The Gates of Oblivion:

Yunkai: Essos:

It was clear to Yunkai that there was going to be a battle and so they were preparing their forces even though they wouldn't stand a chance against the Targaryen army which had over 20,000 soldiers including 10,000 Unsullied as well as the troops from the Golden Company, one of the best Sellsword companies in Essos. Yunkai could only gather 4000 slave soldiers and 1000 sellswords from the Second Sons and the Stormcrows. The sellsword captains had gathered to discuss their plans. Commander Mero of the Second Sons was seen by many people as one of the worst men to ever live. He was a rapist, a murderer and a raider which made it hard for the Second Sons, an old and proud sellsword company to find work. The Stormcrows were co-led by three different people, Daario Naharis, a former pit fighter from Meeren, Prendahl na Ghezn, a younger son from a Ghiscari family and Sallor the Bald, a Qartheen man.

"When this battle is over, I'm going to have those two dragon girls entertain my cock." Mero smirked

"Only if we win." Daario stated "We still have a battle to win and how are we going to defeat an army 4 times our size? They have the Unsullied who are one of the best armies in the world. A small force 3000 defeated a Dothraki horde of 20,000 plus the best trained sellsword army in Essos."

"There won't be a battle." Mero snarled "All we need is to take out the leader and the army will crumble. So I say that in the dead of night, we should just send someone to assassinate this dragon boy and kidnap his sisters. Without them, the Golden Company will elect a new leader who will just accept the peace offering and go home. Tonight is a full moon, perfect for sneaking in"

"Easy to sneak past the Unsullied and the knights." Prendahl smirked "Who will go then?"

"We're the leaders since we're the best." Sallor smirked "It should be one of us?"

"And how are we going to pick?" Mero hissed

Daario had an idea and he pulled out four coins, "Four coins, one from Tyrosh, one from Braavos, one from Lys and one from Norvos. Whoever picks the Braavos coin does the deed." He got a small vase and place the coins inside it and shook it. Then he picked one coin out. Then he handed the vase around as the other captains picked their coins. Then they revealed them, Mero got the Lys coin, Prendahl got the Norvos coin, Sallor got the Tyrosh coin while Daario had the Braavois coin.

Sallor chucked "Looks like you're the unlucky one Daario."

Prendahl laughed as well "I guess your plan backfired on you."

Daario just smirked "Valar Morghulis." He simply said. None of them had realised that he wanted to pick the Braavois coin and he knew how to do just that. None of the others even realised that the four coins he had chosen all had different shapes meaning he could find the coin from Braavos since it was the only coin that had a circle shape. He already knew what he was going to do. He just had to wait until it was dark to put his plan into action.

The Ragged Flagon: King's Landing:

King Martin along with Delphine entered the Ragged Flagon where Martin sat at a table while Delphine kept watch nearby. Delvin brought over the Dark Brotherhood Speaker Elam Drals over who sat at the table.

"So Speaker" Martin started "Does the brotherhood have any news?"

"We do indeed." Elam stated "We have established a base in Oldtown and we've been scouting the city. The Mythic Dawn seems to relay on the Oblivion Gate to keep their occupation."

Martin groaned "There is no way to close that gate until the army arrives."

"Although there are senior Mythic Dawn leaders in the city." Elam stated "Although this Mankar Cameron and Viserys Targaryen elude us. We have got information on other senior leaders in the city. The Docks are currently controlled by a sleeper agent called Isolde. Apparently, she is key to the Mythic Dawn alliance with the Ironborn. She is taking young girls from the city and offering them to the Ironborn. Another member is a woman called Else God-Hater, she has taken over the Starry Sept where she's performing rituals to the Daedra including sacrificing people. Those two are key agents although there are other sleeper agents. We fear one may be infiltrating the Resistance in Oldtown but we don't know who. We have an agent inside investigating the Resistance but they haven't found out yet."

"When you do, take that spy out." Martin ordered "We cannot risk the operations. As for the two senior members you've named, take them out as well. If we can take control of the docks, we can smuggle supplies into the city. I may not like the Seven that much but the people of Oldtown are pious so retaking the Sept will boost morale."

"Understood." Elam stated "May we meet again." He then left the table and as soon as he entered the shadows, he vanished.

Martin then turned Delphine "We should head back to the keep before the others notice you're gone." Delphine stated "If word goes get out that you're assisting a bunch of Assassins, your enemies will use that to spread rumours and damage your name."

"I understand but as King, I have to make hard choices sometimes." Martin replied "Being King is not easy. Hopefully we will begin to make the first push against the Mythic Dawn. Uncle Stannis is at Stonehelm preparing to lift the Mythic Dawn siege at Blackhaven while Oberyn and the Dornish are about to do the same at Starfall. Grandfather and the remaining Tyrells are preparing to meet at Highgarden and will begin the march to Oldtown. We'll hit the Mythic Dawn and push them back."

"But you know the only way to end this is to take out Viserys and Mankar." Delphine added

"I know but we'll have to draw them out and that dragon Viserys has worries me." Martin replied "None of my dragons stand a chance against his. Maybe we'll find a solution for that soon."

"Hopefully we will." Delphine stated "Maybe Farengar will have an idea. He is a dragon expert after all."

"Maybe." Martin replied.

Starfall: Dorne:

Starfall, the seat of House Dayne had a rich history. The legends say that the first Dayne found a magical stone after he followed the path of a shooting star that led him to an island on the Torentine river where it pours into the Summer Sea. The metal from this magical stone would be used to make House Dayne's legendary weapon, the sword known as Dawn and was seen as being just as good as Valyrian Steel. The sword would be wielded by House Dayne for centuries and the Daynes grew in power to be known as Kings of the Torentine until they submitted to House Martell after the Rhoynar migration. The wielder of Dawn is known as the Sword of the Morning, the last one of which was Ser Arthur Dayne, a friend of Prince Rhaegar Targaryen who would be killed during Robert's rebellion at the Tower of Joy by Eddard Stark and his group who went to free his sister Lyanna. Eddard would return Dawn to Starfall after the war where it remained ever since as no one was currently worthy of wielding the blade. Edric Dayne was still too young and Gerold Dayne of High Hemirage, a candidate branch of House Dayne was deemed unworthy.

Ser Gerold Dayne also known as the Darkstar was disliked by many people due to his arrogance and that was why he had joined the Mythic Dawn. He wanted to capture Starfall which was being held by Allyria Dayne, Edric's aunt. So far, Starfall had managed to hold strong as the Mythic Dawn were currently unable to breach the walls of Starfall. They did not have the ability to summon the large siege engines that they had once done before and so they had to try and overrun the castle but the Dayne knights stood strong but the situation was becoming dire. Starfall had not stockpiled supplies yet and the Mythic Dawn had used ships captured from Oldtown to blockade the mouth of the Torentine.

Prince Oberyn Martell stood with his army hiding behind a hill with the Dornish army preparing to strike. Oberyn was with a small group that would charge into battle soon after the main attack began. Obara and Nymeria were with the main army and this was the first time they had fought in a real proper battle, something the Dornish had not done since Robert's Rebellion. The Dornish were skilled in guerrilla fighting but not pitched battles which is why this attack needed to be a sudden attack. Oberyn needed to shut the Oblivion Gate, the source of the Mythic Dawn's Daedric army but he needed a clear path. Oberyn and his strike force were mounted on Dornish Sand Steeds, one of the best horses in Westeros which they would charge when Obara gave the signal.

