Title: Outshine the Stars
Opening up within the geoglyph of the Giant, the rematch between Matt and Clotho raged on, with the standings being as followed:
-Matt (LP: 3400): Controlled 'Stardust Dragon' (Level: 8/ATK: 1700/DEF: 2000), 'Junk Speeder' (Level: 5/ATK: 1000/DEF: 1000), 'Satellite Warrior' (Level: 10/ATK: 2700/DEF: 2000), and a Set card.
-Clotho (LP: 2400): Controlled 'Hundred Eyes Dragon' (Level: 8/ATK: 3000/DEF: 2500), 'Infernity Conjurer' (Level: 3/ATK: 1200/DEF: 900), and a Set card, with his turn still going on.
"I've brought back 'Infernity Conjurer', but I'm gonna take things up a notch!" offered Clotho, before holding his right hand up and out, "I activate the monster effect of 'Infernity General'!" From there, a card ('Infernity General') emerged from his GY before fading away into oblivion after two seconds passed, causing two more cards ('Infernity Queen' and 'Infernity Wildcat') to emerge before glowing purple, "If I have no cards in my hand: I can banish this card from my GY, then target 2 Level 3 or lower 'Infernity' monsters in my GY; I must Special Summon them from the GY, but their effects are negated!"
Appearing on the field were two monsters; the first was a female monster wearing a dark blue gown with chest armor and a scepter for a weapon (Level: 3/ATK: 300/DEF: 900), and the other was the red cat with flames coming from parts of its body (Level: 3/ATK: 1400/DEF: 0).
"'Infernity Queen' and 'Infernity Wildcat'!" realized Matt.
"My Level 3 'Infernity Wildcat' tunes Level 3 'Infernity Queen'!" announced Clotho.
'Infernity Wildcat' turned into three Synchro Rings, which hovered over, lowered, and overwhelmed 'Infernity Queen', turning her into three orbs of light. The symbols 3 + 3 = 6 were shown for two seconds before the three orbs of light within the three Synchro Rings and turned into a massive beam of light.
"Synchro Summon!" declared Clotho, "Appear now, 'Infernity Doom Archfiend'!"
Appearing out of the beam of light and onto the field, was the stronger, more evolved form of 'Infernity Archfiend' (Level: 6/ATK: 2200/DEF: 1600).
"Remember this monster's second effect, Matt?" taunted Clotho, "While I have no cards in my hand, if this card battles an opponent's monster, any battle damage this card inflicts to my opponent is doubled!" He narrowed his eyes while continuing to smile, "Actually, the first effect is what I'm really after," While rambling on, Matt listened on, "Once per turn: I can target 1 face-up card on the field; I must negate its effects (until the end of this turn), then if I have no cards in my hand, I can destroy it!"
"What?!" freaked out Matt.
"Yes!" cackled Clotho, "Even 'Stardust's' Victim Sanctuary can't stop this effect!" As he gave the order to eliminate 'Stardust Dragon', 'Infernity Doom Archfiend raised both hands to strike, "Do it, 'Infernity Doom Archfiend'! Give 'Stardust Dragon' a Game Over!"
*SLASH!*
Slashing both hands, 'Stardust Dragon' roared in pain before bursting into specs of stardust, which rained upon Matt and Freedom.
"'Stardust'-!" winced Matt, feeling regretful over not being able to save his monster, "I'm sorry…"
"I'm not finished!" interrupted Clotho, "I activate the effect of 'Infernity Queen'!" Two cards ('Infernity Queen' and 'Infernity Randomizer') were shown emerging from the abyss (GY) before the first card ('Infernity Queen') glowed, causing the second card ('Infernity Randomizer') to dissolve into oblivion, "If I have no cards in my hand and this card is in my GY: I can banish 1 DARK monster from my GY, then target…" Focus went towards 'Hundred Eyes Dragon' as it roared and gained a new power, "…1 DARK monster I control; it can attack directly this turn."
"One attack from 'Hundred Eyes Dragon' will send me to 400 LP," thought Matt, "There's no other choice!" He spoke aloud, "I activate a Trap," On cue, his Set card flipped face-up on the field in-front of Freedom and revealed itself, "'Synchro Barrier'!" As the explanation was being done, 'Junk Speeder' faded away in a blue streak, "I must Tribute 1 Synchro Monster I control; I…" A red barrier formed around him and his Duel Runner "…do not take any damage until the End Phase of the next turn."
"So damn annoying!" uttered Clotho, "But I plan to attack you anyway!" It was then another card ('Infernity Enforcer') emerged from his GY, causing 'Infernity Enforcer' to appear on the field before merging with 'Hundred Eyes Dragon' and granting it another new, deadly power, "I activate 'Hundred Eyes Dragon's' first effect! Once per turn: I can banish 1 Level 6 or lower DARK Effect Monster from my GY; until the End Phase, this card's name becomes that monster's original name, and I must replace this effect with that monster's original effects! I banish 'Infernity Enforcer'!"
"What else can 'Infernity Enforcer' do?" fretted Matt.
"'Infernity Enforcer' has a second effect!" said Clotho, "If I have no cards in my hand: I can target 1 monster I control; this turn, that monster can attack all monsters my opponent controls once each!" 'Hundred Eyes Dragon' let out a roar as he made a choice on which monster would be able to attack everything, "I choose 'Hundred Eyes Dragon' itself to accept that power!"
All of a sudden, focus went towards an unoccupied Monster Zone as a familiar card ('Infernity Enforcer') suddenly materialized there sideways.
"Next, I'll activate 'Infernity Enforcer's' third effect!" The voice of Clotho went on, as the above scenario played out. Reappearing on the field was the Fiend monster with blue hair and wearing a uniform of a red sleeveless shirt, blue jeans, a small brown vest, and a police hat, while his weapons in both hands was a chain and metal pipe (Level: 4/ATK: 1000/DEF: 1000), "If I have no cards in my hand, and this card is currently banished: I can Special Summon this card in Defense Position!"
(elsewhere…)
Back on the overpass, Zack was doing some research on Clotho's 'Infernity Enforcer'.
