Author's Note:

Hello everyone. I'm back with another chapter. Sorry for the wait. Its finals season for me and my fellow accelerated classmates. I've been busy with both my job and my school. However, I was able to write this up during the few hours a week I had free.

With that I also wanted to say thank you all so much for over 200 Favorites and 275 follower! This story is officially in the top 10 most followed Street Fighter x Naruto Fanfic on the site! Again, even if I had zero attention, I would've continued to write this story, but the support has been incredible so thank you all.

I will also apologize right now, this chapter is shorter than expected, but with my lack of free time, I felt like I had to get something out. I will say that due to a holiday break, I will have some more free time this next few days, so perhaps I will have another chapter sooner than you all might think.

Chapter 6: The Underbelly of the City

Metro City, Chinatown

February 5, 2009, 3pm:

It was just another day of training in the center of Chinatown. Chun Li's afternoon class is just getting started. As Chun Li herself monitors the group of students as a whole, Li Fen was seen to the side helping a certain blonde ninja out.

*Crash*, "Damn it!" Naruto curses out as he once again lands awkwardly on his head. A rather large bump was starting to form due to him constantly hitting his head against the ground.

The Spinning Bird Kick.

A signature of Chun Li's style. She made it famous across the world. Many try and fail to master such a complicated and gravity-defying move. This is what we are seeing Naruto try and perform. Despite knowing them for about a month, this is the first time that Chun Li isn't teaching him, but rather his fellow student Li Fen.

Speaking of Li Fen, she was seen giggling at Naruto's pain. I guess everyone has their moments of struggle. Up until then, Naruto has absorbed Chun Li's teachings like a sponge. He can perform almost all of her signature techniques. The Spinning Bird Kick was the last move that he had to perform. Yet it seems that they finally found something he struggles with.

*Grrr* "What am I doing wrong?!" Naruto exclaims out loud. Clearly frustrated with his inability to perform this technique. He's been practicing this technique for the past 4 sessions. The longest time it has taken him to master any of the moves done by either Luke or Chun Li. He was actually getting tired! sweat was falling from his forehead and causing his mesh shirt to cling to his body uncomfortably.

He then looks over at Li Fen, now having calmed down. "Well Naruto. For starters, you aren't getting any forward momentum. The point of the move is to move forward." She states. When Naruto begins to do the move, he doesn't lunge forward. Instead, he appears to try and hover in the same spot.

"Next, while you have the power and the necessary flow of Chi, your form is off. You aren't moving your hips enough and your legs are swinging either. Its all about getting a good launch." She states while point at Naruto's stance before he tries to perform the move.

With a sigh, he gets ups, and looks at Li Fen, "Can you show me it again? Maybe I can get it with one more demonstration." He asks. With a sigh, Li Fen agrees and gets ready to perform it again.

She gets into a low stance with the left leg firmly planted in front of her right leg. She then crouches a bit more so that she was nearly sitting on the ground. Naruto then sees almost all of her muscles in her legs flex in an instance, then she leaned forward, placing her hands on the ground, followed by her swinging her right leg over her body, then doing the same with her left leg. What followed was a brief split handstand, then using her hands and hips, she rotates her body, getting it off the ground and moving forwards. Turning her legs into a spinning propeller.

"SPINNING BIRD KICK!" She states as she heads into the direction of Naruto, bracing for a hit, Naruto placed his forearms out in front of him, preparing to be hit by the move. However, showing extreme control, Li Fen stopped herself a mere 2ft before reaching Naruto. Normally, people using this move need to hit something or travel a bit of distance to stop themselves. Yet Li Fen did so within a 10 ft range and stopping directly in front of Naruto.

She sees that Naruto braced for the impact, giggled lightly, before walking up to him, and tapping his left cheek with her finger, getting him to drop his guard and look at her with amazement in his eyes.

"Wow Li Fen, that was so cool! You make it look so effortless." A light blush formed on her face as she accepted the praise. Despite knowing how good she was, having Naruto, who totally isn't her crush or anything like that, felt nice receiving the compliment.

"Alright I see what I did wrong, I didn't use my hands to start my rotation." He states while getting into the same stance as Li Fen did earlier. "Alright here goes nothing." With that, he copies her method of rotating, this time getting his hands firmly planted and twisted his whole body. Combine with some Chakra manipulation, he got off the ground, and began to spin.