"It's time." Oberyn said to Quentyn "Sound the attack. My strike force will charge when the signal is given."

"Understood." Quentyn replied "And uncle, good luck."

"We're all going to need it." Oberyn replied "I have no idea what we'll face once we're though that gate."

Quentyn ran back over to the main force of the Dornish army and they quickly began charging over the hill. The Dornish archers on the hills fired their volley attacks which took the Daedra by surprise and they quickly saw the Dornish charging down the hill and scrambled to form a defence. They defence could not be formed in time before the Dornish Calvary arrived and the fight soon began.

Raven Rock: Solstheim:

Jon and the others were back in the Retching Netch where Crescius Caerellius was waiting for them. He had bought them all a quick drink from the bar and they all sat at a table. "So, did you discover anything in the mine?" he asked

"We did actually." Jon replied pulling out Gratian's journal "It seems you were right about your great grandfather."

"Let me see." Crescius requested and Jon handed him the journal "I knew it, he was never killed in a rockfall. It was all an invention to keep people out of the barrow. I guess they didn't want people stumbling into those places. They can be dangerous."

"I know that personally." Jon replied "I've been in an old Tomb before."

"Well, this does bring me some closure." Crescius stated "And hope for the town, this journal mentions that there are more ebony ore veins beyond the locked off section. I will petition to have the mine reopen although security will be needed to ensure that it is safe with that barrow."

"So now that that's done, what do we do know?" Tormund asked

Crescius thought of something "You know, Captain Veleth was in here earlier looking for you lot."

"Why?" Serena asked "Did we do something wrong?"

"I don't think so." Crescius replied "It did seem important to him but he wouldn't say. He's probably back to patrolling so you might see him outside."

"I guess we better go see what he wants." Serena stated

"I just hope we haven't done anything that has gotten us in trouble." Jon said and his group finished off their drinks and started to leave the tavern. They didn't get far as just as they were walking up the stairs, Captain Veleth entered.

"Ah there you are." He replied "I'm sorry to bother you but Second Councillor Arano asked me to come find you, he said it was quite urgent."

Jon and Serena looked at each other, Second Councillor Arano was the man who greeted them when they first arrived in Raven Rock. He wasn't very welcoming but was not a nasty person either, why would he want to speak to them "Did he say what is was about?" Jon asked

"No, all he wanted me to do was to come find you and ask you to speak to him near the abandoned buildings on the edge of town." Veleth replied "He did seem scared and worried so it was urgent and whatever it is, it must be even more important than taking out the Ash Spawn Threat."

"Alright, we'll go look for him then." Serena replied

"Thank you." Veleth replied "I do hope that everything is alright and Raven Rock is not in any real danger." He then left and Jon looked at Serena.

"What was that all about?" he questioned

"Could be politics maybe." Serena suggested

"You nobles and your politics." Ygritte groaned "They're always so complicated."

"Whatever's going on, we should go and see what's going on." Grenn suggested "This may help us in the long term."

"Agreed." Jon replied

The Neck: The North:

Joffrey hated this place. The north was full of savages and this part of the north was even worse. The swamp people of the neck lived in mud and stick huts. In his They should all just be rounded up and killed or made to serve their betters. Even the so called noble House Reed were savages living in a castle that was barely standing. He remembered travelling through the neck when his father decided to name that barbarian traitor Eddard Stark as Hand of the King. The trip through the neck itself took nearly a week since the wheelhouse kept getting stuck and damaged due to the roads being terrible. The so called great fortress Moat Cailin was just a ruin, it did not compare to the great castles in the south and he couldn't understand why the Andals had failed to destroy these savages.

But it was in the swamps where he would find his first prize. He had travelled here in order to find two items. The Amulet of Bats and the Ring of the Beast, two powerful vampire artefacts that would boost a vampire's powers. Not long ago, he had met Faren Sadri, a vampire member of Lord Harkon's court who had seen him as a weakling before but had offered him the chance to prove himself by recovering four powerful artefacts; he Rings of Blood Magic and the Amulet of Night Powers. Two were located in the Neck while the other two were beyond the Wall. First he had to recover the Amulet of Bats which according to Faren had belonged to a vampire who had been slain in a major battle centuries ago, his body sinking to the bottom of a place called Mara's Eye Pond. The pond itself was located in the Neck and thanks to a dusty old book, he had a small map which showed how the pond looked like.

Joffrey groaned as he was bitten by another insect. This swamp was full of them along with the dangerous Lizard Lions. Joffrey's new Vampire Lord powers helped him kill those beasts and his pet jaguar Hearteater had grown stronger thanks to the vampire magic having transformed him. Hearteater was no longer the black spotted Jaguar he was before, his skin had turned black and was harder. His eyes glowed red and his fangs often dripped red saliva. He didn't seem like a Jaguar anymore but Joffrey like how powerful his Jaguar now was. He could bite the arm off a person like it was nothing. After a while, Joffrey came across a large pond in the swamp that seemed similar to what the map showed him. According to the book, a battle was fought here between the Grey Host and the human army in a major ambush. The vampire wielding the amulet tried to swim across the lake but was killed by an arrow. His body would sink to the bottom of the pond and has never been found.

Faren did admit the story may not even be true and even Harkon didn't believe in the existence of these artefacts but Joffrey wanted to power and if it meant swimming in a swamp, he would do it. Joffrey waded into the swamp while Hearteater kept an eye out for Lizard Lions. Joffrey dove underwater, his vampire senses helping him look around in the muddy water. It took a few tries but he soon came across a skeleton with a necklace around its neck. With a tug, the necklace came free and Joffrey came to the surface. When he got back to land, it saw that the jewel of the necklace was in the shape of a bat just like the amulet of Bats was suppose to be like. Joffrey smirked, he had found it. This should help him with his vampire bats transformation. With one item found, it was time to head over to the next location where the Ring of the Beast was located.

Starfall: Dorne:

Obara yelled as she drove her spear into the chest of a charging Dremora then she pulled out and swung the blade slicing through a Scamp cutting it in two. Nymeria used her whip to help her sister. She was skilled with a whip but that was not much use in a battle and so she used her whip to disarm her foes. She knew how to wrap the whip around people's arms and pull their weapons free. Quentyn and the other Calvary had charged into the battle killing Daedra as they went and then they went in for another charge. They were shifting the battle away from the Oblivion Gate to help create a clear path for Oberyn's small force.

The trouble was that more Daedra just came from the Oblivion Gate to replace those that the Dornish killed which was why it was important to get that gate closed. Thankfully, the Daedra and Mythic Dawn did not realise the Dornish plan as they moved the battle away from the Oblivion Gate. The battle moved from outside the Gates of Starfall to the field nearby and so the Daedra were moving away from the Oblivion Gate. Soon Obara saw that there was a clear path from the hill to the Gate. She turned to an archer.

"It's time." She ordered "Light the signal."

The archer nodded and quickly lit his arrow ablaze and fired it, not at the Daedra but at the Walls of Starfall to an unlit brazier on the Walls. The arrow hit the brazier which lit up.