"It looks like the third effect of 'Infernity Enforcer' can only be used once per duel," The voice of Zack noted, as the monitor of his Duel Runner showed the 'Infernity Enforcer' Effect Monster Card. The screen then showed footage of Clotho controlling several powerful monsters, "Clotho currently can't do any damage to Matt's LP," He looked up at Ashima, "but he will still try to kill him through sheer brute force—something 'Hundred Eyes Dragon' is capable of doing with its 3000 ATK."
"Oh, I hope Matty survives," pleaded Ashima, making a prayer.
(elsewhere…)
Back in the geoglyph, the Battle Phase had begun.
"It's time!" screeched Clotho, as 'Hundred Eyes Dragon' turned to face Matt's field and began to charge its devastating attack, "My 'Hundred Eyes Dragon' will attack 'Satellite Warrior'! Infinity Sight Stream!"
'Hundred Eyes Dragon' unleashes the dark purple flame attack, which looked certain to bring down Matt's 'Satellite Warrior'.
"Due to the effect of 'Synchro Barrier', I take no damage until the end of the next turn!" reminded Matt.
"But your monster is still destroyed!" countered Clotho.
Infinity Sight Stream struck 'Satellite Warrior', vaporizing him on the spot like Clotho mentioned. The red barrier around Freedom protected Matt from the full force of the enemy attack, but it was still powerful enough to push the Duel Runner away as Matt screamed. Fortunately, Matt regained control of Freedom enough to resume chasing after Raider.
"'Satellite Warrior's' second effect activates!" announced Matt, taking two cards ('Stardust Dragon' and 'Stardust Charge Warrior') from his GY and readying them, "If this Synchro Summoned card is destroyed: I can Special Summon up to 3 Level 8 or lower 'Warrior', 'Synchron', and/or 'Stardust' Synchro Monsters with different names from my GY!" He placed both cards onto his Duel Runner, "Resurrect, 'Stardust Dragon' and 'Stardust Charge Warrior'!"
Reappearing on the field first, and in the sky, was the familiar majestic-looking white dragon (Level: 8/ATK: 1700/DEF: 2000), and the second monster to reappear on the field was the humanoid monster wearing black and aqua blue-colored armor—with some of the armor resembling wings, and the unarmored parts appeared similar to Matt's shirt (Level: 6/ATK: 1200/DEF: 1300). Both monsters had been weakened immediately due to 'Infernity Conjurer' still being on the field.
"So, you've brought 'Stardust' back again," grunted Clotho, "So be it. I'll enjoy tearing your partner apart as many times as I can if you're keen on reviving it!" While speaking to the monster, 'Hundred Eyes Dragon' prepared to attack again, "'Hundred Eyes Dragon', you know what to do!"
"Not this time!" cut in Matt, just as, from within the abyss (GY), as a card ('Stardust Phantom') slowly emerged before fading away into oblivion, "I activate 'Stardust Phantom's' second effect! (Quick Effect): I can banish this card from my GY, then target 1 face-up 'Stardust Dragon' I control; it gains the following effect!"
This was the following effect written on the 'Stardust Phantom' Effect Monster Card:
-"If this card would be destroyed by battle: I can have it lose 800 ATK or DEF instead, depending on the battle position, but it must have at least 800 ATK or DEF to apply this effect!"
Appearing on the field was the spirit of a humanoid wizard wearing white clothing and wielding a scepter, and he immediately merged with 'Stardust Dragon', giving the Signer Dragon the power to prevent itself from being destroyed by battle.
"Tch! You had to ruin my fun," complained Clotho, but eased up and knew there was another monster he could always blow away, "Fine! I'll go for something else!" As he gave the order to attack, 'Hundred Eyes Dragon' opened its mouth to charge its attack, "'Hundred Eyes Dragon', kill 'Stardust Charge Warrior'!"
'Hundred Eyes Dragon' unleashed Infinity Sight Stream, vaporizing 'Stardust Charge Warrior' immediately on contact.
"And now, it's time to hurt 'Stardust' further!" howled Clotho, as 'Hundred Eyes Dragon' unleashed Infinity Sight Stream again and 'Infernity Doom Archfiend' charged towards 'Stardust Dragon', "'Hundred Eyes Dragon' and 'Infernity Doom Archfiend', strike the enemy monster without mercy!"
'Infernity Doom Archfiend' slashed 'Stardust Dragon' with both hands, then backed off as Infinity Sight Stream followed up. 'Stardust Dragon', despite not being destroyed, roared in pain from the intensity of the attacks.
"I activate 'Stardust Dragon's' inherited effect!" called Matt, as 'Stardust Dragon' grew even weaker in ATK in order to survive (ATK: 1700 → 100), "By making it lose 800 ATK, it can't be destroyed by battle!"
When Infinity Sight Stream ended, 'Stardust Dragon' was shown to have survived, but with several severe injuries left behind.
"So, 'Stardust' lives on," sneered Clotho, "You know, it's too bad I still control 'Infernity Conjurer'… If I didn't, it's possible you could have your monster one more time. But it doesn't matter! Once it goes, your hopes of winning the duel will be wiped out completely!"
"You're wrong!" refuted Matt.
"Eh?"
"It's true that my situation has become hopeless," The dirty blonde-haired young man went on, "But giving up is never an option! Because my Dad, Dr. Mu Fudo, gave me the most important gift of all! Do you know what that is?"
"Humor me," huffed Clotho.
"The gift to surpass my own limitations," answered Matt bravely, "I will defeat you Dark Signers and prevent the world's destruction—even if it costs me my life in the process!"
(elsewhere…)
Back on the overpass…
"Matty…" whispered Ashima.
(elsewhere…)
Back in the geoglyph…
"That's why I won't give up…" continued Matt, clenching his right hand into a fist and swinging it about, "…until the final moment when I run out of power!"
That was when his Mark of the Dragon (Dragon's Head) really started glowing underneath his jacket sleeve.
(elsewhere…)
In their respective locations across the east coast of the United States, Michael (Dragon's Wings), James R. (Dragon's Tail), Carlie (Dragon's Foot), Lisa (Dragon's Hand), and David (Dragon's Heart) all felt their respective birthmarks beginning to glow as well before fading away.
"That was…" began Carlie.
(elsewhere…)
"…Matt's prayers for help," came from Michael.
(elsewhere…)
"The Dark Signers!" realized James R..
(elsewhere…)
"Don't worry, I'll help you out!" declared Lisa.
"Fudo-san…" whispered David.
