A/N: This is my first X-Men crossover. And I wanted to start with Wolverine and the X-Men. The X-Men are awesome; and so is Wolverine! He is my favorite member of the team. I wanted to pay homage to him; and to his legacy.

Timeline wise, this takes place during episode 10 of Wolverine and the X-Men, "Greetings from Genosha" ; and during the Transformers Prime mini series, "Darkness Rising."

As you read this story; you may find that some of the ideas, are not very original. Not by any means. There have been people; who have made stories, where Jack is Logan's kid. But none of them were with Wolverine and the X-Men. I wanted to be the first one to do it. I also thought that I could put a unique spin on it.

If you haven't watched the show; I recommend you do. It's a lot of fun. I hate that they never gave it more than 1 season. It felt like there was more that they could have done with the show.

I don't own Wolverine and the X-Men, or Transformers Prime. I also don't own the picture, that I used for this story. I just wanted to use it; because I thought it was cool. Please don't sue! I have no money.

The shores of Genosha

Nightcrawler was aboard a cargo ship; with a bunch of other Mutants. After the X-Men disbanded; Kurt had went off, on his own. He had been making sure that Mutants; had found some place safe, to hold up. So, he stowed away; on a ship, with other Mutants. The ship was attacked by pirates. Thankfully, Kurt was able to rally the Mutants; and they managed to fend off the pirates. The X-Men, then found Nightcrawler. They told him that they were getting the team back together.

They said that they wanted him with them. But he told them that the Mutants he was with, now; needed him more than they did. So now, here he was. Escorting the Mutants to Magneto's Island, "Genosha." The ship they were on; was suddenly pulled closer to the island. The ship came to a crashing halt, against the shore. All the metal on the ship, was magnetically ripped apart. It was all floating in mid-air; with the king of Genosha, Magneto himself, dead center. Levitating in front of them, with all his glory.

"Welcome Mutants, to Genosha!" Magneto greeted. This however, caused some concern for kurt. "Fear not, my brothers and sisters. For you are now, home." Magneto said, as he formed a bridge of metal for them to walk on. All of the Mutants felt welcomed, except for kurt. He still felt rather suspicious of Magneto's agenda. The X-Men have been his enemies, for years. It was hard for Kurt to believe, that Magneto; all of the sudden, just changed his ways. "The most surprising of all. We're in the presence of an X-Man." Magneto mentioned.

He lifted a piece of the metal floor; that Nightcrawler was standing on, in the air. Forming a circular platform, for him to stand on. "Is that going to be a problem, Magneto?" Kurt asked.

"Dear Nightcrawler; all of Xavier's children are welcome, in Genosha." Magneto replied. He then extended a hand of friendship to kurt. He was hesitant, but he eventually took Magneto's hand. "Come, my friend! We have much to discuss." Said Magneto, as he moved Nightcrawler to his castle; while asking how Charles was doing. Nightcrawler was unaware of Professor Xavier's condition; however, he told him that he was told, that Charles was doing well. He didn't fully trust Magneto. So he tried to be as vague, as possible.

Eric expected as much. The X-Men were too smart to blindly trust him. Kurt asked him, if his entire Palace was made out of metal. He told Kurt that it was. As the master of magnetism; it only made sense for him. He wanted a home that he could feel comfortable in. A metal home; was one that he had complete control over. Magneto took off his helmet, and sat on his throne. "Let's talk about you! You're here to check up on me, I take it. To see if my Paradise, is truly that." Magneto surmised.

"No. I seek only refuge. I left the X-Men, after...after the blast." Kurt took his time, in saying that last part. He was referring to the blast that destroyed The Institute, one year ago. Magneto guaranteed Kurt, that all Mutants, were welcome in Genosha. He granted him full access, to see for himself; if he didn't believe him. The next thing he did, was provide him with a tour guide. Kurt heard footsteps, behind him. He turned around, to see who it was. It was a beautiful woman, clad in a red outfit.

"I'd like you to meet, The Scarlet Witch." Magneto introduced.

"Hello, Mr. Wagner!" She said. Upon first glance, Kurt was instantly enamored with her beauty.