"SPINNING BIRD KICK!" Naruto did it. It wasn't that fast, nor was it all that pretty, but it was a really good attempt for a newbie. He began to move forward, while also speeding up his rotation. After about 20ft of movement, he came to a stop.

*Thump*"Ow. Damnit!" Well, the landing can be better. With a light giggle, Li Fen begins to walk towards her laptop after getting some amusement from Naruto's training. She has to say, even if he wasn't hot, he was such a fun person to be around. Ever since he came by to learn from her Jiejie, Li Fe can safely say there was never a dull moment when Naruto is around.

From the exciting sparring matches, to even the joke thrown between the three from time to time. Li Fen also discovered that, while not as bad as Ryu, Naruto doesn't know much about modern day technology and the online culture. So, after every day, she and her sister take turns teaching him all about it. This combined with their second and third visit to Naruto's job has allowed the three of them to build a close bond with each other.

She can't be sure, but Li Fen is liking this friendship between her and Naruto, it almost makes her other feelings feel…out of place. Don't get her wrong, he is still very handsome and if he were to ever ask her out, she would say yes with out a doubt. Yet, her relationship with him as it is will do for now.

As Naruto continues to practice the Spinning Bird Kick, Li Fen opens her laptop, and begins to look over her social media and other sites. While she does do important things on this device, it also allows her to pass time when the day seems to go by slowly.

As Li Fen got situated under the pavilion, Chun Li noticed this and sighed. She understands that times have changed, and that Li Fen isn't the same as her, but it does somewhat bother her that Li Fen doesn't seem to enjoy training as much as she wants her to. Chun Li looked back at her students, most of which were going through the warmups with one of her assistance. They seemed occupied enough, she starts to head over to Li Fen, before pausing.

She will probably do what she always does, *sigh* what can I do to distract her. Or at the very least, motivate her… As she trying to come up with a solution, she looks over at Naruto, who is still practicing her "Spinning Bird Kick" technique. She smiles and calls out to him.

"Naruto, can I speak with you?" Naruto, hearing her call out, stopped his training, grabbed his water that was near him, and headed over to her. "Hey Chun Li, what do you need?" He states before taking a sip from his drink.

"I wanted to ask, what do you think is a good way to increase someone's motivation to train?" She is asking to see if he has any ideas that can be applied to Li Fen.

Naruto places his water down and begins to think, placing his hand under his chin. "Well, there are a lot of ways to get people motivated. I think the best way is to have a goal in mind." He states while also forming a fist and holding it in front of him, "For example, my goal is to get strong enough to protect those precious to me." He tightens his fist, to emphasis the passion behind his words.

Chun Li stares at Naruto, both interested and fascinated by his goal and what he says. "I see. I must say, that is an admiral goal. How did you come up with it?" She hasn't seen that much passion from anyone since Ryu. Event then, his wasn't as intense.

"Actually, it was a goal that a friend of mine had. They fought tooth and nail to protect those he deems precious. All the way until the bitter end." As Naruto finishes his sentence, his eyes gain a bit of sadness in them, telling Chun Li everything she needed to know about this friend's status.

"I'm sorry for the loss, and for possibly bringing up bad memories." She wasn't expecting that to turn depressing. So, she felt that she needed to apologize. Almost immediately, Naruto's demeanor changed again to his carefree self. "Its fine Chun Li, it happened a long time ago." With that, Naruto asked, "So, why bring up motivation, is something wrong?" Concern was now present in his blue eyes.

Chun Li fixed her hair, "To be honest," she then turns her head to look at Li Fen, "I've been worried lately about Li Fen. There are some … events in our past that has me worried." Remembering her past missions, and major adventures, "I can't always be there to protect Li Fen, and the world is always full of strong opponents, with some that don't have the best intentions, nor are they always sane." She finishes, before looking back at Naruto.

"I want her to get stronger, but I think she believes to be fine with what she has. I was trying to see if you may have any ideas as to how I can change that." While she doesn't feel right letting Naruto know about her past enemies, she is ok with revealing some of her concerns to him. Afterall, he's earned some trust.

Scratching the back of head, Naruto begins to think, "I see. I can understand that you want to be there for her always, but you can't be there in two places at once." He continues to think, before deciding, "tell you what, maybe I can spend some time with Li Fen. perhaps some private training lessons, or even some activities not related to training. I can see what she wants to do, and then I can tell you about it."