(elsewhere…)
Five reddish beams soared through the night sky towards the primary location of the Dark Turbo Duel in the sky.
(elsewhere…)
Back around Matt's location, the five beams united and flew on and on until they reached the Giant marking arena—particularly entering the geoglyph. Before Clotho could respond, the beams struck Matt and gave him more power.
"It can't be!" uttered Clotho, "Did you seriously get the power of the Crimson Dragon behind you?"
Matt ignored the complaint and watched the monitor of Freedom, which displayed footage of 'Hundred Eyes Dragon'.
"In order to stop 'Hundred Eyes Dragon' for good…" The voice of Matt was saying, just as a golden card appeared in the middle of his Deck. He noticed it and was a little surprised by it, "Usually, 'Majestic Dragon' is placed on top of my Deck—why would it be put in the middle of all places?" Deciding to wait and see, he drew a card, "Here I go! It's my turn!"
Both players gained a Speed Counter again:
-Matt: 4 → 5
-Clotho: 4 → 5
Turn Six: Matt Fudo (LP: 3400)
Deck: 35
Current Hand (4): "Stardust Re-Spark", "Majestic Absorption", "Stardust Wurm", and "Transaction Rollback"
Speed Counters: 5
Reincarnation of Hope: Now
All of a sudden, Matt's Deck started glowing as the 'Reincarnation of Hope' Spell Card reappeared face-up on the field in-front of Freedom.
"It has been two Standby Phases since I activated 'Reincarnation of Hope'!" recalled Matt, holding up the golden card, "I get to add any monster from my Deck into my hand! And the card I pick…" He turned the card ('Majestic Dragon') over and revealed what it was, "…is 'Salvation Dragon - Majestic Dragon'!"
"Crap!" swore Clotho, "You got your hands on that card?"
"And I also activate 'Stardust Wurm's' first effect!" continued Matt, just as the miniature, wyvern-like version of 'Stardust Dragon' appeared on the field (Level: 1/ATK: 0/DEF: 0), "If this card is in my hand or GY, and I control a Level 8 or higher Dragon Synchro Monster: I can Special Summon this card, but banish it when it leaves the field!"
Fuming hard, Clotho knew he (Clotho) didn't have any way of preventing Matt from Summoning 'Majestic Dragon'—no normal way of doing it anyway. There was still a way, however, and he was going to take advantage of it… Revving Raider up, Clotho slowed down considerably until he was near Freedom.
"You friggin' idiot! I won't let you Summon 'Majestic Dragon'!" shouted Clotho.
Before Clotho could bash Raider into Freedom in an effort to make Matt drop the card, Matt noticed something ahead and revved Freedom, causing it to speed up and jump off a nearby rubble-shaped ramp, allowing him to avoid the incoming attack. Clotho screamed in shock, knowing there was nothing more he could do since Freedom was high in the air.
"Appear now, 'Salvation Dragon - Majestic Dragon'!" announced Matt, placing his card onto his Duel Runner.
Appearing within the dark, cloudy sky on command, was the familiar red-colored dragon with two majestic-looking wings (Level: 1/ATK: 0/DEF: 0). Seeing as 'Majestic Dragon' was a Tuner monster, and Matt controlled both 'Stardust Dragon' and 'Stardust Wurm', the following could happen…
"Level 1 'Majestic Dragon' tunes Level 8 'Stardust Dragon'…" The voice of Matt continued, just as 'Stardust Dragon', 'Stardust Wurm', and 'Majestic Dragon' each flew into the sky, "…and Level 1 'Stardust Wurm'!"
From there, the glowing 'Majestic Dragon' began growing bigger and bigger until it was overwhelming 'Stardust Dragon' and 'Stardust Wurm' as a new Summon Chant from Matt followed…
"Gathering starlights will enlighten a new miracle!" chanted Matt, as the bodies of 'Stardust Dragon' and 'Stardust Wurm' flew into the single Synchro Ring and became outlined while showing glowing balls of light (eight for 'Stardust Dragon', and one for 'Stardust Wurm') from within, "Become the path its light shines upon!"
As the symbols 8 + 1 + 1 = 10 were briefly shown, the nine orbs of light lined up within the body of 'Majestic Dragon' before the monster turned into a massive beam of light.
"Synchro Summon!" shouted Matt. The body of a familiar-looking monster could also be seen emerging from the beam of light, "Arrive in light, 'Majestic Star Dragon'!"
Flying through the sky before stopping in-front of the covered sun to pose, was the bigger, 'Stardust Dragon' version of 'Majestic Dragon' (Level: 10/ATK: 3800/DEF: 3000).
(elsewhere…)
Back at the overpass, Zack and Ashima were watching the footage of 'Majestic Star Dragon's' Synchro Summon on the former's Duel Runner.
"Arrive in light, 'Majestic Star Dragon'!" The voice of Matt announced.
Flying through the sky before stopping in-front of the covered sun to pose, was the bigger, 'Stardust Dragon' version of 'Majestic Dragon'.
"This is…" began Ashima.
"Yeah, it's the power of the Crimson Dragon," confirmed Zack, as footage of 'Majestic Star Dragon' flying above Freedom was shown on the monitor of his Duel Runner, "I think Matt has just turned the battle around for good."
(elsewhere…)
Inside the hideout of the Dark Signers, the large crystal globe was showing the exact same footage of 'Majestic Star Dragon' flying above Freedom.
"What in the world?" frowned Azrael, "How did that Coordinator gain access to that monster? It wasn't in his Extra Deck initially!"
(elsewhere…)
Back within the geoglyph of the Giant, Freedom and Raider drove through the street and turned onto another as the intense duel went on.
"I…can't believe it!" whispered Clotho, as he watched 'Majestic Star Dragon' briefly turn into the roaring Crimson Dragon, "This thing is the living embodiment of the Crimson Dragon!" He no longer became worried and smiled, "However…" Focus went towards 'Infernity Conjurer', then towards 'Majestic Star Dragon' as it grew weaker (ATK: 3800 → 3000), "I still control 'Infernity Conjurer', meaning even 'Savior Star's' ATK will fall from 3800 to just 3000!"
(elsewhere…)
Back on the overpass…
"Oh no… After all that hard work Matty went through to Summon 'Savior Star' and its 3800 ATK…" groaned Ashima.
