~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Chapter 3: The Ruins ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Camera zooms in on Clear Temple Structure standing atop Mountain in a Green tundra basin. The rain pours down in long sheets of water, covering the entire area that encompasses this arena. The dense jungle extends outward in large swathes of trees which fan out in both directions, as Arby and Kelly quietly travel to the top of the peak of this hill. They peer down the slope towards the Ancient Incan Ruins, and endeavor to board an abandoned boat sitting just twenty meters up river.*
Kelly: "There it is Arby, keep up with me. We're almost there….Those are the Incan ruins that appeared on the monitor feed."
Arby: "Maybe we should forget all this Kelly. Think about what Ian said….that boat looks unstable. Plus, is that the only way in and out is through the river?!"
Kelly: "It is the only way in, stop pouting about it. I'll help you get inside through the back door."
Kelly: "You see the vines covering the entrance right? It looks like the only way to get up to that….strange opening like chamber…is by use of the boat. We ride it in to the main hallway, and figure out a way in."
Arby: "Alright….I don't trust anything about this jungle. ((shivers in the cold)) But I trust your intuitions Kelly so let's just get inside."
/Kelly and Arby quietly board the boat, and watch the water intently with fierce determination. It begins to ripple outward…and suddenly gets wider and wider. Each ring vibrates with intensity…as though a thump is coming down…where it gets louder. Fiercer….and harder. Yet as they stare out into the red colored sky that hangs above the river, they see nothing. They hear nothing….but they do feel a distant growl in the foreground.*
Arby: "Kelly…."
Arby stares at his sister, as the ancient boat begins to move down river. It suddenly lights up with gears and pads, a cascade of red plus green buttons are covering the mainframe. There was no question something sinister was beneath the boat….yet at the same time, as the panels lit up..both Arby and Kelly continue to stare. They have no idea what it could be.*
Kelly: "Arby….What is that, why…why is the water all a sudden rippling outward like that?"
Arby: "I dunno..we haven't been here even five minutes yet."
/As the pair continue to speed up down river….A set of green yellow eyes glow ominously in the trees as well as under the water. And right on time, a group of four Genexis Troodons leap onto part of the mast of the supply cache in the boat. They rip it apart and begin biting at both Kelly and Arby./
Gexenic Troodon: "GROOOAAARRR!" *The Troodon manages to bite off part of Arby's arm, sending small pieces of him flying into the river…just as it takes a chunk out of Kelly's left leg. Both of them stumble backward and apply first aid to the wound on Arby's arm first. Suddenly, a loud noise crashes on the rear of the boat. Someone is near the boat's aft deck.*
Former Captain: "What are you….what are you kids doing on my ship!? I have to run supplies to the power stations that are just due south of here. And you brought horrid devils with you, I am furious!"
/The man shouts angrily in portuguese which suddenly turns to terrifying screams. The kids watch in horror as the captain is torn to pieces by the Troodons hanging from the trees…and while the Troodons are distracted Arby suddenly gets a bold idea.*
Arby: "Augh…Kelly, now! Hurry, the ruins are dead ahead." ((Arby screams as he lights the fuse on four flares and tosses them into the body of the Captain who is at this point…being eaten. The flares shoot up and explode, killing all 4 Gexenic Troodons instantly. But just then, the fifth Troodon jumps on the boat and septio Spinosaurus crashes its head…concealed by the water…directly through part of the barge on the ship. It roars angrily, tearing the Troodon and what remains of the captain apart.))
Septio Spinosaurus: "ROOOOOAAAARRRR! GRAAAWWWRR…..RAWWWOOOARR!" ((The Spinosaurus cuts part of the ship's barge off, and snaps the bodies of each Troodon in its jaws attempting to entirely capsize the rest of the boat.))
Kelly: "Oh my god, Arby! Quick…take the wheel and turn the ship in a 180! Head straight for the entrance to the ruins….this has to work!"
Arby: "Are you….you serious? ((Arby shakes his head) Alright here goes my plan B for this death trap." ((Arby steers the boat to a faster speed, now heading exactly 38 knots straight for the ruins…it crashes into several rocks while the Spinosaurus follows in anger. Just as its jaws are about to snap the towering trees close to the ruins in two, suddenly they manage to spin the boat 360 degrees….And crash it directly into the entrance of the ruins. The Spinosaurus angrily roars, unable to reach them now…as they quickly swim straight out of there to a large empty chamber with an obelisk. This is the ruins Arby had seen on the map that popped up in the computer panel.))