Naruto has spent plenty of time with the two sisters, some will even say their relationship has developed a lot, to the point its no longer a teacher(s)-student relationship, but rather casual friends. Naruto was actually planning on spending some time with Li Fen, since he kind of sees her as a sister as well.

"Oh, I wouldn't want to trouble you." While she likes the idea, she doesn't feel right, essentially asking someone to help her out. Naruto shakes is head from side to side, "No worries, Chun Li. I was actually planning on inviting her to participate in the fair in a couple of weeks." With that Naruto gives her a thumbs up, "Don't worry Chun Li, I will always be here to support or help you and Li Fen." He states with his signature foxlike grin.

With a sigh, Chun Li smiles back at Naruto, "Alright Naruto, thank you for your help." She states, before getting notified by her assistant that the rest of the class was done with warmups, "Sorry, duty calls, please let me know as soon as you get anything. I am counting on you." With that she begins to walk towards the rest of her class.

With that Naruto, begins to walk towards Li Fen, taking a sip of water while heading towards her. Once he got to her, he sat down in the seat next to her. After finishing his drink, he closes it, and begins to look at Li Fen is doing, "Hey Li Fen, what are you doing?"

"Oh, hey Naruto. Nothing much, I'm just looking over somethings." She states briefly looking in his direction, before looking back at the screen. Naruto, scratching his right cheek then states, "you seemed to like that laptop a lot. Personally, I don't really understand it still, even with all your help." Honestly, the internet just seems to be filled with distractions.

Chuckling lightly, Li Fen looks away from her laptop and at Naruto, " The things that this can do in the right hands is nothing short of spectacular." With a sigh she then states, "Unfortunately, not everyone sees it importance." She states getting a sad look on her face.

"What do you mean by that Li Fen?" Naruto asks, letting Li Fen know he is all ears.

"Jie jie's always nagging me about being on my computer all the time. I wished she'd get it through her head that I'm a white hat hacker-I'm not just watching Footube all day here!" She finishes while looking at Naruto, seeing that he is letting her talk and is listening, she continues.

"And I mean, it's not like I don't like training or anything, I'd love to get ripped like you and her." Before continuing , she sees that a notification appeared on her screen, after looking at it, begins to think, Its them again. Maybe Naruto can help me with this little problem. She looks at Naruto who is showing some concern about her stopping mid-thought.

"On that topic, there's been some guys causing trouble around here lately." She types for a bit, before motioning Naruto to get closer and look at the screen, which had a picture of some guy, wearing a white tank top, black pants, and shoes, with a cardboard box on his head. "They call themselves the Canary Crate Gang, I guess because they wear yellow carboard boxes on their heads?" She gets out of that window, turning the screen away from Naruto.

"Whatever. The case is, they've been attacking people at random. Personally, I'd love to teach them a lesson myself, but Jiejie doesn't like me doing that type of work, so I was wondering if you can do it?" She asks Naruto, who was thinking, before nodding, "Of course, I'll take care of it." He begins to get up, before Li Fen gets his attention,

" I know you have your own style, but I think you should try and use Chun Li's style. Afterall, it can be a great way to practice the Spinning Bird Kick." Nothing beats real-life experience. "Alright then, I can do that. So, where are they?" He states getting some stretches in before heading off.

Li Fen points to the street that leads them to her favorite Shaobing spot, "They tend to be around that street, sticking to corners, away from the crowd, just keep an eye out for the cardboard boxes." With that, Naruto finishes his stretches, waves goodbye, and heads off. Sighing a little bit, Li Fen can't help but look on as he gets further away from him. Man, his back is so muscular… he forgot his jacket… *stare*. Naruto was off, wearing only his long-sleeved, see through mesh shirt that did little to hide his build.

" Li Fen, are you thinking about Shaobing again?" A blush formed on her cheeks and a started gasp came out of Li Fen's mouth as Chun Li looked back at her. She felt moister fall off the corner of her lip. "Eh, sorry Jiejie." I can't believe I drooled, thank God Jiejie gave me an excuse. She was a teenage girl, let her fantasize.

In the next Street with Naruto

As Naruto navigates through the busy street, he tries to keep an eye out for anyone with a cardboard box. For obvious reasons, they appear to be trying to stay out of sight.