"Ngh… Now 'Savior Star' is merely tied in strength with 'Hundred Eyes Dragon' with 3000 ATK," grunted Zack unhappily.
(elsewhere…)
Back in the geoglyph…
"No matter what you have planned with your busted 'Savior Star', even it can never defeat 'Hundred Eyes Dragon'!" bragged Clotho, "Once your turn is over, back into the Extra Deck it goes!"
"'Savior Star' will be the one who will settle our final duel!" insisted Matt, as Clotho silently eased up. Focus then went towards 'Majestic Star Dragon' as it flew through the sky before stopping to face the enemy field, "I activate 'Majestic Star Dragon's' second effect! Once per turn: I can target 1 face-up monster my opponent controls; I must negate its effects until the end of this turn, and I can activate 1 of its effects as this card's effect once this turn!" He narrowed his eyes and spoke about 'Infernity Enforcer', "I target 'Infernity Enforcer' and negate its effects!"
"What?! You'd pick that one?" gasped Clotho
"I would!" The voice of Matt responded, as 'Majestic Star Dragon' started glowing blue and absorbing all of 'Infernity Enforcer's' power, "Sublimation Drain!"
'Infernity Enforcer' soon had all of his effects completely drained, leaving it to slump over in a very weakened state.
"How dare you touch my monster and suck away his power!" growled Clotho.
"I Set two cards!" cut in Matt, taking two cards from his hand and slotting them into his Duel Runner. On cue, two face-down cards materialized on the field around him before fading away for later use, "This will give me access to my own Handless Combo strategy!" He then held up his final card ('Majestic Absorption'), "And finally, I'll activate 'Majestic Absorption'!" The mentioned Spell Card flipped face-up on the field in-front of Freedom, "I must target 1 'Stardust Dragon', or 1 Synchro Monster that mentions it, that I control, then activate 1 of these effects!"
These were the effects written on the 'Majestic Absorption' Spell Card:
-"I must equip 1 face-up monster my opponent controls to that target!"
-"It can attack directly this turn!"
-"This turn, each time it destroys an opponent's monster by battle, I must inflict damage to my opponent equal to the destroyed monster's original ATK!"
'Majestic Star Dragon' roared once more as the 'Majestic Absorption' Spell Card was merged into its body, enhancing its already great power into something unmatched through normal means.
"The effect I choose is the third one, allowing 'Savior Star' to inflict damage equal to your destroyed monster's ATK!" revealed Matt, "And with my hand empty, I'll activate the second effect of 'Infernity Enforcer'!" Focus went towards the weakened 'Infernity Enforcer' before shifting towards 'Majestic Star Dragon', "If I have no cards in my hand: I can target 1 monster I control; this turn, that monster can attack all monsters my opponent controls once each! I target 'Savior Star' for the effect!"
"NO! That means you can slowly destroy my whole field and reduce my LP to 0!" Clotho panicked, realizing he was doomed, "That's not fair! I was supposed to win, this time!"
"Life isn't always fair," said Matt firmly, before entering the Battle Phase, "'Majestic Star Dragon', commence your attack on all of Clotho's monsters!"
'Majestic Star Dragon' obeyed, gaining a shining blue aura as it flew higher and higher into the sky while preparing to dive bomb towards the enemy field and wipe out all of the monsters standing there, in addition to Clotho's LP.
"Shooting Blaster Sonic!" The voice of Matt hollered.
The first monster to be targeted was 'Infernity Conjurer', where once it was destroyed, 'Majestic Star Dragon' would regain all of its ATK and be able to strike down 'Hundred Eyes Dragon'. Not wanting to lose to Matt again, all Clotho could do was scream in rage and make a move to stop his loss.
"I activate a Trap, 'Ice Dragon's Prison'!" yelled Clotho, as his final Set card reappeared on the field in-front of Raider, flipped face-up, and revealed itself, "I will take 'Savior Star', your final hope, down!"
"'Ice Dragon's Prison'!" thought Matt, knowing all about that rare card, "Target 1 monster in your opponent's GY; Special Summon it to your field, but its effects are negated, then, you can banish 1 monster from both players' fields that have the same Type as each other," His eyes narrowed, "He can target and eliminate 'Majestic Star Dragon' with that one card!"
(elsewhere…)
Back on the overpass, Zack and Ashima, also knowing of the 'Ice Dragon's Prison' Trap Card, reacted with absolute terror.
"$*#^!" cussed Zack, "Once Clotho Special Summons a monster from Matt's GY, even the very powerful 'Savior Star' will be banished in addition to 'Hundred Eyes Dragon'!"
"Does he also plan to take-?" began Ashima, but stopped herself at the last second.
(elsewhere…)
Back in the geoglyph, Clotho was grinning deviously to himself, since he (Clotho) had big plans to make Matt suffer before defeating him (Matt); he (Clotho) will Special Summon Matt's 'Stardust Dragon', after that he (Clotho) will banish both 'Hundred Eyes Dragon' and 'Majestic Star Dragon', meaning Matt will never, ever be able to win the duel. Matt, meanwhile, already got a clear idea on who Clotho planned to Special Summon…
"He obviously wants to take 'Stardust Dragon' from me," he thought to himself, "But I won't ever let that happen—I'll never let a Dark Signer do that to my own partner!"
"Matt Fudo! I'm going to Special Summon your most favorite monster!" proclaimed Clotho madly, "Once it's all mine, 'we' will kill you and, eventually, the other Signers and your friends!" He began to announce the name of the Dragon monster he wanted, "Appear now, 'Star'-!"
"I won't let you have 'Stardust'!" boomed Matt fiercely, stopping Clotho short of finishing the command, "I won't ever allow that disaster to happen! To ensure that, I'll protect this world with my own two hands!"
"Oh? And how are you gonna do that?" dared Clotho.
Matt started to move his right hand towards the 'Majestic Star Dragon' Synchro Monster Card on one of the occupied Monster Zones, but there was some hesitancy on his part. The reason for it was because while there was a way for him to stop the 'Ice Dragon's Prison' Trap Card from resolving, it required giving up 'Majestic Star Dragon' to do it. But he also knew that if he didn't go through with it, he would likely lose the duel very soon.
"I guess I really have no other choice…" thought Matt, before speaking aloud, "I activate 'Majestic Star Dragon's' first effect!"
"Huh? First effect?" quizzed Clotho.
