girls gathered for another girl bonding session at the room where Emma and Lucy are staying. It was at that moment that Naomi finally made her choice. "Guys...can I make a statement?"

All looked at her and she said it. "I need your help! I want to tell Keith how I feel! I want to-"

"About time. And yes, we'll help you." May took action and texted Kappei. A reply was sent to her and, "The boys will help too. All of us will make preparations and arrangements to bring you and Keith together."

"When will the plan be set in motion?" Hongfa asked.

"Tomorrow night. And guess what?" The girls huddled together with Naomi watching them. "We're all gonna make it a date night for them!" May revealed and this is going be exciting many can say.

So tomorrow night, Keith and Naomi will be put together for a date night. Will it work out well? Will they see the love between them? Find out in the next chapter!

Profile

A member of the Bottle Collectors, Naomi is never seen practicing her biwa in her free time at the academy. She also is a beautiful singer with a sweet, singing voice and is friends with May, Emma and Lucy.

She is childhood friends with Ryotarou for they grew up together in the same village but in different clans. They still keep in touch and often shared their experience with each other.

As mentioned before, Naomi went to the Advanced WNA High in Oedo and is a member of the music club. She also has feelings for Keith and this will be put to test in their upcoming hangout.

Awakened Power: Sonokinesis

Naomi's awakened power allows her to create and manipulate sound via her biwa. Just like Ryotarou, she too needs an item to support her power usage.

When playing her biwa in battle, she can unleash sound blasts and sound waves powerful enough to deal damage and knock back her foes. The sound energies can also shatter glass and anything made out of ice.

And yes, she is still proficient in wielding her weapons in battle and being able to hold her ground.
