Chapter 2

Naruto was currently examining the three scrolls; two were from his great-grandfather and the other from his father. One described a jutsu called the Rasengan, another was about a jutsu named Reanimation Jutsu, and the last mentioned a jutsu called the Flying Rijin Seal. His dad had advised him against learning the Reanimation Jutsu, but without the balloons that the villagers would make him pay three times the amount, he could not perform the Rasengan either. However, he'd need some chakra control to utilize the Flying Rijin. So, Naruto decided to learn the Flying Rijin Seal first, but before he could do that, he would have to unlock the Uzumaki Dojutsu and ask the Hokage for Chakra Control Scrolls, Water Walking and Tree Climbing.

Naruto was currently confused in his mindscape. "Dojutsu?" he exclaimed. "Yes Naruto," replied Kushina, "It's the Uzumaki clan Dojutsu that every Uzumaki has and it is always active. No one will notice that you have it because it will match your eye color." "Cool, how do I get it?" asked Naruto. "You get it at birth, but you start using it unconsciously when you become seven," responded Kushina. "EVEN COOLER, so, uhh…, what does it do exactly?" said Naruto. "It will let you memorize seals if you remember the name," said Kushina. "EVEN MORE COOL!"

Naruto had woken up from his mindscape and ran to the Hokage Tower. He stood in front of the door of his Jiji. "Knock, knock," said Naruto. "Who's there?" replied the voice behind the door. "Naruto," said Naruto. "Naruto who?" said the voice. "Naruto the next Hokage," he said as he slammed the door open and smiled. "So they finally told you," said the old Hokage. "Oh, you knew, well Dad said I needed chakra control scrolls, tree climbing, and water walking. Please help me." asked Naruto. "Sure, why not? Go to the library with this note. On the note is written...

Naruto entered the Library and saw the secretary and the secretary was about to yell at him to leave but Naruto said I was sent by the Hokage here is the note, he gave the secretary the note and the secretary read the note then let him enter the library was divided in two parts, one of which was divided in four parts being the Shinobi section, the Shinobi section and went to the gennin section seeing he was technically a gennin, he looked for chakra control and found a scroll about chakra d it, then he looked

for more Chakra control and saw 2 more scrolls that he took with him and made 2 more clones to read it then the first clone popped giving him all the memories of the scroll he had read

Naruto apartment

Naruto came back from the library with all the information about the scroll and started practicing "tree walking" but on his wall with 5 shadow clones and manage to stand, run, walk in 30 minutes and started practicing "water walking" by himself while one of the clones would go to the mind scape and ask his mom how to use his dojutsu

Mind scape

"Mom, I don't know how to use my dojutsu" Said the Naruto clone "Naruto I also didn't know how to use it until Mito-sama, the wife of the first Hokage, Hashirama, she told me that it would come instantly as soon as you saw a seal" Said Kushina "ok what seal can I look at?" asked clone Naruto "mayb-" Kushina got interupted by Tobirama "I gave Minato a book about seals and he gave it to you just study from there" he said "ok" said Naruto clone then he left the mind scape and dispelled giving Naruto the memories, he was almost done with the water walking, or more like bath water walking, he could walk but he couldn't jump and hadn't test running cause he was in his bath (do not try the bath thing at home or anywhere) he then decided to go read the scroll about flying rijin.

The flying rijin or the flying thunder god is an S-rank space-time ninjutsu that allows the user to place a mark or a formula on any solid surface or person and teleport to them at any time, it has almost no restrictions except for the chakra usage, you can place an unlimited amount of marks and those marks can't be removed except by the user removing it, it has no range limit and time limit of teleportation. To do this jutsu you don't need hand seals, the jutsu process by you being sent through a dimensional void and coming out through the other side of the intended destination once they are at they're destination they see in slow motion for 3 seconds giving them enough time to see they're surroundings, the nearer you are to the formula the less chakra you use to transport there but if your skilled in the jutsu you can teleport to a farther destination with as much chakra as an unskilled user would use to go to a near destination.

you can teleport other people or objects with the jutsu though it will cost double the chakra, you can also teleport other people or objects without teleport yourself if you have your chakra in them, seeing you the formula is made of chakra.