"When my opponent activates a card or effect (Quick Effect): I can Tribute this card; I must negate the activation, and if I do, destroy all cards my opponent controls," explained Matt, holding up his 'Majestic Star Dragon' Synchro Monster Card, "This will leave me without a monster, but at least your whole field will be wiped out with mine, Clotho!" Swinging his right fist (with the card still in-between his fingers), he issued the final command to his monster, "Stardust Force!"
'Majestic Star Dragon' roared like 'Shooting Star Dragon' and soared into the dark sky while doing magnificent aerial dynamics before splitting into four copies of itself and charging full speed towards the Giant-shaped field. Before Clotho knew what was even happening, the four copies of 'Majestic Star Dragon' collided with his Raider and caused a massive explosion within the whole geoglyph. This resulted in him screaming once more as all of his 'Infernity' monsters, as well as 'Hundred Eyes Dragon', shattered into shards of glass, including any and all of his face-up and face-down Spell and Trap Cards. In-between the fingers of Matt's right hand, the 'Majestic Star Dragon' Synchro Monster Card dissolved into yellow dust, meaning it had entered the GY.
(elsewhere…)
Back at the overpass, Zack and Ashima were left totally shocked by what Matt did… He (Matt) gave up 'Majestic Star Dragon' to destroy everything on Clotho's field.
"Getting rid of 'Savior Star' like that… Matt actually went through with it…" murmured Zack.
"He had to do it," noted Ashima, "If he didn't, 'Stardust' would have become Clotho's, and 'Savior Star' would have been banished along with 'Hundred Eyes Dragon'. But with his best monster gone, what will Clotho do next?" Suddenly, she and Zack overheard quiet laughter, "Huh?"
"Is Clotho…laughing?" questioned Zack.
They observed the monitor of Zack's Duel Runner again, which was showing footage of Clotho beginning to laugh to himself.
(elsewhere…)
Back in the geoglyph, Clotho's quiet laughter got louder and louder until he was laughing hysterically and crazily. Matt was left wondering what the big joke was all about, but made no effort to speak up about it. That allowed for Clotho to do just that.
"I'll admit it… You did well in defeating all of my cards, especially 'Hundred Eyes Dragon'," commented Clotho, "But by doing that, you've effectively screwed yourself over."
"What was that?" pressed Matt.
"You were there when my friends and I killed Asagi and her own best friends," reminded Clotho, as a few faded clips of Asagi using her 'Omega Judgment' Trap Card to destroy 'Hundred Eyes Dragon' and 'Gladiator Beast Tamer Editor' were superimposed over him, "You saw it when Asagi destroyed 'Hundred Eyes Dragon'!"
"What are you saying?" demanded Matt.
"You don't remember?" chuckled Clotho, "Then allow me to reintroduce you to the nightmare—through 'Hundred Eyes Dragon's' second effect!" A card ejected from the middle of his Deck, "If this card is destroyed and sent to the GY: I must…" He took the card ('Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu') and held it up, "…add 1 'Earthbound Immortal' monster from my Deck to my hand!"
"Did you say 'Earthbound Immortal'?!" gasped Matt, entering his thoughts with gritted teeth, "Oh no! It has to be the same one that took Asagi's life!"
"That I did!" laughed Clotho, "With one of the best cards now in my hands, I have 'big' plans for it—and it includes the friends you brought along for the ride!"
"Don't you dare!" threatened Matt in anger, "Leave Zack and Ashima out of this!"
"Oh, we shall see about that," Clotho sneered back, "I activate the second effect of 'This Creepy Little Punk'!" He held up the 'This Creepy Little Punk' Spell Card, "If a face-up 'Infernity' monster(s) I control is destroyed by battle, or leaves the field because of an opponent's card effect, while this card is in my GY: I can Set this card!"
He slotted the card into a Spell & Trap Zone on his Duel Runner, causing a face-down card to materialize on the field in-front of Raider before fading away for later use. Not knowing what to expect, Matt knew he would have to hope his Set cards would be enough to protect him from what would likely come in the upcoming turn.
"I end my turn," finished Matt, just as the red barrier around him broke apart, "This ends the effect of 'Synchro Barrier'!" In his thoughts… "Now that the 'Earthbound Immortal' is in his hands, how will Clotho gather two monsters to Tribute?"
"Hmhmhm… It's time for this duel to end!" snickered Clotho, before drawing a card, "It's my turn!"
Once again, both players gained a Speed Counter:
-Matt: 5 → 6
-Clotho: 5 → 6
Turn Seven: Clotho Buer (LP: 2400)
Deck: 38
Current Hand (2): "Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu" and "Infernity Mirage"
Speed Counters: 6
Adding the drawn card into his hand, Clotho made his move to get monsters onto his field.
"I activate 'Infernity Doom Ritual's' second effect!" began Clotho, as he held up two cards ('Infernity Doom Ritual' and 'Infernity Doom Enforcer'), "If I control no monsters: I can banish this card and 1 'Infernity Doom Enforcer' from my GY; I must Special Summon 2 'Infernity Tokens'. I cannot activate this effect the turn this card is sent to the GY!" Both cards dissolved into oblivion as he made two ghostly spector-like creatures appear on the field (Level: 1/ATK: 0/DEF: 0) x2, "Appear now, two 'Infernity Tokens'!"
Matt began to sweat fearfully; now that two monsters were on Clotho's field, it guaranteed that the 'Earthbound Immortal' monster was going to be Summoned.
"Suffer! Shiver in fear! This Hell-on-Earth where you're ruled by fear and consumed by the inferno of terror!" roared Clotho, "May you experience the same hardship I once endured!" At last, he gave the command to the two monsters on his field, "I Tribute both 'Infernity Tokens'!"
Both 'Infernity Tokens' turned into colorful balls of light before rising towards the geoglyph in the dark sky. On cue, the area started shaking itself to pieces as a familiar-looking heart appeared.
(elsewhere…)
Back on the overpass, Zack and Ashima were also affected by the quaking, knowing that Clotho was bringing out the 'Earthbound Immortal' monster, and Matt was in for a very difficult fight as a result of it.
(elsewhere…)
Back in the geoglyph, Clotho held up a card ('Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu') into the air.
