Just some more fun times with their cousins, some stories to share about what they're doing and once again, someone trying to make amends to some others, and well… Whatever else is going down. I hope you all enjoy reading this everyone.

Chapter 827: Still some winter with the cousins.
(December 28. Camp Mastodon.)
Another nice day here at Camp Mastodon, and we see Lynnard Loud is in the kitchen and figuring out what dish to cook with the fish he caught yesterday with Leonard. His dad is also there with him and helping descales the fish. But Cliff hides and sees the fish and he is drooling with delight.
Cliff then sneaks by them, and he readies to snatch the fish, but then Lynnard hits him with a frying pan. "Nice try, Cliff. But this is lunch, and you aren't allowed to eat this yet. Now leave the kitchen." The cat grumbles, and leaves the kitchen.
Leonard then speaks. "Lance is still having it hard, just as me." They both remember the other day, what Lance told them. "I guess that part, he got from me. I really can see, that I messed up big time with you two and should've been more equal with my sons."
Lynn Sr. goes to his father. "Hey, that was the past and even though we can't change it now, what we can do is look forward to what comes next and try and make things right. Alright, dad?" Leonard nods, and they both continue with the plans on cooking the fish.
Leonard then has an idea. "Oh, fish stew!" This makes Lynnard smile, and they get to work.
Outside, we see Lynn Jr. and she is making a snow man with Machop, and then she blows the whistle. "And go!" Shiloh races forward, and he does some karate moves onto each snow man, and even Machop joins in, and this makes Lynn smirk. 'Dang, Shiloh sure has a lot of energy, but how long does it last?'
Lynn Jr. then has an idea. 'Let's see if Shiloh can do more than just tackling—' She sees all the snowmen are destroyed, and Shiloh cheers with Machop. "Whoa. Alright, next we're gonna do some sledding!" Shiloh cheers, and Machop carries him and they head to the top of the snowy hill.
Lucy is sitting on the roof of the cabin, and with Banette and she writes down some stuff on her book, some poems about winter. Lisa is holding Lily's hand as they walk around the snowy area, and then they see the ruined remains of snowmen, Lily then asks. "What happened here?"
Lisa guides Lily away. "Something you should not know, dear sister." Also, because Lily watched a snowman movie today, and she doesn't wanna have her scared seeing this destroyed snowmen. So, Lily and Lisa sit by the frozen lake and watch the others have fun, and then Azurill shows up and Lily hugs her. Lisa is curious on when Azurill will evolve into Marill.
Lori and Leni are at the frozen lake, and both of them skating around and also talking about some stuff. Leni then checks her phone and she video chats with Kurt Logann, and then Lola skates by them and she does so with such grace and even performing a perfect figure eight.
Lola skates by Lana, and Lana smirks and she makes some snowballs and she throw them towards Lola, but then Lola ducks and dodges. Lana tries again and again, but Lola keeps dodging and escaping. "How are you so good at this?!" Lola had her eyes closed when she did this.
Then Lola realizes. "Huh, what now?" She trips and lands into a pile of snow, and this makes Lana and Swadloon laugh. Michelle and Amanda skate by them, and the two women look like they are dancing as they are skating, to which Luan and Mr. Coconuts take a photo of all of this.
Meanwhile, Shane and Shelby are spending some sibling time together, and alongside Lincoln and Luna. They all have sleds and race down the snowy hill to see who is the fastest. "Come on, we can win this sis!" cheered Lincoln, they are both on the same sled.
"Come on, faster!" cheered Shelby, and she is riding with her brother on the same sled. They keep up the speed, but they see that Lincoln and Luna are faster, and it would make sense since they are using the new sled that Lincoln got from Shelby, and it is doing an amazing job of giving them more speed.
"We are winning this—" But then Lincoln and Luna land into a large pile of snow, Shane and Shelby laugh seeing this but they also hit a pile of snow. They all come out from the snow pile and they laugh from this and then they head back up the hill to do it again.
Rita and Sharon watch this from the benches, and are happy to see the others all having fun, then Sharon asks. "So, things going well back at the Loud House lately?"
Rita smirks. "Well, some good times and bad times, and moments where Lynn and I need to be better, and we're doing exactly just that. Still, gonna be a long while before we feel like that we have been actually forgiven. Lynn and I made so many mistakes, and we don't wanna do it again."