"Hello!" Kurt said that, in a dazed state. Because the only thing he could focus on, at the moment; was how beautiful she looked.

The Xavier Institute

Two of the X-men, Bobby Drake and Kitty Pryde, A.K.A. Iceman & Shadowcat; were currently training in the Danger Room. Kitty was dodging the laser turrets; while Bobby made a wall of ice, to shield himself from the blasts. "Bobby, you're never going to win like that." Kitty informed him, as she phased through the laser blasts; without a care in the world. Meanwhile, all she saw Bobby doing, was cowering behind a thick wall of ice; not taking this seriously at all.

"Win? I'm just trying to survive. I hate this program!" Bobby responded.

"And it's on the newbie setting, too." Kitty said back.

"We need to have a little talk with Forge." Said Bobby.

"Can you at least, get me to that turret?" Kitty questioned, while pointing to the upper turret.

"Finally, a plan!" Bobby spoke, with relief.

Bobby created an ice slide, for him to move across. While he was on the move, he grabbed a hold of Kitty; and they both slid into the air. Despite Kitty's backseat driving; they eventually reached the turret. She jumped, phasing through the turret. This caused it to short circuit. She landed behind Bobby, on his ice slide. However, the slide broke apart; and they fell to the ground. What was left of the turret, fell from the ceiling; and was going to land on top of them. Thankfully, Kitty was able to phase them; just in the nick of time.

They safely rolled through the debris; with Kitty, now being on top of Bobby. "Uh, thanks!" Bobby managed to stammer out.

"Uh, no...problem!" Kitty nervously responded. It was clear that both Bobby, and Kitty; had a crush on each other. Being in such close proximity to one another; made them feel a little, not at ease . But Bobby didn't mind. He has liked Kitty, for a long time, now. He just never had the courage to tell her how he feels. Maybe now, was that time.

Unfortunately, at that moment; the doors of the Danger Room, suddenly opened. This revealed a man, with a red and white suit; and angelic wings, sticking out of his back. This was Warren Worthington; code name, Angel. He was once, one of the first X-Men. After seeing him, Kitty instantly got off of Bobby. "Angel, hey!" She said, before standing up. "What a surprise! It's good to see you!" She said, in a nervous manner.

"And we weren't doing anything!" Bobby added. He was hoping that Angel wouldn't read too much into what he just saw. He didn't want everyone in the mansion, to think that he was using the Danger Room; as a spot for him and Kitty to be intimate.

Angel took a moment to look around; before he decided to speak. "Is Logan here?" He asked.

"No. I think he's gone." Kitty answered.

"I wanted to see if there had been any change with The Professor." Angel told them.

"I can't believe Logan hadn't told you! Come on! We'll take you to see him." Said Kitty. Professor Xavier was in a coma, when the X-Men found him. They were all headed to the room, where The Professor was resting. But before they could even go inside; something unexpected happened. Logan came out of nowhere; and tackled Angel to the ground. He was attacking him; for some unknown reason.

"Huh? I guess Logan's here, after all." Bobby commented.

Back on Genosha, Mutants were living in peace; and we're using their powers freely. "I can't believe this! Mutants out in the open. Using their powers; like it's normal." Kurt said, as he was walking the streets, with the Scarlet Witch. Her real name was Wanda.

"That's because it is normal, here. Magneto did exactly what he said, Kurt. He created a homeland for us all." She went on to tell Kurt, that on Genosha; they valued the very best that Homo Superior had to offer. They have art. Architecture. Music. Philosophy. They've accomplished so much; in such a short time. Nightcrawler couldn't help but marvel at the beauty of the city.

"This island, it's truly amazing." Kurt admired. What he was oblivious to; was that someone was following him and Wanda, from the shadows.

"And it's just the beginning. We have no hunger, here. No poverty. No crime." Wanda informed him.

All of this, sounded too good to be true, to Kurt. "This is not the Magneto I know. He wanted global domination, not this." He said.

"No. You're wrong. He did want this. He just wanted it for the entire world. But he realized that he was asking too much. And so he settled for this little corner of it."

"If everything really is as it appears; could I contact the X-Men?" Kurt asked.

"Of course. They've been here. They know. My father has nothing to hide, Kurt." She answered.

