Raven Rock:

Rosby: Crownlands:

Rosby was a small settlement located on the Rosby Road, the main road that linked the city of King's Landing with the town of Duskendale. The castle was not impressive but it was still a major trade link on the road and had a small village. The castle had once been ruled by House Rosby but following Martin's Rebellion, House Rosby was now extinct as Lord Gyles Rosby had been executed for his crimes during Joffrey's rule and while he had been married twice, he remained childless and Rosby had been granted to the sellsword Bronn.

After the Battle of King's Landing, Bronn had become a minor noble but it was more than enough for the sellsword as now he had proper place to show his wealth. Bronn had been named Ser Bronn of the Blackwater which he used to create his noble House, House Blackwater. He was also known as Bronn the Titan Slayer since he slew a Daedric Titan during the Battle. He had used this idea to create his sigil of a black Titan with a sword in its head on a grey field. His fame caused small knights to swear themselves to him and since other houses in the Crownlands had also lost their lands, Bronn's power grew to take over the small holdfasts of Hayford, Stockworth and Sow's Horn which made him one of the more powerful lords in the Crownlands as now he had quite a large amount of farmland to govern. He had also married one of Lord Rykker's daughters which gave him proper links to nobility. Bronn was a man who liked to sleep with woman but after marrying his new wife, he decided to remain loyal to her as she was better than any girl he slept with and now she was pregnant with his first child.

Bronn's story had made him a popular figure with many smallfolk but now everyone had been happy about a lowborn man ruling them and when the Sparrows tried to muscle their way onto Bronn's new land, they found allies in these people. But Bronn had been prepared for this as Martin had warned him and very quickly, the Sparrows were dealt with.

Right now, Rosby had a large camp outside as the Ninth Legion led by Legate Skulnar had camped outside the town since it was the closest settlement to King's Landing and they were just waiting for the order from the King if they were needed to crush the Sparrows. Skulnar had gathered his leading men in his tent which included Bronn since these were his lands and included the Archer Angi, the archer who had helped in the hunt for the Jagged Crown and a scout called Noster Eagle Eye who was a veteran scout who had been scouting the city in preparation for the march.

Skulnar along with Bronn, Noster and Angi were in the Commander's Tent planning "So Noster, was is the situation in King's Landing?" Skulnar questioned

"It's not as bad as we origionally thought." Noster stated "These Sparrows only control a few areas such as Flea Bottom and the Great Sept. Most of the Sparrows have been isolated and there is fighting throughout the city between the Sparrows and people who hate the Sparrows."

"That makes this job much easier for us." Angi stated

"It does." Skulnar replied "Our orders are to kill every Sparrow we find which should be easy because they carved markings onto their forehead. If any do surrend then throw them in chains but from what I heard, they will fight till the end."

"How dangerous are these Sparrows?" Bronn questioned

They looked at Noster who snorted "In terms of fighting they stand no chance against us. They don't wear armour, only brown robes. They fight with pitchforks and spiked clubs, weapons that won't even penetrate our armour. If a group surrounded one of us then we may be in trouble but we're going in as a full army."

Skulnar nodded "Get the men ready to march, if we leave now then we should be at King's Landing within a day. The quicker we deal with this situation, the better."

Angi and Noster nodded and left in order to prepare their men.

Great Sept: King's Landing:

Deep below the Great Sept of Baelor in the old tunnels which had been built as secret tunnels throughout King's Landing. The Sparrows were using the old storerooms as cells for sinners but since their great Uprising had not gone as planned, most of them were empty. They had believed that the people would rise up and support them but instead they got strong Resistance from the people of the city. Most of the people saw nothing wrong with King Martin, he was not a tyrant who suppressed them and he cared for them better than most Kings had done. Many people didn't want war and the Sparrows were also a threat to their daily lives, in their eyes, they believed the Sparrows wanted to control their lives and they were not interested in that.

Despite the failure of their uprising, the Sparrows now had a secret weapon that would protect them from the repercussions of their actions. And that Secret Weapon was now lying in one of their cells.

Lady Alessia Tyrell woke up and was shocked to find herself lying on a bed of straw wearing ragged clothes in a cell. She got up and banged on the door "What is the meaning of this!" she shouted "Do you know the punishment for kidnapping a lady of high birth and one of royal birth?"

The door opened and a man who Alessia did not know entered but the woman standing next to him Alessia did know. And it was someone who Alessia was not pleased to see. "You!" she spat "What are you doing Unella, do you realise what you've done?"

"I am punishing you for your sins!" Septa Unella spat "Ladies do not make demands; they make confessions, confess you sins and repent."

Alessia spat on the floor "You do not make demands of me. When my brother finds out what you've done, you will not get away with this."

"The gods gave me and my Sparrows a Holy mission to bring the Light of the Seven back to this world away from the false Divines." The High Sparrow said calmly, unlike Unella, he was much calmer.

Alessia glared at the man "You can speak you beliefs but I will not listen." She hissed "Get out!"

"You better rethink your words Heathen!" Unella spat "For if you don't, you shall burn in the Seven Hells for all eternality!"

Alessia snapped at that and threw the straw on the floor at Unella "GET OUT YOU HATEFUL BITCH!"

"Enough Unella." The High Sparrow said "Let me speak to her myself." Unella left and the High Sparrow sat down on a stone seat "Listen my dear, you've been led astray. The only Gods around here are the Seven."

Alessia just spat in his face "The things I have seen disprove that. I've seen the Power my brother wields which is a power from the Nine Divines. You can speak these beliefs, but you cannot force you beliefs on others, no one wants that and kidnapping the sister of the King is treason. How do you think he's going to react to that? Now I know where we are, we're back in King's Landing at the Sept of Baelor, all it takes is for Martin to call in his army and stamp you down."

The High Sparrow sighed "I will pray for you my lady and I hope you will see the truth of the world." He got out and left the room leaving Alessia alone. She knew that once her brother heard about what had happened he would react quickly and put an end to these Sparrows who had know committed treason instead of just being troublemakers.