"I still feel bad that I fell into the whole idea of Luna to be a Rockstar lover, and to not pay heed to my only son. I feel like I failed them so much, and have done nothing. But, Michelle Lewis… She is the mother they wanted, and needed. Because it certainly is not me."
"Yeah, I get it" replied Sharon. "I hope that I can be a good mother too, and to my three kids. I mean, sometimes it can be a little bit chaotic at home even with Shane, Shelby and Shiloh around, but it's sometimes all good and calming and peaceful." She also recalls moments when she tries to have Lance join her on their small exercise routines, which sometimes makes Lance have athletes foot.
"But there are moments where, it feels like a hassle. Shiloh always doing cannon balls and a lot of crazy stuff. Shane and his singing which is almost every time, and I appreciate the amazing talent he has and all, just want him to stop every once in a while and Shelby and… Well, whatever creative thing she can come up with and do to see if she is good at it. Right now, it's making sweaters."
Rita chuckles. "Yup, that explains why she has a Santa faced shirt. That is very unique and a talent, and just like Lincoln… Always coming up with some sort of plan. Linc, he's a good musician, and all thanks to Luna and her teaching and always being there for him, I wish that was something I could do too."
"But I am happy that there are no more problems between us and the Lewis', and even if Lincoln and Luna aren't Loud's anymore, they still see the girls as they're sisters, and I know that they still see you're kids as their cousins." That one Sharon knows and understands, and they continue to watch over the others having fun.
(Later. By the Lake.)
We see Lincoln and Luna, taking a nice and peaceful stroll by the lake. Lincoln then speaks. "Jordan is looking forward to seeing us again back home, and also hearing what has happened. She is aware of the whole Loud cousin's here, and she wants one day meet Shelby."
Luna chuckles. "Same goes with Sam. She also wants to meet Shane and see how much of a dang good singer he is, and we might team up for a musical gig next year. I love spending time with our cousins, it makes the family feel closer, and together."
Lincoln smiles and nods. "Yeah, and I heard from our mom's that Aunt Sharon will allow them to go and visit us here in Royal Woods next year, and that she will get some help from our moms on the transportation so that they don't have to drive all the way to Royal Woods. Still, where do they even live now?"
They continue to walk around and talk, but then they see Lance Loud headed for them, and Luna keeps her brother behind her. "Hey there you two are, I wanted to—"
"What do you want, Lance Loud?" asked Luna with a stern glare.
Lance can see that Lynnard was right, Luna has one heck of a glare and it seems the same as the one from Michelle Lewis, and so he explains. "Look, I wanted to talk to you guys alone because… I wanna say, that I am so sorry for what I tried to do back then when Lynnie and Rita were locked up. It was a dumb idea, and I am not gonna do it."
"During those times, I still had anger towards my brother, and didn't like what he does, and wanted to see him get messed up. But, I am changing and will try to accept what else is happening, and I also now see that Michelle Lewis and Amanda Bright as the best dang parents that you guys want and need."
This still doesn't make Lincoln and Luna happy, and so Lance has an idea. "Look, I know that I messed up and that I am super sorry for what I tried to do, and so I will allow my kids to come by and visit the rest of you guys and—"
"Aunt Sharon is already planning that, and she's putting her foot down to make sure it happens" replied Luna. "They won't be needing your permission to come and visit us at Royal Woods. Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if Shane would rather move to Royal Woods when he grows up, and possibly bring his siblings with him."
Lance is startled to hear this. "Come on, Linc. Let's go." The two siblings walk away from Lance, and he tries to speak to them but then Metagross shows up and he gets in the way and this startles Lance and he backs off. Metagross then follows Lincoln and Luna.
Lance sighs. 'Yup, a long road to redemption, just like what dad is going through.' He then walks back to his cabin, with the presents he had planned for Lincoln and Luna, but then he thinks this through. 'Maybe getting them something that is not their tastes is not such a good idea.'
A/N: Lance tried again, and it didn't work. He has a long road to be forgiven, and the Loud cousins can be able to visit Royal Woods next month too. I hope you all enjoyed reading this new chapter guys.
