Team Explosive: Caleb, Heather, Sky, Topher
Team Super: MK, Sam, Scott
Episode 17: Sweden Sour
"Last time, on Total Drama World Tour! Australia! It will amaze you! If it doesn't kill you first."
"Here, Heather got Gwen to tell her about the kiss as ammo against her and was going to turn Sky against her, but changed directions."
"Sam managed to give good advice to Sky, but yet he couldn't make his emu run fast enough, making his teammates have to waste a bit of time."
"In the end, Heather betrayed her alliance and join Topher and Caleb in voting off Gwen, and sent the goth out the elimination door via the Drop of Shame."
"Only seven remain. Who will get the boot next? Find out now, on Total! Drama! Woooorrrrlllddd~ Tooouuurrrr~!" As the shot zoomed out, a flock of geese passed above the plane.
(Theme Song)
The episode opened, as usual, on a shot of the plane in flight, then the scene flashed inside to economy class. A rat scurried out from a hole in the wall under one of the benches, and it quickly ran up Heather's leg. "Beat it," she told it as she shook it away.
The camera zoomed out to show Sky watching. "Why did you shake off that rat like that?" she asked.
Heather widened her eyes before smiling. "I'm sorry. These rats are just freaking me out more and more."
"Understandable," Sky shrugged.
Confessional: Sky
"I can't stop thinking about what Heather said back in Australia," Sky confessed. "Caleb made-out with MK, and Gwen was going to blackmail Heather with that information? I know better that Caleb isn't a player or womanizer, so it must've been unintentional, but Gwen isn't the type of person to try and take advantage of somebody."
Confessional Ends
"Psst, Caleb," Topher said to Caleb in an attempt at a hushed voice. "I had no idea that you locked lips with MK. I know that chick is bad, but still."
"It was an accident," Caleb said. "She dropped an item, we both bent down to grab it, and our lips touched."
"So the kiss wasn't on purpose?" Topher sighed. "Letdown. But Gwen knowing about it and telling Heather was something I did not see coming."
"I'm sorry I hid it from you guys," Caleb apologized. "I just didn't want anybody to get the wrong idea."
"And by anybody, do you mean Sky?" Topher wondered. "You surely didn't want to kick her out last time."
"You got me there," Caleb told him. "I want to be able to make things right with her. Yes she did say stuff, but I acted no better by being rude."
"You two should make up," Topher said. "And do it before it's too late and one of you gets eliminated."
Confessional: Topher
"I don't want the feud between those two to run dry, and I know you guys want them to end it as much as I do," Topher smiled smoothly.
Confessional Ends
The scene moved to first class, where the three members of Team Super were seated around a table enjoying a large plate of chocolate chip cookies.
"Mmm," MK said as she bit into a cookie and savored the flavor. "Man I love being in first class!"
"And I love having more bragging rights to my name," Scott added.
"Here's to an awesome team!" Sam said, raising a cookie as if to toast. "I hope the three of us stick together all the way to the end!"
"Totally, but when the merge hits, we all have to watch out for our own skins," MK said.
"I know that," Sam responded. "I'm just saying that we should enjoy the time we have left as a team."
"You mean getting to know each other personally?" MK asked. "We're all good and all, but I'm not ready to reach that point just yet."
Confessional: Sam
"At first, I thought I was gonna be the odd man out given that MK and Scott are villains," Sam confessed. "Other than my blunders in Australia, I've been keeping up with them and not making us lose. I don't know if anybody else would do it, but I'm pretty comfortable calling the two my friends seeing as they're not all that bad when compared to someone like Heather."
Confessional Ends
"Now I know how you two felt being in first class," MK told her teammates as the footage cut back to first class. "After all, you two were on the superior team before Chris changed things around."
"It did provide us with the disadvantage of the other two teams being jealous of us, but it still felt good being victorious," Scott said.
"We'll feel more good and victorious once we get the majority to vote with us in the merge and get rid of Heather," MK emphasized.
"I was thinking, how about I be the one to warn Heather's teammates about her true colors," Sam said. "Nobody would believe you two either individually, as a duo, or with me, but I'm a pretty trustworthy and honest person, and I've never angered anybody like you two have."
"While that's a good idea in theory, I don't think you should just go up and do it, Sam," Scott said. "Heather could easily twist the whole story and make it look like you're bad mouthing her for no reason."