Oh the hills, Oberyn Martell watched with his small group as the Brazier lit up. "Alright men, It's time to close that Gate. Charge." The small Dornish party charged down the hill on their horses. They didn't even stop as they charged. Their horses galloped down the hill and towards the gate. They all held their breath as they entered the glowing red portal of the Oblivion Gate.

Oldtown: Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary:

The Dark Brotherhood members had gathered for a briefing. Nazir stood in front of everyone. "Alright everyone." He announced "We have our assignments. The King has given us the go ahead on several contracts. Mythic Dawn members Isolde and Else God-Hater are to be killed."

"Who will be performing these contracts?" Hildegard asked

"You and Kor will have Else while Antoinetta and Tanek have Isolde." Nazir stated "Also for some reason, Cimbar has disappeared. He was supposed to come here to give us assistance but he's vanished. He was helping scouting the docks so you are to also look for him."

"What about me?" Barbette asked

"For now, you are to countinue your infiltration of the Resistance here." Nazir stated "I know it's not the most exciting but it is important. After all, if there is a spy among them then they need to be found out. If you find out who it is then kill them."

"Understood." Barbette replied "But I should tell you, the Resistance are planning an attack on the Starry Sept soon. You might want to take them out before they strike."

"Then Hildegard and I will do it tonight." Kor replied "We may not be at full power but we can still use our strength."

"Just be careful, the Mythic Dawn do have hostages and I would rather not have them killed." Nazir stated "We do not want to anger the King."

"Understood." Hildegard replied

"You have your orders, now get your gear ready." Nazir stated "Take no chances."

Deadlands: Oblivion:

The Deadlands were the realm ruled by Mehrunes Dagon, Daedric Prince of Destruction. Oberyn thought that if there was one realm of Oblivion that could be seen as the Seven Hells, it was this one. The sky was an eyrie red while the land was made up of black rock with larva flowing around. The Deadlands were made up of tiny islands floating in a sea of larva with large black towers of each other. Each large tower held a Sigil Stone that held an Oblivion Gate open.

The island that Oberyn and his group had been transported actually had three large towers. Connected by three bridges but there was no way to get into the furthest tower which seemed to be the one holding the Sigil Stone. Oberyn knew that they had to go through one tower and try and find the controls in order to find the controls to extend the bridges. "Alright boys, this place is like hell but if we're going to stop these Daedra, then we have to disconnect the Sigil stone from the main tower."

"How do we do that?" Edric Dayne asked

"We have to climb up the tower here." Oberyn replied pointing to of the two remaining towers "We have to find the controls to extend the bridges, then we can climb the main tower where the Sigil Stone is held. I know this place is evil but we have to do it."

"I'm with you my Prince." Daemon Sand replied

"Same here." Edric added "These beasts are attacking my home, we have to shut this Gate to save my home."

"Well then. Let's go." Oberyn shouted and his group quickly made their way over to the entrance of the first tower. Oberyn quickly thrust his spear into the chest of a Dremora and the others began fighting the Daedra as they made their way into the first tower.

King's Landing: Red Keep:

King Martin had returned to the Red Keep and had requested that Daenerys' former advisor Farengar come to meet him. Farengar was an expert on the dragons and so he may be able to give him some advice on how to potential deal with Viserys' massive dragon. No matter if the Mythic Dawn were defeated, Viserys was a huge threat, mad and full of anger, he posed a huge risk and with a dragon, he had a very dangerous weapon that would render his well trained army useless. He needed to find a weak spot with that dragon.

Farengar soon entered the chambers along with Delphine "King Martin." He greeted "It's been a long time."

"It has indeed." Martin replied "The last time we met was many years ago just after I converted to the Nine Divines. You left for Essos not long after."

"And I travelled a lot before I met Daenerys." Farengar replied "She's a good woman. I'm glad you decided not to try and have her killed."

"My father let his anger take over." Martin replied "Daenerys is not like her father but I can't say the same about her brother."

"When I first saw Viserys, I could tell he was nothing but trouble." Farengar replied "I am surprised that the Dothraki didn't kill him. Daenerys did help get him spared which may have been a mistake. Though it is understandable, they are siblings after all but now Daenerys wants nothing to do with Viserys. He did try to kill her after all."

"And speaking of Viserys, he has a major weapon." Delphine added "That dragon of his. They say it is bigger than even Aegon the Conqueror's Balerion."

"I have travelled all over Essos in my years away." Farengar replied "I was able to find some old Valyrian writings about dragons but my main interest was in the dragons before during the Septim Empire. They said these dragons were like Gods, they could speak in their own tongue and were generally more powerful."

"But those Ancient Dragons were wiped out." Delphine stated "These talking dragons weren't just gone somewhere all these years, they were dead. Killed by the ancestors of the Blades. Their burial mounds are all over Westeros and Essos."

"Perhaps one managed to get away." Farengar suggested "I mean we have no idea what the Mythic Dawn and Viserys have been doing?"

"Do you have any advice on how to deal with a dragon like this?" Martin asked

"If Viserys' dragon is one from before Valyria then it will be harder to kill." Farengar admitted "But it should be able to be killed but it will be difficult. Shooting one down with a Scorpion like the Dornish would work but it's trying to lure it in. I also ready how the Dragonborns of legend could wield the power of the voice to tame and control dragons."

"I've read that too." Martin admitted "But that knowledge has been lost of centuries. I don't have time to go off adventuring when I have a kingdom to run."

"It will be hard I know." Farengar admitted "I think we'll just have to try and kill this dragon the old way."

Then the door knocked "It's Blade Knight Fortis." Barristan who was guarding the door called.

"Let him in Barristan." Martin ordered

Blade Knight Fortis entered the room dripping in sweat. He had been over at the Dragonpit looking after the dragons so he must have ran all the way here. "Your Grace." He called nearly collapsing due to exhaustion "Grandmaster, something's happened at the Dragonpit."

"Has a mob tried to get through?" Martin questioned, he remember how a mob tried to get into the Dragonpit led by a few Sparrows but where forced away by the Blades and the city guard.

"No your Grace, but a dragon has arrived." Fortis replied

Jaime who was the other guard looked at him "There are dragons in the Dragonpit already. How is this new?"

Fortis shook his head "No, this dragon is different. It's not one of yours or Daenerys' dragons. This one is bigger, it just flew into the Dragonpit and then collapsed. It seemed injured."

Martin looked at Farengar and Delphine "Alright, I'll go check this out. Fortis, stay here and get some rest. The rest of you with me." Martin along with Delphine, Farengar, Barristan and Jaime quickly left the keep to see just what had happened at the Dragonpit.

Raven Rock: Solstheim:

Jon and the others went to the edge of town where several abandoned houses were. Jon had been told that years ago, a volcano on the mainland had erupted sending a shockwave across the sea that struck Raven Rock and badly damaged the town. Stone structures collapsed and wooden structures were obliterated. Many houses had been rebuilt but others were not. Some houses had no owners since the families who owned them had died and so they were just left to rot. Second Councillor Arano was leaning against the walls of one of the abandoned houses.

"Thank you for coming." He said when he saw Jon and the others.

"Captain Veleth said you wanted to see us." Jon said "Have we done something wrong?"

"No, you've done nothing." Arano replied "After helping protect this town from the Ash Spawn, you have done more for this town than I would have first thought so I didn't really want to bring you into this. But I couldn't risk Councillor Morvayn being killed."