"Father?" Kurt questioned. This came as a surprise, to him. He was unaware that Magneto had any children. Let alone, that Wanda was his daughter. Unknown to Nightcrawler, Magneto was keeping tabs on him. One of his Mutants; had the power to show Magneto, Kurt's exact location. As well as everything he was doing, and saying. It would seem that Magneto had just as little trust in Kurt; as Kurt did, in him. Nightcrawler eventually put in a call to the X-Men.

"All of those ads we see for Genosha. They don't lie. This place really does feel like paradise." Nightcrawler said, while he was talking to the X-Men, via communication. He had been allowed to make a call to them. There were two X-Men, that were talking with him. Hank McCoy, code name, Beast. Along with Ororo Monroe, code name, Storm.

"Interesting. Perhaps Magneto has changed. Maybe he truly does have Mutant kind's best interest, at heart." Beast theorized.

"Odd, how I never got that impression; all those times he tried to wipe us out!" Storm said, while crossing her arms. She remained cynical about all of this. To her, Magneto was the enemy. That wouldn't change, just because someone dressed it up with pretty words. "When are you coming home, Kurt? I don't rest easy, with you on that island!"

"I think I'll stay a while longer. It seems so perfect!" Kurt said, has he turned his sights towards Wanda. He was in a daze. To anyone who might have been watching him; it had become clear, that he was quite smitten with Wanda. As it turns out; Wanda was also very fond of him, as well.

"We'll let Logan know you've made contact He's out doing, whatever it is that Logan does You know how he is." Said Storm.

This made Kurt chuckle in response. "Wolverine, leading the X-Men! I still can't believe it. So, how is that working out?" Kurt wondered.

At that moment, Kitty phased right through the door. "GUYS, GUYS! Logan is trying to carve Angel to bits!" Kitty said, in a panicked state. Storm ran towards the exit, in response to this.

"Apparently, not as well as we'd like to think." Beast said, in response to Kurt's inquiry.

In the hallway, Angel had been shoved hard, by Logan. "You picked the wrong house to sneak into, Bub!" Logan said, as he extended his claws. He started to charge at him; only for Bobby to freeze one of his arms, in place.

"Have you totally lost it? What are you doing? Angel's one of us!" Bobby declared.

But Wolverine broke free of the ice; and just shoved past him. He jumped at Angel; until he was shot away, by a red laser. The blast had come from Scott Summers, code name, Cyclops. Wolverine was pressed up against the wall. When he fell to the ground; the wall had been dented, with an imprint of his body.

"Come on, Logan! Give me another reason!" Scott challenged. He never liked Logan. Then the others showed up. They were all eager to know why Logan was acting this way.

Storm helped Angel to his feet. "Warren, are you okay?" She asked.

"Care to explain yourself, Logan?" Beast inquired.

"Yeah. That's not Angel! It's a shapeshifter!" Logan informed everyone. He could smell it. Whoever this person was; they weren't the person that they were pretending to be.

Angel scoffed at this. "Huh? What can I say? The nose knows!" Warren mocked, before he shapeshifted into an exact copy of Storm. The shapeshifter kicked Storm, right into Scott and Logan. Beast tried to grab the enemy. But the shapeshifter pulled his feet out from under him; and threw him against the wall. The shapeshifter then ran off. Wolverine began issuing orders to everyone. He told Hank to lock down the mansion. He told everyone else to check the exits, Cerebro, and The Professor.

They did as instructed. It was imperative that they catch this intruder.

Kurt and Wanda were attending a concert, on Genosha. It was an event, that they decided to get dressed up for. Kurt was wearing a tuxedo; while Wanda wore a red dress, with a matching scarf. As soon as the concert was over, they left. They were now walking through the streets of the city. "My whole life; I never thought I'd be able to go out, to enjoy a concert." Kurt remarked.

"Well, I'm glad you showed up on our shores, Kurt! Are you glad, that you came here?" Wanda asked, as she walked, with her arms wrapped around one of Kurt's.