"Almighty giant of the underworld! Feast on the souls of the taken to pound the pathetic into the darkness!" chanted Clotho, before placing his card ('Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu') onto a Monster Zone on his Duel Runner, "Advent, 'Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu'!"
It was then a deadly purple beam of darkness shot from the Duel Runner and rose into the sky to strike the heart, causing it to beat louder and louder before it exploded with power. The flame walls intensified as the shadow of a huge monster could be seen coming outside—starting with a pair of glowing red eyes. Pretty soon, the full body of 'Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu' was revealed; it was that of a gigantic demonic giant, with a black and dark blue skin tone to partially match the tone of the other 'Earthbound Immortal' monsters (Level: 10/ATK: 3000/DEF: 2500). It was the exact same monster that took Asagi Caldwell's life, and Matt was gazing up long and hard at it in slight fear. A flashback then ensued.
FLASHBACK
During the battle between the Biological CPU and the Astray girls, Flashback Clotho held up his main card ('Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu').
"Advent, 'Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu'!" thundered Flashback Clotho.
A deadly purple beam of darkness shot from the Duel Runner and rose into the sky to strike the heart, causing it to beat louder and louder before it exploded with power. Outside the geoglyph, Flashback Matt and Flashback Rin, along with Flashback James R. and Flashback Michael nearby, stared into the sky in complete horror.
"This is…the Giant 'Earthbound Immortal', 'Ccapac Apu'," murmured Flashback Matt, before raising his voice, "Asagi! Hurry!" Within the geoglyph, Flashback Asagi was looking up in sheer terror at facing an 'Earthbound Immortal' monster, that she couldn't even hear him trying to warn her, "Don't bother finishing the duel! You have to escape while you can!"
"Heh! There's no escaping the Dark Signers, and you know it," huffed Flashback Clotho, who was going to enjoy slaughtering Flashback Asagi as he entered his Battle Phase, "'Ccapac Apu', do me a favor and give Asagi Caldwell a Game Over!"
'Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu' obeyed, looming over the vulnerable M1 Astray and started to bring its hand down upon it. A terrified Flashback Asagi, unable to even scream, watched with widened eyes as she realized she and her friends were never a match for the Dark Signers despite getting in a few good hits on them. The gigantic hand from 'Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu' had gotten so close to the ground that it caused rubble to break and collide with Flashback Asagi and her M1 Astray, causing her to fly off the Duel Runner as it exploded. She hit and tumbled along the ground repeatedly before laying completely still as her LP emptied and finally ended the duel (LP: 600 → 0).
END FLASHBACK
The flashback ended.
"Matt! May you savor the curses of the dead firsthand!" gloated Clotho, as focus went towards the gigantic 'Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu', "My God, 'Ccapac Apu', will bring down the hammer of judgment upon my arch-nemesis, you, the Signer!" He smiled insanely, "I will hurt you, you damned fool! But I'll do it by hurting those closest to you!"
Matt gasped again, knowing what was about to happen. Sure enough, 'Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu' turned to the area outside the geoglyph and began to reach out for Zack and Ashima.
"Dammit! Get out of the way!" panicked Zack.
He and Ashima tried avoiding the incoming hand. While Zack managed to get out of the way in time, the screaming, terrified Ashima ended up getting grabbed and brought inside the geoglyph by 'Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu', where, in a matter of minutes, her soul would be sacrificed to the 'Earthbound Immortal' monsters. As soon as Matt looked up and got a good, long look at who the captive was…
"ASHIMAAAAAAAAA!" screamed Matt, very scared for his love interest's life.
"So tell me, what's it going to be?!" mocked Clotho, getting Matt's attention, "If you be a good fool and surrender, we will put Ashima back to a safe spot again!" He then the most deadly threat ever made, "But if you don't give up, then you will have sealed Ashima's fate by letting her become a sacrifice to my God!"
"CLOTHO!" snarled Matt.
"Oh… Oh yes, I always knew I was right!" shrieked Clotho, taking sick enjoyment in Matt's fury over the situation, "I 'knew' you'd never be able to prevent yourself from getting this angry if I were to go after and hurt the people closest to you!"
Matt remained in a very difficult position; did he dare to continue with the duel and risk losing Ashima for good? Or did he dare to give up and save her? He didn't know what to do… At least until he heard her speak up…
"Matt, don't you even think of giving up!" The voice of Ashima yelled out, causing Matt to look at. Despite her terror over being in the hands of 'Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu' and about to lose her soul, she tried her hardest not to show any of that fear, "Forget about me! You have to hurry and stop the Dark Signer! I know it will hurt to lose me, but sometimes we have to make the ultimate sacrifice to save others!"
Before Matt could respond back, Ashima started to scream in pain as her soul began to leave her body, which Matt and Clotho both saw; the former reacted with horror and helplessness, and the former began to sadistically laugh over. Thinking it was all over, Matt shut his eyes and pleaded for a miracle to save Ashima. Luckily, there was a miracle…
"Black Hurricane!" The voice of James R. yelled out.
"Shoot Blade!" The voice of Ms. Simmons followed.
Matt opened his eyes when he heard the voices. All of a sudden, both 'Blackwing Armor Master' and 'T.G. Blade Blaster' soared into the area—the former punched 'Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu' in the face, while the latter aimed its blaster and fired off several powerful bullets, hitting the enemy God. 'Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu' recoiled in pain and wound up dropping Ashima, causing her to scream again as she fell down, but was caught by 'Blackwing Armor Master' when he swooped in. He then delivered her to Freedom and set her behind Matt, who's Signer power caused Ashima to regain her soul in the nick of time.
(elsewhere…)
Back in another part of the town, Zack had fled to another safety zone but still managed to see what just happened.
"What the hell?" wondered Zack, "How did 'Blackwing Armor Master' and 'T.G. Blade Blaster' get here?"
"Zack!" The voice of James R. called out.
Zack looked over and saw James R. driving up on Skygrasper, plus both Ms. Simmons and Mr. Kisaka on their respective Murasames
"James! Erica! Ledonir!" realized Zack, as James R. removed the helmet, "You guys made it on time!"
"I'm glad we did," agreed James R., before looking up into the dark sky, "Go forth, 'Armor Master'!" As he issued a command, 'Blackwing Armor Master' charged towards 'Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu', "Let that God really have it!"
"'Blade Blaster', don't hold anything back against 'Ccapac Apu'!" commanded Ms. Simmons.