That caught Jon's attention "How is this Councillor Morvayn in danger of being killed?" he asked

"Politics." Arano sighed "The Ulen family of House Hlaalu, a rival Great House of Morrowind has place a death mark on Councillor Morvayn. That means he's now a target of an assassination."

"But why would this Ulen family want Councillor Morvayn dead?" Serena asked

Arano sighed "A number of years ago when this town started to fall on hard times, Vilur Ulen a resident of this town started to get ideas. He plotted to kill Councillor Morwayn and take over the town. He managed to convince other residents to join him but his conspiracy was uncovered. Vilur was arrested and later jailed while his family escaped. Now they've put a death mark on Councillor Morvayn. Like I said, it's politics, this happens all the time. It may seem odd to you but I just can't risk this."

"Can't you just warn Morvayn?" Tormund asked

"The problem is that I don't have any solid proof." Arano replied "Just theories. Morvayn fears I'm being too paranoid but I'm scared that I'm going to wake up one day and find him dead. If Morvayn dies then this town will fall apart. He's been the one thing that's kept this town going even when hard times have hit."

"How dangerous is this threat?" Jon asked

"Very." Arano replied "I've already heard from corespondants on the mainland that the Ulen family have managed to smuggle an agent to Solstheim and they may have an agent here in Raven Rock but I have no idea who it is. But as Outlanders, I knew you're not involved in this which is why I came to you."

"Do you have any idea who the agent could be?" Tormund questioned

Arano shook his head "I can't just accuse anyone without solid proof so if you do find out who it is, you will need physical evidence. Geldis Sadri at the Retching Netch might have some ideas on how to help you."

"We'll look into this." Jon said

"Thank you." Arano replied "If you find the conspirators, I will ensure that House Redoran never forgets what you've done."

Jon nodded and he and the others left to try and help find the conspirators.

Stros M'kai: Saintsport:

Saintsport was a small haven on the southern tip of Stros M'kai. This small town was home to a lighthouse that would help guide ships in fog but the town had recently been taken over by a bunch of pirates known as the Sea Drakes led by Captain Helane but they were just as bad as Headman Boshek and maybe even worse as these Sea Drakes raped, pillaged and murdered citizens to take over the town. All Boshek wanted was tribute and if you didn't pay then a few towns people would end up dead as a warning.

Captain Kaleen and Theon Greyjoy arrived at the outskirts of the town to meet with one of Kaleen's allies, Crafty Lerisa, a pirate raider with flowing black hair Her ship, the Maiden's Breath was lured by the lighthouse and wrecks and most of the crew were captured.

"Alright Kaleen." Lerisa called "You say you want my help and we're old friends. But I can't do much with my ship and crew gone. Captain Helane has my crew, if you help rescue them then I'll owe you a favour."

"A favour for a favour." Kaleen replied "All right, what's the plan old friend?"

"We're going to disguise my crew as Sea Drakes." Kaleen replied "There's no way we can sneak in undetected. Helane has guards everywhere so we're going to walk right in." She quickly pulled a pack of clothing out "I managed to statch these clothes, they should help you walk around Saintsport without drawing attention but stay away from the guards holding torching. They're the elite guard and your disguises won't work on them. They know every Sea Drake."

"So who are we rescuing?" Theon asked

"My top three crew are Crenard Dortene, Haerdon and Mekag gro-Bug. They're being held in the large buildings." Lerisa replied "Bust them out and then meet me by Helane's ship."

"Alright, we'll find them and see you at the docks." Kaleen replied

"Good luck." Lerisa replied "I just need to prepare something special for Captain Helane. She has a nasty surprise coming."

Theon and Kaleen quickly put on their Sea Drake outfits and then soon made their way to the first large building which had once been a warehouse. As long as they kept to themselves and stayed away from the elite guards holding torches, this mission may not involve much fighting which would be good for Theon since he was missing a hand but at some point, he would have to learn how to use his other hand in fighting, something he had no experience with.

Oblivion: Deadlands:

The climb up the first tower had been hard. The tower was full of different Daedric creatures. Dremora Lords as well as the beastly Scamps and Clanfears made the climb up the tower hard. Even worse, some of the coidoors had traps in them. Oberyn had managed to save Daemon Sand from being cut in half by a massive blade that fell from the ceiling and had to push Edric from the path of a massive swinging claw. Oberyn had also barely able to escape being pierced by a wall spear trap. They had also encountered rotating towers that seemed to shot balls of fire at them. The climb had been hard but they had made it to the top of the first tower. There was no Sigil Stone in this tower as Oberyn expected but he had found some kind of mechanism with a lever. Once the lever was pulled, some gears seemed to be moved by some claws but they didn't know what the gears operated. They soon got their answer when they went through a door in the top of the tower. The gears operated the bridges. The bridge between the front two towers had extended but by looking down, they could see that the brides connecting the two towers to the third tower had not extended. There must be another lever in the other tower.

Edric realised this as well "So I guess we need to pull the lever in the other tower?" he questioned

"Yes." Oberyn replied "We must do this fast, our army outside may not last much longer."

Starfall: Dorne:

Oberyn's fears were correct. Despite how well the Dornish were fighting. They were slowly being overrun. More Daedra just replaced the ones that were killed and even worse, some Dremora generals called Xivilai had arrived. These generals were more skilled and better armoured. They led the Dremora fighters like an army instead of a swarm and the Dornish fighters were starting to lose ground. They were being pushed back towards the walls of Starfall. The Gates of Starfall then opened allowing the well trained army of House Dayne to ride out and join in the fighting.

Obara and Nymeria were fighting side by side with each other using their weapons to help each other. Nymeria used her whip to distract and injure enemies from a distance while Obara finished injured enemies off with her spear. The two of them looked up as the saw Quentyn lead the Dornish Calvery in for another charge against a Dremora column being led by a Xivilai, they were able to smash the column in two causing the Dremora to scatter which was good but they soon began to surround a few men from the Calvery. Quentyn watched as one man was dragged from his horse and then cut to pieces. Quentyn managed to swing his sword cutting the Dremora down as they came for him. But then the Xivilai general got close and impaled Quentyn's horse as it stood on its hind legs. The horse fell backwards but Quentyn was able to roll when he hit the floor and avoid being trapped by his horse. He was also able to cut down some Dremora as he fell giving him some space.

Nymeria and Obara saw that their cousin was in trouble and ran over to him. Quentyn began swinging his sword cutting down more Dremora but soon came face to face with the Xivilai. He started duelling the Xivilai but this Daedra proved to be a tougher foe to beat and Quentyn could not break his defence. Quentyn was soon forced to protect himself from a blow from the Xivilai that caused him to fall back and drop his sword. The Xivilai howled with victory and went for the kill but before he could, Nymeria whip wrapped around the Xivilai sword and pulled it from his grasp. Obara charged and impaled the general in the back.

Nymeria picked up Quentyn's sword. "Here!" she shouted throwing it to Quentyn. The three of them all formed a triangle formation fighting enemies as they came for them.

"We won't be able to hold for much longer!" Quentyn yelled

"Father will close that Gate!" Obara yelled

"He needs time!" Nymeria added

"We're running out of time here!" Quentyn shouted as he cut down another Dremora "We're getting cut to pieces here. We won't last much longer!"