Raven Rock: Solstheim:

The Journey from Lorath to Raven Rock had taken another week but they were finally there. The Northern Maiden had sailed past the Island of Ib and further East past the Bone Mountains until travelling north towards the island of Solstheim.

Jon and his company were on the deck as they approached the harbour of the town known as Raven Rock and the first thing that Jon saw was that the houses of the town were completely different, instead of the usual wood or stone houses, the houses looked like they were made from some kind of leather. Captain Gjalund had explained that the Dark Elves tended to build most of their buildings underground and that after the eruption of a large volcano nearly 400 years ago; Raven Rock had to be completely rebuilt.

"Well here we are" Gjalund said as the ship sailed into Raven Rock Harbour "Welcome to Raven Rock."

Then Jenassa looked and saw someone approaching the boat "It looks like they've sent a welcome party." She stated

Gjalund looked and saw a dark elf dressed in fine clothes approaching the boat and he sighed "That's Second Councillor Adril Arano." He stated "He's probably going to ask you a few questions."

The man known as Arano approached the Northern Maiden and looked at the Captain "Hail Gjalund." He greeted "I see that you've brought some guests with you."

"Yes Second Councillor." Gjalund replied "They paid me to bring them here."

Jon stepped forward and Arano looked at him "I don't recognise you or your followers." He stated "I need to understand why you are here, so state your business."

"My name is Jon Snow of the Dawnguard." Jon replied "I was sent here to speak with the Skaal."

"The Skaal?" Arano questioned "Well it's not my business to know why someone from Westeros would like to speak with them. But I just want you and your followers to know that Raven Rock and the area surrounding it are sovereign territory of House Redoran. This is Morrowind, not Westeros so why you are here you will be expected to obey our laws. Do you have any questions?"

Jon nodded "If we are leaving the walls of this town, where can we gather information about the land?"

"The best person to ask would be at the tavern." Arano replied "Innkeeper Geldis Sadri can give you that information. Just remember that we are watching you." Arano then left leaving the group alone.

"Charming fellow isn't he." Tormund stated

"He's only doing his job." Grenn stated

"Anyway, we should go and gather information." Serena stated "We will need to know more about this land before we head north to search for the Skaal."

Tolos: Essos:

The Golden Company's banner flew on the walls of the city of Tolos. The city's soldiers were no match for the well trained soldiers of the Golden Company and the city had been occupied. The first thing that was done was all Slaves were freed of their chains but there was not a huge amount since Tolos was a small city. But for Travis Thresh, this was the first step in his war against Slavery and soon he hoped to free the whole Bay from the chains of Slavery and put an end to the practise.

At the Palace of Tolos, the new Commander of the Golden Company Jon Connington was with his war Aegon and Aegon's sisters, Rhaenys and Visenya. Connington had sworn fealty to Aegon and had brought high ranking members of the Golden Company to be part of Aegon's court. The Golden Company's Paymaster Gorys Edoryen had been made the Master of Coin while the spymaster, Lysono Maar had become the Master of Whisperers. Rory Duckfield and Frankyln Flowers had become members of Aegon's own Kingsguard. Travis Thresh was with them along with Commander Jaqio but they had not sworn loyalty to Aegon.

The newly named King Aegon rose up from the chair that he was using as a throne "Today marks the beginning of a new era. My family were once Kings in the land of Westeros, today we are exiles. We have an army but an invasion of Westeros wouldn't be great since we don't have the men. But we have a new mission, we can build a new Kingdom here around Slavers Bay and we can help put an end to the barbaric practice of Slavery." That got cheers from the men, many of which hated Slavery. "We have liberated this city but this city is small when compared to the others around the Bay. After talking with both my council and my allies, I have come up with a plan. Travis Thresh and Commander Jaqio will liberate the nearby city of Elyria so we can get the ships from the island. And even with our combined strength, we still face a great threat. The Unsullied of Astapor, now this plan may not be liked but to win, we're going to need the Unsullied and so I intend to have the whole Unsullied bought to serve us. My sister Rhaeneys will travel to Asatapor with Duckfield and Flowers and will purchase the Unsullied. Then she will capture the city from the inside with them. After that, we will capture the last cities of Yunkai and Meereen and we will have taken all of Slaver's Bay."

The crowd cheered and began to leave which eventually left Aegon, his sisters, Travis and Connington alone. "Do you really think this plan will work?" Travis questioned "The Slavers may get help from Volantis and the other Free Cities."

"The Free Cities are too busy right now." Connington stated "Ever since Vaes Dothrak was destroyed by an unknown force, the Dothraki have been weakened and the Free Cities have taken the opportunity to expand their power. The former cities of Sarnor have already been reclaimed and it seems the days of the Dothraki are numbered. It may only be a while before the Dothraki culture is destroyed. Many cities want revenge for the years of raids performed by the Dothraki and it keeps the Free Cities off of us for now."

"And what about me?" Rhaeneys questioned "Do you really think I can purchase the Unsullied, we don't have enough Gold to purchase all of the Unsullied."

"We do now." Aegon stated and brought out a box that Connington had given him "This Box was brought with us by Connington," he opened the box to reveal 3 large Dragon Eggs "These Dragon Eggs have long been turned to stone but even so, they're still valuable, more than enough to purchase the Unsullied. And remember Rhaeneys, you're not as well known as me and Viseyna, you'll draw less attention and while you may not be as good as a fighter, you're still smart and cunning, you'll be able to fake your identity so you can purchase the Unsullied but it might be best not to let the Masters know that you speak Valyrian, it will make it easier to surprise them."

Rhaenys nodded "I will not let you down brother."

Aegon smirked "I know you won't."

Whitetree: Beyond the Wall:

The village of Whitetree was a small Free Folk village not that far from the wall. Like very other settlement beyond the Wall, this village had been abandoned as all of the Free Folk had travelled south of the Wall after being allowed through. The new group of Night's Watch Rangers and Dawnguard had gathered at the village to settle while they planed their next move. As the highest ranking Dawnguard member, Florentius had taken charge of the Dawnguard while Mormont was in charge of the Night's Watchmen. Unlike the Great Ranging, this group was much smaller as they were only scouting. Mormont had spoken with Craster who was the only Wildling to remain beyond the Wall with his daughter wives and he had told them about a strange disturbance West of Whitetree. Mormont had made his decision of checking it out.