"Definitely," MK agreed. "Caleb told me that Heather figured out our kiss thanks to Gwen telling her, but I know that Gwen would never heartlessly expose secrets like that. She has a diary for crying out loud."
Sam sighed. "I've never encountered a big boss as tough and difficult as Heather."
The series's world map was shown as the plane icon flew in circles from Australia to Scandinavia.
The scene changed to a large field of ice, and the plane landed and immediately spun out of control as its occupants screamed. It crashed off-screen.
The scene skipped ahead to the seven contestants shivering out on the ice. Chris approached them in his pure white parka, saying "Welcome to Sweden!" in a thick and probably inaccurate accent.
"What happened to the jackets you ordered for us in the Yukon?" Sam asked.
"Umm, I worked pretty hard on that accent," Chris said in offense. "It would have been nice if somebody had commented."
"It's freezing out here!" Caleb told him. "How are we supposed to compliment an accent?"
"Sweden, hello!" Chris told them as though it was enough to counter their complaints. He groaned, then turned around and walked back off-screen, muttering "Great."
"Why do I still keep wearing no-sleeved shirts in cold weather like this," Scott grumbled, his teeth chattering.
"I'm wearing someone that keeps my sleeves warm, and yet I'm still shivering," MK told Scott.
"Heather, can we talk?" Sky whispered to her teammate.
"We're on the same team," Heather said. "No need to ask."
"Suppose Gwen didn't force you to keep the kiss a secret," Sky started. "Would you have told me about it or not?"
"I trust you, Sky. Of course I would have," Heather told her. "That way, I wouldn't have to be hurt by Gwen eavesdropping on their moment just because she needed a bathroom break."
"Wait a minute," Sky cut her off. "I thought Gwen went there to spy on them. Isn't that what you told us?"
Heather blinked, then furrowed her brow into a troubled expression. "Uhh... I mean-"
"The jackets are here!" Chris announced suddenly, walking up with Chef. The seven contestants immediately paused what they'd been doing to cheer. "...in six to eight weeks," the host finished with a grin, as the cast groaned and glared and resumed shivering.
Confessional: Heather
"That may be the only time I'll ever be happy to see Chris," Heather confessed with relief in her voice. "I don't want Sky to get suspicious. I need her as an ally I can use and dispose of just like I did with Rodney."
Confessional Ends
The static cut away to a long-distance shot of the cast on a snowy hill, overlooking two piles of something brown on the ice next to an unfrozen body of water.
"Before you is a mysterious pile of I-Build-A tools and pieces," Chris explained, the camera cutting in for a closer look and revealing the two piles as being mostly wooden planks with a few odds and ends among them. "Your first challenge is to use Allen keys, wooden sledgehammers, and your wits to turn your piles into...," the camera panned across a close-up of the two piles, "...whatever they're supposed to be when properly assembled."
"This will be a piece of cherry pie," Scott whispered confidently to Sam and MK. Sam smiled and MK smirked, but both nodded their agreement.
"Sadly," Chris continued, "the assembly instructions were 'accidentally' shredded when they were put through a shredder." He held out a wad of shredded paper. "Anywho, first team to correctly assemble their whatchawhosit will earn a big advantage in part two of the challenge! So...go!"
The scene moved to Team Explosive examining their pile.
"We should lay the pieces out before we start assembling them," Sky suggested. "That way we can see what we're supposed to build."
"Like we'd have time for that," Topher countered, grabbing an oversized Allen key. "We need to work harder and faster since the other team has the smartest contestant still in the game."
"We don't even know what we're going to build yet," Sky told him, getting into a tug of war over the Allen key.
"Ugh," Heather said, the camera panning over to show her watching with annoyance then turning to Caleb. "What do you think we should do, Caleb?"
"I don't know," Caleb said. "Just as long as it'll secure us the win."
Confessional: Heather
"Why did I end up with these losers on my team when I could've been with MK?" Heather said with a hint of exasperation in her voice. "Sure she's as lame as the rest, but she'd have an idea I can go along with."
Confessional Ends
The scene moved over to Team Super, where Sam was busy sorting through their pile of parts while Scott and MK split their time between helping him and looking over at their opponents.
"This is perfect," MK laughed. "While they waste time fighting each other, we'll figure out what it is we're building."