"Well then we'll make this a glorious day for the Dornish!" Obara yelled "Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken, we'll show these Daedra what we can do! Even if we die!"

Nymeria yelled as well and managed to help disarm another Dremora that Quentyn killed "I just hope your father can close that gate soon."

Deadlands: Oblivion:

Oberyn and his companions managed to get to the other tower and activate the second lever to extend the bridges to the third tower. They then quickly descended down the tower to find the door taken them to the bridge leading them to the third tower.

"We're nearly done men!" he yelled "Charge!" the Dornish team joined the cheer as they charged across the narrow bridge towards the third tower and hopefully, the Sigil Stone to close the gate.

Yunkai: Essos:

The Targaryen camp was quite. The battle of Yunkai would begin tomorrow and so preperations were being made. Soldiers sharpened their swords and mended their armour so that they were ready. Everyone was feeling confident, with both the Unsullied and the Golden Company, the Targaryen army had over 20,000 men while Yunkai had a maximum of 8,000. While battles were not always won by numbers, the Targaryen army was much better trained, the Unsullied and Golden Companies were some of the best soldiers in the known world, better than what Yunkai could develop.

With the night being a new moon, the camp was even darker than usually so everyone was on high alert. Golden Company Spymaster Lysono Maar did say that he would expect Yunkai to try and send assassins since they knew that they would most likely lose this battle. The guards were on high alert this night.

Aegon was currently in his tent having a bath so he could relax ready for the upcoming battle. His main guards including Rolly Duckfield stood outside guarding the tent. Aegon knew they would most likely win the battle tomorrow but he was trying to figure out a way to do it with the least causalities. He was also chatting with Missandei, the translation slave girl who he had freed from slavery in Astapor. She had become a good friend and they were chatting about their lives.

"Nineteen." Aegon laughed "How can anyone speak nineteen different languages."

"Well there are many different dialects of Valyrian." Missandei replied "Besides with such a central position in Essos, you tend to get a lot of different people coming from all over the known world."

Aegon looked at her "And what about your home?" he asked "What do you remember from your life before you were a slave?"

"I was born on the island of Naath in the Summer Sea." Missandei replied "It has been many years since I was captured. I was just a young child then, me and my three brothers were captured by Slavers."

"I've heard of Naath, they call it the island of Butterflies." Aegon replied

"That was outsiders of the islands call it." Missandei smiled "My people were very peaceful, we refuse to fight even in self defence which has made up a common target for raiders which is why my people now live further inland. No Slaver ever sets up a base, they want to get away from Naath as fast as they can."

"So they don't catch butterfly fever?" Aegon questioned

"I don't know how it works really." Missandei replied "It's a shame, my people were once a strong position of trade but now we live in fear of slavers."

"Maybe we can change things." Aegon suggested "Maybe once we've ended this abomination known as Slavery, your people will have a chance to grow strong again."

"Maybe." Missandei replied "Then no one will have to go through losing family like me?"

Aegon looked at her "You mentioned you were captured with three brothers? What happened to them?"

"All three of my brothers were sent for Unsullied training." Missandei replied "I know one died in training but my other two brothers Marselen and Mossador are still alive. They're due to fight soon and thankfully, they never were fully broken and I still speak to them when I have time but they're still not the same as they used to be."

Aegon smiled "Well, at least something good has happened." Missandei then went to go get Aegon's bath robe but then she gasped. Aegon turned around to se someone had grabbed Missandei and had her mouth covered and a dagger to her neck.

"No screaming, or she dies!" the man sneered

Aegon couldn't risk reaching for Blackfyre which was close by or Missandei could get hurt "What do you want?" he demanded.

The man pulled off his helmet revealing a smooth skinned man with blue hair and a blue beard. He was smirking at him "There is much that I want but all I really want to do right now is talk."

"Let her go!" Aegon ordered

To Aegon's surprise, the man quickly released Missandei. Then the tent opened and Aegon's guards along with Visenya and Travis entered. Travis just sighed with annoyance.

"You really had to try and show off didn't you Daario?" he stated

"You know I like to make an entrance Travis." The man known as Daario smirked

Aegon looked at Daario "You were sent here to kill me weren't you?"

"I was." Daario replied "But I made sure that it was me they picked. The commanders all picked coins, they were too stupid to see that all the coins were different shapes. I ensure I got the coin that would pick me. I had no intention of killing you or anyone. Isn't that right Travis."

Travis nodded "I'm glad to see you're with me old friend. But what about you co-leaders, what did they say?"

"You should ask them." Daario smirked as he removed the sack he was carrying over his shoulder and tipped it to reveal the heads of Prendahl na Ghezn and Sallor the Sailor "We had our differences but I know that no money is worth dying over. I tend to fight because it's all I've ever known. Sellswords may fight for gold but some of us do have hearts. I've seen what you're doing here. The Stormcrows are yours to serve."

Aegon looked at Connington and Visenya and then looked at Daario "Fine, I accept you but I warn you, if I find out you're playing us, I will have your head."

Daario did a quick bow "I understand your Grace."

King's Landing, the Dragonpit:

Martin along with Farengar and Delphine arrived at the Dragonpit along with Jaime and Barristan. Daenerys had also arrived with Jorah having heard of this new dragon.

"Is it true that another dragon has come?" Daenerys asked

"I guess we'll find out." Martin said as he dismounted his horse and entered the Dragonpit where several Blades were waiting led by Pelagius.

"Everything was normal here." Pelagius explained "We all heard a loud roar and then this dragon flew right through the door and hit the ground quite hard. It seemed injured."

"Where is it?" Martin asked

"Still lying where it crashed." Pelagius explained "Hasn't move since."

Martin and Daenerys entered the main area of the Dragonpit where they saw their own dragons surrounding the new dragon. It was massive, the head was bigger than the skull of Balerion the Black Dread in the Red Keep. The dragon has shiny silver scales that were being dulled by blood. This dragon looked seriously injured. Martin carefully walked around to the head and slowly walked towards the head while the Blades stood vigilant ready if this dragon got ready to fight.

Martin carefully put his hand on the dragon's head and sighed "It's okay." He called

Farengar looked at some of the wounds on this dragon, it seemed to have massive scratch marks made from sharp claws and large bite marks "These wounds are fresh." He said

"What could have caused this?" Delphine asked

"The only creature that could create wounds like this are other dragons." Farengar stated "This dragon must have been in an intense fight with another dragon and very recent."

"Viserys." Delphine realised "This dragon must have ended up in a fight with Viserys."

Daenerys looked at them "But, how is that possible?" she questioned "I thought dragons were all gone."

Farengar thought for a moment and then thought of an answer "Not all of them, some of the Targaryen Dragons managed to survive the Dance of the Dragons but were never heard of again. There is one dragon that seems to have this same look and was in the same region as where Viserys is operating."

Martin also had the same idea "Silverwing, the dragon of Queen Alysanne Targaryen and later by Ulf the White."

Farengar nodded "After Ulf's death at the Second Battle of Tumbleton, Silverwing made a base at Red Lake and was never seen since. She must have gained age since. Maybe she went into hiding. There could be many reasons why."

Daenerys carefully walked over to Silverwing and placed her head against the dragon "Oh, you poor thing." She cooed "What are we going to do?"