Naruto was speechless about what he just finished reading and now wanted to learn it but then he was even more speechless after his dad said that was not all, that was apparently too much as he didn't talk for 2 hours after those two hours he decided to learn it and it was super easy to learn seeing he had used his dojutsu after looking at the formula image that was a type of seal, so he managed to remember the seal and made it easier to learn the jutsu, right now he could only make the seals of the ground and we would be able to use it a little bit worst then Tobirama but that was saying something, seeing Tobirama could kill an EMS user that was skilled, he instead could probably kill a three tomoe Sharingan user, after 4 hours he had finished and was exhausted and went to bed immediately seeing it was midnight at least he would get at least 7 hours of sleep

The next day

buzz, buzz* his alarm0 clock rang for the for the 12th time and he woke up and looked at his alarm clock seeing it was 8:00, 8:00!!!, Naruto got up and put on his clothes his seal book and ran to the academy

5 minutes later

Naruto arrived at the academy to be relieved that his sensei hadn't yet arrived to the class, so he want to his seat, sat down grabbed his book and started reading while the rest ignored him except for a certain Hyuga girl named Hinata Hyuga, (y'all can imagine the Ino Sakura drama I'm not doing it cause it's annoying ngl) The class's sensei, Iruka had arrived to andqeq interupted the argument between Ino, a blonde Yamanaka and Sakura a pink haired Haruno, "Everyone go to your seats", everyone went to their seats and sat down and listen to the teams Iruka sensei was going to say "good morning students, this is the last time of the academy and the path of the Shinobi is hard and you'll encounter difficulties and now let me tell the teams, Team 1, Team p3,..., Team 7 formed by Naruto Uzumaki, Sakura Haruno and Sasuke Uchiha leaded by Kakashi Hatake, Team 8 formed by Hinata Hyuga, Kiba Inuzuka and Shino Aburame leaded by Kurenai Yuhi, Team 9, Team 10 formed by Ino Yamanaka, Shikamaru Nara and Choji Akimichi leaded by Asuma Sarutobi, hope you all succeed in life" he said with a smile and then he left the room

30 minutes later

Team 7 was now waiting for their new sensei, everyone else's sensei had arrived to take them while his sensei was taking too long to arrive so Naruto decided to go to the toilet he went there and made a clone to go to the class instead of him, told him when their sensei arrived he should go to the bathroom, place a "Flying formula" and dispell, after that he went to his apartment

30 minutes later

Naruto had finished learning the first part of the Rasengan and decided to go to the ramen shop "Ichiraku's Ramen"

Ichiraku's Ramen

Naruto was at Ichiraku's Ramen where the owner of the stand, Teuchi and his daughter, Ayame were nice to him and gave him a smile unlike most of the villagers or shop owners that kicked him out or made him pay triple the amount of the price

Flashback jutsu

Narutowas walking around at night when he smelled delicious it was coming from a stand names Ichiraku's Ramen he peeped from the side of the stand and saw a man that looked at him, he was about to run when the man smiled at him and with a gest told him to come inside so he entery in and sat down waiting and he thought "that's strange he didn't kick me out" after 3 minutes the man turned around with a bowl of RAMEN! Naruto thought it looked delicious so he broke a chopsticks in two (or two united chopsticks in two separate sticks) and started eating really fast, when he finished he didn't have money to pay so he looked scared but then the man that introduced himself as Teuchi and told Naruto he didn't have to pay and it was on the house, with that Naruto said thanks and left with a smile

End Flashback jutsu

Naruto said "hi Teuchi, hi Ayame!" "hi Naruto" they responded "The usual please" he said with a smile "Sure Naruto" said Teuchi, Teuchi started making the 6 bowls of ramen

20 mins later

Naruto finished the last bowl of ramen and decided to head to a store to buy a small rubber ball for the second stage of the rasengan, he went to the only store he hadn't went to in his 13 years of life seeing that it was for at least gennin but he is a gennin so he entered and said "hi" the man looked at him and said "welcome" said Kenji the owner of the ninja store "what are you looking for?" "I need a-" Naruto then realized that he needed a rubber ball but he went to a Ninja store then he heard "Naruto buy chakra ink and a brush, say that the hokage sent you" Said Minato "Ok dad" he said in his mind "I need a paint brush and chakra ink, orders from the hokage" Said Naruto to Kenji "ok Naruto, I'll look for it"