"It's gotta be something big and round, right?" Scott said, looking over a row of large wooden arches of various sizes.
"Or at least curved," MK said, standing up to look at the arches as well.
"Hmm...," Sam murmured as he pursed his lips in thought, "I got it!" He quickly whispered into MK's ear while Scott watched with a skeptical look; MK gave Sam a genuinely impressed look, then she hurriedly whispered into the dirt farmer's ear in turn.
"That makes perfect sense!" Scott grinned. "But we should hide what we're doing. Quick, hand me that canvas."
Back with Team Explosive, an overhead shot showed that they'd managed to get most of their pile sorted out in a fairly organized fashion.
"Hrmm...," Sky said as she frowned in thought. "I can almost see it, but I can't seem to place it."
"What about this thing?" Heather asked, lugging over what looked to be, of all things, a large wooden dragon's head.
Sky stared at it a moment, then grinned. "Got it! But we shouldn't let the others steal our idea."
"I don't think we have to worry about that," Topher told her. He gestured behind her with his thumb, the camera panning to follow a little ways and show MK and Sam wheeling a large canvas divider between the two teams.
Confessional: Scott
"Soft Serve's really booking it this season," Scott confessed with a smirk. "Is it wrong of me to consider someone an ally or a close friend? For me, it's both."
Confessional Ends
The footage returned to Team Explosive working on their ship, with the exception of Topher.
"We're making good progress, but it'd be nice if Topher helped," Caleb told his team as he hammered a nail.
Sky spotted Topher sneaking off to the other team. Narrowing her eyebrows, she got off the unfinished ship, walked up to Topher, and cleared her throat firmly, stopping him from moving.
"What do you think you're doing, Topher?" Sky glared at the boy. "You're supposed to be helping us."
"I was just going to take a peak at what Team Super was going to build. That way, we can make our ship stronger," Topher argued.
"I highly doubt that would work," Sky said. "One of them will spot you, and with one of you against three of them, you're likely to get beaten up. Just stay on our side!"
"Alright then," Topher sighed as they returned back to their team. "I don't want my risk of being up for elimination to increase."
Sky was about to reply, but was cut off by the trademark ding of the musical number icon appearing on-screen.
"Time for a song," Chris announced happily as he walked over, the camera zooming out to show him in the gap between the teams with all eyes on him. Team Super has a good chunk of their boat finished, while Team Explosive was only just getting their frame constructed. "Just to make the work go a little...faster, maybe," the host said uncertainly before giving the cast a happy shrug. "More exciting, anyway."
Scott and Sam were peeking from their divider. "Remember not to mention our plans while we're singing," Scott reminded the gamer.
"I won't blab about it. I swear," Sam promised.
A disco tune began as the camera followed Heather and Topher back over to their pile of ship parts.
"They're probably done, so we have to go!" Heather opened, singing to Topher while focusing on the other team.
"Our ship can be creative, but it has to roo~oww!" Topher said as they reached the ship pieces.
"We need to finish this ship!" Sky added as the camera panned to the athlete walking over to the work area as well.
"And make the pieces equip!" The three finished together; the visuals abruptly changed to the silhouettes of the three singers of Team Explosive against a Swedish flag; they appeared to be holding microphones and wearing different outfits.
"So we can win first class!" The light returned and the Swedish flag was replaced with an image of their ideal ship, revealing them standing on a disco floor bobbing to the beat and wearing garish and glittery disco suits with platform shoes and bellbottoms. Sky was on the left in yellow with a pleated fringe around her waist and extra-puffy sleeves; Topher was in the middle in dark blue with a rather plain collar, and a good portion of his chest bared. On the right was Heather in green, her bellbottoms pleated and multi-leveled and her short-collared top in possession of a long cape.
Abruptly, the half-finished ship of Team Super dropped down over Team Explosive. The camera zoomed in on it as Sam rose up in a glittering suit of his own: a dark orange with the front open a fairways and the collar tall and pointed.
"It's almost ready to set sail!" Sam sang, then bobbed his head to the beat.
"Just hammering in the final nail!" MK sang next, the scene changing as abruptly as the subject as she was shown hammering a pink coffin with the Super logo on the front. She was wearing a dark red glittering suit with a wide collar.
"Ooooooh!" Caleb sang, suddenly coming out of the coffin wearing a violet suit with his upper body covered completely and the cuffs big and broad.
