Transformation of Ever After High

Rowan Twain was considered a failure as the son of Arthur Pendragon. Now, he and his friends, Raven and Maddie, are Throne for a loop when Ever After becomes involved in the war between the Autobots and Decepticons. Now they must find those who are worthy to wield the Power of the Primes to stop a great evil. In order to light their darkest hour, they must fight 'Till All Are One.

12. Thronecoming

Hello again, everyone! I am back! That is right, you are in the presence of the one and only author, SuperHeroTimeFan, now with the Season 1 finale for my first ever Transformers and Ever After High story of the site, Transformation of Ever After High! I am so glad that I have managed to come this far. To think that this would be my first ever successful Ever After High story back in June, I can't believe how far I have come now. This will take one of the big early events of Ever After High and change the world forever. Now, without further ado, here is the Season 1 Finale Chapter of Transformation of Ever After High! Chapter 12: Thronecoming

The day had finally come. Thronecoming, a day where parades would go on and a huge Bookball Tournament would be held. As the floats went down the street, Daring was charming all of his fans, even causing some to faint.

"Can you believe him?" Miko asked Marylyn near Bulkhead and Ratchet. "He's won every year, and will never live it down."

"What do you expect?" Ratchet asked. "I've been watching that boy, and the closest he's ever gotten to something was a mirror. I can bet you he'll get his wires crossed if he has to go a week without one."

"No argument there," Marylyn said, scrolling through every boy and girl on her MirrorPad. "Who are you voting for, Miko?"

"Oh, I have my eyes on someone." Miko looked to Rowan, clapping lightly for Daring before seeing someone with a cloak move through the audience.

"You saw that too… right?" Bulkhead gulped.

"She's back," Miko said. "We'd better be ready for what's about to happen."

"Ah, another day for the humans to self-indulge in mindless distractions," Starscream grinned as he watched what was happening through LaserBeak. "Fortunately, Commander Shockwave, we can use this event this time to enact our scheme."

"Yes," Shockwave nodded. "The Constructicons are already moving into position as we speak."

"It is nearly time," everyone turned and bowed as Megatronus appeared before them in his spirit form. "The vessel, the one who resents the reincarnation of Ravenicus Prime, is almost ready for my return."

"Master, are you certain?" Starscream asked. "It is uncertain what will happen if you take control of this form."

"My plans have come too far into fruition to fail, Starscream," the Fallen said. "But be ready with the Dark Energon. Once I have returned with my vessel… bring it, and we shall be mere steps closer to achieving our goal."

Back at Ever After High, Rowan was walking with Raven as Hot Rod and Ratchet were helping with their floats.

"So, how are things going with you, Cupid and Dexter?" Rowan asked.

"Well, ever since True Hearts' Day, I've been giving Dexter the time he needs with Cupid," Raven replied. "He still wants to decide who to choose, so we're okay with giving him the space he needs."

"Looks like your love issues are going on well," Rowan remembered back to all the Heart Blossoms he got from True Hearts' Day. "I'm just the only one who's struggling."

"Who do you think gave you all of those?" Rowan asked.

"Too many to count." Rowan sighed.

"Well, today has an upside," Raven said. "I won't have to worry about everyone urging me to follow my evil destiny."

"There you are, Raven!" Apple ran to Rowan and Raven. "Um… hi, Rowan." She said shyly to Rowan.

"What's up?" Rowan asked.

"I just wanted to say I voted for you to be Thronecoming Queen." Apple squealed.

"Wow, thanks," Raven said, surprised. "Why would you vote for me, especially after Legacy Day?"

"I always win these things," Apple put her hand on Raven's shoulder. "And well, you technically come from a long line of Queens."

"And Primes." Ratchet walked over.

"Well, I'm aiming to be a Prime," Raven said. "But I'm not gonna be evil."

"Will Raven Queen and Rowan Twain please report to the Headmaster's Office at once." A woman over the PA said.

"Oh great now what does he want?" Rowan groaned.

Soon, both Rowan and Raven found themselves sitting in Milton's office with an uncomfortable silence between the three of them.

"Can I get you both something? A dragon egg omelet?" Milton asked.

"No thanks." Raven said.

"I'm good." Rowan said.

"Ms. Trollworth! One Dragon Egg Omelet!" Milton ordered as the lady ran out to pick a dragon egg from the nest outside his office. "So Miss Queen how's your float coming along?"

"I hope you don't mind my intrusion," Ratchet said, walking in. "Optimus wanted to ensure that you don't try anything… rash."

"Not at all." Milton replied.

"Fine," Raven said uncomfortable. "It'll be more than meets the eye."

"And Rowan, I hope you are continuing to do your best to protect us here at Ever After High." Milton said.

"Yeah, we're getting stronger every day." Rowan said.

"I'm starting to see an ulterior motive here." Ratchet noted.

"Oh, I'm just trying to give these students some encouragement." Milton smiled.

"Can I ask you something?" Raven asked.

"Of course." Milton said.

"Why are you being so nice to us? Ever since I didn't sign the original destiny in the Storybook of Legends on Legacy Day, opting to be Ravenicus Prime instead, I always thought you saw me as trouble." Raven said.

"You, a troublemaker? Don't be ridiculous!" Grimm said as Ms. Trollworth fell out of the Dragon nest behind them.

"You'd better check on her." Rowan noticed.

"Oh, don't worry, that happens all the time. She's built like a castle," Milton reassured, actually sounding honest and speaking from experience. "Though it's funny you should mention Legacy Day. As you know, Thronecoming is one of the few days a year the Storybook of Legends is removed from it's protective case and displayed for the public. And a perfect time for you to reconsider and sign in front of the whole world."

"How did I know that you would be trying that move?" Ratchet rolled his optics.

"Please stop." Milton muttered.

"I'm sorry, Headmaster, but I made my choice on Legacy Day. I will not follow in the footsteps of my mother, I will be true to the destiny that was set out for me, to become the next Ravenicus Prime and fight for what she believed in." Raven said.

"We're Knights of Iacon. Nothing can change that." Rowan said as they left the room.

"Those two are quite full of themselves." Milton glared before Ratchet walked up to him, stopping in front of his desk.

"Let me tell you something about the Talismans that chose the first Knights of Iacon," Ratchet knelt down to face Milton eye to eye. "They choose those who exemplify pure traits of humankind. If they were to show any selfish or greedy desires, they would deny them immediately. Have you seen that so far?" he asked before walking away.

Ms. Trollworth returned, but the egg hatched and breathed fire at her.

"I'm okay." Ms. Trollworth said before falling over.

"She doesn't understand… we have to stay true to the stories." Milton said looking over to a photo of two little boys.

Outside, Briar was working on her float with Bulkhead helping out. As she was sewing some cloth, Ashlynn walked over, hopping on one foot as she was putting on a new pair of shoes.

"This event must be really important to you too." Bulkhead said.

"It sure is," Briar smiled. "And not a Decepticon to worry about, for once."

"I did mine without harming a single flower." Ashlynn beamed.

"Harming a flower?" Bulkhead asked. "I don't get it."

"Plants have feelings too, you know." Ashlynn reminded the two.

"Whoa, look out there," Bulkhead said before an Energon shield went around Briar. "Almost got pricked."

"Huh, I almost got pricked, but my Talisman protected me," Briar noted as she saw the now-snapped needle. "Guess I'm safer already."

"I don't even think you need that 100-year sleeping destiny," Bulkhead said. "If you ask me, you've got a better one."

"Thanks, Bulkhead," Briar smiled before seeing Miko with Torch at her own float. "Miko sure looks like she's having fun."

"Make sure the Phoenix sits at the right side of the throne," Miko instructed Torch as he put a statue of a Phoenix near a throne. "Now, the wall should have enough traction to walk on."

"Pizza, everyone!" Blondie walked in with three pizza boxes in her hands.

"On the house!" Smokescreen smiled as he came in with even more.

"Thanks, Smokey!" Poppy smiled as she got down from the balcony of her and Holly's float with her flails holding her up.

"I just sampled one, and it tastes just right!" Blondie smiled.

"Ooh, meat lover's!" Cerise took a bite of one. She noticed everyone looking at her as she held the slice like a dog before growling and taking another box for herself.

"I'm just about ready to get the parade on!" Poppy smiled as she called her weapons back into her Talisman. "I'm adding an Autobot touch just like everyone else."

"Well, I see something else that catches my own eye," Holly looked to the boys at the stage. "The Bookball team. You just know they're planning the victory."

"Why did we ever think we could beat Beanstalk High?" Dexter asked as he toyed around with his Talisman. "They're literally giants! Almost as big as Optimus Prime himself!"

"You fight Decepticons all the time." Daring pointed out.

"Except we don't want to use our weapons on these guys." Hunter pointed out.

"Oh, right." Daring sighed.

"They're gonna kick our tails, yeah!" Sparrow sang.

"I hear you are having trouble."

Everyone looked to see Thunderhowl approaching and carrying Cerise. He let her down as she handed everyone the box.

"Dig in," Cerise said. "You know, I may be a Knight, but that doesn't mean I can't hold my own without the power of the Talisman."

"Better listen to her," Arcee walked up. "Dexter, Hunter, I'm sure you've found that Cerise is wicked fast."

"That she is." Hunter nodded.

"Oh, yeah." Dexter recalled.

"We used to play Cube all the time back on Cybertron before the War. It's something similar to Bookball," Arcee said. "I was the lead runner on my team."

"Full of other beautiful women like you?" Daring asked flirtatiously.

"Male and female," Arcee replied. "Even before I got my form, I was the fastest on two legs."

"Yeah, I'm sure I could help you out too." Cerise nodded.

"I think we should let her in." Dexter agreed.

"But she's a girl!" Sparrow sang, only to get a glare from Arcee. "I'm so sorry." He sang sheepishly.

"Both Autobots and Decepticons do not discriminate against gender," Thunderhowl said. "If you do not feel too strongly about it, then at least consider the proposition."

"I'll be waiting in the wings when you need me." Cerise said as she walked away.

All of a sudden, before Arcee could leave, Tiny walked over.

"Oh, Hi, Arcee!" Tiny said.

"Tiny, still as tall as ever, I see." Arcee grinned.

"What's up?" Daring asked.

"I think I know a way you can beat the Giants of Beanstalk High," Tiny said. "Meet me at the Bookball Field later today."

Outside, Raven was looking to her float, which was decorated with Autobot symbols on it. She watched as Bumblebee placed up a cardboard replica of her as Ravenicus Prime.

"How is it?" Bumblebee asked.

"Hexcellent," Raven smiled before seeing Apple's regal-looking float. "Nice float Apple, it's totally off the page!" she complimented.

"Thanks, Raven!" Apple smiled and stepped off the ladder. "It's got the apple tree that you poison me from! Or, um, might poison me from."

"Apple…" Raven said, starting to get annoyed as Rowan and Ratchet noticed nearby.

"Aw, it's okay, Raven. You'll come around, I just know it!" Apple said.

"Excuse me? 'Come around'?" Raven asked. "I have tried to explain this to you every way I know how! I wanna write my own destiny. And to be honest, when it comes to this… I think you're being selfish." She glared.

Apple and several other students around all gasped.

"You-you think I'm… being selfish?"

"Yes, and I'm not afraid to say it," Raven crossed her arms. "Ever since we started the year, all you care about is your own Happily Ever After. Do you even know what happened in my original destiny?"

"That's not yours! You can't be this Ravenicus Prime!" Apple argued. "You know, because you didn't sign the book, all of our stories could go poof. We could all go poof!"

"That didn't seem to be the case when she signed the new destiny made for her." Hot Rod said.

"Please consider what you say." Bumblebee said.

"We could disappear in a snap!" Apple exclaimed.

"Yeah, but we didn't!" Raven argued.

"…Yet," Apple corrected as she got off her float. "Raven, I don't want you to sign the book for me. I want you to sign it so that nothing bad happens to the people that I love. Including you," she said. "And if you ask me, you're the one who's being selfish."

"No… I'm not," Raven raised up her Talisman hand to show everyone. "The day I got this and learned about the Talismans from Optimus Prime, he told me that if we take the powers this gives for granted, or show any signs of selfishness or greed, it would reject us, not make us Knights anymore."

"They would?" Apple asked, surprised that she did not know about this before.

"Do you see it rejecting me for choosing a destiny that would benefit us all?" Raven asked. "Do you see it coming off?"

"I… I…" Apple stuttered before throwing her basket back onto the float, tears now in her eyes. "You are no Prime!" she cried before running off.

"Apple… I'm sorry." Raven said softly.

From nearby, at another float, Flip Side, concealing herself so that she would not be recognized, but mistaken for Melody, was watching as everything unfolded. She grinned before activating her jetpack, flying off.

"Flip Side to Commander Starscream," Flip Side said as she flew over Apple. "Inform Lord Megatronus that the time for his return has come."

"Why…?" Apple asked as she looked to her reflection in the pond. "Why did she have to become a Knight? Destiny is never the same," she sighed before swatting her reflection away. "It's not fair!"

"Apple…"

Apple gasped and looked around.

"Call not your friends…" the water rippled to show many reflections showing the face of the Fallen. "I speak to you… and you alone."

"Who… what… what are you?" Apple asked.

"I am one of the Fourteen Original Primes. The one banished by Ravenicus Prime… Megatronus… the Fallen."

"I have had enough of everyone talking about Raven Queen as Ravenicus Prime!" Apple snapped. She gasped upon hearing the rest of what the Fallen said. "You were banished by her?"

"We both resent Ravenicus, both her past self and her reincarnation, for similar reasons," the Fallen said as everything around Apple started to wilt. "It is no surprise… that you resent her more."

"If you are saying we're the same, you're as decayed as your army!" Apple spat. "You and I are nothing alike!"

"I care not for your opinion," Megatronus said as a dark fiery mist started to rise up from the water. "Your resentment, your hatred for the Autobots and for Ravenicus Prime herself, has made you the perfect candidate."

"Candidate?" Apple asked nervously. "For what?"

"For my return!" Megatronus roared.

Apple gasped and started to run, but something suddenly held her in place, stopping her.

"No… why?!" Apple yelled.

Megatronus laughed as his mist entered Apple, causing her to yell as she floated in midair. After a while, she landed back down, and everything around her that wilted returned to normal.

Apple opened her eyes, now turning to red. She got up and grinned as she looked to herself.

"Not a bad choice," Apple said before holding her hand into the air. "Decepticons, mobilize!"

Near Book End, several construction vehicles looked up and saw the flare, turning into the insignia of the Decepticon Army. They started to work on the area where the Dark Energon used to be, digging underground.

"It is time." Shockwave said before he, Tarn and Overlord transformed, all three into tanks while another part of Overlord turned into a jet. The Triumvirate all made their way out of the Nemesis while Starscream watched the symbol glow.

"All… Hail… Megatron." Starscream smirked before transforming into his jet form and flying off.

Soundwave watched as well before transforming into an armored car. Rolling out, he activated his comlink.

"Minicons, locate the AllSpark," Soundwave said as two remote control monster trucks rolled into Ever After High. "The time is now."

Both monster trucks hid behind some lockers and transformed. One of them was blue while the other was grey with blue spiky hair-like spikes on top. These where Wheelie and Brains.

"Okay, while everyone is preoccupied with this Thronecoming business, we find the AllSpark, take it, and bring it back to Starscream." Brains said.

"Shouldn't be too hard, everyone's gone," Wheelie said before he and Brains walked down the hall. "You think if we ask for a promotion, we'd be taller?"

"I think we got this way because of all your annoying rhymes." Brains snarked.