'T.G. Blade Blaster' flew into the sky to join up with 'Blackwing Armor Master' in fighting 'Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu'.
(elsewhere…)
Back in the geoglyph, Ashima laid against Matt's back, but managed to regain consciousness and slowly open her eyes.
"Ashima!" exclaimed Matt, relieved, "I'm so glad you're safe!"
"M-Matt?" muttered Ashima, tired out, "Am I…okay?"
While that was going on, Clotho was left fuming over his plan being ruined by outside interference in the form of another Signer and a non-Signer.
"You friggin' insects," hissed Clotho, just as his rage was felt by 'Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu', "JUST BE GONE ALREADY!"
As 'Blackwing Armor Master' and 'T.G. Blade Blaster' were about to attack again, the furious 'Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu' retaliated by smacking both monsters aside, causing them to slam into a nearby building and shatter into shards of glass from destruction.
(elsewhere…)
Back outside the geoglyph, James R. and Ms. Simmons both winced in pain from the defeat of their monsters. Zack went over to help James R., while Ms. Simmons was aided by Mr. Kisaka.
"Erica, are you and James okay?" worried Mr. Kisaka.
"We'll be…alright, Ledonir," reassured Ms. Simmons painfully.
"You sure?" urged Zack, looking at James R..
"Y-Yeah, no sweat," promised James R., before recovering and addressing Matt, "Hey, Matt!"
(elsewhere…)
Inside the geoglyph, Matt and Ashima both listened to James R. talking to the former.
"Erica and I did our part in protecting Ashima!" The voice of James R. was saying, "Now you have to do your part and defeat the Dark Signer! We know you can pull it off, man!"
"James…" whispered Matt, before looking at Ashima. When they nodded at each other, he resumed his focus on the duel, "Clotho! For what you did in this duel… I will definitely defeat you!"
"You never will!" dismissed Clotho, "In case you haven't noticed, I control 'Ccapac Apu'—one of the greatest cards ever made!" Focus went towards 'Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu', "It can't be targeted for attacks, it can attack directly, and it is impervious to Spells and Traps! But if you really want to embarrass yourself, be my guest!" He gestured his right arm about before swinging it, "Besides, it's still my turn, and I have an extra special something that's wanting to come out and obliterate you, too! Face-down Spell, activate!" On cue, his Set card flipped face-up on the field in-front of Raider and revealed itself before something started to come out of the card, "'This Creepy Little Punk'! I Special Summon 'Infernity Mirage' from my hand!"
Appearing on the field was the robed shaman wearing a mask that projected red feathers which also acted as hair (Level: 1/ATK: 0/DEF: 0).
"And with that, I'll activate 'Infernity Mirage's' monster effect!" continued Clotho, holding up two cards ('Infernity Sage' and 'Infernity Doom Archfiend') taken from his GY, "If I have no cards in my hand: I can Tribute this card, then target 2 'Infernity' monsters in my GY; I must Special Summon them!" He placed the cards onto his Duel Runner, "Be gone, 'Infernity Mirage'! And be revived, 'Infernity Sage' and 'Infernity Doom Archfiend'!"
'Infernity Mirage' burst into flames, before said flames split in two and revealed both 'Infernity Sage' (Level: 2/ATK: 400/DEF:800 ) and 'Infernity Doom Archfiend' (Level: 6/ATK: 2200/DEF: 1600) on the field in its place.
"A Level 6 monster and a Level 2 Tuner…" acknowledged Ashima.
"My Level 2 'Infernity Sage'…" The voice of Clotho announced, as 'Infernity Doom Archfiend' soared into the air and 'Infernity Sage' followed suit, "…tunes Level 6 'Infernity Doom Archfiend'!"
'Infernity Sage' turned into two Synchro Rings, which 'Infernity Doom Archfiend' soared into before turning into six orbs of light as a new Summon Chant was heard.
"Between Heaven and Hell… This being appears from Purgatory!" chanted Clotho, as the symbols 6 + 2 = 8 were shown briefly just before the six orbs of light within the trio of Synchro Rings turned into a massive beam of light, "Synchro Summon! 'Void Ogre Dragon'!"
Appearing in the dark sky, as the Synchro Summon sequence ended, was the huge red and black-colored dragon with two wings and sharp claws (Level: 8/ATK: 3000/DEF: 3000).
"Next, I'll activate 'Infernity Sage's' second effect!" As Clotho spoke, he took a card ('Infernity Avenger') from the middle of his Deck and sent it directly to the GY, "If this card is sent to the GY: I can send 1 'Infernity' monster from my Deck to the GY. I must have no cards in my hand to activate and to resolve this effect," He looked up and spoke about one of the monsters he used as Synchro Material for the Summon of 'Void Ogre Dragon', "And there's 'Infernity Doom Archfiend's' second effect! A DARK Synchro Monster that was Summoned using this card as material can make up to 2 attacks on monsters during each Battle Phase."
"Two attacks-?!" flinched Ashima.
Matt gritted his teeth, but didn't allow himself to show any fear.
(elsewhere…)
Outside the geoglyph, everyone else heard what was about to happen once Clotho entered the Battle Phase.
"No! It just had to be that 3000 ATK behemoth!" complained James R..
"Technically it's a 'dragon' and not a 'behemoth'," corrected Zack, "But you're right about the 3000 ATK," Both Ms. Simmons and Mr. Kisaka both looked serious as to what was going to happen next, "Clotho can make up to three attacks this turn, one with 'Ccapac Apu', and the other two with 'Void Ogre'!" He scowled, "Just how can Matt get out of this one?"
"Clotho… He wants to make absolutely sure he will defeat Matt," figured Ms. Simmons sternly, "Before going on the offensive, he will bring out all of his most powerful ace monsters if possible to get off the finishing blow—perhaps in a powered up state."
(elsewhere…)
Back in the geoglyph, the Battle Phase had begun as Clotho got ready to strike the opposing player directly.
"Here I come, Matt Fudo!" raged Clotho, "Have a taste of the terror belonging to my 'Earthbound Immortal'!" Giving the order to attack, 'Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu' loomed over Freedom, "I attack directly with 'Ccapac Apu'!"
'Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu' obeyed, looming over the vulnerable Freedom and started to bring its hand down upon it. Matt and Ashima watched the attack coming their way as the former in particular started to have a flashback to the exact same scene from one of Clotho's last duels.