After arriving at Whitetree, Mormont had ordered the Ranger known as Bedwyke to climb the large Weirwood tree to check around the area and soon Bedwyke climbed down. Bedwyke was an older Ranger who stood over five feet tall and was well respected by the younger Night's Watch members. Agmaer remembered him saying that he had been sent to the Wall for poaching on his lord's lands. Bedwyke had been commanding the restored castle of Icemark but had come on the Ranging due to his experience.

"Well, what do you see?" Mormont asked Bedwyke when he climbed down.

"I see some kind of ruin to the west." Bedwyke stated "That might be the place that Craster was telling us about."

"Craster did say that there was a disturbance west of here so I guess that might be the place." Mormont stated "So I guess we should check this place out."

The Dawnguard member Ollrod looked worried "Lord Commander Mormont, I think we should be careful if we go to this place." He stated

This made a new Night's Watch recruit sneer "Why, you scared of some old ruins?"

Mormont glared at the man "You don't have any say here Audens!" he growled, this was Audens Avidius, the former commander of King's Landing City Watch who had been sent to the Wall alongside Meryn Trant and Ulrich Leland. Trant and Leland had both become stewards while Avidius had become a ranger and so he had never encountered the Wights before.

Ollrod glared at Audens as well before looking back at Mormont "It's just when I was with Jon Snow before we went into some kind of ruin and encountered undead just like the Wights, we'll have to be careful as they can be strong."

Then another voice spoke up "The visions I saw in the flames showed that there is an Alliance developing between different forms of the undead." He said which made everyone look at him. This was Thoros of Myr, ever since the War ended, Beric Dondarrion had came to the Wall with the brotherhood without Banners, they hadn't joined the Night's Watch but were allies of them. Beric Dondarrion along with Thoros of Myr, Lem Lemoncloak, Anguy the Archer, Pello Greenbeard and their newest member Sandor Clegane had joined the Night's Watch on this mission.

"We'll just check out the place briefly before heading back to the Wall but if they are raising undead this close to the Wall then we may have a major problem on our hands."

Storm's End: Stormlands:

Lord Stannis Baratheon felt good to be back in his old family seat. After the end of Martin's war, Stannis had been named Lord of Storm's End and Lord Paramount of the Stormlands. Stannis felt good to have the titles that he felt like he deserved. Under his brother Robert's rule, Stannis felt cheated after being named Lord of Dragonstone, he had nearly starved to death holding Storm's End during Robert's Rebellion but he refused to surrender even when other lords tried to.

The other Stormlords had sworn fealty to Stannis and many thought that he was a better ruler than Stannis, while not well loved; Stannis had a reputation of being a stern ruler who took his duties seriously which was more than what Renly was like.

Stannis sat on his chair listening to Maester Jurne as he read the news to him "The Sparrows have launched an uprising in King's Landing." He said to Stannis.

"And what is my nephew's response?" Stannis asked, he knew about these Sparrows, thanks to the Red Priestess Melisandre, several fanatics had risen up in the Stormlands but thanks to Stannis' stern rule, they had quickly been rounded up an executed. Melisandre had wanted to burn them alive but Stannis had been worried that would cause more uprisings. So instead the Sparrows were hanged except for one who had threatened Stannis' family, Selyse was worshipping the Red God while Shireen worshiped the Nine Divines so that Sparrow was burnt but not publicly.

Jurne informed Stannis of the King's response "The King has ordered the Ninth Legion to send the legions and put these fanatics down."

"A response I would have taken." Stannis stated "These fanatics have to be dealt with. Is there anything else?"

Jurne nodded "We have also received ravens that Balon Greyjoy is dead."

"Good riddance!" Stannis snorted "I told my brother that he should have been executed when he rebelled. That's one less problem for our King to deal with."

"We just have to hope that whoever replaces Balon doesn't get any bright ideas" Jurne stated

Old Wyk: Iron Islands:

The island of Old Wyk may be the smallest of the major Iron Islands but it was still one of the most important. The island was made up of windy hills and black mountains but it was the holiest of the Iron Islands. This was where the legendary Grey King slew the Sea Dragon Nagga and it's where the First Men found the legendary Seastone Chair. According of legend, the ribs of the Sea Dragon Nagga formed the Grey King's Hall and when he died, the Storm God destroyed the Hall in a rage but the bones of the Dragon remained. The main house on Old Wyk was House Drumm who called themselves the Lords of Old Wyk

This was where the Ironmen of old would hold a Kingsmoot to elect a High King of the Iron Islands which had been a way until the Greyiron Family took over and after being destroyed during the Andal Invasion; House Hoare was formed and became the High Kings until Aegon's Conquest which saw house Hoare destroyed. A new Kingsmoot was held which elected Vickon Greyjoy as Lord of the Iron Islands, ever since then, there had never been another Kingsmoot.

Victorian Greyjoy stood alongside his brother Aeron. Aeron had called the Kingsmoot as a way of legitimising Victorian's claim to take the Salt Throne. With Balon's only son abandoning the Ironborn traditions and Yara a girl, the rule of the Iron Islands would fall to one of Balon's brothers. Aeron couldn't take the throne because he had sworn himself to the Drowned God. That meant Victorian would have to be King but there was still another Greyjoy. Euron Greyjoy was the oldest brother to the Balon so he had every right to be king and Aeron and Victorian did not want that and so the Kingsmoot would be a way of getting the other lords on Victorian's side.

But there were other lords on the Iron Islands who could try and make a claim to the Salt Throne. One by one, people made their claims. The first one to try and make a claim was Lord Gylbert Farwynd of the Lonely Light, a House that was seen as strange and rule a large cluster of Islands far from the main group of Islands. He tried to rally people by claiming that they would sail west across the Sunset Sea. Some of the Ironmen laughed and it was clear that he would not be King, most of the Ironmen saw him as foolish and his gifts made it worse. He offered whale bone, sealskins and bronze but to most Ironborn, those gifts were worthless.