"Hey, that was how I was built! It ain't my fault!" Wheelie snapped. "Now come on! The AllSpark has to be here somewhere!" he whispered to Brains as they accidentally knocked over some pans in the kitchen.

"What was that?" Ginger asked.

"Keep going, Lug Nut," Brains whispered as they made it past the kitchen. "Try another room."

"Okay, here," Wheelie lured Brains inside, unaware of the sign. "Hey, that's not proper princess etiquette."

The sign above the door was in fact the Girls' Locker Room. As others passed by, they heard the chaos ensue.

"Eek!" one of the girls shrieked.

"What's that?!" Kitty yelled.

"Out! Out you peepers!" Faybelle sent a blast that knocked the two Decepticons out the door while everyone ran once they knew what she was doing.

"Did not want to see that… yet." Wheelie said.

"I choose the next room." Brains said as they transformed and raced off, but a crashing noise was heard.

"I fell again!" Humphrey was heard groaning.

Rowan was walking to Raven in her room until the sound of the chaos caught their attention. As soon as the sound subsided, the two looked to each other.

"Hey, Rowan," Raven sighed. "What's up?"

"Hot Rod and I were there when you and Apple were arguing," Rowan said, sitting down on a chair. "Look, I know Apple can be selfish when it comes to her and her destiny, but you have to remember, she's still taking all this in, having the Autobots and the Decepticons thrown into the mix."

"Do you think… that I was being selfish too?" Raven asked, starting to think back to earlier.

"Honestly, no," Rowan shook his head. "We'd lose our Talismans otherwise, or they'd stop working for us. The fact that you stood up for yourself was proof enough that you were anything but selfish."

"I'm just tired of everyone trying to make me evil," Raven said. "When can they see that I'm making myself the destiny that doesn't end in sadness?"

"A wise man said, it takes time," Hot Rod said, appearing outside of the window, causing Raven and Hot Rod to look to him. "One of you humans said it, I forget who," he shrugged. "But what I'm saying is that you need to give Apple time. She hasn't been accepting it, so you need it to her. That's all you can do."

"Alright," Raven nodded. "Thanks."

Duchess walked by, getting everyone to look to her.

"Hey, can someone let me know when the next MirrorCast starts?" Duchess asked sheepishly.

"Don't you have a MirrorPad?" Rowan asked.

"Well, I did… but it seems like someone stole it." Duchess pouted.

"Well, ask Lizzie," Raven said. "She's always got a spare."

"Thanks." Duchess smiled and walked away.

That night, at the Autobot Base, Optimus Prime was looking at the Star Saber and the SkyBoom Shield. Seeing them resonate with his own Spark, they glowed brightly. He looked to both weapons and willed them away before Ratchet walked in with Mirage. Jazz and Smokescreen drove in afterwards.

"Has there been any change in Decepticon activity since the missions that Rowan and Hot Rod had to the Winter Kingdom and the 1001 Deserts?" Optimus Prime asked, remembering the fight with Blitzwing in the Winter Kingdom and with Shatter and Dropkick in the 1001 Deserts.

"None so far," Smokescreen replied before Bumblebee, Hot Rod, Bulkhead, Arcee and Thunderhowl all arrived. "We've been patrolling all around, and scanners have been up and active."

"If the Decepticons did try to attack, we'd pick them up easily." Bumblebee said.

"I'm starting to fear the safety of the humans with the Eclipse coming up," Ratchet looked to a screen. "You remember everything that happened during eclipses back on Cybertron."

"Indeed," Optimus Prime nodded before feeling the beat of his Spark. "I have felt the Matrix resonate. I believe that a danger is coming… so we must all stay on alert."

"You have my sword." Thunderhowl held out his sword.

"And our loyalty as well," Arcee said. "Raven is becoming more and more like a Prime each day. There's no doubt she's Ravenicus Prime's reincarnation."

"Even still, we need to ensure that nothing happens to her or the other Knights and their allies," Jazz said. "Ever since Poppy showed us where the Dark Energon was, we have to be careful."

"Agreed," Optimus Prime said. He looked up and for a moment, heard a distinct yell. "Megatron…"

Outside of Ever After High, Fallen Apple walked to where the Constructicons were still digging through the area that the Dark Energon was once held. As she did, Flip Side approached, using a transforming bike before Starscream joined them, hauling with him several cubes of Dark Energon.

"Lord Megatronus," Flip Side said, kneeling down. "You walk among us once again."

"Yes, I do," Fallen Apple said, looking to herself. "I had to choose the right vessel for my return. If I had chosen the wrong one, one without the right qualities I desired… I may not be able to return."

"What is the plan?" Starscream asked, bowing as well.

"Present to me the Dark Energon."

Starscream lowered the Dark Energon Cubes to Fallen Apple. She grinned and held out her hands, lifting up the boxed Energon and reverting it into crystals. Each of them sparked before lightning shot from her fingers, starting to give them shape.

"Starscream, Flip Side, you and the rest of the Decepticons are to stay out of sight, ensure that no one catches onto my plan," Fallen Apple started. "To ensure you bring back my successor, I will take on the Knights… myself."

"And this project?" Starscream asked.

Fallen Apple grinned as it was done, forming a sword with a black handle and guard and blade made of Dark Energon. "When my successor is freed, ensure that this goes into his possession," she ordered as it floated to Starscream. "It has been a while since I have done battle with anyone… tomorrow shall be my official return to power."

The next morning, Baba Yaga was leading a handful of students to the Enchanted Forest. As they were walking, Rowan walked to Raven, Poppy, Briar, Miko, Maddie, Marylyn and Melody.

"You excited for this?" Rowan asked.

"A bit," Raven shrugged. "Though I'm not sure what to expect from this trip."

"Don't worry," Melody said. "I'm sure it will all work out."

"You seem better." Miko noticed.

"Been eating a lot and been getting back to my usual MO," Melody smiled. "If Flip Side decides to appear again, she'll have another thing coming."

"By the way, has anyone seen Apple?" Raven asked. "She didn't come back last night."

"Strange," Marylyn said. "It's not like her to just disappear."

"You don't think she did what I think she did, do you?" Raven worried.

"She's anything but suicidal," Poppy said. "I'm sure she'll come around."

"Here we are," Milton said as Baba Yaga opened up a clearing. Behind it was a large building once a light from a clock started to slowly reveal it. "The Hall of Heritage!"

"Wow!" Marylyn exclaimed, looking around.

"Heritage Hall is dedicated to those who came before you: your parents, the alumni of Ever After High!" Baba Yaga continued. "Now, if everyone will gather around the Storybook of Legends, I'd like to tell you about your Thronecoming treasures."

While everyone was distracted, Ms. Trollworth took out a wand from one of the boxes and replaced it with a gift. She looked to Milton and signaled to him before running off as he grinned.

As Ms. Trollworth grabbed a shovel, preparing to bury the wand, she was suddenly lifted up.

"What is this?" a voice asked as the wand was levitated out.

Ms. Trollworth turned to see Fallen Apple taking the wand. She grinned and tossed her aside with her otherworldly powers before making her way towards Heritage Hall, just as the moon, which appeared to be on fire, neared the front of the sun.

Inside, Rowan was looking at his box. Inside of it was a shield with the symbol of the Knights of Iacon on it.

"Wow, Dad, you managed to leave me just what I was missing," Rowan smiled as he placed the shield onto his left hand. "Not a bad fit."

Marylyn looked to her own box and noticed a staff that had a long staff in it. Its color scheme was made of very vibrant colors, the bottom having silver and white on it, like the checker pattern and a bit of purple as well. The handle was a gradient of red and black with the top resembling a compass or a star, with gold spikes and two purple tips aiming down.

"Grandfather's Staff," Marylyn said, picking up the staff. "I shall treasure it always."

Rowan smiled at Marylyn before he looked around, seeing that Poppy and Holly had both gotten enchanted hairbrushes. Cedar had gotten herself a pair of glasses known as Revealer Rays, which she tested on Duchess to determine that her clothes were not designer like she had claimed, embarrassing her. As Blondie had gotten running shoes and Cerise with a locked picnic basket, Briar was about to make her way to see her own gift.

Raven made her way to her box and found the coin.

"What did you get, Raven?" Maddie skipped over.

"It's a coin…" Raven said as Rowan walked over, unaware of the grin on Milton's face. "For the wishing well?"

"What do you want to wish for?" Rowan asked.

All of a sudden, shadows started to spread. Everyone looked around as footsteps started to echo. Looking to the door, they saw Fallen Apple approaching, flames emerging from each of her footsteps. She looked to Raven and held her hand out. It lifted into the air and was soon crushed, causing Milton to gasp.

"No!" Milton cried. He turned to Apple. "What is the meaning of this, Ms. White?"

Fallen Apple said nothing as the remains of the crushed coin floated around her. Spreading her arms out, they cracked the windows in different areas before the sun was covered like an eclipse. Red lights shone from the covered sun, and through the cracks came the symbol of the Decepticons, shining behind her.

"I praise you, Milton. Your methods make you worthy of a Decepticon," Fallen Apple said in a sinister voice before looking to the Knights. "Successors of my brethren, rejoice. I have escaped my imprisonment, and I stand before you… especially Ravenicus."

"Apple?" Raven asked.

Fallen Apple looked up, her eyes turning red and a spear manifesting into her hand. It had a sharp edge to it with multiple blades sticking out, as well as half of a more sinister version of the Decepticon insignia at the bottom.

"That spear…!" Briar gasped.

"No…" Poppy said.

"That's not Apple…" Rowan said.

Fallen Apple looked up and grinned.

"At long last… I, Megatronus… have returned."

"The Fallen?!" Briar exclaimed, having not even gotten to her box yet.

"As in Megatronus?!" Poppy asked.

"You… you've taken Apple's body," Rowan said as all the present Knights walked forward, but keeping their distance once the flames prevented them from going any closer. "How did you escape?"

"Yeah, because if I recall, you were sealed away millennia ago by Ravenicus Prime," Raven said. "How could you escape?"

"Take a look at the sky," Fallen Apple slashed her spear into the air, creating a hole that revealed the fiery moon covering the sun. "This is no ordinary Eclipse… it is my essence powering it. That power, with the energy of the sun, was enough to allow me to escape through spiritual form. I have waited for the right vessel to take control of for this very moment, one with the resentment and rage towards you, Ravenicus Prime!" she pointed her Spear at Raven.

"And Apple was the ideal host?" Raven narrowed her eyes. "Get real, Fallen!"

"This is real as it gets," Fallen Apple said as she readied her spear. "For too long, I have been denied my destiny," she lifted her hand, sending the other students flying to different areas of the room. "Now, you Knights stand before me… and my fate!"

"Get her, but don't hurt Apple!" Rowan called as he leapt at Fallen Apple.

Milton only watched in fear as Rowan and Fallen Apple clashed blades. The two broke off as Marylyn spun her staff around, sending forth several lightning spells. Fallen Apple took notice and started to deflect them with ease before leaping at Raven.

"Whoa!" Raven summoned Skybreaker and blocked the attack, letting energy disperse. "This isn't you, Apple! Snap out of it!"

"Apple can hear you… but she cannot help you," Fallen Apple said. "For she is enduring my power… the power to destroy a Prime!"

Raven grabbed Fallen Apple, unintentionally grabbing her wand instead. Fallen Apple kicked her away before Melody sent a sonic blast at her.

"Stay way!" Melody ordered as Poppy sent forth her hair flails.

"Poppy, be careful!" Holly yelled.

Poppy spun around as Fallen Apple flipped through each attack. She caught one of the hair flails as Poppy summoned a sword in her right hand. Using it, she slashed at her, but missed before getting thrown aside.

"Come on!" Cerise summoned her swords and slashed at Fallen Apple, forcing her back with her wild fighting style. For once, she was on the edge as she parried off every attack before dodging as Rowan and Raven slashed as well. Clashing with all three of them, she swung her weapon front and back, deflecting each strike sent at her before using her arm to block Cerise's blades and her spear to block Rowan and Raven's swords. Letting out a yell, she spun around, sending all three of them to the ground.

"You're mine!" Miko called as she took out her swords. She slashed at Fallen Apple, who blocked her moves with ease. As she did, Maddie slammed her Energon Hammer at her, but Fallen Apple moved out of the way, letting the two hit each other instead of her.

"No!" Maddie yelled.

"Hey!" Briar ran at Fallen Apple, slashing at her several times before the two neared her box. She grabbed it and slammed it against her head, only for her to punch it before getting kicked into the wall, causing it to crack.

"I have faced better!" Fallen Apple spat before Rowan and Raven both locked their swords against her. "Hmm, you two were the first, I see. You are not bad…" she said before everyone else slammed their weapons at her.

Duchess got up and activated the new shoes she was given. She danced around and tossed several energy discs at Fallen Apple, but she used her powers to send them back at her before finding herself locked with all the present Knights, Maddie, Marylyn and Miko.

"Give it up!" Rowan yelled.

"I am ordered by no one!" Fallen Apple yelled, unleashing fire on her weapon before throwing everyone off, sending them scattered across the room at the same time.

Raven got back up and helped Rowan up before the two ran at Fallen Apple again, only for her to lift them and slam them into Milton.

"And you, Milton Grimm, you hypocrite," Fallen Apple said, walking to Milton and picking him up. She looked to see Raven clutching the wand she stole before realizing what was in her hand. "Deceptive as any other Decepticon, I see."

"What?" Milton asked before seeing the wand. "Where did you get that?!"

"That trinket?" Fallen Apple smirked, throwing Milton to the ground before levitating him again. "Listen here, Ravenicus. I was watching everything. That was your gift. He had it taken out for some reason, and replaced it with a coin. Valuable if it were gold, but for a wishing well… I can only guess… he wanted you back to your destiny… a destiny where you rot."

"That's… that's impossible," Cedar said, seeing the truth in Fallen Apple's words through her Revealer Rays. "She's telling the truth!"

"You… you tried to make me sign the book for a miserable destiny?!" Raven snarled.

"You are not meant to be some Knight!" Milton snapped weakly.

"Grow some spine," Fallen Apple kicked Milton to where the remaining pieces of the coin were. She looked up, seeing the eclipse pass. "That will be all the demonstration I give of my power," she sighed before the red light faded from the area. She looked to Blondie recording everything before pulling her towards her and levitating the MirrorPad. "People of Ever After High… I do so hope you are ready for Thronecoming. It will be a killer performance," she announced, making sure that everyone was watching the stream. "You see me as Apple White. I am not her. Your so-called Fairest One of All is now my vessel, my instrument of destruction. Your Headmaster has deceived you, for a dangerous presence exists underneath your soil, and he knew about it for years," she announced, causing Milton to gasp while everyone looked to him in surprise. "If you do not believe me… ask him yourself. As for me, you shall all know my name. I am the first Decepticon, Megatronus the Fallen! And I will not hesitate to take anyone down who crosses my path! My vengeance against all of life, the life that robbed me of my victory, starts today! Enjoy your little celebration, for it shall be your last!" she announced before the MirrorPad crumpled up. Clenching her fist, she tossed the wrecked device to the ground and walked out. "I do so hope we meet again." She concluded before jumping up and seeming to warp into the sky.

"Man… she was powerful…" Marylyn said. "Crikey, I can't believe we lost."

"Me neither," Rowan got up and looked to Milton. "So, you were at it again with Raven, huh?"

"I can't believe this!" Duchess said in disgust. "And you tried to get me to follow my destiny too!"

"What did we ever see in you?" Briar asked. "Especially since we thought you changed after expelling Ternir and Rogelio!"

"Please… I can explain…!" Milton said.

"To the whole school, I hope," Blondie checked on her MirrorPhone. "That 'Con controlling Apple managed to broadcast everything, including your confession, to everyone!"