Farengar looked at her "I may be able to help her but there is no guarantee that she'll make it. She's badly injured."

"Any attempt is better than none." Daenerys replied. She heard more cooing and looked to see both her and Martin's dragons rubbing their noses against Silverwing. To them, this dragon was bigger than them and they did not see this dragon as a rival, rather this dragon was seem as a mentor if she pulled through. Daenerys hoped that Silverwing would survive, it would be horrible to lose such a majestic creature.

Raven Rock: Solstheim:

Jon and his companions returned to the Retching Netch to speak to barkeeper Geldis Sadri who may have some ideas on how to help them search for a potential threat to Councillor Morvayn. They all approached the tavern and Geldis looked at them.

"Well, if it isn't some of the most populated people in Raven Rock." He greeted "You may have come here from the outside but in the short time you've been here, ypu've improved the lives of many in this town. There are hopes that the mine may reopen. We can't thank you enough."

"You're welcome." Grenn replied

"So?" Geldis asked "Is there anything I can get you?"

"Well, Arano said that you might be able to help us with something." Jon said

Geldis couldn't help but smirk "Well, well." He replied "Arano's got himself some spies has he? We should speak somewhere quite." He quickly led them into the room behind them where no one could hear them talk "Azure knows that he needs the help, he's been chasing the Ulens for years."

"You think he's mistaken about the Ulens?" Serena asked

Geldis shook his head "No, he may be right about the Ulens. I just think he's going about finding them all wrong. If you want to catch those slippery slaughterfish, you have to make them come to you."

"And just how can we do that?" Jon asked

"Actually, it's quite easy." Geldis stated "There's an Ulen ansesteral tomb over by the temple and someone has been leaving Ash Yam offerings on the grave of Vilur Ulen. If you were to hide in the tomb and wait, you may be able to catch them in the act."

Jon looked confused, "If the Ulens tried to stage a coup in this town, why would they have a family tomb here?"

"And why haven't you told Arano this?" Serena added

Geldis smirked "What makes you think I haven't told him?" he laughed "Everything time Arano and the Redoran Guard pull this trick, the Ulens were one step ahead and never showed up. But your Outsiders, they won't be expecting you. And as for why the Ulens have a tomb, it was built before the coup for Vilur's father Valin who moved here when the town was falling apart. He helped greatly to keeping this town from falling so when he died, his family raised funds for a family tomb. Sadly his son was not the man he was and so everyone really forgot about the good things Valin did and the tomb was forgotten until recently. That's what caught Arano's attention. Ash Yams represent rebirth so they're a traditional offering to the dead, particularly for family."

"So one of us just needs to scout the tomb and see who comes?" Jon said

Jenassa stepped forwards "I could do it Jon, I can hide in the shadows and identify who comes. I'll get a good look and then describe them to you and Arano to see who it is. I'm good at identifying features on people."

"Set it up." Jon ordered "Set it up."

"The Ash Yam offerings are often left at night." Geldis stated

"Then I'll sneak in now and wait." Jenassa replied "Hopefully they show up."

"Me too." Jon replied "Good luck."

The North: The Neck:

While the region known as the Neck was infamous for being full of swamps, there were a few old caves throughout the region as well. One such cave was where Joffrey found himself hunting for the Ring of the Beast. This cave was a hideout for a vampire called Movarth, a vampire who had set up a small hideout where they would prey on travellers and villagers. They were apparently responsible for taking a small hunting group recently from one of the villages. As well as recovering the ring, Faren had also told Joffrey to destroy the den. Despite the cave being home to vampires, Faren and the other Volkihar vampires saw these vampires as weaker creatures, they did not have the full Vampire Lord power that the Volkihar clan had. They were thin-bloods to Faren and it was had told him to cull the herd meaning kill the lesser vampires. Joffrey was more than happy to do that as it helped him get better with his knew vampire Lord abilities. As soon as he entered the cave, he transformed. He threw around his balls of red blood magic at the lesser vampires and even summoned a gargoyle. The fight was a slaughter, even though Joffrey was not good with weapons, his new Vampire blood made him very powerful. He couldn't wait to try these powers out on his traitor brother.

Soon, only Movarth was left and Joffrey used his vampire grip magic to hold the leader in place. Movarth whimpered as he struggled "What... what... what are you?"

Joffrey's vampire lord form smirked "A being more powerful than you!" he growled "The weak only serve to benefit the strong." With one of his vampire lord claws, he grabbed Movarth's neck and began squeezing. Movarth howled and struggled but it was no good and soon, Movarth's head was crushed into mush and fell to the ground. Joffrey then transformed back into his normal self and looked at the body of Movarth. He pulled his hand up and pulled off what he was looking for. The Ring of the Beast was a pale white ring not made from metal but from three rings of bone with two orange jewels set into it. He now had two of the vampire artefacts he was looking for, now he just had to find the other two. He smirked, he would grow even more powerful and would take back his throne from his traitorous brother.

Starry Sept: Oldtown:

The Starry Sept in Oldtown was a very important place for worshippers of the Seven. This had once been the largest Sept ever built in Westeros and the Seat of the High Septon before King Baelor built the Great Sept in King's Landing. The Sept had black marble walls, arched windows and beautiful stained glass with mansions for the faithful nearby. The Sept had been built by Lord Triston Hightower in honour of his mentor and former regent Septon Robeson during the Age of Heroes and was where Aegon the Conquerer was crowned and named King of the Seven Kingdoms after his conquest of the Reach although at the time, he still failed to take Dorne and the King in the North hadn't bent the knee yet.

The beauty of the Sept was something but now that was all gone. The Starry Sept was now nothing more than walls and a roof, broken walls and a broken roof. When Oldtown was attacked by the Daedra, the Starry Sept became a key target to destroy the moral of the people. The statues of the Seven which had stood for centuries had been crushed and to pour salt into the wound, the stone from those statues was used to build a statue of the Daedric Prince Mehrunes Dagon which was now placed in the centre of the Sept. To desecrate the Sept even more, the Mythic Dawn cultists performed human sacrifice using captured citizens. This was actually a usual practice of the Mythic Dawn to sacrifice innocent people in the name of Dagon. Their blood was then used to help dyne the robes of the members.

Prisoners from the city of Oldtown had been captured on mass and regualry, people were chosen at random and sacrificed. These sacrifices were being led by a woman called Else God-Hater, a woman from Oldtown who had always expressed her dislike of the Gods which included both the Divines and the Seven. She never preached to people but never accepted charity and was seen as a bitter woman. Now it was revealed that she was a sleeper agent for the Mythic Dawn and she did believe in one God, the Daedric Prince of Destruction. She had been placed in charge of the remains of the Starry Sept where she performed sacrifices to Dagon starting with the Septons and Septas plus any members of the faith first before moving on to regular people.

People were forced to watch as people were sacrificed which would scare them if they were next. Now it was time for them to watch another sacrifice. The Mythic Dawn had brought the captive citizens and then they went around choosing a few at random. Among those picked was Leo Tyrell also known as Lazy Leo. Leo was the second son of Ser Moryn Tyrell, Commander of the City watch of Oldtown. Leo was a novice of the Citadel but was regarded as being quite lazy by most and would rather spend his time drinking and sleeping with prostitutes than reading and was disliked by most other novices at the Citadel. He managed to get away with his actions thanks to his father's protection. But now that was gone. Despite Leo's kicking and screaming, he was dragged to the centre of the Sept below the statue of Dagon where he was bound to an alter.