The next claim was made by Erik Ironmaker, an Ironborn warrior who was known as Anvil Breaker. He was a very skilled reaver but was very old and he dated back to the time of Dagon Greyjoy who was lord during the rule of Aerys I. But due to his age, he could not stand and had to be carried by his three grandchildren. His gifts of silver, bronze and a few steel daggers and blades did get him some support but due to him being unable to stand, he too had little chance of becoming King. Thirty years ago, he may have been elected Victorian thought but his best days were behind him.

Lord Denys Drumm was the next person to make a claim, he was the new lord of House Drumm following his father Dunstan Drumm's death during the War. His speech started off well and he got some support due to House Drumm being an old and well respected House among the Ironborn. But his speech was long and soon lost support and his gift of Bronze did not win them back. Denys backed down in disgrace.

Then it was Victorian's turn "I am Victorian Greyjoy, and I make a claim to the Salt throne." He looked at the Ironborn gathered and he knew he would have to win their support "For years, I was my brother Balon Greyjoy's most trusted brother. I've led the Iron Fleet for years and I led the attack on Lannisport which saw the destruction of the Lannister Fleet. While we did not do so well in the Last War, I did suggest looking elsewhere and so far, we've been more successful than we have with raiding Westeros." He called for his champions, Nute the Barber, Ralf the Limber and Red Ralf Stonehouse to bring his gifts forward which were chests of gold, silver and gems. "Or raids against other pirates in the Basilisk Isles and against sailors around the Jade Sea has brought us many rewards and we get our wood from the vast forests of Sothoryos. We can get our supplies without angering Westeros. Every time we anger the Mainland they strike us down, if we care to survive we need to look elsewhere. Support me as your King as I will lead the Ironborn into greatness."

"Victorian, Victorian!" the Ironmen chanted and it looked like Victorian was going to win the Salt Throne. Victorian looked at his brother and smiled, their plan had worked.

But the chanting ended suddenly when a loud noise was heard which made many people cover their ears, the noise sounded like the screaming of a thousand souls and it made the listeners feel like their bones were aflame. Victorian turned around and saw a new group approaching the gathering and one of them had just blown a massive horn who had now collapsed.

Aeron glared at the men "Who are you, how dare you interrupt this sacred Gathering."

The leading man just smirked "I believe claimants to the Salt Throne are allowed to make their claim." He stated "I am Euron Greyjoy and I claim the Salt Throne." Everyone was silence as Euron made his way past the men who were staring at him. When he made it to the gathering, he smirked at his brothers "Victorian, Aeron, it's good to see you again."

Victorian glared at him "I seriously doubt that!" he spat "I remember threatening to kill if I saw you again. You were exiled after what you did."

"And now that our dear brother Balon is dead, my exile is lifted." Euron smirked "I hear he managed to fuck things up again. He sent you to attack the North but in the end you failed and now our niece is a prisoner. And I heard that little Theon betrayed us, he choose to side with the Greenlanders." There were a few laughs from the men.

Victorian glared at Euron "So when did you return here brother?" he questioned

"A few days ago." Euron replied "I had a few things to take care of. Things that were long overdue."

Victorian now realised why Euron had returned. He knew who had been behind Balon's death and he hoped that he could use this to turn the Ironborn against him "I'm glad that you're here brother." He smirked and he looked at the rest of the Ironborn "Now I know what my first act as King shall be. My first act will be to execute my brother's murderer." He glared at Euron and the men started talking about the accusation.

Euron just remained calm and smirked "Alright, I admit it, I killed him." He stated, that surprised both Victorian and Aeron, they expected him to flat out deny the accusation and his reaction would create a fight showing that he was unstable and not fit to rule. "I threw him right over a rope bridge and watched him fall. He was leading us nowhere and we would still be heading there if it wasn't for me. No one loved him, no one wanted to follow him, he led us into two wars we could not win. I apologize to you all for not killing him years ago."

Victorian knew that he was losing support "What would you do then brother. You've killed Balon, now what will you do?"

Euron smirked "You're idea of raiding new lands is a nice idea. But I have a better one, I'm going to build a mighty fleet and with my new allies, I will help conquer all of Westeros."

"Conquer all of Westeros?" Victorian nearly laughed "Even with a mighty fleet we'll never do that. The Greenlanders have a massive well trained army, they'll crush us, we're raider, not invaders."

"My new allies will help with that." Euron smirked "You see during my travels I met this man, like me he desired to return his people to glory. He introduced me to this new God, one who can grant power to his loyal followers. While I may be faithful to the Drowned God, this Lord of Destruction has power that everyone desires. And with the power that I found during my travels in Old Valyria, I shall have a mighty dragon to assist us in our conquest."

Victorian did laugh now "A dragon? All the dragons are dead."

Euron smirked "The dragons are returning. In my travels I heard about the Greenlander King Martin hatching five dragons, now long will it be before he turns them against us." Euron looked at the men "Stand with me Ironborn! Name me as your King, I swear to you that I shall bring the Ironborn back to their days of glory. Back to the times when we ruled the Sea, when we were a force of terror. Stand with me and I will conquer all of Westeros and the Ironborn will be known for assisting in the start of a brand new world which we rule the Seas."

"Euron! Euron!" the Ironborn chanted and now it was clear who would be King. Victorian shared a look with Aeron who was also in shock, their plan had failed, despite their attempts, Euron would be the new King of the Iron Islands.

Castle Volkihar: Beyond the Wall:

On a small island off the coast of the mainland beyond the wall stood a large dark castle. Sometimes on a clear day, this castle could be seen from the mainland but was often surrounded by fog and if people got close, they got a sense of dread due to the dark feel of the castle and also the strange hawks that flew around the castle.