"We can worry about it later," Marylyn said, breaking up the rising tension in the room. "Right now, the Fallen, the first Decepticon, the most feared one at that, has taken control of Apple's body. We need to get her back!"

"Marylyn's right, we have to make sure we get Apple back first," Rowan agreed. "We gotta call up Optimus on the situation."

"Wait," Raven stopped. "The Fallen took over Apple, right?" she asked. "But Apple is bound by her destiny, not Megatronus."

"Are you suggesting…?" Melody asked.

"We need to see the Storybook of Legends, now!" Raven called.

"Come on!" Rowan called out, leading everyone back to the school.

"Rowan Twain to Optimus Prime, do you read me?" Rowan called to the Autobot Base as Optimus Prime and Ratchet approached the monitor. "Come on! This is an emergency!"

"What is it, Rowan?" Optimus Prime asked.

"Megatronus… he's escaped his dimensional prison!" Rowan yelled, shocking all the Autobots. "And he's taken control of Apple! We need help!"

"The Fallen has returned," Ratchet said. "So the Eclipse had a greater purpose than we thought."

"Raven has a plan to exorcise Megatronus from Apple, hopefully," Rowan said. "But we will need help in case she attacks again. All hands on deck!"

"Autobots, Transform and Roll Out!" Optimus Prime transformed into his truck mode as all the other Autobots transformed and followed him out of the Base, making their way to Ever After High.

"Blondie Lockes here with an important update!" Blondie reported as she ran through the school. "The very first Decepticon, Megatronus the Fallen, has indeed taken control of our very own Apple White, marking her… or… his… name against our Knights of Iacon, and we are currently seeking a way to stop… Fallen Apple," she stammered and looked to Rowan. "How's that for a name?"

"Sounds good."

"Keep your eyes peeled and the Autobots close, with the remaining Knights closer, if Fallen Apple is spotted," Blondie went on. "We shall do our best to contain her before she brings any more harm to the school!"

"Whoa," Ashlynn said as she, Hunter, and every other student, watched the broadcast from their own devices. "Apple's in trouble!"

"And Headmaster Grimm has been playing against Raven the entire time!" Ali called out.

"What a hypocrite!" Atem exclaimed.

"Ever since he tried to change Raven's destiny on Legacy Day, I knew he was never any good!" Dexter narrowed his eyes.

"But what about Apple?" Lizzie asked. "She's under the control of who could be the strongest Decepticon we've faced."

"Yeah, and out of every one we've fought so far, I'm sure that this Megatronus is no pushover." Darling said.

"We have to think positive, and hope that Rowan and the others pull through," Hunter said as everyone looked to him. "It's what Apple would do."

Entering the Headmaster's Office, Optimus Prime peered through the window. Pushing it open with his finger, he watched before Poppy's hair glowed, allowing her power to heal everyone from the fight.

"Whew," Melody sighed as her weapon retreated back to her. "Thanks for the save, Poppy."

"Ever After High is rich with Energon," Poppy said as her hair stopped glowing. "As long as it's around, and as long as it can mingle well with us, I can sense its power and use it to our advantage."

"Yes, we are grateful," Optimus Prime nodded and turned to Raven. "Raven, what plan do you have?"

"The Storybook of Legends is more powerful than us, enough to bind us to our destinies," Raven used her Talisman to unlock the glass holding the Storybook of Legends. "We energize this enough, and we can use Apple's signed page to free her of Megatronus's possession over her," she explained. "Her devotion to her destiny should be enough of an extra boost to help bring her back."

"Let's try it…" Cedar started before her Revealer Rays started to spark. She turned to see the Storybook before it stopped. "That was weird…"

"How do we find her?" Duchess asked.

"Apple is part Decepticon now thanks to the Fallen taking control of her," Rowan lit up his Talisman and started to look at a holographic map of Ever After High and all of Book End. "So Fallen Apple is now subject to Decepticon energy signatures."

"Good thinking." Miko smirked.

Rowan scanned around before finding a signature near the parade floats. "Bingo," he announced. "At her own float."

At the Parade Floats outside, Fallen Apple approached. She looked around, not being seen by anyone, before holding out her hand.

"Shatterpoint Spear!" Fallen Apple summoned her spear and levitated several bits of Energon from the ground into the air. They each floated to Apple's float before transforming it into a mechanical snake-like weapon with multiple tentacles. This was the Driller.

Everyone heard the sound of the Driller roaring before going out. Seeing Fallen Apple, they yelled and started to run before the Driller drilled its way into the ground,

Fallen Apple grinned before her face suddenly had the Decepticon Insignia manifest over it. Turning, holograms of Starscream and the Decepticon Triumvirate appeared.

"Shockwave, assist the Constructicons with the excavation," Fallen Apple ordered before turning to Starscream. "Starscream, continue to search around the school with Soundwave, but mask yourself from the Autobots. We do not want them to discover our plans."

"Of course, Lord Megatronus." Shockwave nodded.

"You will find a certain new… friend who can help with the digging." Fallen Apple grinned.

"We shall serve you well." Starscream bowed before Fallen Apple's Decepticon Mask faded away.

Suddenly, several metal flails sprung out from the ground. Fallen Apple looked to see Poppy approaching in front with her hands spread out and her hair glowing. Soon, her flails restrained Fallen Apple, causing her Shatterpoint Spear to drop before Cerise ran in from behind, holding both her swords to her throat.

"Don't move, Megatronus!" Cerise growled.

"What are you two humans playing at?" Fallen Apple snarled, though not resisting.

"Better count again." Cerise motioned to the rest of the Knights coming in with their respective Autobot partners.

"Megatronus Prime… the Fallen." Optimus Prime narrowed his optics.

"Optimus Prime, we meet at last," Fallen Apple grinned. "If I had my true form, this would be a fair fight between just the two of us… for me, at least."

"Enough!" everyone looked to see Hot Rod in the air. Landing down, he let off Raven and Rowan before transforming into his car form and then his robot mode.

"Let's hope this works." Raven held out the Storybook of Legends and turned to Apple's page. She let her own magic and Energon from her Talisman energize it before sending forth a blast at Fallen Apple, causing her to scream as Cerise released herself.

"No!" Fallen Apple yelled. "This cannot… be how it ends!"

"It's working!" Rowan smiled.

"Come on…" Milton said, walking over and watching everything unfold.

All of a sudden, as the blast faded, Fallen Apple opened her eyes again. Everyone watched before her eyes went open, and the Decepticon symbol still shining behind her.

"It didn't work?" Maddie asked.

"Oh shit, what do we do now?" Bumblebee asked surprised.

"It didn't even faze her!" Raven's eyes widened.

"What?" Ratchet asked. "I thought she was bound by her Destiny, or however that works."

"That must have been what I saw before," Cedar walked over and took the Storybook of Legends. "I thought my Revealer Rays weren't working, but they're telling me the truth. This is a fake." She said, shocking everyone.

"A fake?" Rowan asked. "But that means…"

"That no one got their Destiny on Legacy Day." Arcee finished.

"No… that can't be!" Milton argued. "This must be some sort of…"

"Did you know about this, Milton?" Optimus Prime asked, getting to Milton's level.

"He must have, if he knew about Megatron." Rowan narrowed his eyes.

"How did you—?!"

"The leader of the Decepticons?" Duchess asked.

"What does he have to do with this?" Holly asked.

"Ask the one who hid him here." Fallen Apple grinned, getting back up.

"What?! I did no such thing!" Milton argued, but Cedar's Revealer Rays said otherwise.

"How long has Megatron been here?" Cedar narrowed her eyes as everyone around looked to Milton.

"I, uh, I…" Milton stuttered.

"Don't try to lie again," Marylyn said. "If Cedar can see through you, there's no escape."

"We have know about this too," Optimus Prime said. "What are you hiding, Milton?"

"It… it's not what it sounds like, I swear!" Milton panicked, knowing his cover was blown.

"Well, it seems I have overstayed my visit," Fallen Apple said as the Knights looked to her. "You have not seen the last of me, Knights. When I return… I shall claim your AllSpark." She vowed before warping away once again.

"You've been using a fake Storybook all this time?!" Faybelle stormed over.

"And why is Megatron here?!" Daring demanded to know.

"You'd better start giving answers soon, because I've just broadcast this revelation to everyone." Blondie narrowed her eyes while holding a new MirrorPad.

"Guys, as much as we'd hate for this to go down… actually, no we don't," Rowan spoke up, getting everyone to look to him. "We have bigger problems on our hands."

"Rowan, you know I trust you, but I have to know," Daring said. "How will you get Apple back?"

"It appears that despite the Fallen using Apple's body, he is hiding his true agenda, to let our guards down," Optimus Prime said as everyone looked to him. "His only hint as to what his next move will be is the mention of the AllSpark."

"We need to get it before the Fallen or the other Decepticons find it," Raven said. "But where is it?"

"Not really the best thing to discuss out in the open." Melody said, remembering that Flip Side could be watching.

"An excellent point," Optimus Prime turned to the Students again. "Until Megatronus strikes again, you must stay vigilant, Knights and students alike. Do not let this get in the way of your celebration. Even the Fallen is not petty enough to ruin such an occasion."

"Focus on the Bookball Tournament and the Dance," Jazz went on. "If anyone encounters any of the Decepticons or the Fallen himself, let us or a Knight know immediately."

Everyone nodded and walked away as Milton walked back to his office.

"Should we do something about him?" Marylyn asked.

"I'm afraid for the moment, we cannot do anything, not with too much on the minds of everyone," everyone turned to see Edmund Burton and Cogman walking over. "It is best to figure this mystery out for ourselves."

"Grandfather!" Marylyn ran up and hugged Edmund. "How have you been?"

"Doing well, but the report of the Fallen returning has caught my attention," Edmund Burton responded. "Optimus, I hope you have a plan."

"I do not, not when the location or the true goal of the Decepticons remains unknown," Optimus Prime shook his head. "You would need someone who already is aware of Megatron to determine what our next move is."

"Ooh, ooh!" Maddie hopped. "I think I know who can help us!"

Back inside of the school, Wheelie and Brains were continuing to search around. Almost getting spotted by some students, the two ran into the room for Hero Training.

"So far, we've seen that blonde kid looking at himself in the mirror fifteen times, the guy who turns into a frog, and for some reason, the recipe for a vanilla strawberry pie," Brains said. "But no AllSpark."

"Well, from what I scanned from that MirrorPad, the AllSpark is hidden somewhere here, we just don't know where," Wheelie looked to a tall white suit of armor. "Time to be better robots in disguise." He grinned.

Hunter was about to get his stuff from the classroom when the White Knight walked out.

"Whoa, Daring," Hunter gasped. "You sure you want to go up against Apple like that? It's kinda dangerous."

The White Knight looked around before shrugging.

"Still feeling down about Apple, huh?" Hunter guessed. "Don't worry, Rowan and the others will get her back."

The White Knight simply saluted before walking down.

"They've encountered Megatronus already?" Brains asked, controlling the legs.

"Yeah, but I don't think any of them will stand a chance, to be honest," Wheelie looked around and nearly bumped into Atem before falling down the stairs. "First off, why is this so hard to control? And second, why do I smell perfume? Has a girl been wearing this?"

"Hey!" Darling ran to where the suit of armor was as Hunter left. "Where's my suit?!"

Leading Rowan and Raven to the Library, Maddie revealed Giles Grimm.

"From the nest to the sea comes the bird made of three and what's this in its claw why it's a key." Giles said, walking in from the shadows.

"It's Hat-Tastic to see you too, Giles." Maddie said.

"Giles Grimm?" Rowan asked. "You think he can help find the AllSpark?"

"The one and only," Raven said before realization hit her. "Of course! Megatron is held in the cave near here, so Giles must know something about where the AllSpark, or the real Storybook of Legends, is!"

"Feathers and friends together alone." Giles smiled.

"He says hi." Maddie translated.

"No offense, but how can Milton's brother help us?" Rowan asked.

"Well, if the real Storybook of Legends is near, but he can abostively point us in the right direction." Maddie said.

"Pages and chapters and bookmarks abound, but where can freedom truly be found?" Giles said.

"It's for the book I need to write this down." Maddie said getting some paper.

Giles looked to a picture before turning to Rowan. "No sacrifice, no victory. The transformation of life besets us in dual cycles."

"What does that mean?" Rowan asked.

Later that night, all the Knights met together at the Autobot Base. With them were Maddie, Miko, Marylyn, Ashlynn, Hunter, Rosabella, Holly and Duchess.

"So what's the plan?" Rosabella asked.

"With the data we gained from Crystal's Kingdom and from Ali and Atem's parents, combined with what we learned today, the Storybook of Legends, and possibly the AllSpark, could potentially be at Heritage Hall," Rowan said. "We need to wait for the right chance to get away, which means at the biggest event so that we don't cause any casualties."

"The Bookball Tournament," Dexter realized. "But I can't go, I made a commitment to the team."

"It's alright, because I'll be there with you," Arcee said. "But in the event that Fallen Apple does attack during there, Thunderhowl has agreed to stay there too."

"And me as well," Cerise stepped up. "I'm not letting the game get ruined, especially by the Decepticons."

"You have me too," Poppy nodded. "Three Knights should be enough to hold off Fallen Apple for you to get what we need."

"Make that four," Melody stepped up. "I should stay too, since Flip Side can also blend in, unless she's already around."

"Decepticon activity has been quiet," Ratchet said as he looked to his monitor. "But Hot Rod will be watching from the air just in case."

"We'll need Cedar to come too," Raven said. "Her Revealer Rays could help us find both items."

"So tomorrow, it will be me, Raven, Maddie, Ashlynn, Briar and Cedar who go to find out how to get the Storybook of Legends, and the AllSpark too, if all goes well." Rowan said.

"I'm coming too." Miko stepped up.

"You'll need my help." Marylyn offered.

"Okay, we have our teams," Rowan said. "Everyone else, stay at the Bookball Tournament. We have strength in size and bigger strength in numbers. Whatever happens, we have to get Apple back."

"Don't worry." Rosabella said.

"You can count on us." Duchess nodded.

"Let's go back and get some rest," Rowan turned to Ratchet. "Think you can Bridge us back?"

"Of course." Ratchet nodded and dialed on the controls. Soon, a Ground Bridge opened, and everyone went through.

Raven was about to go through before she looked to Ratchet. "What can you tell me about how Ravenicus Prime spoke of reincarnation?" she asked.

Ratchet looked down and closed the Ground Bridge.

"It was before the Autobots and Decepticons were formed, before Orion Pax and Megatron became friends," Ratchet explained. "Ravenicus Prime was watching them both, intrigued that two different kinds of Cybertronians could coexist. However, her fight against the Fallen had done a number on her, and she was a senior member of the High Council," he went on. "She retired from combat, but had a theory, one that many of us found interesting."

"The reincarnation." Raven realized.

"Ravenicus Prime spoke of a process she came across in her studies," Optimus Prime went on. "She believed that by letting the Matrix be free to bestow its power on more than one being, they were capable of a new transformation into a new life. Many were skeptical about her beliefs, but her grip was firm. We would eventually come to believe it the day she disappeared, the day where Cybertron fell into its inevitable war."

"As we have stated before, you strongly resemble Ravenicus Prime, and for that, we believe you to be her reincarnation," Bumblebee continued. "Your weapon and your strong belief in freedom have proven that already, but we do not wish to burden you too much, so that is all we will leave it at."

"Until I am ready to accept the role of Ravenicus Prime, I will fight for everyone, for their freedom," Raven vowed. She looked to the Ground Bridge and sighed. "Can I stay here for the night?" she asked. "It won't feel the same without Apple with me."

"Of course," Optimus Prime nodded. "You are more than welcome."