Kelly: "Quick, run! Take any supplies you can and let the dinosaur swallow the rest…"
/Kelly motioned for the main entrance to the ruins and beckoned Arby to jump and follow her. They were now at least 90 meters from where the Spinosaurus had gotten trapped from moving further indoors….as a cave in had kept the beast far away from this place. The entrance had another problem though….A large glyph on the wall seemed to be the only way to enter. And directly outside that glyph, a hologram like computer with Dr. Wu's image suddenly appeared as a eerie recording played./
Dr. Henry Wu: "This place is well protected from Hammond's benefactors, of course. There was that young man….Harold Greenwood was his name. I spared no expense for him too, is what I will say here. Nobody else knows about the Genexis Troodons except myself and Dr. Bridget. Absolutely stunning animals they are….Clarise says they are monsters….what do they know, though? There is of course, only one way to enter these Incan ruins I have established here. You must solve the puzzle of the glyph, and place the color code in the exact order which turns on Mr. DNA to begin his speech. Top secret."
/A Recording begins to play on screen. Hammond's voice begins: "Some effort was made to track Mr. Greenwood, but we never discovered what happened to him. He thought he would be a hero, an explorer, a Lawrence of Arabia braving danger. He did not understand what danger really is, how easily and unexpectedly death can come." CODE ZERO: THREE FIVE EIGHT. Enter the Password./
Arby: "Kelly….This is leaving me speechless. It's asking for a password…Think this is what it's like on the other side where the hunters are?"
Kelly: "I don't know….I don't know….I don't get it….How do we solve this?"
Arby: "There's only one way…..The code they asked for gave the hint of three five eight, which is the third letter of the alphabet or C, fifth letter of the alphabet or E and eighth letter of the alphabet or H. That translates to…. C…E….H…It is a code that corresponds to the Color chosen on that chart above the door. C stands for Red….E stands for Blue…..H must stand for…."
Kelly: "Green."
Arby: "How did you know?!"
Kelly: "Because of the name of the marine guy from Biosyn…..Harold Greenwood."
Arby: "Yes….that's it. Here it goes." /Arby enters the PASSWORD using the color touch screen. He puts green first into the flat panel, followed by red and then ends it with the color blue. The Password he enters is: "RED GREENWOOD." Which stands for, the last moments of Harold Greenwood./
*Suddenly the ancient door lights up and opens wide to a long passageway. Inside are a few holograms, and an ancient key which looks like it was here before time began. Steingarten had been moving this key around. From here, they would be able to find where the CRAY is located./
Kelly: "How did you know the password was RED GREEN?"
Arby: "A decisive guess, sis! RED GREENWOOD translates to DEAD MAN….Aka Dead Greenwood…"
Kelly: "Great work. Let's hurry so we can get out of this maze as soon as possible."
/Camera fades out to the exterior of the ruins, three clicks to the west. Steingarten is seen entering the main foyer that leads to the temple. Clearly the hunters are agitated…unaware of what true horrors await just beyond the veranda.*
Camera pans in from the sides, and showcases a very clear jungle canopy type area on the outside of a pair of rivers. Inside the main arena of this green tundra is a large almost ancient looking temple structure. This location is being approached by Bill Steingarten and his three main hunters, Thomas Udall, Sara Patterson and Johan Tramare. The area is dense with a thick, damp fog and Steingarten is on edge after his prior encounter with the Spinosaurus. As they enter the main chamber about thirty meters away from where Kelly and Arby are at the river, they come to a key ominous wall that doubles as a death trap. Steingarten stares at it for several minutes, before making a strange gesture with his face and motioning to his entourage.*
Steingarten: "Bloody hell, Sara….Udall…Tell me what it is that we are encountering here."
Thomas Udall: "Bugger all if I know, Steingarten…I've never seen a wall like that before…"
Sara Patterson: "It could be a weighted trap….Hey, look at this if I step over here….it seems pressure changes the station of where the switch will activate."
Steingarten: "Oh great, I suppose I'm supposed to ask now…What on earth do you mean by that? Leave it to a uptight woman to spoil some of our fun."
Johan Tramare: "((Laughs)) Don't worry Steingarten, I think I catch the drift here. What Sara is referring to is the wall is unstable here (((Johan easily pushes the wall 3 meters in))) and, with the proper pressure applied it will instantly activate some type of ancient trap."