The Worm King Mannimarco along with Ramsay Snow and the former King Joffrey walked along the bridge that lead towards the Gate. Joffrey looked at Mannimarco "Why are we here?" he questioned

Mannimarco looked at the former King "We're here to see an old friend of my and a hopeful ally in our upcoming war. I've known the leader of this group of people for many years as we're both worshippers of Molag Bal. However, he has his own ideas and beliefs so it's best to let me do the talking." He then looked at Joffrey "And listen, you may have once been King of Westeros but that means nothing to these people. I'm hoping I can convince him to grant you a powerful gift but it's likely that you will have to perform a task for him to prove yourself worthy of the gift, he won't just grant it to anyone."

Joffrey grumbled at the thought of having to do something which pleased Ramsay, despite both of them being sadistic people, they hated each other as Ramsay saw himself as the better Champion of Molag Bal and he saw Joffrey as a weak man.

The three of them approached the Gate which had been closed but Mannimarco managed to get the guard to open the gate and then they walked into the castle where they were met with a golden skinned man who glared at them "How dare you trespass here!" he snapped

Mannimarco glared back "Vingalmo, it's only me!" he hissed "I informed Lord Harkon that I would be coming here."

Vingalmo gasped "My apologizes Mannimarco." He stated "It was partly because of your companions and that Lord Harkon has been busier than usual. I'll inform him of your arrival." He walked over into the main hall "My lord, everyone, our friend Mannimarco the King of Worms has arrived."

Mannimarco, Joffrey and Ramsay walked into the Great Hall of Castle Volkihar. Joffrey saw that it was just like the Great Hall back at the Red Keep. There were too long tables that were covered in silver plates and golbets but there was red liquid in the goblets and all of the food was meat that oozed out blood. And on one table, there was a barely alive body the being bitten by one of the people sitting on the table.

Mannimarco walked over to the centre of the room where a man who had short black hair and wore fancier robes that the other stood "Ah Mannimarco." He greeted "My old friend, I must say it's good to see you again."

"Lord Harkon" Mannimarco greeted "It's good to see you too."

The man known as Harkon looked at Ramsay "And Champion Ramsay, I see you're still killing in the name of our lord."

"Every kill I make is in the Lord of Domination's name." Ramsay stated

"Yes" Harkon replied "Normally I don't allow people who are not our kind to come here but as the Champion of Molag Bal, you have our respect and Mannimarco is an old alley our mine." He then looked at Joffrey "Now tell me, who is this stranger that you have brought into our court?"

Joffrey normally would've gotten angry at being spoken to in that way but a look from Mannimarco silenced him "This was once the King of Westeros." Mannimarco stated "Now he has been kicked off the throne and is now an alley of ours."

"And let me guess, you see him as weak and want him to become more powerful." Harkon sneered "You know I don't grant my gift to just anyone."

"We know Lord Harkon." Mannimarco stated "But lord Bal has told me that this boy will be useful to us, he just needs to understand the power he can hold if he listens."

Harkon smiled "Well, maybe I can show him, behold the power!" Harkon started to glow red before his body began to crush before there was an explosion and a new form emerged from Harkon's body. Joffrey stared in shock at Harkon, his skin had paled, his eyes changed into a orange-gold colour and he had gained height. But the biggest change were the two leather wings that emerged from his back and he was now hovering in the air. "This is the power that I hold, prove yourself and I will grant you this power."

Joffrey stared in amazement, this power would make him even more powerful than his traitor brother "If you will grant me this power then I will perform your task."

Harkon smiled "Well, I have the perfect task in mind for you to prove yourself. Garan, come over here, it is time."

Joffrey watched as a dark skinned man approached Harkon "Lord Harkon." He greeted "So you want me to tell our new friend about the task you have in mind."

"Yes Garan." Harkon replied "You know more of this task so you better tell him what he needs to know."

"As you command my Lord." Garan stated and looked at Joffrey "Come with me, I'll show you what you need to know." He led Joffrey to a small room where a small goblet stood on a stone table. The goblet had spikes all over it "This is the Bloodstone Chalice, a special cup that Lord Harkon has had in his possession for many years. His lordship have never sought to use it but I guess his plans have changed. Your task is to take this chalice to a place called Redwater Den. Deep within the caverns under this old building is a spring that springs out red liquid, you must fill the chalice with this liquid but you must also add the blood of a powerful vampire."

"And how am I supposed to do that?" Joffrey questioned

"I'm sure you'll think of something." Garan stated "Do you have anymore questions."

"I do" Joffrey stated "What is this Redwater Den?"

"Redwater Den is a skoomer den, addicts travel there to have Redwater skooma, the special water from the spring is a special ingredient in this type of skooma which is an illegal drug. As much as it looks like blood, sadly it is not. If it was then we vampires would have no need for feeding again."

"So I have to fill this chalice with water from the spring and blood from a vampire." Joffrey stated

"Indeed." Garan stated "Now Mannimarco should be able to get you close to the location but after that, you will have to perform the task on your own if you want to prove yourself."

"If it grants me that power then I will do it." Joffrey stated

"Good luck then." Garan stated and then Joffrey left with Ramsay and Mannimarco.

As soon as they left, Garan was joined by another Dark Elf Vampire "That boy doesn't look good." He snorted "He's worse than Ronthil, why would Lord Harkon bother sending him on this mission?"

Garan glared at the Dark Elf "Remember your place Sadri!" he hissed "Do not question our lord, and besides, maybe that boy will surprise us but he has no idea of what awaits him. That will be part of his test."

Old Wyke: Iron Islands:

Aeron and Victorian looked at each other. "I can't believe that Euron is now our king!" Victorian growled.

"He was selected by the Kingsmoot." Aeron stated "The Ironborn declared him their king, by our old laws he is our king now even if we don't like it."

"He will be the death of us!" Victorian snapped "He's even going against our ways by working with a Cult that worships this Lord of Destruction."

"Which is why he must go." Aeron stated "And our best hope lies on the mainland."

Victorian looked at him "You mean we must ask the Greenlanders for help?" he questioned "Why should we do that?"

"Because if we don't, then Euron will bring the wraith of the Mainland down on us just like you said." Aeron stated "Our only hope is to start a rebellion against him. As a drowned Priest, I'll remain here to keep an eye on Euron. You must flee while I'm performing the ceremony. You must first head north, find our niece and nephew, as the children of Balon Greyjoy, they can get support from some of the lords here."