Raven smiled before walking up the stairs to the couch. Lying down, she closed her eyes and fell asleep.

Meanwhile, Fallen Apple was watching the Constructicons, as well as Shockwave, drill into the ground. Seeing them dig deeper, she floated down and landed on a solid surface, where she took out the Shatterpoint Spear before it glowed.

"He is close," Fallen Apple said. "But the AllSpark… I can still feel its presence."

"Shall we continue?" a cement truck Decepticon asked. This was Mixmaster.

"Yes, but wait until you have reached my successor," Fallen Apple ordered before the rest of the Constructicons transformed. "Hightower, stay on alert," she ordered a crane Decepticon before looking to an excavator Decepticon. "Scrapmetal, keep digging with Scrapper, Rampage, Scavenger and Skipjack. Long Haul and Overload, collect any stray Energon that you find. Dark or normal, it matters not. The energy cloaks from the Triumvirate are enough to hide your energy signatures from Autobot Scanners, and the Light Benders are able to prevent anyone from seeing this action."

"And you, Lord Megatronus?" Shockwave asked as Driller continued to operate.

"Once I have the AllSpark, I shall join you," Fallen Apple said. "If I do not return, continue to operate, and free Megatron. Starscream will already be ready to present him with my homecoming gift."

"Offering yourself as a distraction, with all due respect, is illogical, but pragmatic," Shockwave said. "We shall be ready to serve your cause nonetheless."

"Let me help too, Master," Flip Side leapt down and knelt to Fallen Apple. "I have failed in my mission to infiltrate Ever After High, but if I could redeem myself, I would very much like to assist in whatever mission you may have for me."

"Excellent," Fallen Apple grinned, picking Flip Side up. "Because there is one thing you can do to assist…"

That night, Rosabella was getting ready for bed. Letting out a yawn as she came out of the shower, she walked to get her boots, only to find them missing.

"Darling, Sparkplug?" Rosabella asked. "Any of you seen my boots?"

"Sorry, been busy," Darling looked around, not even turning to face Rosabella. "I'm looking for something too."

Rosabella looked to her pet Scraplet. "Sparkplug… did you get carried away with my new metal buckles?" she asked.

Sparkplug looked up and shook his head.

"Well, who could have…?" Rosabella was interrupted by the sound of clattering. "Who could be up at this time?"

Rosabella looked out to see the White Knight stumbling around, her boots on the ground and him now struggling to get up. Seeing the helmet open, she saw a small metal hand and gasped, turning back around.

"I knew we should've taken that left turn!"

"I think we're getting closer! This way!"

"Decepticons!" Rosabella realized. She looked to Sparkplug and picked him up before opening the door as the footsteps came closer. Slowly, she put him down, where he went wild before closing it.

"Scraplet! There's an AllSpark-Forsaken Scraplet in the school!"

"Hide! Quick!"

Rosabella and Darling giggled before the door suddenly swung open. Wheelie rolled in with Brains tossing Rosabella's boots at Sparkplug as he chased after them. Eventually, the two reached the top of Rosabella's bed and aimed their weapons down as he tried to jump up.

"You two are small for Decepticons," Rosabella walked over, picking up her boots before fixing her hair and getting into her night slippers. "Are you Decepticons?"

"Maybe…" Wheelie hesitated. "Who's asking?" he turned to see Sparkplug as if he were drooling at them. "What are you looking at, slobber-mouth?"

"Stand perfectly still," Brains backed away as Darling quietly put the armor into her closet. "Its vision is based on metal movement."

"What are you doing here?" Rosabella put her hands on her hips. "Come to steal the Storybook of Legends or something?"

"The Storybook of Legends?" Wheelie turned to Brains. "That something we stole or gonna steal?"

"Well, we stole oil, a television, a collection of mirrors, some private pictures, some wheels, a sword, Duchess Swan's MirrorPad, a bag of beans, a bike, and the ingredients for nice steamer's pie." Brains smiled at the last item.

"Ooh…" Darling almost drooled.

"But no Storybook, sorry," Wheelie said. "Now… if you don't mind getting your guard dog out of the way… we're gonna add the AllSpark to our list."

"Oh, no," Rosabella motioned for Sparkplug to start jumping again, getting the two mini Decepticons to stop. "You two are staying here for the night, and you're not getting the AllSpark, wherever it is."

"Okay, we get it, tamer," Wheelie said. "Guess Starscream is gonna take my eye again."

"And my leg too." Brains sighed.

"What?" Rosabella asked, horrified at the repercussions. "If Starscream does that to you, why do you stick around?"

"Can we… can we continue this in the morning?" Darling walked to her bed and fell right in. "I need to get some…" she cut herself off with soft snoring.

"Look, we don't like working for the guy, but he's the guy who gives us repairs, upgrades, the works," Brains said. "Even when Megatron was around, he'd still give us the punishments."

"Well, you two are trying your best, now aren't you?" Rosabella asked. "Why don't you just leave? You'd be surprised at how accepting the Autobots are. Just ask Mirage."

"You think we can just switch sides like that?" Wheelie asked.

"I'll show you around in the morning," Rosabella lifted the two onto a shelf. "Rest yourselves here, I need the bed." She said before getting some sleep for herself.

"Well, I always am tired of getting abused by that airhead." Brains said.

"I've been blown up too many times to count the amount I hate working for those lousy guys too," Wheelie shrugged. "How are we gonna do this?"

"Well, we can't go anywhere," Brains pointed to see Sparkplug. "All we can do is wait and think of what we can do next."

"Yeah, I hear ya," Wheelie said, sitting down. "I could use this time to think."

The next day, at the Bookball Tournament, Rowan and everyone else met up, Dexter and Hunter already in uniforms.

"Okay, we all know the plan?" Rowan asked everyone.

"Yes," Melody nodded before seeing Darling walk over. "Hi, Darling. Where's Rosabella?"

"Watching over two Decepticons who snuck into the school yesterday to try and get the AllSpark," Darling answered, surprising everyone. "She's got Sparkplug with her, so don't worry. They're not going anywhere."

"Well, at least we have one third of the problem taken care of now," Rowan said. "Now, someone get Cedar, and we'll head to Heritage Hall."

"I'm on it." Cerise was about to get Cedar until Hunter stopped her.

"Before you go, I just wanted to say that the team discussed putting you on," Hunter said. "We talked it out, and since we're done a member thanks to Rogelio being expelled, we thought it best if you and Atem joined us."

"Wait, really?!" Cerise asked with stars in her eyes. "I'll get my running shoes after I get Cedar!"

"I'll be back as soon as I can," Ashlynn kissed Hunter on the cheek. "Good luck, honey."

"Just focus on getting Apple back," Hunter said. "We've got all the protection we need here."

"Too right." Melody looked to see Hot Rod in the air with Grimlock and Thunderhowl hiding in the trees. She suddenly saw Flip Side taking a seat at an empty set of bleachers and narrowed her eyes.

"We'll let you know the moment we have the key to exorcising the Fallen," Rowan said as Cerise came back with Cedar. "Just keep your eyes peeled and stay focused on the game."

"TILL ALL ARE ONE." Everyone recited before going their respective ways.

Melody walked back to her seat while keeping a close eye on Flip Side.

"She's up to something," Melody whispered to Darling. "She wouldn't be here without a reason."

"Got that right," Darling nodded. "Better get some extra eyes on her."

"Jazz, please check on the bleachers on the far side of the Bookball Field," Melody said. "But don't engage."

In Rosabella's room, Rosabella watched as Wheelie and Brains continued to try and find a way back down to the ground while doing their best to avoid the teeth of Sparkplug.

"Is that all you got huh? Is that the best you can do?" Wheelie challenged as he held a lamp as his weapon, hitting it at Sparkplug like a chair for a lion tamer.

"You know, we wouldn't mind having someone of your sizes on our side," Rosabella said. "If what Starscream does to you is true, I'm sure the Autobots and the Knights of Iacon can treat you better."

"We can really switch?" Brains asked.

"Yeah," Rosabella nodded. "I mean, Mirage changed from Decepticon to Autobot, Ashlynn from a Royal to a Rebel, and a lot of others change sides too," she shrugged. "No reason you can't either."

"Wait you're saying you don't have to worry about working with those miserable freaking Decepticons?" Wheelie asked. "If so, I'm changing sides, right now. Effective immediately!"

"That's good," Rosabella said as she picked up Sparkplug. She petted him, getting him to settle down before allowing Wheelie and Brains to touch the ground again. "I don't think I ever got your names, actually."

"I'm Wheelie."

"Call me Brains."

"Well, welcome to the Autobot Ranks, Wheelie and Brains," Rosabella walked to Wheelie and Brains to let them ride on her shoulders. "I'm sorry to say, though, that even if you hadn't changed sides, we don't have the AllSpark here."

"Well, at least we won't lose anything for that," Wheelie sighed. "Ain't there a game you should be getting to?"

"Yeah, but I have a feeling I'll have a lot of explaining to do once I arrive." Rosabella whinged.

At the Bookball Game, thanks to Cerise and Atem being on the team, the scores were starting to get tied.

"Cerise, here!" Atem called, tossing the Bookball away from a giant and kicking it at Cerise.

Cerise kicked off of the leg of another giant and spun through the air. Catching it in her teeth, she made her way to the goal.

"You are mastering both your selves well, Cerise." Thunderhowl said.

Melody continued to watch the game while moving to another bleacher. Sitting down, she scooted over to Flip Side.

"You know, if you wanted to talk to me… you should have just asked." Flip Side said, not even turning to face Melody.

"Cut the small talk, Flip Side. I know you're not here for a good time." Melody narrowed her eyes.

"On the contrary… I'm simply using the human side of me to relish in the final moments of your school." Flip Side smirked.

"Meaning what?" Melody asked as the other Knights, save for Cerise and Dexter, listened to what Flip Side was saying.

"We know the AllSpark is hidden somewhere here," Flip Side said. "Once Lord Megatronus has it, it won't be long until the school is done for. I'm simply doing what any other human would do, enjoy the final moments before the end of the countdown to destruction."

At the Heritage Hall, Cedar was looking around inside.

"You're sure this is the place, Maddie?" Raven asked.

"Mm-hmm," Maddie nodded. "The clue reads 'where the stories of the past come alive, revive, and thrive'," she said before turning back to Cedar. "See anything, Cedar?"

"Hmm. Nope, just a… wait a splinter! I think the Storybook of Legends is in the Storybook of Legends!" Cedar exclaimed.

"Wait, what?" Rowan asked.

"Right here," Cedar led everyone to the large Storybook of Legends at the end of the Hall. "It's locked."

"Let me try." Raven formed her Skybreaker, and a key end formed. She tapped the lock, but nothing happened.

"Nice try." Rowan shrugged.

"Yeah, I read it in a story, something about all of us, and thought it would work." Raven sighed.

"Well, what now?" Marylyn asked.

"Allow me." Blondie suddenly walked in and took out her hairpin.

"Were you following us?" Rowan asked.

"A good reporter knows where there's a good scoop," Blondie smiled before her expression turned serious. "And… Apple is my BFFA too. Whatever you have planned to get her back, I want in."

"Me too." Cupid appeared on top of the book, one leg crossed over the other.

"Anyone else gonna make an unexpected appearance?" Miko asked.

"I was getting bored at the game, and saving Apple seemed more important to me," Cupid said. "I may be a Rebel, but the Fallen made a huge mistake in turning Apple against us. We're all playing the same game now."

"Okay," Rowan said. "Let's go in."

Everyone nodded and ran to the book. However, before Rowan could join them, he was suddenly lifted into the air and tossed aside.

"Where did that lead?! The AllSpark?!"

Rowan gasped and took out his sword. Looking up, he saw several flames approaching him. Spinning to form, they formed into Fallen Apple now approaching him, the Shatterpoint Spear armed in her hands tightly.

"Megatronus!" Rowan exclaimed. "How'd you find us?"

"I was once a Knight of Kaon, Rowan Twain," Fallen Apple said. "Just like the ones of Primus, mine have been scattered across this Planet. While the Decepticons take up a majority of them, my new ones are to be discovered soon. I was able to hone in on your own Talisman, as well as the others with you, a curse that was given to me when I attacked Ravenicus in Iacon. Now that I am here… I can find the AllSpark and succeed in resurrecting my successor."

"You think Megatron would want you to continue leading?" Rowan asked, taking out his shield. His Talisman began to energize it before Cybertronian writing appeared on it. "You're as deluded as Starscream. There's no way Megatron would hand over command to you."

"Maybe not to me… but perhaps to Galvatron."

Rowan's eyes narrowed. "What do you know of the warmonger who aided Mordred?" he asked.

"Know Mordred?" Fallen Apple asked before letting out a laugh. "I knighted him!" she cackled before sending a fire blast at Rowan.

Rowan gasped and held up his shield. Much to his surprise, as well as Fallen Apple's, it absorbed the blast and remained unscratched.

"You should have stayed in that dimension, Fallen." Rowan said before running at Fallen Apple and slamming his sword onto her.

Fallen Apple raised up the Shatterpoint Spear and blocked the attack before breaking off. The two clashed high again before sending high and low sweep kicks at each other. Backing away, they kept their weapons aimed before running through Heritage Hall, windows shattering as Fallen Apple started to send more blasts, just as Rowan ran to dodge out of the way of them.

At the Bookball Field, Melody continued to sit with Flip Side. Seeing Atem run though several Giants, he leapt over one of their fists before scoring another goal.

"Whatever doomsday plan you have in place, surely, you've made sure it doesn't destroy you too," Melody suggested. "I'm sure you value your life, just like everyone else."

"True," Flip Side admitted, getting up. "But do you value your lives over the AllSpark?"

"For the last time, we don't even have the AllSpark!" Melody argued. "You're wasting your time in your search for it here!"

"If you are wrong… this school shall pay the price." Flip Side turned to walk away.

"You'd better tell me what that meant." Melody narrowed her eyes and summoned her sword.

In another part of the Storybook of Legends, all the girls found themselves surrounded by eight different storybooks with letters written everywhere.

"Crikey! What is this place?" Cupid asked.

"I think we're inside the book." Marylyn said.

"Maddie, any more clues?" Raven turned to Maddie.

"A Chapter for all to live and survive with a page of the answer come out alive," Maddie recited before letting out a gasp. "The books! There are eight books."

"And there are eight of us." Ashlynn said.

"Wait a minute, I just realized something." Miko said, looking around.

"Yeah, where's Rowan?" Maddie asked as they all look around.

Suddenly, Raven and Briar's Talismans went off. The two looked to each other before holding them out, showing Rowan with his sword drawn.

"Girls, are you there?" Rowan asked.

"We're here," Miko nodded. "Why didn't you come through?"

"Let's just say someone had other arrangements for me." Rowan backflipped away from a blast of fire as Fallen Apple appeared, sending fiery energy slashes at him.

"Megatronus!" Blondie gasped.

"We've gotta go and help him!" Marylyn insisted.

"No, stay where you are! That's the only place you're safe from the Fallen!" Rowan warned before sending a blast back that stunned Fallen Apple. "If I go through, she'll find a way to follow me, and the Storybook will be at risk!"

"Whatever you do, Rowan…" Raven looked sternly. "Bring Apple back."

"I will," Rowan nodded. "Just make sure you get the Storybook of Legends!" he called before the transmission ended.

"But how do we know which one is ours?" Cedar asks.

"We don't." Raven stated.

"There's no going back." Briar said, walking to the book closest to her.

"Wait," Marylyn stopped and looked back up. "Eight pieces… but nine of us. Our tenth is facing the founder of the Decepticon race."

"Marylyn, what are you saying?" Blondie asked.

