A tragic day for Jeremy

Jeremy and Candy have been married for three months. Their marriage is threatened by the possible tragedy.

Mr. Stemple heard that in the east Christmas trees were being sold on the streets in Manhattan, so he decided to do the same thing. Jeremy and Candy are talking about getting a tree, she sees the That Mr. Stemple has Trees for sale like back east, so she wants to get one, Jeremy doesn't want to do that, he wants to go out an cut his own tree down, after all he is a logger!

Jeremy and Candy have been married for six months. It is December and they are excited about their first Christmas as a married couple. That excitement ends when Candy finds out what her gift from her husband is going to be.

"Holly, is there something going on between you and Jason that we should know about!" "Lottie, there has been nothing going on between us, I swear to that. I want to buy a mine in Nevada but I was told I had to be married; I asked Jason if he would consider the possibility only until I had the mining operation started.

A stranger comes to - is it really a town? And is it worth being there? Will it be any different from the rest of his life, thus far?

A devastated Jeremy decides to leave Seattle after Candy's rejection of his proposal.

There are some new men working at the logging business. They like to harass the brides. Will one of them go too far? Will Seattle survive? Will the logging company survive?

Jason saw the storm approaching, he heard thunder snow, he looked back at the dynamite shack. With the next clap of thunder, the shack blew up. Jason had been standing on the top of the cleared mountain. A large rock above him had been loosened and a pack of snow came barreling down and over the edge, knocking the rock over as well. Jason was trapped in a cave.

Joshua sees that Aaron has built a small community of houses for his employees. He tries to get Jason to accept that idea. Meanwhile a woman who was forced to marry a man, she did not love arrives and moves into the houses. Her husband works for Mr. Stemple. Joshua is smitten. Will he pursue her even though she is married? Will Jason accept Joshua's housing idea?

Jeremy has a serious accident which causes him to become severely ill. The sickness causes a situation that no one could have predicted.

Candy and Jeremy are, excitedly, awaiting the birth of their twins. But, a terrible accident takes Jeremy away, and Candy is faced with having to go on without him.

Jeremy returns home from a camping trip bruised and beaten. He won't say what happened and his brothers are worried.

This is the author's version of a previous story. Most have read it and did not prefer it.

Jeremy befriends two brothers, new to Seattle. The strangers, though, aren't who they claim to be and trouble brews as Jeremy finds himself falling under their spell and questioning the life that he has.

The wind was howling and blowing fiercely when it stated to rain, a clap of thunder and lightning was so close that it split a tree so close that it split a tree nearby. they made it to the cabin. He went in lit the fire. The storm was raging, another bolt of lighting and the door burst open, a large dark shadow stood in the doorway, Jeremy was scared.

An old friend from Jeremy's past arrives in town, bringing nothing but trouble with her.

Story is a sequel to Jeremy and the Girls. Follows TV and other characters from first book as Seattle grows very rapidly from a settlement to Seattle of the 1930s. Historical content is as accurate as author can make it.

Jeremy and Candy end their engagement by mutual agreement. Jeremy starts over.

Jeremy goes back to school and finds some surprising friends among the townsfolk.