Victorian wanted to argue but he knew he couldn't, Aeron was right, most of the Ironborn wanted to fight and Euron was giving them that, the only way to bring him down would be to get help from the mainland, Theon was good friends with the Warden of the North and he might get aid from them. "How will I get north?" he asked

"Take a secret tunnel that leads to a cave." Aeron stated "There's a lake there that will have some ships waiting for you. Take what ships you can before Euron takes them and then said north but make sure you don't draw attention to yourself."

"Alright." Victorian stated "And brother, please be careful, we both know what Euron is like."

"I know." Aeron stated "My fate is up to the drowned God and I accept what fate that he has planned for me."

King's Landing:

Martin sat on top of his horse alongside Delphine and her Blades as they watched the Ninth Legion march towards them. They had arrived and had quickly retaken the parts of the city that the Sparrows had taken. The Sparrows had quickly been defeated but the fight had been more bloody than Martin would have liked since the Sparrows fought until the death. With their poor armour and weapons, they were no match for the trained soldiers of the legions.

Now it was time to surround the Great Sept and then they could put an end to this Sparrow Threat. Martin had no intention of storming the Sept and intended to force the Sparrows to surrender and he might spare their lives, the only exceptions to this would be the High Sparrow and Septa Unella. The High Sparrow had committed treason and Septa Unella had broken her exile which meant that Martin had the right to have her executed.

Legate Skulnar and Lord Bronn rode their horses and approached Martin "Your Grace." Skulnar greeted "The city is yours, the Sparrows have been dealt with."

"And as you ordered, the heads of some have been placed on spikes." Bronn added

Martin nodded, "Good, now we must head to the Great Sept and put an end to this madness once and for all."

Great Sept:

The High Sparrow sat on his chair in the High Septon's office as he drank a cup of water. He was not a man of fancy tastes and so he only drank water, never wine. He knew that soon Alessia will repent her sins but she would have to repay for her years as a heathen by serving the faith but right now, Alessia was unwilling and spat at every Sparrow who entered her cell.

Septa Unella was with him in the room, of all the Sparrows, Septa Unella was probably the most devout follower who believed in the cause. Both of them were trying to come up with ideas of trying to restore the Faith, their attempted Uprising had failed and they had failed to restore the city to the Faithful and they met strong Resistance from the people of the city. Unella said that they would repent their sins or they would burn in the Seven Hells. But neither of them could come up with a solution and even their new alley Runa had no solutions. They had restored the Faith Militant but the Poor Fellows stood no chance against the trained soldiers of the City Watch and they did not have enough Warrior Sons to be a major threat. Then the doors flew open and the High Sparrow spotted Brother Lancel who had a grave look on his face "Bother Lancel, what's going on."

Lancel looked scared and worried which he had not been ever since the Battle of King's Landing "Your holiness, it's the Legions, they're right outside the Great Sept and are demanding that you make yourself present. The King is with them." He said.

The High Sparrow sighed "If the King demands my presence then I will." He said "Gather the Warrior Sons; I will present myself as a defender of the Faith."

The High Sparrow soon had his Warrior Sons with him and walked outside the great doors of the Sept and was meat with a massive crowd. The High Sparrow sat a mass gathering of common people but in front of them was a full Legion of soldiers and riding on top of his horse was King Martin himself.

"High Sparrow!" Martin called "For you acts of treason against the Seven Kingdoms, you are ordered to surrender."

The High Sparrow smirked "The Faith does not recognise your authority here King Martin. You do not have the power to interfere with the Faithful."

Martin smirked back "Well that is where you are wrong!" he stated "As King of Westeros it is my duty to maintain order in Westeros. You and your little band of Sparrows have been causing nothing but trouble ever since you first arrived here. Having your followers beat up those who do not worship the Seven, preaching against the King and finally, trying to start an Uprising. You use words like Faith and heathen to justify your actions, well I say you are not justified and your actions are treason and treason has a price." He nodded to Skulnar and he lifted up several wooden spikes, each one had the head of one of the Sparrows involved in the Uprising "This is the price of treason! These Sparrows fought in your name and have paid the price. Now I will not go down in history as a butcher so I will give you the chance to surrender. I will spare the lives of your followers, but they will be exiled from Westeros on pain of death."

The High Sparrow stood strong "I cannot surrender myself when I have my duty. Our mission is to restore the Faith."

Martin sighed "So be it. If you think that is a way of provoking me into attacking you and making you a martyr then I will not fall for it." He turned to Skulnar "Surround the Sept, no one enters or leaves, they will run out of supplies soon. If the High Sparrow will not surrender then let him die here fasting, just like Baelor the Fanatic did."

The High Sparrow still had one more trick though "And what about the prisoners we have here. Prisoners who have broken the laws of the Gods?"

Martin snorted "You have no prisoners." He stated "My guards were able to prevent you from dragging anyone into the Sept."

The High Sparrow smirked "Our allies found a couple of sinners who needed to pay for their crimes. Ser Loras Tyrell broke laws by laying with men while Lady Alessia Tyrell worshiped pagan gods."

Delphine gasped, these Sparrows had Alessia and Loras as hostages, Martin would not take that kindly.

And she was right "You bastards!" he yelled "Now you've committed double treason, if you harm one hair on my sister then I will have every single Sparrow put to the sword."

Delphine place a hand on his shoulder to calm him down. Martin took a few deep breaths and then glared at the High Sparrow "You think having my sister makes you think that you've won, well, Lord Denys Darkyln thought the same when he had Aerys II prisoner and look what happened. I've changed my mind, if my sister isn't returned then I will have every Sparrow put to the sword but if she and Ser Loras are returned then I will spare the lives of your followers. You on the other hand will pay the price for your treason. I'll be waiting Sparrow!" Martin then turned on his horse and left to head back to the Red Keep with the Blades.