"Find the pieces to save Apple," Marylyn said, taking out both her wands. "Someone has to help Rowan with Megatronus." She smiled to each girl before rocketing off of the ground to reach Heritage Hall again.

As all the girls nodded and made their way to different Storybooks. Taking a deep breath, they all entered.

Up top, Rowan and Fallen Apple continued to clash. Crashing outside of Heritage Hall, Rowan landed on the ground. He looked up to see Fallen Apple bringing her Shatterpoint Spear down onto him before getting back up. Spinning around, he slashed back and knocked the spear away before kicking at her. She rolled under him and sent a stab forward, causing him to block it with his sword before bringing both weapons down. Once forced to the ground, he kicked her to the side and blasted at her.

"You underestimate me!" Fallen Apple yelled, sending forth a fire blast.

Rowan twirled through the blast and slashed at Fallen Apple, who blocked his attack yet again. She leapt off and kicked him away before slashing at the ground. A large chunk of rock floated up, and she clenched her fist, causing more to rise up.

Rowan looked to Fallen Apple before she tossed all the rocks at him, causing him to run and take cover as several parts of Heritage Hall were hit.

Rowan was eventually hit by a rock and was knocked outside. As he was, his MirrorPhone fell out, displaying the Bookball Game. Seeing Cerise score the winning goal, he smiled.

"That is one Victory for you… but mine… shall put a smile on my face." Fallen Apple grinned.

"I don't think so."

Fallen Apple turned and saw Marylyn slamming her staffs at her. She gasped and held up her staffs to block them before kicking her past Rowan.

"Marylyn, what are you doing?" Rowan asked. "You're supposed to be—"

"You think I'd turn down the chance to help you?" Marylyn smirked. "The girls have it handled, we just need to get Megatronus away before she destroys the place, and the girls with it."

"I have an idea," Rowan spun his sword again. "And with the Bookball Tournament now over, we'll need to put it into effect now."

"Lead the way." Marylyn readied her staffs.

Inside of the Storybook of Legends, Cedar was running inside of a cottage away from the three Bears. Turning back to them, she panted.

"Blondie, I will never take your fear of bears for granted again!" Cedar swore.

Ashlynn, without a nose and looking like a puppet, walked around in a puppet shop, looking through everything. She came across a large body of water, causing her to gulp.

"The whale!" Ashlynn gasped as a large whale sprung from the water. Quickly summoning her glass swords until something in the whale caught her eye.

Blondie gasped as she ran from several Card Soldiers, with the Queen of Hearts advancing on her from a distance.

"This is mad! This is so mad!" Blondie panicked.

"Off with your head!" the Queen of Hearts yelled.

Briar looked to a coffin where Apple lay and placed her hand on it. "You might be a vision…" she looked to Apple and let out a tear. "But I would give anything to have you back… please."

Maddie looked to a pair of bunnies arguing, seeming to be somewhere on Olympus.

"Maybe if I aimed a little more…" Maddie took out Cupid's bow and arrow and shot at them, only for the arrow to bounce off of their heads, getting them to argue more. "Tea and biscuits," she mumbled before seeing a heart in the sky. "Unless…"

Cupid panted as she tried to get home. She saw a carriage with an elderly woman and two younger girls inside.

"The stepmother and stepsisters!" Cupid gasped. Looking to her wings, she tensed before using them to fly up. As she did, a clock came into view, right at the mansion where Cinderella lived. She suddenly saw something on the clock hand before flying to it, now with a determined look on her face.

"So this…" Miko looked around in a tower room with a spindle in the center. "Is Briar's story."

"Aurora… Aurora!"

Miko turned to see the spindle, and a laugh coming out from it. Seeing several vines with thorns emerging, she took out her swords and aimed them.

"Briar… I see why you denied your destiny now. You don't have to sleep," Miko said. "I'll help save you… and for the sake of everyone else… I will help to save Apple too!"

In Apple's story, Raven was being backed to the edge of a cliff, where a future old hag version of the Evil Queen handed an apple to her.

"This is your destiny!" the old hag exclaimed.

"No… it's not!" Raven narrowed her eyes and somersaulted off of the edge. The Evil Queen gasped before she appeared behind her, grabbing a scroll from her basket. As soon as she did, she fell to her death.

"My destiny is in my hands," Raven said, looking to the scroll. "It is freedom." She closed her eyes, and she soon found herself back with all the Storybooks.

Cedar returned as well, wiping away a claw scratch.

"Remind me to tell Blondie not to be a thief." Cedar chuckled.

"Oh, tell me about it," Maddie returned with a scroll in hand. "Cupid's job is not all hearts and blossoms."

"Not the head!" Blondie yelled, holding a scroll in her hand and her hands over her head. "Maddie, remind me not to visit Wonderland for vacation." She chuckled nervously.

Ashlynn returned and felt her nose. Upon feeling it there, she smiled.

"So… that's what it's like for the shoe to be on the other foot." Cupid said, returning and with her scroll. She looked to her foot and smiled.

Briar came back, wearing a blank yet saddened look on her face.

"Briar…" Raven walked up. "Are you…?"

Briar looked to Raven and hugged her.

"Raven… I never knew…" Briar said. "I'm sorry."

"My side of the story, huh?" Raven guessed.

"Raven… I want Apple back." Briar sobbed.

Suddenly, Miko arrived back. Pulling out a few thorns, she revealed her scroll as well.

"Briar, I think I see you better for your story," Miko smiled. "Forced to sleep all those years, and seeing the temptation to go there…" she said as everyone looked to her. "You certainly make a better Knight… and an even better Princess."

"Thanks." Briar smiled.

All of a sudden, all of the pages floated up. Standing before them as they began to form was an elderly Autobot with a long facial object that resembled a beard, as well as a staff in hand.

"You have done well to retrieve these pages," the Autobot said. "To those who bear the Talismans of Iacon… I see my student has become wise to trust you."

"Your student…?" Raven asked. "Wait… you're him! The one Sir Edmund mentioned!"

"Alpha Trion!" Briar exclaimed.

"Yes, I am he," Alpha Trion confirmed. "Though I cannot be in the physical realm anymore, I can appear in spirit. Be careful of the road that lies ahead, my young warriors. Our fates are more intertwined than either of you think, more of your world to us, and more of our world to yours. Keep in mind the experiences you have gained, and use them to move forward to a new future, one you can all thrive in," he said as each of the page pieces started to merge together. "And remember… light the darkest hour… till all are one."

Everyone watched as the page pieces started to form into a cube. Soon, Alpha Trion disappeared, and the cube was lowered into Raven's hands.

"Wait, this isn't the Storybook of Legends…" Raven realized before her eyes went wide. "This is the AllSpark!"

"Is this one of those things Alpha Trion told us about?" Cedar asked.

"Maybe…" Raven looked to the AllSpark before looking up back to where they all came through. "I think I know what we need to do to free Apple."

At the Bookball Field, Rowan and Marylyn ran in, just as the Ever After High Team was celebrating.

"One more round!" Rowan called before Fallen Apple teleported in, causing everyone to gasp. "Megatronus, you matched the powers of Ravenicus Prime. How are your skills compared to a trained team of the best fighters of the school? Two of who are Knights?"

"Hmm," Fallen Apple said as she summoned her Shatterpoint Spear. "As you humans say… 'Game On'."

Melody suddenly came crashing through one of the bleachers with Flip Side advancing on her. She looked up and swung her sword, locking blades with her. The two kicked off of each others' chests to a safe distance, Melody with the team of Ever After High and Flip Side with Fallen Apple.

"Daring, you'll need this." Rowan took out his extra sword and tossed it to Daring, who caught it easily.

"Whatever it takes to free Apple from this Decepticreep." Daring narrowed his eyes.

"Same here!" Darling leapt down as Melody tossed her an extra sword as well.

Fallen Apple chuckled and warped forward, locking head-on with Rowan. Everyone watched before Flip Side charged as well, locking with Melody and Darling.

Daring slashed at Fallen Apple, but she simply blocked his blade with her arm before flipping away from some shots sent by Dexter. As she was, Cerise ran and sent forth a flurry of attacks before Hunter shot forth with his Energon Bow. Fallen Apple deflected the shots before getting kicked in the chest by Rowan.

"Not bad." Fallen Apple grinned.

"I can do better!" Marylyn crossed both of her staffs and sent forth a lightning spell at Fallen Apple. Fallen Apple blasted back with her fire before locking with Marylyn's newest staff. As the two stared each other down, Rowan ran in and slashed at her again, forcing her onto the defense.

Flip Side was using her twin blades to fend off against Melody and Darling, attacking her from both sides. She spun and slashed Darling away before locking with Melody. As she sent forth musical notes from her discs, Flip Side leapt back and once again locked with Darling, who kicked her away before sending a punch at her. Flip Side grunted before punching back, sending Darling tumbling to the ground before Melody slashed at her from behind with her weapon in axe mode.

"You've gotten better." Flip Side noted.

"You'd be surprised." Melody narrowed her eyes.

Flip Side grinned as she took out her blaster and shot at Melody. Melody simply deflected her shots before Darling slashed at her from behind. Dropping her blaster, she picked up her second sword again and locked with her. Melody ran and almost struck her down, but Flip Side held up her main blade, now locked with both opponents.

"This is madness!" Milton exclaimed from the crowd.

Daring spun and slashed Fallen Apple, who only slashed back with her spear before blasting everyone with fire.

"You have put up a good fight," Fallen Apple leveled the Shatterpoint Spear at Marylyn's neck. "But it ends here… it ends now."

"Drop the stick, Megatronus!"

Fallen Apple stopped and turned to see Apple, armed with her Skybreaker.

"Ravenicus Prime," Fallen Apple said. "You certainly have graduated to a nuisance over the years. I must say, I am surprised you did not come to face me sooner."

"You took my best friend from me," Raven said. "I won't deny it, both of us had our faults… but no matter what they were, we were and are still friends. You took advantage of Apple when she was at her weakest, and used her greed to make her into your host. You're as despicable in life as you were in death."

"Do you plan to do something about that?" Fallen Apple challenged.

"Yeah… I do." Raven readied Skybreaker and charged.

Fallen Apple charged back and the two locked blades midway. Breaking off, Raven slashed Fallen Apple away and tried to stab her, only for her to use her powers to hold the blade before slashing Raven several times. Once she was down, she formed fire in her hand and sent it forward.

Raven gasped and formed her shield from her Talisman. With a swing of her arm, she dispersed the attack. The two stared each other down before charging and jumping into the air, where they slashed at each other. They landed again before both of their blades lit up.

Raven sent forth a violet energy wave while Fallen Apple sent forth a crimson one. Both collided, but Fallen Apple's attack sent Raven back to the bleachers.

Fallen Apple grinned and advanced on Raven, causing everyone to tense up. Soon, she brought the Shatterpoint Spear down, but suddenly stopped midway, feeling her hand shake.

"Wha-what?!" Fallen Apple looked to her hand, almost struggling. "Apple White… you dare to resist me?!" she let out a yell, feeling something almost take over.

"The reason we're friends… is why you lose!" Raven blasted Fallen Apple back before her Talisman sparked, revealing the AllSpark.

"The AllSpark!" Fallen Apple exclaimed.

"Power of Primus, of all life…" Raven held the AllSpark into the air. "I call upon you to cleanse this soul of Megatronus Prime! I call upon you to light our darkest hour!" she aimed it forward, and a blast came out, hitting Fallen Apple in the chest.

"No! It is my destiny to return! I will not be denied my… destiny!" Fallen Apple yelled before a bright light came from her.

Everyone watched as the light started to clear. A dark mist flew from Apple as the Shatterpoint Spear dropped, and eventually disappeared. The mist let out a roar before Apple fell to her knees.

"Master!" Flip Side cried. She broke off with Melody and Darling before running off, activating her jetpack and flying away.

"Raven… you found the AllSpark?" Rowan asked, surprised.

"I'll explain later," Raven said, walking to Apple. "Apple… can you hear me?"

Apple groaned and looked up. The red in her eyes faded back to blue.

"Raven…" Apple said. "You… saved me?"

"We're friends," Raven smiled and held her hand out to Apple. "You would have done the same for me."

Everyone cheered as Raven helped Apple up. Milton straightened himself up and walked down, causing everyone to stop.

"While it is against your destiny, Ms. Queen, I am pleased you managed to return Apple White to us," Milton said. "Now, Ms. White, with your return, you and Raven Queen shall…"

"Ravenicus."

"I beg your pardon?" Milton asked, confused.

"You shall refer to her destiny as the next Ravenicus Prime… the keeper of freedom," Apple said, surprising everyone. "She doesn't have to be the Evil Queen of my story… if her destiny is to continue living out the life of Ravenicus Prime… let it be… that's who she really is."

"What?" Milton asked. "But… your story…"

"There are things right now… bigger than any story," Apple said as the rest of the girls arrived. "I was too blind to see that before… I'm glad I can see it now."

"Apple…" Raven said. "Does this mean…?"

"Yes, Raven," Apple smiled. "After all this time… I finally accept your destiny… as Ravenicus Prime."

Everyone cheered for Apple and Raven, leaving Milton stunned. His fist clenched, he walked away.

"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry," Apple said as she and Raven hugged. "I knew what was happening, but I couldn't stop myself."

"It is alright," everyone turned to see Optimus Prime walking towards them, the Giants of Beanstalk High raising their arms as if to salute in respect. "Now that Megatronus has been dealt with, you are back to normal. We all know the actions carried out by him were not yours. For that, you are not guilty of these actions."

"Thank you, Optimus Prime." Apple smiled.

"Now, there's one more thing we need to do with the AllSpark." Raven smiled.

In the secret cave of the library, Raven incanted the spell again. With the power, she used it on Giles Grimm.

"So, what did you do?" Rowan asked.

"I took a leap of faith." Raven shrugged.

"You have received the AllSpark, which was divided by magic into the pages of the Storybook of Legends." Giles said, speaking normally and surprising everyone.

"You can talk normal now?" Marylyn asked.

"Yes, and it is all thanks to every one of you… even you, Apple White," Giles smiled. "You are all credits to not only your stories, but your own destinies."

"What happened to the Storybook of Legends, if what Cedar said was true and it was a fake?" Apple asked.

"The real one was stolen… by the Evil Queen." Giles replied, surprising Raven.

"My mother?" Raven asked.

"A close copy, almost with all the real's powers," Giles nodded. "She once tried to go beyond her story, but it was with me, my brother, and the Society of the Transformers that we stopped her."

"You were with the Society?" Rowan asked.

"Yes, but Milton forced me to leave with him when he saw how beyond the stories the Society went," Giles frowned. "It was also because of him… that I ended up down here."

"What?" Ashlynn asked, surprised. "Why?"

"I did not see that coming." Miko commented.

"You see a long time ago, my brother went against one of the stories my father told us, and it was never to go to the Ogre's cave, but Milton didn't listen," Giles started out. "Because of that one event, I ended up in grave danger. I was rescued, of course, but it changed my brother forever. From that day on, Milton never went against the stories, and vowed to always stay true, but it blinded him. While I always respected our fairy tale past, I also thought that each of us should be able to write our own destiny."

"And the Headmaster didn't like that, I take it?" Cedar asked.

"Yes, and for that, he cursed me with a Babble Spell," Giles confirmed. "He put me down here, next to his other prisoner."

"Megatron," Rowan realized. "How does he fit into all of this?"

"My brother believed that Megatron was too dangerous for others to have. As a final act of leaving the Society of the Transformers, he secretly had Megatron moved under here, before the school was built," Giles explained. "Granted, a few students before you, your parents, were allowed to study him, which is how vehicles such as cars or helicopters exist today."