Else smirked as she approached Leo with a sharp dagger she took from her second, a man called Harrow who handled new recruits to the Mythic Dawn. "Mehrunes Dagon, Prince of Destruction and Lord of Change, we offer you this innocent in your name and hope that you are pleased with our offerings that you will grant us your power and your armies to conquer this world."

Leo spat in Else's face "Burn in the Seven Hells you fucking whore!" he spat "Seven Curse you!"

Else smirked "The Seven are not here. They never where here. If they wanted to strike me down, then why haven't they, it because they don't exist. The only power here comes from the Daedra, now you will get a taste of it." Else then slammed the dagger into Leo's chest causing the man to scream and then Else cut Leo open from sternum to navel causing him to emit a blood cursed scream with got louder as Else plunged her hand into Leo's insides while he was still alive and pull out his heart. His heart being ripped from his chest was the last thing Leo saw before his vision faded.

Everyone in the Sept couldn't look except for the Mythic Dawn. Not every sacrifice was like that, this one possible was since Leo was high born. Everyone was scared and they prayed for salvation. One such person who was very scared was young novice of the Faith called Zachery Frey. Zachery was a great grandson of Lord Walder Frey of the Twins. He was the son of Tytos Frey who was the son of Jared Frey, lord Walder's fourth son. Zachery was actually quite young as he was only about fourteen. He was studying to become a Septa and was trying to distance himself from his family who he actually disliked. He was one of the few Faith members who survived because he had been running errands at the time of the Mythic Dawn attack and so they did not know that he was a member of the Faith. He was still terrified and prayed that someone would come and rescue them. He knew that his family wouldn't care if he died, he was just one of many Freys in the eyes of his family and most other noble families which was why he decided to seek his place elsewhere. He looked around at the other frightened citizens and in the corner of his eye, he could see a couple of figures hiding in the shadows. When he blinked they were gone.

Dark Brotherhood members Kor and Hildegard retreated back into the Shadows after witnessing the sacrifice.

"So the Mythic Dawn perform regular sacrifices." Hildegard stated

"I guess they do." Kor replied "That would be the perfect time to strike. And I can see the perfect place to attack. We pounce, take out Else and then retreat. If we time it right, the Resistance will take care of the rest."

"Then we must make all the preparations for the strike." Hildegard replied.

Saintsport: Stros M'kai:

Theon and Kaleen had managed to rescue all of Lerisa's crew and they met up with Lerisa near a rock by the docks. They had been told to rescue on more crew member, Lerisa's First Mate Deregor who was being held on Helane's personal ship, the Bloody Witch. Lerisa asked them to find him and then meet her at Helane's cabin where she had an idea on how to deal with the pirate leader. Kaleen and Theon used the Sea Drake disguises to sneak onto the ship and find the key to the storeroom on the ship where they quickly entered the storeroom. They soon found Deregor tied to a post in the middle of the room.

"Who in Oblivion are you!" he demanded

Kaleen laughed "Who do you think we are?" she stated "Lerisa sent us to rescue you."

"Lerisa's alive." Deregor gasped and then laughed "I knew it. I knew she escaped. Helane claimed that she had her keelhauled but I knew better. They don't call her Crafty Lerisa for nothing."

"Let's get you out of here." Theon said as he cut Deregor's bonds

"Now let's go find Captain Helane in her cabin." Kaleen stated "I wonder what Lerisa has planned for her. I wonder what she planned to do."

The two of them found out once they entered Helane's cabin where Lerisa was already waiting for them. Captain Helane slowly came down a set of stairs stumbling "What... what have you done?" she gasped at Lerisa "Did you... did you poison..." she began coughing "You bitch... I'll... I'll gut you like a pig." Despite trying to sound threatening, she didn't with her coughing.

Lerisa just smirked "Oh, you'll kill me like you tried to do with me crew." She mocked "Well, it seems that the tables have turned on you Helane." Helane tried to shout something but she just coughed and fell to her knees and despite trying to stand up, she fell on her back "Oh look at that, the poor captain's had a fall."

Kaleen shook her head "Why must you act like that all the time Lerisa?" she questioned

Lerisa laughed "What, it's good fun to see a sadistic person fail at being sadistic."

"What did you just do to her?" Theon asked

Lerisa pulled out a small red plant root "I just spiked her favourite wine with this. It's called jarrin root, very nasty local poison. It won't kill her, not right away at least. It dissolves to stomach lining then goes from there."

"You're just going to leave her here to die?" Theon asked

"I would love to stay and watch her die but I don't have time." Lerisa stated "In truth, I didn't even bring the poison, it's actually hers she used to keep her slaves in line. There is an antidote on the dresser if your heart bleeds enough. I don't care what you do but remember, alive and she could be a threat to everyone. Remember what she's done."

Theon looked at Helena who was now vomiting and looked to be in so much pain Despite all she'd done, Theon wasn't sure this was right, Lord Stark had always said that it was wrong to let someone suffer even if they were truely evil. If you killed them horrible then you were no better. Theon made his choice, he went over to Helane's desk and got the antidote and forced it down Helane's throat and she stopped coughing. "Don't think I'm doing this because I want to save you." Theon hissed "I just don't believe in this way of killing you. I'll still have your head."

"Allow me to do it Theon." Kaleen requested "It will be hard for you to behead her with a missing hand." Kaleen dragged Helane who was still weak from the poison outside the cabin where she placed her over a small guardrail and with one clean swing, Captain Helane's head was severed from her shoulders. "We should get back to Port Hunding. I hope your uncle has rescued Jakarn and we can begin our mission to take out Bhosek and secure the fleet to save your sister."

Theon nodded in agreement, the faster they completed their mission, the faster they could get back to Westeros, defeat Euron and rescue Yara.

Deadlands: Oblivion:

'This was it.' Oberyn thought, 'the final push.' He and the rest of his squad had made it up to the top of the third tower. This was where the Sigil Stone was. The moment they entered this tower, they knew the Sigil Stone was here. The centre of this tower had a large glowing red beam in the centre which the other two towers did not have. The fight was even more difficult now since the Daedra were defending this tower hard as if they lost this tower, the Gate would close.

The top of the tower was full of red mush on the floor and a set of stairs were very slippery but that would not stop them. Daemon and Edric were sent to try and hold off the Daedra while Oberyn went to remove the Sigil Stone. Once the Sigil Stone was removed, the Gate would close and thanks to them being not from Oblivion, Oberyn and his team would be removed from Oblivion and back home. He soon came face to face with a Xivilai general who was guarding the Sigil Stone.

"A challenger is near!" the Xivilai growled

Oberyn just smirked "It's been a while since I've faced someone one to one." He pulled out his Spear and the two of them began fighting. Although the Xivilai was strong and had tough armour, Oberyn had his own advantage, his light armour made his quick and his Spear allowed him to strike from further back. The Xivilai had to get in close and Oberyn could quickly dodge. All it took was a quick jump to avoid the Xivilai's strike and Oberyn was behind the Dremora and with a quick swing, the edge of Oberyn's spear struck the Xivilai in the neck and Oberyn quickly pulled back, spun around and thrust the spear through the Xivilai's back. The Dremora groaned before collapsing.