"We really built this fast!" Scott sang as the scene cut to him. He wore indigo, the front open down to his chest to reveal a hairless chest and a gold Super on a chain.
"We will be off in a blast!" Sam and MK sang next, both of them disco dancing as they walked over to their teammate.
"It's clear we'll win first class!" All three sang together, dancing a more complicated routine in sync.
"We'll win first class!" Team Explosive sang together, also disco dancing in line with one another.
"Time to leave them in the grass!" Team Super replied, the camera moving to them still singing and dancing in line with another while Team Explosive held their last word.
"We know we'll win first cllllaaaassss!" Team Explosive repeated, the camera slowly zooming out as they held the last note. A larger side-view of Topher faded in on the right side of the screen as the main shot of the team faded away.
"Aaaa-eee-yeah-eee-yeah!" The fanboy warbled before the shot cut back to the original footage, showing Sky and Heather sitting on their ship.
"We'll win first class!" The two sang together as the camera slowly panned out one again.
"So now we'll make our wish come tr~rue!" Caleb finished, sliding on his knees across the ice from right to left and stopping in front of Topher.
"Nice job with that finishing move there," Topher told Caleb.
"It's no biggie," Caleb replied.
As the scene cut back to the challenge, Team Super was putting the finishing touches on their boat: Sam and Scott fixed a row of colorful shields along the side, and MK hammered the draconic figurehead into place. A shared smile indicated they'd finished, and moments later, Chris walked over to them with a sack in hand.
"Nice!" Chris grinned as MK jumped down to join her teammates on the ice. "Team Super takes the lead, and she's a beauty!" He tossed the sack down on the ice, and Scott bent down to open it with an inquisitive look on his face. "Here's your reward for finishing first."
"...rocks?" Scott said, lifting his head in confusion as the camera cut in for a shot of the sack full of small, oddly-shaped stones. "I can tell where this is going."
Chris ignored the comment and began to explain, "Now, drag your ship to open water and sail north until you find Chef to receive your next instructions."
Sam promptly took action, declaring "I'll pull from the bow!"
"And we'll take to stern," MK answered.
"Then let's stop talking and start moving!" Scott replied.
Sam then ran to the front of the ship, the camera cutting over to show him dragging the ship from a rope tied around his chest.
Scott and MK raised an eyebrow at each other, shrugged, then moved to the back of the ship to push.
"Done!" Sky declared as she finished pounding in what looked like the last plank.
"Here too!" Heather added as she and Topher hung the last of their multicolored shields.
"Then let's go!" Caleb said, vaulting over the side of the boat and landing on his feet. He took off his shirt, then stood up and dashed towards the front of the boat. "Me and Sky will pull from the bow! You two can push!"
"Got it," Heather nodded and dashed off toward the stern with Topher while Sky ran to the bow.
The shot cut to the stern of Team Super's ship, where MK and Scott were pushing with all their might. "They're finished?" Scott exclaimed as he looked back. "There goes our lead!" He stomped on the ice in frustration, then both teammates' eyes widened at the sound of cracks. "Oops," the devious farmer said bashfully as MK glared at him.
The camera shakily zoomed out to show Sam looking around in confusion from the bow and Chris standing in the foreground and facing Team Super's boat. "The ice is cracking!" Chris yelled before turning to the camera.
"Will Scott's sore loserness kill us all?" he asked the camera in a barely-contained panic. "Stick around to find out on Total! Drama! World Tour!" He then turned around, yelled "Every host for himself!" and ran away.
(Commercial Break)
The episode resumed on a close-up of the spreading cracks, a dramatic tune playing as they reached the hull of Team Super's ship, still being dragged along the ice towards open water.
"Get in the boat!" Sam cried as he climbed onto the figurehead, then swung himself up into the boat.
The camera panned to the stern as Scott threw MK up into the boat, then jumped up and clung to the side as well. The ice broke apart beneath them, putting the boat on open water. Their main sail unfurled, caught the wind, and propelled them forward.
"Hurry!" Heather said as the scene moved to her running along the deck of their ship to the bow, where Sky and a bare-chested Caleb were clinging to the side. Heather gave Topher a lift into the ship as Sky and Caleb pulled themselves up.
"Is everybody okay?" Topher asked once everyone was on the deck, before their own sail caught the wind. "Now let's get 'em!" he declared dramatically.