"Like what Optimus told us." Briar deducted.

"He vowed that he would ensure Megatron would not be disturbed, or that his presence would help this school to thrive by using his power," Giles went on. "I tried to warn him, both of the fake Storybook of Legends and of the threat Megatron posed, but because of the curse placed on me, I could not. He thought me as rebellious as the Decepticon Leader himself, hence why I was placed here."

"But now you're free." Cupid said.

"Yes, and we must be careful," Giles said. "I suspect that the Decepticons are already aware of Megatron here."

"Well, with Megatronus taken care of, I guess they gave up," Blondie shrugged. "And… why are we even sulking? We should get ready for Thronecoming!"

In a clearing of the mountains, Starscream waited as Flip Side, Overlord and Tarn came to him. Before them, Soundwave arrived, right as Megatronus appeared to them all.

"My possession of the girl, Apple White, may have ended," the Fallen said. "But my distraction was enough to divert everyone away from our true goal. We strike tonight."

"At long last." Starscream grinned.

"Prepare our forces to commence with freeing Megatron," the Fallen ordered. "And ensure that nothing stops you."

"Yes, Lord Megatronus." Tarn said.

"Our contingency plan is already in place," Flip Side said. "And it shall come into fruition now too, especially since it now known that Ever After High is in possession of the AllSpark."

That night, as everyone was getting ready, Briar was napping. However, as she was, she suddenly heard a cackle, followed by the sound of machinery whirring. She woke up and gasped, causing the girls, who were getting ready in her room, to look to her.

"What's going on?" Apple asked.

"Megatron…" Briar said. "Something's happening!"

Rowan was walking with Marylyn, looking at himself, now wearing a black suit with his hood still attached. Marylyn, on the other hand, was wearing a contrastive white dress with an open back, as well as clear shoes and her hair tied into a ponytail.

"You look good, Rowan," Marylyn chuckled. "Who knew you could clean up so well?"

"Who knew you knew how to dual-wield?" Rowan quipped.

"Hey, I didn't come to Ever After High yet for a reason, you know," Marylyn chuckled. "You didn't think a girl like me didn't know how to prepare for anything, did you?"

"Hey, I never said that." Rowan laughed.

"Rowan!"

Rowan and Marylyn turned to see Briar and the other Knights, as well as Apple, Ashlynn, Hunter, Miko, Maddie and Lizzie, running towards them.

"What's going on?" Rowan asked.

"I had a vision," Briar said. "And it was from Alpha Trion!"

"What, you spoke to him again?" Rowan asked, surprised.

"What did he say?" Marylyn asked.

Everyone was soon gathered in the Student Lounge, where some other students had gathered upon hearing the frantic panic.

"We've been dealing with a distraction this whole time," Briar explained. "Megatronus was never the main threat. He put himself as a distraction so that his followers could tunnel beneath the school and free Megatron."

"So Milton really did hide a demon under our school." Daring said.

Rosabella ran in with Brains and Wheelie. Everyone looked to their crossed Decepticon insignias and prepared to fight.

"First off, they're on our side now," Rosabella said. "Second, Briar, I did a check, just as you asked. During the time Rowan was at the Winter Kingdom and the 1001 Deserts, Flip Side managed to infiltrate the school, and start a thawing process. Megatron is melting."

"How long do we have?" Rowan asked.

"Forty minutes, Brains transformed into a laptop, showing everyone the results of the thawing process. "It would have taken weeks for Megatron to thaw, but she planned it out and managed to get just that time."

"Okay, we gotta let Optimus know," Rowan said, activating his Talisman. "We need as much help as we can to stop the Decepticons from freeing Megatron."

"And with the AllSpark now here, this school will be caught in the crossfire," Raven cringed. "This will take all the Autobots we have."

"So what do we do?" Daring and Darling stepped up with several other students.

"You want to help us?" Marylyn asked.

"You've been doing so much for us." Ali said.

"Time to return the favor." Atem nodded.

"We need you to go to anywhere the Decepticons could have gone to reach Megatron, and if you can, take them on long enough for us to get the AllSpark out of here," Rowan said. "I already texted a distress call to the Autobots letting them know of what's happening. Raven, Apple and I will take the AllSpark away from here."

"Blondie, I need you to lead us," Dexter said. "Your MirrorCast should be able to alert everyone of what is happening, in time for the school to be evacuated."

"Flip Side mentioned something else, the destruction of Ever After High," Melody said. "I don't know if she meant the return of Megatron or… something else."

"You two, did Starscream say anything to you?" Cerise asked Brains and Wheelie.

"We ain't always let in on the plans." Wheelie shook his head.

"Half of you, stay in the school," Rowan ordered. "If Flip Side planted something here, find it, and let us know."

"Move out!" Miko ordered.

Blondie led Daring, Darling, Dexter, Cerise, Atem, Ali, Hopper, Sparrow and Duchess to Book End, where Arcee, Cogman and Mirage were waiting.

"Good, you're here," Blondie said. "You happen to see anything around?"

"I did," Cogman nodded. Turning to a hole, he led everyone. "This was the previous site of Dark Energon, the same one Poppy found on True Hearts' Day."

"It must have been some sort of marker for the Decepticons to start," Arcee said before noticing a metal claw mark on the wall of the tunnel. "Constructicons."

"Not good!" Cerise worried before looking to her Talisman. "How much time do we have?"

"Thirty minutes!" Brains answered, typing at a computer. "I'm trying to freeze Megatron again, but in case I fail, you have to step up!"

"Let's move out!" Mirage led everyone down before Thunderhowl joined in.

Going deeper into the hole, everyone saw Shockwave standing with his Driller ready. They all gasped as he charged up his cannon.

"You will not go any further." Shockwave shot forward, getting everyone to move aside.

"They called in the Triumvirate?!" Thunderhowl exclaimed.

"I really don't like how that sounds." Blondie shivered.

"Shockwave is one of the three most dangerous Decepticons known as the Triumvirate," Arcee explained. "Overlord and Tarn must be here too."

"We can't let him stop us!" Daring called.

"I got him!" Dexter got out and combined his Bowguns. Forming into a rifle, he shot back at Shockwave, which Arcee followed. "Go on ahead!"

Everyone nodded and ran past as Shockwave continued to shoot. For good measure, Cerise leapt off of the wall and slashed at the cable on his back before going to find Megatron with the rest of the team.

"Your efforts are noteworthy, but in vain," Shockwave said to Dexter and Arcee. "Do you really think we have not accounted for everything?"

"There's always a flaw in every plan." Dexter pointed out.

"Not in this one," Shockwave spat. "14.6356 million scenarios have been planned for this day, one of them showing a loss."

"Today… this is the one." Arcee shot at Shockwave, who summoned the Driller to attack.

Everyone soon approached Megatron, the ice on him slowly starting to thaw away. Several Vehicons down below noticed them and stated to shoot, only for Cerise to form her shield from her Talisman.

"Off with your head!" Thunderhowl called, cutting off the head of one Vehicon before Mirage shot at several more.

Daring ran and slashed at a Vehicon, but was only able to make a scratch on it. Darling, on the other hand, now with a spare sword from Cerise, cut off one of the arms of another before tossing the blade to her brother, who used it to stab another in the leg.

Letting out her lamp blaster, Ali shot at two other Vehicons while Atem used his blade to slash at several more. Duchess sent several energy blasts at seven others while Sparrow took control of a drill to ram into others.

"What do we do now?" Hopper asked, running out of the way of a Vehicon with Blondie before it was cut down by Mirage.

"We have less than thirty minutes," Daring panted. "We just need to take out Megatron here and now."

From the computer room, Flip Side suddenly entered. Rosabella noticed her and ran with Brains and Wheelie. Sparkplug ran at her, but she grabbed him and tossed him out before heading to a computer. She pulled up the thawing sequence and took out a shard of Dark Energon.

"My Master… you shall live again!" Flip Side plunged the shard into the computer, causing the thawing sequence to now reach ten seconds. Taking it out before it could infect any other system, she grinned and leapt out the window.

"Guys! Get ready!" Rosabella called. "Flip Side just accelerated the thawing!"

"How long have we got?!" Duchess asked.

At that moment, the sound of ice cracking answered the question. Everyone gasped and hid away before Flip Side entered.

Megatron started to move, the ice falling off of him. Blondie was quick to record while Ali and Duchess started to shoot, which Mirage followed suit with alongside Cogman. However, all of their blasts bounced off.

Everyone was enjoying the Thronecoming Dance until the large screens changed to show what was happening. They gasped in horror while Milton stood up.

"It cannot be!" Milton panicked.

Megatron broke free of the bonds and walked forward. Once he was freed of the ice, his eyes opened to reveal a red glow. Soon, he let out a yell that echoed through the night.

"That's it," Rowan said as he, Apple and Raven carried the AllSpark from their room to Hot Rod outside. "Megatron is back."

"Get in me, and let's move the AllSpark away from here!" Hot Rod called as he transformed into his car mode. "We can't let any damage befall the school!"

The three nodded and leapt into Hot Rod. As soon as he was loaded up, he drove off.

"Lord Megatron!" Flip Side called, bowing before the Decepticon Ruler. "You're free at last!"

"Yes… yes I am free," Megatron said. "How long have I been frozen?"

"Over a million years," Flip Side answered. "We never gave up, and we have been searching for you. I, devoted Decepticon spy, Flip Side, stand before you, damaged but unwavering by your presence."

"So I see," Megatron narrowed his optics at Flip Side while everyone held their breaths. "Do we have the AllSpark?"

"No, my lord. It is in the hands of the humans and the Autobots," Flip Side replied, causing Megatron to tense up. "But—"

"What?!" Megatron yelled, enraged.

"But… we have a contingency plan in place, in the event this ever happened," Flip Side winced. "As per orders of the Fallen, I have planted explosives all along the school."

"What?!" Blondie whispered in shock.

"Its destruction will result in many casualties of the students, the future of this world," Flip Side went on. "The Autobots and their new Knights of Iacon will be so preoccupied with saving them… that they won't be able to resist us when we go to reclaim the AllSpark."

"Hmm, acceptable," Megatron grinned. "I suppose I will not have to kill you for your failure."

"Seeing you in this form… is proof that I have failed my mission, my Master." Flip Side frowned.

"Attention, viewers, evacuate the school," Blondie said into her MirrorPad. "Bombs are inside, and until they are found, you have to get out! Megatron is freed! You have to get to safety!"

"We can't take him on here," Mirage said. "We need to fall back and regroup, try to find the bombs!"

"Let's hurry," Cogman nodded. "This just got as real as it can get."

Megatron growled at the sound of the voices and transformed. Destroying the structures that held him, he flew off as a Cybertronian jet, knocking everyone off of their feet while Flip Side activated her jetpack and flew after him, laughing with joy.

Arcee and Dexter panted as Shockwave charged up his cannon. He heard Megatron's yell and boarded the Driller to head out, just as Megatron flew by and knocked the two off of their feet.

Running through the halls, Humphrey was helping Rosabella, Wheelie and Brains find the bombs.

"Come on, we gotta get those bombs before they go off!" Rosabella worried.

"So far, we found nothing…" Humphrey opened another door and heard a ticking sound. Walking in, everyone continued to listen before Brains blasted the floor, revealing the bombs.

"Time to get to work," Rosabella said. "I'll stay with Wheelie and Brains. Find Rowan and the others, and let them know about the bombs."

"Good luck!" Humphrey called before running out.

"Okay… let's get to work." Rosabella adjusted her glasses as she, Wheelie and Brains located the rest of the bombs.

"This… will take a while." Brains sighed.

"Starscream is gonna get ticked for this." Wheelie chuckled.

Speaking of Starscream, he was flying through the air and met Megatron before the two transformed and landed, Starscream in a kneeling position.

"I live to serve you, Lord Megatron." Starscream declared.

"Starscream, my Apprentice… you serve me well." Megatron said.

"A gift for you, from the Fallen, Master," Starscream held out the case. "Forged to harness and control the powers of Unicron himself."

Megatron opened the case and looked to see the sword inside.

"He calls it the Slayer of the Primes… the Dark Star Saber."

"A weapon I shall use to bring forth the destruction of this primitive structure," Megatron raised the Dark Star Saber into the air and armed himself with his sword-axe as well, his arm cannon, the Fusion Cannon, starting to charge up. "To all Decepticons, I call to you! Your lord and rightful master has returned! Mobilize and destroy!"

"Not today, Megatron!"

Megatron turned as Dexter fired at him. The rest of the students came out and aimed their own weapons as well.

"Behold these humans, some of the new Knights of Iacon," Starscream said. "They do not look like much, but one of them… is a reincarnation of Ravenicus Prime." He said, shocking Megatron.

"Ravenicus? Here?" Megatron gaped. He let out a laugh. "Such irony that she be a witness for my ascension!"

"You're not touching her!" Dexter yelled, shooting again.

The Constructicons suddenly revealed themselves from all around. Everyone gasped as they approached and bowed to Megatron.

All the other Knights ran out and saw what was happening. Immediately, they let loose their weapons.

"I haven't seen this many Decepticons before." Poppy said.

"I see Flip Side…" Melody leapt into the air and grabbed Flip Side, forcing them down. "You're mine!"

"Bring it, Piper!" Flip Side taunted.

"Guys!" Rosabella ran out. "All bombs are taken care of!"

"The Constructicons stand ready to serve, Lord Megatron!"

"Then merge for the kill!" Megatron ordered. "Merge into Devastator, and destroy everything!"

"Merge?!" Marylyn exclaimed.

All the Constructicons transformed back and started to connect with each other. Slowly rising up as they combined, they formed a large robot with a monstrous head, menacing green eyes and what appeared to be a vortex as the mouth, the body made up of every other Constructicon. This was Devastator.

"Oh, scrap!" Ginger panicked. "Grimlock! Get your friends here!"

Grimlock roared as he ran in, transforming immediately. Behind him, the rest of the Dinobots, Snarl, Swoop, Slug, Sludge, Slash, Slag, Scorn, ran in. All at once, they transformed into their robot modes.

"Devastator, destroy this school!" Megatron ordered.

"Grimlock, I hope you have a plan." Miko said.

"We Dinobots no have plan… only hunger… for destruction!" Grimlock yelled.

Everyone watched as the Dinobots started to combine just like the Constructicons did. Taking the place of the head, the Dinobots formed into a large silver and red robot with a large sword, a crown on the head, dinosaur wings on the back, spikes all over, and a drill mounted over the left hand. This was Volcanicus.

"Dinobots Destroy Devastator!" Volcanicus yelled, charging at Devastator.

Devastator roared and fired back from his mouth, which Volcanicus deflected.

Soundwave, Tarn and Overlord suddenly arrived, but were intercepted by the rest of the Autobots.

"Lord Megatron, I have found the AllSpark has been moved," Overlord said. "Its presence… it is in the forest."

"Tear this school apart!" Megatron ordered. "I have an AllSpark calling to me!" he transformed back into his jet mode and rode off.

"You're all gonna die!" Flip Side smirked before Poppy swung her flails at her and ran to join Melody.

"Not today!" Poppy yelled.

Overlord chuckled and started to fire on the students. The Knights all formed their shields and held off against the attack before Bulkhead punched him back. As he did, Tarn shot him.

"You thought you could stand up to me?" Overlord asked.

"Maybe not me… but the big guy can." Bulkhead grinned.

Optimus Prime suddenly arrived. Detaching from his trailer, which transformed into its weapon station mode, he armed himself with the Star Saber and SkyBoom Shield.

"Overlord!" Optimus Prime growled.

"Prime!" Overlord yelled. He transformed into his tank and jet mode and rammed at Optimus Prime, only for the defensive force of the SkyBoom Shield to force him away.