Kurt placed his hand on hers, before he answered. "I am!" He said wholeheartedly. He was enjoying the time he spent with Wanda. Just then, they were alerted to a loud noise. Apparently, there was a Mutant, who was causing trouble. He had the form of a skeleton; that was surrounded by blue flames. Other Mutants tried to stop him; but he blew them all away. "Trouble in paradise?" Kurt murmured.

"Magneto welcomes all Mutants, Kurt. But not all Mutants are as enlightened, as we would like." Wanda stated. Her hands started to glow, with scarlet energy. This was a power that she called "Hex Bolts." She wrapped a tendril of her power, around the renegade Mutant. This was meant to restrain him. She then used a Hex Bolt to rupture a water line; drenching the Mutant in water. Effectively, extinguishing his flames. However, it didn't take. His flames were soon reignited.

He shot fire at Wanda. But Kurt managed to teleport her to safety. "Pardon my forwardness! But I need to borrow your scarf." Said Kurt. He wrapped Wanda's scarf around his fist; and teleported away. He then reappeared, to deliver a punch to the flaming Mutant. He kept mixing his teleportation, with his punches. He did this over and over again; until the Mutant was knocked unconscious. Wanda went to Kurt; and asked if he was alright. "Wanda, show me where Genosha keeps its unenlightened!" That was Kurt's only response to her.

Wanda brought Kurt to another area; that was used to hold troublemaking Mutants. It was a place with Mutants, that were placed in cells. She explained that there would obviously be those that seek to cause trouble. That's why those people were locked up. But Wanda told him, that in spite of that; everyone was treated fairly. Kurt took solace in that. At the end of the day; Wanda showed Kurt to his room. It was luxurious, and above average.

They both bid each other a good night; before Wanda left. Kurt shut the door, feeling happy. If what he did with Wanda, could be considered a date; then it had been a good one. "Do not be fooled by the house of Magnus, X-Man!" When Kurt turned around; he saw a strange woman, in his room. She was covered from head to toe, in a black garb. She was the same person, who had been following him, from earlier.

"Who are you?" Kurt questioned.

"Magneto is not what he pretends to be. Please, meet me back at the cells, in ten minutes! I'll show you the truth." She tried to leave through an open window. But before she could, Kurt stopped her.

"First, tell me who you are!" Kurt demanded to know.

"I am Dust." She said, before she turned into actual dust, and flew away. Later that night; Kurt snuck back into the cells. Surprisingly, all of the cells, were now empty. The door opened; but thankfully, he was able to hide from sight. He saw two Mutants dragging Dust. They entered a hidden room, behind the cells. This led to a massive prison, with numerous cells. It looked far less humane, than what Kurt saw before. Many Mutants were locked up, in this prison.

"How disappointing!" Kurt heard a voice say. He turned to the source of the voice; and discovered that it belonged to Magneto. He stood there, with one of his loyal followers, Pyro. Pyro had the ability to manipulate fire. "And Wanda so liked you, Mr. Wagner." Magneto said, with a smug expression, that was plastered on his face.

"So this is your paradise, Magneto? You've imprisoned your own people!" Nightcrawler spat out, with disgust, in his voice.

"Imprisoned is such a harsh word, Nightcrawler. They're being, detained. Reoriented. Until they understand what Genosha really is. Trust me when I say, there is nothing I will not do to protect my people! And I offer that protection to you, as well."

"If I need your protection; I will ask for it!" Nightcrawler shot back. This was everything that Kurt needed; to prove that he and Magneto, will always be enemies.

"It would appear, you also need reorientation." Magneto said, before he ordered one of his goons to attack Nightcrawler. A Mutant came from around the corner; and wrapped his whip around Kurt's leg. The pain was intense. But Kurt still managed to teleport away. This made Magneto angry. "Get to the communications tower, now! Before he can contact the X-Men! And find Scanner!" Magneto ordered. Scanner was the name of the Mutant, that was helping Magneto keep tabs on Nightcrawler.

Back at The Institute, the shapeshifter was still running amok. They had already taken down Emma Frost, and Cyclops. Kitty went to go check on The Professor. She didn't realize that the person behind her, who she thought was Bobby; was actually the shapeshifter, in disguise. The shapeshifter knocked her out. When the real Bobby came by; he was also knocked unconscious. There was only one person left; to stand between them, and The Professor. Wolverine.