"Ahh, let me go!" Suddenly, a pre-teen boy was seen in the middle of four gang members who all had yellow cardboard boxes. 3 males and 1 female, with the female appearing to be the leader of the group. "Shut up brat. We told you that if we saw you again, we'd make you pay for what you did to one of us." She was referring to one of the members whose shirt had yellow paint staining it.

Seeing that no one else was going to interfere, whether it be fear or ignorance, Naruto decided to make his presence known.

"Hey dirtbags! Why don't you pick on someone your own size!" Naruto states getting the attention of all four members. One of the males, with pale skin and the stained shirt responded, "Well lookie here, is this one of your friends. I must say, you know how to pick weaklings for friends." He looks between Naruto and the boy, before laughing.

"Don't worry boss, you can continue roughing up the kid, we'll take care of this." Another male, with tannish skin tone, stated as the three members move towards Naruto.

The busy street suddenly stopped in its tracks as spectators began to gather and watch a potential fight break out.

"Alright blondie. I hope you can back up those words." One of the males stepped up, cracking his knuckles, before getting into a generic loose boxing stance.

Heh, what terrible form. Naruto comments, before readying himself as well. Switching into Chun Li's style, something the female member took notice of.

The male lunges forward, throwing a very telegraphed punch aimed for Naruto face. Naruto simply moved his head to side, then in the same motion, threw a chop at his chest, causing him to stumble backwards, this was followed by a kicked that connected with his head, causing the gang member to spin, before Naruto used the same leg to land a straight kick right to the chest of the member, sending him crashing into some trash cans.

When he didn't get up, Naruto looked back at the other two members. Who appear to be slightly sweating, "T-t-that was just luck, yeah. L-let's see him do that a-against both of us." One of them stated as they both charged at Naruto at the same time. What followed was a series of ducks and weaves by Naruto as the two tried to hit him with their punches but couldn't land one. Finally, one of them backed up slightly, before going for a jumping downward punch. Timing the grab, Naruto guided the punch to the side of him, then he grabbed the arm, bringing the gang member in a choke hold, before turning around, letting the same male gang member take a downward axe kick from his partner, essentially knocking him out.

Naruto then threw the unconscious member away towards the other. The one that threw the kicked, stunned at the tides turning, backup slightly, before, ending up on the receiving end of an elbow to the stomach, which lead to a leg sweep, and before he landed on the ground, Naruto used his arms to spin the leg sweep around and land another kick straight to the face, once again, sending him straight into the pile of the other two gang members.

After following through, Naruto gets up and is now looking at the female member, who threw the kid away and was heard growling at Naruto. "I remember now. It took me a while to realize it. Your that cop's uprising student. The so-called, "prodigy of martial arts". Well, news flash, I'm not like those weaklings." She then gets into the same stance that Naruto was using, "I may not of been taught by the cop, but after spying on her lessons, I am very confident that I am more than capable of beating even her best students. So how about it, still want to fight?' Instead of responding, Naruto also got into the same stance, the crowd have all collectively gasped at the potential fight before them.

A fight between two fighters using the same style. These fights always get personal since the fighters are essentially being compared to each other throughout the fight.

"Heh, suit yourself. We may be an up-and-coming gang, but the Canary Crate Gang will be feared and respected!" With that the fight officially began. As the two began to circle each other, they were trying to see which one of them will move first.

I know I shouldn't really try, but I kind of really want to embarrass her. Naruto smiled to himself, before readjusting his position. He decided to copy the first fight he ever saw from Chun Li. He stood straight, placed both hands behind his back, and stared directly at the female gang member, "Bring it on." This of course got a response from his opponent.

"Ha ha ha ha! Are you stupid, you must really want me to kick your dumb ass. Maybe after I finish beating it, I can use it for some fun later on." She finishes stating, despite having a box over her head, Naruto could easily imagine her licking her lips.

She jumped in the air, aiming a kick right for his exposed chest, Naruto dodged to the side, before ducking under a high kick, then stepping over a leg sweep. She then followed with a rapid furry of chops aimed for his joints and neck. He gracefully moved around all of them. Then, after an overextension by the gang member, with her lunging downwards and stretching her whole body for a low stomach punch, Naruto jumped over it, and step onto her back. It didn't do any damage, but the disrespect was definitely noticeable. Naruto then got off of her back and jumped back a couple of feet as she tried to land sloppy "Spinning Bird Kick".