"I will give you an Astro Second to get out of my way," Optimus Prime said before the rest of the Autobots arrived, transforming as the Knights readied themselves for battle against the Decepticons. "You will not stop me from taking on Megatron."

"It will be your funeral, Prime!" Overlord called as he shot at Optimus Prime, who dodged out of the way. Placing the SkyBoom Shield into cannon mode, he fired back before blocking an attack from his jet.

"Let's get in there!" Miko called as she led some of the other Students to fight.

Briar looked to Soundwave as he released LaserBeak. She dodged out of the way of their blasts and started to send up sonic waves, all of which were evaded. Running onto the top of one of the buildings, she leapt onto Soundwave, only for him to transform into his car mode and ram her onto the ground.

"Hey!" Maddie called as she powered up her Energon Hammer.

"Let's do this!" Lizzie called, powering up her Energon Hammer-Axe as well.

Ashlynn looked to Tarn as he started to fire at her and Hunter. The two dodged out of the way to allow Ali and Duchess to fire at him. Letting loose her glass weapons, she started to deflect more fire before Tarn transformed back into his robot mode, slamming down a drill sword. Everyone got clear before Dexter fired at him. As he did, Shockwave suddenly appeared with the Driller. Both fired at the students, causing them to scatter.

In the forest, Hot Rod continued to drive Rowan, Raven and Apple away from the school.

"How's the AllSpark looking?" Hot Rod asked.

"Secure," Apple answered as she placed a seatbelt over it. "Let's hope it stays that way."

Just then, Megatron flew in, firing down on Hot Rod. Hot Rod tried to swerve out of the way, but a blast knocked him into the air. Forced back into robot mode, he carefully set down Apple, Rowan and Raven, the latter taking out their weapons.

"Megatron!" Rowan yelled.

Megatron flew down and transformed into his robot mode. Activating a battle mask, he took out his sword-axe in his right hand and his new Dark Star Saber in the left. Advancing forward, he looked to Raven.

"So… you are the reincarnation of Ravenicus Prime?" Megatron scoffed. "How weak."

"You want weak? I'll make you eat the words for breakfast!" Raven called, running at Megatron.

"Apple, stay back!" Rowan warned Apple, now holding the AllSpark as if she were holding a baby.

"You don't have a weapon, and since you don't have the Fallen's Shatterpoint Spear anymore, you can't fight," Hot Rod went on. "We'll handle him."

"No way!" Apple protested, surprising everyone. "I want to help you fight, and I want to help you now!"

Raven ran at Megatron, jumping up to slash at his head. He blocked it with his sword-axe and threw her off before she fired at him. Holding up the Dark Star Saber in defense, he brought it down on her, causing the two to lock.

"Apple, listen to us and get out of here!" Raven called. "Go back to the school, go anywhere but here! Megatron is bad news!"

"But…"

"Go!" Rowan called as he ran at Megatron.

Megatron charged up his Fusion Cannon and started to shoot at Rowan and Hot Rod. Hot Rod activated his shield and blocked some attacks before firing back. As he did, Rowan slammed his own sword at Megatron, who clashed with all three of them using his weapons.

Megatron yelled and slashed at Rowan with his sword-axe, clashing with him several times. Flying back, he fired at Hot Rod, who deflected with his sword before the two slammed their weapons at him.

"Come here, Megatron!" Raven called, charging up the Skybreaker. She twirled it around and sent forth a sonic slash.

Megatron yelled and sent forth his own sonic slash from the Dark Star Saber. Both collided before the two locked blades again.

"Yes… you have her skills… but you are no Prime." Megatron mocked before slamming Raven to the ground.

"No!" Apple yelled.

Megatron, preparing to finish Raven off, looked around, before looking to Apple, finally noticing her.

"Hand over the AllSpark, and I may spare your miserable life." Megatron threatened.

"I'm never giving you this AllSpark!" Apple protested. "Slag yourself to Hell!"

"Oh, so unwise!" Megatron grinned as he charged up his Fusion Cannon.

"Apple!" Raven gasped. She looked up and jumped towards Apple.

Megatron fired at Apple, but at the last minute, Raven got in the way, holding the blast off as long as she could.

"Raven!" Rowan gasped.

"Apple, run!" Raven warned. "Go now!"

Apple panted and ran back to the school with the AllSpark still in hand. She turned back one last time, just in time to see Raven breaking from the blast, taking it on full force as the Fusion Cannon bolt went right through her.

"RAVEN!"

Hot Rod gasped, as did Rowan.

"Help get Apple back," Hot Rod said. "Megatron is mine!"

"Hot Rod…"

"Now!"

Rowan panted and ran to Apple, taking her hand and leading her away from the fight.

"In the end… Ravenicus Prime was always dead." Megatron smirked.

"Megatron!"

Megatron grinned and turned around, aiming his Dark Star Saber into the air. Hot Rod gasped, having leapt to strike him down, only to be impaled instead. A blast of Dark Energon was sent through him before he was laid down next to Raven, groaning weakly.

"Now… if you excuse me… I have a power to reclaim." Megatron laughed before transforming into a jet and heading back to Ever After High.

At Ever After High, Optimus Prime was slashing away at Overlord, who was sending blasts and punches in defense. Eventually breaking through, Optimus Prime sent an energy wave that sent Overlord back before seeing Bumblebee blast at the Driller.

"Come here!" Arcee challenged with her blades. She leapt up and started to cut away at the Driller before Bulkhead took out a sword.

"Here's the main course! Courtesy of the Wreckers!" Bulkhead spun his sword around and slashed at the base of the Driller, only to get blasted by Shockwave.

"Bulk!" Bumblebee cried. He looked back to Shockwave and continued to fire at him.

"Come here, Decepticon Punk!" Jazz called as he drove up the Driller before slashing at Shockwave.

Shockwave let loose his arm blade and clashed with Jazz before Starscream flew in, slamming the Crimson Tyrant onto Bumblebee.

"Not today!" Bumblebee transformed into his car mode and drove backwards to avoid getting hit. Transforming back, he took out his sword and clashed with Starscream, causing their energies to disperse.

Ratchet leapt off one of the roofs of a building and armed himself with his blades. Slashing at Shockwave, he sent him off of the Driller, which Mirage and Cogman started to fire at.

"Marylyn!" Edmund Burton called as he ran to help Marylyn, who was fighting against Soundwave with Tarn. Before he could get closer, Melody leapt back from Flip Side, with Poppy swinging in and joining her. Taking out his cane, it transformed into a crossbow, which he used to shoot at Flip Side as she started to get closer.

"I thought you said you weren't going to use that anymore." Marylyn said as Edmund walked closer, helping Briar up as well.

"All bets are off when Megatron is freed," Edmund turned to see Milton looking on in horror. "You will have to answer for this, Milton Grimm!"

"Autobots, hold the line!" Optimus Prime called before Rowan pulled in an angered Apple.

"I'm sorry, Optimus," Apple said with tears in her eyes, her rage turning to sadness. "I'm sorry."

"Rowan, where are Raven and Hot Rod?" Optimus Prime asked.

Everyone looked to Rowan as Apple's fist clenched.

"Fallen… at Megatron's hand," Apple said, surprising everyone. "Raven took a blast meant for me… and Hot Rod fell trying to avenge her," she slammed her fist to the ground. "They told me to run… but I'm done running!"

"You are brave to face the unknown after what you have experienced since the beginning," Optimus Prime said as the Knights started to back away from the advancing Decepticons, heading back into the school. He took out a Talisman and handed it. "Perhaps… you are worthy. We need all the help we can get, for Megatron must be stopped… no matter the cost."

Apple looked to the Talisman and gasped. Without hesitating, she took it. Much to her surprise, nothing happened.

"No… no, no!" Apple cried. "Please… I know I've done questionable horrible things, but I need you, please!" she pleaded, getting onto her knees. "Please… help me… I may be unworthy… but I will do whatever it takes to prove I can be a Knight… to be what Raven was that I was always afraid of," she cried. "Please… help me."

Optimus Prime frowned. Everyone else looked on before seeing Megatron arrive. Taking out the Dark Star Saber, he advanced.

"Megatron!" Optimus Prime yelled, taking out the Star Saber and SkyBoom Shield once again. "You have taken enough lives today. Your lust for power ends here, Brother."

"How pathetic, defending these insects," Megatron mocked. "You still make allies of the weak."

"Where you see weakness… I see strength." Optimus Prime remarked.

Megatron only laughed. "Today, I have slain one of your Autobots and the failure of Ravenicus Prime," he retorted. "What hope do you have left?"

"On this day, no more shall die," Optimus Prime vowed. "For on this day, one shall stand… one shall fall."

"Why throw away your life so recklessly?" Megatron asked.

"That's a question you should ask yourself." Apple said, standing up.

All of a sudden, Apple's Talisman started to glow. Everyone looked to her with surprise before a sword with gold and red colors appeared in her hands, and the Autobot insignia appeared on a bangle over her right shoulder as she continued to clutch the AllSpark.

"Prepare to fall!" Megatron charged at Optimus Prime and Apple as they charged back.

Optimus Prime slammed the Star Saber forward, sending out an energy wave. Megatron slashed it apart with the Dark Star Saber before Apple leapt up, sending her own energy wave, a red and gold one, crashing right into Megatron. Megatron grunted and fell back as Optimus Prime slashed at him. This time, the two locked blades before Megatron used his sword-axe to slash back.

Optimus Prime held up the SkyBoom Shield in response and blocked the attack before Apple ran and slashed at Megatron again. This time, she managed to throw her sword at him, but he knocked it aside. With the distraction, she used her Talisman to blast him, disorienting him, before her sword reappeared in her hand. Landing down, she slashed him again, causing him to lock with his sword-axe. As the two held, Optimus Prime rammed the SkyBoom Shield into him before sending an energy slash at him. Megatron shielded himself from the blast before breaking off with Apple and slamming both of his weapons onto the Star Saber and the SkyBoom Shield.

"Hand over the AllSpark, or I'll tear out your optics!" Megatron ordered as he broke off. Charging up his Fusion Cannon again, he shot at Optimus Prime, sending him into the school.

"Optimus!" Apple yelled. She ran at Megatron and tried to attack him again, but soon found herself getting backed away as he used both of his blades to attack her. As the two clashed, the rest of the Knights and their allies retreated into the school,. With the rest of the Decepticons advancing on them.

Outside, Volcanicus slammed his fist on Devastator, but the Constructicon Combiner growled and swung its hand at him. Disoriented, Devastator sent several blasts that caused Volcanicus to stumble. He charged in with his sword and slammed it at the leg, only for an enormous blast from Devastator's mouth to send the Dinobots back.

"Come on, Grimlock!" Ginger called as she was being backed away by LaserBeak. "You can do it!"

"Raven… I won't stop… this is all for you!" Apple called as she swatted Megatron's sword-axe away before charging at him with a battle cry.

In the forest, Raven groaned, feeling the pain from Megatron's Fusion Cannon blast. She clutched her chest and looked to Hot Rod, stuttering in pain.

"Hot Rod… you have to get up…" Raven pleaded.

"Megatron… you… shall… pay." Hot Rod said weakly.

"Please… get up." Raven panted.

"Too… late." Hot Rod groaned.

"No… too soon," Raven shook her head. "We won't stop… not until we've defeated Megatron… not until our last breaths… until our hearts and your sparks give out… it will never be over."

All of a sudden, a blue light appeared to Raven, as well as Hot Rod. The two looked up weakly to see a gold and silver object with a blue core in the middle float before them.

"The Matrix of Leadership?" Hot Rod asked.

The Matrix suddenly split into two, one small for human hands and the other remaining large for Transformers.

"What… what is happening?"

Unsure of what to do, Raven backed away, but her instincts were telling her otherwise. Hesitantly, she reached forward and touched the smaller Matrix of Leadership and instantly, her eyes glowed blue.

Hot Rod gasped before looking to the other Matrix of Leadership. He looked to it and nodded. He took hold of it, and like with Raven, his eyes glowed blue.

"Arise, Rodimus Prime."

"Awaken… Ravenicus Prime."

Back at the school, Optimus Prime groaned before seeing the blue glow. Blinking his optics for a moment, he saw it fade away.

"The Matrix…" Optimus Prime said.

Apple yelled as she started to go onto the offensive against Megatron, slamming his weapons away as he continued to slash away at her. Soon, he shot at her beneath her feet, causing her to fly into the air, where she landed back on the ground, her sword sliding away from her.

"And now… the AllSpark!" Megatron ordered. "Devastator, fire at every column and tear this structure apart! Let no one survive the wake of our ascension!"

"Master, something approaches." Starscream pointed out of the school.

Everyone looked to see two objects heading towards the school, one on the ground and the other in the air.

"The Nemesis?" Megatron asked.

"Not big enough… there are… two of them?"

Ratchet panted as Shockwave looked on. He suddenly picked up something on his scanner and gasped.

"What is it?" Humphrey asked.

"Autobot signals… one half organic…" Ratchet gasped. "But it's… airborne."

Megatron directed his weapons away and looked to see what was arriving. Upon getting a closer look, he gasped.

"It cannot be!" Megatron gaped.

"Wait… that's impossible!" Starscream yelled.

The ground vehicle revealed itself as an orange and yellow flaming armored car. It rammed into Overlord, sending him into the air before firing at Tarn and Soundwave. Soon, it transformed, revealing Hot Rod, now taller with a fire-orange sword in his right hand and a double-barrel blaster in the other, as well as with a helmet that resembled a combination of both his original one and Optimus Prime's.

"Hot Rod!" Rowan called out.

"Rodimus Prime now," Rodimus Prime grinned. "And don't celebrate yet. We have another surprise guest."

"What?!" Megatron asked before violet bolts fired on him. "No!"

Flying over the battle was an SR-71 blackbird jet. It was mainly black with some violet detailing. The Autobot symbol on the nosecone made it clear which side this jet was on.

The cockpit's canopy opened to reveal a human-sized Cybertronian in black and purple armor. The figure's overall body shape indicated that it was female.

"Transform!" the small Cybertronian yelled as she jumped out of her vehicle. The instant she did, the blackbird reconfigured itself as parts shifted before finally assuming the shape of a robotic female body. It was missing its head but that was where the human-sized Cybertronian came in. She also changed shape, changing from a humanoid into a robotic head which combined with the large body. The head had a silver tiara, black lips and blue eyes, and while robotic, many recognized the face immediately.

"Raven…?" Apple gasped.

"You…!" Megatron snarled.

"Hear me now, Megatron!" Raven called out, taking out the Skybreaker. "For millennia, I have waited for my true self to reawaken, to rise up once more and fight those who dare oppose my ideal of freedom! I am Ravenicus Prime!" she declared. "Get out of my school."

"Now… what were you saying about a failure of Ravenicus Prime?" Apple smirked.

Megatron roared and fired at the three Primes. However, they all stood their ground as the blasts bounced off of them.

Optimus Prime held out the Star Saber, Ravenicus Prime with the Skybreaker and Rodimus Prime with his new sword, the Eternal Flame Calibur.

"This is the end of the road, Megatron!" Rodimus Prime proclaimed.

Everyone grinned and got up. Rowan held up his sword and aimed it forward.

"Autobots and Knights of Iacon! Transform…" Rowan announced as everyone else got back up. "And Roll Out."

Everyone charged at the Decepticon Forces. Optimus Prime clashed immediately with Megatron, his Star Saber and his Energon Sword against Megatron's Dark Star Saber and his Sword-Axe while Rodimus Prime and Bumblebee charged at Starscream. Ravenicus Prime led the Knights against the rest of the Decepticons, slashing at them with the Skybreaker and sending out energy waves with each strike.