Wolverine confronted the shapeshifter, with his claws drawn. "You gonna tell me who you are?" Wolverine inquired. Just then, the shapeshifter morphed into their real form. It was a woman, with blue skin, red hair, and yellow eyes wore a white tank top; that stopped, just short of her stomach. A pair of white pants, and boots. Two white long sleeves, that were separate from the tank top. Completing the look, was a pair of gray gloves, and a matching belt. Her name was Raven Darkholme; code name, Mystique.

"You really don't remember me, Logan? Because I remember you." She said, as she morphed into a version of Logan. This managed to spook Logan; for a second, or two. "All too well." She stated, before morphing back into herself. She then charged at him. They engaged in combat. Logan tried to slash at her. But she kicked him to the ground.

"How do you know who I am?" Logan asked.

"I don't know who you are. Not anymore." Mystique said.

His injuries did hinder his progress, a little. He also had to fend off a few enemies. But Nightcrawler finally managed to make it to the communications tower. He was just about to call the X-Men; when the control panel was suddenly surrounded by scarlet energy. "It doesn't have to be like this, Kurt." Wanda said, as she came into the room; with her hands, glowing with energy. "What my father is doing; is for the good of all Mutants."

"Tell that to the ones he's holding prisoner!" Kurt retorted.

"I'm sorry! I wish you understood! I really do!" She then tried to blast him, with a Hex Bolt. Fortunately, he was able to escape; using his teleportation. He made it to the edge of the island. However, he was not alone. Magneto, and his daughter; revealed themselves, to be right behind him.

"It's no surprise, you made it this far, Nightcrawler. But there's no escape. You're tired. Wounded. The journey home, is too far for your powers to make. You'd be foolish to try." Magneto spoke.

"I'm no fool!" Nightcrawler replied, before he began teleporting; again, and again.

"As expected." Magneto stated.

"Will he be- If he reaches the X-Men-" Wanda was worried about the state of Genosha. She wanted her father's plans to succeed. But ultimately, she was more concerned for Kurt's well-being. Even though she didn't say it out loud. They may have been on opposite sides; but she still had a strong fondness for him. She truly bared him no ill will.

"He won't." Magneto proclaimed. If there's one thing he could be sure of; it's that Nightcrawler wouldn't reach the X-Men. Kurt kept teleporting, across the vast ocean. Getting even more tired; with each use of his powers. But he had to power on through. He had to warn the X-Men.

At the mansion, Mystique was giving Wolverine, a run for his money. She turned into Colossus; and try to smash him. When that didn't work; she turned into Nightcrawler, and tried to outmaneuver him. But Logan caught her; and threw her into the wall. She turned into Professor X; in hopes that it would throw him off. It did, for about half a minute. Then Logan pulled out his claws, and tried to slash her. He did manage to cut across her chest. She then took the form of Logan. Complete with her own set of claws.

She started to charge at him; before she was interrupted by a beeping sound. This indicated that Mystique, was still on the clock. She didn't have any more time, to fight with Logan. "Sorry! We'll have to continue this, another time!" Mystique mocked, before she turned tail, and ran. Logan chased after her. But by the time he caught up with her; she had reverted to her true form, and was making her escape, in the elevator. She waved, as the elevator doors were closing.

Logan ran upstairs; only to find no trace of her. Mystique was gone. He was then joined by Beast, and Storm. "Logan, did you know her?" Storm asked.

"I'm not sure." Logan responded. Whoever that woman was; she clearly knew him. But for the life of him; he just couldn't remember her.

It had taken him all night; but Kurt finally managed to make it back to The Institute. He teleported to the courtyard, of the property. But after the constant use of his powers, he collapsed. He didn't even have the energy to stand. "That you Kurt?" He heard a voice say. When he looked up; he saw Logan, walking towards him. "I thought you were in Genosha." Logan said, as he kneeled down, next to Kurt.

"Logan! You must...you must stop Magneto!" Kurt tried to manage to say, through his coughing. He was exhausted. His energy was at an all-time low.