Johan Tramare: "Essentially, this is a death trap built into this wall. If you press it here and here, it could trigger and automatically destroy you or me for example. It's an ancient tradition known as the East Incan Zohar Desmani Death-Trap, and that specifically there that you are touching…is a pressure sensitive tile. If too much weight falls upon it, it will activate the crusher mechanism. So if someone…accidentally applies too much pressure to it…the wall could simply shoot out and kill the coming intruder."
Johan Tramare: "But on the other hand….If you apply just the exact right amount of pressure, it will spring the trap open. And whoever springs the trap first probably won't be killed…so we can go through."
Sara Patterson: "It's basically what Johan is saying Bill, only I have a perfect solution." (She smiles)
Steingarten: "Oh I like the sound of that….So tell me more shirley."
Sara Patterson: "If the exact amount of weight is applied to the trap….over on this side…with the right amount of force, it should spring the trap early. Allowing the spikes to shoot out, but because the mechanism won't be fully open….the person coming through won't be touched or harmed."
Thomas Udall: "You sound so sure of yourself. Alright, let me test it then….. (((Udall tosses off his gear and begins putting his entire right leg on the pressure sensitive tile))) It seems it is working…."
/Suddenly Udall continues to place his full weight on one side of the tile, and his other foot on the other tile across from it. The trap shoots out, and Johan Tramare is easily able to get past it. However the spring load that's in the tile, backfires towards the column. Suddenly the spikes that would have hit Johan, trip out and hit Udall instead—which instantly stabs through and takes off part of his leg./
Steingarten: "Any other bloody bright ideas? Well, Johan?"
Thomas Udall: "Aggggh! My leg!" ((Udall stumbles backward holding his grizzled leg))
Sara Patterson: "The problem with you guys is you went in with your full weight." ((Sara then trips the tile, causing it to slide off to the side. Then hops past the spikes.)) See? Nothing to it."
/Then right as Sara jumps to the other side of the tile, her left arm accidentally springs out and touches the tile that's in the wall. This activates the reverse Looping Spike trap that's connected to the Incan Zohar Desmani trap, which circles back in a boomerang and instantly kills her. As Sara is quietly stabbed through the chest and turned into Dinosaur food, the other hunters look on in abject horror./
Thomas Udall: "Oh my god….It killed Sara! We are in a load of hurt now, Bill…What did you get us into this time!? Is any reward money from Dodgson worth the trouble we will go through?"
Bill Steingarten: "Quiet, Udall…..Although it is a terrible loss to lose Sara, we still have Johan. And often he always knows the correct course of action in these situations. Well, Johan? What now?"
Johan Tramare: "((Silence)) Although it is regrettable that Sara is no longer with us, and Udall's leg is gone….We should still be able to get around the trap. Do as I originally hinted at, trigger the trap with a burst from one of our rapid fire weapons. And after the trap is triggered, run….Run fast down that hall and don't look back."
Steingarten: "Sounds like a plan to me…." ((Steingarten scoops up Udall and begins to run into the temple corridor))
/Suddenly, a dozen spikes shoot out from the walls on both sides. As both of the hunters make a run for it, the spikes narrowly miss their head as well as legs all the way down the hall. One single step to the right or left would have killed all 3 of the hunters, so they are incredibly lucky and grateful this day. As they reach the end of the corridor and enter the next room, they see a large brass Mask in the middle of a water filled chamber. The mask appears to be related to dormant DNA Ingen or Biosyn was working on….and the water is deathly silent. It is too silent for comfort…so much that Johan begins to shout./
Johan Tramare: "I'm telling you, there's something out here….Something is alive."
Thomas Udall: "That's your imagination…..This is just a watery maze, that's all. ((He limps to the first corridor)) Let's grab the mask, grab the DNA…and get the hell out of here."
Steingarten: "Udall is right, we still have to snag the DNA for the Carnotaurus. No DNA, no pay. I think we can pull this off fine…even with only 3 of us, if we load all our weapons and be ready to shoot."
/Steingarten motions for all hunters to put their main rapid fire carbine guns into action. As they slowly circle the watery chamber, all of a sudden something…ominous..a dark shape growling in the water begins to emerge from the depths from behind each of them./
Xelius Plesiosaurus: "RRAAAWWWRRRR! GRAWAWWWRRRRRR! DRADAAWWWR!" ((Suddenly in total terror Udall begins to limp and squirm across the center column, going directly for the Mask. He is right in front of it when the Plesiosaurus hybrid instantly shoots out of the water from nowhere, and grabs a hold of Udall's right leg. It takes a massive chunk out of his leg, dragging him under the water for two minutes as all a sudden the entire chamber shakes with ferocious intensity. The hunters were now being attacked and cornered, by a hybrid Plesiosaurus of some time…a horrifying monster beyond anything they'd ever seen before.))