The scene flashed to a close-up of MK and Scott exchanging a high-five.
"Thanks for getting us ahead of those Explosives, Scott!" MK said.
"Yeah," Sam said, the shot panning to the stern to show him manning the tiller, "even if he put us in danger."
"It kept us in the lead, didn't it?" Scott said back. "Which we got so easily after you figured out we were building a boat."
"As long as we're winning and nobody is killed, I'm going to forget about that near-death experience," Sam said.
Confessional: MK
"Don't get me wrong. I won't assassinate anybody just so I can win. Though if they're at a disadvantage, I'll take advantage of their disadvantage," MK explained.
Confessional Ends
"Can't this thing go any faster?" Heather complained as the scene moved back to Team Explosive once more. "They're still ahead of us!"
"I'm doing my best," a fully clothed Caleb said, manning the tiller at the stern. "But these things weren't built for speed."
"I guess we just have to make sure we go with the wind," Topher suggested, looking up at their sail. "And hope that the other team doesn't." He looked around at his teammates, all of which were looking at him incredulously.
Team Super was shown pulling up to a dock where Chef was waiting with a horned helmet in his hand. Like the host he, too, was dressed for the weather, wearing a sleeveless orange-and-blue down jacket and an ushanka with the ear flaps down.
"What's with the helmet?" Sam asked as he, MK, and Scott disembarked. He reached out to take it, but Chef quickly moved it away.
"Uh-uh," Chef told him. "Gotta pick a captain first."
"Sam!" Scott said immediately.
"I was just about to say that," MK complained.
"But you didn't," Scott pointed out.
"We get it, you both like Sam. It's beautiful," Chris told the two villains as he walked up to join them and Chef shoved the helmet down onto Sam's head. "Sam, if this were a Valentine's dance, you'd have a very difficult choice to make. But luckily, it's war!" As he spoke, Chef drove up the dock in a small power crane and lowered a cannon onto Team Super's ship.
"If we get cannons and viking hats, then I'm all for being the captain here," Sam accepted, he and his teammates looking at the cannon as Chef backed the crane back up the dock.
"So the rocks are actually flints?" MK asked after a moment of thought.
"Bingo, dingoes!" Chris answered, his smile briefly fading as he added "Nuts, I shoulda said that back when we were in Australia." He quickly resumed his hosting demeanor, looking back at the teens to say "And to fire out of the cannon, Chef's famous Swedish meatballs!" He looked behind him, where his assistant now stood with a plate of three large, dark meatballs.
"Those...don't look edible," Scott said with a bit of a cringe.
"That's what makes 'em famous," Chris laughed. "To win the challenge and travel first class, sail north to capture the red flag, way over yonder." The perspective moved to the end of the dock looking out at the water, the camera quick-zooming forward to show a buoy with a red flag tied to it far, far in the distance. "Ooorr," the host added as the shot cut back to him, "use your meatballs to sink the enemy ship. Good luck, Captain Samuel!"
"That's Captain Sam," Sam corrected, adjusting his helmet to his liking.
"Don't care about that, so...go away," Chris said.
Sam turned on his heel and started walking back down the dock. "Let's go, guys. We have a challenge to win." Scott and MK exchanged an eager expression, then followed after him.
The scene skipped forward, showing the sail of Team Super furling and catching wind, the shot pulling back to show their boat moving out backwards from the dock with Sam at the tiller.
"So what's the plan?" Scott asked the captain.
"Simple," Sam answered. "We already have the lead, so we'll go for the flag and use the cannon to fend off Team Explosive if they manage to close in on us."
"Sounds pretty easy then," Scott smiled before suddenly frowning. "Almost too easy."
"Agreed," MK told him. "Which is why we must be on guard for any tricks that Chris decides to pull." The boys nodded mutely, and their boat passed by Team Explosive coming in to the dock.
Confessional: Sam
"I've never been captain of anything, not even my own MMORPG parties. I really hope I don't blow this," Sam confessed nervously.
Confessional Ends
Another cannon was shown being lowered into Team Explosive's boat by Chef and his crane; the camera followed him as he backed up, and caught the four members of the team discussing the horned helmet Chris was holding out for them; the plate of three meatballs was already in Topher's hands.
"Why don't you take it, Sky?" Heather suggested. "You've already been taking charge today."
"Even I have to admit we needed your leadership," Topher added.