"I'll get right on that, Bub!" Logan then kicked Kurt, unconscious. It wasn't hard. Given his lack of energy. Logan then morphed into Mystique. She then pulled out a device, from her belt. A hologram of Magneto; appeared on the device. She was working for Magneto. That's why he was so sure; that Nightcrawler wouldn't be able to warn the X-Men. He knew that Mystique would be there, waiting for him. "I have him." Mystique informed Magneto.

"And Xavier? Is he still in a coma?"

"I don't know. You pulled me out, before I could confirm his condition." She answered.

"Something is going on, in that mansion. The X-Men know too much. And I sense Charles's hand, in their actions."

"Shall I go back in?" She asked.

"No. For now, return to Genosha! We have a cell waiting for our guest." Magneto said, referring to the now unconscious Nightcrawler. After Magneto issued his orders; there was a flash of pink. The flash was gone; and in its place, stood a female Mutant. She had red hair and light pink skin. Her ears were pointy. She wore a green outfit; with a quiver strapped to her back. Her name was Blink. She had the ability to teleport herself and anyone else; anywhere on the planet.

She pulled out one of the darts from her quiver. She uses these darts to focus her powers. In another flash of pink light, she, Mystique and Nightcrawler were all transported back to Genosha. Upon their arrival; Nightcrawler was immediately taken to a special cell. Mystique looked disappointed. To which, Magneto picked up on. "What's wrong?" He asked her.

"Today, you had me do something that I wasn't completely ok with. Don't get me wrong! I still believe in your dream. A world where Mutants can live free from persecution. A world where we don't have to bow down to the Humans. But today, I ran into someone that I haven't seen for a long time. It wasn't at all, pleasant!" Mystique had been used and mistreated by the Humans. She didn't want to feel that way, ever again. But seeing Logan after all this time. It was pretty daunting.

"Steel your nerves, Mystique! What we are doing is for the greater good of all. You would do well to remember that. The X-Men will undoubtedly try to stop us. So, like it or not; you will be sent into conflict with them. There is a war coming. And we must win. Otherwise, all of this would have been for not"

Magneto had given Mystique a cause to fight for. She agreed with a lot of the things he was trying to do. But she had her own reasons for doing this. It was time that she reminded him of one of those reasons. "And our deal? It still holds up? You'll keep your word?"

"Of course. Simply do all that I ask! And the person that you love the most will be spared from what's to come." Magneto stated. Mystique then asked to be sent home. Magneto ordered Blink to transport Mystique to the destination of her choosing. Blink threw one of her darts at Mystique; and then she was gone.

Jasper, Nevada

It was late at night. In a pink flash of light; Mystique appeared in a deserted parking lot. There was a tan sedan right next to her. She got inside and morphed her appearance. She took the appearance of a woman with hospital scrubs, a tan jacket and white tennis shoes. She had black hair that was tied into a ponytail. She had light blue eyes. When the change was complete; she started up the car and drove home. When she pulled into her driveway; she was met by a sight she never thought she would see.

There was a raven haired teenaged boy, coming towards her car. "Jack?" She said, as she got out of the car and closed the door.

"Mom! Don't freak! I can explain." He said. This was her son, Jack Darby.

"Can you?" She asked. She walked into the garage; and saw a blue motorcycle with a little bit of a pink trim. That was the sight that she couldn't believe. Her son had bought a motorcycle. "Jackson Darby, we've talked about this!" She said, in annoyance.

"Yeah. I know. And-"

"You don't know! I worry about you enough when you're not here! Now I have to worry about you driving a motorcycle?"

"I'm sixteen. I can't be riding a 10-speed forever." Jack said, as he walked by her.

"How did you even afford this?" She inquired.

"It's used. Abused, really. It needs a ton of repairs. But, the point is." He said, as he walked over to a workbench and placed his hand on a motorcycle helmet. "I may have been a kid when I bought this, but I'm not anymore. You always tell me to make responsible choices. Well, I chose her." He gestured to the motorcycle. He walked over and rested his hand on the motorcycles windshield. "And I'll be responsible. I promise!"

"Her? I didn't think you'd be bringing girls home, just yet!" She teased him.

Jack rubbed the back of his head,; in order to relieve nervous tension. "I'd like to think, she brought me." He answered.