"You got a lot of nerve to do that. When I get my hands on you, you'd wish that you never got out of bed today!" She launched herself again, going for a variety of kicks, and chops, with none of them landing. After a side kick missed, she tried to follow through, before Naruto, essentially shoulder tackled her to the ground landing on her back. Her leg, while still in the air, was then grabbed by Naruto, and he then used it to flip her on her stomach, then grabbed the other one and wrapped them both around his leg, which he then sat on her lower back (Essentially, the Sharpshooter Submission hold from WWE). This place a huge amount of pressure on her back.

While screaming, she was doing everything in her power to get out of it, but Naruto was simply too strong. "Tell me where your leader is." Naruto stated, while increasing the pressure more. She let out another scream before looking back at him.

"GO to hell Asshole!" She is now clawing at the ground, trying to grab something to get him to let go. Realizing that she wasn't going to talk like this, He got off of her slightly, enough to spin his body around so now his is facing her, he then timed his grabbing of both her elbows, then with one arm, pulls her arms back towards him while her legs were still wrapped around his leg. The original hold was now changed into a different one where Naruto was essentially trying to turn her into the Letter U. The screams were now reaching a new level of volume. She wiggled and shook, but again, Naruto was simply not budging.

"Last time, where is your leader." Naruto states, pulling her arms back a little bit more. Tears were now seen in the corner of her eyes, she continued to scream before finally caving in, "Alright, Alight, I give in. Just please let me go. I'll talk!" When she finished her statement, he immediately let go of the hold. She went landed on the floor. Breathing deeply and groaning loudly.

"Alright then, where are they?" Naruto states, kneeling down in front of her. She is still writhing in pain, but managed to get out, "He's… on *groans* that *silent scream* roof." She finishes, pointing at a specific roof. Naruto thanked her, not sure if she heard it, and began to make his way up towards the roof.

He finds two ladders that gets him all the way to top. The roof was definitely their main headquarters, some of the members were seen punching away at a punching bags, others were chatting. One of them, a fairly muscular male was by himself looking over the railing and down at the people. Naruto begins to call out, "Which one of you is the leader!?" All eyes were on him, except the one lone male.

Said lone male, without looking at him, spoke in a slightly deep voice. "What's your business with us? You have a death wish?" He states finally turning around. He was wearing a black tank-top, different from the other members who wore either white or grey. He also had black combat gloves. His skin color was fair, with decently large muscles.

"Word got to me that your little gang was causing trouble for the citizens of Chinatown. I decided to do something about it. It's not like you guys are all that scary." Naruto stated, getting a rise from the rest of the gang members.

The Boss chuckles before moving towards the middle of the rooftop. "Do you know why we wear these cardboard boxes. Its to show the world that we mean business! Who are you to tell us what to do. People like you will get what's coming to them." He then looks at the rest of his members.

What kind of reasoning is that! Those things look Stupid! A sweat begins to form on Naruto's head after hearing the ridiculous reason as to why they do it.

The male held his hands out almost like a gladiator and looked at the rest of his gang, "Everyone, take a seat. I'm about to show this asshole how much of a dumbass he is for picking a fight with the Canary Crate Gang!" Cheers were heard as the gang leader got into a fighting stance, beckoning Naruto to get closer and start the fight.

Why do they always say that. And why are they so eager to fight! Some things are just out of his control. He gets into Chun Li stance, while the gang member gets into a standard boxing stance. "Alright whiskers, just remember, you have no one to blame but yourself for this ass whooping."

The Gang member started the fight by channeling Chi into his jump, then launching himself into a dive kick at Naruto. Naruto moved out of the way, and threw a side chop to his neck, the leader ducked out of the way, before throwing two punches at Naruto, Naruto blocked with his forearms. He then went for a high knee to his face, which also was absorbed by Naruto's block, Naruto then, use that to throw a spinning side kick, which connected with his side, sending the leader back a couple of feet.

"Heh, well you may be somewhat entertaining." As he was about to move, he noticed that Naruto wasn't in front of him. "Behind you boss!" Too late, next thing he knew, he was sent into the air, and then juggled by Naruto's "SPINNING BIRD KICK!" When Naruto finished channeling the move. The boss was slammed into the wall.