Nightfort: The Wall:

The Nightfort was the largest castle along the Wall and probably the oldest. Twice as big as castle Black, this fort had been abandoned during the rule of King Jaehaerys I and back then, it was three quarters empty and falling apart due to lack of funds. This fort was the setting of a number of legends including Mad Axe, a Night's Watchman who slew his own brothers with his large axe. Others included Brave Danny Flint who was raped and murdered while dressed as a boy and the Rat Cook who was turned into a Giant Rat for breaking guest right. There were also the 79 Sentinels who were 79 Watchmen who had deserted and would be returned to the Wall and sealed inside. But the biggest story is that of the 13th Lord Commander of the Night's Watch who became the Night King who met a demonic woman in the forest and raised an army of undead.

Now the Nightfort was home to King Kurog and his Orcs. Thanks to the Orc's way of life, the fort had it's own staff made up of Orcs since the Orcs were a tribal group and had people who could cook and run the fort like it was a castle.

The Nightfort was almost rebuilt to its former glory, the crumbling buildings had been repaired using stone bought from the Northern Mountains and built with help from the Giants and wood came from the forests beyond the Wall and now the Nightfort looked like a proper fortress again. Mance Rayder had come on an inspection with his wife Dalla and Dalla's sister Val who had decided to see how good the Orcs were

Mance Rayder stood as he watched Val sparred with a few Orcs while Dalla stood next to him pregnant again. They had a child but sadly, that child had passed away, that was common among the Wildlings as many children did not live past the age of two but now that they had a Maester, they hoped that this next birth would have a child that survived.

Mance smiled at his wife as she rubbed her belly "The Maester says that the child so far is healthy. Maybe this time we will finally have our child." Dalla said.

"I hope we do as well." Mance smiled as he kissed her "Night's Watchmen are never meant to have children but I put that life behind me. If I die in the Wars to come then at least my child will remember me for who I was, a man who helped save his people."

"Our child will remember that." Dalla said "So how is it with the other leaders?"

"So far everything has been fine." Mance stated "Aside from a few who believe raiding is alright. A couple of Cave people decided to raid Umber Lands then fled to Long Barrow but they were handed over."

King Kurog came over to them "And our Orc army is well trained so when the White Walkers come, we will be ready."

"The training is well and good but unless we have weapons that can help defeat the White Walkers and the Wights then the training will be useless." Mance stated "We don't have enough Valyrian Steel or Dragonglass to defeat an army of undead that outnumber us hundreds of times over."

"I guess we'll have to hope that our friends are successful in their mission to Solstheim." Dalla said

"I sure hope so as well." Mance stated.

Raven Rock: Solstheim:

Jon and his company were currently inside Raven Rock's tavern which was called the Retching Netch. Jon did not understand the name at first but Jenassa told them that a Netch was a large floating land jellyfish which are hunted for their jelly and leathers. The barkeeper of the tavern was the man who Arano had suggested they meet, Geldis Sadri who would have advice for them.

"Welcome to the Retching Netch corner club." Geldis greeted them "I guess you must be the outlanders I've been hearing about."

"Outlanders?" Tormund questioned

"Oh don't take it as an insult." Geldis apologized "It just means you're not from around here. We don't get many non-Dark Elves here. The only humans here now are Glover Mallory the Smith and Crescius Caerellius."

"Second Councillor Arano told us that you were the man to speak to about travelling to Skaal Village." Jon told him.

"So you want to speak to the Skaal." Geldis said "Well it's not my busniss to ask what you want but travelling there won't be easy. Skaal village lies to the north of the island. Speak to Fethis Alor just outside, he'll sell you a map of the island."

"So what should we look out for while we're travelling?" Tormund asked

"Well aside from the reaver outlaws, there is the native wildlife." Geldis said "You may encounter Ash Hoppers and Burnt Spriggens but they tend to be alone and probably not much of a threat. But once you get into the northern snow lands, you best watch out for Rieklings."

"Rieklings?" Ygritte questioned "What are they?"

"Small savage little beasts that fight with spears." Geldis replied "Alone they are easy to fight but they tent to fight in large numbers and overrun the enemy. We recently heard that they overran Thirsk Mead Hall to the north."

Grenn had a question "What power does Raven Rock actually have over this island?" he questioned

"To be honest, House Redoran's power does not go much further from Raven Rock." Geldis replied "We're a frontier town and the land outside the walls in dangerous. And recently there are been a number of undead rising outside the walls."

That caught Jon's attention, could this be connected to the White Walkers "Can you tell us about this undead?" he asked

"To be honest I don't know." Geldis replied "You'll have to ask Captain Veleth, he knows more about them. Anyway, this undead has made travelling very dangerous, the only safe places other than Raven Rock are Skaal village and Tel Mithryn. And the undead seem to have an interest in attacking Tel Mithryn so Neloth may have something to do with this."

"Wait, who is this Neloth?" Serena questioned

"Master Neloth is a Telvanni Wizard, a member of another Great House of Morrowind." Geldis stated "Many here in Raven Rock don't trust him, he's kind of unsettling but he sometimes come here to trade. So, we just stay out of his way. As a member of House Telvanni, he does not answer to House Redoran."

Jon looked at the rest of his group "I say we should buy a map and then make our way to Skaal Village, the quicker we head out then we may be able to avoid this dangerous wildlife. We're in unknown territory to us and we cannot afford to have problems here."

The rest of the group nodded, they were nervous because they were in a strange land but they had a job to do and they would see it done.

Old Wyk: Iron Islands:

Aeron along with the other drowned Priests stood alongside the Ironborn lords on one of the beaches as they began to crowning ceremony of the soon to be King Euron Greyjoy. Euron was dressed in normal clothes and had been stripped of his weapons and armour and was kneeling in a pool of water. This was part of the ceremony to become king as Euron would be drowned and then reborn by the will of the drowned God.

Aeron soon forced his brother underneath the water and began holding him down. A part of Aeron hoped that Euron would die but he knew that was unlikely but he would do his best to make life difficult for Euron while Victorian could start his rebellion against him.