Steingarten: "Oh danm….Johan, unload every bit of ammo you have on that thing! NOW!"
/Both hunters shoot every last barrel of ammo they have at the Plesiosaurus, causing it to roar in anger. Udall is suddenly able to climb out of the water, with only part of his leg left intact. His face is full of gashes and cuts. And in Udall's hands, is that cursed Mask./
Johan Tramare: "You fool, Udall… Throw the Mask into the water! Let it go to its grave, we aren't here for that. That hybrid lochness monster will be back after all, and all of us will be on the menu. Get rid of that now, we came only for the Carnotaurus!"
Steingarten: "Do as he says, now…We don't need to end up fillet mignon for whatever that monstrosity is! Throw it in the water."
/Obediently, Udall tosses the mask in the water as the 3 hunters make a run for it. They zoom to the exit, only to find themselves in an empty four-way intersection. It is build like a corridor for an ancient water irrigation system. And it is in this room that two large Brass Metal doors that lead to the main entrance of the temple, can be seen. Do they dare to enter? As the 3 hunters begin to open the doors, a strong eerie sound creaks out across the temple. This was the Isle of the Dead, this is Isla Muerte.*
*MEANWHILE, over four thousand miles away….At the Biosyn headquarters in Central California, a well-dressed man known as Nathaniel Regis enters the main hall. He brings two of the hunters inside his main office rotunda, known as Miles Chadwick and Billy Yoder. They are all speaking in the conference room, as a man named Eli Mills stands in the shadows in the background./
/During this time, the events take place after Dodgson met his grisly end and apparent final fate during the conclusion to Jurassic World: Dominion. Yet Dodgson appears to still be in one piece, having returned to their California office with both Miles and Billy escorting some of the DNA samples to the meeting room. Along with him is none other than Oscar, who is likewise…somehow still alive./
Nathaniel Regis: "Ahh good work, Dodgson….I see I did a good thing keeping you going."
Dodgson: "What do you mean!?" ((Dodgson speaks and almost shouts, in an irritated way within their main meeting office.))
/Suddenly, Dodgson collapses on the ground….With a type of strange foam coming out of his mouth, as he begins to act quite strange. He no longer seems the same at all, and shouts making large expletives. His demeanor begins to change and some strange fangs also appear in part of his right hand jaw./
Nathaniel Regis: "Oh I am disappointed, Dodgson. I thought you knew by now after you helped me locate the CRAY computer system. I am the reason you are alive. Thanks to Dr. Wu's handiwork as well as Benjamin Lockwood, I brought you back from the brink of total death. You were covered in gashes, with much of your body having been consumed by the Dilophosaurus feeding group. There was no possible way you would have survived that attack, had I not brought your body inside. The same way we brought the body of Miles Chadwick in and began the experiments."
Lewis Dodgson: "What….NO! What do ya mean….WHAT DID YOU DO TO ME!?" /Dodgson screams, as his demeanor turns almost feral./
Nathaniel Regis: "I remade you, Dodgson…like I mentioned to my other corporate officers. I remade you from zero, building you up as a clone that contains all the original memories of Lewis Dodgson. But not just Dodgson himself, all of his lessons learned….Including the actual memories of the Dinosaurs too, especially the raptors.."
//Dodgson looks on in horror into the mirror as he realizes he is a construction of Biosyn now. His life, is property of Biosyn. His face, muscles and arms are his own yet he also has razor sharp teeth and extremely fast reflexes….being that his life is not his own. Benjamin Lockwood's freakish experiments that created such hellish things as the Indo-Raptor, had finally recreated him too. Although he looks nothing like a Dinosaur, Dodgson had finally awoken to the horrifying truth. He had been reconstructed from scratch using Dinosaur DNA, such as that which is seen in the Velociraptor and the Spinosaurus. Even the much lauded Carnotaurus lived inside his blood now. This is why for no apparent reason, Dodgson could jump off buildings and climb straight up towers. This is also why he could glide better than any Parachute jumper. It is also the reason Dodgson was able to heal from any disease, even cancer or diabetes./ /On top of it, this is why he no longer caught the flu. For a while, he had been wondering why he wasn't able to get sick with a flu. Although he felt perfectly human, nearly nothing about him was human anymore. He was now owned, and in fact had become what he most feared. He was now nothing more than a super-human man with monster attributes, an experiment by Biosyn gone wrong. And worse than that, he now knew his own fate was not in his hands. Dying at the Dilophosaurus had changed Dodgson in a permanent manner, in ways that never affected anyone else. It had made him a living monster./
Lewis Dodgson: "Why…You never told me, Regis…."