Naruto, while not the best-looking form, still managed to land without hitting his head. Improvements. That could've been embarrassing.

Naruto then threw a Kikoken at him. The boss, again, not expecting this, was hit slamming him again into the wall. Trying again to get up, he sent to the wall again, curtsey of Naruto's flying Karate kick. A spider crack formed where the boss was slammed into. The boss was left panting and in a lot of pain, Naruto knew the fight was over.

The boss was seen siting up, now resting against the wall, the rest of the gang, were frozen in place. None dared move towards Naruto for fear of getting a beating as well.

"Ugh, Shit! What is it … with martial artists today. *Ack* First … that Bosch fellow and now you". Naruto eyes widen in shocked. "Bosch?". The boss looked at Naruto.

"You know that Bosch guy? *groans* He came at us not so long ago, just like your doing right now." What was Bosch doing here?

"Do you know anything about him? Did he say why he was here, where he is going?". Naruto asked, almost demanding from the boss. The leader, while groaning, reached for something in his back pocket, and grabbed what looked like an ID card.

"If I tell you what I know, will you leave us alone." He states will looking at Naruto, "Only of you stop picking on the weak." With a slight chuckle the leader nodded. "This was on him when he came by it fell from him when he was running away. He wanted information on Mad Gear, you know, the old heads in the gang world." Mad Gear, the ones in red. Interesting, why is Bosch looking into them.

Naruto asked, "Can you tell me why he is asking about Mad Gear?" The leader shrugs, "All I heard was that he had a plan to swipe some cash they were sending to another organization. Can you believe that the once feared and powerful Mad Gear reduced to being in the pocket of another. Sad." Alright, I have to see for myself. "Can you tell me where this deal is happening?" Naruto asked one last time. The leader, that by now has gotten up and limped his way towards the railing again stated,

"All I know is that the deal is happening tonight, in an alleyway located just south of Beat square. Heh, I will say, be really to retrieve a corpse, Mad Gear, while weaker then before, are still ruthless" With that Naruto made his way back down from the rooftop. A new goal in mind.

Just what in the hell are you doing Bosch. The only thing that Naruto knew, is that he will be there to try and provide as much help to Bosch as possible.

Metro City: S.I.R.N. Building:

Inside One of the Main Labs, 10:30pm:

S.I.R.N. is an organization that is revolutionizing the world of robotics and A.I. For the past few years, they've made public statements about their production of potential prototypes and inventions for the public to be known. These came in the form of drones. Several drones with different functions were revealed to the public. Most were built to help with house chores or even aid workers with their days.

Despite all the positive support by the public, they did receive one main criticism,

Uncontrollable. Bugs.

In random moments, the A.I that powers the robot goes haywire, either malfunctioning or worse becoming aggressive and dangerous. Several robots have suffered from this bug and are now considered rouge to even the company. Despite these setbacks, people are very aware that this technology will be perfected eventually.

The face of this new push for A.I improvement, Dr. Lloyd, dark skin, white crazy hair, fairly old and short, is a highly respected genius in the world of robotics and engineering. Despite the challenges and potential backlash, Dr. Lloyd took the job of being head of S.I.R.N's developmental team for this new technology. Not only will it be a new challenge for him, but it was also a way to work on a pet project of his.

However, he wasn't the only one with this much influence. Despite being the highest ranked official in the building on paper, secretly, another scientist is actually the one in charge. His name is Dr. Icarus Skowronek, a male with tannish skin, in their later 30s, black hair but with grey appearing on the side of his head, and a beard and mustache combo on his face. He looked more like a model than a scientist. Despite being way younger than Dr. Lloyd, Skowronek has taken the research that Lloyd used, and already tried to apply it to other…purposes.

The higher ups are simply using Dr. Lloyd's image as the face of their organization. Meanwhile, Skowronek is the one actually holds the power and decides what needs to be done. Right now, Dr. Lloyd has headed home for the day. This means it's time for the night team to do their work. Skowronek has an entirely different team working for him during the nights. Today was a very special day.

The big boss himself has reached out and told him that he will be taking over the Copycat fighting A.I program. How exciting. He was told on not only bettering the program, but also add additional features to them.

As his team begins to run tests, Dr. Skowronek looks over the descriptions of what the CEO wants to be added, as well as the notes left by the previous team.