Optimus Prime pushed Megatron off and slashed him before he shot back with his Fusion Cannon. Optimus Prime dodged with a barrel roll and rammed his Energon Sword against him before discarding it for his Ion Blaster. Charging it up, both he and Megatron shot at each other, everyone now taking the fight outside of the school.

Starscream flew up and slammed his Crimson Tyrant down at Bumblebee and Rodimus Prime, but they held their swords against him. He flew back and transformed into his jet mode, starting to fire down at them.

"Not this time!" Rodimus Prime transformed into a Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk Helicopter and started to fire back, sending forth fiery blasts.

Starscream yelled before Bumblebee leapt at him, starting to fire on him. Rodimus Prime transformed back and sent forth a sonic slash, sending Starscream back into robot mode as he and Bumblebee clashed while falling to the ground.

"Volcanicus Smash!" Volcanicus called out as he ran at Devastator.

Devastator roared and started to drain his surroundings into the vortex in his mouth. However, Volcanicus shoved his sword through his mouth. He screamed before Volcanicus shot forth a blast of fire from his hand. As he was sent back, Volcanicus flew into the air with his sword and slashed at Devastator again, this time causing him to separate back into the entire Constructicon Team.

"Ravenicus!" Shockwave yelled, charging up his cannon. He shot at Ravenicus Prime while still riding the Driller.

"Raven!" Apple gasped.

Ravenicus Prime grinned and flew into the air, letting loose two machine guns. Using them, they fired magenta blasts the color of Raven's magic, and started to weaken the Driller. Picking up Arcee and Bulkhead, she dropped them into the center, where they started to fire at it from within. She took out the Skybreaker once again and slashed at the Driller several times before landing in front of Tarn, slashing off one of his horns while the Driller crashed.

"LaserBeak, destroy!" Soundwave ordered.

"No you don't!" Jazz yelled as he and Mirage slashed at Soundwave. LaserBeak flew off, but Miko noticed.

"Torch!" Miko called, summoning her Phoenix. She flew into the air and slashed at LaserBeak before Maddie and Lizzie tossed their hammers at him, sending him crashing into Soundwave.

Ashlynn danced around, taking out the Constructicons as they charged forward. Each of her glass weapons cut away at them before she noticed Flip Side about to attack. Grabbing one of her swords, she locked blades with her before Melody leapt in and used her sword as a guitar to send forth twin sonic waves.

Flip Side leapt out of the way, but was suddenly restrained by Poppy before she sent forth an Energon Blast.

"Get her!" Poppy yelled.

"Final remix, Flip Side!" Melody played her disc and sent forth several large sonic waves. "Click, Boom!" she yelled, causing each wave to send Flip Side crashing to the ground.

"Go!" Dexter called as he, Hunter, Ali, Atem and Duchess all fired at Flip Side before Melody leapt at her and landed one final slash, sending her into the ground, causing a crater to appear.

Rowan ran at the Constructicons, all firing at him the moment they saw him. He leapt through each of their blasts before starting to slash at each of them. Going for their arms or their chests, he started to land devastating blows that sent them all staggering back

"For our school!" Rowan called as he held his sword up. Charging up with a blue light, he slashed them all, causing sparks to fly across and several explosions to go off.

Overlord saw Ravenicus Prime fighting Tarn and transformed into his jet and tank mode. Both started to fire on her, but she noticed and leapt back, noticing Apple in the way of one of the shots.

"Apple!" Raven grabbed Apple and started to transform. "Hang on!" she transformed into a Regal-Looking Trailer Truck with missiles and wings on the sides, colored just like her Blackbird form. She fired back at Overlord, sending his jet crashing into his tank before transforming again into her Blackbird form, with Apple riding on top and Raven appearing as the pilot.

"Fire!" Marylyn called as she sent forth a blast from her staff. Taking out Tarn's left arm, Cogman ran and slashed at him, causing him to stagger before seeing Ravenicus Prime and Apple flying at him.

"Tarn! You're mine!" Apple yelled as Ravenicus Prime flew down. She charged up her sword and sent forth an energy slash, which quickly multiplied before Ravenicus Prime transformed into her robot mode. Together with Apple, the two sent forth twin energy slashes that knocked Tarn back.

Rodimus Prime drove at Shockwave as he fired at him, Mirage, Smokescreen and Ratchet. They transformed just as Thunderhowl slashed Shockwave in the back and took out Scrapmetal.

"Go, my new leader!" Thunderhowl called.

Mirage cut down a remaining piece of the Driller while Smokescreen phased through one of Shockwave's blasts. As Ratchet charged up his cannons, Rodimus Prime readied his sword and absorbed the blast sent forth by Ratchet, using it to cut off Shockwave's cannon arm before using his twin barrel blaster to send him flying into what was remaining of the Driller.

Optimus Prime and Megatron both let out battle cries as they continued to clash with each other. Rowan ran in and slashed at his Sword-Axe before locking with the Dark Star Saber. He broke off and sent forth an energy slash that allowed Optimus Prime to slash him back.

"Megatron!" Ravenicus Prime flew at Megatron with Rodimus Prime riding on the ground.

"PPPRRRIIIMMMEEE!" Megatron howled. He shot all around, trying to take down any of the three Primes. They all evaded and ran in, all sending triple punches at him before Rowan and the rest of the Knights held their weapons to him. Blasts came from their Talisman weapons and hit him, knocking him back before Apple leapt in with the AllSpark.

"Ravenicus, I need a boost!" Apple called.

"On it, Apple!" Ravenicus Prime grinned and let Apple stand on her blade. Charging it up, she sent Apple at Megatron.

"You wanted the AllSpark?!" Apple yelled, holding up the AllSpark. "Have a taste of its power!"

Megatron tried to fire, but Apple sent a blast from the AllSpark at him, causing sparks to fly across him.

"Now… begone!" Ravenicus Prime yelled, grabbing the damaged Megatron and tossing him onto the streets of Book End.

"And stay out!" Marylyn yelled.

"No! This cannot be! I… I am damaged?!" Megatron exclaimed, looking to himself. He almost fell, but used the Dark Star Saber as a crutch to hold himself up.

"Lord Megatron, what is our plan?" Starscream asked.

"Shall we destroy this school once and for all?" Flip Side asked.

"Megatron… you have lost this fight…" Optimus Prime narrowed his optics as Volcanicus separated back into the Dinobots, now outnumbering the Decepticon army. "Leave… and never harm this school again."

Megatron growled before he gave his command. "Decepticons, retreat!" he yelled as everyone transformed and flew or drove away. "Optimus Prime, Ravenicus Prime, Rodimus Prime, we shall meet again… for I am reborn." He declared before transforming and flying off with the rest of his forces.

Everyone cheered for the victory before seeing Ravenicus Prime close her eyes. Slowly, a light shone from her, and within moments, she became Raven Queen, only with the Autobot symbol on a new Talisman gauntlet that covered her entire right arm, and with what looked like wings folded on her back.

Raven opened her eyes as her Blackbird form floated above her. Holding up her Talisman, it was absorbed in, and she took a deep breath before looking around.

"What happened?" Dexter asked.

"I am the reincarnation of Ravenicus Prime," Raven said as she looked around. "But… I am also, and will always be, Raven Queen," she announced. She looked to Optimus Prime. "That is my choice… that is the freedom I choose."

"A wise choice," Optimus Prime nodded respectfully. He looked to Rodimus Prime and smiled. "You and Ravenicus Prime are welcome additions to the ranks of the Primes. We are honored to have you ruling alongside us."

"The honor is all ours, Optimus." Rodimus Prime smiled.

"In a way, Raven, I guess you were able to play out your destiny," Briar smiled as the rest of the Knights walked over. "Ravenicus Prime… for now and forever after."

"Yes," Raven smiled before turning to Milton, now coming out from hiding through the whole battle. "Headmaster Grimm… your knowledge of Megatron here will not go unnoticed."

"Indeed," Edmund Burton walked forward with his rifle turning back into his cane. "Neither I or the board are pleased with your methods."

Milton gulped. "The board knows of this?"

"As does the Society of the Transformers," Edmund said sternly. "As representative of both… for numerous manipulations of students and their decisions, conspiring in dangerous affairs, the unsanctioned hospitality of a war criminal, and for numerous acts of hypocrisy… you are hereby deposed as Headmaster… effective immediately." He said, surprising Milton.

"I wish it didn't have to be like this," Giles said, walking forward and surprising everyone, Milton especially. "But I've tried to warn you."

"Giles?" Milton asked. "How?"

"Your students freed me of my curse," Giles said. "And I wanted to say… I forgive you."

"That's one of a few." Rowan crossed his arms.

"But… that doesn't change the sentence that the board has carried out," Giles sighed. "They have, however, permitted me to have an hour with you… before you step down as Headmaster."

Milton sighed. "I was only doing what was best for the stories," he admitted. "I can understand where I went too far."

"I have spoken with the board, and we have worked something out," Giles said. "You have been at this school for years, as have I. We have a way you can be here… without being Headmaster."

"I suppose… it is best after what I have done." Milton said.

"So… what has been happening aside from what Madeline has told me?" Giles asked as the two brothers walked down the hall.

"Sir Edmund," Apple spoke up as soon as the Brothers Grimm were out of earshot. "Who will be the new Headmaster if Grimm has been deposed?"

"I have been selected," Edmund said, surprising everyone. "But I will be a different Headmaster than Milton. I will show no favoritism, I will not force anyone into the destinies they have, and I will preserve the idea of freedom."

"A wise choice." Optimus Prime said.

"But some things will remain," Edmund smiled. "I believe you all still have a dance."

Everyone smiled and cheered. As they did, Raven looked to Apple and smiled.

Apple noticed and looked back to Raven as Rowan walked over. "What?" she chuckled.

"You've finally become a Knight," Raven smirked. "But… let's make it official." She held her hand up, and the Star Saber appeared, her Skybreaker appearing in her other hand.

"I see where this is going," Rowan summoned his sword. "I was wondering when we'd even start doing this."

The rest of the Knights smiled and summoned their swords too. Dexter and Cerise simply summoned their standard swords and surrounded Apple.

Apple realized what was happening and knelt down.

"Apple White, do you swear to help protect all life? Of Earth and Cybertron?"

"I do."

"Do you swear to place the freedom and safety of everyone over your own desires?"

"I do."

"Do you swear to fight until all are one, to light the darkest hour?"

"I do."

"Then, by the power invested in me by Excalibur, I knight thee." Rowan tapped both of Apple's shoulders.

Raven stepped up next. "Apple White, you have proven yourself through countless times that you have what it takes to be a Knight of Iacon," she said. "Hardships and conflict have strengthened your resolve. That is the true mark of a Knight. By the power invested in me by the Matrix of Leadership, and in my sword, the Skybreaker… arise, Apple White," she tapped both of Apple's shoulders. "Knight of Iacon."

Everyone, student and Autobot alike, applauded for Apple as she rose up. She looked to Raven and smiled before the Star Saber was willed away, allowing the two to hug.

Later, as Briar was preparing for the Thronecoming Dance, she noticed a glow under the floor. She looked to it before hovering her Talisman over it. Soon, it caused the floor to lift up, revealing a familiar item…

"The Storybook of Legends!" Briar gasped.

Bulkhead appeared out the window. "Briar, are you ready?" he called. "Everyone else has already gone on ahead."

"Um, Bulkhead…" Briar picked up the book. "I need a moment."

"Take all the time you need." Bulkhead left to check on Miko.

"My name is Briar Beauty, daughter of Sleeping Beauty. What is my destiny?" Briar asked the Storybook of Legends.

The Storybook of Legends showed Briar her key, which she took to open the book. It opened up, and she saw her story. She was to be lured to a spindle, where she would prick her finger, and fall asleep. By the time she woke up, her friends would be gone, and she would be alone, with only a prince by her side. To add to the sadness, it was not the man she wished for… Rowan Twain. She waited for the Storybook to show a second destiny, a true destiny, like it did for Raven, but nothing happened.

"We are free to choose…" Briar said before Bulkhead returned, seeing what was in her hands.

"Briar… is that…?"

"Bulkhead, I need you to take me somewhere."

Bulkhead drove Briar into the woods. Arriving at a well, Briar walked up as Bulkhead transformed.

"Are you sure about this?" Bulkhead asked.

"I don't want my destiny… but what I'm doing is so everyone can have freedom of choice," Briar said. "Stop me if you will, but I do what is best for everyone… in the name of freedom."

"I never said I would," Bulkhead said. "If it was a selfish reason, your Talisman would instantly reject you."

Briar smiled before looking to the Well. Taking a deep breath, she dropped it, and soon, the well, and the Storybook disappeared.

At the main hall for Thronecoming, Giles walked in. He looked to Edmund as he handed him a drink.

"I'm sorry for the loss." Edmund sympathized.

"I was honest in forgiving my brother," Giles said. He thought back to earlier. "It's ironic, really…"

Flashback…

"I was placed here," Giles told Milton in the library. "You know, of course."

"Yes… I apologize once again for that."

"Your deposing is indefinite, but you will be having visitors," Giles said. "I had plenty of time to develop myself into the man I am today. Hopefully… you can be granted the same experience."

"I honestly hope so," Milton looked to Giles before the two brothers hugged. "Visit me, please?"

"I shall." Giles smiled.

Milton took a deep breath and entered the cave, now repaired from the damage Megatron had done. Sitting at a desk, he watched everything unfold on the outside, a tear rolling down his cheek.

Present…

"Where I was for all those years… he is there now." Giles sighed.

"We are all capable of change," Edmund said as he watched everyone dance, Rowan sharing dance partners with all the girls he got a Heart Blossom from on True Hearts' Day. "Call it… a new transformation."

"Indeed," Giles smiled. "I look forward to being Headmaster alongside you and Cogman."

"Alright, everyone! The results are in, and this year, the Thronecoming King is…" Melody announced as drum rolls sounded. "Rowan Twain!"

"Me?!" Rowan exclaimed.

Daring stepped up to Rowan and patted him.

"Anyone who saves Apple, and the school… deserves the privilege." Daring smiled.

"And now, we had four candidates for Thronecoming Queen: Apple White, Raven Queen, CA Cupid and Blondie Lockes, but one came out on top, and the Thronecoming Queen is…" Melody read the paper as more drum rolls played. "Raven Queen!"

Raven smiled as Apple hugged her.

"You deserved it… Ravenicus Prime." Apple smiled.

Rowan walked to Raven and held out his hand. "May the king have this dance, my queen?"

"He shall." Raven smiled.

Everyone danced through the night as the Autobots watched.

From the Nemesis, Megatron was walking to the bridge. Every Decepticon bowed before him as he reached the front.

"It has been millennia since I have ruled," Megatron said. "I came to this Planet in search of the AllSpark. I will have it again!"

"But it is now in the safety of the Autobots and their Knights!" Starscream said.

"I have waited for years… I can wait longer." Megatron narrowed his optics.

At Ever After High, Rowan and Raven danced as everyone else danced around them. Optimus Prime watched and smiled, as did the rest of the Autobots.

"This is the life." Brains sighed.

When the year started out, I didn't know what to expect. I thought everyone would see me as evil. Then I learned I was the reincarnation of Ravenicus Prime. I was unsure of who I was at first, but I have come to accept who I am, and I will use my powers to protect my friends, as a Prime… and as myself, as Raven Queen. I am Ravenicus Prime, and I send this message to friend and foe. We hold the AllSpark, and we will protect it. I have returned, reincarnated into a new form, and we will continue to fight… till all are one.

Author's Notes: Well, this was my longest Chapter for this story, but worth the wait.