Eli Mills: "…"
Eli Mills: "Is the experimental DNA ready yet, Mr. Regis? Will Dodgson step aside…."
Miles: "What…..That means I'm a…..I'm a experiment too? I guess I have felt fairly funny…"
Miles: "You uh….You brought me back from death, using both Dinosaur and Human style DNA…"
Nathaniel Regis: "Of course I did, it's the only way we could beat InGen. Remember how much Peter Ludlow messed up the entire future of our expedition. They almost ruined it for all of us."
Dodgson: "How dare you do this to me! To me, I AM LEWIS DODGSON!" ((Dodgson begins to get very angry and throws Oscar into the wall, crashing everything in the office. Then all a sudden Dodgson leaps up on the table and throws 3 of the Biosyn officers out the window. Directly after this, Billy Yoder finally opens fire on Dodgson. Five direct bullets hit him, knocking him off the table.))
/Dodgson then suddenly leaps onto the center column in the office like some type of super human. He grabs Billy Yoder and tosses him out the window too./
Oscar: "Dodgson, don't do it! We need to stick together.." ((Oscar shouts as he shoots at Dodgson with a large machine gun.))
Dodgson: "You, Regis! YOU did this to me! You did this to me and Miles, and now I am done taking your orders…."
Nathaniel Regis: "Please, Dodgson…It was for the best…Only the Strong survive after all. I did it for you!"
/Dodgson suddenly angrily shouts and drags Regis out by his neck, tossing him out the window. He tosses him down 4 stories which he believes will kill Regis instantly. /
Regis: "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" /Regis screams as he falls to his presumed death.
/Outside this scene however, Officer Brennan quietly collects Regis' body to bring him outside of Biosyn so he can possibly be revived./
Dodgson: "Now Miles, Biosyn no longer belongs to that pathetic freak Regis. I have disposed of him once and for all. I am the official CEO of Biosyn International now. And you, all of you will serve me."
Dodgson: ((He shouts with an angry pounding of his fist.)) "Anymore questions?"
Eli Mills: "N-n-no….None. I will do whatever it is you ask."
/Dodgson suddenly tosses 7 more office workers out the window, making his requests clear./
Dodgson: "Yes, you will..I run the show now. Now Miles…Go out there, and you bring me the DNA samples for every one of the specimens I asked for! That means Spinosaurus, Carnotaurus all of them…. And Miles...You don't let anyone know, especially Steingarten…That I run all of Biosyn as CEO now.."
Miles: "Ye-yes Sir, yes sir…..Of course Lewis Dodgson, whatever you say. You are the boss."
Dodgson: "Good…Now….Take the helicopters and return to Site C. Find me the CRAY computer no matter what, and kill anyone else who gets in the way. Especially Dr. Grant…..I want that computer."
Oscar gulps* All 4 hunters speak at the same time: "Whatever you want Dodgson, is yours.."
The camera pans in from the right and left, showcasing the frozen jungle from multiple direct angled shots. Fade to exterior of Isla Muerte ancient temple at night, we zoom in on Bill Steingarten as he limps slowly into the main Incan ruins through the Brass front doors with a large keyhole seen outside. Large, voluminous strands of glowing light peer through the hall into the main foyer. *
Bill Steingarten: "It must be gone…The coast must be clear….Hurry, Johan and follow me…We need to locate those samples now and get the hell off this Island."
Johan Tramare: "I don't think that would be a good idea. They say these ancient temples are like shrines to the dead, possibly cursed with much turmoil and problematic symbols of a bygone era. Bill, with due respect I believe no amount is worth the trouble Dodgson or the CEO of Biosyn have put us through."
Steingarten: "Johan, just stop arguing with me….We can figure this out after. Look out to the main hall, and watch your step by keeping quiet here. That…creature, the Zeno Carnotaurus is capable of hearing you Johan no matter what side of the temple you're on…."
Johan Tramare: "Well then we should get out our grenade launchers and blast it…before getting the heck out of this wreck of a building. Miles was right! We're going to die here, if we don't leave!"