FLASHBACK
During Flashback Clotho's game-winning attack…
"'Ccapac Apu', do me a favor and give Asagi Caldwell a Game Over!" ordered Flashback Clotho.
The flashback ended, and the gigantic hand from 'Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu' had gotten so close to the ground that it caused rubble to break apart.
"This fear of mine…" thought Matt, "Asagi… if it's connected with the fear you experienced when you were attacked and killed, I won't run! By sending this 'Earthbound Immortal' to its doom, I'll face your fears for you!"
It was then the rubble collided with Freedom, rocking it about as Matt and Ashima both screamed in agony as the former attempted to fight the urge to crash and burn. When the chaos and destruction finally ended, Matt's LP went way down (LP: 3400 → 400). Despite that, he and Ashima were still alive.
"That was too close for comfort," sighed Ashima, "But your LP have fallen to 400, Matty; they can't withstand another hit!"
"Yeah…" agreed Matt, "At the moment, Clotho can still attack with 'Void Ogre'."
"Die, Matt!" shouted Clotho in a deranged sort of way, just as 'Void Ogre Dragon' opened its mouth and charged a blast of fire, "Infernity Chaos Flame!"
'Void Ogre Dragon' obeyed, letting loose one of the most powerful and destructive-looking flame attacks anyone had ever seen.
"It's not over yet!" rebutted Matt, reaching over to press a button on his Duel Runner, "Face-down card, open!" Upon pressing the button, one of the two Set cards flipped face-up on the field in-front of Freedom and revealed itself, "'Stardust Re-Spark'!" He started going over what his card did, "When an opponent's Special Summoned monster declares a direct attack, if its ATK is greater than or equal to my LP: I must negate the attack, and if I do, draw 1 card, then I can Special Summon 1 'Stardust' monster from my Extra Deck or GY!"
"How pathetic!" scoffed Clotho, "You think it's that easy to stop my attack and Summon 'Stardust' again? Guess again!"
Matt and Ashima looked worried about what Clotho was going to do.
"'Void Ogre Dragon's' special ability activates!" declared Clotho, as 'Void Ogre Dragon' let out a roar, "Once per turn, when my opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card while I have no cards in my hand (Quick Effect): I can…" The face-up 'Stardust Re-Spark' Trap Card shorted out, then shattered into shards of glass, "…negate the activation, and if I do, destroy it!"
Infernity Chaos Flame continued to approach Freedom, but, just when it looked like it was all over, Matt, at the last second, made a move.
"You fell for it, Clotho! I activate a Trap, 'Transaction Rollback'!" vowed Matt, as the mentioned Trap Card was shown to be face-up on the field in-front of Freedom, "I must pay half my LP, then target 1 Normal Trap in my opponent's GY," He was shown paying half of his LP (LP: 400 → 200), "except 'Transaction Rollback'; this effect becomes that card's activation effect!"
"What card are you going to pick? Nothing in my GY will even remotely help you!" snorted Clotho.
"We'll see about that," smirked Matt, "The Trap Card I pick…" He lost his smile and pointed forth with his right hand, "…is 'Ice Dragon's Prison'!"
Clotho gasped with horror, as his own GY started glowing white as, appearing on Matt's field, was none other than 'Hundred Eyes Dragon' (Level: 8/ATK: 3000/DEF: 2500).
"'Ice Dragon's Prison'," The voice of Matt explained, as he was shown looking triumphant, "I must target 1 monster in my opponent's GY; I must Special Summon it to my field, but its effects are negated, then, I can banish 1 monster from both players' fields that have the same Type as each other!"
(elsewhere…)
Back outside the geoglyph, everyone saw what Matt did.
"That's an excellent choice!" praised Ms. Simmons, "Now Matt can banish Clotho's 'Void Ogre Dragon' and 'Hundred Eyes Dragon'!"
"That will just leave him to deal with that 'Earthbound Immortal' monster!" added Zack.
(elsewhere…)
Back in the geoglyph, while everyone else was happy Matt was able to get access to 'Hundred Eyes Dragon', Clotho was most certainly 'not' happy about it.
"You bastard… Using my own 'Hundred Eyes Dragon' against me just to protect yourself…" growled Clotho hatefully.
'Hundred Eyes Dragon' was then hit by Infernity Chaos Flame and roared in pain, but survived the attack long enough to charge its own attack in response.
"Go forth, 'Hundred Eyes Dragon'!" commanded Matt, as 'Hundred Eyes Dragon' charged and fired off a purple flame attack, "Infinity Sight Stream!"
The attack struck 'Void Ogre Dragon', causing it to roar in agony. Both Dragon monsters then exploded from destruction and, thanks to the effect of the 'Ice Dragon's Prison' Trap Card, ended up banished, meaning that unless either player had a way to Special Summon from the Banish Area, those two powerful monsters were likely gone for good.
"You did it, Matty!" praised Ashima, "You were able to banish two of Clotho's most powerful monsters!"
"Now I just need to defeat 'Ccapac Apu' and 'Infernity Doom Dragon'!" nodded Matt, "Once I've gotten rid of them, Clotho will lose!"
"You damned punk…" hissed Clotho, furious over the loss of two of his favorite monsters, "But do you honestly believe you'll win the duel?!" He then held up a card ('Infernity Conjurer') taken from his GY, "The second effect of 'Infernity Conjurer'!" Reappearing on the field again was 'Infernity Conjurer' (Level: 3/ATK: 1200/DEF: 900), "While I have no cards in my hand and this card is in my GY: I can Special Summon this card, but banish it when it leaves the field!"
In a freeze frame, Freedom was still ahead of Raider on the road, but with 'Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu', 'Infernity Conjurer', and a faded image of Clotho from the chest up each in the background and looming over Matt and Ashima.
"There is truly nothing you can attempt in order to defeat 'Ccapac Apu'!" yelled Clotho madly, "Very soon, you and Ashima will be the ones kneeling to me, the next greatest duelist in the world!"
This was it, the home stretch of the whole Turbo Duel! Matt just needed a little more time, and he could resort to his best strategy to win. Would he be successful? That's an answer you'll get next time.
And there we go, part 2 of the duel is all done and ready for you all to read and hopefully enjoy. Here's hoping we'll all have the third part ready in time for my Birthday a little later this month. Until then, stay tuned.