"I'd do it," Sky said, "but I want Caleb to be the captain this time around!"
"What?!" Caleb said in surprise.
"Works for me!" Chris said as he put the helmet on the hot player's head.
"But how are we supposed to light the cannon without matches?" Caleb asked.
"I'm sure you'll think of something," Chris shrugged impishly. "Buh-bye!" he waved with a devious grin.
"I never noticed how far ahead they were," Topher said with worry as the footage skipped ahead to show Team Explosive pulling away from the dock. "How are we going to get to the flag before them?"
"I might have an idea," Caleb said with a thoughtful look at the cannon, now holding the meatballs while Heather manned the tiller.
"What is it?" Sky asked.
"We need to slow them down long enough for us to grab the flag," Caleb ordered.
"We're almost there!" MK shouted as the scene cut to her pointing forward from the bow of his team's ship.
"But the others are gaining on us!" Scott countered, leaning off the starboard side and looking backwards.
"They must've caught the wind better!" Sam said. "Quick, turn the cannon around!"
Scott and MK quickly moved toward the weapon as ordered, and began to push it around.
The scene flashed over to Team Explosive, the camera lingering on their full and billowed sail before panning down to the the crewmembers. "I think we might be gaining on them!" Topher said hopefully. "Great steering, Heather!"
"My pleasure," Heather replied from the back of the ship.
"This is better," Caleb spoke up, "but catching a lucky wind won't be enough. We need to get in range and figure out how to fire the canon."
The cut over to Team Super as Sam watched his opponents sail closer.
"Perfect!" he smiled. "They're in range." He looked over at his teammates, then said "Fire!"
Neither villain said anything as they immediately got to work; the cannon was already in position pointed backwards, so Scott quickly loaded a meatball into it then MK rubbed two of their flints together to light the fuse. Both ducked and plugged their ears as the cannon fired, the meatball hurtling through the air.
At the bow of Team Explosive's ship, Topher, Caleb, and Sky gasped, then darted back as the shot crashed through the side of the hull. "Nooo!" the fanboy cried.
"We have to fire!" Sky told Caleb.
"That might work!" Caleb said, quickly grabbing a meatball and running it towards the cannon. He loaded it in, then looked and grabbed two stick-sized pieces of wood that had splintered off when the boat had been hit. He speedily rubbed them together until they caught fire, then used them to light the fuse, and the cannon went off with a bang.
"Look out!" MK said, all three members of the team standing at the stern of their boat. They quickly ducked down, and the camera cut to them crouched and braced for an impact...that never came, the meatball seemingly splashing into the water ahead of the bow.
"Hah! You missed!" Scott stood up and taunted.
"No they didn't," Sam said, tugging on his arm with a panicked look upwards. "Look!"
The camera moved up to the sail, which now had a fairly large hole in it. "We're slowing down!" MK cried as the shot cut back to the deck of the ship.
"Then we sink them!" Sam commanded, running back to the tiller as the other two readied their second shot.
The focus moved back to Team Explosive as they heard the shot being fired from their various spots on deck; they quickly scrambled out of the way only for it to crash down just off their starboard side.
"Sky!" Caleb said. "Swim to the flag and grab it!"
"What?" Sky asked in confusion.
"Chris just said we had to grab the flag," Caleb explained. "He didn't say we had to be in the boat when we did so."
The shot quick-panned far to left, landing on Chris watching the challenge on the dock through a pair of binoculars. He lowered them, turned to the camera, and grinned. "He's right!"
A quick-pan put the focus back on Team Explosive as Sky dove into the water and began swimming to the flag.
The scene cut back to Team Super, who had seen the gymnast dive into the water.
"Oh boy. She might get to the flag before we sink the ship!" Sam said in shock.
"Then we'll just do what they did!" MK said, already loading the team's last meatball into the cannon. "Scott, can you-?"
Scott was already jumping off the bow while MK used her fingers as an aiming sight then started trying to adjust the cannon.
An aerial view of the water showed the two ships drawing closer to one another and the two swimmers getting closer to the flag. The camera cut to Topher to show him looking off from the tiller of his ship as his face lit up in horror.
"Scott's swimming too!" Topher called out. "And he might win!"
"Not if I can help it!" Heather replied as she frantically tried to get the stick lit.