"Well, I'm glad you finally have a reason to wear your helmet. Every single time you ride!" She said in a serious tone while pointing a finger in his face. You will take me for a spin, every once in awhile?" She asked, as they walked to the door that led into the house.

"We'll see. She's kinda temperamental." He said in reference to the motorcycle. Before Jack went inside, he closed the garage door.

When they were inside; Mystique went into her room, closed the door, and reverted back to her true form. She let out a sigh she didn't even know she was holding in. "That boy is going to be the death of me!" Covert missions she could handle. But being a mom was hard. Ever since Jack was little; all she's ever done was worry about him. It all started when Raven was part of a Black ops unit; code name, Weapon X. They participated in missions that she thought was right. But in actuality; they were just using Mutants as weapons.

While she was there; she met a man by the name of James Howlett. The two of them got along very well. Soon, they fell in love. But everything changed; when a doctor named Cornelius joined Weapon X. He came up with ways to enhance Mutants. Sometimes genetically. Sometimes surgically. Cornelius tried to force his experiments on Raven. But James rescued her, before he could. While they were escaping the facility; they were stopped by another operative. His name was Victor Creed.

He and James were best friends. Until James decided that he wanted to leave Weapon X. The two of them fought; and James told Raven to run. He swore he would find her. That was the last time she ever saw James, until today. He was going by Logan, now a days. His memories were taken from him. He didn't remember her; or the love they once shared. Raven didn't know it at the time; but when she escaped the Weapon X facility, she was already pregnant.

Jack was the product of the love that she and James had. When her son was born; she wondered how she was going to raise him. If she could raise him. Jack showed no signs of being a Mutant. It was very possible; that he could have been a Human, instead. If that was the case; then he wouldn't be welcomed on Genosha. One way or another; he and his mother would be separated. Either by prejudice, or fear. There once came a time, when Mystique thought about leaving Jack at an orphanage. Or finding him a good home.

She figured that it would probably be what's best for the both of them. But when he was a baby; and she held him in her arms. All she could remember feeling, was love. Jack was so small and innocent. He looked at her with joy. He was too young to know the difference between Humans and Mutants. He only saw his mother. That filled Raven with hope. He was all that was left of the man she loved. Her James. Jack was her family. There was no way that she could give him up.

So, she created a new identity for herself. She called herself June Darby. She got a job as a nurse. She moved into a nice house, in a good neighborhood. A war was coming, between Humans and Mutants. But Jack didn't know about that. His mother never told him that she was a Mutant. She never even revealed her true self to him. The deal she made with Magneto; was for Jack's safety. When every Human was either beaten, or enslaved; Magneto gave his word, that Jack would be spared from that fate.

Mystique wanted to live peacefully with her son. Despite Jack not knowing about the war; he did know about Mutants. He watched the news. He knew that everyone either hated, or feared them. But Jack wasn't like that, at all. He had no negative emotions towards Mutants. He was taught not to judge people based solely on their differences. As a result, he grew into a sweet and kind young man. It often made Raven wonder; just what she did to deserve such an amazing son.

A/N: That's right, Jack is the son of Wolverine and Mystique. Boom! If you haven't watched much X-Men, or read any of the comics; then there's probably some things, that you're unaware of. In the comics, Homo Superior, is the scientific term for Mutant kind. Also, Wolverine and Mystique; did have a kid, in the comics. Now, Logan and Mystique should have plenty to talk about, in the episode "Stolen Lives." If you haven't seen that episode, then be warned. This chapter contains some spoiler alerts, for that episode.

If you've guessed which Mutant, Jack will be; then congrats to you! Also, to any of you that have read the comics; then you would know that Nightcrawler is Mystique's son. Even though that was never explored in Wolverine and the X-Men. I'm not saying that I'm going to do that. I probably won't. But I'd like to know what you think, on the matter. Do you like the thought of Kurt and Jack, being brothers? Let me know, in the reviews.

P.S. I'm hoping that, this story will rival/compete with; Heroman95's story, "Prime Evolution." And even though it's rated M; there will be no cursing, and I will try to keep any Gore to a minimum.

This is your resident rookie, Could Prince J'onzz. Signing off.