Daemon and Edric, having finished their fight came up. Edric looked at Oberyn "My lord, may I be the one to remove the stone."

Oberyn smiled "Be my guest." He replied

Edric ran over to the Sigil stone, it was a large round black orb which had an eyrie red glow and almost looked to be made of glass. Edric just glared at the stone "You fiends will no longer attack my home." He grabbed the Sigil Stone and started to struggle to remove it but with a deep breath, Edric removed the stone.

With the stone gone, the red energy generated by the stone began to expand and then shot up through the roof of the tower. The chains holding the Sigil Stone holder began to break and the entire group was engulfed in a bright red light.

Starfall: Dorne:

Quentyn Martell and the two oldest Sand Snakes fought side by side against the Daedra. While they were holding their ground, they knew that they wouldn't be able to hold out much longer. They had to hope that Oberyn closed the Gate soon. The three of them killed Daedra after Daedra that charged at them. Their strong fighting together was eventually broken apart when a loud roar was heard, the three of them turned to see a large animalistic Daedra resembling a bipedal alligator charging towards them. This was a creature known as a Daedroth. While these Daedra were better known to serve the Daedric Prince Molag Bal rather than Mehrunes Dagon, Daedra often served any Daedric Prince they choose just like how people served different lords so this Daedroth was one that served Dagon. The Daedroth charged at the three which knocked them back. The Daedra went towards Quentyn who had fallen over only for a Dornish solider to charged in to protect the Prince. This one soldier was no match for the Daedroth who quickly bit his head off.

Obara and Nymeria managed to recover and the two of the prepared to fight. Nymeria used her whip to get the Daedroth's attention and allowed it to approach her. Obara quickly managed to use her spear to swipe the Daedroth's feet causing the creature to roar. Nymeria helped by using her whip to prevent the Daedroth from swiping Obara with its claws. Obara soon thrust her spear through the Daedroth's lower jaw and out through the top killing the creature.

Quentyn had also managed to recover but he could hear someone approaching him. Using his instincts, he was able to defend himself from a massive blow, not from a Daedra but from a man. It was the purple eyes silver haired Gerold Dayne who smirked "Well, I guess I'll be known as the Dayne who killed a prince." He mocked

Quentyn glared at him "Not today traitor!" he spat "Soon, you shall be brought before my father and executed for treason."

Gerold laughed and the two began fighting "Look around you Quentyn." He mocked "This battle is lost, the Dornish aren't built for pitched battles. You'll never win, your forces will be overrun. The group your uncle sent in to the Gate will fail. That's right Quentyn, I watched as your uncle rode into that gate. He will fall in there."

"I refuse to believe that." Quentyn snapped

"Believe what you think." Gerold hissed and then managed to knock down the now tired Quentyn who had been fighting for a long time and stab the prince in the leg "What a waste." He raised his sword for the kill only to be snapped in the side by a spear. Obara had seen what was going on and charged towards Gerold. His armour protected the Darkstar from a lethal wound but he was still hurt by the attack. Now Obara and Gerold began fighting, Obara did have a small advantage due to being able to fight at a distance thanks to her spear but Gerold knew how to overcome this having duelled Oberyn before. So when Obara went for a thrust, Gerold stepped to the side and grabbed the spear. With a quick turn, Gerold snapped the Spear in two and before Obara could react, Gerold buried the Spear tip in her chest.

"OBARA!" Quentyn yelled and tried to get up but couldn't find the strength.

Obara could only gasp and cough up blood, she couldn't say a word as she saw what just happened.

Nymeria also saw what happened and yelled in horror and anger, she lashed her spear at Gerold striking him in the face and again in the shoulder. But on the third attack, Gerold grabbed the whip and pulled Nymeria towards him. Gerold wrapped the whip around Nymeria's throat and began tightening.

"Well, looks like the Red Vipers tow oldest girls will die by the weapons they love." Gerold mocked.

Quentyn tried desperately to find the strength to get up and help her cousins. But he couldn't, the wound on his leg made it too difficult to stand, let alone fight. Maybe this was it, maybe they did fail.

But then there was a large boom. Everyone stopped fighting and turned. The Oblivion Gate started rumbling. The orange and reddish energy that made the portal began fading and then the Gate closed and the red sky cleared to form normal weather. Oberyn and the rest of his group soon appeared back on the field. They wasted no time, they quickly began fighting alongside the rest of the Dornish forces. Now the Daedra were panicking, they no longer had the means to draw more Daedra here like before.

Gerold had gotten distracted by seeing the Oblivion Gate close and he ended up loosening his grip around Nymeria's throat which enabled the girl to break free and push Gerold back. Nymeria fell to the ground coughing hard to get her breath back. Gerold glared at her and Quentyn "As much as I would love to end you now, I haven't got the time." He was right, although he was in a good position to kill the two of them, the Dornish were charging towards him and Gerold needed to make his escape now or he wouldn't make it. "I'll send my regards to King Viserys." Then in a flash, Gerold Dayne vanished in a cloud of smoke using Mythic Dawn Magic that Mankar had taught him when he joined the Mythic Dawn.

Nymeria was able to use her strength to walk over to Obara "Sister?" she questioned "Sister are you alright?" Obara just coughed, the wound she had taken was bad. Very bad, it hurt so much that Obara struggled to breathe "Just hold on sister, we'll get you to a healer."

"Just hold on a little longer." Quentyn added "You're strong, you may not carry the Martell name but you're one of us."

Obara coughed again and just about managed to whisper "Unbowed... Unbent... Unbroken..." Then Obara's head fell backwards and her body went limb.

"Obara?" Nymeria begged and began shaking her body as tears began to fall from her eyes. Never in her life had Nymeria ever cried. She was always strong and never had much to cry about. She just couldn't believe that this was happening. It just couldn't "Obara wake up!" Wake up!" Nymeria now began crying hard. Her shouts caught Oberyn's attention and he quickly found them.

Oberyn gasped at what he saw and dropped his Spear. He ran over to them and looked at Obara. She wasn't moving despite all their attempts at shaking her. Oberyn couldn't believe this was happening. He knew there were risks in war but he never thought this would happen. That one of his daughters would be killed. This was worse than the time he heard of his sister Elia's death as he had never witness that. This time he had. Nymeria was crying hard along with Quentyn. Oberyn sighed and closed Obara's eyes and then brought the crying Nymeria into his arms to comfort her. They had won a huge victory over the Mythic Dawn, but it had come at a grave cost.

Chapter End:

Notes: Well, another chapter complete and after a while, I've finally added a major character death. Not everyone survives war and some characters weren't going to die and I had always intended on killing one of the Sand Snakes. I also had a major battle in this chapter but don't expect every single fight to be in such detail, this was just the first strike against the Mythic Dawn but now very one will be in such detail, many will happen off screen. I also decided to bring in one of the Old Targaryen dragons and I know by this point Silverwing would be over 200 years old but Balarion was over 200 years old when he died and there is no exact age of how long the dragons live. How Silverwing survived will be show in upcoming chapters but I am now back at University and have a lot of work to do by March and so my concentration will be on that work. I am still thankful to my readers who still read this story even when I'm not updating so just wait until I have the time to write again. I hope this chapter will sasitify those who said the story was getting a bit boring with no major deaths.