Topher was still gazing off into the distance, and accidentally leaned on the tiller and made the ship swerve.
The camera immediately cut over to Heather, who had just gotten the sticks lit again as the ship suddenly rocked and swerved. Caught off-guard, she stumbled, and accidentally lit the cannon's fuse.
"Oh no!" Heather said in wide-eyed shock just before the cannon fired; the camera followed the shot as it went wide and missed the enemy ship.
"A wasted shot!" Sam called out to them. "This challenge is ours! Ready the last shot!" he called back to MK, only to raise his brow in shock when the camera panned rightward, showing first the deserted cannon and then MK leaning over the edge of the bow.
"No need, Captain!" MK announced excitedly, as she was shown hauling Scott back up to the ship by his arm.
"We have the flag!" Scott declared, the camera zooming in on the piece of cloth as it was raised up high.
"Team Super wins!" Chris announced, the shot pulling back as he rode up on a jetski. "Explosives, see you at elimination."
Sky surfaced from the water, shivering.
Confessional: MK
"I don't know how Scott managed to swim faster than an athlete like Sky, but why should I even question it when we earned our second win?" MK said.
Confessional: Scott
"I shower in extremely cold water, and it's given me a tolerance for swimming in below temperature water, unlike Sky," Scott mentioned.
Confessionals End
The footage cut ahead to the plane back in flight, and then into the cargo hold where Sky and Caleb were now meeting.
"So you're probably wondering why I asked you to meet me here?" Sky asked after looking around.
"No," Caleb answered. "I know what you're going to do, if you nominating me to be captain wasn't a sign."
"I remember you wanting me to be the team's leader back when Izzy was on the team. I wanted to return the favor," Sky said. "And yes, I brought you here because I wanted to apologize to you for how everything went down lately."
"I wanted to do the same thing as well," Caleb perked up. "But before I do that, I want to know why you even hated me to begin with."
"Because I thought you would try to use me and the others with your looks," Sky answered. "Before Keith and Trent, I dated a boy who seemed to be pretty nice and friendly." She turned bitter and upset. "That was until I found out he was only using me just to improve his gym class grade since I was the best female athlete. The moment I found out, he immediately broke up with me."
Caleb gasped upon hearing that news. "What that guy did was not right," he said angrily. "Did he get punished for it?"
Sky rolled her eyes. "No he didn't. And afterwards, I've spotted a few boys in my school who act all suave towards people just to get them to do things for them, and they all got away with it."
Caleb raised an eyebrow. "So when you first met me, you thought I would be like that archetype? I'm sorry you had to go through that, and I understand why you didn't trust me at first, but I had no right to be mean back to you when I'm not like that at all. I just hate being judged for someone I'm not. It happens a lot back in my school."
"If anything, I should be the one feeling bad the most. Judging someone before getting to know them is something I should have never done," Sky sighed. "I'm sorry for how I've been treating you early in the game, and I want us to make a fresh start going forward."
Sky held her hand out, and Caleb smiled at the gesture before shaking her hand. "You got it. I can never bring myself to hate anybody."
"All losers please report to the elimination area," Chris' voice said over the loudspeaker as Izzy's shadow streaked across the background. "All losers!"
The focus moved to the elimination room, the logo of Team Explosive appearing on-screen over the smiling host and seated teens.
"Ahh, the elimination room," Chris began, drawing the cast and camera's attention. "This is where one of you will be tossed into the darkness," he gleefully said, "to plummet out of my life and possibly to the end of your own after you go and vote. And, if this weren't a reward challenge, that would happen tonight. Psyche! No vote tonight! You're all safe! For now..." He cockily told the cast.
The four members all let out collective cheers.
"Yessiree," Chris replied. "As we speak, Team Super is getting their reward: Swedish massages performed by genuine registered massage therapists."
"What other kinds of therapists will our competitors need before the season's over?" Chris asked the camera. "Find out next time, on Total! Drama! World Tour!"
The plane turned up and to its right in the final zoomed-out shot, and flew away as the episode ended.

The clip opened up to the sounds of Scott yelling in pain. "Not too hard! Not too hard!"
The shot cut to the inside of first class where MK and Sam were shown looking in horror while wrapped in towels and lying on massage tables. The camera panned over to Scott getting a painful looking massage from a very large man with a mustache on his back.
"How is this a reward!?" Scott asked before shrieking once again.