Steingarten: "Stop speaking so loudly! And, you already know I'm not leaving without my trophy…..that means that Carnotaurus deceased, lying on the floor. Where I can properly cover it with my honorary awards, or it means nothing at all. I need the DNA, Johan. Only Regis can pay me enough that I start to enjoy this job, or Dodgson…in any case my leg isn't gone yet…"
Johan: "Sure, sure. It's not gone yet Steingarten, but it sure might be….Watch your back and watch out."
Steingarten stares at the clear, crystal blue water. He steps inside the shallow end to stare as far as his eyes can go into the deeper underbelly of the cave. It is right then he notices the water stir and shake in violent waves…a darkened silhouette slowly swims through the water. It looks like the Zeno has officially dived to the other side of the arena.*
Steingarten: "Now Johan, and you to Udall! Get those harpoon launchers laced with dynamite. Get ready to blow it out of the water….as soon as I begin leading it out of the caverns.."
Steingarten quietly enters the moonlight cave and starts to lead the Carnotaurus out of the abyss below. The dinosaur roars loudly, swimming deeper into the temple's inner sanctum and cutting open large obelisks and cubes along the path. The road stretches out seemingly for many hours…with moon shining on one side and sun on the other.*
Zeno Carnotaurus: "RAAWWWRR! Graaaaawwrrr!" ((Suddenly the tunnel becomes silent with not a single sound. The air is damp and thick with a mysterious, eerie sound of death. Out of nowhere, Carnotaurus bursts out of the ground in two key stealth areas….under the water in the underwater cavern and also directly through the temple wall. In both cases, the jaws lock onto one of the Hunter's legs and begins dragging them under.))
Johan: "Udall, watch out! Oh my gawd….it tore him to pieces. That creature appeared from nowhere! Andele, andele! Where are they now?! Show me where the creatures are hiding… "
Without warning, the large Carnotaurus head shoots through the ground and drags Udall underwater in one swipe. Two of the hunters are down with two remaining.*
(((Meanwhile, two rooms north of there in an empty chamber which has an entrance to the underground river.)) ((Arby and Kelly have entered the strange Incan Ruins…and started looking towards the trees that surround its entrance. One of them has a symbol for a moon, and the other… a sun.))*
Arby: "Wait….Kelly, we can't keep moving through the ruins without passing through the door over here. And do you hear those screams!? The hunters must be in the other room"
Kelly: "Arby, arby are you looking at the water and see that…..What is that….."
A strange set of dimmed out yellow eyes beam back at them while they stare into the water. The eyes have a very unsettling feeling about them. They continue to dart back and forth hastily, from Kelly to Arby. Suddenly a large, hideous forearm appears in the water. It looks like a giant shark of some kind yet nobody can tell. *
Arby: "That is….that's the Carnotaurus I saw from before…..Oh my god…Run!"
Suddenly, the two teenagers dive into the water as the snout of the Carnotaurus bursts inside the chamber out of nowhere. They swim down a long tunnel, which changes into two paths. The zeno Carnotaurus, which is able to swim underwater from birth, quietly swims after them at a fierce speed. One of them locks its jaws around Arby's left foot, tearing one of the toes clear off.*
Arby: "AAGGGGHHHH….Kelly, get us out of here! It is coming to eat us…"
Kelly: "What do you suppose is on the menu? Ahhhhhhhh"
Arby: "Clear as day, what's on the menu is us…"
Arby quietly swims down the second fork, and takes out his harpoon launcher. He shoots it in three sharp bursts at the stalking Carnotaurus…Forcing it to fall back on its hind feet and stumble. The two teenagers then run out of the water into the other side of the room's trap door. There, they see the symbols for the moon and on the other side the Sun.*
Arby: "It's a….Wait Kelly, don't look at your computer right now. It's a time and shadow puzzle. We both have to shine moonlight on side of the Incan ruins at the right spot, and then on the other side…reflect the Sun light at the right moment to disperse the walls."
Kelly: "I see it….I hope you know what you're doing. ((Kelly then reflects the light beams in the correct order, which begins to disperse the wall. On the other side lies a terrifying sight they do not wish to revisit, it is Bill Steingarten…And his leg is half chewed off. The rocks then caved in near the main hallway two clicks east of them. They were trapped…..inside a tomb of ancient ruins.*
Steingarten: "Johan! Jeezuz they swallowed his arm. Gawd, do I hate being right all the time…."
Fade to a far-away panning shot of the ruins, showing the Carnotaurus actively swimming within the dense walls and fog of its inner sanctum. This is the most terrifying place they had yet been.*