Hmph, should've given it to me from the beginning. Dr. Alani's mix-matched squad was never suited for this project. Let's see, lack of control… difficult to turn off, you would think these idiots would've solved some of these problems on their own. Don't get him wrong, he holds some respect for all head scientists in S.I.R.N., but who was he kidding, none were even in his stratosphere.

Dr. Skowronek, after finishing looking over the notes, used his computer to project some instructions, blueprints, and schematics on the bigger screen in their lab.

The lab itself is fairly big, much like the lab given to Dr. Alani's team, the difference though is that his team has a lot more access to robotic tools, a stronger A.I software programming system, and more resources. While all the scientists have cubicles, they all faced the middle of the room, which had a giant projector screen, a podium, and access to a safe door just to the left side of the screen. On the right side of the screen, a glass window into a testing room was seen.

Dr. Skowronek, finished at his computer, took a tablet, and stood at the podium as the big screen behind him showed the documents sent to him by their CEO.

"My fellow scientists," he states projecting his voice so that the whole lab can know to pay attention, "today, begins a new project that was given to us by our CEO. We are tasked with improving the Copycat A.I inside these robots." He states as the blueprints for the robots appear on screen.

"Team 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B. You all will be tasked with locating the bug that is plaguing within the code. The rest, we will be working on some new parts and producing more of these robots for the A.I. We will begin testing soon." With that, the teams disperse to work on their tasks.

Dr. Skowronek himself, returned to his desk and continue to look over the letter and note that the CEO sent him.

I apologize for this last-minute request, but I wanted to know if we can add a DNA collector on the robot's design. According to Dr. Alani, coding in the fighting styles wasn't the problem. Chi is also needed. Please try and find something that can help fix this problem. I've known you for some time now doctor, I trust that you remember why we began this project to begin with. Of course, he does.

While he was the secret head of S.I.R.N's science team, he was actually brought in knowing full well who the boss really is. The identity of the "Higher ups" is only known by a select few. Afterall, after the death of M. Bison, Shadaloo had to rebound somehow.

Yes. The Shadaloo organization is not dead. Just because the death of M. Bison happened, doesn't mean this org is done fighting. The "Boss" actually came up with a plan to possibly shake the whole world's foundation. A plan that he knew about and was trusted with.

Yet, there was one thing that always pissed off Skowronek. Despite being apart of Shadaloo for a long time, he was never given the same treatment as other higher ups. Sure, he wasn't a part of the "upper management", but with all his dedication and hard work, he'd expected a little bit of acknowledgement. Instead, they only saw him as a tool.

Him! One of their most productive and loyal scientists they ever had! HE revolutionize their D.O.L.L. program, HE created the Feng Shui Engine, HE helped create S.I.R.N's new reputation. Yet, he is nothing more than pawn, an expendable troop to them.

*Inhales* *Exhales* Patience. Their time will come. I must first do as they say. Soon I can show them what they missed out. A dark smile appeared on his face as he continues to look over the notes. Their time will come, I can't act yet. But just you wait. This world is not ready for Icarus Skowronek!

The new requests and notes from the CEO will give him the perfect excuse to work more on his own pet project without arousing suspicions. Dr. Skowronek pulled out a key from one of his pockets, first making sure that all of his scientists weren't looking at his direction. His office, while closed off from the rest of the room, had windows that allowed him to see them.

He then leaned down and pulled a safe out from under his desk, The safe was then unlocked which contained a roll of blueprint paper labeled "H.E.R.C.L.S". This was his project, something that not only will earn him respect, but possibly move him to the very top of the food chain. Its an idea that existed in his head for some time now, yet now, with the development of the Copycat A.I, he can officially make more progress on it.

He chuckled to himself, seemingly fantasizing the demise of those that disrespected him. Just the thought brought him more joy than anything else in the world.

Soon, the world will know exactly who Dr. Icarus Skowronek is.

There you have it folks, Chapter 6 has come to an end. It's the holiday season, I will be given some more free time so expect an update to this chapter sooner then you might think.

It looks like S.I.R.N has some internal conflicts. And yes, Dr. Skowronek is an OC character. He will be around for a bit. I know I said that I wanted to focus on SF 6 mainly, but I think the story I want to tell needs some more conflict for Naruto to experience. Especially with how he will be changing things.