"Drowned God, let Euron your servant be born again from the sea as you were." Aeron said the prayer "bless him with salt, bless him with stone, bless him with steel, listen to the waves, listen to the God. He is speaking to us and he says we shall have no king but Euron Greyjoy. Let the sea wash away your follies and your fantasises away. Let the old Euron drown, let his lungs be filled with seawater." Aeron saw Euron struggling to breathe "let the fish eat the scales off his eyes. What is dead may never die but rises again harder and stronger!" Aeron let him go and two of Euron's men dragged him to the shore where Euron lay motionless for a few moments.

Then all of a sudden, Euron woke up coughing up water and he turned over onto his hands and knees where he coughed up the water and Aeron placed a driftwood crown on his head "What is dead may never die." He said

"What is dead may never die." The Ironborn chanted and then cheered

Euron looked around the crowd and stood up "Where is my other brother?" he asked looking at Aeron.

"He's gone." Lord Denys Drumm spoke up, he had become a full supporter of Euron "He along with his champions fled, they took a portion of the fleet including the Iron Victory."

"Harlaw and Blacktyde went with them." Donnel Drumm added "They claimed that they would never serve you."

Euron laughed "No matter, I will build a new fleet and then with my allies, I will start my plan when I get word that they're ready." He looked at the men "Go back to your homes, chop down every tree that you can find and start building ships. I want every man bending planks, I want every woman spinning cloth for sails. Build me a thousand ships and I will give you this world!"

The Ironborn cheered and Euron smirked, when the time came, he would be ready to perform what he always dreamed of. Make the Ironborn strong again and if he had to destroy his family to do it then so be it. He looked at Aeron, the Drowned Priests would be a problem but he would take care of them soon.

Winterfell: The North:

In Winterfell, the household had begun making preparations for the upcoming Wedding. Robb wanted to make sure that this wedding would be one to impress the lords of the North. It had not been easy as with Vayon Poole dead, Robb had to sort this out by himself with his mother's help who used her experience. But there had been an argument as Catelyn wanted the wedding to be done in the Sept but Robb had argued that many lords of the North wouldn't accept that and Robb did not want to insult Lord Bolton so the wedding would be done in the Godswood like most Northern weddings.

Robb looked around the Godswood where benches have been set up for the guests to sit and the front of the Weirwood tree had been made into an alter for the ceremony which would be done by Maester Luwin. Sansa was with Robb as they looked around.

"So what do you think sister?" he asked

"It looks lovely." Sansa replied "After what I witness in the south, I need to get away from that. A northern wedding should help."

Robb laughed "And with the snows we've been having, it gives this place natural beauty." The Godswood was not as decorative as a Sept but the snow looked like crystals on the bare branches of the trees. There was a bit of snow but not heavy yet which was why Robb wanted to have this wedding now before the heavy snow comes in winter which would make travelling in the North almost impossible.

"Is a wedding the best idea?" Arya asked who was with them "It doesn't sound right with what's going on right now."

Robb looked at her "We've got to unite the North against the threat. The lone wolf dies but the pact survives. We are the pact and we make a deadly foe. When the enemy arrives, we will fight alongside our king like we did before during the Civil War. But we all deserve a bit of happiness." He then looked at Arya "And you should get a chance to speak with the Mormonts, their women tend to fight and I'm sure they can teach you just like you can teach them a few things."

Arya smiled, she did know that the Mormont woman did know how to fight so she was looking forward to meeting the Mormont sisters, Dacey, Alysane and Lyanna. The oldest Dacey had fought during the War so Arya was looking forward to meeting another woman just like her.

King's Landing: Red Keep Dungeons:

Runa Cameron stood alongside Hans Black Nail in the dungeon as they planned their move to assassinate the King "With the King's Attention focused on rescuing his sister, now is the time to male our move." Runa smirked

Hans looked at her and smirked "Having the Sparrows imprison the King's Sister was a great idea. He'll be more focused on the Sparrows than he will be with us."

"That was the point." Runa smirked "Those Sparrows mean nothing to us. I wanted them to go too far to get the King's attention focused on them. Now you know our way around the Keep, where should we sneak our assassins in. They can't use the teleporting powers like I can and even I admit that I can't kill the King on my own even with your help."

Hans smirked "This city is filled with secret tunnels and one leads out to the Waterfront. Right next to Isolde's alehouse."

Runa smirked, Isolde was a tavern maid who was also one of their sleeper agents to spy on the ships. If there was an entrance to the Keep near her place, she could sneak them in. "Right, I'll inform Isolde and Jearl. We strike soon."

"Dawn in breaking." Hans replied "Once the King is dead, what's next?"

Runa smirked "Well hopefully, that fool of a beggar King has recovered the Elder Scroll and we can finally begin our invasion. Soon Lord Dagon will rule this world once again."

Ruins of Alftand, Essos:

Viserys Targaryen smirked as he approached the strange device that Mankar had told him about. Travelling through the ruins had been easy thanks to Farengar and Calcelmo clearing the area out nearly a year ago but Viserys knew that after this, travelling would be hard. Mankar had told him to spend as little time in this place known as Blackreach and reach the tower where the Elder Scroll was said to be stored. Viserys had been trained in fighting since being recruited by the Mythic Dawn and he was learning their magic so this was a chance for him to test his new powers.

Viserys pulled out his bag and brought out the small sphere that the Mythic Dawn had recovered from Aicantar. In the middle of the device was a small hole where the sphere would go and he placed the sphere in. After the sphere was in, there was a loud rumble as Viserys heard the lock opening and the stone slabs around the device fell to form a staircase to a large door. Viserys smirked as he pulled out Mehrunes' razor and a sword "Just you wait false King." He sneered to himself "With the power of the Elder Scroll, I will take my rightful place on the Iron Throne."

Chapter End:

Notes: Well another chapter complete and not much action in this chapter but there will be in the next chapter. However I've got a lot of coursework to do for University, two at the start of March and two at the end so I'm concentrating on those right now. This chapter brought Stannis back into the story but unfortunately, he won't play a big role until it comes to the actual war against the Mythic Dawn which will be in the second part of series 3 of my story. No deaths in this chapter but I had originally planned on killing Unella at the confrontation at the Sept where she would be killed by Angi ordered by Martin but that didn't fit his character. The next chapter for any of my stories will be a while but enjoy this chapter.
